It's easy to find top 10 lists for returning quarterbacks and top 10 lists for returning running backs. But so far we haven't seen anyone put together a top 10 list of quarterback/running back duos.

Here is our list of what we think will be the best QB/RB combos coming into the 2026 college football season. In some cases it's the same group returning for another year to the same school. In some cases it's the same pair who transferred to another school, and in some cases either the QB or the RB is a transfer.

In all cases we think these are going to be the most dynamic duos in college for 2026.
