Having started his career as a Systems Administrator, Peter found his passion for creating and building products by chance. He followed this passion and, having led Product teams for many scaling tech businesses, now leads Sapia.ai's charge to revolutionise hiring processes through modern AI tooling.

Sapia.ai aim to help organisations make smarter, fairer and faster hiring decisions. They bring a human approach to video interviewing, something traditional tools are often criticised for not doing.
