That is why I say whatever you are saying you follow through with it. The body’s listening, the mind’s listening to your words, they are extremely powerful. So, whenever I am going into a competition I always make sure I change my words from ‘if I win’ to ‘when I win’. So, I set the intention for that is what I want to happen, and that’s what is going to happen. And then you work towards it, as if it has already happened.’ ~ Kristy Graham-Kumabe

Kristy Graham-Kumabe is a 40yr old Sunshine Coast mum of 3 boys, a business owner, coach and professional bodybuilder. Kristy started training to body build at the age of 35 and moved up the ranks remarkably quickly. She is now preparing to compete at the highest level possible in America in 2025. Olympia is the goal!

Kristy is in love with and passionate about challenging the mind and the body and discovering just how powerful it can be and what it’s capable of. Kristy loves connecting and sharing knowledge passion and energy with other powerhouse women.

Her definition of Self Love is following through with truly what you want and what hyou say you are going to do. The most self-love you can do is truly in your heart. And when you say you are going to do something, actually do it.

I am so grateful for the way I was raised.
I respect the land, the food and my body.
I am always looking for different ways to nourish and nurture my body.
