It really is an ancient tool that has worked since the dawn of time.
No one needs to be a guru. No one needs to be an expert.
It is purely about creating an intentional space that feels warm, inviting, relaxing and nourishing.
We are in the middle of a loneliness epidemic and it is global.
It is like gifting yourself a moment in time.
Meditation is now mainstream. Circles need to be mainstream as well.
We can learn so much more from somebody telling us the story of their life than scrolling on Instagram.
Think of every year as you go, the things that you let go of and the new things that you expand with. We are levelling up.
Circle gives people a safe place.
You leave the baggage at the door.
I want to keep loving myself so much that I don’t need to be any younger version of me anywhere.
I would love to see a circle in every corner.
This has by far been the most rewarding career that I have done.
You have to love yourself so much that I have the ability to love you because we are both worthy of pure unconditional love
