Paul Eliseo is the founder and head presenter for Personal Development companies Evolve & Relaunch and Evolve Mind & Body Coaching.

His definition of Self Love is: Self love is understanding your values and understanding that you have a unique point of view and perspective of the world and loving and accepting that.

Self love is acknowledging and accepting yourself as you are, but also acknowledging, if you want to change, allowing yourself to do that. It is living your values and noticing that everyone does have different values and just being authentically true to you.

You can’t escape yourself. So wherever you go, you are going to be there.
If your identity and your beliefs and your values don’t match your goals, you are going to fall to the level of what you have unconsciously got running in the background.
The event doesn’t mean anything. We make meaning out of nature and reality.
You have the power.
What we see and judge in others we are unconsciously doing that to ourselves.
If you have a trigger, it has a lot of energy.
Shit is fertiliser for growth.
Nothing outside of you can hurt you unless you let it.
You can evolve by choice or by chance.
The world doesn’t have to change, the way you see the world can change.
People feel their best when they are growing and progressing.
Challenge yourself in a way that inspires you, because you are going to be challenged anyway.
Confusion always just means you are doing something you haven’t done yet.
Whatever is happening in your world is perfect for you right now and just enjoy the ride.
