Today's guest is Martina Kwan.

Martina has a really interesting backstory. She's Chinese/German, was born in Hong Kong and then moved with her family to Beirut when she was eight, and then on to Hamburg, Bahrain, Amsterdam and Switzerland for college before moving to the United States.

She speaks English, German, French and is learning Mandarin.

This global upbringing, particularly living in Beirut for two years at the start of their civil war, has given her a very unique perspective on the world and has helped her navigate very challenging situations.

Martina is an award-winning business founder and entrepreneur, a speaker, a champion mindset coach and, what I found most interesting, a race car driver.

Martina has found success throughout her life by being bold, asking for what she wants and not being daunted by or intimidated when working in environments that are male dominated.

She's a true inspiration.
