Production Happy New Year. If you are listening to this episode the week it is being released, this is going to be our first episode of 2025. I hope you had a restful holiday break. I hope that you are feeling a sense of renewed energy as we walk into a new year. And if you are feeling anything like how I'm feeling, you may be desiring a bit of a personal rebrand. So as we were heading into the end of 2024, I was feeling this strong urge and desire to rebrand myself, both personally and professionally. And it's something that I'm still in the midst of. But I started getting this feeling that my life and a lot of different elements of it, be it my personal life as well as my professional life, even this podcast, we're almost feeling like a really itchy sweater or like an outfit that just didn't fit that you couldn't like move and be comfortable in. You know, when your range of motion is constricted and you feel like you just can't flow and move with fluidity. That is how I had been feeling for quite some some time. So back in November, I ended up sitting down with a pen and a piece of paper and chatgpt and notion and all of the things up and I started dreaming and brainstorming and ideating what could a rebrand of myself look like? Basically a personal rebrand. How could I rebrand my whole life? And naturally I posted about it on TikTok, and naturally when I posted about it on TikTok, I got a lot of requests to do an episode about it. Now this episode is more so going to be me talking about things that I'm currently doing in hopes that it may be helpful to you if you are feeling the same way. If you are feeling like your life feels like a itchy sweater that's kind of constricting you and you want a little bit more movement. You want to feel like you are in a little bit more flow. However, these are things that I'm currently doing. So I wouldn't say that I'm necessarily an expert on this or that I have fully rebranded my life. It is something that I am in the midst of doing and that I'm giving a lot of time and thought and care to. And there will be elements of my personal rebrand that probably nobody on the Internet will see for more of the personal stuff and just the internal stuff. And then there will be elements of my rebrand that you all will see because it will extend to my work and the podcast and more public facing things. And I'm not fully sure what that is going to be and what that is going to look like, but we will be on that journey together. So when it is time, I will communicate it and you will see it. But right now, this is the groundwork and really the foundational work that I'm doing to start to identify what version of myself that I want to be. And I do think part of it is because I've had so much transition over the past couple of years, moving to the east coast and going full time and achieving some things and realizing, oh, actually, I don't know if I want this anymore. Now that I have it, I don't feel like this is the version that suits me anymore. So that's been a big part of it is just how much change I've navigated over the past few years. And then another part of it is age. There were so many things that I really wanted when I was in my 20s that now that I'm in my 30s, I'm like, oh, actually, I have different priorities now, or I have different desires now, or different things are important to me now. And so it's all about grounding and resetting and getting really clear on what matters now. So when I say rebrand, it's basically just like a cute term for getting into alignment with where you want to be. And you can really do this anytime. So if you're listening the first week of the year, that's great because a lot of us tend to feel this renewed push and sense of energy this time of year. But also, if you're listening to this episode in July, you can do it then, too. There's no bad time to get into alignment. So I'm gonna break down what a personal rebrand means to me and some of the things that I'm currently doing to lay the foundation for my rebrand that I will be undergoing this year. So first, let's talk about what it actually means to rebrand your life. If you think about a company or brand you love doing a rebrand, it basically means that they are evolving in some way. Maybe they're evolving visually, maybe they're evolving their messaging. But for us as people, when it comes to rebranding, I think of it as taking intentional steps to move into alignment. Whether that is alignment with the goals that we currently have, whether that is being aligned in new stages of life, it's really all about being intentional about the next phase of your personal evolution. And that can impact you personally, that can impact you socially, it can impact you professionally. And you can also just focus on rebranding in one area of your life if that's what resonates most with you. So basically think of it like updating your phone's system, right? If you have an iPhone, updating your iOS system system, it doesn't change the phone, but it does make it run a little bit smoother. Maybe get some new features, you maybe start to have some new bells and whistles that help it operate better. So when we think about our personal rebrand, it's us acquiring a better mindset, acquiring skills that help us operate a little bit better. So before we dive into this, I want you to make sure that you have something nearby, if you're not walking or driving that you can take notes with. So you can get out a pen and a piece of paper, you can get your notes app, you can do this in notion. And also if you have the spacious rituals, notion planner for 2025, there is an area specifically for goal setting and planning your year that you can do this in as well. But it really helps to have something that you can record this information with because it's going to help you facilitate your rebrand process. We're basically going to do this workshop style. So the first step to conducting your personal rebrand is to identify three words that you want to embody. This year, this quarter in life, moving forward. For whatever set of time resonates with you, pick three words that you want to embody. This is super important because this is going to be foundational to your rebrand. These three words are really going to set the tone for everything you do moving forward. So when I was doing this exercise, my three words were authentic, abundant and chic. So as I'm going about my personal rebrand, these are the three words at the front of my mind. So when I say authentic, I mean being a first class version of myself, having a signature with everything that I do, where if somebody interacts with me or if somebody sees something that is my style or has a conversation with me, they're like, oh, that is so less in a good way, not, not in a bad way. But they're like, oh, that is just so less. That is so her being herself. Like, I want to be a first class version of myself and I don't want to be a great value version of anybody else. So I want everything I do to be rooted in truth and to be rooted in authenticity for who I am. Next, when I say abundant, it means being so open to possibility in all areas of life. So, yes, when we think of abundance, we often think of money, and that is part of it, because what is going on in the world and in our society, Lord, scary time. So I really want to lean into abundance as much as I can when it comes to money and when it comes to opportunity, when it comes to love, when it comes to anything good, I want to believe that there is enough available for all of us. And I want to move in that knowing. And if I'm being fully transparent, I don't always feel that way. Now, there's that common phrase that we've all heard. That's what's for you won't miss you. And I have a hard time believing that very often. And sometimes I operate in the sense where I need to push and I need to try and I need to force, and that's just not coming from a place of abundance. And I really want to do unpacking of my beliefs and of my experiences, where I truly move and live as if what is for me won't miss me so that I can believe that to be true. And I recognize that I have some work to do personally to get to that point. So that is why abundance is a really big focus for me. And then the last word is chic, because I. I would love kind of an aesthetic word. If you've been listening to the podcast over the last six months or so, you know that that is something that I personally have been focusing on due to my own goals, but I really want to focus on quality over quantity when it comes to things, when it comes to experiences, when it comes to the work that I put out, focusing less on being prolific and focusing more on quality and being elevated. When it comes to my style, I really want to upgrade things and focus on being a little bit more elevated and a little bit more chic. And so when people describe me, these are three words that I want them to think of. Authenticity, abundance, and chic. So you can take a few minutes or a few seconds. Maybe me describing my words helped gave you some ideas for your own. But write down three words that you truly want to embody as part of your personal rebrand.

Next step is crafting your visual identity. So this is how you embody those three words from a visual standpoint, this could be everything from how you tend to your living space to how you tend to your work workspace, to how you dress and how you visually present yourself, because a lot of people are very visual. And when we think about our brand and how we communicate with our brand, we want those words that we identified and that version of ourselves to also be available visually. So think about how those words that you identified could be conveyed from a visual perspective. For each of your three words, think about a color or textures or different aesthetics that could relate to them. So let's say one of your words is bold. Then maybe that could be you incorporating a lot of really fun color. Or let's say one of your words is minimal or intentional. Maybe that's something that you could signify more in your living space. How could you have your living space really reflect that value of minimalism or intentionality? Maybe it's keeping a really clean space. Maybe it's keeping a neutral color palette. Whatever it is that you can do to visually express and embody those words is going to be really helpful for your rebrand. So for this visual identity exercise, you're just brainstorming what that could look like and what that would feel like. I also really love using Pinterest for this. So you can go ahead and create a Pinterest board related to your rebrand that has visuals that really embody what it is that you want to convey. You can also try typing your words into Pinterest and seeing what comes up. That can give you a lot of really good ideas for the visual identity that you want your rebrand to have. And you also do not have to fully revamp your entire wardrobe or how you entirely present yourself. It can be something super small, again, like tending to your space, or maybe it's like one signature accessory that really relates to one of your words. So you don't have to go buy a whole new wardrobe or do anything, you know, super wild or frivolous. But maybe it's one small accessory. Maybe it's like wearing something in your hair or having a signature piece of jewelry or having a little charm on your daily bag that is just like that reminder of what it is that you want to embody that can help aid in your own evolution as you continue to rebrand yourself and lean into those words. So for me, when it comes to my words, when I think about authenticity, it's more so about creating looks that I love, not necessarily trying to recreate what I see other people doing, but wearing things and having my visual spaces truly reflect my preferences without outside influence or even the word of chic is something that I really want to embody visually because I really want to have an elevated style that really focuses on quality over quantity. As I step into the next phase of my life, I really want to be taken seriously as an entrepreneur. I don't necessarily want to just identify as being a fitness girly. So like me wearing workout clothes all the time doesn't really make sense if I want to identify as a chic, successful woman. So I'm thinking about how can I present myself as that? How can I create a new universe form as that version of myself, and how can I do it in small incremental steps with what I have? Because none of us are trying to spend a whole bunch of money like getting a whole new wardrobe or anything like that. But it's more so about using what you have to get to where you want to be. So really start thinking through how can you convey those three words from a visual standpoint, and how can you do that from exactly where you're at with what you have next? When it comes to your own personal brand identity, it's really important to know your story. This is all about knowing your why. I mean, in a normal week, how often do we get asked, so what do you do? So where are you from? So what do you want? We get asked these questions all the time, and we tend to give really generic answers. But when you know your story, when you know your experiences, when you are super crystal clear on what it is about you that makes you you and where you want to go, you're able to craft more powerful explanations and more powerful answers to these questions that can help you really embody the elevated, rebranded version of yourself that you truly want to be. And these aren't always things that you necessarily have to say out loud. Like, if you write, write down the story of your life, it doesn't mean that you need to post it anywhere or read it in front of the class, but when you are really grounded in it, you kind of walk with that power. So when you know exactly what your triggers are, you Know exactly what your motivations are, why you do the things you do, and why you want the things that you want. There is so much power in that because you understand yourself. It's like a manual to who you are, and you know how to move accordingly. And if you are ever in a position where you do have to share those things, or you do share your story, or you do share your background, you're able to control the narrative because you already know what it is and you've already crafted it so you can control the narrative to really fit that rebranded version of yourself. You can also tie knowing your story to different words. So let's say one of your words is resilient. Then maybe as part of your story that you craft, you can talk about your resilience and how well you've overcome certain challenges in your life and why it's made you who you are today. Or maybe one of your words that you're embodying is joyful. And through your personal story, you can really convey why you're able to bring joy to everything that you do, or what your sources of joy are, or how you radiate joy to other people. And you can really own and control that narrative. So, again, these are not necessarily things that you have to share publicly, especially depending on your privacy level, what line of work you're in, or how you live. But it is really important for you to at least have an understanding of what these things are for you so that you, you know the why behind your personal evolution. Because when you know your why, you're able to stay so much more motivated during the process. And then the last step when it comes to identifying your brand identity is about really understanding your impact. So how do you want to impact the people around you? And if you have a big platform, then maybe your impact is going to reach a little bit wider. But all of us have impact. All of us have influence, influence over the people in our lives and the people who we interact with the most. And so being really clear on how you show up for the people in your life and what your impact is on other people is super important. So how can you tie the impact that you have on other people and on the world to those words that you want to embody? So, for me, because authenticity is really important to me, and I know that I have a platform where people look to me, I hope to inspire other people to be authentic and to live in their truth as well. And I think that it's easier for them to do that if they can see me modeling it. So think about the people in your life who you have an impact on and how you want to model those values for other people. And there are even different actions that you can take related to your words. So let's say one of your words is inspiring. Then maybe that means that you spend some intentional time mentoring someone else so that you know that you're taking direct action, action to inspire other people. Or maybe one of your words is focused. And so that could look like really clear boundary setting with the people in your life so that they know how to treat you, so that you protect your focus and so that you can be a model of what it looks like to be focused. So really, when you think about impact, this is all about how other people would also describe you as those words that you identified. So those words that you identify that you want to embody, it should also be abundantly clear to the people around you. So you're thinking about the actions that would lead someone else to also describe you as those words, again in a positive way. So those are the different steps to putting together your own personal brand identity when it comes to your individual rebrand. And again, this isn't about being perfect. You are a person. You're not a business, you're not a company. This is just going to give you something to chew on. It's going to give you a roadmap for how to conduct yourself as you step into this next phase of your evolution.

Over the past year, I have really made it a priority to take better care of my teeth. Your smile and your oral health is such an important part of your overall health. And for me, upgrading to the Quip 360 oscillating toothbrush has been a big part of that journey. I actually recently got my teeth cleaned and the hygienist was complimenting how good my teeth looked. And the only change I've made is switching to the quip. The quip360 isn't just an electric toothbrush. It's a complete game changer. It's sleek, ultra quiet and designed to keep things simple while delivering powerful results. It's scientifically proven to remove up to 11 times more plaque between teeth than a manual toothbrush and provides up to twice as much whitening from day one. Now what I really love is how thoughtful the design is. It has a built in 2 minute timer with 30 second pulses to make sure every part of your mouth get the attention it needs. And if you're someone who brushes too hard, which I know I've been guilty of that. The pressure sensor helps protect your gums while still giving you a thorough clean. With three intensity levels, gentle daily or deep clean, you can really customize your experience to what feels best for you. If you've been following me, you know I'm all about staying hydrated, obviously trying to be as balanced as possible. And Element is the electrolyte drink mix that helps me do just that. I started drinking Element a few years ago. I was introduced to it at an event that I went to in LA several years ago ago and honestly I can't imagine life without it now. It's made such a difference in how I feel. Whether it's keeping my energy up during.

Or just staying hydrated on busy days. It's one of those things that I rely on to keep me feeling my best. Now what I love about Element is it gives you a science backed ratio of sodium, potassium and magnesium which are the electrolytes that our bodies really need without any of the sugars, fillers or artificial stuff that you don't need. And the flavors are amazing. I'm hooked on the watermelon salt and the raspberry salt and then the chocolate salts are also amazing in warm drinks so there's really something for everybody. So how I use it is first thing in the morning to rehydrate I will put about half a packet into my water and then I'll put the second half of the packet into the water bottle that I use during my workout for sustained hydration. Or if I need a little pick me up during the day, I'll sprinkle some in my water then too. And I've noticed better energy levels, fewer headaches and I just feel so much better in my body. If you've been curious about trying Element, now is the perfect time. So after you have your words identified after you have your personal brand identity identified. Let's talk about your core habits. I talk about habits a lot. I also touched on this last week when we were talking about our 2025 goal goals. But essentially you need to have small habits or actions that you're taking each day that get you closer to this version of yourself that you are rebranding into. So if I were to take a look at your calendar or at your notion, or at your spacious rituals notion planner, I should be able to see clearly on your calendar or on your to do list what your goals are, because you should be working towards it on a regular basis. So if there is a goal that you have or something that you want to rebrand into and it is not reflected on your calendar where you are dedicating time to it, or it is not reflected on your to do list where you are actually taking action towards becoming that, then we need to take a step back and we need to reevaluate. Is this a goal or is this something that you really want to embody and how can you really get there? So anchor habits are these small things that you can do each day to really embody these words that you identified. So for me, one anchor habit that I am doing that I've been practicing for about a month now, and this is what's really going to help me embody the term of abundance is every time I want to grab my phone to mindlessly scroll, that means like, open up a social media app without an intention or a purpose of what I'm getting on there to do, I stop myself and I read one page of a book. I either pick up my Kindle or I go to my Kindle app and I will read one page of a book instead. Now, if after I read that page, I decide I still want to hop on TikTok and start scrolling, I can do that. But I've found after doing this for a few weeks, I rarely want to stop at one page unless I just genuinely don't have time to. And if I don't have time to read a couple pages, I also didn't have time to hop on TikTok and start scrolling. And so this has been super helpful for me, particularly when it comes to abundance, because that core value for me or that core word is really all about expanding my mindset. It's all about expanding what I believe is possible. And for me, reading has been one of the best things that has helped me do that. So it's a small step that I've been taking that has really helped me get my screen time down, increase my abundance mindset, because it helps me expand my mind and also is just training me to behave in different ways. So I'm spending less time kind of scrolling my phone on empty things and I'm spending more time learning or actually being productive instead of just kind of checking out and scrolling. So that has been a really small habit that is helping me embody the version of myself that I want to be. So when I say a small habit, I mean tiny. Something as small as a five minute meditation, as reading a page instead of scrolling as any small microhabit. When you think about that version of yourself that embodies those three words and you're like, okay, what is it that she does? What are the habits that she has and what is a literal micro version of that that I can take? Those are your microhabits that you are going to start incorporating into your day to help you become that version of yourself. I really want you to focus on small things because when things are smaller, they're a lot more manageable, you're more likely to stick with them. But then they also compound because if we try to overhaul our entire lives at once and change everything about our behavior, we're going to get frustrated after about an hour and then we beat ourselves up and then it just perpetuates these self limiting beliefs. But when you do something super small or you have a really small win from hitting that anchor habit or that microhabit, it gives you that momentum to keep going and to keep building. So start thinking about just a few really small anchor habits or microhabits that you can do to start really living out those characteristics, those three words that you want to describe yourself as. Now, the next step, after you've done your brand identity, after you have identified the habits that you are going to take to embody those words, I want you to set out a brand budget. Now, again, looking at this from a corporate standpoint, if you were to conduct a rebrand for your company and you were working with an agency that would help you do that, one of the first questions they would ask is, what is your budget? And this could be related to money in the business example. But from a personal standpoint, this is also going to relate to your time and it's going to relate to your energy. So start thinking through, okay, how much time, how much energy and how much money do I have currently to become this version of myself? And I don't want you to beat yourself up if you don't have a lot of those things, if you don't have a lot of time, if you don't have a lot of energy, if you don't have a lot of money, that is okay. Do not feel like you need to have a lot of any of those things to make these changes. Again, we're really focused on small micro changes that increase and compound over time. But I want you to get super honest with yourself about what you do have. So starting with time, getting really clear on how you spend your time, something that we have as a feature in all of the spacious rituals planners, whether that is the iPad version or the notion version, is we have a time audit. So this is where you can spend a day tracking all of your time. And you do this honestly and you do this without judgment. You see, okay, how much time does it take me to commute? Okay, how much time does it take me to do these tasks at work? How much time does it take me to get through my morning routine? How much time do I spend on social media? And you do this super honestly so that you can see exactly where your time is going in that I guarantee that you will be able to find some pockets of time that you, you can spend a little bit differently. And when you're really clear on how you're spending your time, you can reallocate it or re budget it towards your rebrand. Even if it's just five to 10 minutes here and there, that adds up and is going to be really important. So starting with some sort of time audit to get really clear with how you're spending your time on an average day is going to be really important for creating your rebrand budget. Now, the next area that you want to create for your rebrand budget or that you want to look at is your energy. So you already tracked how you're spending your time, track how you're spending your energy. Because I also guarantee that there are probably some areas that you are spending energy on that you don't necessarily need to spend them on. So whether that is not only time spent on social media, but how you conduct social media. So are you spending a lot of time in the comments going back and forth with people, Are you spending a lot of time engaging in every rage, bait, discourse that is also going to drain your energy, and your energy is what you need to really conduct this rebrand and to be that version of yourself. So look at also where you are spending your energy, what things are draining your energy, and start looking at ways that you can reallocate your energy to start focusing a little bit more of that on yourself. Again, even if it's just five to 10 minutes here and there of things that really drain your energy, being focused more so on those things, anchor or microhabits that can help you really embody those three words that is going to make such a difference over the long run. So really look at how you're budgeting your energy. And then last is going to be money. Because sometimes when it comes to making changes in our life, sometimes it costs money, depending on what your words are, depending on where you're starting from, and depending on whatever it is that you want to rebrand into. So this is something I think a lot about, particularly when it comes to business. As a self employed person, deciding how I allocate different things is really important and figuring out, okay, how can I better allocate my money so that I get as much of a return as possible. So when I'm thinking about creating my rebrand budget, I'm thinking about, okay, how are some ways that I can cut my expenses so that I can focus a little bit more on the things that are going to help me move closer to those three words. So for me, with one of my words being abundance, I realized that I really needed some support with coaching. And so at the end of 2024, I kind of reallocated both my business and personal budget, cut back on some of my expenses, canceled some services to free up a little bit more budget to go towards a coach who is now helping me work on that. Because I realized that I actually needed some external support outside of just myself to help with the abundance and expanding my mindset area. So that was something that's really important for me. Or maybe you're really focused on networking in 2025 and so maybe something that will be helpful for you is joining some sort of social club or members club or co working space. So even if you don't have it in your budget right now, getting really clear on, okay, how much does that cost? How much money do I have right now and what is the gap between how much I have now and how much I need to have to be able to make this investment and when you're really clear on that discrepancy and what that is, that gives you something to work towards. Now you're like, okay, if I sell three things on Facebook Marketplace, then I can afford to join this place for six months or whatever it is, or if I do an extra shift or if I do this or if I do that if I, you know, do this side hustle for a little bit of time, then I know exactly how much I need to make whatever that looks looks like you are able to get crystal clear on what it is you need to do because you have identified the budget. So get really clear on the time that you can spend, on the energy that you can spend, and on the money that you either need or that you already have and can spend to help move towards this rebranded version of yourself. But that clarity, even if you don't have the budget right now, is going to be really important because that's going to help you identify the gap between where you you are and where you want to be. And that clarity, especially when it comes to budgeting, is everything.

So the last part of our rebrand as we make these incremental changes in our lives is to conduct a Persona experiment. And this is something that I've had some fun with over the past year where it's implementing these little experiments to help you be that version that you want to be for a short amount of time, just to try it on and see how it feels. So it doesn't mean that you are rehauling everything to say, this is who I'm going to be forever. It's a Persona that you're going to try on, kind of like an outfit, and you're just going to try it on for maybe a couple of days, a couple of weeks, or whatever, just to see how it feels. Now, I love structure and I love rules, and so I like creating dedicated, finite experiments. Last fall I did something similar where I did my getting dressed every day for 30 days, because that is how my brain works. I did that in September of 2024 because I liked that it was kind of a microhabit. Like I had to get dressed every day anyway. I could just put a little bit more effort into getting dressed better. But it wasn't something that totally threw off my routine. I did it during a 30 day month. So it was like very clear what I was doing and when. And it was for a finite amount of time. So that was an example of a Persona experiment that I did that helped me try on something new or helped me try on a new habit. So if you are focused on esthetics or maybe improving your style or dressing better or whatever, that is something that you could try would be like a getting dressed experiment for a certain amount of days, or like a working out experiment for a certain amount of days. Right. If you say I have a wellness girly Persona that I'm going to try on for two weeks, and for two weeks I'm going to be this wellness girly version of myself. And then I'm just going to see how that feels. I'm just going to try it on. If it felt good, I'll keep doing it. If it didn't feel good, then I'll modify and I'll adjust. But taking the seriousness and the permanence out of it and just seeing it as an experiment for that rebranded version of yourself is something that is super helpful. So something like a short experiment, like the getting dressed challenge, or like the walking challenge workout challenge, can be really helpful. Another experiment could be this is something that I want to do, but I haven't done yet is having more of a yes experiment. So if you're somebody who says no a lot, and I don't mean no in terms of setting healthy boundaries, I mean, you say no to things even though you're interested, maybe it excites you, but it Kind of scares you a little. Or maybe you say no before you get the full information and then you kind of regret missing out on things. Having a set period of time where you say yes to things unless it's just something crazy. But saying yes to things for a small period of time could also be a really fun Persona experiment. A good book related to this is Year of Yes by Shonda Rhimes, which I read years, probably almost a decade ago when it first came out. And I need to reread it because it actually was a really good, inspiring read about all the different places that just saying yes could take you. And it helps you basically not be limited by fear of what if? And it's kind of a way to live out those best case scenarios. And you could just say, I'm gonna have a week of yes or a month of yes. It doesn't have to be a whole year like Shonda. It could be a day of yes. And just seeing where that takes you, but seeing it as an experiment and not part of your core identity can be a lot easier to try on. Now if you're really interested in this concept of Personas, another good book is the Alter Ego Effect by Todd Herman. I think I've talked about that on the podcast before and I'll make sure I have all these books and things linked in the show notes. But basically it's a book about how to create a successful kind of Persona or alter ego of yourself and how you can leverage that alter ego to become the version of yourself who does that. So if you really like this Persona experiment idea, that's a book that goes in depth a little bit more. But basically I want you to think about a Persona version of that rebranded version of yourself that you could try on for just a short amount of time. That wouldn't be a huge lift for you to be able to start living like that person. So conducting the Persona experiment is going to give you a glimpse of what your future self lives like and what it feels like to be her without that commitment of feeling like you have to be that version or do that thing all of the time. So I would really love to hear what your Persona experiment is as you give it a little bit of thought as you think about, okay, what could I do to better embody these three words? And how can I just try on a new set of behaviors for a short amount of time? Leave a comment on Instagram, on the podcast Instagram, and let me know what Persona experiment you decide to take on. So lastly, I just Wanna talk a little bit more about accountability and about what it looks like to stay on top of your rebrand? Because for so many of us, we have had experiences where it's January, it's a new year, we set these goals, you know, new year, new me, I'm gonna be this person, and by February, that version is long gone. So I think it's really helpful to create a sense of accountability to help you stay on track with this, and it's going to depend on what helps you stay accountable. So if you're somebody who is pretty self motivated and you are internally motivated, then maybe setting up a monthly check in with yourself is going to be helpful. So I recommend you getting out your calendar, getting out your planner now, and setting aside some time each month to review your progress towards your rebrand. For me, I like to do this at the end of the month when I'm kind of doing my reflections. Fridays are the way my brain works, where I love, like, checking in with myself and always doing my reflection on Fridays. So for me, it looks like usually the last Friday of the month is when I'll usually do all of my reflections of how things went and I would throw my rebrand reflections in there. If you are somebody who gets really motivated by having someone else to do things with, then maybe you can enlist an accountability buddy if there's a friend who, you know you want to do this with. Or maybe there can be somebody from the podcast community who you want to do this with, leave a comment on Instagram and say, hey, I need an accountability buddy for my rebrand. And y'all can connect with one another there. And that's how you can find an accountability buddy. And maybe you can set up time to either text or DM or meet virtually or whatever once a month just to stay accountable when it comes to your rebrand and how that's going. And it's also really important to remember that none of these things are linear, that we are people, that we are not products, that we are not robots, that we are not going to move and do all of these things perfectly. So really focusing on grace, on letting go of something if it doesn't serve you, like, let's say one of your words that you identified today just isn't really resonating a month from now. Change it, switch it, do something else. If a habit's not happening, if it's not like making you feel how you want to feel, it's okay to maneuver and to shift things. But if there is truly a desire in your heart to have your life be different or to again step into that really fluid version of your life that feels better. It doesn't mean give up. It means maybe there's a better approach or maybe there's another way to do it that resonates more or maybe with more information. You feel a little bit differently and you want to make tweaks, but I really encourage you to tweak things as opposed to quitting things. So if you are having a really hard time sticking with habits, how can you make those habits even smaller, even more bite sized, even easier to achieve from where you are? I would so much rather see you make adjustments than quit. Because really when you quit, you're quitting on yourself. Also, make time to build in some celebrations for your rebrand and as you do implement these habits and become this version of yourself. That's something worth celebrating. So maybe think of a reward for yourself. Think about some mid year celebration that you would want to do to celebrate your evolution and to celebrate your work and that's also going to keep you motivated to work towards it. Okay friends, so that is what I have for you today when it comes to navigating our personal rebrand. Again, all these things that I listed today are exercises that I'm currently doing as I navigate my personal rebrand.
