We are headed to Scottsdale, Arizona. We will be there on Thursday for the Lawn and Landscape Technology Conference. Looking forward to it being with all the guys at Pod House with triplet Larry Cornell Pay Jack Naylor. Looking forward to all of that. But you know we're headed to Scottsdale for this conference and it's really going to be interesting. We it is Pot House presented by Permagreen and for those of you that don't know what Permagreen is or what the machine is, it is a ride on Spreader sprayer machine that has changed our business. It has for the better. Just to give you a brief overview back in Permagreen's been making ride on Spreader sprayer machines for over 30 years at least. Tom the founder, we have met him out at Equip, got to talk with him. He is the inventor and the CEO and the creator of this machine and it's a machine that can spread fertilizer and also spray at the same time. It has two to six gallon tanks, one on each side. So 12 gallons of herbicide and then can carry over 100 pounds of fertilizer in the hopper. And we. When we first started our business in 2017 we had 10 accounts and one of the first things we did was buy one and people thought we were a little crazy that we didn't need that we could have just push spread it. And it's not what we needed to do. We needed to buy that machine because we can. We were under a time crunch. Larry and I because we were running our, you know, we had our full time jobs and then we were starting our business. So we bought a Permagreen and it can do anything in a day from a small house to a two large acreage to we do. There's been times that we've done eight baseball fields in the morning and then we do a bunch of houses in the afternoon with the same one machine. And it's so versatile. And it's showing everybody not where really the landscape industry has been, it's where it's going. And that's why I, I love attending. So that can't wait to get some people on the show. Business owners, people in the industry with different companies and stuff like that. Really looking forward to that. And then Pod House we've created it. Eric Triplet and I it's something what we learned over the last this is our our third one and that not all of our conversations again happen on the trade show floor. There's so much talk and breakthroughs that go on after the hours. They happen in recording sessions for podcasts, they happen in hanging in hotel lobby bars, they happen in small groups that were just talking over breakfast, over breaks on sessions. And it's really now we're bringing it all under one roof where different people we can bring in and we can create content, come together and have conversations, not quick interviews that we can really just sit down and just grab a drink, sit on the couch, sit outside, sit around a fire pit and really have real conversations. getting around these guys. I love getting around ajack with his view of finances and getting down to the molecular level of your business and knowing your numbers and all that and budgets, break evens, all this stuff. And then I love getting around triplet, just always making me better, always pushing me forward. Cornell with his vision of just always what he's going to be doing next and knowing your worth and knowing your value. And then of course Naylor, who is our who has led us in getting Pod Pod Row done and has always is always giving to others, right and propping other people up. Love getting around these guys and hopefully we're setting up pot house number four in August. We got some things in the works. Can't announce anything yet, but there's a good chance that we're doing something else and then going from there as to then will feed us right into a quip which is going to be our super bowl that we're already working on getting all that stuff squared away. Also want to talk about. I just came back from Orlando on Thursday for dealer training for a Dealer Summit 2026 with Cress. Got to be down there, spend some time with my buddy Jason from the Greenside up podcast and Sky Frog, Sky Frog Landscaping in Gainesville. And if you want to check those guys out, great podcast, Green side Up. Jason and Jordan, awesome guys. Been in the industry a really long time and really have a lot of knowledge and fun experience and they like to have a good time and I love them. So check that out. But I didn't know he was going to be down there. But I got a chance to try to check out the Florida market, see what's going on with Crest. Down in Florida we had a dealer dealer summit and I'll tell you, they unveiled the Voyager 60 inch and it's freaking wild. It's. It's a big piece of equipment. It can cut eight, I'm sorry, in eight hours it could cut 19 acres. It's serious. It's. They're putting it out there now. You'll see it at equip and the industry is changing. Got to spend some time for with DJ Johnson CEO in North America. Todd Zimmerman is the SVP of product development sales and Don Gao is there who is the owner of CRES and well, Positech and Cress Kress being one of the four brands of Positech and it was cool. It was good. Cool to be there on the dealer side, speak with other dealers. I met some dealers in Florida that have been established. I met some, you know, some rep. The rep of Florida and, and it's. It was really cool. Love my partnership with Crest. We're going to be doing big things with them as we build out roped and it's, it's exciting stuff. So got a lot of things in the works.
