So let's get started. Y' all make me laugh. And I love this because I gotta tell you, listen, I'll admit when I'm wrong. And I honestly thought when I read this book, Blockbuster exclusive reporting from WaPo, that convicted felon Donald Trump went onto the old Air Force One and then secretly went off the old Air Force One and got on another plane so that he could dupe the world into thinking he was on the old Air Force One. Including all of those poor journalists that if something had happened to that Air Force One, they would have blown. Been blown up to smithereens, that Legacy Media Group. Anyway, I thought that they squeezed him into one of those carts when you're on an airplane and they're pushing it down the aisle. And you guys may think that I'm joking, but I'm not. I really felt like they shoved him into one of those carts. Maybe it was reminding me of that great movie, Ocean's Eleven. Do you guys remember that movie, Ocean's Eleven? And that really talented acrobat, he was Chinese. You remember how they put him into that little cart and then he got out and he did that. I don't know. I felt like Felon Trump, they shoved him into one of those things to get him off. Because that's when I see. When I board a plane. It's how they get the food on and off the plane. But anyway, I was wrong. You guys were correcting me. It was actually a catering truck because he's. He's big, so he needed more space. So let's get into this reporting, because when I read It. I thought it was a joke, but it's not. And there's some very serious implications that have to apply to it. So sorry if I'm getting a little bit of humor out of it, but, you know, we gotta laugh or else we'll die. Alrighty, so let's get into this reporting. Washington Post again, the exclusive, contradicting public statements. Trump took a secret flight from Turkey amid Iranian threat. Now, remember, this is when Felon Trump went to Ankara in Turkey because he was there for the NATO summit. And when he's there, Russia, remember, we're always in some state of flux when it comes to being in a war or not in a war, according to Trump in this regime. So he's over in the NATO summit and he's leaving the NATO summit, and he went over to that NATO summit on that $400 million luxury bribe from the Qataris, that $400 million luxury jets, the bribe. And he flew over to Turkey on that thing. And then it comes out that there's a security threat, a credible enough threat on either Trump's life or the jet that they said, you know what? We're not going to fly in that jet. Well, we also find out, courtesy of the New York Times and their intrepid reporting, that it's perhaps the fact that that cutter jet was never retrofitted to be able to have the type of technology to create a safe place for the leader of the free world to be able to travel. Ergo, the reason why Trump announces he's doing what he's getting on old Air Force One. Now, here is where the trickery begins. So, WaPo, I appreciate your hard work. Sidney, let's play this video because this is what WaPo included in the reporting, and it's great. Okay, so here we see here, Trump's on Air Force One. Okay. And if you'll recall, can we hit pause, Sydney, on this, if you recall? Oh, maybe we can hit pause. All right, so five minutes after Trump boards Air Force One, you see the airport catering truck pulling away in the back. You see that catering truck driving away. You see that staircase on the right to a C32A, another type of plane. There goes that airport catering truck. It's now at the rear of the C32A and it stays there for a few minutes. Now, I wasn't able to hit pause, but what I wanted to say was this. Trump boards old Air Force One, which is good. You see him there, right? Trump boards Air Force One. You know who else is on board that plane? You have Members of the media, the press pool that's actually traveling with Trump, which happens all the time. So they got on that plane. But do you remember when this reporting came out that the members in the media were told, pull down the windows. Pull down the windows. Why? Well, because if you have a threat, a security threat, you don't want to actually have the ability for people to see in, to be able to find their targets, right? So they told the members of the media, pull down your windows. So they did. So Trump gets on the plane. We see him board the plane. Now let's go back to that video, because I really like this video. It's so important. He's on Air Force One. Now look at this. Next thing, I close that up. Don't see anything right now we're going to stop or you can. There's that airport catering truck. Now, that airport catering truck, according to the reporting from WaPo, does the following. It ends up being elevated to the other side of Air Force One, the side that we can't see and the media couldn't see. Right? The cameras that are filming. And according to the Washington Post, once that catering truck was on that other side of Air Force One. What happened was Trump and some other members of his aides. His aides, excuse me, stepped onto that airport catering truck. It was plain side, side by side, right? Elevated planeside on hydraulics. And then that catering truck was lowered back down to the ground. Let's go back to the video. Okay, Trump's on Air Force One. Okay, Then we see the catering truck on the bottom, right? There we go. There's the airport catering truck. And now we fast forward a little bit. And you can see the truck is pulling away on the left side. All the media are boarding over there, right? So think about this. The catering truck on the left. And you see the staircase to the C32A, which is the other plane that they used. The catering truck is driving to the C32A, and then it goes to the rear of the C32A. It gets elevated on hydraulics again. And then everybody takes off thinking that Trump is on Air Force One, the old one, but turns out he wasn't. Turns out he wasn't even on there. And it's because he tacoed out. Tacoed out, Right? He could stay on the old Air Force One, but he didn't. But what did he do? All kidding aside, he left all those members of the media. God forbid something had happened, they would have been on that plane. Okay, so the Washington Post approaches the White House with the details that they uncovered. And what does the White House do? It doesn't say you're fake news. It doesn't say you're lying. It doesn't say you do not have the facts. Stephen Chung, White House comms Director, issues a statement defending the jet gifted by Cutter. Didn't say, I don't know what you're talking about. It's a thing of fiction. You've been watching too many movies. You're crazy. Again, fake news. Nah, nah, nah. White House says the gift from the Qataris was great. The new Air Force One is a state of the art aircraft that has been fitted with high level security protocols. Ensure the safety of the President of staff. Okay. All righty. So then Washington Post asked a spokesman for the Pentagon, hey, can you explain why Trump didn't ride in the old Air Force One and why he rode on another plane and how the call signs were not announced staying where he was? Because normally when the President is on, on a plane, it becomes Air Force One. A spokesman for the Pentagon referred all questions to the White House. Then a Secret Service spokesman referred questions to the White House and the Pentagon. In other words, they're all going like this because nobody wants to admit the truth, which is he did not ride on the Air Force One. Now publicly, the White House keeps on saying that the President left Turkey on the legacy Air Force One before he began using that Qatari jet. But we all see ourselves, what's happening here and the reporting is unrefuded at this time. And look, there's nothing wrong with using decoy planes. It's been done over several presidential administrations. But it's, it's the intentional sleight of hand and the failure to admit it with transparency to the American people. I also think it does media dirty as well because it does expose those people that were traveling as the reporters and the journalists that was on that plane. And it's really disgusting because it is so typical for the artifice and like I said, the sleight of hand. Right? It's so typical for them to try to act like he's some big badass, I don't have any fears type of guy. And yet he's the first to chicken out. He's the first to chicken out. And listen, the undercurrent of reality being too, we're in an illegal war with Iran and there's a reason why there may be threats on the life of the President. Right. When you're in this illegal war with Iran, the one that he started needless to say so. WaPo, again, having this amazing reporting, has indicated that that C32A, it basically had Pete Hagseth get on it. So it kind of looked like, oh, hey, it's okay, because the Secretary of Defense is also using this, you know, official plane. But nobody said that Donald Trump was on that plane. And that's the thing, right? When you have an Air Force One plane, it says Air Force One, right? That's the call sign that they use, but they never use the call sign for that old Air Force One. And the other thing is this. It's not just the artifice and the trickery. Actually, in Turkey, when they actually arrive at their location, this is the part that I thought was very interesting. When they landed in Britain, you see Trump get off the old Air Force One, and there's no footage as to how he got from that C32A to the old Air Force One to be able to get off, right? And to walk down and to wave and to greet people when he's getting down. But again, there's the stuff behind the scenes. It reminds me of the wizard of Oz. It reminds me of the wizard of Oz doing all of his stupid machinations and all of his trickery behind the curtains, which is exactly what Trump does, because he wants to sit there and fool people into thinking what, that he's so brave, that he's so courageous, that he doesn't care about threats on his life and that he's totally fine with that, when in reality, he's the most chicken shit person that we have because he's the first to abandon other people and leave them high and dry to face danger when he goes and he's safely removes himself from any of those dangerous situations, right? That's 100% what has happened here. So here's another thing that I wanted to talk to you about here, because check out more trickery and more lies from Trump. This is the truth social post that Trump used when he talked about flying on the old Air Force One. This is back on July 8, he said, you know what, what we're going to do is this. We're going to take the old Air Force One from Turkey to Mildenhall, which is in Great Britain. And that we're going to be able to do that so we can show our brave men and women of the military, you know, what is going on here. Oh, okay. So what he wanted to do is he wanted to take that old plane and bring it over so he could justify. No, no, no, no. He was never on the old plane. Right. So it's not only, by the way, the media, it's everybody else who's on that old Air Force One that has been exposed to danger because Trump himself isn't. But everybody else can be exposed to that. So Trump once again is trying to sit there and snow the American people into thinking that, you know, he's some great brave patriot. But there's more because there's always more. Right? Remember the Trump doj through the Southern District of New York under Jay CLAYTON As a U.S. attorney, they issued subpoenas by way of a grand jury on those reporters at the New York Times. And it wasn't just the reporters themselves. They also issued grand jury subpoenas for cell records and that also applied to members of family for these reporters. All because thin skinned Trump got embarrassed about the reporting that came out. Not even about this, not even about the sleight of hand to use a different plane. But Trump got POed. He got pissed off because the New York Times accurately reported that this Qatari bribe, a $400 million jet, that it wasn't adequate to protect the President of the United States. So the Trump DOJ gets these grand jury subpoenas. There's this huge hullaboo, and rightfully so. The New York Times says, fuck off, we're not going to comply with these subpoenas because this isn't legal. And of course, what ends up happening? Well, they end up withdrawing the subpoenas. The United States withdraws the subpoenas issued to New York Times journalists. And that was at the end of July. Right? So think about this for a second. You have them, you have them getting these subpoenas from the Trump DOJ and the Trump doj, and Trump is trying to make it all about the fact that it's not true. The plane is fine. This new, this jet has all the technology and safety that it is. But, but in reality, what were they trying to do? Hey, look, dog, squirrel ball, they're trying to distract you here while they're doing all of this trickery over here. Does that sound like an honest and transparent administration to you? I submit no. And of course, when push comes to shove, a judge calls them out on it. And that's what a federal judge did. And they sat there and they had to withdraw those subpoenas so they couldn't move forward with them because a judge ripped them into asshole because it wasn't legal and it wasn't done properly. So all of this, all of this absurdity over this plane, this $400 million luxury jet from Qatar, which you and I both know you're never going to be able to adequately safeguard against all of the things and the technology that I believe exists right now as we are sitting here speaking. I believe technology exists that they're never going to be able to find that's going to completely safeguard that jet from being able to be hacked, manipulated, accessed in some way. Kiss national security goodbye. In the meantime, Trump tacos out again in another way. Did you see this? Courtesy of my brothers here at Midas Touch. This is the video of convicted felon Donald Trump. What's he doing? Well, he's playing golf. Not a big surprise, right? We know that he plays golf. This is at Bedminster over the weekend. Right. However, what happens? Well, guess what? Those things are, those things in the back, they're a little bit hazy in the top part of that screen. But what those things are is I want to make sure that I identify them appropriately. Those are. Hold a second. I don't know if I said this right. A missile defense system. I want to make sure I did this right. It's a missile defense system. Those are anti missile defense systems that are parked behind Trump while he's playing golf at Bedminster. And yes, I agree. How much is this costing us? Carta, Myra? I agree. How much is that golf session? I don't know if I had the language right. So if I'm wrong, y' all need to tell me, how much is that golf round, round of golf costing us as American taxpayers? In addition, F16s were scrambled to intercept civilian aircraft that entered temporary restricted airspace over the area. So let's think about that as well. When Trump is playing golf at the Bedminster, New Jersey club of his, they restrict airspace because he's there. And we know how often this SOB plays golf. Do you think that that anti missile defense system also went and made sure that Ivana Trump's grave was being maintained properly? I forget which hole it's on at the Bedminster golf course. I digress. So while he's playing golf, they actually had to scramble F16s and then they also had that anti missile defense system. I don't know. I would love to know how much that round of golf cost us as American taxpayers dollars. But what does it tell you? Trump claims he wasn't worried about missiles and drones. I call bullshit. If he wasn't worried, he wouldn't sit there and have to have anti missile systems behind him when he's playing golf. This is, this is the stupidity of this regime. This is where we find ourselves. And this is why, even though some of you may think, well, why is this really necessary to talk about? We talk about it because it is a symptom of the greater disease and the cancer that is Donald Trump, because it has infected every single aspect of our life. And it has also created a standard wherein it's okay to deceive and it's okay to not be transparent with the American people in every single space. And because of that, we say no. We say no here at Katie Fang News. We say no in independent media. But I do want to say thank you to the reporting that was done at the Washington Post to expose what happened with Taco Trump, because otherwise we wouldn't know about this level of artifice and trickery. Talk about diseases and let's talk about, all kidding aside, how serious it is that more lies, as I just mentioned, are coming out of this regime. This time, though, these lies implicate the lives of children. And look, I know some of you have probably seen this. If you didn't, I want you to look. This is what happened in the Oval Office yesterday. Take a quick look.

Okay, so convicted felon Donald Trump can barely keep his eyes open, while RFK Jr. Can barely get through his prepared statements, while bobblehead brunette Barbie behind Donald Trump is sitting there doing God knows what she was doing. And we'll get to her in a minute. But what was being addressed yesterday was the announcement of a new executive order from felon Trump that allegedly is the new golden standard now when it comes to the vaccination schedules and the vaccines for our children here in the United States. And you know what? It was all lies. And you all deserve the truth. And that's why I was like, we need to talk to somebody who. Who's a real doctor because RFK Jr. Is not a real doctor. Bobblehead brunette Barbie over there, not a real doctor. Certainly Felon Trump, not a real doctor. That's why I wanted to make sure that we had the real doctor, Dr. Vin Gupta. Dr. Gupta, we're always grateful to be able to spend some time with you. You are the head of Midas Health. You're also a practicing pulmonologist and doesn't need to be said, but might as well do it. You're a real doctor. I know that you caught that circus sideshow event that happened in the Oval Office that I've just been talking about. But let's start with, I think, some of the very important things that need to be answered. Because I've got questions, you've got the answers. Mmr, measles, mump, mumps, rubella. I mean, we've been doing MMR as a trio for as long as I can know, and I just hit 51 years recently. Is there a need to split it up? Because it makes me a little nervous that they don't even offer it split, split up here in the US 80.

No, there is no need whatsoever. And I think this is part of the exhaustion here. And now that exhaustion is having spoken to a lot of my clinical colleagues and public health leaders, really just outright anger because they're lying. This is a series of lies yesterday in the Oval Office. And they weren't even trying to hide it. It was just direct lie after lie after lie. There is no evidence that MMR is unsafe. You know, the President was speculating, engaging in hearsay, saying he heard something from somebody. This is, this is not how you talk about medical research and medical evidence. I mean, I know we're beyond norms here, but you don't engage in hearsay when it comes to any of this. And so he's just, he's not adhering to any convention when it comes to medical communications. Two, there's nothing new. We have to your point, we've been at this for decades. MMR has been proven very safe. There's a reason we combine it, because kids don't want three shots, they want one shot. Parents, there's a lot of, you know, we don't talk a lot about the access issues, Katie, that come to that when it comes to vaccines, evening appointments, getting time off work, if you're a parent driving your child to an appointment, there's a lot of friction in the system when it comes to just getting access to the services. This is going to complicate that. And then three, just for all your listeners, it's important to recognize that when there is a safety signal, we do act and we split vaccines. And we've already done this once, there's something called the MMRV vaccine. Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, that covers chickenpox. We notice that amongst children, very young children, when they're given that there's a risk of Febr viral seizures, 1 in 2,300 kids might have that side effect from the four combo vaccine, MMRV. So what do we do? We said we don't want to have any risk here. So for young kids, Getting their first shot of measles, mumps, rubella, varicella. We're going to split it. Mmr, varicella separately. So it's not like we haven't discussed this in the past. It's not like we don't act when there is an actual safety signal. But there is nothing here that deserves action. And it's just a series of lies.

Yeah. You know, I want, I want to pull on a very quickly with you, Dr. Gupta, on that thread about access. It's not just access based upon scheduling, it's access based upon availability of physicians. Right. Because some people live in medical deserts, right, where it's not that easy to be able to get to a physician, but then it also leads to a copay every single time or maybe something out of pocket every single time. And so you may end up with a parent who's like, you know what? I can't afford it and, or it's just not convenient anymore. And so I know that, that, you know, we all know the incidence of measles has skyrocketed since RFK Jr took over and we have Donald Trump at the helm of this country. I mean, it terrifies me as somebody who is the mother of an 11 year old kid who goes to school that there might be this opportunity where somebody say, well, can't do the measles. Maybe I'll do the moms and definitely won't do the rubella. I mean, it's just kind of horrifying to me that they're so casual about it in the Oval Office, 100%.

I mean, he even said, well, there's nothing bad that's going to come from any of this, whatever this is. And it's quite a statement when he is presiding the President and his secretary over the worst measles outbreak this nation has seen in at least 35 years. They're responsible for us losing elimination status. Hundreds of hospitalizations, three deaths, and for him to say callously that this is not going to result in any impacts. The facts of the case are being proven as we speak. Sept. And flu vaccines no longer being mandatory for our troops. They had to reverse that, Katie, within just a matter of a few months. When have they been right on any of these issues? Please tell me, when have they been right? They've been wrong at every turn. Hepatitis B. They spent a lot of time talking about hepatitis B. Sort of word salad. Nobody really understood what they were talking about. There was a reason we do universal dosing of hepatitis B right after birth for moms. And babies, it's because it prevents chronic liver disease. We tried their favorite approach. They want to take us back to pre1991, Katie. When we would do test and then vaccinate as a pro, you know, as based on positive testing, turns out we can't test. Given the access issues to healthcare in this country, every expectant mom, not every mom, is able to get tested because healthcare access is inequitable. A lot of people live in places where getting tested is not easy to do. So we missed 20,000 infants that got exposed to hepatitis B. Pre1991. They were to take us back, Katie, to an era where there was more disease and where basically the conditions existed. Where diseases that we previously had control over found a way back. They want to take us back.

One of the most egregious lies that has been repeated by this administration and specifically by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Is that vaccines cause autism. It enrages me to hear this stated with any type of empirical emphasis because one, there is no proof that vaccines cause autism. But number two, they're so callously and just kind of casually keep on saying it. And you know, I wanted to make sure, no matter what that you and I had the chance to be able to have this conversation because you are a physician, you are a medical doctor. RFK Jr is not Donald Trump. Donald Trumper is not. This Maha chick influencer who was just sitting there nodding along is not. Stephen Miller isn't. We'll get into the NIH director in a second. But do vaccines cause autism?

It's been proven time and time again, Katie, over the last 50 plus years that the answer to your question is no. There is no proven link between the childhood vaccine schedule and the development of autism. There are other much more plausible and proven risks that we just don't talk about because they are so focused on their hypothesis that's been debunked. Environmental risk factors, large risk factor. They don't talk about that because they're making our environment a lot worse. Genetics. I don't know why they don't talk about genetics because there's nothing political about that. Genetics. Strong risk factor for autism. First stage of mom and dad at first birth of baby as mom and dads. Expectant moms and dads are getting older, Katie. Across the country, older. First age is a risk factor. Why don't we just talk about those actual proven risk factors? There's nothing political or controversial about that. Who knows? But they have a narrative to drive forward and they're trying their best to do it. Also, Kennedy made this comment that we're not seeing higher rates of autism diagnosed in older people, and therefore how could he was using that as a justification that something is happening with young people that is different from, say, 40, 50, 60 years ago. And he's wrong on that as well, Katie, because now as we're doing more and more studies of people that are older, 50 or 55 plus, and looking at maybe something was missed or maybe we under diagnose autism in older cohorts. The answer is yes, we underdiagnosed autism in older cohorts. It's about a percent prevalence when you adjust for age across the country. So his own justifications are disproven very easily. There's actually no nuance to any of his thought processes. They're easily debunked and they're lying. They're just lying. And it's pretty extraordinary to see.

I did want to make sure that I mentioned that the NIH director was there yesterday, and that really upset me too, because that is a medical doctor, that is a physician, and I'm going to mess up his name. So you correct me, it's Dr. J. Bhattachara. Is that his last name?

Bhattacharya. Dr. J. Bhattacharya is the director of the National Institutes for Health. And he said that this new, quote, unquote golden vaccine schedule, plan, regimen, whatever that Trump was peddling yesterday, that it, quote, restores. Pardon me, restores parents autonomy. But since when? Dr. Gupta, is a parent's autonomy supposed to trump, I guess, all pun intended, supposed to trump medical science, medicine and science? I'm not quite sure why that is supposed to now be the priority. We're supposed to say parents have autonomy over what medicine and science would be best for their children.

Yeah, I was confused by that as well, because nothing fundamentally in the executive order actually is going to be able to allow parents some sort of greater liberties. They're overstating the reach of this executive order and what it can and cannot do. I think we still have an informed consent process which has existed for a very long time. That's not going to change. Parents are still going to be able to ask questions at their child's provider. That will not change. There's nothing net new here. It's all just nonsense, word salad and marketing. But parents aren't going to be able to, for example, have any greater rights if a school or if a state mandates a certain set of vaccines. Parents are still going to have to abide by that. What I do think is a risk is for the next two years, the CDC and Kennedy do have an ability to strong arm what comes out of the federal government from an advisory standpoint. And the question will be what is the CDC director that we, a lot of us, hold in high regard? I hold Dr. Erica Schwartz. She's bipartisan respect, she's a credentialed physician. She has the ability or perhaps to push back and to be very careful about what's recommended, what's not recommended. From a CDC perspective, insurance companies, state based and local departments of health follow that and that guidance and that then peters down to what schools do and do not do. And so will we see a change in posture there? I hope not. I thought it was interesting just on a few points, that Erica Schwartz, Dr. Erica Schwartz, the newly confirmed CDC director was entirely absent from that major announcement. She just got confirmed. So what does that mean? Does that mean that she's going to be having her cake and eating it too? She's going to stay in the job but not speak up when it's inconvenient? I don't know. I think a lot of us expect that she's going to be a bulwark against this nonsense, but remains to be seen. So number one, I think that's key. And then more broadly, they talk about splitting the MMRV vaccine, Katie, into three shots, the MMR vaccine rather, into three shots, measles, mumps and rubella. I would venture a strong. I strongly speculate here that no pharmaceutical company is going to say, hey, let me invest the billions of dollars required to do something that no medical body thinks is needed, that there's no clamoring for outside of a very few settled people. Let me do something to appease the president for the next two years. Because then, by the way, presumably this executive order is going to go away regardless of this president. It's not going to happen. So this is all theater. Nobody's going to say, let me invest tens of billions of dollars into developing vaccines that are not needed. And so a lot of this is just noise. This is not going to happen.

And this is why it was so important for us to have this conversation on sidebar, because again, we've got kids going back to school, number one. But number two, it's fear mongering and it's freedom mongering. Right? It's this idea of promoting this narrative that you're not free unless you're able to sit there and ignore medicine, science and Actual, real statistics, which they just seem to ignore. So, Dr. Vin Gupta, I'm so grateful you are the head of Midas Health, but you're also a practicing pulnologist and we need your voice desperately. So thank you so much for joining me. I mean, this is why we have these conversations, right, with real doctors like Dr. Vin Gupta, who is the head of Midas Health. Myra, I saw your questions there as we heard from Dr. Gupta. Yeah. We can still continue to do the MMR right now as three shots at one time, but we need to kind of keep our eyes appealed to see whether or not they try to change that, which I think is absurd. I did want to take a little bit of a second to talk about who I'm calling Bobblehead brunette Barbie behind felon Trump. Her name is Jamie Franklin, and this is important. I think this is a generous headline calling her a CEO. She founded a publication with her longtime friend Isabel Redfield in 2020 called the Conservator. Yeah, that's what it's called. You want to know what the description is? It describes itself as a media and lifestyle brand operating at the intersection of politics, culture, faith, fashion, beauty and femininity. It produces original reporting and commentary aimed primarily at young, conservative Christian women. Before building her brand, Jamie Frank, Jamie Franklin worked in Republican politics and conservative media. Collar, bobblehead, brunette, Barb just standing there nodding her head. Nodding. She has no effing clue what's going on with the medicine and the signs. But according to her, she was so grateful that convicted felon Donald Trump invited her to the Oval Office to be able to participate in that. But that shows the danger, people. Yeah, look at that. She would not know scientific evidence of bitter on the ass. And that's the thing. The same thing with RFK Jr. Who had a whole cottage industry of money making from sitting there trying to link vaccines to autism. It is the audacity of this administration to fear monger people into states of illness. We have higher rates of measles than we've had since when you heard Dr. Gupta. They want to reverse us by decades when it comes to medical advancement. Why? Because there's something going on on a back deal with making more fucking money with big Pharma. Right? And there's some way that they're going to make a lot of money off of the insurance companies and there's some way to screw us over. Because none of this helps your bottom line economic dollars. None of this does. In fact it hurts it. Splitting up the mmr, trying to sit there and regulate vaccine schedules and do it in a way where you have. I mean, it's nuts. Alrighty, we are back and we are gonna go into the latest legal including the fact that Donald Trump is trying to have yet another zombie prosecution happen. Poor Olympic canoeist Davey Hearn. Now the White House is getting involved, putting pressure on the DOJ to consider bringing back a prosecution of Davey Hearn again. Why? Because once again, convicted felon Donald Trump with his very thin skin can't take the L. And so because of that, he wants to put pressure on his new Roy Cohn, Attorney General Todd Blanche to bring back the indictment. That box of wine Piro actually, in a moment of legal competency and decency and integrity, dropped that indictment against Davey Hearn. But here's the problem. Here's the problem. In the motion to dismiss that was filed by Janine Box of Wine Pirro, she admits that people in the Interior Department have acknowledged it was a shoddy work that was done by the contractor. Remember, that was the guy who had never had a federal contract, who had done the pools at Trump's golf clubs, and he got this amazing federal contract. Well, yeah. So how is it going to be the case? Is the defense now going to call Janine Pirro as a defense witness to be able to refute the allegations that have happened here? All I see are the cha, ching, cha, ching, cha, ching dollar signs adding up to Davey Hearn's malicious prosecution lawsuit that'll be brought against the Trump administration. And even Donald Trump on Sunday posting on Truth Social this that you see on your screen, he admits on Truth Social that there was no video or proof. He literally says it was a contractor error done by rushing the job for a July 4th opening. And he says it was a very small area of the pool that was damaged. He claims it was relatively inconsequential. They never want you to use and believe your eyes, your ears. Right. They never want you to believe your own eyes. But we've seen the damage to that reflecting pool, and it was not caused by Olympian canoeist Davey Hearn. Donald Trump says that security cameras have been and are being installed. Well, of course, that's happening after, after the allegations are being brought against Davey Hearn. So let's see what ends up happening. Yet another attempt to resurrect a case. Donald Trump is trying to fire Lisa Cook again. Governor of the Federal Reserve. We saw this reporting a few days ago. It happened over the weekend. Donald Trump, after the Supreme Court had decided that he could not summarily have Lisa Cook out of her office and her job while her litigation against the administration is pending. He's now trying to figure out ways to get her fired once again, as I noted today here at Katie Fang News in my episode about Will Scharf, the incoming White House counsel that began September 1st. He's currently the staff secretary, you know, the guy who keeps on handing the stuff over to Donald Trump to sign when it comes to executive orders. Well, he will be also participating in this whole idea of trying to find new ways to resurrect and to have some more zombie cases, both criminal prosecutions and civil cases. Here's another case the BBC. Remember, we were all waiting for the BBC to be able to get its hands on that discovery for more than 400 business entities for convicted felon Donald Trump. Well, a federal judge in Florida allowing Donald Trump to file an amended complaint. Just yesterday, this judge ruled that Trump is allowed to update his complaint, filing an amended complaint against the BBC. Now, here's the thing. In the original lawsuit that was brought by Donald Trump, he alleged the following type of damages. He said the documentary, which he claims was defamatory because he claims that the documentary that was on BBC misquoted him as he gave a speech to his supporters on January 6th to the insurrectionists at the Ellipse. And this was a 2024 documentary. Trump says in his first iteration of the lawsuit that he suffered personal reputational harm and that his businesses were also harmed. That was part of the reason, not the only, that the BBC was able to successfully claim that it was able to get his hands on all of that financial documentation, including tax returns, bank statements, etc. Now, the judge said, okay, I'm not going to have this financial information turned over. Let's have this amended complaint filed. Trump's lawyers are saying, well, I'm just alleging reputational harm. I being Donald Trump, and because I'm not saying any type of harm to my businesses, you shouldn't be able to get it. But not so quick. The judge says the following. Trump has good cause to amend the lawsuit because the law allows him another bite at the apple. However, the issue of what can be subpoenaed will still have to be litigated in court. So Trump is so quick to count his chickens, isn't he? He thinks that he has now escaped having to turn over this financial information to the BBC. But I'm going to tell you, as somebody who's handled litigation of this type and as a trial lawyer, it's not that easy. Discovery is very broad. It's what we call very liberal. And if it's relevant, it's usually discoverable. And I think there is a lot of relevancy to the idea of personal reputational harm, because with somebody like Trump, it's pretty inextricably intertwined with his businesses, is it not? And then I wonder, Donald Trump, if you're only claiming reputational harm, then are you putting all of your personal financials out there? You know, the ones that you just pushed Todd Blanch to secure in that tax immunity provision and that bullshit collusion lawsuit in Florida that you brought against the insurance, IRS and the Treasury Department? Again, don't be so quick, Trump. To think that if you escaped any type of exposure here when it comes to your financials, last but not least, I'll be in court on Thursday. Wanted to make sure that I reminded folks that there is a call in number that is available. Well, make sure that I post it myself on my socials. I know it's been making its rounds right now on social media. The hearing is at 1pm Eastern on Thursday, August 13th. Now, I want to know, and maybe you can chime in in the comments, whether you think Todd Blanche himself is going to show up. It's interesting. I sued Todd Blanche. I didn't sue the Trump Department of Justice. They're separate things. I sued Todd Blanche as then acting attorney General in his official capacity as then acting Attorney General for the Department of Justice. Some of you have asked that now that he's become the attorney general, does that impact my lawsuit? No, it just means I drop the ad, the adjective acting before attorney general. But I sued Todd Blanche. And if you look at the language of the order from Judge Sullivan in my case, it's ordering Blanche to have to come, the defendant Todd Blanche to have to come and answer for the deficiencies and the violations of the court orders from Judge Sullivan. So I'm curious, do you think Blanche is going to show up? Do you think Stanley Woodward, the number three at the DOJ who we all know has, you know, come in and out of my lawsuit? Because when he's not in, Jeanine Pirro's name seems to appear. When Stanley Woodward's in, who do you think is going to show up at this hearing on Thursday? I know I'll be there. I'll be there in D.C. i'll go to court. This lawsuit is way too important for me not to be there. This is an important hearing. This is an opportunity for us to be at an inflection point of accountability. And I want Judge Sullivan to see the whites of my eyes. So he also appreciates, which I think he has so far, how seriously I am taking the pursuit of this case not only on my own behalf as a litigant for information and investigative journalism that I can do, but I also want to make sure that he knows how important it is for the survivors in the survivor community of not only Epstein, Maxwell and others, but for all survivors of abuse out there that we fight and we fight together to make sure that we get as damn close to justice, however it's defined as we possibly can.
