hey, hey, sovereign wealth builders. Simon Dixon here and welcome to another episode of Simon Dixon Hard Talk Live. I've got good news and I've got bad news. Let's start with the good news. The good news is, is that I've had my head down all week. I've been in full blown lockdown because I decided that now is the time to get my book done. The bad news is that I haven't turned the TV on, I haven't turned X on, I haven't followed social media and I don't know anything that happened this week. And so I'm not going to be covering this week on Simon Dixon Hard Talk Live. But I'm going to tell you why I think this is good news for you. And so if you're new to my show or maybe you come in from an interview that I've done recently and you haven't shared the whole journey, you may or may not know that it was approximately 26 years ago during the dot com boom and bust that my father lost all of his money in the stock market and he asked me to figure out what happened with his money. And that took me on this whole journey of where I am today to help get as many people sovereign in this world that we're transitioning to that I cover every single week. But it was round about 2020 during the COVID lockdowns that we had such a radical shift in the world. And I think it was an eye opening moment for so many. Everyone has their own story around what happened, but I think the whole world had some level of experience that everything changed after Covid in 2020. And it was that time when I was really reflecting upon what we what I need to do next, what's the most value I can bring to the world. And one of those was a decision to write my book. And so I started writing my book in 2020 during the lockdowns and prior to this, my last book. I'd written two before this, but my last one was in 2011, bank to the future, protect your future before governments go bust. And one of the things I was thinking of doing is redrafting it and updating it to the world as it is today because it was the first published book in the world to include bitcoin. It covered concepts like central bank, digital currencies. It talked about social credit scores, artificial intelligence. And this was 15 years ago. So, so much of it actually came and is timeless because we went through all the different banking reforms and how to fix money and various other things. But it was so early in my journey. This was, you know, 2011, 11 years after my father asked me to answer that question. And I'd been through the careers, I'd been through stockbroking, market making, investment banking. I joined not for Profit. I had a business that tried to create a bank. And this is when I first started to discover the bitcoin community. Spoke at the first bitcoin conference that year and never looked back. Bitcoin was about $3 when writing that book. But during COVID my thinking and my understanding of the world nine years after writing that book in 2000, almost a decade after, had advanced so much because I'd had so much experience. One of the real things that I was very ignorant about at the time was privacy and just generally how invasive these technologies were going to be into our privacy in general. And I was talking about social capital and building your communities and owning more assets and bitcoin and other technologies and all the different things that were available to us without a full appreciation of Privacy. So in 2020, I decided that it was time to write it again. And I wrote a lot. And, you know, this is. I'd already sold parts of my business at this time. I understood a lot more around, you know, a decade of being in business and investing in over 100 different companies in the bitcoin and fintech sector, you know, became financially sovereign myself. And just everything that I learned and I tried to brain jump into that journey and share a lot of the stories that people don't know about many of the technologies that went on to change the world and the different operations and everything else. And so I wrote that in 2020. But I got distracted after writing a lot of the book. And I remember if you look back at my live channel, I was sharing how I'm writing the book and what I'm going to put in the book. And everyone was getting very excited about it, but the book never came out. And I got distracted with business regulations, various things that were happening in my life. And then the infamous story that happened was the Celsius bankruptcy. And this was where I learned so much more of the connecting dots of the next stage, I would say. And so I stopped writing the book. And on 12 January 2022 I started writing the book when two years before my father passed. But on 12 of, not January, June 2022, the same day that Celsius locked 650,000 victims out of billions of dollars of bitcoin. And I ended up the seventh largest creditor in that case and obsessing over it for the next couple of years, reading 4,000 documents, turning up to every court hearing, lobbying, engaging in trying to put structures together to help the victims and hosting spaces every single week almost during that whole period. If you shared that journey with me, you'll know that what that was like at that time, all the gaslighting Mashinsky, you know, coming up on that space where I would confront him head on and he would try and blame shift that whole journey of the squeezers that were, you know, really questioning my intention and everything that happened during that whole journey. It was massively eye opening, understanding the corruption of the bankruptcy process and then understanding how Celsius was deeply connected to Zionism and everything that came after that. And so anyway, I started the book before my father had passed away. And on 12 June 2022 I lost myself in the bankruptcy because just like my father lost all his entire pension 26 years ago, many, many of the Celsius victims lost their entire pension. I remember I was sent a photo of somebody that sent me a picture of his baby and he was saying, this is the only thing that keeps me alive. And he was live on a space and said, simon, tell me why I shouldn't take my life. And we already had lost people that committed suicide as a result of not being able to face their family because they felt like a financial failure because they put their entire life savings into Celsius. We had, you know, people that had to go back to work at age 80 that had to come out of retirement. We had people that had to leave the country that they, that they love. We had divorces. And it was just really a raw experience of the bankruptcy, treating people as numbers. And you know, each and every victim of that had a story and I had life experience. You know, I'd invested in Kraken for example, who was supporting the distribution of the Mt. Gox bankruptcy. 800,000 Bitcoin lost for creditors and still to this day, they're still getting paid out. But I learned the lessons there. Bitfinex 119,000 Bitcoin hacked. We supported the creditors in constructing a security. It went on to become the first security token. The whole story around that in fact, we invested in a company called Securitize. They're now going public. In fact, from the Celsius, one of the companies that took all the assets is now about to go public. And the stories of constructing those assets into a security so that the Bitfinex creditors actually made one of the highest returning investments that actually outperform Bitcoin amazingly. So I had all that experience anyway, and we brought it to the Celsius one. And so I was dealing with the loss of my father, and I kind of lost myself in seeing the victims and the pensioners and everyone that had lost their money and just getting lost in that. And I remember it took over two years, and there was a decisive moment when I'd lobbied the judge to get us out of bankruptcy. Because if the price of Bitcoin went above a certain price, then the financial industrial complex, the various pension funds, were going to end up with the upside on the assets at this time. This was after operation choke point 2.0, when our industry was being taken on by Wall Street. BlackRock was approving the Bitcoin ETF, and the price of Bitcoin was about to take us to territory where we would have lost the Bitcoin that we. That I already lobbied for in order to keep the Bitcoin with all the other creditors and everyone else that contributed to the case. And it was a real team effort. So the moral of the story is that after that I was ready to write my book again. So I came back and I started working on my book again. But as I read it, I was reading it while my father was still alive. And then I continued it when my father had left us and passed away. And the stories were just able to give me the time and the reflection to draw more meaning into each of the different events. Now, I like to share the stories because it's my lived experience. Nothing I share with people is based upon theory. It's all based upon real experiential things that happen in life. The successes, the losses, the failures. And, you know, it was being able to draw out from it the real lessons, the real stories, things that people can actually take away and implement into their life. But plus, I got distracted right after that because it was October 7th, and October 7th was I was studying the cause of war and intelligence ops and covert ops. And October 7th happened. And because I'd been driven in that direction of studying some of the false flags and intelligence operations, I was able to see October 7th differently than we're being told on the media. And so anyone that was watching me around that time, my content shifted from sharing things on Bitcoin to covering geopolitics. I'd really been applying this, follow the money framework that I covered today and developing it during that time by combining it with, not just on the individual level, not just all the companies I'd invested in and the business I'd created, but also the countries that I'd worked with over the years. I, you know, early got booted out of the UK because we couldn't get a Bank of England license. Worked with the Isle of Man and then the bank of England and the IMF applied, trying to stop making bitcoin legal tender in the Isle of Man. Working with President Bukele on the Bitcoin bond after Bitcoin was made legal tender, launching the first bitcoin bonds in, backed by mining in Iceland. And the people that invested in it, the people that didn't invest in it in the various stories, even launching one of the first bitcoin venture capital fund, Bitcoin Capital and Max Kaiser and just all of these different things, I was able to reflect upon it and draw out the real tangible things that people can take away. And this time with no real business agenda, no upsell, no sponsorship, no, you know, no, no business goal, because I got nothing I'm trying to sell you today other than the value that you can draw out of it and the value that I get out of sharing my analysis and trying to help people figure out if this is useful for them. And so I looked at the, the draft of that I was writing before my father passed away, after my father passed away, started rewriting it, started understanding more about operation choke point 2.0. And combining that with the countrywide intelligence operations that were happening. And October 7th took me on a new journey. I started doing various initiatives to support the victims of the war. And I would be going on spaces on a regular, you know, kind of similar to how we did with Celsius, but this time people all around the world sharing their experiences of war and what these covert operations are. And I would go on these spaces and I would tell them and try and predict what would come next and analyze what I got wrong based upon my understanding of the COVID ops, false flags, monetary flows and my understanding of, you know, macroeconomics and who actually rules the world. The concept of FIT Miktick that I cover each week. And so it, it was able to provide a level of taking out the emotion on probably the most emotional topic you could ever have. And I tried to wear these two hats. It was the humanitarian in me and I was doing the humanitarian work, disgusted with what we were witnessing and what was happening and the genocide happening in real time versus the analytical hat, which was cold, which was brutal, which was inhumane, which was and still is a real politic way of analyzing and seeing things the way that I think those in control and those that in part of the decisions get to see things. And often people would get confused between my humanitarian side and my analytical side. Now, my analytical side is not what I want to happen. It's not what I'm advocating for. It's what I think is happening. It's what I think will happen. And it's what based upon my understanding of world power. And that upsets people because people apply their ideology to it or they apply their trauma to it or whatever it may be. And there's a time and a place for that. But I just want to get back to the humanitarian side. And so this whole concept of the human side and the analytical side and how to just draw that together and how to protect yourself not based on how you want the world to be, but based upon how the world is and by following the monetary flows, how we think it's going to be, and then how to protect yourself during that whole process. So anyway, I decided last week to switch off everything and just go full blown Simon Dixon obsessed mode style into transforming that book. And I'm really proud of what I've come up with. There's going to be three parts. Each part will have seven chapters. And each of the seven chapters will end in a rule that you can apply. And then it will be 21 rules that come from that, 21 ways to win. And so while I'm covering the topic of what is happening, I want to make sure that I don't just leave you with how bad the world is. I don't want to make the world look better than it is or worse than it is. I want to get that yin and yang, that with every one of these, the world that we're going to, it comes with rules and their way to win. And quite frankly, I don't say this to brag, but in the aspects, certainly the financial aspects, I'm not saying this as a theory, I'm saying this as a real lived going through the wins and losses and finding myself in a position where I'm more sovereign than I could ever have imagined. And I've written eight chapters and I've got 21 chapters that I'm going to be writing, and I want to get it done. And so this is just an introduction to that, to let you know that I'm going to continue to write it. And so therefore, I can't cover Simon Dixon Hard Talk Live this week, which is my committed discipline, where I present everything that happened this week to you. Follow the money. And that really is. This is just a, a video of gratitude, that it's because of that discipline, it's because of my family that allow me to spend the time needed to do this, even though there's no real, you know, job or financial benefit to it other than just a commitment to the team, to, you know, everybody that helped me make these episodes to you, that tunes in and listens to all the podcasters that had me on my plat on their platform in order to share my message. This book was written because of you, because of everyone that was involved in making this, this podcast happen, because of you tuning in, and because of everybody that hosted me on their platform and allowed me to refine my message and tease it out so that I could get it in a clearer way that wasn't too jargon rich, but really condense it into what is the most useful thing, what is the service I can bring to the world in order to help people get through this transition. Because, have no doubt, you are alive at a very, very transitional moment in history. You know, I often said you're alive at one of the most interesting and exciting time in, in, in our moment in our history, you know, in our lifetime. Some are going to get hurt, others can do really well. And I want to make sure you're on the right side of this change. So my father passed away on 12th June, 2022. He asked me to figure out what happened to his money. I now know the answer to that question. It took me 26 years. It took me working with countries, it took me building businesses. It took me working inside the machine in investment banking. It took me trying to change a machine in politics, learning academically in economics at universities. It took all of that for me to be able to finally answer that question. But I got the answer and I've drawn out the 21 ways to beat the game. And I'm going to finish that book and make sure it gets out. And so that's why I'm not doing any live episodes. So there's a couple of things that I'm going to draw out here. So firstly, thank you. Thank you for turning up. And all I ask for you in return is that if you would like to be on the mailing list, to be one of the first to receive that book, whether it be the audiobook, physical book, digital book, whatever. Make sure you're a part of SimonDixon.com and you've got a membership and you've given our email over and I'll make sure I email you and we'll look to do the best we can for those that are on the newsletter and to get the most out of it and maybe some exclusive stuff around that as well. The other is I'll check in with you next week and let you know how I got on, but I'm not going to do a live episode until I'm done. And that's my commitment. I don't want to get distracted with anything else. And so what I'd love for you to do is in the comments below this, tell me what you would like in that book. Tell me what you would like me to draw out and cover more. Tell me what you're confused about. Tell me where I can help you. Because this book is open source, we're going to be writing it with you. I'm going to read all those comments as I'm writing the book and I'm going to be drawing content to answer your questions. So leave a comment below and tweet at me on X or wherever you are, wherever you're listening to this. But also, why don't you use this opportunity to catch up on some of the podcast appearances or previous episodes maybe you missed. And so after this, we're going to play a little collage that Azad put together and we're going to play just, you know, pulling it out, edited from those that had hosted me on their podcast so that you can see a little bit more of it. And then after I've written the book, I'm going to be, you know, going on many different podcasts that have invited me to go on but I've delayed and so I've been invited to go on. But I said I want to get my book done first. So I'll be returning back to those, to those people once I've written the book and make sure that we can condense it down. So let's share this journey together. That's all I ask. In order to do that, make sure you're following me on X and give me some real time updates and I'll be giving those as I write this book. Make sure you're a subscriber on YouTube so that you get the notifications as this book comes out. We'll make audio versions, video versions, all sorts of interesting stuff. Let me know what format you'd like to see. Also make sure that you have on Spotify or Apple, you are, you know, look up Simon Dixon Hardtalk and make sure you're following and you get the notifications on the podcast. If you're on Rumble, follow me over there. I've got a smaller following than I have on YouTube and just go over to SimonDixon.com and you can see the different networks. We've got a telegram group as well. So I'll post some updates over there. So let's just get this book done and I'll check in with you next week to tell you how much further I've got. I'm currently on chapter eight, we got 21 chapters to write and I'm going to read all of your comments below in order to write this book in real time so that we can do it together and make sure that I cover what you need. And so with that in mind, I look forward to reading your comments and I hope you are excited as I am around the good news. So while I deliver the bad news, there's no Simon Dixon Hardtalk Live for you this week. We'll play some videos after and you can catch up with some of those. I'll pull out the highlights and you can pick the one that's right for you to watch that you may not have watched. And then the good news is that I'm going to be giving you the gift that I always wanted to give back to my dad. And sadly my father is no longer with us today, nor is my mother. And I'm sure he's watching over us and he's able to learn the lessons and get the book because I got the answer to his question 26 years after he asked it. And what I'm going to do for my father is I'm going to release that book and give the answer to you so that you can implement it, you can share it with your loved ones and you can make sure that in this radically changing time, you know, what my father didn't know so that you can, you know, implement these 21 ways to win the game, which is the best of what I got. And maybe in five years, 10 years, we'll write another one or maybe I'll get in the mode and there'll be more follow up books, we'll see, but we'll share this journey together. And finally that book, which I'm not going to tell the name of yet, but I've got the answer for my father and I'd like to share that with you on SimonDixon.com as well. You'll notice that there's a membership portal where you can create a username and login. This is really my backup in case I get taken down. We try to create a contingency environment. We got a membership portal that we created there within that membership portal. It's actually the only place you can go to in order to get a free downloadable PDF of my previous book bank to the protect your future before governments go bust. There's a bunch of other stuff in there, but one of them is a section where you're able to ask questions that we previously used in order to where people could share what they'd like to see in future episodes. Simon Dixon Hard Talk Live but what I've also asked my team to do is to go through that and if you head in there and you write a comment of what you'd like to see included in the book and your questions and whatever you'd like to say. I've asked my team to prioritize the membership portal and pull it out for me because I'm going to be heads down and I'm going to be focused on that, on writing. But I've asked my team to pull out everything there. If you create a login for yourself, maybe this is the opportunity to take the PDF now that we've got such great tools in order for reading out. You can put it in AI maybe and you can get the summary and catch up with my thinking way back in 2011 and ask it some questions. But you can have the PDF and and you can get that from within the membership portal and there's a bunch of other stuff you can get there. We've got legacy episodes of things like video series I created actually during COVID during the 2020 Great Depression. I was talking about the Great depression of the 2020s and this silent depression. You can see that video series, various things as well, but make sure you've got a username and a password there. That's where I'm going to be emailing everyone the updates. That's where you can add a comment where my team is actually going to be reviewing that and pulling it out for me and pushing it through AI to make sure that we've got everything that should be covered in the book as I'm drafting. Always remember you are alive at one of the most interesting and exciting times in financial history. Some going to get wrecked, others can do really well and I'm going to get that book out there so that you can be on the right side of this change. Enjoy the little montage of clips and thank you to everyone that shared the journey. And head over to my YouTube channel where you can search in and maybe we'll put some links in the description to all the different full episodes and blog posts of everyone that that we're about to cover. Enjoy the video. Peace. I think there's a small group of power structures that sit above countries that are running the show. There's no political solution in the West. There's no democracy. It's all a lie. The government is a distraction. The left versus the right is a complete distraction. You need a theatrical moment to define the end of Empire and the transition to the New World Order. There is a way of breaking the system if we wanted, but they don't want you to know that. What's the way the uk, the European Union, Australia, Canada, the collective west is fully subordinate to US corporate interest because they're rolling over the debt based Ponzi scheme. Yes, they have access to the financial industrial complex tools. They can create a currency war. If they want to destroy your wealth, they can laden you with debt which they can roll over. They can use intelligence and military in order to destabilize your country. Turn genuine riots into color revolutions. Take away somebody that represented the people and install a dictator that takes the corrupt money in order to privatize all their resources and make sure that Chevron, Exxon, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamic, JP Morgan, the IMF all can come in and use your country as an asset management portfolio. So most people when they hear this, they think is this some kind of organized cabal? It's actually not. It's a ruthless game of betrayal at the top, power dynamics and access to capital and you can throw people off the network and then operations go wrong. It's a ruthless game.

America is getting into this extreme divide and conquer political polarization. You've got suicide rates at all time high, the 10th largest cause of death in America. You've got drug addiction at all time high. You've got wealth inequality at extremes that are causing extreme polarization. I know how Wall street works. I know how Silicon Valley works. How do I get free? And I tell them, own more bitcoin every month than the last month. Own more bitcoin this week than last week. Own more bitcoin today than you did yesterday. Self custody. Run a node and invest in community infrastructures. Build your freedom. So we need to Decentralize money. We need to decentralize artificial intelligence and we need to decentralize control grids through decentralized communities. If you fund your farmer, they want your farmer bankrupt because they want you having artificial food that's manufactured in some technical industrial complex. If you want to know what they want to do to the world, what it could look like, look at what they rebuild in Gaza. Some are completely subordinate debt slaves. That's what the financial industrial complex wanted to create, which is make you a collateralized debt obligation where you earn just enough and you work your whole life just to pay the interest. And as you progress, you take on more debt and pay more interest and you do that forever. That's, that's the slavery. And this is the game of investment banking. You build all the products around it to subordinate governments, companies and individuals. That's the asset stripping phase. Europe is being systemically asset stripped. And that's why the war with Russia and Ukraine will continue probably for another three years. The end game here is if you look at what land Larry Fink will tell you, you will own nothing and be happy. How do you achieve that? And then when you manufacture crisis, each crisis leads to concentrating wealth upwards. And then they want to make you happy. How are they going to make you happy? They can do that by giving you on a universal basic income. And so you reset the world order into multipolarity and build a global control grid. Every capital flow in the world is telling me that that's what's happening when you follow the money. People want an easy conspiracy, conspiracy theory of, you know, 300 people sat in a room in an organized cabal. There's no such thing as a democracy. Democracies are captured. Almost every government is subordinate to that capital structure. And so they created an operation called Operation Chokepoint 2.0 where they created companies that you could destroy to remove credibility, manufacture a crisis, take out all the banks that were so servicing the crypto companies and replace them with Wall Street. No personal attack against Michael sa. He works for his shareholders. Strategy is doing what it was designed to do, which is create an arbitrage vehicle for manipulating the short term price of Bitcoin, for trying to centralize as much bitcoin as possible. In our last conversation you were basically setting up that the end of the Iran war would come right in line with the ipo. I think it's already been signed and now they're playing theatrics, they're trying to time it with the liquidity needs of the major IPOs. That are coming. Where do you think we're heading next? What's your read on the situation? Who won? The financial industrial complex and Transnational Capital won. The reality is China won. That means that they can control both the petrodollar and petro yuan. If you think Trump works for the American people, then nothing makes sense. Trump's a transaction guy. His job as a deal maker is to put deals together for his lobbies. The markets were never saying that this was a real war. If there was a real war. I was saying gold would be moving in parallel to oil. They have completely cornered the short term price of Bitcoin to manipulate it. But their goal is to get your bitcoin in custody. The technical industrial complex are ushering in an Orwellian AI surveillance state. One world control grid, social credit scores, central bank, digital currency, stablecoins. You will own nothing and be happy. We'll custody the assets. You get the token and you become a perpetual gambler. Trump was installed with significant funding from Elon Musk and the technical industrial complex, significant funding from the Mellon banking family and the financial industrial complex. And then the third largest was Mariam Adelson, the connection to Israel and the military industrial complex.
C
Three of the sharpest minds in finance, intelligence and surveillance research in one room for the first time. And what they laid out should terrify every single person watching.
A
Don't listen to anything anyone says. Let's look at what they do. So whatever Elon says is rubbish. Whatever Trump says is rubbish.
C
They mapped the control grid. The trillion dollar print they say is coming. The crypto bill they call a Trojan horse. And the one move you have left before BlackRock owns your entire neighborhood.
A
They're deliberately trying to manufacture civil unrest. I have to take people to a dark place because. No, let's do it. Once you know how the system works, you know how to win. And so here's how we win. We're not going to fix the system, but what we can do is absolutely. Commercial banks, they create, you know, dollars, pounds, euros every time they issue a loan. And in order to issue more loans, their first goal is to turn every single individual into a collateralized debt obligation. By getting them addicted to debt either via mortgages, via credit cards, via student loans, via inflation that doesn't increase at the same rate of their wages, you effectively turn turn every individual into a debt slave. They socialize the losses across all the individuals of a nation and they privatize the gains. Your vote doesn't matter because they have access to the deep state and so Once you understand this, you realize it's a big club and you're not invited and we're not in it. I believe right now we are in a shift to multipolarity and we have created an environment where our governments are fully captured. And once you understand the rules and who's in charge, it's easier to understand where we go next. And our media is just propaganda 100% and algorithms are utilized in order to weaponize us as almost like products. But you vote with your money is how you win. If you think that you vote and your politicians need your vote, you're going to lose this game because the politicians and the presidents and the prime ministers, they all work for lobbies.
B
I'm joined today by somebody I've been listening to for a long time, Simon Dixon. I will tell you, Simon and I have two things very much in common. We both left investment banking disgusted by the corruption and we were seeking freedom and our pathways have been different. But I think Simon, you and I are sort of looking for the same thing. How do you navigate an unbelievably corrupt financial system? And I really appreciate everything you've done to bring light to that and everything you're doing to try and help people be free under the circumstances. But you have extraordinary experience in investing in bitcoin companies. So you've invested in the exchanges and you know, a wide, of wide variety of bitcoin related companies. So you have a lot of experience as an asset manager and investor and venture capitalist in the bitcoin area. Here's what's interesting though. You know, you've learned a lot from failures. So it started with your dad losing his pension fund in the dot com bubble, which I can't imagine how frustrating that must have been. I was very frustrated during the dot com bubble and then. But you had one custodian fraud essentially or one, one fraud in the bitcoin space or the crypto space. And you live through the bankruptcy experience, which is quite an extraordinary experience.
