The President is reviewing Parliament's s89 panel report on Phala Phala and this is in an attempt for the court to set the report aside and halt the impeachment process. Interestingly, the President has decided not to bring an interdict application in the immediate, but has rather threatened to bring the urgent interdict application should Parliament not halt its impeachment process.
