Coach Carpenter and I discussed his journey in track and field and other athletics in high school coaching in Brunswick and then coaching Track and Cross Country for a very story program such as signal mountain for the last decade plus, then we go into triathlon talk and even a little century cycling talk we also highlight last year’s and this year‘s track and cross-country teams

Cross Country and Track Coach for the Marshalls and I discussed his journey in athletics in high school, then we get into his journey and coaching which started at Covington and Northwest Tennessee and then we discussed the highlights in the successes for the long story program. That is Marshall County athletics, and Track and Feeld Cross Country. We discuss this coming up season for the Marshalls Cross Country team and highlight some of their athletes.

Coach Pitts and I discussed his journey in football from South Mississippi to Middleton Tennessee State University to coaching in multiple spots even a couple of spots in Georgia until landing where he is now at the home of the bobcats then we talk about his team with their standouts and wants to come this fall for the bobcats

Coach Chipman and I discussed her journey and Running Running, even some triathlons, Running for a Hall of Fame, Cross Country coach at Barron County, we talk about her journey into coaching at Murray and then we talk about her team, their highlights and successes, and how the program is grown since she is taken over and then we talk about what’s to come for the rest of the season for the Tigers

Coach Bridges and I have a really fun and interesting conversation about his journey to coaching Cross Country, first at Rome, and then at Cartersville we talk about his football background playing for the Indians of Armuchee and then at UTC, we talk about his purple hurricane cross-country program they’re highlights and their successes and we even threw in some Murray State basketball talk

Coach Gunter and I discussed his background and Running starting with a little bit of Cross Country during the high school age then we talk about his coaching journey starting at Glen Academy, and then we get into his red terror Cross Country program and then we even get into a little bit of his running journey currently
