Coach Clay and I discussed what’s been going on during the off-season for the Tigers and what’s the come there this summer and the season

I really enjoyed my conversation with Coach Mathis of Mckenzie Cross Country this morning we discussed her journey and Running, which started with the couch to 5K program. Then we dive into her journey and a coaching a few years ago, and then we talk about the Mckenzie rebel Cross Country program their highlights and successes, and whats to come the rest of the season for the rebels

Coach Dean and I talk about what’s been going on for the sentinels over the spring and summer and whats to come this season

Coach Calhoun and I have a fun conversation about how he began running in middle school casually and then started running cross-country officially his sophomore year of high school, getting to run collegiately at Lincoln Memorial University for Track and Cross Country starting coaching in the heat of Covid in 2020 and then this past year you’re taking over the Cross Country program there at Anderson County we talk about the highlights and successes for the Mavericks program and then we even discuss his running goals

Coach Scott and I discussed his journey to loving track and field and cross-country running in the lower state of South Carolina getting to run collegiately at Harding University and Arkansas, his journey into coaching in the middle Tennessee area and then we discussed the successes for the liberty Creek, Cross Country, and Track program in which he coaches, we also discussed what to come for the program this fall

Coach Sams and I have a fun conversation about how she got into Running in middle school Running, Cross Country and Track for Dalton high school continuing to run through college, getting into coaching over in Hall County with the middle school level and then returning to her alma mater to Coach high school Cross Country for the catamounts, the highlights and successes for the catamounts program, what’s to come for this season and we even get into her running journey with marathon running

Coach Ashley and I discussed getting into Running through Running for God, her colorguard days for the Trojans, her Trojan Cross Country program there and a little bit of Disney talk

Coach Booher N I discussed his journey into track and field and middle school and high school in eastern Tennessee, while playing basketball, getting to play college basketball and Track at King University, and then finding himself coaching basketball and Track in middle Tennessee, and then we discuss his team at Greenhill what’s to come this spring for the Hawks and some of their key returners

Coach Morris and I discussed the off-season for the rebels on this episode. We talk about the highlights of the summer and spring, what to watch for on the defensive and offensive side of the football and just catch up.
