Hey, everyone. Welcome back to Spot on with Link Lauren. Happy hump day. Happy tax day, you guys. Okay, I filed my taxes yesterday. Can you believe it? I got it done. I got it done under the wire. I don't know about you guys, but I hope my taxes go to something good or useful this year. Okay? We still have potholes in the roads. We have bridges that are collapsing. I would like to see my taxes go to something productive. I would like to see them put to use because, you know, the country is about 38, 39 trillion dollars in debt. So if you are paying your taxes today, I am thinking about you. Or if you're filing an extension, I'm thinking about you too. So I love you guys. We have a lot to get into. Okay, Jillian Michaels is on the show today. I love Jillian Michaels. You might know her from the Biggest Loser, but the past few years she's become a big voice in media about eating well, having a healthy lifestyle. She's also become a great culture commentator, just calling out a lot of the woke crap in California. And Gavin Newsom, of course, we're going to have to talk to her about Jennifer Newsom, who's even more radical than her husband. And I'm also going to talk to Julian Michaels about Eric Swalwell. So the walls continue to close in on Eric Swalwell. Okay, he is going down. Okay, he is going down. Tko. So we're going to talk about Eric Swalwell. We also have some clips of his different accusers and his alleged victims. So we will discuss. And then we also have to do a huge breakdown in the show on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's trip to Australia. So they are down under. I come from a land down under. We can't afford the copyright. Otherwise I would do more of the song. But no, they're down under in Australia doing their fake royal tour. I don't know why Prince Harry and Meghan are on this royal tour when they left the royal family in 2020. So we're gonna break it down. You know, they're taking pictures with sick children. Megan, she's at women's shelters handing out food. Of course, all of the cameras and are in tow for this. Of course they're not going to do any of this without being filmed and being able to use it. And I'll give you my theory later on in the show of why I think they're filming everything. I just have a hunch of what they're gonna do with the footage. So we gotta pay some bills really quickly. We have a 60 second ad and then we will be right back. Go grab your cereal box and check the ingredients. Refined sugar, artificial dyes, chemicals you can't even pronounce. That's not real food. I've wanted her on the podcast for so long. I love her videos. I love when I see her on other shows. I always see her on News Nation and Fox and I still stop and that seldom happens. So I'm so excited to welcome Jillian Michaels. She also has her own show. It's called Keeping it Real with Jillian Michaels. How are you doing, my friend? So happy to have you?
C
Good. Thank you for having me.
A
Yes. I'm so excited. So I want to dive right in as someone who I think escaped California a few years ago. I was reading your piece in the New York Post. We have to talk about what is going on in that state with the gubernatorial race. Jennifer Newsom, Gavin Newsom. We'll get to Eric Swalwell in a minute. I have to start with Jennifer Newsom. Okay. She, to me, is more radical than her husband. Like, why are you pushing your young boys to play with dolls? You're changing the gender from man to female. Like, is this something you would ever do, or do you think this is absolutely insane?
C
I think it's absolutely insane, but there's something about it that doesn't feel genuine. So there are two things that I wanna point out here. I don't know if you've seen this. I actually have this clip, and I haven't pulled it out of my back pocket yet. Maybe I'll send it to you.
A
Okay.
C
Newsom, very famously within the last couple of years, was like, I talk to Republicans all the time. My wife is a Republican. Yeah, no, I promise I have it. And I was like, my God, is there anything that comes out of this man's mouth that's actually real, or is that the case? And she's just made this very bizarre. 180. Having said that, they were just in church in Malibu over Easter. And of course, that's where, you know, that's where I'm from. So I got a million text messages from friends who were at church. I'm like, oh, my God, Satan is in church today. And I'm getting these pictures of him, and I'm thinking, you know, I'm pretty familiar with Catholicism. I think he says he's Catholic. It was a Catholic church. And they're anti the whole gay thing. Just saying, like, I've. I've gotten quite a mouthful about it and how it's a sin and how we're going to hell. And, you know, there's a lot of live and let live. But I'm just saying it doesn't really go hand in hand with Catholicism, let alone transing kids. And there he is in church, and I'm thinking, like, for a photo op, that makes no sense to me. And then the last thing I'm gonna say about this is she's got this whole gender charity, this charity for gender dysphoric kids. And it just came out that she siphoned off almost $4 million from this charity. So, Link, I don't know that I buy it. I don't know that I buy it.
A
We need Nick Shirley, the guy who went to Minnesota and who's, you know, uncovering all this fraud. We need him to go through Jennifer Newsom's personal finances, like let us know where that fraud is. But I feel like this is just so typical. Like they always start these 501C3s and then themselves massive salaries. And I'm sure they just have wealthy kind of democratic friends who hand them big checks because they want access to them. But for me, I feel like there's something even more sinister about it. Because if you eradicate the foundation of society, right, we have boys, we have girls, we have men, we have women, right? If you eradicate that and you tear that apart, you're just going to have chaos. And I feel like you're confusing your kids. I totally think if the kids get older, they're teenagers, they're adults, of course they can learn about all these other things. But when you want to totally get rid of gender constructs for your young kids, when their brains are malleable, that I find just really gross and dangerous. And it's why I just don't want Jennifer Newsom anywhere near a position of power on the national level as First Lady.
C
I couldn't agree with you more. Listen, I, I was a liberal for many, many years. I can't tell you that I personally have actually changed that much. The party is drastically different than what it was when I considered myself a liberal. Having said that, I'm very much like a live and let live person for adults. And I think you really, for me, nail this one. With regard to how we are brainwashing our kids, There is no question, there is no question that this, this explosion in gender dysphoria is representing a social contagion. Like what? All of a sudden we've had this massive quantum leap in genetics and all of a sudden kids are like a fraction of a percent. Like 10% of kids are gender dysphoric and think they're trans. There's clearly more going on here. But not only that. I look at this from a health perspective and there is a robust amount of data. Like, this is not a question. If you take five minutes to look into this, you will discover that when you use off label cancer drugs to block puberty in kids, your. Oh my God. Impacting their bone development, their brain development, it's devastating to their physical and psychological health. It castrates them for life, it creates permanent sexual dysfunction, it sterilizes is the word I should have used, not castrate. And it's just devastating. And the fact that somebody like her who has access to that information and what I mean by that is there are a lot of do gooders that just think, I'm super accepting, I will love you no matter what. And as a gay person person listen, I appreciate that message. You know, it's like my mom, I'm gonna love you no matter what. That's wonderful. But changing blocking puberty in your child is devastating for them physically. And somebody who's going to espouse that message as the first lady of California would certainly have needed to take the time to do the homework. So either she's done the homework and she's a grifter and a con woman, or she hasn't done the homework and she's a complete moron. Both are equally terrifying.
A
No, what's interesting, I've said for years and people say, oh, you're transphobic, you're bigoted, you're all these things. I'm like, really? I am. My hard lines are very simple. If you leave kids out of things, you don't push boys into girls sports, you don't inject kids with cross sex hormones. If you're an adult, if you're, you know, over 18, over 21, I still think we should wait because your frontal lobe is connecting. But if you're an adult in this country and you really feel like you want to go have surgeries and take the hormones, you know, more power to you go do it. But when you start bringing bringing into kids lives and kids classrooms, that's where my guard goes up. And I'm just never going to be comfortable with that. But people say, you know, we're jerks and we're small minded because we don't support this. You don't have to be in Mensa to know injecting kids with hormones and puberty blockers is going to make their mental health terrible, their bone development terrible. And now I'm glad we see more and more, more of these studies and it's a lot of foreign studies too. It's like from Finland and Germany and other places saying, yeah, our kids aren't healthier and they're not happier. And I don't know about you, you don't have to answer this. But for me, I feel like any doctor when I see some of these teenage girls who have the mastectomies and have had surgeries because they were told they have gender dysphoria and they're 16 because this does happen. I feel like those doctors are betraying their Hippocratic oath. I don't know why they still have their licenses in this country. So I think we just need to do even more. Because even one girl having a mastectomy as a teenager because she's told she's born in the wrong body is too much for me.
C
Way too much. Completely agree with you. And that's what's so funny. It's like when Newsom tries to push back on this narrative, he goes, oh, it's just. It's such a small percentage of people. And I'm thinking, like, that's a classic debate tactic, right? Like, when they go micro, go macro. When they go macro, will drill down on the detail. So I know the pivot really well. But I'm thinking, how many kids that you lose to. To. This is too many kids. Like, are you willing to get rid of 10,000 kids a year? It's crazy. And there is just for your audience, there is a tremendous collection of these studies that was done by a pediatrician in the UK named Dr. Hilary Cass. And she was actually tapped by their. I think it's the nhs. I think that's what they call it in Britain. She was a pediatrician at, like, the Royal College of Pediatrics. In other words, what I'm trying to convey here, very poorly, is that she is exceptionally credentialed, and she was tapped by the government to do a meta analysis, basically a review of all these different studies. And she lays it out very clearly that, you know, the devastating impacts on health and psychology and all that stuff. So it's a really good collection. And the only other thing I'll say is that there's an organization called the wpath, and it's like the World Professional association on Transgender Health. So they're the ones that have come out very aggressively saying, oh, she's wrong. Dr. Kass is wrong. And then, God bless Michael Shellenberger. I'm not sure if you're familiar with him. He did a full expose through FOIA requests and whistleblowers where they absolutely knew, essentially, that the information they were putting out there was wrong. Wrong. And that these were experiments on kids and we had no idea how they would turn out. So for anybody who happens to come across this that is not a Republican or does not share our opinion, there are two fantastic resources that I would suggest they explore. And I just. I'm with you. I align with you completely on this.
A
Yeah, no, it's interesting. I actually talked to Callie Means about this on the very first episode of this podcast, I feel like there's a whole network with the medical lobby and a lot of these corrupt interests. Because if you get a kid on puberty blockers at 12, you've got a patient for life. Like you're making bank for life. Everybody's talking about weight loss injections because the results are so dramatic. They work by lowering blood sugar and reducing appetite. But what if you're looking to lose weight but not interested in painful weekly injections, especially when you hear about some of those intense side effects? Well, listen up, because that is exactly why doctors created a weight loss supplement called Lean. And the results are remarkable. The studied ingredients in Lean have been shown to lower your blood sugar, burn fat by converting it into energy, and curb your appetite and cravings so you're not as hungry. But listen, Lean is not for the casual dieter with only a few pounds to lose. The doctors at Brickhouse Nutrition created Lean for frustrated dieters with 10 or more pounds to lose. I want to switch gears though. I would say to something more fun, but not that fun. We have to talk about Eric Swalwell. Okay, what the hell is going on? I feel like nine times out of ten when a man ruins their career, whether it's in business or politics, it's. It's because they can't keep it in their pants like Bill Clinton, John Edwards, Eric Swalwell. What the heck is going on here, Jillian, like you've worked with people in biology and physiology and physicality. These Guys. These guys will literally throw their entire careers away for five minutes of fun, five minutes of pleasure.
C
I think this might be like a Dr. Drew conversation. I think there's a sex addiction element here for sure. And there is a. I hate to say this. He's obviously like. When we look at Brian Gnome, I was like, can you explain this perversion to me? Like, he threw his whole life away. His family, everything. And there was the rumor that people in Washington knew, which was part of the reason she was fired before it all came out. And it's just. You're right. It's one after another after another. And I. I wonder if it just simply isn't an industry that attracts people who are pathological. Politics is a filthy, filthy business. I remember watching. This is gonna sound so trite, so bear. Bear with me here, but years ago, there was a TED Talk on. Bill Maher always makes fun of me when I talk about TED talks, but I think you can.
A
I love a good TED Talk.
C
There's some good stuff in there. Like a big think is better. But every now and again you come across a good TED Talk.
A
A good one.
C
So, anyway, whatever. This was a good TED Talk, and it was analyzing the kind of individual that seeks that type of power. If you're the kind of person that thinks I should be responsible for every other human being in this state, I should be responsible for every other human being in this country, there's a bit of megalomania there, I really think so. There's gotta be a certain element of sociopathy that you have to have to get into that game. When you truly appreciate the ways in which Washington. Washington is absolutely rigged. It is financially captured soup to nuts. You have to sell your soul. And if you don't, they'll just primary you, period. So there's no way. Go ahead, tell me that. I'm just saying. I think I was gonna, like.
A
No, I think it does attract certain type of people. I also think it's like that drive and that insatiable hunger to climb the ladder. They probably just carry over into chasing women and texting them all day. Incessantly. Incessantly. But it's like this guy, like Eric Swalwell, he's a Democratic golden child. He reaches the peak, the pinnacle of his career, and it's like you're Snapchatting random girls pictures, allegedly of your genitals. It's like, let's just have some decorum, you know? And I feel like he. In my opinion, they probably had so much dirt on him. I feel like, he could be compromised. And this seems like a little bit of an orchestrated takedown in a way, because this all just happened in 24, 48 hours. It was almost like the powers that be said, we need to thin the field. You need to get out. And boom, everyone's coming down. Because it's like, coordinated sit down interview, then a press conference. These videos coming out, everybody together. Nancy Pelosi's like, I knew nothing about this. I'm like, she's the grand dame of California politics. Like, nothing happens in California politics, especially on the left, that you're not aware of. So I just feel like Eric Swallow is probably so effed and compromised. Like, if this is what we're seeing in, like, the New York Post and on X, what's underneath the iceberg is probably way worse, way crazy.
C
Why do you think this really confounds me? I don't have the answer. They have known about this for, what, like, 13 years? So I'm just. Why did they let him go so far and then trigger the bomb? I just don't understand it. And I've heard this is allegedly so. You know, we both are with Brad Sea. We both have tremendous liability in lawyers. Allegedly. There is a lot out there, actually, I am told, allegedly on Newsom. And it's like, oh, it's gonna come out. It's gonna come out. I'm like, well, now would be kind of the time. Or how about before he destroyed California? And I thought, like, there' away. This isn't true. Nobody sits on this stuff. And now I'm wondering, like, is that possible? Why would you wait?
A
Oh, I have heard the same things. And I will one up you. I will raise you. Okay, Poker here.
C
Okay. Be careful.
A
Be careful. I heard, how's your life? I heard a few weeks ago. I heard a few weeks ago that in someone's estimation, they think Jennifer Nome probably is the one with all the dirt on her husband. Which is why when everybody's saying, well, of course he should reign her in because her PR is terrible. Like, she's tanking his chances. I heard from someone in California who said, look, Gavin can't cross Jennifer ever, because she knows where every body is buried. That woman has been in the house, had kids with him. For how long have they been together? 10 years, 20 years. So I heard that she's the one. If he even tries to muzzle her, get her in line, which, let's be honest, she's not helping his chances. She just knows where everything is, everybody. And it's like, my Partner who I've been with for years, probably knows things about me. I'm kind of an open book. I can't think of something you would have. But it's like, if you're in a relationship a long time, they've seen you at your best, they've seen you at your worst. But I heard that Jennifer is actually the one who probably could unload the clip if she needed to.
C
Interest.
A
Yeah.
C
That's very interesting, because why hasn't he
A
said any, like, comms person would say, okay, you got to get your wife off the speaker circuit. Like, anytime she opens her mouth, it's a disaster, because he's trying to do interviews, saying he wants to be more culturally normal, and she's out there like trans and kids, allegedly. So it was just pointed out to me she might be the one that he can't cross with all the dirt.
C
That's very interesting. I didn't even consider that. But, you know, listen, I grew up in California, and I have heard throughout the years people who've run into him, who've known him, and the lech story is omnipresent. But he's already admitted, like, oh, geez, I slept with my best friend's wife. It's like, okay, just because he's a latch doesn't mean that he's. You know, I don't want to use the R word on your show, but assaulting people, things like that, you know, it's one thing to be a womanizer and a scumbag. We already know that he's a scumbag and a liar. It's another thing to accuse people of assault and Eric Swalwell kind of allegations. And, you know, Drew Pinsky and I were talking about this, and he's like, I'm telling you, stuff's gonna come out. I was like, okay, Drew. Like, I don't know. Now, just seeing them hold on to all of this on Swalwell, you gotta wonder. You gotta wonder.
A
I feel like the Democratic powers that be probably have dirt on everyone. And, like, the lobbyists and the consultants are set up that way. Like, they'll bring gorgeous girls to business meetings and dinners who are paid to heat praise on you. And these guys are such puppy dogs. Like, Eric Swalwell. If a girl even looks at him or gives him a modicum of attention, he's, like, willing to blow his whole career. You know, he's willing to throw it all away. But it's interesting. I'm kind of in your camp. I'm really not that puritanical. I mean, in like this post Clinton, Monica Lewinsky world, I'm kind of like, not that puritanical. I'm like, if you're sleeping with this person or this person, you know, I can judge it. But as long as you're still getting your job done. And with Eric Swalwell, some of these allegations, I could read you the whole list, but I won't bore the audience right now. Like, if I go through some of these allegations, they seem more credible than others, right? Some of the girls, I think, who sat down in that interview, the interview the other day, who are sort of couching themselves as victims, they exchanged texts with him like 10 years ago, allegedly. You know what I'm saying? It's like, I think we have to have different levels. Like the girl who says she went to the hotel room and that she was drugged and assaulted, that's horrific. She should have her day in court and that should be adjudicated. But some of these girls who are doing sit down interviews in full hair and makeup saying, he texted me years ago some stuff, and they never met, they never had any physical stuff. I'm like, okay, we gotta have some levels here, if that makes sense. That's why I feel like it's just such an orchestrated, throw everything at him kind of takedown.
C
Can I ask you why do you think, though? And this was really suspect to me. So I'd been watching the gubernatorial race there, obviously from afar, and none of the candidates really thrilled me. I haven't even had one of them on, and they've all been pitched and I'm like, eh. And they just. None of them are sexy. None of them are interesting. I guess Steve Hilton is the guy Trump just got behind. I kind of liked Chad Bianco, to be honest. But whatever, they were winning, you know, it was Steve Hilton and Chad Bianco neck and neck. They were at the top of the polls. Swallow was at like 11% through January through February. And then all of a sudden, out of nowhere, he ends up at 17%. And I'm thinking, where in the F did that come from? Like, how in the name of God did he pull ahead from 11% to 17%, number one. And then, boom, he's gone. And it just all smells. It stinks.
A
It all stinks and it all smells. And to be honest, Katie Porter, in my opinion, is kind of abusive to her staff also. Like, Katie Porter is a monster too. Like, you got Eric's. If you're a Democrat, you've got like, Eric Swalwell. And now that he's out. I think they're probably assuming those votes will go to Katie Porter, but she's like yelling at her staff, get the F out of my shot. Like she's a troll. It's almost like, pick your poison here, Sophie's Choice. You want Swalwell Porter. They probably thought, we can get Swalwell out more because we've got videos of him with his, you know, you know what out. So I don't know, but Katie Porter is disgusting too. But I think this is also a warning shot to other Democrats who don't stay in line. Like, we will come at you in 24 hours with the entire mainstream media apparatus and take you out. If you don't do what we say, how we say it, you're going to be taken out.
C
Being, was he diverging? Because I didn't catch that. So now I couldn't.
A
I didn't catch either. Okay.
C
I'm the, why would you take out your golden boy? And you know, I was recently asked on Fox, I guess the, the Democrats have struggled, obviously, as we, you know, as we know, with a male constituency, men are, you know, being purged from the party and now they're jumping ship completely. Having said that, they had that whole, like, what was it, Sam, like speaking with American men. They were trying to figure out how to talk to men.
A
Oh, right. They spent millions for like a summit in a hotel to figure out how to talk to boys.
C
Yes. And then there was something about like, we think we just need good looking candidates. I was asked about that recently by Laura Ingram and I guess they had said, you know, we're really focused on attractive candidates. I'm like, well, you've got a guy and he's, you know, he's not an ugly guy.
A
Right.
C
Why would they go after him and take him down? I just thought it's just very strange. I can't make heads or tails of it because Katie Porter is not. There's no universe she becomes governor of California. And if she does, I will have been successfully convinced that voter fraud is very real.
A
Oh, I definitely think in California y' all got some voter fraud going on. But it's interesting. I feel like most of my friends from California, there are a ton of Republicans, independents, you have maga, you have Maha. When I'm in California, I really don't meet that many like mainstream blue, blue, blue Democrats anymore. Everybody's kind of in this like middle area or right of center into wellness or very anti establishment. And so it'll be interesting to see it could be that their concern was, hey, maybe if Eric Swalwell gets the nomination over Katie and all this comes out, we're totally effed and we just need to take him out in the primary. I don't know. I'm, like, the least conspiratorial person, but even I am looking at this going, okay, in 24 hours, the whole guy. The guy is just done taking out. It's like, now I find myself on some of these girls who are like, he texted me 10 years ago. I'm like, y' all have me defending Eric's Falwell. I didn't. I didn't even focus on this man until three days ago. And I hate his politics. But I'm like, there have to be levels. And, like, my advice always, like, my audience is 88% women. Like, I only talk to my girls and then their husbands who want to know what they're watching. If you go to a man's hotel room and drink with him, bad things could transpire. Like, I was always taught, if you put yourself in that situation, you're playing with fire, in my opinion. So I just feel like for all the women and the girls out there, and we've seen this with Weinstein, too, like, if you get on the elevator, you go to the room and you're having champagne and you're drinking and you're letting your guard down, have the meeting in a conference room, have the meeting in the lobby. You know what I'm saying? Go to a cafe. But just, you know, you can't play smart and dumb at the same time. Sometimes I think if you go to the room and you start drinking with the guy, I. I just. I worry for some of the girls out here. But we will be tracking this. Not that we're ending on a happy note, that we're ending on a happy note, but I just. I. I think it'll be interesting to see. And Eric Swalwell hasn't been seen. Like, nobody's laid eyes on him, so he must not be flying commercial or I don't know what he's doing. Maybe he's. He somehow made it home.
C
So anyway, yeah, these guys don't handle that. This stuff well. They immediately go into hiding. Like, have you ever seen Matt Lauer again? Which is why I kind of believe it. And I know I. I know we're wrapping up here. Meaning believe the girls. Only because I find that when guys have done nothing wrong, they're like, f you. I'm not gonna, like, hang my head in shame. I didn't do anything. I remember Kobe Bryant, but when he was, you know, accused of. I don't want to again, I want to use the R word on your show. But attack assaulting a woman, he was like, ah, no, you know, I cheated on my wife. I feel terrible. But. And, you know, we never saw Matt Lauer again. Like, all these Epstein, you know, people who were accused and have gone down, you don't see them again. And the guys that are falsely accused, I do think, think. I do think Russell Brand is falsely accusing. They don't go into hiding. They take it head on. And I just. That to me, wreaks a little bit of, of totally.
A
I feel like if you're innocent, just go renegade and be like, I did nothing wrong. Come at me like, we live in this era now of social media. If you went like, raw, renegade folk heroes. So if you said, I didn't do any of this. But I feel like there's so many messages like, and I'm not saying that's criminal. I mean, you're cheating on your wife. That's morally wrong. But it's like, I'm not saying there's anything criminally wrong with just constantly messaging girls all day. But it's like, how can we trust you to be governor when you can't work? You're not working. You're chasing, you know what, all day long. You're chasing tail. You're not working. That's my thing, you know?
C
I know.
A
So I know.
C
Anyway, you're not wrong.
A
Absolutely. Love you and I'm grateful you came on. I'll tell you one quick story, though, on Matt Lauer. So a few years ago, I was on a family trip and we were in the Admiral's Club in Miami, and my mom put two chairs together to sleep because she was exhausted. And we'd been like, traveling since 2am and the man next to her looks just disgusted. He's like, oh, my God. She's like snoring. And she's like, well, she's. She's like, you know, laid out. And we find out that guy, but we find out that man who got up and moved was Matt Lauer. So I tell everyone. I'm like, my mom slept with Matt Lauer next to him.
C
Oh, my go. That's amazing.
A
It was Matt Lauer, the Admiral's Club. And I'm like, he looks so familiar. And it was him, but he was like, I'm getting away, obviously, from this woman and her kids, and they're exhausted and rambunctious. But anyway, I will see you and I will message you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much for coming.
C
Oh my God. Are you kidding? Thank you for having me. I've been a huge fan and I look forward to connecting since we both live in the same area. Yeah, hopefully. And I would love to have you on my show when you have the time.
A
I'd love to. I would love to. Okay, I will see you soon. Thanks so much.
B
Thank you so much.
C
Sweetheart.

Have you gotten caught up in the red light mask craze but you just don't see results? It's because those masks don't work because, well, they can't work Compared to what doctors use, most of those masks are helplessly underpowered. The red light therapy that's actually proven to work is from light stim. It's made in the USA and has sold over 60,000 devices to dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons and estheticians. Guessing your red light mask brand. Can't say that. Best part is this. You can actually have a light stim at home Now I have the light stim ellipsa and love it. I get the same anti aging technology my doctor uses, but right at home I could see and feel the difference almost immediately. It's FDA proven to reduce wrinkles on the entire face. Medical grade means it works. It stimulates natural collagen and elastin production. It's totally affordable and saves a fortune in doctor visits. If you want the same medical grade technology at home that doctors use to treat wrinkles and slow aging, go to light STEM spelled out light S-T-I-M.com use my code link to save 10%. Again, that's code linkightstem.com.

And Doug, there's nowhere I wouldn't go to help someone customize and save on car insurance with Liberty Mutual. Even if it means sitting front row at a comedy show.
C
Hey everyone, check out this guy and his bird. What is this, your first date?
A
Oh no. We help people customize and save on car insurance with Liberty Mutual together. We're married. Me to a human, him to a bird.
C
Yeah, the bird looks out of your league.
A
Anyways, get a quote@libertymutual.com or with your local agent. Liberty. Liberty. Liberty. Liberty. While the Duke and Duchess of Montecito have landed in Australia and a land down under for their fate. Fake royal tour. Now, I don't understand why they're going on a royal tour when they left the royal family literally six years ago. But nobody cares, okay? The streets are empty. You can see we have some footage up on the screen. You know, some folks in Australia were upset that they were going to have to allocate local resources like police and, you know, maybe whatever their version of the FBI is down in Australia, but no one cares that much. Of course, they had crowds at the airport, but most of the crowds were reporters and journalists and things of that nature. And they went to a hospital and they took pictures with. With sick children and families. And it just seemed very opportunistic to me. There was something gross about it. And politicians, right, they will go to children's hospitals, they will visit, but there was something so gratuitous. And they're really not royals. They have no reason to be there. And of course, they are filming everything. In my opinion, they are going to probably sell this footage, Harry and Megan, to another streaming company because Netflix no longer cares about them. Ted Sarando said Netflix does not want to work with them anymore. But they're down in Australia. They're probably filming everything, and then they're going to put it together like a special that they can license or use for their own social media. But I just find it gross, right? I find it gross that you didn't want to do the work in the royal family. You didn't care that much about the Commonwealth or the people. When you were in the Royal family, you didn't do almost any engagements. You didn't do nearly as many engagements as Catherine, William, the Queen, Charles, everybody in between. Now that it's convenient for you, you're going to go to Australia and do this fake royal tour. And I'm just sick of it. I'm sick of it. You're not royals. I don't know why you still have your titles. You're still going out there and using your kids titles. Why are they in line for the throne? Why are your kids in line for the throne? I don't even think one of your kids, Lily Bet, has even stepped foot in the uk. I don't even think she's met her relatives who are real royalty. And to show you that people in Australia don't care, we found this news clip, you guys. We found this clip from an Australian News show where nobody even knew they were coming or they were just disinterested. Let's roll that one.
B
Did you know Harry and Meghan are visiting Australia right now?
A
I didn't know that. No, I did not know that.
B
I actually just saw it on the
A
news this morning when I woke up. No idea. Actually, I just saw it on Tick Tock. They landed in Melbourne. Yeah, I saw that. No, I didn't.
C
I did not.
A
No, I had no idea.
C
No, wait, what actually. Oh, wow. What are your thoughts? I'm not going out of my way
A
to see where they are or what they're doing. Couldn't even care less. I don't know who they are. I don't know what they do. I don't care at all.
B
I don't think it really personally impacts me.
C
No impact whatsoever. Does it impact you at all?
A
Not really.
B
Not really?
A
Not really?
C
No.
A
Literally nobody cares. Literally nobody cares. It's like showing up to a party uninvited. You didn't rsvp. Nobody wanted you to come. They are just shoving themselves down the people of Australia's throats. And the people in Australia are like, we're just trying to go to work, pay our bills. We don't know why these two little hucksters are down here doing a photo op. And one thing that just really felt gross to me, there's this picture circulating online where they're taking a picture with obviously a sick child in a hospital. And I have to just tell you guys, I found this to be so gross. And there are. There are also more videos where the kid looks very uncomfortable, but we're just not going to play the videos. The child is uncomfortable. There are all of these cameras and flashes going off in crowds because of course that's what they want. They want the crowds there and they want the paparazzi and they want the press. They're not going and taking one little photographer with them. Right. They have all of the press with flashes and the kids look uncomfortable. The kids just look uncomfortable to me. And so my thoughts go out to this child and all of the families who had kids there at the children's hospital. But of course, Harry and Megan are not going to miss an opportunity to get a little press and to look like they are altruistic when they are or anything of the sort. They don't even treat their own families well. They don't treat their own families well. You know, they shank their own families. So we're supposed to believe that they care about everyone else. But let me Read you kind of their itinerary so far in Australia. So they visited the Royal Children's Hospital. Okay. Y' all aren't really royals, but they visited that. And then Megan went to a women's shelter, McAuley Community Services, to serve food and spend time with the residents. And then Harry met with veterans and families at the National Veterans Arts Arts Museum. And then they participated in arts activities. And then Harry attended November mental health event in Melbourne. So he went to a mental health event. He's still doing his whole mental health stuff. I feel like Harry and Meghan are bad for all of our mental health. Okay. I feel like we need some mental health for just dealing with them, if that makes sense. Like Australia is gonna need. Australia is gonna need a National Mental Health Day when Harry and Meghan leave. And then, of course, Meghan Markle has her retreat she's doing or her Women's summit where she's going to go. It's the her best life retreat where women, I guess, are paying thousands of dollars to come listen to Meghan Markle. But I've heard, I've heard they're having a hard time selling tickets, that they're basically begging people to come. And I don't blame them. Why are you going to pay thousands of dollars if you're down there in Australia or if you're traveling to listen to someone whose businesses have all crashed and burned? You're going to take a life and career advice from a woman who. Who everything she touches turns to crap. Now, the last thing, the last thing I want to discuss about their Australian tour, we found out before we sat down. Meghan Markle is going to be a guest judge on a show called Master Chef Australia. So she's going to be a guest judge on MasterChef Australia. I want to play you this clip they put out to promote the show.
C
The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle.
A
Look at her strutting in just so self important, just the pomp in the circumstance. They're like the Duchess of Sussex. And you would think she's, you know, at Westminster Abbey, she's walking in on a reality television show set. But this is all Meghan Markle ever wanted in life. Meghan Markle, she just wanted to be an influencer with a blog who just pretended to cook. She wanted to be kind of a Gwyneth Paltrow or a Martha Stewart. But what Martha Stewart and Gwyneth Paltrow have, whether you like them or not, is authenticity. I mean, Martha Stewart, she used to wear an ankle bracelet and went to prison, right? She's a raw. She's a raw, badass chick, okay? Martha Stewart and then Gwyneth Paltrow, she's unapologetic about who she is as well. But Meghan Markle, that clip of her strutting, it's like she went from strutting down the aisle at her royal wedding to strutting onto the set to strutting onto the set of MasterChef, a reality cooking show in Australia that is a fall from grace, you guys. Okay? My life advice, Call me crazy. If you marry a prince and you make it into the royal family, just sit your ass there and eat crumpets and scones, okay? Don't blow it. Okay? I was gonna make a joke. Don't blow it, okay? Don't blow it. If you end up ever marrying a member of a royal family anywhere, whether big, small, medium, just stick around, okay? Meghan Markle literally was one of the most revered women on earth, okay? She was this American girl who made it into the royal family, and she married a prince, and she had the fairy tale, and now she's strutting onto sets of reality shows, and this is on the heels of her own cooking reality show With Love Megan getting canned by Netflix. Okay, so she's gonna be on this show, I guess, as a guest judge, giving culinary advice. I didn't know the woman could cook. I didn't know Meghan Markle could cook, because when I watched With Love Megan, she moved pretzels from one bag into another, okay? Doesn't take skill. Doesn't take a genius iq. Then she also made a rainbow fruit platter. Remember, she made that weird rainbow fruit platter? And then she did arts and crafts the other half of the show, which isn't edible. It's not food. So I don't know why Meghan Markle is couching herself as this, you know, culinary expert, this Gordon Ramsay type figure. But she's going be on this reality show, guest judging, and we wish her well. And I wish everybody down in Australia well, because the Duchess of Delusion and Prince Harry. Or is he still royal? Is he the Harry formerly known as Prince? They're down there. And so they have a few days left. It'll be interesting to see what footage emerges from the women's retreat. I've heard they're not letting any press in. They're not letting anybody use their phones. And I heard that there was also one woman on social media who was disinvited. They sort of cut her from the list. Because they found out either she had said something, something negative about Megan or she was a member of the media. And so I just feel like that retreat is going to be an utter calamity. This entire trip is a calamity. Word to the wise, okay? If you're not invited, don't show up. Okay. If you're not royal anymore, don't do a royal tour. I mean, she's like a royal groupie. She's kind of like this wannabe royal. It's like you order the real royals, which are like Catherine, William, King Charles, Camilla, you got the real royals. And then you have like the Teemu wish royals, Harry and Megan, who can kind of show up, you know, at any ribbon cut. She'll. She'll show up at the opening of an envelope. So anyway, they're down there in Australia. Let me see. Do we have anything else we want to get to about them being in Australia? So they have police escorts. Okay. There was a petition. Okay, before we go, there was a petition that the taxpayer signed that got over 45,000 signatures basically saying we don't want them here. Okay. Number one, we don't want them here. Also, we don't want our local tax dollars and resources is going to two people who have millions and millions of dollars and can have all of their own private security and escorts. But Harry and Meghan, I don't think they care about working class folks here in America, in the UK and Australia or across the globe because they live in this like insulated elite bubble in Montecito. But we'll be tracking this. Okay? We will continue tracking. So much more is going to come from the trip. I'm going to be on the Sidley Twins channel later this week. If you know Nancy and Stephanie Sidley, they've been on this show. So I'm going to be on there. We're going to discuss more, I think on Thursday or Friday that so thank you so much for tuning in to Spot on with Link. Lauren, I absolutely love you. I hope you have an amazing rest of your week. And because I know some of you are going to ask if my eyelids and my eyes look a little greasy today I'm doing this new medicine for my dry eyes. Okay? So I love you all. I will see you on the next one. Bye.

Episode Title: Meghan Markle’s Disastrous Australian Tour, Swalwell Accusers Speak Out, and Jillian Michaels on D.C. Corruption
Host: Link Lauren (MK Media)
Date: April 15, 2026
This lively and unfiltered episode features Link Lauren delving into three hot topics: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s much-criticized Australian "royal" tour, the swirling scandal around Eric Swalwell’s alleged misconduct, and the state of Californian (and national) political corruption. Special guest Jillian Michaels joins for a passionate discussion about contemporary culture wars, political megalomania, and wellness—delivering sharp commentary with her characteristic no-nonsense energy.
(Starts at 04:40)
Jillian Michaels’ Escape from California:
Michaels discusses leaving California and her criticism of Jennifer Newsom for being more radical than Governor Gavin Newsom, especially regarding gender policies for children.
Authenticity of Newsom’s Positions:
Michaels questions Newsom's sincerity, sharing a story about Gavin once claiming his wife was a Republican and a recent photo-op at church that seemed incongruent with his stance on trans issues.
Charity Scandal Allegations:
Michaels alleges that Jennifer Newsom’s gender-focused charity may have improperly siphoned off $4 million, questioning whether she’s a “grifter” or “moron”—both "equally terrifying". [06:40]
Impact of Current Gender Policies on Children:
Both host and guest highlight data linking puberty blockers and medical interventions to long-term harm in children and criticize doctors complicit in these practices.
Political Party Realignment:
Michaels, a former liberal, laments how the party—especially in California—has dramatically shifted, alienating those who oppose these educational and medical policies for minors.
(Starts at 15:54)
The Anatomy of Scandals:
The team discusses why so many male politicians risk careers for fleeting indiscretions, suggesting a mix of sex addiction, megalomania, and the corrupting allure of power.
Orchestrated Takedown Theory:
Both speculate on the timing and coordination of accusations, suggesting party insiders move against "problem" candidates like Swalwell when politically expedient.
Power Dynamics and Hidden Dirt:
The discussion turns to whispers about Jennifer Newsom holding potentially damaging knowledge on her husband, serving as a protective force in CA politics.
Victim Testimony Nuance:
Link stresses the need to differentiate between serious assault allegations and cases of inappropriate, but consensual, exchanges. Both express skepticism about the tactics used in public takedowns and question the selective enforcement of consequences.
Democratic Party Messaging Crisis:
They note CA Democrats’ struggles with male voters and the search for "attractive candidates" as a panacea for deeper party identity issues.
(Starts at 34:09)
"Fake Royal" Tour Analysis:
Link skewers the couple’s highly publicized, camera-laden Australian engagements, highlighting local indifference and criticizing their opportunistic and performative visits.
Public Reactions in Australia:
A montage of Australian vox pops demonstrates near-total apathy or annoyance toward the couple’s visit.
Critique of Hospital Photo Ops:
Link calls attention to reportedly uncomfortable children in hospital photo ops, decrying the media circus created for self-promotion rather than genuine compassion.
Meghan as 'Influencer':
Lampoons Meghan Markle’s trajectory—from royal status to reality show judge, including her much-mocked stint on “MasterChef Australia.”
Failed Retreat and Public Pushback:
Reports of poor ticket sales for Meghan’s "Best Life" retreat and public petitions with tens of thousands of signatures objecting to their visit underscore how the couple’s celebrity has waned.
Final Thoughts:
Link compares the Sussexes to "wish royals," uninvited interlopers desperate for relevance—the "Duchess of Delusion and Prince Harry (or is he still royal?)".
On California gender policies:
"Either she's done the homework and she's a grifter and a con woman, or she hasn't done the homework and she's a complete moron. Both are equally terrifying." — Jillian Michaels [09:54]
On political scandals:
"I'm like, if you're sleeping with this person or this person, you know, I can judge it. But as long as you're still getting your job done." — Link Lauren [22:51]
On the Markle royal tour:
"Literally nobody cares. It’s like showing up to a party uninvited. You didn’t RSVP. Nobody wanted you to come. They are just shoving themselves down the people of Australia's throats." — Link Lauren [37:06]
On Meghan Markle’s image:
"She wanted to be... a Gwyneth Paltrow or a Martha Stewart. But what Martha Stewart and Gwyneth Paltrow have, whether you like them or not, is authenticity." — Link Lauren [40:12]
On public responsibility:
"Just have the meeting in a conference room, have the meeting in the lobby... You can’t play smart and dumb at the same time." — Link Lauren [27:26]
This episode brims with skepticism, wit, and populist frustration at both political and celebrity classes. Link Lauren and Jillian Michaels deliver “spot on” observations with a blend of earnest concern, snarky humor, and take-no-prisoners authenticity—refusing to let mainstream narratives or carefully crafted PR stunts go unchallenged.
