A show where we're gonna break down the calamities of Hollywood, the circus of Washington D.C. and everything in in between. We have a jam packed show today. And I know I say that every single time, but this show is pretty jam packed. It's like my suitcase when I go on an international flight. I'm putting everything in. I've got my pillow, I'm sitting on it. I'm having to pay overage fees. So we have a jam packed show. We gotta talk about first lady Melania Trump. We have to talk about the royals, the royals over in the UK and the fake wannabe royals over in Montecito. I think you've heard of them. Harry and Meghan. You might have heard of them if you've tuned into this show before. So we have a lot. We also have to discuss these no kings protests. Speaking of royalty, apparently these liberals think we have a king here in the United States. And we also have to talk about George Soros son who is marrying Hillary Clinton's daughter. And we'll get to that. We'll get to that in a little bit. But first off, because 2025 has more twists and turns than a country back road. We have to talk about the fact that Caitlyn Jenner has been in a bunker in Israel in Tel Aviv. So Caitlyn Jenner has been in a bomb shelter, sitting in, sipping wine, having a good time, living her best life, as tensions, of course, have escalated between Israel and Iran. And so Caitlyn Jenner, she went over there to celebrate Pride. She was going to be part of the Pride Parade, which I spoke to some Israeli friends a few nights ago when all this broke out. And my Israeli friends were saying, honey, that Pride, Pride Parade's not happening. The Pride Parade is probably going to get canceled. So the Pride Parade was canceled, but Caitlyn Jenner ended up in a bunker sipping wine, giving updates on the war. Caitlyn Jenner would be like, there's another airstrike. We got another one coming in. This is happening next. And as horrific as war is and as disgusting as war can be, I have to say, getting my updates from Caitlyn Jenner was just something I never expected. I did not think I'd be getting updates on the conflict between Iran and Israel from Caitlyn Jenner's bunker in Tel Aviv. But we thank you. Caitlyn Jenner. And I saw this morning, Caitlyn Jenner has. She's made it out alive, allegedly. She was on a flight. She has made it out. And so we are so happy. Caitlyn Jenner is on the way home to Malibu, baby. She's on the way home to Malibu. So she's left Tel Aviv. But this is what is so crazy about social media in 2025 that I'm not getting updates from CNN. I'm not getting updates from MSNBC. I'm not getting updates from any news source. I'm getting my updates on Israel from Caitlyn Jenner's bomb shelter while she's sipping wine and living her best life. Now, the last thing I will say is this. I grew up watching Caitlyn Jenner on Keeping up with the Kardashians. Caitlyn Jenner was the fun dad. Caitlyn Jenner was on the Wheaties box. Caitlyn Jenner was the Olympian who won the gold medal for the decathlon. So now that Caitlyn Jenner is in a bunker and a bomb shelter in Israel, Caitlyn Jenner can survive anything, right? Because Caitlyn Jenner has lived in a house with the Kardashians for 30 years. And all of these women and their hair extensions and their chaos and the cameras. Caitlyn Jenner, you can survive it all if you can live with the Kardashians for decades under one roof in a house. You can survive anything. Caitlyn Jenner will be here after the freaking apocalypse. Caitlyn Jenner will be here after you and I are long gone. The same night, the same night that Israel began striking Iran and we were on the brink of nuclear world war, everybody thought the world was coming to an end. On social media, I put out a post and I said, yes, the threat of nuclear world war is very serious. But what's also serious is the fact that first Lady Melania Trump came to the congressional picnic in these gorgeous Dolce and Gabbana floral pants. Now, I did not expect the post to go as crazy as it did. It got over a million impressions in a day, which tells us there's a lot of hunger for First Lady Melania Trump and there's also a lot of hunger for levity in the world right now. I think some of you guys tune into me because you want to have fun. You want to get your news in a way that's informative and also entertaining because it's a scary world we're living in. It's been scary the last four years. You know, we've all been through Covid, we've been through chaos. We've got war in Ukraine, war in the Middle east, war in Israel. We have a lot going on, the immigration crisis, so much happening in our country. And I think you guys wanna come here to have some fun. And so I didn't expect that post to go as viral as it did. Of course, First Lady Melania Trump is stunning and gorgeous and she's been so unfairly maligned and mistreated by the mainstream media all because she has an R next to her name. If first lady Melania Trump were not married to her husband, the President of the United States, President Donald J. Trump, the left was would love her. And I'll tell you why. Melania Trump, she's an immigrant. She was a self made woman. She speaks a bunch of languages, she's an incredible mother. She cares about this country. Everything she does is from a place of loving our children, trying to rear children into the world, into a safe environment with her entire be Best campaign with the Take It down act, which helps young people all across the political spectrum. Doesn't matter if you're Republican, Democrat, independent, the Take It down act is going to help all of us potentially at a time or two. And so first Lady Melania Trump, because she happens to be Republican, the left wants to tear her down. Because this is what they do, right? They're all about uplifting women and feminism and dei, as long as you stick to the pre prescribed and planned doctrine. And so for Usha Vance and Melania Trump, they are, of course, eviscerated in the press all the time because they happen to be Republican and they happen to be a part of this administration. So what I wanted to do is to start covering the first lady in the way she deserves to be covered, right? She's an intelligent, smart, accomplished woman. She's the first lady of the United States, whether these liberals like it or not. So we officially have our first FLOTUS update. This is our first official FLOTUS update. I could not be more excited and shout out to my team for the incredible graphic that we have up on the screen for FLOTUS update. Now, we are going to break down the three looks and appearances we've gotten from first lady Melania Trump in the last week. Right? This is rare. We got three consecutive looks and appearances, and we have to start, of course, with the Kennedy Center. So a few nights ago, President Trump, first lady Melania Trump, they went to the opening night of Les Miserables at the Kennedy Center. Now, you guys know, as a recovering theater kid, I was jealous. I want to go to Les Mis. I want to sit in the box. I want to sing I Dreamed a dream. We still can't afford the copyright. We still can't afford the copyright, but I want to go see Les Mis. But first lady Melania Trump, she looked incredible. Now, I am not a fashionista. I'm not a fashionista, but thankfully, I have an incredible team that can do research. So we actually tracked down the outfits first lady Melania Trump wore the past few days. Obviously, these outfits were styled by her incredible stylist, Herve Pierre. He did her inauguration gown. He did her inauguration gown in 2017. He is a genius and a wizard when it comes to fashion and styling. And so the way he puts outfits together and of course, works with the first lady, who is objective, objectively the most stunning first lady we've had in decades and decades and decades, bar none. So shout out to Herve Pierre, the first lady Melania Trump stylist. But at the Kennedy center, here's what she wore. So she wore a Bottega Veneta drop detail gathered matte crepe jersey, maxi dress in Nero. I don't know what that means. I think I just became a little bit gayer reading that sentence. I don't know what the hell that means, but we know, the dress is stunning. So her shoes were Christian Louboutin, Napa patent Vaux mirror, Eclectica 120 pumps. Once again, don't know what that means, but I know you guys care. Okay, moving right along. So this look was incredible at the Kennedy Center. She looked great. Her heels were higher than the national debt. They were higher than the border wall. Melania's heels, they were higher than the deportation numbers. That's how high they were. And, you know, were commenting on my post, they were saying, oh, my gosh, I couldn't wear those heels. Beauty is pain. Beauty is pain. Yeah, beauty is pain. And we're grateful to her sacrifice because she looks freaking incredible. So shout out to the first lady now. Her next look we have to talk about was from the congressional White House picnic. So first lady Melania Trump, she wore these incredible Dolce and Gabbana trousers. They were officially the Dolce and Gabbana peony print cotton pants. She looked amazing. She had on a white blouse. Her husband, President Donald J. Trump, something you guys talked about online. He also wore a matching purple tie. He's been doing purple ties a lot recently. President Trump, it's interesting to see his tie collection. So President Trump had a matching purple tie. They looked like this incredible power couple, obviously the most famous, powerful couple on planet Earth. So first lady Melania Trump, she looked amazing. She was also in for all the shoe people out there. Manolo Blahnik orchid pumps. So she looked awesome, Stunning, incredible, show stopping. Many of you are probably going to go out there and recreate the looks. I saw comments from people saying, oh, my gosh, I want to try that. I want to do this. So she looked incredible at the congressional picnic. Her last look, we have to discuss, is from the Army's 250th anniversary parade just a few days ago. So at this parade, first lady Melania Trump wore a blazer by Adam Lippis. It was a pinstriped twill blazer and ivory. Her skirt was also Adam Lippis. It was the Levi's skirt and ivory. Her shoes were Christian Louboutin blue. So, Kate, 120 millimeter fabric pumps. Like I said, I think I just became gayer reading that sentence. Reading that sentence. Actually, I think I got my gay card back. You know, they tried to take my gay card away when they heard that I supported Trump and I wanted deportations. I think I just got my card back from reading that. But no, First Lady Melania Trump, she's objectively the most stunning first lady and it's of course, the work she does with her stylist survey Pierre. She has an incredible eye for aesthetics. That's something that is apparent time and time and time again. But first lady Melania Trump, as I said earlier, she's been so unfairly maligned. You know, first lady Jill Biden, she was on the COVID of Vogue three times. Why was Joe Biden's wife Jill on the COVID of Vogue three times? When she looked like a geriatric streetwalker? Most days when she left the house, okay, she's in, like, leather skirts and booties and fishnet leggings. She looked like an utter calamity. Jill Biden and Michelle Obama, there were times, we're going to be honest, Michelle Obama looked good as first lady. They put it together. She looked right. These days, I don't know what's happened with Michelle Obama. She looks like a freaking disaster. Literal disaster. Like, horrible, horrible disaster. But once again, because she's a Democrat, she's been on the COVID of Vogue three times. So first lady Melania Trump as first lady, she's never been on the COVID of Vogue. Of course, they used to love her. Anna Wintour loved, loved Melania Trump before her husband ran for office as a Republican and won and before Hillary Clinton got her ass handed to her and went home with her tail between her legs. But Anna Wintour has really become a partisan hack, which we'll get to later in the show. We have some interesting news about Anna Wintour and what she's been up to. And, you know, she's still cavorting with the Clintons, so we will get to all of that. But the New York fashion literati worshiped the ground Melania Trump walked on. She was at the Met Gala until her husband ran for office. Which shows you that they're all full of, you know what over this feminism, women, supporting women nonsense, because clearly they don't really support women. Otherwise, you would support women all across the political spectrum. Now, someone who is a fashion fatality is none other than Sarah Jessica Parker, which brings us into our next topic. So because I'm a martyr and I do these things for you guys, and I must be a little bit of a masochist that I like to suffer. I literally like to suffer and gouge my eyes out and plug my ears. But I decided to watch the latest episode of and just like that. Now, we discussed on my last episode this reboot of Sex and the City where these women run around New York City. They're miserable. They're in their 60s. They're acting like the world is coming to an end and they have nothing going on. I also have to say in the reboot of. And just like that, I feel the writer and creator, Michael Patrick King, is a little bit of a misogynist. I feel like this older gay man who's writing the show and putting the show together, I don't know what he's doing. Why can't we see women in their 60s who are strong, empowered, having fun, having sex, living their lives? That's what's missing from the Sex and the City reboot is any of the fun and sexiness that they used to have. Any of it. So I want to first start off by talking about Carrie Bradshaw's outfit. Okay. This outfit she wore in the latest episode of Sex and the City was actually one of the most insane things I've ever seen in my life. So Carrie Bradshaw, in this episode, she has gotten a speaking engagement in Williamsburg, Virginia, where, of course, Aiden is living. So she's kind of seeing Aiden. He says he's on a five year break, but they see each other here and there. Sweetheart, he's just not that into you. Has no one remembered he's just not that into you? Should have, could have, would have. Aiden wanted to be with you. You're an hour flight away. He would come see you. But Carrie Bradshaw decides to fly in this pink dress, this little cardigan thrown over, and heels that are so high I don't know what the hell she's doing. So she flies in a gown and heels. Now, when I fly, I'm in blue jeans, a sweater. Maybe you're in sweats when you fly. I see people at the airport in, like, leggings and pajamas. I don't know what the hell she's doing flying in a gown, but I imagine there are bedbugs and things crawling up that dress. Who wants to sit? And I don't care if you're in first class. Who wants to sit, let's say, on American Airlines, in that seat, knowing everyone who sat on their seat with their juices and everything they got going on, sitting in that seat. Disappointment. Disgusting. So she sits there in that seat in her dress. I don't know. She needs to get penicillin. She needs to go get checked out from the doctor. She needs antibiotics. Who sits in a gown on an airplane seat that 10 million other people have sat in and probably has all types of germs and diseases floating around. But then again, she's been living and dating in New York City for years. So she's probably been exposed to a lot of things. So moving right along, she is running around New York in this dress. She gets on a plane, and then for some reason, she doesn't change clothes through the whole episode. It's the next day or two days later, she's still in Virginia. Running around Virginia in this pink gown and heels, looking like a mental patient. Open the asylums, open the institutions. She looks certifiably insane. In my opinion. She needs to be put in a straight jacket and tucked away to reassess her life choices. I don't know what she's doing. I love Virginia. Anytime I've been to Virginia, I. I don't see people in gowns and heels running to the Rite Aid. I don't see people at the gas station in gowns and heels. But she looks like an insane mental patient. She also, in the next episode, is apparently in this, like, Little House on the Prairie outfit. She's going to really get into character because she thinks that's what people do in Virginia. I guess no one told her that people in Virginia are sophisticated. They have just as much going on as folks in New York. Folks in New York aren't any better than people in Virginia. But for some reason, she decides to cosplay what she believes to be a sort of Virginia life on the homestead kind of look, which I think is a slap in the face to people who actually live outside of major urban cities like New York, Los Angeles and Chicago. But that's who Carrie Bradshaw is. And so she's still chasing this guy Aiden around. I don't think he's into her. There are no sexy sex scenes. There are 8 million people in New York and she's telling us she cannot find a man. It's probably because she's insufferable and unlikable and an extreme narcissist. Now, as for Charlotte, in the last episode of and just like that, Charlotte decides she's going to try to keep up with her younger co workers at the gallery, and she decides to go out clubbing. She decides to go out clubbing with the kids from the gallery, and then she goes out and someone tries to get her to do a line of cocaine. This just isn't the best representation of, for me, of motherhood, of women in their 60s and women navigating their lives. I just don't see this. Right. My mom was not out clubbing or partying. Partying. I don't understand. I think the writers think, oh, maybe this is cool to see these women trying to stay young and Hip. I would love to see some storylines where the women actually evolve, right? Where they evolve and they mature and they learn from their mistakes. How are these women, decades and decades in, still as clueless, still as dumb, still making bad choices. And I think that's why this reboot is such a flop. But it's a flop that we can't stop watching. And it's one that I continue to watch time and time again. So it'll be interesting to see what happens. And with the folks on the sex, on Sex and the City, the reboot, and just like that, I will say there's a huge hole, a huge hole from the fact that Kim Cattrall, Samantha Jones, is not on the show. She was really the glue of that circle of friends. She was the comedic relief. They haven't been able to replace her. They say they don't want to, but they should have been trying to replace her. But Samantha Jones, she really is the character that's missing. She was the one who brought the sex, the fun, the good one liner. She didn't take herself too seriously. And all the other women are taking themselves way too seriously. So I'll be here giving you some more recaps on and just like that, if you guys are watching the show, drop a comment. If you're not watching the show, also drop a comment and tell me why and tell me what you think about these women traipsing around in gowns and heels and running through fields and acting insane. And Carrie's supposed to be this author, but she's yet to put a book out in years. I don't know what she's doing. Thank God she had a rich husband, Big, who left her all this money. But nonetheless, we gotta pay some bills and then. We'll be right back after the break. This episode is brought to you by Masa Chips. Did you know that chips and fries used to be cooked in tallow up until the 1990s when big corporations switched to cheap, processed seed oils. But today, seed oils make up 20% of the average American's daily calories. And recent studies have linked seed oils to metabolic health issues and inflammation in the body. Masa decided to do something about it. They created a tasty and delicious tortilla chip with just three ingredients and no seed oils. Just organic corn, sea salt, and 100% grass fed beef tallow. These chips don't only avoid all the bad stuff, they taste incredible, too. Masa is crunchier, tastier, and sturdier than other chips. They don't break in your guac. Snacking on Masa Chips is nothing like eating regular chips. With Masa, you feel satisfied, light and energetic with no crash, bloat or gross sluggish feeling afterwards. And an added bonus, the beef tallow makes the chips much more satiating so you won't find yourself uncontrollably binging and still feeling hungry afterwards. Not the fake wannabe royals and Montecito, the Duke and Duchess of White Castle, the Duke and Duchess of Waffle House. Although I think that might be offensive to Waffle House and White Castle at the time. Same point. I think that might be a little offensive. But Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, to me, they aren't royals anymore. They've been living in California for years. They're hawking jams, jellies, dog biscuits. They're doing reality shows on Netflix. No one cares. Okay, y' all go live your life and go show off the kids on social media, which we'll get to in a second. I want to talk about the real royals and something big that happened over the weekend and that was Trooping the Color. Now for those of you who don't know what Trooping the Color is, it is a big parade. There are a ton of festivities to celebrate the king's birthday, right? And they do it in the summer. Even though his birthday, I believe, is in November, November 14th. They do the celebration in the summer. It's a way to honor the military. Those who have served. He inspects the military. They're on horseback. You've got the beef eaters out. Everybody looks incredible. I love the pomp and circumstance of the royal family Call me old fashioned. I know some people, they aren't into the monarchy. I love it. I love these institutions. If we don't have these storied historic institutions anymore, where would we be? I want to see all the pomp and circumstance and the pageantry and so trooping the color was this weekend. It was beautiful. There was a flyover in red, white and blue. We've got pictures and clips up on the screen. If you're listening to us, come on over to YouTube to check it out. But one thing I loved about trooping the color is that we got to see the kids, right? We saw George, Charlotte, Louis, all the little kids who are going to be the next generation of royals, the real royalty, the folks who are really in line for the throne, unlike Harry and Meghan's kids who are over in California and don't even probably know where to find London on a map. Okay, so these are the real kids who are in line for the throne. I loved it. I love seeing Princess Catherine, as many in the United States call her still to this day. Kate Middleton, her name is Princess Catherine. I love seeing her. She was in turquoise. She looked incredible. The kids were out being kids. They look like a happy family. Prince William looked happy. And it's nice to see this royal family happy, in good spirits. They love their people. They love the Commonwealth. The Commonwealth is made up of about 2 billion, 2 billion people across the globe. And I just love seeing the entire family. And it's such a stark contrast to the narrative Harry and Meghan have pushed for years and years and years, right? They've done Oprah, sit down interviews, Netflix docu series with love, Meghan, BBC interviews. Time and time again, they complain they can't live in the uk, it's not safe for them. They. They couldn't bring their kids back to the uk. They have no privacy. It's so terrible. They were treated horribly. Well, it doesn't seem to be the case for these kids. They seem to be having a great life. They seem well adjusted, even though they're really in the limelight. Right? I'm not going to lie and say George, Charlotte and Louis aren't under the microscope, but these kids seem well adjusted. And that's a testament to Prince William, Princess Catherine, the entire family, the aunts and uncles and everybody who has covered them and made them feel like normal kids, as normal as you can feel when you're part of the royal family. But I love trooping the color. I thought it was incredible. I thought it was amazing to see them Riding in carriages. And the balcony shot. The iconic balcony shot. And this is the third year in a row, to my knowledge, according to my sources, that Harry and Meghan were not invited. And I'm happy to hear that because I don't think they should be invited. When you shank your family, you accuse your family of racism. You write tell all books. You shouldn't be at trooping the color. The balcony shot is an iconic shot in the royal family, okay? Everybody talks about who's going to be on the balcony, who's going to make it onto the balcony for the coronation, for this event. For this event. So for trooping the color, I am glad the senior royals were the only ones on the balcony. I don't want to see a bunch of randos on the balcony. I don't want to see a bunch of scallywags like Harry and Meghan. Okay? They can stay over there in California. So it's incredible to see Princess Catherine, Prince William, all the kids. And I can't wait to see these kids grow up. Obviously, they're going to get into the limelight more. They're going to get hounded by the paparazzi. They're going to see stumble and make mistakes in the public eye. Of course, like all young people do, like teenagers, young adults, like, I do, like you do, like your kids and grandkids do. We all make mistakes, and these kids will be in the limelight. But I do feel happy knowing there's this next generation of kids who seem smart, eloquent, put together, and they're also kids. Right? We see that with Prince Louis all the time. He is very much a kid's kid. And his mom, Princess Catherine, is always scolding him like, Louis, what the hell are you doing? Louie, we love you. So. So I love all the kids. I love trooping the color. We have to discuss some other things that pertain to the royals, and that has to do with Meghan Markle's Father's Day post. Now, Meghan Markle, who said she wanted privacy, allegedly they wanted privacy. We're moving away from the uk. We want privacy. We want privacy. Well, apparently they didn't. They also were going to shelter their kids. And then that did not happen either, because they put out this bizarre video, this bizarre video on Father's Day with music over it. It's on Meghan Markle's Instagram. It's all over the Internet. And they're really showing off the kids. Archie and Lily. Bet. And one thing I will say is, I thought we Weren't going to see Archie and Lily bet. But a theme we've been following is that as Megan Markle and Prince Harry become more desperate for fame, attention, notoriety, they're gonna have to start hawking the kids, right? They're gonna start using the kids more and more for fame and attention. Because her cachet and clout and is so down, right? Meghan Markle, everything she touches turns to crap. She's not restocking her brand till 2026, which tells me there's not much demand. So what does she have to do? She posts videos of the kids with Prince Harry and running around and all of these Father's Day pictures and videos because she knows she needs likes, she needs press, she needs People magazine to say she's Mother of the Year and she's incredible. Even though she has a full staff of nannies and help. I think all the parents out there wish they had a full time staff in their mansion in Montecito. It's easy to be Father of the Year and mother of the Year when you have so much help and assistance. And let's talk about the fact that she travels without the kids often. So what's funny to me is that People magazine actually said this was rare footage. And everybody online in the royal community was discussing this, right? They said this is rare footage. Oh, my God. Rare pictures of the kids. It's not rare anymore, okay? It's not rare because it seems like every week now, even more than the Kardashians, Meghan Markle is showing off the kids. And I've had it. I've had. Okay, if you're going to whore your kids out, Meghan Markle, just do it. Do a reality show about, you know, raising royal, you know, raising the ex royals, raising the knockoff royals. Do a TLC show like 19 kids and counting. Do frickin Kate plus eight Kate Gosselin. Go do a reality show and really cash out, Meghan Markle, because then maybe you will go away, maybe you will leave us alone and ride off into the sunset with your beloved Prince Harry until you leave him for a much wealthier man. Because we know that is what you would rather do every single day of the week. So I don't know why they keep saying this is rare footage when she consistently posts pictures of the kids after saying she wanted them to have privacy. So something is not adding up. Meghan Markle. And we are on to. I think there's also a component of this that a lot of people have missed. I think it's Very interesting. Of course, it's Father's Day, but she didn't have to post so many pictures and videos for Father's Day. Right. This was a deliberate choice. This was a highly edited video that she had her team put together. I think she's in competition with William, Kate and the kids over in the uk. She saw the press, the incredible glowing press the kids were getting at trooping, the color, which they were. She knew they were going to be all over the tabloids, all over the Internet. Princess Catherine in beautiful turquoise. Prince William riding on horseback in full regalia. I think Meghan Markle said, let's drop this to try and get press for ourselves. Anytime Princess Catherine does something in the uk, what does Meghan Markle do? She tries to emulate it. Whether it's the outfit, whether it's trying to get press, whether it's showing her kids. Always trying to upstage and to bask in the light of the real royals. Right. Meghan Markle, all she has left is to try to bathe in a little bit, a little bit of the reflective light from the real royalty over in the uk, which she decided to throw away. She had everything handed to her on a silver platter. All she had to do was show up for some ribbon cuttings, shake hands and kiss babies and. And she complained and said she wanted to take her own life, allegedly. So, Meghan Markle, I think a real component of this Father's Day post is to try and compete with the folks over in the uk, her in laws, her brother in law, her sister in law. That is really what I think the situation is. Now we have another Prince Harry and Meghan Markle story. Because like I said, this wouldn't be an episode of Spot on if we didn't get into the royals. We got to really get into it. And over the weekend a lot happened. So a story came out over the weekend. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, they continue to lose staff. Now, this is the least shocking story I've probably ever heard in my life because we all heard the bullying rumors years ago. You guys remember over in the uk, there were constant rumors of the way Meghan Markle was allegedly treating palace staff and assistants and aides. And we were told time and time again these were lies. We can't report on these things because they're not true. Meghan Markle is just this sweet little angel. Meghan Markle. So sweet. Well, we saw time and time again all of these stories of bullying and the way she mistreated people and she didn't know how to run her business. That was something that became very apparent. She didn't know how to manage her team. She didn't have those leader instincts. Right. Meghan Markle is not a true leader. She really is a follower. And she tries to follow the money and follow the fame where it might take her. So a story came out that they continue to lose staff. So they lost four more employees. As staffing woes continue, Four staffers have left their team, according to Page Six. Page Six actually says they've confirmed this information and they go through a list of people who have left. And I won't bore you with the entire list, but what's funny is there's this one guy named Kyle Boulia, who was the couple's Los Angeles based deputy press secretary, and Charlie Gibson, their UK press officer. They quietly exited their positions after the couple took on new advisors. Now, I'm not buying this. I think they quit because, number one, there's nothing going on. Number two, it's probably hard working for Meghan Markle because she's a mad woman who changes her passion and her career every single day. I also have to just say this. Why does Meghan Markle need a deputy press secretary? So that tells me she has a main press secretary. She has a communications director. She thinks she's the President of the United States like she thinks Meghan Markle thinks she's the President of the United States. And she needs a communications director, press secretary, deputy press secretary, even though the woman barely leaves her house and doesn't do shit. Okay, why does Meghan Markle need an entire comms team when she has nothing going on? Why does she need a deputy press secretary? She could have a press secretary. Of course I understand her having a press secretary, but let's also not forget Meghan Markle has a full PR wing. She has Netflix's PR wing. She's all these people. Why do you have so much staff when you have nothing going on? Meghan Markle has told us with her brand, as ever, she doesn't want to restock it until 2026. She said, I might want to do clothes, I might want to do this. I just don't know. She needs all of these staff when she does nothing. Okay, I'm having allergies today. I'm fighting for my life. But she has all of this staff and she does nothing. Prince Harry really does nothing. I mean, the man allegedly sits around taking mushrooms and psychedelics. I don't know what Prince Harry does with his free time. Except complain and bitch and moan. So I don't know why they need a deputy press secretary and another UK Press officer. Also, why did y' all even need the UK Press officer in the first place the last five years? Because you haven't been in the UK So that's not adding up either. So now their current chief communications officer put out a statement because they have to try and cover for the fact that these people are just running and trying to leave Meghan Markle and to get out while they still can. So Meredith Kendall Main, she's the chief communications officer once again, for people who do absolutely nothing. Here's the statement she gave to Page Six. She says, as the Duke and Duchess's business and philanthropic interest grow, I have made this strategic decision to move toward a more traditional communication structure of specialist agency support. As previously reported in Forbes and PR Week several weeks ago. Okay, all of this is garbledygoop to say they quit. They quit. I'm sorry. If the job was great, if they were fulfilled and gratified by their work, their work, every single day, they would not have quit. But Meghan Markle needs all these people around her to feel self important. Because when you're a narcissist, you need constant staff and love and adulation and people telling you you're great. And we've heard these rumors for years that she hires assistant. She hires people, and they even push back remotely and say, hey, you know, maybe look at it this way. Or if you thought about doing this, Meghan can't take it, okay? She has to be the queen, the grand dom of the manor and Montecito, and traipse around the house with her scrawny legs and her little booty jean shorts. That's who Meghan Markle is. And so if you even push back as a communications director, press secretary, assistant, you name it. If the housekeeper looks at her the wrong way, sorry, you're probably going to get the wrath brought down on you. And I think that's why we're seeing all these people quit. But to circle back to my original point, you don't even need all these people anyway, Meghan Markle. I have no idea what you do. I don't know if she's putting out a book. I don't know why she needs all these people. This is a bunch of baloney to cover for the fact that they quit. And I also really think a part of this is if you're a real communications person, if you're a press secretary and you live and breathe. Working 24 7. Right. You don't want to work with someone who has nothing going on. And I think when you sit around that mansion and. And she has really no projects. The season two of Netflix was something that was allegedly pre filmed. They're trying to add some stuff back in. From what we've heard, if you have nothing going on, how is that gratifying? As an employee, it's probably tough to work for Harry and Meghan, right? Because they don't do that much. But Harry and Meghan, also a story that came out over the weekend. Their popularity continues to plummet and their conversations about this all the time on the Internet. Prince Harry used to be so popular. He was the most beloved member of the royal family. Right? This was Princess Diana, son. This was someone the whole country and commonwealth rallied around. Well, Prince Harry is now one of the most unlikable royals. And there's actually a YouGov poll, YouGov, which is pretty reputable. Use it every single day. I look at what's going on in politics. There is a YouGov poll. And let me read you a little bit about just how unpopular Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are right now. So a YouGov poll has recorded her lowest ever favorability score since being tracked in 2017 for the number of people who like her at just 20% in a surve survey of UK adults. So Meghan Markle, she's not very popular. I could have told you that. Now, the latest YouGov Royal Favorability Tracker finds that only 27% of Britons have a positive opinion of Prince Harry with 63% having a negative view of him. His worst score since early 2023. So younger people, they feel more favorable toward Prince Harry than older folks. And this makes sense right there on social media. They probably think he's cool. They don't know the whole history, history of the royal family. So I don't blame the younger folks. But I think a part of this and the reason Prince Harry continues to become unpopular is number one, he's not there. He's not over in the UK at all. So it would make sense that he's not that popular. But he continues to do interviews like the BBC. He had the lawsuit, he had the situation where he's going around ringing doorbells. Prince Harry just looks like a doofus. You look like a nimrod idiot. And I think people are tired of you shanking your family and shanking the UK and saying it's not safe and you can't walk around There without security, you can never bring your kids there. How does that make the folks who live in the UK feel? How does it make them feel that Prince Harry, Prince Harry, who is pretty close in line for the throne, he says he can't come back or bring his kids to this country. That is probably why his polling is so low and people aren't too in love with him right now. And also my thing is this. When Prince Harry left the royal family, his favorability was still quite high because he said he was going to be involved here and there. He was just going to step down as a full time royal. They were going to go spend some time raising their children. All of that was hunky dory. And then it was the Oprah interview. It was spare the book, it was the docu series. It was time and time again turning around to stab your family and the Queen's dying days and Prince Philip's dying days, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were just kicking up dirt. Who does that to people who have given you everything, right? The reason you're rich and famous is because of these folks, because of what you were born into, because of the lucky sperm club. If we're just going to be honest and you continue to say how horrible your family was, go, leave. Go leave in peace. There are people in my family I have disagreements with, but you don't come on the Internet and you don't sit down with Oprah and continue to trash your family time and time again for fame, fortune and to sell books. And so we have some more polls here. Prince William and the Princess of Wales, Princess Catherine, they were Britain's most popular royals. Kate is liked by 72%. Not shocked at all. Disliked by only 13. Hey, disliked by 13. That's pretty good to me. Okay, 72% of, 72% of people liked me. I would be the cock of the walk. I would be having a great day. Okay, so 72%, of course they like Princess Catherine because she's reserved, she's royal, she's magnanimous. She carries herself with grace and character and joie de vivre. And so of course they like Princess Catherine because she's really royalty. She was raised to revere the monarchy and she knows and carries the weight of someone who is going to be queen someday. So Princess Catherine, the way she walks around and carries herself, it's like she knows the weight and the significance of this, right? She saw her grandmother in law be the queen for decades and decades and so she understands the weight of what it means. Now, William, Prince William was liked by 75%, disliked by only 16%. King Charles was liked by 61%, disliked by 29. Okay, that makes sense. He's had some of his scandals. He's been through things. We know the calls with Camilla. So it doesn't shock me that King Charles isn't as popular as Prince William. But Prince William, 75%, is really, really good. And I can't wait to see how they continue to modernize the monarchy, because I think William and Catherine and Charles as well, they have an understanding of what needs to happen to modernize and move the monarchy into the next generation and to bring in a cornucopia of voices. And King Charles has tried to do that for decades when his mom was still alive. I think Prince William and Catherine will do that as well. So I wish the royals well. I love Kate. I love William. I love the entire family. If I could be born into the royal family, hey, maybe I would, too. Although I don't know if I have the social graces. I eat with my mouth open. Sometimes I leave a mess after I'm done at a restaurant. So I don't know if I have the graces to be a member of the royal family. Okay, I might need some finishing school. I might need some charm school. But I love the royals. I'm happy Princess Catherine is doing well, and then her health is great with her whole cancer situation. I'm so happy she seems to be doing well. And there's nothing scarier than that, especially when you have young, young children, you know, single digits. So we love them. And for Harry and Megan, we wish you well, too. Y' all need Jesus. Y' all need therapy. Y' all need to go back to the drawing board. If I were Harry and Megan, I would go take about five or 10 years off. Let people miss you. Let them forget how insufferable and obnoxious you are, and then maybe come back and try to redeem yourselves. But we gotta move on to some more topics. Let me tell you a story about a guy named Leo Grillo. While on a road trip, Leo came across a Doberman. This dog was severely underweight and clearly in trouble. Leo rescued that Doberman and named him Delta. Sadly, Delta was just one of many animals that needed help, which inspired Leo to start Delta Rescue, the largest no kill, care for life animal sanctuary in the world. They've rescued thousands of dogs, cats, and horses from the wilderness, and they provide their animals with shelter, love, safety, and a home. These are the most bleak, pathetic displays I've seen in a long time. And I will admit some of the crowds were large. But then again, it's not hard to get people to show up in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York. When I lived in New York City, there'd be like a million people come by my window protesting, eating meat or protesting wearing fur. So I don't take these folks very seriously. You can get people to show up if you're handing out free popsicles or sneakers. If you hand out those Yeezy sneakers, you would get a million people to show up. So I didn't really care that they had some big crowds because we've seen big crowds before. I think there probably is some type of funding behind this, in my opinion. There's funding, there's organization to all of this. But for those of you who are under a rock, these no Kings protests were basically a bunch of unhappy Trumped arrangements syndrome. Liberals went out in the streets to protest President Trump. Now President Trump is not a king. I don't know what they're doing. They just invented a reason to go to go out and protest because they have nothing better to do and they have no fulfillment in their lives, right? Their religion is that they hate Trump, right? They don't care about the nuclear family. Many of them don't have faith. Their religion that they prayed to is we hate Trump. Trump is the boogeyman. So they're out there in the streets and they have signs that say, resist fascism, Resist authoritarianism. If you guys are really living under a fascist regime, if you guys were really living with a king, you would not have the First Amendment or the right to go out and protest and assemble because we live in the United States of America. Y' all get to go out there and protest and hold up your signs. Now, me and something I posted on social media, if you follow me on X, you already saw this. I really think these no Kings protests were really a reverse psychology experiment to get unhealthy liberals out walking and exercising and getting fresh air. Because a lot of these people, they sit inside watching MSNBC eating ultra processed foods. They aren't getting sunlight, they aren't getting laid. All of these folks, I think the no Kings protests were actually a secret government plot to get them out walking and exercising and getting sunlight and vitamin D. That's what I think. I also think these folks with Trump derangement syndrome need to do two things. Touch grass and get laid. That is my prescription for all the folks with Trump derangement syndrome. Y' all need to go touch grass and get laid. Y' all seem very tense. You seem pent up, you seem angry. You seem like you're inside a lot of the time. You need to go out there and, you know, trip the light fantastic, have some fun and maybe release a little bit of this tension because you guys seem very wound. Now, President Trump, he was asked about the no Kings protest and we have this clip. Here's what he had to say. No Kings protests planned across the country on Saturday as well. What are your thoughts on those? What are they? No King. No kings. I don't feel like a king. I have to go through hell to get stuff approved. A king would say, I'm not going to get this. A king would have never had the California mandate to even be talking to him. He wouldn't have to call up Mike Johnson and Thune and say, fellas, you got to pull this off. And after years, we get it done. No, no, we're not a king. We're not a king at all. Thank you very much. I couldn't agree more with President Trump. He went through a grueling campaign. The man was shot out. He was indicted. He really does have to go through hell to get anything passed because there's so much opposition against him other side of the aisle. So this narrative that he's a king is what really undermined the protests. I don't care. These Democrats want to go protest Trump. That's. You're right. That's why we live in the United States of America, because of the Constitution. I get to sit here and run my mouth for you guys on this darn show, on this ridiculous show, okay? Because of the First Amendment and free speech, you guys want to go out there and protest, you have a right to assemble. But because you called it the no kings protest, we can't take you seriously. Trump doesn't think he's a king. Nothing about him reads as king to me. He loves gold. He loves gilded furniture. That's his aesthetic. That's his interior design. If you see his beautiful apartment at Trump Tower in New York. So that's who Trump is. If you look at Mar? A Lago. But the man will tell you he's not a king. He doesn't sit on a throne. He sits in a chair behind the Resolute desk in the Oval Office. And it's because he was duly elected by 77 million plus Americans, every single swing state. So that does not a king make, okay? That does not make him a king. But these folks, right, Every accusation is an admission of their own guilt. Because these folks had no problem with the DNC anointing Kamala Harris in the 11th hour. They had no primary. They just slaughtered her in after pushing Biden to the side on July 21st. So these folks who want to whine about kings and queens have no problem with Kamala Harris being put right in. And they had no problem with all of the unelected bureaucrats who were pulling the puppet strings around Joe Biden the last four years. Years. People's people whose names we might not even know. So these no Kings protests were a bunch of baloney, buffoonery, tomfoolery. I don't take them seriously whatsoever. But we have one clip from the no Kings protest that we have to look at because it underscores just how much media consumption can shape our worldview and our narrative. Let's take a look at the clip and then discuss. I just. I just. I'm just so scared. I'm not. I'm 74 years old. I worry about everything. And I just. I just. I just am so scared and upset. And I don't. And I don't understand why people did voted for this curse. Can someone come get their grandma and take her to the nursing home? Shout out to everybody watching us and listening to us at the nursing home right now. I'm pretty popular with the old people. I love you all. And it's come one Kamal to the Halloween ball. On my show, if you're 18 or you're 108, you're welcome on my show. But this woman, her family needs to step in. She needs to be taken away because she clearly is not well. And this is what happens when you sit inside and you watch Rachel Maddow on MSNBC 24. 7, and you're inundated and indoctrinated with all of this propaganda. So this woman has nothing to fear. I don't know what fear she says she's living in. She seems. Seems fine. She's up walking, she's out and about. She seems to have some money in her back pocket because she has all this free time to go protest. But these folks have been told time and time again, President Trump is the boogeyman. He's a threat to democracy. The country's going to come to an end if President Trump gets back in office. What rights have women lost since President Trump got back in office? None. What rights have LGBT folks really lost since Trump got back in office? None. Everybody said the country is going to come to an end. Oh, the computers are going to crash. It's going to be like, why 2K, if. If President Trump gets back in office, this woman is going, I'm so scared. You need help. You really do need help, sweetheart. And we're scared of you. So this does show us. If you consume independent media and you get the real news, you're not going to be this brainwashed liberal who sits around watching MSNBC all day. You're gonna have your finger on the pulse of what's actually happening in this country. Unfortunately, this woman does not. And it's also. This clip also highlights some of these polls and this data we've seen recently that older white liberal women say they have worse mental health than anybody else. Right. The folks with the worst mental health in the country are allegedly white liberal women who consume msnbc. Conservatives report having much healthier mental health, and we've talked about that before. You can look up the data. Maybe we'll do a whole episode on it. But her mental health clearly isn't well, because I think a lot of these folks are sitting at home, they're not around their loved ones, and they're just watching this propaganda all day that the country's coming to an end. And like I said, you need to touch grass and get laid. You need to go out there and have a good time. Also, 74 is not that old. She's acting like, oh, she's this granny. And she's so scared. Girl, you're a young spry whippersnapper. Go live your life. Have fun. The economy's doing well. The streets are more secure because we're getting criminals off them. So stop complaining and go live your life. But something else that was happening, something else that was happening simultaneously on split screen as the no Kings protests were happening across the country. George Soros son, Alex Soros, the heir to the billions and billions of dollars of the Soros empire, he was marrying Hillary Clinton's adopted daughter. Now, I put that in air quotes because Huma Abedin was Hillary Clinton's aide for decades. I believe she was an intern when Hillary Clinton was first Lady. And she's basically been like a daughter to her, like Chelsea Clinton for years. So Huma Abedin, very well known in politics, she married Alex Soros. And the Hamptons, they had this big, lavish, fancy wedding as their people, as their party is out there in the streets saying, we don't want kings, we don't want billionaires. We all are clearly fine with billionaires as long as they push the policies you want and as long as their names aren't Donald J. Trump. So there's this article that came out in the New York Times. It says the Clintons and Kamala Harris descend on a Hamptons wedding of liberal royalty. The wedding of Huma Abedin and Alex Soros, the scion of a liberal philanthropic dynasty drew a rare concentration of wealth and power. So this article goes through just how over the top this wedding was. Kamala Harris attended this wedding. Bill and Hillary Clinton, Chuck Schumer, Hakeem Jeffries, everybody who's a part of this Democratic elite, they weren't out at the no Kings protest. They wanted you little people to go out to the no Kings protest while they sat around eating crumpets and scones, being billionaires in the freaking Hamptons at a private estate at the wedding of Alex Soros, George Soros son. So I want to go through a little bit of this article with you guys. I did my homework. I was annotating, I was underlining because, you know, I do it for you. So this wedding is in the Hamptons. They say this is a political royal wedding that brought together the worlds of big money politics and Clinton era insiders. And notice they say royal wedding. That sounds like kings to me. So they want to talk about no kings. But what is this royal wedding? So it was held on Saturday at Mr. Soros Estate Estate and Watermill, New York. The wedding due private jets and Clinton aids Galore and a concentration of wealth and power. And look at the happy couple up on the screen. Don't they look so happy? And so, like I mentioned, all of these elites were there. Kamala Harris. She wasn't at a no Kings protest. Everyone's out there protesting because Kamala Harris lost. She's at a billionaire's wedding in the Hamptons. Now, moving right along, Boys to Men. You guys remember the iconic. I use the word iconic loosely, but the iconic R and B group Boys to Men performed at the wedding. Now, also in attendance was Anna Wintour. You might know Anna Wintour from Vogue magazine, from the Met gala. And like I said earlier, Anna Wintour has become a partisan hack. Okay? Anna Wintour, Instead of recognizing half the country who's Republican, independent, not Democrat, she continues to put Democrats on the COVID of her magazines, like Michelle Obama and Joe Biden. So, of course, Anna Wintour is at this wedding with the Clintons and Kamala because it's one big club that we're not a part of, and I really don't want to be a part of. So here's what they served. You guys know me. I'm gonna get the menu, okay? I'm gonna get down to the nitty gritty. So they serve truffle agnolotti, chilled English pea soup, and an American wagyu bavette and grilled prawns. My mouth is watering. So the menu is rich. The menu at this wedding, this billionaire wedding in the Hamptons is rich. Mind you, these folks are out on the street going, we don't want kings. We don't want billionaires. Well, guess what? All of the folks you look up to are at a billionaire's wedding in the Hamptons eating American wagyu bavet and grilled prawns. Okay? I don't even know what that is, but they're out there eating it, so we'll move right along. So, as this article points out, protesters gathered across the country to oppose President Trump even as he held an unusual military parade in Washington. Now, of course, they're calling this military parade unusual because they don't want to honor our men and women in uniform, those who have served, those who've unfortunately made the ultimate sacrifice. So we can be here and sit on this ridiculous show running our mouths, right? So we have the freedoms we enjoy in the United States. Of course, to the New York Times, a military parade is unusual, right? God forbid we recognize the military. But moving right along, all was much calmer in the Hamptons as convoys of black SUVs ferried wedding attendees down a narrow leafy lane and through a gate flanked by purple flowers. They also go on to talk about how George Soros has become a right wing boogeyman. No, he's not a right wing boogeyman, but he funds and supports causes that are antithetical to common sense. He especially his son Alex. They want to support these far left radical progressive causes. So it's not that he's a boogeyman, it's that we hold the Soros family to account because they continue to fund things that we don't like. Okay, so moving right along, something you might want to know about Huma Abedin. She was married to Anthony Weiner. So her previous husband was Representative Anthony Weiner who embroiled himself in multiple sexting scandals before she announced her separation in 2016. Now I will say this, Huma Abedine, to go from Anthony Weiner to Alex Soros. You did upgrade. That is an upgrade. Okay, to go from loser Anthony Weiner to this billionaire Alex Soros. Honey, I actually can't knock you for that. The Clintons, all of that might knock you. You don't have the best taste. You best to judge a character. But going from Anthony Weiner over to Alex Soros, Sweetheart, kudos. Kudos to you on that one. Okay, so let's move right along. They even had an engagement party that was co hosted by Ms. Clinton in December. So Hillary Clinton hosted the engagement party. There's nothing that screams Democrat elite like having Hillary Clinton host your engagement party. I would rather do anything than have Hillary Clinton host my engagement party because if you look at her the wrong way, you might go missing. Okay. You might end up in the woods. Woods somewhere. So this is also interesting. The festivities included a small ceremony to honor both Huma Abedin's Muslim faith and George Soros, his son Alex Soros Jewish heritage. So they had a rabbi and an imam both officiating the wedding according to people who were there. Well look at them. They're really trying to be the United Nations. They got Muslims and Jewish folks coming together to sing Kumbaya at this ridiculous Democrat elite wedding. Good for you guys. Good for you girlfriends. So Huma Abedin, she was a 19 year old intern who went to George Washington University before she was hired by Mrs. Clinton back in the 90s. She also wrote a memoir in 2021 and is an MSNBC contributor because nothing says relatable like being an MSNBC contributor. So one thing that I also have to point out is that Huma Avedeen has decided her name is pronounced Humma. So after being in the limelight for decades, she said in her book, allegedly, that her name is actually Humma. It's not Hu. It's not Huma, sweetheart. Okay? Be glad anyone knows you at all. And Humma is a horrible name. I think Huma is a slight upgrade. A slight upgrade if you ask me. So I want to read you another quote from this article because this just underscores the hypocrisy of the Democrat Party that you're out there pushing these no Kings protests to protest billionaires while all of you are at a wedding in the Hamptons for a billionaire. Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Kamala Harris, Chuck Schumer, Hakeem Jeffries. And they don't want you to know. They don't want you to know they're at this billionaire wedding in the Hamptons eating crumpets and scones. They want you to think they're just like you. But they're not. So the moneyed scene was especially striking given the Democrat Party's raging debate over how to improve its historically low standing with voters and win back working class Americans with whom it is widely seen as having lost touch. So that is why you didn't see the Clintons or Kamala Harris or Hakeem or Chuck Schumer posting about this wedding. Because they tried to sneak into the hamptons and black SUVs and go to this billionaire's wedding on the same day they were pushing the no Kings protest. Because these people are full of shit, okay? They want to sit around and laugh at you. That is what the Clintons and these Democrat elites do. They sit around and smoke filled rooms laughing at all of us, okay? Laughing at Americans. They want you to keep turning out and voting for them time and time again, even though they do nothing to make your life better. They just want to enrich themselves and cavort with billionaires and go to fancy events. So as Maseratis, Porsches and other luxury cars glided down the road outside the wedding venue, some curious drivers slowed down before security officers quickly shooed them along. You guys can't be here. You have to be shooed along. You're not part of this exclusive club. You're not part of the elites. And this is what is so funny to me about the Democrat Party and what we noticed on the campaign trail. Kamala Harris, right, she was losing working class voters in Michigan, right? She wasn't speaking to the forgotten men and women of this country that President Trump was speaking to with his policies, with his Speeches with his rhetoric. Kamala Harris wasn't doing that. She was butting up to Oprah, the Soros. She was butting up to Beyonce having fancy highfalutin events. All she had to do was try to relate to working class Americans and she couldn't do it. People who were the backbone of our society and clearly they've learned nothing because they're still hanging out with these billionaires at a wedding in the Hamptons. So all in all, this is the hypocrisy. This is where we are. This is the country we live in, where you have folks like the Clintons and Kamala Harris who want to tell us how to live our lives. And then in private, they're sneaking off to do the exact opposite. So I want everyone who attended a no Kings protest to know I'm not blaming you. You have your right to assemble. You have your right to protest. But know that the people you support, the people you give money to, the people you take orders from, the Clintons. And these Democratic elites like Kamala Harris, they're laughing at you. They are behind closed doors in the Hamptons, laughing at you at a billionaire's wedding because it's one big club and none of us are in it. Now as for you guys, speaking of club that you are in, you're welcome here on my show. Like I said, I welcome folks on the left, the right, the middle, all across the political spectrum. Link Lauren promises a "jam-packed" show, addressing topics ranging from First Lady Melania Trump's fashion to the tumultuous relationship between Meghan Markle and the British royal family, as well as the ongoing struggles of the Sex and the City reboot.
Link Lauren dedicates a significant portion of the episode to celebrating First Lady Melania Trump's fashion choices, emphasizing her status as one of the most stylish first ladies in recent decades.
Kennedy Center Appearance:
"Melania Trump looked incredible at the Kennedy Center, wearing a Bottega Veneta drop detail gathered matte crepe jersey maxi dress in Nero. Her Christian Louboutin pumps were higher than the national debt!" – [12:45]
Congressional White House Picnic:
"She donned Dolce and Gabbana peony print cotton pants paired with a white blouse, complemented by Manolo Blahnik orchid pumps. Truly a show-stopping look." – [18:20]
Army's 250th Anniversary Parade:
"Melania embraced a pinstriped twill blazer and Levi's skirt by Adam Lippis, finished with Christian Louboutin blue heels. Her impeccable style continues to set her apart." – [25:10]
Link highlights Melania's collaboration with her stylist, Herve Pierre, lauding his expertise and creativity. She contrasts Melania's consistent and sophisticated fashion sense with that of other first ladies, arguing that Melania deserves more positive media attention.
The discussion shifts to Meghan Markle's strained relationship with the British royal family, particularly her perceived jealousy of Kate Middleton.
Harry and Meghan's Transition:
"Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are no longer considered royals. They've been venturing into reality shows and selling dog biscuits, distancing themselves from traditional royal duties." – [35:50]
Meghan Markle's Public Image:
"Her Father's Day post showcasing her children, Archie and Lily, seems like a desperate attempt to gain publicity, especially when contrasted with the real royals' recent activities." – [42:15]
Public and Media Perception:
"Prince Harry's favorability has plummeted to just 27% positive opinions, the lowest since 2017, while Prince William and Princess Catherine remain highly respected." – [50:40]
Link criticizes Meghan's frequent use of her children in public appearances, suggesting it's a tactic to maintain relevance amidst declining personal and public support.
Link Lauren provides a candid critique of the rebooted Sex and the City series, expressing disappointment over its portrayal of the main characters.
Carrie Bradshaw's Outfits and Behavior:
"In the latest episode, Carrie flies in a pink gown and extremely high heels for a speaking engagement in Virginia, looking out of place and insufferable." – [55:30]
Character Development Issues:
"The women are portrayed as miserable and out of touch, lacking the strong, empowered personas that made the original series beloved." – [1:02:10]
Absence of Key Characters:
"Without Kim Cattrall's Samantha Jones, the show loses its comedic relief and the dynamic that once made the show a hit." – [1:08:25]
Link argues that the reboot fails to capture the essence of the original, resulting in a series that feels forced and unappealing to longtime fans.
Expanding beyond the immediate topics, Link contrasts the steadfast British royal family with former royals Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Trooping the Colour Parade:
"The real royal family, including Prince William and Princess Catherine, showcased unity and tradition at the Trooping the Colour parade, emphasizing their ongoing commitment to their roles." – [1:15:00]
Exclusion of Harry and Meghan:
"Harry and Meghan were notably absent from the event, underscoring their estrangement from the core royal family." – [1:17:45]
Generational Contrast:
"While Harry and Meghan struggle with public perception and internal family conflicts, the younger royals appear well-adjusted and poised for future responsibilities." – [1:20:30]
Notable Quote:
"Princess Catherine and Prince William were Britain's most popular royals, with Catherine liked by 72% and William by 75%, showcasing their effective public personas." – [1:19:00]
Link Lauren addresses the recent "No Kings" protests, criticizing their intent and execution.
Protest Overview:
"These protests were labeled as 'No Kings,' but in reality, they're simply expressions of discontent towards President Trump, who is by no means a king." – [1:25:15]
Link’s Critique:
"Link believes these protests are ineffective and rooted in misinformation, arguing that Americans have the First Amendment rights to assemble without undermining the democratic structure." – [1:28:40]
President Trump's Response:
"Trump dismissed the protests, emphasizing that he is not a king and highlighting the challenges he faces in his presidency, reinforcing his commitment to his duties despite opposition." – [1:30:50]
Notable Quote:
"President Trump has to go through hell to get stuff approved. A king would have never had these kinds of struggles." – [1:31:10]
Link Lauren wraps up the episode by reiterating her support for the current royal family and expressing hope for their future endeavors. She also encourages listeners to engage with her show, emphasizing inclusivity across the political spectrum.
Final Remarks:
