Everyone, we have officially entered the Oprah calypse. Okay? The Oprah apocalypse is upon us. Her brand has officially collapsed. Okay? She's an utter calamity. Everything Oprah once stood for, being this relatable girl just like you, that's gone out the window, okay? Oprah said, you know what? I'm at Fashion Week, I'm skinny, I'm rich, and I'm a little bit of a bitch, okay? If you get the reference. So Oprah Winfrey, she's been at Fashion Week. And everybody keeps tagging me in this video, okay? I have been sent this video by friends, by you guys, by followers on Instagram, this video of Oprah walking around Fashion Week and everybody says Oprah and the O stands for Ozempic. It is clear in my opinion, that Oprah Winfrey is on some type of GLP1 drug, okay? She said, you know what? The old Oprah, I don't recognize her. I don't want to be her. I am now rich, fabulous Oprah, and that's who she wants to be. This is all Oprah wants, okay? It doesn't matter. The humble beginnings these celebrities start with, they always end up, okay, Taking to that rich, elite lifestyle. And that is Oprah Winfrey. And there's a reason so many people don't even look to her for advice anymore. There are people on both sides of the aisle who still love Oprah Winfrey, Right? Right. Republicans, independents, conservatives, Democrats, liberals, everyone could just turn on Oprah and she would come to you every day in your living room. She was fun. She was funny. Maybe not when the cameras were off, but she would come to you and she felt like that friend. You know, you look at Oprah and Gail and you think, oh, my God, these are girls I could be friends with. There's nothing I can relate to Oprah with now. Right? There's no part of Oprah's life that I feel I could be a part of. That 99% of us could ever be a part of. We'd never be invited to anything like this. Are you kidding me? But Oprah, it's interesting. This video has caused such a ruckus online because people say she's on Ozempic. And though she hasn't confirmed recently that she is still on Ozempic or GLP, GLP Dash 1 drug. I want to break down some of the things that have happened the last few years because in 2015 she became an investor and Weight Watchers. So she invested in Weight Watchers and she was pushing Weight Watchers. That was her little scam. Everybody get on Weight Watchers. It's going to work for you. It's great. Well, she stepped down from, from Weight Watchers and she divested recently because now she is pushing a GLP1 drug. So it's interesting. She went from selling Weight Watchers and then that was too difficult. Now she's pushing Amanjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic, all of these GLP1 drugs because they're so much quicker. And that's what happened to the body positivity movement. All of these celebrities who are known for being normal sized, maybe a little bit bigger, like a Lizzo, a Meghan Trainor, you know, an Oprah, the second they can get on Ozempic and give themselves that shot and lose the weight like that, they do. So that is Oprah Winfrey. And what I find so fascinating, so fascinating about Oprah Winfrey is she's the one woman in public life who hasn't been weight shamed by the industry. And let me explain this to you. So often, actresses in Hollywood and models, they feel like they have to starve. Like they have to go to extremes and do these workouts and hire personal chefs and trainers just to lose weight to get roles. Oprah, she's always been one of the guys, right? If you go back in the day, Jay, Leno, Letterman, people weren't knocking Oprah because of her weight. But what's interesting is it doesn't matter how much money someone has, how famous they are, Oprah Winfrey, there's always something inside of them that feels like, you know what? I need to lose weight. I need to be thinner. Everyone is struggling with body image. Everyone. I hear it from you guys in my comments. Every woman I know, guys I know, everybody is aware if I gain five pounds, if I lose five pounds, And Oprah Winfrey, that's what I find so fascinating, fascinating about her. There are celebrities, women in public life who get Shamed for being bigger, who get shamed for gaining weight. You know, we see actors and actresses who used to be skinny, now they're bigger. It goes viral. Oprah is that rare exception where because of her success and her wealth and being in that boys club, you know, on the Forbes list, she was never shamed externally for her weight, but internally, she put that pressure on herself. In fact, if you guys remember, not that I was alive, but she wheeled that fat wagon out on stage. And that was such an insane moment in hindsight. Oprah Winfrey wheeled a wagon of fat out on stage. And we actually have a clip from that show where she talks about her extreme diet and what she went through. Let's take a look.
B
A lot of you already know that what I did was. What I did was I fasted for, without cheating for a solid six weeks. And Mary Kay, who's a member producer on the staff here, got married. And I said to them when I first started this liquid protein, supervised, medically supervised fast, I said to them when I went in with the counselor that six weeks into this, I know I'm going to eat something because I'm giving the wedding and paying for the food, so I intend to eat it. And so I did. I cheated, but it was controlled cheating halfway into the diet. But up until six weeks, I ate absolutely, absolutely nothing.
A
If you did this on television now, right? If someone went out on television now and said, I starved myself for six weeks, I fasted for six weeks, they'd be pulled off the air. I mean, this would be major insane news. People would say, what are you talking about? This is so unhealthy. But every couple of years, the trends would change. Remember the south beach diet? Then it's Paleo, then it's this. Now people can just get on Ozempic. There's always been and always will be this obsession and fascination with weight loss, with body image. And I feel like social media, in the rise of the Internet and how ubiquitous social media has become, it's just made the situation so much worse. And if you showed this on television nowadays, I would worry about the young girls who see it on Instagram. The young girls who see, oh my gosh, she fasted for six weeks. That must be normal. It is not normal. It is not normal to wheel a wagon with 67 pounds of fat onto a stage and tell your audience of millions of people that you fasted for six weeks, okay? And then you're going to have normal folks, normal working class Americans who feel like, oh, well, if Oprah's doing it. She's my best friend. Through the television, Oprah has a personal chef, trainer, dietitian, the best medical teams money could buy. This, to me, is such an extreme. But Oprah, like so many women, even if there's not that external pressure, she's going to put it on herself to be thinner to lose weight. And now we see these videos coming out, the ones you guys keep sending me from Fashion Week. She's in her 70s. She is still chasing that image of being super skinny. It just so happens now she's invested in a GLP one drug that can get her there a lot quicker. We actually found a story that she dropped 20 pounds back in 1998. When Vogue editor Anna Wintour suggested doing so before going on the COVID She said, I was just doing what the rest of the world was doing. I thought I had proven that I had willpower. Now she actually hosted a special on obesity in 2023 with experts. She said she had an epiphany. For years, I avoided the word obesity. It connoted out of control, she says. But I came to understand that overeating doesn't cause obesity. Obesity causes overeating. And that's the most mind blowing, freeing thing I've experienced as an adult. So to me, there's a lot of propaganda in there. There's a lot that doesn't make sense. I think it's hard to take Oprah seriously at point this. This point, right? Because she's invested in Weight Watchers. That didn't work. Then she pushed the fasting diet. Oh, now she's over that. Now she's pushing a GLP Dash 1 drug. I think people should just turn off the TV, turn off Oprah, stop following and just focus on what is going to be good for you, what's going to be healthy for you. And we spoke about this last week. We had a huge episode last week where we spoke about Kelly Osborne, Demi Moore, so many of these women in Hollywood that people used to look to and say, oh, my God, I could look like that. Kelly Osborne used to be a relatable girl as well. It is clear there is something going on. And so my message out there is to all the women, my audience is predominantly women. Don't compare yourself to these celebrities, okay? Whether it's Kelly Osborne, whether it's Oprah, whether it's Demi Moore. Because number one, like I've said, they have personal chefs, trainers, Access to Ozempic, GLP1 drugs, you name it, okay? That's number one. But number Two, for years, because of social media and being inundated with images every day, women would feel like, oh, I need to lose weight. I need to look like that. Oh, I should feel bad about myself. Don't feel bad about yourself, because these celebrities hate themselves. Okay, let me explain that to you. The celebrities you're looking to online and saying, oh, my God, I wish I look like that. You, number one, they didn't even really look like that. Okay? That's not God given. That's writing a check. Okay? Second, they look in the mirror, these celebrities, and it doesn't matter how much money they have, how rich they are, how many homes they have, we see it with Oprah Winfrey as proof they are still unhappy with their image. There's something about the money and the fame. It still can't fill that bottomless pit, that void inside that says, you don't look good enough. You're not pretty enough, you're not skinny enough. And it's why we see these celebrity billionaires like OPRAH in their 70s, still chasing that. Still chasing being skinny, skinny, skinny. And we see it every single day. And the last thing I want to say about Oprah is this, because I know we've gone on for a while. I'm actually getting sick of talking about Oprah. But it's just interesting because her brand is just collapsed. Sort of like Michelle Obama. You know, Michelle Obama, she was this relatable girl from the south side of Chicago, was living the American dream, was the most favorable woman on earth, 79 approval rating in 2009. Now, Michelle Obama, she is one of the elites. She is in Martha's Vineyard with her podcast microphone, sitting around complaining how hard her life is, complaining that she has to get her hair and makeup done, complaining that she has to pay for food in the White House, that she had to fly on a smaller private jet because the main private jet was taken. Like, these are not people who care about having those humble beginnings and hearkening back to those good old days. They want to take that rich Martha's Been youn lifestyle and say, see ya, Peace out, Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey. Speaking of politics, the nail in the coffin for me with Oprah Winfrey. And when I really decided, you know what? I'm not taking her seriously at all anymore. She has some good quotes. She has some good mantras. I have one mantra of Oprah Winfrey's that I tell myself every couple of days. I do like it, but I can't take her seriously anymore. As someone who gives advice because she went out there during Kamala Harris campaign. In that final stretch, she went on stage during Kamala's campaign, one of her final events. And Oprah Winfrey said, if we don't vote for Kamala Harris, we won't have a democracy anymore. There won't be another election. She literally went out there and was like, if y' all don't vote for this drunk wino Kamala Harris, who doesn't even know the temperature of the room, we won't have a country anymore. But this is the great hypocrisy. Okay? Number one, we found out that Kamala's campaign was paying Oprah's company, Harpo, allegedly, millions of dollars. Okay? A 500,000 check, another 500,000 check. The New York Times said it was 2.5 million. 2.5 million for Oprah's endorsement. Okay? 2.5 million. And guess what? You still lost. And for Oprah to go out there and do the fear mongering, to say there won't be a country or another election if we don't vote for this loser, Kamala Harris, that was sickening to me. Sickening. And Oprah and all these celebrities who live in their rich, gated communities in Montecito, who have private security teams and fly on jets every day and go to fashion Week, it doesn't even matter who the president is. They're not affected by any administration. You understand what I'm saying? So why are we supposed to listen to these elites on how to vote, how to think, how to live our lives? Kind of like George Clooney, you know? He wants us to vote for every liberal candidate. He wants you to vote for Gavin Newsom and Biden and all these liberals. Then guess what? He flees the country and goes to live in, you know, Lake Como. He goes to live in Italy. He goes to live in France. So let's just stop taking any of these people seriously. Oprah, your brand is over. Your brand has collapsed. And I want to finish this segment with a clip from Gene Simmons. So. Gene Simmons from Kiss. I love Kiss, okay? There's something about Kiss that I love. And I've always loved Gene Simmons. And he was actually stopped on the street the other day by tmz, and he said that celebrities need to shut the f up. Do your art and shut up. And I feel like that applies to Oprah and so many others. Let's take a look.
B
Yeah.
A
Yeah. Because everybody in the world should listen what actors and comedians say because they're so qualified. Basically, shut the up. Do your Art and shut up. Nobody's interested in your opinions. That includes me, who I vote for, who I like, who the do you think you are? Thank you, Gene Simmons. Thank you so much. Oprah Winfrey. All of these liberal, rich elites who live in gated communities that we could never get into. Okay, Oprah, we don't take you seriously. When Oprah literally said that we wouldn't have another election, that democracy would come to an end if President Trump got back in office. Shut the hell up. Please, just shut up. We're not going to take you seriously anymore. And the overarching theme here is whether Oprah was rich or not, whether these celebrities have money or not. They have fame, they have attention, and they think they live on pedestals to tell us how to live our lives. Right, Oprah. She'll talk about how you should lose weight, what drug you should be taking, how you should live your life. She'll tell you who to vote for. But at the end of the day, these people don't even like themselves. So why should we take advice from people who still get up and look in the mirror and hate the way they look? Let's be happy. Let's be happy with our wrinkles, our lines, our lives. I don't want to be a part of that rich, elite cabal anyway. Well, Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Scamalot, the Duchess of White Castle, once a yacht girl, always a yacht girl. And you know what? I'm not even hating her hustle anymore. I almost have empathy. I feel bad for the girl. I almost feel bad at Meg. For Meghan Markle at this point because she's such a self saboteur. She had it all. She was British royalty. She rode around in carriages. She had a royal wedding. People, they threw flowers for her in the street. And now she sits in her home hawking jams, jellies, and dog biscuits. Well, Meghan Markle, she's now hawking herself. Meghan Markle apparently is selling $3,200 tickets for her trip to Australia, where you can have dinner with her, get a picture with her in an exclusive goodie bag. What's going to be in the goodie bag? Maybe the wickless candle. The Wickless candle. And some of her flower sprinkles. So, Meghan Markle, she's selling access again, which is very unbecoming for a royal. Okay, let me just tell you, for a member of any royal family, let alone the British royal family, to sell access to access, okay? Like, you're a struggling. You Know, politician out in, you know, the primaries, on the campaign trail. This is pathetic. This is actually getting sad at this point. Someone needs to step in and help this woman. I mean, 30, $200 for this women's conference, and it's apparently an exclusive retreat for women that's going to be in Sydney next month, blah, blah, blah. Why are these women going to pay 30 $200 to hang out with Meghan Markle and get advice from her? Meghan Markle. She calls herself a female founder. The only thing Meghan Markle found was a rich husband with a title. That's it. Every other business, every other television show she's tried to produce has crashed and burned. She's an utter calamity. She's the duchess of delusion, the disaster duchess. Everything she tries to do collapses, comes crumbling down, down to the ground. So Meghan Markle, and this is not the first time she's actually sold access. If you guys remember, at the end of 2025, she and Harry were selling a dinner for 100,000. You could pay 100,000 to have dinner. And I know some of you guys were like, link, you should raise the money to go to dinner with Harry and Meghan. So basically, you can pay to have dinner with them. You can pay to hang out with them. Next stop, OnlyFans. Where else is Meghan Markle going to go next? Only fans, maybe? Is she going to put her Venmo in the bio on her, you know, Instagram page? What is she going to do? But this is what's so sad. To me, it's like you guys were royalty, literal royalty. There was a time where Prince Harry had the highest favorability of any member of the royal family. Now you're basically a wannabe Kardashian. Okay? The Kardashians wouldn't even do this. It reminds me of back in the day when the Kardashians would appear at a club and they'd get money just to show up and say hi and wave and get on the microphone. That's Meghan Markle. Now, I. It's. It's almost unfathomable. It's something that I think, you know, Sarah Ferguson would do. The Duchess of York, I think Fergie would do something like this. But Harry and Megan, you guys snap out of it. So we wish Meghan Markle well. Let this be a cautionary tale to all the women out there. If you don't care about Meghan Markle or the. Or the royals, just. Just listen to me, okay? If you marry into a good old fashioned rich family. Don't feel like the grass is greener on the other side all the time. Okay? You got to know in life when you have it good, whether it's a job, a relationship, anything. You have to know. Okay, this is good. But Meghan always plays bigger, better deal. There's a bigger, better deal out there. I'm going to go get the bigger, bigger, better deal. And now Meghan Markle, look what happened. You're hawking little jams and jellies and selling access to yourself. And it's really sad. It's really quite sad. Had Meghan Markle stayed in the royal family, people like the Kardashians would be begging and groveling to hang out with her. And now she's outside begging and groveling to get in to Kardashian birthday parties. So we going to pay some bills and then we'll be right back. Everything healthy. Well, I'm so excited to bring in this next guest. Her name is Pamela Garfield Yeager. She is a you thank therapist and licensed social worker. You've probably seen her on the Internet. She goes on a lot of shows and she's been at the front lines of protecting children. Right? There's so many kids nowadays they have hormones pushed onto them. They're told they're born in the wrong body. I would never, if I had a child, allow them to be injected with hormones. You have teenage girls, right, who are being put through procedures, mastectomies, because they're told at 16 years old by these fringe doctors, hey, you're born in the wrong body. Hey, you got gender dysphoria. Whatever happened to a tomboy? Whatever happened to the effeminate gay boys, right? Not everybody needs to be transitioned. So I want to bring in Pamela. Pamela, how are you doing today?
B
Hi there. Thank you for having me.
A
Yes, great to have you. I want to start with a story that's a little bit of politics meets pop culture and that is actress Naomi Watts. So Naomi Watts, she's gone viral this past week because she has a 17 year old trans daughter. Kai opened up about their struggles with gender identity from a young age. And they're coming out journey. While speaking to Interview magazine, the rising star explained she always wanted to grow up and be a beautiful, glamorous, influential woman like Marilyn Monroe. So Pamela, I'm sure you have thoughts, but moreover, what do you make of this trend in Hollywood with Charlize Theron? Jennifer Lopez, I believe, has a non binary child, I believe allegedly. Then you've got Naomi Watts. So many of these Hollywood actors and actresses have trans children. It's almost statistically impossible.
B
Pamela, I think there are a lot of dynamics. First of all, I would love to be like Marilyn Monroe. I don't know, maybe you would too. I think a lot of people would. But we know that we can't be Marilyn Monroe because we're not her. And just because we want to be something doesn't mean we can just magically become that. But somehow we live in Hollywood, they think they can. So they have this magical thinking that as just not reality. They're living in this alternate universe where everybody gets points, they get social credits for getting this attention and getting all of this. These accolades. And of course, they're getting so much for becoming transgender. In fact, I saw the headline for Naomi Watts's I'm just going to say, son, he stole the spotlight in the fashion show. Well, of course, that gives him a lot of incentive to be trans. He stole the spotlight. And it's interesting because supposedly transgender people are under a genocide, and those that are genocided are not usually stealing the spotlight in glamorous fashion shows.
A
Well, what's interesting for me is I've always been the type of person if someone's an adult. Right. If your frontal lobe is connected, if you're an adult and you really feel you're born in the wrong body and you want to go do something, and you, hey, I'm pretty libertarian in that sense. Go do what you want to do. Where I get so protected and guarded is when they push trans ideology onto young kids. Right. The kid isn't old enough to drive, to vote, to drink, and yet they're being told, you're old enough to make a huge life decision. Right. To be injected with hormones, to be put through procedures. That is where my walls go up and where I'm always going to defend children. Pamela. Right. What do you think?
B
Yes, it's most egregious that they're doing this to the children. And of course, we've got these young children. It's not coming from them. We know when we've got a young child who says they're transgender, it didn't. It didn't come from inside them. It came from an adult that put that idea in their head. So they've been groomed to believe that, and then they're placed on these puberty blockers and cross sex hormones and then led to surgeries. All things that they cannot consent to their children.
A
Well, what do you make? Also, because we've seen stories the last few years where there are certain states, I believe Tim Walls in Minnesota, it's also one of those states where if your child says they are transgender or they believe they're born in the wrong body and you as the parent, don't go through the steps to help them transition, that could be seen as almost child abuse at this point. The kid could be taken from the home and become a child of the state. Don't you think that's just such a dangerous, scary, almost Orwellian slippery slope?
B
It's horrible. And it's not just seen like child abuse, it actually is seen as child abuse. And I know parents who have had CPs come to their homes because the school flagged them for not using the chosen name of their child. And there's even a case that it was just addressed at the State of a Union by Donald Trump. Sage Blair. She was sex trafficked because when she was found after running away, the state of Maryland where she had run away to didn't give her back to her loving parents. They held onto her, she ran away again, got sex trafficked twice because they thought their mother was abusive just for using the name that she was born with.
A
Well, it's interesting. I don't know what's going to happen in the future because states obviously have their own rights and their own laws, but my hope is that we can do more to protect these children because these really radical blue fringe states, they say they're protecting the children. Right? We're going to take the child out of the home. So it's better for the child to be bounced around a system than to be with his or her loving parents. Just because you don't acknowledge that they say they're born in the wrong body. None of it makes sense to me. It's so scary that a parent could just tell their kid, you know what, I don't want you to transition. I'm not going to allow you to get on hormones because like I said, you're not even old enough to get a learner's permit. And, and now you've got people knocking at the door saying we're going to take your child away. And so I think it's interesting, some of these parents also get called transphobic, they're called bigoted, small minded, homophobic, you name it. Simply because they believe in common sense and they want to protect their children. Have you seen that too? Where parents are pressured from the outside into transitioning their children when they know deep down it's not what's best for their kid.
B
I've seen that happen countless times. They're told that if they don't transition their child that their child will kill themselves. So they're leading their child to some, some kind of untimely death. So they're, they're scared. And lots of people believe this lie. It's a complete lie. There's no data that supports that claim. So yes, parents are getting that pressure all over the place. They're still getting that pressure. Some of them have now figured out that that's a lie because there is more information out there. But just A few years ago that wasn't out there. And famous detranditioners like Chloe Cole will say that's what happened with her parents and that's why they approve the surgeries that she got.
A
Absolutely. No, I think if a kid says I need to transition or I'm not going to be around anymore, then obviously find a therapist. Find someone you trust. But there are therapists in my opinion, and I have such respect for doctors and therapists, most of them. I don't want to lump them all in together, but I do feel sometimes they allow their political leanings into the session. Right. A therapist might be very liberal, living in New York City. And the kid comes in, the therapist goes, well, mom and dad, I think your kid's trans. And it turns out if you guys actually just waited a little while you had a tomboy or you had an effeminate boy. What do you make of these therapists? It's almost a dereliction of duty or a betrayal of their Hippocratic oath to bring their politics into it.
B
Yeah, I speak about this a lot on my substack and other areas. I think it's terrible. When I was coming up the ranks in the late 90s, this was not a thing. The therapists now are bringing in their politics. They're even talking about immigration policies and ICE and all these things that aren't even relevant to therapy. And it's very anti therapeutic to bring in these ideas, critical race theory, to tell someone because of the color of their skin, either they're oppressed or they're an oppressor. These are the things that therapists are doing. However, it's not just their politics and it's not coming from them individually, it's coming from above. They're learning this in their graduate school programs. They're learning this in all of their continuing education and continuing education. It's, it's being, it's widespread, it's institutional. So it's, it's not just coming from individuals that are just deciding that they're bringing their politics in, it's the entire field.
A
No, it's interesting because I went to a very liberal university and people say all the time, why do you attack these schools, these woke schools? It's like, because I've been in these classrooms, I've been in classrooms where we have this adjunct professor, radical Marxist, who only teaches one class, and then we have to spend a whole hour going around and saying our pronouns. I'm like, oh my God, we're spending all this money on our education, going into debt to now spend hours doing our pronouns. And there were kids who would come into class and they'd have different pronouns each day. You know, might start the semester as Michael, then you're Mikey, then you're Michaela, then it's a we can't even help with it. It's absolutely ludicrous. It's like, aren't we just here to learn? And so it's why I don't even recommend going to these universities. Unless you absolutely want to become a doctor, a lawyer if you need your degree. If not, I recommend technical school, going into work something else, because you're just going to go into these indoctrination centers when your business is growing fast, Order fulfillment can make or break success shipstation's intelligent platform centralizes order management, rate shopping, inventory returns, warehouse systems and analytics. I want to talk about this very scary guy, James Talarico, who is running for Senate in my home state of Texas. Now, to me, he's creepy. He'll smile in your face and stab you in the back. There's something smarmy and just bizarre and scary about James Talarico. I do not trust him. And one of the reasons I don't trust him is he has this obsession with trans people, trans children. You can go pull up all of these clips where trans people need abortion care and access and trans children need this. And I want to play this clip. He was asked about who he loves, someone that's not family or friends. Let's take a look at this clip.
C
Something that you love that's not family or friends.
A
I love. And just say this because it's on my mind. The trans children who showed up yesterday at the state Capitol to advocate for their humanity. They shouldn't have to, but it was an inspiration to watch. So, Pamela, what would your advice be to the people of Texas thinking, well, maybe I should vote for Talarico? He's a new fresh face. I think this would be very dangerous.
B
Stay away from this creep is what I would say. That's perverted. It's funny because people are still arguing that there's no such thing as transitioning children. It's not really happening. It's rare. But here you have a prominent politician petitioning for all these trans kids. So clearly it's real also for him, I think, honestly, that it's not a winning issue. I think he's not going to win because people, even of California, aren't going for this. So I don't think people of Texas will go for it.
A
No. An overwhelming majority of Americans, we can pull up any poll, and we pulled some. I won't even waste your time with it. But an overwhelming majority of Americans do not support children being transitioned. Democrats, independents, Republicans. Right. It's like we saw these New York Times polls. 80% said they do not want men and women's sports. And I bet you if people didn't have those, you know, societal pressures, It'd be like 99 to 1. Right. There's just this very fringe group that it seems like the Democrats want to bend over and capitulate to. And so I think James Talarico is a scary person because you don't want the leader of your state, especially a state with 31 million people, pushing for more trans children. Like, we See that with Gavin Newsom in California. What do you make of Gavin Newsom flip flopping? It seems like one day Gavin Newsom says he doesn't want men and women's sports, and he sees that it could be unfair. Then I guess the special interests get to him and he flips again and then he wants more trans children. Wouldn't it be really scary to see Gavin Newsom in the White House as the leader of the federal government?
B
Don't even say it out loud. I don't want that to happen. I used to live in California. I've since left. I was a big part of getting that Recall Newsom campaign going. I am passionately against Gavin Newsom. He's such a liar. He's such a creep. Everything he says is a lie. I don't trust anything he does. He's destroyed my home state of California. And if he took the president role, I don't know what to do. I would be just the worst thing. So let's just not even say it out loud, please.
A
No, no. We don't want to jinx it. So, no. I mean, Gavin Newsom, he spends so much time talking about the trans community, but then his fire hydrants don't have water. So I think he has his priorities out of whack. So let's get the fire hydrants to have some water. And so the last topic I want to discuss with you is this trend we're seeing with Pixar and other children's films, animation studios, where they are cutting scenes that have to do with the LGBTQIA, R2D2. I don't even know all the letters we have now, but they're cutting these scenes. And there was a film called Elio, which is an animated film from Pixar where there was going to be sort of a. A gay scene where he imagined himself in the future with his gay lover raising a child. And all the gays are like, this is great because kids can see themselves. This is representation. I, as a gay person, don't understand why you need to inject all of this into children's films. And they're the grown adults in the room sitting around in their studios who are trying to push everything onto children. So I imagine you think this is a good trend, that they're cutting these scenes out.
B
I'm so glad to see this. It feels a bit like sanity is coming back and it's refreshing to see. I think we still have a long way to go, but these are the wins we need to keep noticing because, oh, My gosh, just a year or two ago, every cartoon, we couldn't stop seeing it. I remember seeing the Cartoon Network had this pride parade with this beaver with mastectomy scars on it, if you remember that one. I know you mentioned Cocomelon. There's all these different huge franchises that have been pushing this. And then the trans activists will just say, it's natural. There's nothing wrong with it. There's. We have no influences on children. And then you look at all the mainstream cartoons pushing it, and of course kids are going to be influenced. So it's really refreshing to see that there's a shift.
A
Well, it's interesting because people say, oh, they're born this way. There's this or that. I don't know, because I feel a lot of this is a social contagion. If you take a young child whose brain is a sponge, who's malleable, it's almost like you have this recipe in the kitchen and you pour this in there and you say you might be born in the wrong body and you could be trans. And even though you're a little boy, Johnny, you could be a little girl someday, you plant those ideas and little kids brains that aren't fully formed, their frontal lobes aren't connected. Yeah, I think you're going to see some things coming out of there. And then when they go on social media and they're inundated with it. So for me, I don't know why we need any type of sexuality or sex or relationships injected into children's films. Let's focus on stories about adventure and morality. Right. I want to see more of that, Pamela. And imagine you do too.
B
Do. Oh, yeah. It does seem though, that what you're saying, it's exactly common sense. It's so strange to me. I seriously still trying to figure out what are these people thinking when they say it's natural, it's inborn, and that we should never question it when they're inundated with these images everywhere. Everywhere you go, online, at school, outside at the coffee shop, everywhere you go, there's a rainbow flag, there's some slogan that tells you to protect trans kids or that, you know, whatever lives matter that week. It's just insane how many influences we have on these kids. And we pretend like it's all natural and it's all innate and we shouldn't question a thing.
A
Absolutely. And I take some heat sometimes as a gay guy, but I'm just always going to protect children. Right? To me, kids are off limits when it comes to films. When it comes to the classroom, I don't want anyone pushing their ideology onto young kids, telling kids they're born in the wrong body, they're this and that. It's hard enough being a child. It's hard enough being adolescent these days, going on the Internet and navigating your life. You don't need the extra confusion. But before we go, you have a new book out called A Practical Response to Gender Distress. Now, I haven't read it. Give me the elevator pitch. What is the book about, Pamela? I think I can imagine what it's about.
B
Well, in the title, it's got practical tips for parents to understand what is going on with this whole trans craze. There are a lot of lies that the trans activists continue to tell about the suicide lie, about detransitioners only being 1%, about intersex being the reason we have multiple genders. It breaks down all of those lies. And then also what my book goes into is practical ways to address it, ways to fight against the pronouns and why they're harmful. Look at the clinical reasons why someone might be drawn to being, becoming transgender. And then how do you approach it with a child, With a teenager? It's mostly for teenagers, but it can be applied to young children. It can even be applied to young adults. Because honestly, I'm just going to say young adults are also very vulnerable to this. They're online, too. Just because they turn 18 doesn't mean they magically. Their brains have just developed because they've been inundated by these images for so long. And then they can go to get hormones without much guardrails. So it helps parents understand how to approach it, how to talk. It has a trans English dictionary in it. It has lots of quotes from detranditioners and artwork. And for anybody who just wants to understand what's going on and hear a different point of view, if you've only heard the affirming approach, my book is your book.
A
Thank you so much, Pamela, for coming on. And we wish you nothing but the best. Thank you.

Thank you so much.
