Hi, I'm Andrew Sorkin, co host of Squawk Box Today. I'm with Joe Kernan and this is five things to know before today's opening bell. Docusign beating revenue and profit estimates, but shares are lower one possible reason DocuSign's current quarter outlook didn't top expectations. We're going to speak with DocuSign CEO next hour. Meantime, shares of Hewlett Packard Enterprise they're under pressure. Earnings beating estimates but revenue missed the current quarter sales forecast also came in below expectations. And Apple says its general counsel and vice president for environment, policy and social initiatives are retiring. Both reported directly to Tim Cook and of the latest members of the senior leadership team to depart. We should say, Joe, a whole bunch of folks have been leaving Apple. I know in recent weeks and months and lots of questions about what that turnover ultimately means. Also, shares of Ulta Beauty they are higher earnings and revenue beating estimates and the company raising its full year guidance also said shoppers have kept spending on beauty even while they've been more selective in other categories. And Costco saying it is adding former Biden administration Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo to its board. The company making that announcement about a week after Costco sued the government seeking to recoup tariff costs that it paid under President Trump. We're going to be back later today with an all new Squawk Pod, our daily podcast featuring the Best of Squawk box. Check it out wherever you get your podcasts and listen anytime.
