My 30th birthday vlog: https://youtu.be/AgEC1z_b3Nc Kelee's going solo this week, and she's getting real about turning 30.The internet loves to make aging feel like a tragedy. The "sh*t I'm 30" banners, the jokes about being old, the constant noise around a number that Kelee doesn't even feel that bad about. Overall. But she's not here to pretend it's been all peace and no pressure either. She starts with the moments she has felt it. The anxiety around starting new things later than expected, wondering if doing content or reality TV at 30 means people will count her out before she even begins. Those feelings are real and she's not skipping over them. But then she gets into where she actually lands: not in a rush, unbothered by where she "should" be, and genuinely happy with her relationships, her choices, and the things she's saying yes & no to. She talks about being a late bloomer, growing up watching her mom do things on her own timeline, and how that shaped the way she sees her own.The shift that's hit her most recently? She's not craving her early 20s. Not jealous of the 23-year-old who blew up overnight. More confident in what she wants. Still working on standing up for herself in certain areas, but she's working on it.And she closes out with the real talk: the things she's pushing herself to do, the gap between idea and execution she's determined to close, and the boundaries she's committed to actually keeping this time. This one is for every woman who's been made to feel like time is running out, when really, it's just getting started.Follow & subscribe for a new episode every week.#Turning30 #30AndThriving #WomensLifestylePodcast #PodcastForWomen #SoloEpisode #LateBloomer #AgingGracefully #selfgrowth #Confidence #KeleeeSolo #StopTheInternet #30YearsOld

Kelee and Rebecca are reunited, back from spring break, and they are not holding back. This episode has everything- the conversations that leave you exhausted, the ones that leave you inspired, and one story that will make you question everything.First up: the people who cut you off mid-sentence and the ones who talk your ear completely off, we've all been there, and the girls have thoughts. Then they get into something a little more nuanced: the actual art of good storytelling, because there's a difference between a good story and just... talking. From there it's girl code tips that are genuinely non-negotiable, a deep dive into gatekeeping outfits (is it valid or is it toxic?), and a full review of Raise Your Voice. Plus a chaotic recap of another movie: Send Help. They did their best.Oh, and Kelee and Rebecca are apparently becoming actors now. Details inside. But the story you need to stay for? Someone genuinely thought their house was possessed. We're not saying more. Just listen.New episodes Thursdays. Kelee and Erin are BACK from spring break and they're easing in with absolutely zero chill. This week's episode is a get-to-know-us special, and let's just say, simple questions don't stay simple for long.It starts with a debate that somehow always comes up at our family parties: what actually counts as a toy? Is a ball a toy? (Genuinely, think about it.) From there, things spiral in the best way.The girls get into what they'd do if they woke up with $1 million tomorrow, and yes, it says a lot about them. They debate flat earth vs. ball earth, confess whether they've ever been in a fist fight, and answer the big ones: if you could go back in time for 24 hours where would you go, who would you be for a day if you could be anyone, and if there were zero consequences, what's one illegal thing you'd do?No filter, no wrong answers, and maybe a few things that should've stayed in the group chat.New episodes Thursday. Our hearts are with those affected by the atrocities that are currently being committed by our government against innocent people. It is disgusting & immoral. We denounce violence & discrimination, always. We believe in equality & justice FOR ALL. Everyone involved in Stop The Internet Podcast votes for policies & lawmakers that work for peace, equality, civil rights, and justice for all people. In this episode, Kelee and Rebecca are chatting about girl code, starting with a discussion around an infamous court case and the verdict that had everyone talking. We want to know what you think. Do you agree with it? Tell us in the comments! From there, we get into our thoughts on girl code and when it matters most to support other women. We also share personal safety tips for navigating public spaces and looking out for each other. We wrap things up by talking about our queen, Taylor Swift, and breaking down some of her best and worst red carpet looks. It’s opinionated, chatty, and full of moments you’ll want to weigh in on.

Kelee and Rebecca are reading some of the best, most impactful advice people have received from their therapists, and of course, it leads us down a few deeper conversations. We talk about how easy it is to make excuses instead of doing the work to actually grow, why self-esteem acts as the lens through which we see the world, and how insecurity can show up as exclusion or defensiveness. We also reflect on how finding the right friends can help heal the wounds left by the wrong people. It’s a thoughtful, honest conversation that is inspiring us to make better decisions in the new year.

Kelee settles in for a cozy solo chat all about her favorite “cheat codes” for everyday life. These are the small shifts, habits, and mindset tweaks that make the day run smoother and help you feel a little more productive without the pressure. From tiny routines that set the tone to realistic ways to simplify your space and your to-dos, this episode is all about making life feel easier. Grab a hot drink, get cozy, and hang out while Kelee shares what’s been working for her lately.

Erin & Kelee are back with another story episode. We’re jumping into bad date stories, and these situations include awkward moments, abandoned buildings, confusing behavior, and… the delivery of a baby cow on a date? Stay tuned. Hope you enjoy!
