One of the most overused phrases in business? “What got you here won’t get you there.” Now I do actually love this phrase because it’s practical, but it’s also highly infuriating. The way I interpret this statement, which is something that I think a lot of different business owners are saying, is that we need to explore new strategies to reach new levels of growth. Directionally, I believe that's true and I think that we need to be open to exploring that, but what I think gets a little bit kind of mixed up is this idea that we need to throw the baby out with the bath water. So dive in with me on today’s episode of Strategy Snacks as I break down this saying piece by piece to give you the tangible things that you should look for if you’re ready to scale your business to the next level. For more, make sure to:Follow me on Instagram @frenchie.ferencziRead weekly emails.GET YOUR FREEBIES:4 Superpowers of Highly Successful Business OwnersSTAY CLOSE TO THE MONEY: 37 Stupid-Easy Ways to Grow Your Revenue (without being “salesy”)5 Secrets to Trim your To-DosFRENCHIE ON SOCIALInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/frenchie.ferencziTiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@frenchie_ferencziMy YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVw4lR8bPdkqURDU2Bg1AgQ /@frenchie.ferencziFacebook: http://www.Facebook.com/frenchieferenczi-----Frenchie Ferenczi is a business strategist and advisor, who helps experts, creatives, and founders to establish consistent predictable revenue, and sustainable success. “We have this kind of autopilot of connecting with people who are like us, people who do what we do… and I think that's great for certain things, but you also need to get into spaces where you're the only one who does what you do. You are the only one – and that is especially important when it comes to pitching yourself to be a guest on podcasts.”In this episode of Strategy Snacks, I’m joined by Amanda Bennet, podcast guesting strategist who helps mom podcasters grow their audience and impact with intentional collabs, fresh ideas, and encouragement in community. She shares some of her expertise and top tips when it comes to finding aligned shows to pitch yourself on so that you can receive maximum return! And as always, you’ll hear some of her favorite business wins and lessons learned along the way. Is my goal realistic? This is one of the most common questions I hear from clients, and I think the interesting thing about that question is we all want to be right. We all want to be able to predict the future, guess the outcomes that we're going for and get there, right? And when we don't hit those goals, it can often feel like a total failure. So on this bite-sized episode today, I’m going to give you a quick strategy that will help you break down the numbers in your business to help you set better short and long term goals. But before you even dig in, I want you to remember that everything that we do in our business is an educated guess, and the goal is not to necessarily get it right, although that is nice when that happens, the goal is to create an infrastructure that is as right as possible. “Data is neutral, it's not there to criticize you, it's there to tell you information and you can put whatever story on it you want, but ultimately it’s pretty objective, and it's really wonderful as a measuring stick.”In this episode of Strategy Snacks, I’m joined by Hannah Cole, a tax expert who specializes in working with creative businesses and mission-driven solopreneurs. She’s not only an accounting and tax wizard, but she's also a creative and is very impressive in the way that she bridges the gap between the creative world and the sometimes-considered-less-creative-world of taxes and accounting. She’s sharing her quick tips for business owners, especially if you’re just starting out. I learned a couple of new things throughout this conversation and I think you will too. I have a to-do list a mile long. Create more content, repurpose existing content, get featured on podcasts, grow my email list, market my online program, the list really goes on forever (at least it feels like it). So what do you do when you *know* what you need to do but you don’t know what you need to do *next* and you end up becoming a task master with no real strategy and get stuck in overwhelm? Saleema Noon, a sexual health educator, brought this Q to the pod today and I can’t wait to share the solution! Hopefully it’s simpler than you think! I am so excited for this episode today to dive into a topic that I am obsessed with and a word that you've probably heard me say too much – clarity. This is one of the most common deliverables that I offer in each of my programs and it’s something that I’m really proud of (even if it isn’t the sexiest thing)! I’ve found that what people want is more money, what people need is more clarity. So what I really want to dig into today is why you should care about clarity because revenue is just an output of doing the right work at the right time and clarity is the pathway to knowing what the right work is and when the right time for it is. Let’s dig in!For more, make sure to:Follow me on Instagram @frenchie.ferencziGet one of Frenchie's freebies.Apply to work with Frenchie.GET YOUR FREEBIES:4 Superpowers of Highly Successful Business OwnersSTAY CLOSE TO THE MONEY: 37 Stupid-Easy Ways to Grow Your Revenue (without being “salesy”)5 Secrets to Trim your To-DosFRENCHIE ON SOCIALInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/frenchie.ferencziTiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@frenchie_ferencziMy YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVw4lR8bPdkqURDU2Bg1AgQ /@frenchie.ferencziFacebook: http://www.Facebook.com/frenchieferenczi-----Frenchie Ferenczi is a business strategist and advisor, who helps experts, creatives, and founders to establish consistent predictable revenue, and sustainable success.
