Fatimah Omran is a Sydney mum who’s built a massive following on social media - over quarter of a million followers on TikTok for example - all on the strength of delicious Middle Eastern home cooking, and a particular knack for making it simple and easy enough to do at home yourself.   Now Fatimah has created her first cook book, Middle Eastern Simple.
