Lyn: Devin, my superpower is enthusiasm.

It’s a driving force behind her success and the impact she’s making in the world. “When I get into something, I am all in,” she shared. “I am all in with raised eyebrows and voice inflection and loud voice and exclamation points and all the things.” This unrelenting energy is what fuels her ability to inspire, lead, and create lasting change through KidGlov.

She sat next to a stranger, Lida Citroën and their shared energy sparked an immediate connection. “Between the speeches, we became friends,” Lyn recalled. She recommends utilizing the Working Genius framework, which identifies core strengths. “If enthusiasm isn’t a natural thing for you, I would say phone a friend,” she suggested. “Find an enthusiastic teammate to help with that side of the work.” She also encourages leaning into one’s innate strengths rather than forcing traits that feel unnatural.
