And today is Susie School. But you know what else today is? It's Easter. Happy Easter, everybody. It's also still Passover, so happy Passover as well. And I find it very hard on days like this, when religions seem to merge into one, to just talk about money and the lessons of money. But the truth of the matter is, the lessons of money are really also the lessons of your life. I've always said to you that you and your money are one. And if something is going wrong with your money, it's because something's going wrong within you. Just that simple. But I find myself being very introspective today because this world is a very, very difficult and changing place, no matter where you live. I've always said that if America sneezes, the world catches a cold. And in essence, that's exactly what's happening. There's just one theme that I think at times like this that every one of us really needs to firmly embrace and find a way to believe in it. And I've talked about this theme before, and the theme is you. You have to have faith that everything happens for the best. I know. I know it's very difficult at times like this to believe that. How is that possible, Susie? Look at what's happening in Minneapolis. Look what's happening in Iran, and now in Abu Dhabi, and now everywhere. Look at everything that's happening in the world. How can you say that, Susie Orman? Is there another choice, everybody? Is there really another choice? Because when you lose faith, you've lost everything. Money doesn't matter. People don't matter. You don't matter. You become empty. And really, the goal of life is to be an empty vessel, but to be filled, in my opinion, with God's grace. And, yes, I believe in God so much, you have no idea. Now, I'm not asking all of you or any of you to believe in God, but I am asking you to believe in yourselves, to have faith that everything happens for the best and that you are a warrior and you are not going to turn your back on the battlefield, it is important that you always talk about or you speak the words of what you're really feeling, that you stand in your truth. You don't pretend to be happy when you're sad. You don't pretend like everything's fine and it's going to be okay and this eerie fairy stuff that so many people do when it's really not. But what you have to do is have faith in who you are and what you can do to make your life the best life possible. And the way that you do that, I honest to God, is to have your thoughts, your words and your actions be one. It's not okay for you to think I'm going to be happy, to say to everybody, I'm going to be happy, and yet do absolutely nothing to make yourself happy. Your thoughts, your words and your actions have got to be one. You have to stand in your truth. But you not only have to stand in your truth today, you have to voice your truth. Because I really think that one of the reasons that many of you are unhappy, you don't know what to do. Whatever it may be, you don't say that which you are thinking, you don't do that which you are feeling. And therefore you have rendered yourself powerless. When I say have faith, everything happens for the best, I want you to have faith in yourself. I want you to take actions that are the best actions for you in your life at this point in time. I want you to think great thoughts. I want you to say great words. I want you to do great actions. Because if you don't do those three things, you have no right to complain about anything else that's going on in this world. Because change starts within you and you have to see your life as a blessing. I know I've told you this story before, but I'm going to tell it to you again. Years and years and years ago now, I was sitting with a teacher and she said to me, suzy Orman, how do you deceive yourself? And I said, well, sometimes maybe I lie, sometimes maybe I don't really tell the truth. Sometimes everything I said, no matter what I said, she looked at me, she said, nope, nope, nope, that's not it. And finally she decided to put me out of my pain. And she said, susie, you deceive yourself by thinking that you are not perfect. I want you all to take that in for a second because this is a universal truth that I'm now passing on to all of you. You're perfect regardless of the clothes you wear the car you drive, the home you live in, your job title, the amount of money you have in the bank. No matter what's going on in your life, you are perfect just the way you are. And can you even imagine that? If perfection is the starting point of the soul, what is probable within your life? Yeah. Think about that. We spend so much time thinking about all the horrific things that are happening. That doesn't mean that you shouldn't take note of them, that you shouldn't be aware of them. But you can't do anything about them until you do something about yourself. And I've always believed that you change yourself. You have the ability to change the world. And when I mean change, I mean get in touch with that part of you, that joy within you, that warrior within you that has a desire to think great thoughts, say great words, and take great actions, because that, really, everybody is exactly what this world needs. On Easter, on Passover, and on every single day of the year from now until eternity. Years ago, I used to give a lot of talks. 5,000 people, 10,000 people, 50,000 people, 100,000 people. But every single talk I gave, I ended it the exact same way. So I want to end this podcast with how I used to end every single one of those talks. Every single one of us enters this world with two wings. Now I'm sitting here, and I'm literally taking my arms, putting my fists up to, like, my shoulders, and I have two wings that I can flap. Flap along with me, everybody. One wing. Now I'm flapping my left wing. One wing is the wing of grace. That wing is flapping 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from now until eternity. The wing that you bring to this equation is the wing of self effort. And now I am flapping my right arm along with my left arm. That wing, when it flaps equally as hard as the wing of grace, then you will take flight. Flight into the world of unlimited possibilities, where anything and everything is possible. But you have to believe it. You have to do it. And most of all, you have to have faith that everything happens for the best. I wish you a very happy holiday Today. May every day be a holiday for you where you feel the joy, you feel God's grace, you feel hope that you have the ability to make this world a better place. Before I sign off, I just want to say, please make sure you tune in on Thursday's podcast, because KT and I are both revealing something that we have worked on for a long, long time. This is not something with a lion. This is something that is brand new that every single one of you, including me, needs. So don't miss Thursday's podcast. But until then, there's only one thing that I want you to remember. When it comes to who you are, you are perfect just as you are now. Stay safe. Bye Bye.
