I spent a career in the army and spent, you know, a combat deployment in Iraq suffering some of the worst tragedies a soldier can. And I came home and I wanted music to be the thing that saved me, but it, as much as I love it, the business part of music and having to deal with other band members, producers, things like that. When comedy became a viable option in my life as a tool for therapy, but also as a career, that's when I went, okay, I don't have to spend the thousands of dollars I have spent on guitar equipment and pedals and amps.
