We are all teachers and learners - leadership is relational don't you think.

In this episode I share my thoughts about the different generations in the workplace, what to do when someone is nearing the end of their career and how we can challenge conventional thinking about how we've always done it.

It takes courage, grit, a desire to step outside of the current paradigm to dream a new world into being and above all a determination to meet yourself in your deepest places.

Indeed, this is where the journey truly and deeply begins.
