As you guys were having a hearing on anti Semitism and then what happened? A bunch of anti Semitic protesters decided to interrupt you.

Well, that's exactly right. We had a major hearing in the Senate Judiciary Committee today. Now mind you, it's been nearly a year since October 7th and Senate Democrats have refused to have even a single hearing on the anti Semitism we're seeing on campus, on the harassment of Jewish students, on the violence and threats directed at Jewish students. They finally agreed this week in Judiciary to have a hearing on hate, generally hate, generically. Well, I use the opportunity to talk about the antisemitism that is a unique evil and that has gotten particularly virulent in the past year. And in the midst of my laying out those facts, there were a number of anti Israel, anti Semitic protesters who stood up and began screaming and one who began screaming profanities. And I'm going to give a language warning later, but they got into very explicit profanities demonstrating the anti Semitism for all to see. We're also going to talk today about testimony, bombshell testimony from a former senior official of the Border Patrol who described how Joe Biden and Kamala Harris silences the Border Patrol from revealing just how many terrorists are crossing our border and threatening the American people. It's something we all expected. And yet it's still stunning to see that they are explicitly trying to make sure the American people don't know just how much danger they're in due to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris's open border policies. And finally, another just amazing story. The nation of Iran hacked Donald Trump's campaign, stole materials, and then passed it on directly to Joe Biden's campaign. This is not subtle, this is not difficult to figure out. And yet the entire media is collectively engaged in a yawn. Nothing to see here other than a theocratic Zealot who chants death to America actively trying to aid the campaign of Kamala Harris for president.

And number two, how hard did the left dig in to make sure it was about hate in general and it really wasn't focused too much on, I don't know, terrorists in the Middle east that are trying to kill Jews.

Well, as you know, we saw with October 7, the worst single day mass murder of Jews since the Holocaust. 1200 Israelis murdered on that day, hundreds more taking hostage, women and children raped. It was horrific. But in the wake of that, we saw an explosion of anti Semitic incidents, anti Semitic violences, particularly on college campuses. And we saw college campuses where leftist administrators and faculty gave in to the mob, to the anti Israel, pro Hamas protesters and allowed Jewish students to be threatened, to be intimidated, to be physically at risk because the ideology of those faculty and Those administrators agreed with the pro Hamas protesters. Now, in the wake of that, you'll recall the House of Representatives held a hearing with the presidents of Harvard, MIT and Penn. And that may go down in history as the most disastrous congressional testimony ever. Two of the three presidents were fired as a result of their testimony. The president of Harvard lost her job, Claudine Gay, and the president of Penn, Liz McGill, lost her job as well. The president of MIT miraculously is still holding on, although time will tell how long that lasts. But while the House was doing it because House Republicans wanted to examine the horrific antisemitism that was threatening Jewish students on campus, no Senate Democrat chair was willing to hold hearing. They weren't even willing to examine antisemitism. I joined with every other Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee back in February, calling on Dick Durbin, the chairman of the committee, to hold a hearing on antisemitism and the threats to Jewish students. And by the way, their existing federal civil rights law, Title 6 of our, of our civil Civil Rights law provide that the federal government should be cutting off the funding to these universities that are allowing the harassment and discrimination and threats directed at Jewish students. But under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, the Department of justice has no interest in doing so. Well, from February until this week, Democrats refused to hold a hearing. They finally in Judiciary gave in and they held a hearing. But it wasn't on to antisemitism. It was on hate crimes of all kinds. And I'll tell you, as the hearing went on, Democrat after Democrat, they didn't even mention antisemitism. Instead, you know what they talked about? White supremacy. Because if you're a leftist, it's okay to talk about and white supremacists are idiots and morons. But, but we don't currently have a bunch of Nazis taking over college campuses and threatening people. What we have is a bunch of pro Hamas violent protesters who are taking over campuses and threatening people. And yet it is striking. There is literally not a single Democrat senator on the Judiciary Committee who seems to give a flip about what is happening. They, they wouldn't focus on it. Well, I used my time to focus entirely on it, to lay out the facts. And right in the middle of it, there were a bunch of anti Israel protesters there who stood up, began yelling and one in particular began yelling profanities, began saying f the Jews. Now we're going to play that entire clip and I just want to give you a language warning. It is explicit. And this is an anti Semite who is showing his Hate. And this played out live in a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing. Give a listen.

Antisemitism is a unique historic form of evil. And over millennia it has manifested in violence, mass murder and genocide. October 7th was one of the darkest days in human history when Terrorists murdered over 1200 Israelis and took 251 hostages. Women and girls were raped. It was the single largest mass murder of Jews in a day since the Holocaust. In the wake of October 7, we have seen antisemitism explode across the United States and across the world, but especially on college campuses. As the ADL has illustrated, from 2022 to 2023, the number of anti Semitic incidents more than doubled in the United States. But college campuses in particular have become vile incubators of hatred of Jews. At Cornell University in The aftermath of October 7, one student made vile threats, including statements such as, if I see a pig, male Jew, I will stab you and slit your throat. If I see another pig, female Jew, I will drag you away and rape you and throw you off a cliff. A student organization at California State University, Long beach, circulated a flyer calling for a quote, day of resistance in celebration of October 7th. You will note on the flyer is an image of a person parachuting with a fan attached, a direct reference to and a glorification of of Hamas terrorists that used gliders to descend upon a music festival and murder 260 innocent people and take many more hostages. At Columbia University, the situation got so bad that the Orthodox rabbi on campus, Rabbi L A Buchler, had to make this public. Columbia University's public safety cannot guarantee Jewish students safety in the face of extreme anti Semitism and and anarchy. It deeply pains me to say that I would strongly recommend you return home. This was directed to Jewish students as soon as possible and remain home. The rabbi had every reason to be concerned. At Columbia's campus, individuals yelled, we love Hamas. We're all Hamas.

Long live Hamas. At the University of Washington, the granddaughter of Holocaust survivors was told that she was called names. She was spit at, she was laughed at. She said she no longer felt safe on campus and she was told to go back to the gas chambers. This is sick and horrific. At Columbia, when Jewish students were engaged in displaying the American flag and the Israeli flag. Another student, wearing a mask because these protesters are oh so brave, they almost always cover their face, held up a handwritten sign saying Al Qassam's Next time. Al Qassam is the military arm of Hamas. According to social media, this particular student is a wealthy student from Georgia. She's not Palestinian. But she has been taught lies and hatred, and she feels perfectly comfortable advocating the murder of her fellow students at Columbia. At mit, students have reported they feel unsafe to go to class. And the MIT president has said that she would not discipline the students making those threats because if she did, they risk losing their visas and being deported. Throughout all of this, the Biden Harris administration has been utterly absent. Does anyone doubt if the Klan were on college campuses terrorizing African American students, threatening African American students, that we would see the FBI there, that we would see prosecutors there, that we would see federal funding cut off to universities? Of course we would, and we should. But when it comes to anti Semitism, the Democrats have a problem. I would note this is occurring in blue states with blue governors because the Democrat party is terrified of the pro Hamas wing of their party. In states like Texas and Florida, we don't allow this. At the University of Texas, when violent protesters threatened Jewish students, police officers arrived and arrested them. That's what happened when you enforced the law. Every Republican member of this committee asked the chairman to hold a hearing on anti Semitism in February. And yet we don't get a hearing on anti Semitism. We get a hearing generically on hate. Because this administration, and this is the kind of anger and hate that is encouraged. You're now seeing the hate manifesting right here, interestingly enough. What?

So we now have a demonstration of anti Semitism. We have a demonstration of the hate. Rabbi Goldfeder, let me ask you, has the Biden administration cut off the funding of any of the colleges that have allowed this hate? Have they indicted anyone for funding these violent protests? Have they indicted the people paying for the matching tents? Or have they sat there silently and at the university sat there silently while their students are terrified to go to class?

I can tell you this. Next year, if there is a Republican majority on this committee, you will see real leadership. And next year, if there's a Republican administration, you will see people prosecuted for this sort of violence. This is being tolerated with the. With the. The looking away, the blind eye being turned from this administration and this Department of Justice. And it is utterly disgraceful. And under Title six, any university that allows this should have their funding cut off.

Senator, how is no one. And you brought this up. And I want you to expand on this. How is no one arrested. Is that just because they said we don't arrest these types of protesters with these types of threats?

Well, police officers, Capitol police officers did escort the protester out of the hearing. So he was removed. I don't know if that individual was arrested or not. I don't know one way or the other. But he, but he was removed. If you disrupt a hearing, you get removed. And you know, as you heard, he was screaming f the Jews, f Israelis. And you know, that was, and that was, by the way, because he was angry that I was focusing on the violent threats directed at Jewish students on campus. And listen, so many of these protesters, they are filled with hatred. But I got a question for you, Ben. Why did none of the Democrat senators care? I mean, it was a complete, the silence from the Democrat side of the aisle was really striking. Most of them didn't even bring up the topic.

Didn't even bring up the topic. Wonder why? Is it because of politics? They know it doesn't play well with their base. Because that's my guess that there is.

A pro Hamas base in the Democrat Party. And it's, you know, I spoke with a number of friends of mine in the Jewish community who were angry. They were asking me, why are no Democrats willing to even speak out against this hatred? Why are no Democrats willing to speak out? You know, and a point I made, Listen, the protests are only happening in blue states, they're not happening in red states. That this is a phenomenon. The Democrats, far too many of them agree with the protesters and what they're saying is vile. This is not a civil political discourse about whether we should have a two state solution that reasonable minds can disagree. You can have an intelligent conversation about that question. When you're screaming we love Hamas. That is something altogether different. That is siding with the terrorists who are murderers, who are rapists, who, who are, are vicious, evil, violent criminals. And yet today's Democrat Party, they can't bring themselves to simply say Jewish students are going to be protected in college campuses. And by the way, if you're a university and you, you refuse to protect your students, we're going to enforce federal civil rights legislation and we're going to cut off your funding. I am confident if Donald Trump is, is reelected president, that we will see in January the Department of justice open investigations and begin going after universities that allow Jewish students to be threatened, to be harassed, to be violently intimidated. And by the way, or any other students, it just happens the phenomenon we're seeing is targeted at Jews. But if, but if there were a school that were allowing African Americans to be targeted and violently threatened or allowing Muslims to be targeted or violently threatened or allowing allowing any other group of students to be targeted or violently threatened for racial or ethnic or religious characteristics. The civil rights laws would protect them as well. But the protests we're seeing are specifically anti Semitic. They're directed at Jews. And this is a hatred that has extended for millennia. And unfortunately, it's a hatred that now today's Washington Democrats cannot bring themselves to stand against.

And watching what happens with the left crickets, the media crickets. And that brings us to story number two, which deals with another issue of national security. The Biden Harris administration is now being accused of hiding the number of terrorists who are crossing the border. This coming from the former chief of border Patrol, an agent. He said in this testimony to Congress that he was ordered by the Biden Harris team by their White House to cover up the disaster at the border and. And to cover up the number of possible terrorists coming across the border. Your reaction to this testimony before we play some of it?

Well, look, the testimony is stunning. In some ways it's unsurprising because we know that they're doing everything they can to cover it up. That being said, just simply the sheer volume of suspected terrorists who've been flooding across the border is enormous. And his explicit testimony that that the politicals did not want the American people to know that Biden and Harris's policies were letting terrorists into the country, that is just an incredible indictment. We had an exponential increase in significant interest aliens. These are aliens with significant ties to terrorism. Prior to this administration, the San Diego sector averaged 10 to 15 SIA arrests per year. Once word was out, the border was far easier to cross. San Diego went to over 100 SIAs in 2022, well over that in 2023, and even more than that registered this year. These are only the ones we caught. At the time, I was told I could not release any information on this increase in SIAs or mention any of the arrests. The administration was trying to convince the public there was no threat at the border. Fentanyl is another issue. The San Diego area sees between 80 and 90% of the methamphetamine and fentanyl seizures annually. For our ENT, with little enforcement at the border, these drugs were coming through en masse. During my last year in San Diego, the price for a single pill of fentanyl, for example, went from $10 to 25 cents. To make matters worse, during 2022 and 23, I had to shut down San Diego traffic checkpoints, which are critical for drug interdiction because the resources had been diverted to the process and release mission. The large numbers also had and still have a negative impact on the San Diego community. I had to release illegal aliens by the hundreds each day into communities who could not support them to quiet the problem. Two flights a week were provided from San Diego to Texas. These flights simply brought aliens that would have been released in San Diego over to Texas. Each flight cost approximately $150,000. This was the administration's way to try and quiet the border wide crisis.

It's amazing how nonchalant this guy's talking about what they told him to do. I mean, this is a former Chief Patrol Agent, U.S. customs and Border patrol, who's just reading this like, yeah, welcome to another day in my life. I'm told what to say, what not to say, what I can tell the truth on what I must cover up. Yeah, there's a lot of fentanyl coming across. I actually found the pill part one of the most disturbing, that we went from $10 a pill to 25 cents because the market was flooded with that much fentanyl coming across the southern border because it was just wide open. On top of all the other stuff he said you had to lie about.

Well, to be clear, I think he was just filled with fury and indignation and I think he was very deliberately delivering that testimony. Matter of fact, just describing the facts because the facts are so outrageous. I think that's why he's, he's blowing the whistle. Now. This is what Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have done. And you look at each of the facts. You look at suspected terrorists, and this is just in one sector, in the San Diego sector, that it went from about 10 to over 100 a year. That is massive. That is a massive. That means hundreds and hundreds of suspected terrorists coming in in just one sector. And those are the ones they caught. It doesn't count the ones they didn't catch. He wasn't allowed to say that publicly. You look at fentanyl, he described how the price of one fentanyl pill was $10 and then it dropped to 25 cents. Listen, Biden Harris has been terrible on inflation in every regard except for fentanyl. And I will say, boy, they are good at fighting inflation when it comes to deadly drugs that murdered 110,000Americans, that they've lowered the price a lot. And it's just simple supply and demand. When you allow vast quantities of drugs to flood into the country, the price plummets and thousands upon thousands of Americans die. And I got to say, the last thing he said about sending flight after flight after flight of illegals from California to Texas, that is pure politics. That is, they hate the state of Texas. Look, Texas was being invaded. We had millions of illegals coming into Texas ourselves. But you know what California is a blue state, Texas is a red state. And this administration, they are vindictive. Let's try to, let's try to protect the Democrats in California. We'll just send the illegals to Texas. We don't like them anyway. And everyone will say, oh, they're just being cranks by complaining about this. That testimony is stunning. And you know what, has anyone asked Kamala Harris about it?

Let's go back to one of the things he said in here and, and I want to set it up and play it again because this retired border patrol sector chief testifying in front of the Homeland Security Committee that he was directed quote, not to release any information on the increase in significant interest migrants. And he's just telling you they didn't give a crap. Cover it up. We know terrorists are coming across. We know that's one of the conflict consequence of having an open border. We need to import millions of illegal immigrants. We think they're going to vote for us one day, we're going to give them amnesty. We know some terrorists are going to get across the border. We know fentanyl is going to flow across the border dropping from 10 do to 25 cents. I mean almost every child I know has at least 25 cents. That's scary enough right there.

Sadly, with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and the congressional Democrats, it's all politics all the time. That border Patrol sector chief testified that in just San Diego they saw a 10x increase in the number of suspected terrorists coming across. How? Look, I get why the Biden White House didn't want people to know it, but we now have this testimony in the House of Representatives. How is it that it's not on the front page of the Houston Chronicle tomorrow, by the way, the thousands upon thousands of migrants, illegal immigrants that the Biden administration flew from California to Texas. How is not that not on the front page of all the Texas papers? Well, it's not going to be for the same reason that CNN won't cover it.

Let me ask a question while you're going on this because this is a question that I want to know. If you are directing a top level individual like this border Patrol sector chief to lie, how is that not against the law when it's coming to real data that deals with homeland security?

Well, technically what he said, he didn't say was directed to lie. He said just don't disclose it. Just don't, just don't tell the numbers. So. So I guess they would defend and say he wasn't being told to affirmatively lie. Just keep it silent. It was just a cover up. But let's be clear. It's a cover up of information. The public has a right to know. And the reason they're covering it up is it's politically damaging because it is outrageous that their policies are resulting in terrorists and potential terrorists flooding into this country.

So when you look at this, what do we do with it now? And is there anything that you can do when it comes to the Senate side? This is obviously on the House side. Or is this just a simple issue where Democrats say, guess what, we've got the White House, we got the Senate. There's nothing you can do. Good luck on election day. Elections have consequences. Every voter should hear that testimony. They should know that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are deliberately doing this to the American people. That Congressional Democrats in the Senate and House, they are deliberately doing this to the American people. That they're willing to look at it the other way at the people who are dying, at the Americans who are being murdered, at the women and children who are being raped, at the, at the Americans dying of drug overdoses. They're willing to look the other way for political benefit. They're willing to look the other way at. I've said this many times. We have the highest risk of a major terrorist attack today that we have had at any time since September 11, 2001. And you and I are doing it right now by simply putting this out on the podcast. Because the only way to stop this is if Kamala Harris is president in January. God help us, this will continue. More terrorists will enter the country if Kamala Harris is president. More. We already knew that the Iranians had hacked the Trump campaign and stole a variety of materials. But now the FBI announced that the Iranian hackers stole information from the Trump campaign and sent it to people with Joe Biden's campaign. We also know that they also sent the information to journalists and the alibis of what people did with this information are hysterical. This from CNN covering their AWS's.

Listen, there's new information into CNN on foreign efforts to interfere, to try to interfere with the US Election. Federal law enforcement officials now say Iranian hackers not only stole information from Donald Trump's presidential campaign over the summer, but also now adding that they sent it unsolicited to people associated with the Biden campaign. Law enforcement saying there's no indication the Biden team ever did anything with the information. That detail, though, did not stop Donald Trump from leaning on conspiracy without evidence.

I, I, it's amazing, right? Well, we didn't, we didn't respond to Iran, so we're good. We didn't share the information. Well, if you read it, you know what it said. It's gonna, you're gonna be able to use it. This is such an amazing word salad of like, hey, we'll say we didn't respond. Well, anyone that gets us, I would assume, would know not to respond to Iran. And by the way, they would know not to forward it to anybody else. Doesn't mean that you didn't take the material and use it to your advantage.

And look at how CNN ended that little segment where they attack Trump for they say pointing to conspiracy without evidence. Now there's a technical word for that that's called a lie. Here's the evidence. This was released from the federal government. As we know, the Iranians hacked Donald Trump. That's, there's evidence of that. That is a fact. There's hard evidence of that. We know the Iranians then took the stolen materials and forwarded it to the Biden campaign. There's hard evidence of that. And yet what does CNN say? It's conspiracy without evidence. That is an utter lie. Let me read from abc. Quote, the FBI and other US Intelligence agencies released findings that the Iranian hackers have continued efforts to influence the 2024 presidential election with stolen information from former President Donald Trump's campaign being sent to individuals associated with President Joe Biden's campaign before he left the race. Quote, Iranian malicious cyber actors in late June and early July sent unsolicited emails to individuals then associated with President Biden's campaign that contained an excerpt from stolen non public material from former President Trump's campaign as text in the emails. U.S. intelligence agency said in a statement Wednesday, quote, there is currently no information indicating those recipients replied. So that's their attempt to defend the Biden administration. They didn't reply. You know what they haven't said? Did the Biden administration, did the Biden campaign read the emails? Did they learn anything that was politically useful in the emails? Did they call up their friends in the media and leak the information that was in the emails to their friends in the media? Did the media then publish the information in the emails? Now, mind you, they didn't forward it and they didn't reply because they're not complete blithering idiots. But did they read it? Did they use it? We don't have an answer to that. And I'm not aware of any reporters asking that question. They're just saying, well, they didn't reply. So it's. So it's all good. Look, Caroline Levitt, who's the Trump campaign's press secretary, here's what she said. Quote, Kamala and Biden must come clean on whether they used the hacked materials given to them by the Iranians to hurt President Trump. What did they know and when did they know it? That is a very good question. Is there any journalist in the country willing to ask it? If there is, I haven't seen it. But this would be a good opportunity for someone to actually pretend to be a real journalist.

I want to ask you one final question about this, and that is, look, when Trump was in office there, there was maximum pressure put on Iran. Sanctions that made Iran weak and poor, which meant they were not able to sponsor near as much terrorist activities they are now. And under Harris, Iran is extremely rich, extremely strong, and more emboldened than ever. That's why they're trying to influence the outcome of this election, because they want a Kamala Harris administration so they can do whatever the hell they want to do in the Middle east and honestly, around the world. I mean, Biden and Harris's appeasement campaign with them and their proxy has given them tens of billions of dollars. And even the sanctions that we have on them, apparently, we're not enforcing them. And this is. The appeasement towards Iran has happened even among the. The attacks that resulted in the deaths of US Service members.

Look, of course, you know, as you know, I've said many times about this election, the classic question in any election is, are you better off now than you were four years ago? And I've said tongue in cheek. Unless you're a Mexican drug lord, the answer is no. By the way, if you're a Mexican drug lord, Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have given you billions of dollars. And frankly, you ought to vote for Kamala Harris. She's been great. Well, I now need to amend that and say, unless you're a Mexican drug lord or unless you're the Ayatollah Khamenei. Because actually, Kamala Harris has given even more money to Iran's ayatollah than she's given to the Mexican drug lords. The Mexican drug lords made roughly $13 billion from human trafficking, courtesy of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and congressional Democrats. In the last four years, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have flowed over $100 billion to the Ayatollah and to the mullahs in Iran, even while Iran's the leading state sponsor of terrorism. Even while Iran provides 90% of the funding to Hamas and 90% of the funding to Hezbollah. $100 billion. No wonder the Iranian government is hacking Trump's campaign and giving it to the Biden campaign. They're trying to give a campaign contribution. And if someone gives you $100 billion, you would be motivated to do a campaign contribution. But you know what? The American people have a right to be deeply upset about that.

If her apparatchiks used it, she's responsible as well. So it's. It's not just her. It's. Or. Or the members of her campaign or the Biden campaign.
