Joe Biden received $40,000 in what James Comer is calling laundered China money from the account of his brother James Biden and his sister in law Sarah Biden in the form of another personal check directly tying the Biden crime family businesses to the President of the United States of America. I'm not surprised by this. I'm glad we're starting to see the money flowing. We all knew it was there and now we have proof.

Well, we're about to see the Biden White House defense shift yet again. Remember, the story has shifted repeatedly. At first Joe Biden said he'd never talked to his son Hunter about any of his business deals. Then after that was proven to be a blatant lie, he said he wasn't involved in any of the deals. Then after that was demonstrated to be false, much of the Democrat talking point shifted to okay, Hunter is crooked as the day is long, but there's no direct evidence of Joe's involvement in the corruption. Now that is proving more and more untenable as we're seeing a paper trail of cash flowing to Joe Biden. And with everything else going on, it's easy to forget about this story. But at the end of the day, having a President of the United States whose family had a family business of making millions of dollars selling favors from Joe Biden, that remains a serious issue of corruption. And I think the evidence keeps getting worse.

He put this out to the House Oversight Committee and I want people to hear what he had to say.

Well, not only did he lie about his son Hunter making money in China, but it also turns out that $40,000 in laundered China money landed in Joe Biden's bank account in the form of a personal check. And the oversight committee has it. Here's how Joe Biden benefited from his family's shady deal with cefc, a Chinese Communist Party linked company. It all began with a shakedown in the summer of 2017 when Hunter Biden sent a message to his CEFC associate demanding a $10 million capital payment. As Hunter Biden extorted this associate, Hunter claimed he was sitting with his father and that the Biden network would turn on his associate if he didn't pony up the money. The extortion scheme worked. Days later, $5 million flowed in from a Chinese affiliate of CEFC. Over the following three weeks, Biden family members made a series of complicated financial transactions to hide the source of the China money. Here's how that happened. First, Northern International Capital, a Chinese company associated with CEFC, wired $5 million to Hudson West 3, a joint venture established by Hunter Biden and a CEFC associate. Then Hudson West 3 sent $400,000 to an entity owned and controlled by Hunter Biden. Next, Hunter Biden wired $150,000 to Lionhall Group, a company owned by James and Sarah Biden. Sarah Biden then withdrew $50,000 in cash from Lionhall Group. Later the same day, she deposited it into her and James Biden's personal checking account. A few days later, Sarah Biden cut a check to Joe Biden for $40,000. The memo line of the check said loan repayment, like the payment to Joe from AmeriCorps Funds. It's certainly plausible that this payment, where James and Sarah used funds from China, was indeed a loan payment to Joe. But Even if this $40,000 check was a loan repayment from James Biden, it still shows how Joe benefited from his family cashing in on his name with money from China, no less. Without his family peddling his name and his son threatening a CEFC associate with consequences that he said Joe Biden knew about. James wouldn't have had the money to write the $40,000 check to his brother Joe. It's also worth remembering that Biden family efforts to secure millions from this Chinese company because began when Joe Biden was still vice president. In taking funds sourced to a CCP linked company that wanted to advance China's interests, Joe Biden exposed himself to future blackmail and put America's interests behind his own desire for money. The House Oversight Committee will continue to follow the money and hold President Biden accountable for his corruption.

You hear him lay that out. And he does it with. With. With such. Just. Here are the facts. Here are the dots. And why on earth did the Biden crime family knowingly and willingly do business with Chinese Communist Party tied entities? Is one of the best aspects of what he just put together there. Because no one in their right mind that was putting America first would open themselves up to even the possibility of being compromised by the communists in China. And yet that's exactly who the Bidens would seek out to do business with.

Look, every step of that chain of money stinks. He starts with a $5 million wire from a Chinese company to a Hunter Biden China joint venture. $5 million? That came on August 8th of 2017. Now listen, do you know anyone who gets $5 million from Chinese companies wired to them? That's bizarre. Hunter Biden provides no services. He doesn't have talent. When is the last time someone says, I got $5 million? I need me a crackhead. Let me. Let me give it to him. No. The reason the $5 million was sent, the only value Hunter has is favors from daddy. And it's important to note that this payment came immediately after the WhatsApp threatening text where Hunter said, I'm sitting here next to my father, where it was explicitly tied. That's direct evidence of Joe Biden's involvement. But from there. So the $5 million wire went on August 8, 2017. The next wire, the $400,000 wire, went on August 8 of 2017. So same day, 5 million comes in from China, 400,000 gets wired to 100 Biden entity, and then from there, 150,000 gets wired to James and Sarah Biden to an entity they control. What date is that? August 14th. So six days later, 150,000. On August 28th, what does Sarah do? She takes out $50,000 in cash. Ben, have you ever withdrawn $50,000 in cash? I haven't, no.

I pulled out a thousand dollars before, but 50 grand? Like, give me the cash. And then what does she do? She takes out 50 grand. On August 28, she deposited in her personal checking account. And then on September 3rd, she writes a $40,000 check to Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. Now the president of the United States. Like that. Every step of that stinks. And all of the Biden White House defenders Want you to ignore the money trail from communist China. And the question you ought to ask, what possibly could Hunter Biden do that was worth $5 million? And the the only answer is provide favors from daddy because he did not have the capacity to provide that much value to anyone. Otherwise.

Laughable moment of this story is as this is breaking, that there's now multiple checks directly written from the Biden crime family to the President of the United States of America. Hunter Biden has now come out whining about the media attention and he says disinformation against his daddy. I'll let you take it from there.

Well, Hunter Biden wrote an op ed in USA Today where he said he is unhappy with denigrating media attention and the investigation into Joe Biden's involvement in his family's business. And you know, I understand you're unhappy about it. You ought to be unhappy about it. You ought to be even more unhappy about the corruption that you were intimately involved in, that your uncle was intimately involved in that. That 9 or 12. We don't even know how many. But about bunch of Biden family members that think how strange this is. Listen, you know you, you have every member of your family getting paid thousands or millions of dollars from Chinese communists, from Russian oligarchs, from Ukrainian oligarchs, like it stinks to high heaven. And so I don't doubt that Hunter is unhappy with the media attention. There is an easy example, easy solution to that which is don't engage in in corrupt bribery schemes with your father.

Yeah. And the fact that they gave him the space to write this op ed to me was also laughable. That like, oh sure, come on out here, tell us how you and your father have been victimized by your own corruption and the tens of millions of dollars have gone into your bank accounts.

Look, this is a ton of money. We also have another story that broke. The New York Times reported, quote, President Biden center received up to 82,000 pages of private emails while serving as Barack Obama's vice president. The National Archives disclosed late Monday as part of a lawsuit brought by a conservative organization. It is unclear what topics are covered in most of the emails or who else has looped in on the messages. However, at least 10 missives were sent between May 18 and June 15, 2016 and cc'd first son Hunter Biden, with one on May 26 notifying Hunter of a scheduled phone call the next day between the Vice president. That would be daddy Joe Biden and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. The first sons abandoned laptop shows, you.

Look at that and then you add it with these 82,000 pages of Biden emails and you, and you think about how much intel we now have about what they were doing behind the scenes. How can anyone at this point say that this was not pay to play straight up buy influence and pedal influence with the United States government for favors. You're buying favors from the government with Biden holding significant offices.

And this is an important point, Ben. Nobody had posited an alternative theory of what Hunter Biden had that was valuable enough to be worth tens of millions of dollars. Hunter Biden doesn't have skills. It's not like he's an inventor. It's not like he, you know, I mean, he is unfortunately a lawyer with little to no legal experience, with no experience in oil and gas, no experience in global politics, no experience in China, no experience in Ukraine, no experience in Russia, and with serious and persistent substance abuse problems. There is no other human being on planet Earth that fits that profile that gets paid even $1 million, much less tens and tens of millions of dollars. The only possible thing Hunter Biden had to sell is favors from Daddy. And to be clear, his text message made very clear that's what he was selling. If you don't pay me the money, my father is going to exact retribution on you.

Let's talk about these 82,000 pages of Biden emails. And President Biden sent or received up to 82,000 pages worth of private emails while serving as Barack Obama's vice president. The National Archives disclosed this earlier this week as part of this lawsuit that you mentioned a moment ago. But there are multiple aliases now that this president used. Why would a president have this many burner email accounts and yet send such important information to his son, to his brother, to family members from all of these email addresses? It doesn't make sense unless you're trying to give out information to them, hoping that no one would have ever been able to track this down or know you even had these email accounts so that they wouldn't even know what to ask for.

Look, it is very weird. There are multiple email addresses that Joe Biden used that were fake, that were burner email addresses. And no one has had a good explanation for why you have so many email addresses. So, for example, we've mentioned robinware456mail.com we've mentioned jrbware gmail.com and we've mentioned Robert L. Petersci. Gov. But in addition to that, there's been reporting that Joe Biden also used an email address aux a u k s t.BlackBerry.net and67stingraymx.com and beyond that, I have also heard reports, this is not confirmed, that he may have used champ fourtt BlackBerry.net now let's talk about the Ox. 1. That is an unusual, an unusual phrase. Well, what is it? What is ox? Ox is the mascot of Archmere Academy, which is the private Roman Catholic college preparatory school in Delaware that Joe Biden attended and Hunter Biden attended. And the Ox alias got an email on May 10, 2011 from his niece, Cassie Owens, who was serving as a special assistant for the for the US China Strategic and Economic Dialogue at the Treasury Department. Just days before she left Treasury, Owens emailed quote Uncle Joe@ox BlackBerry.net and here, here's the text of the email. Quote Uncle Joe just got home from work and couldn't wait to send you an email. Today was truly a memorable day for me. I kept thinking about Mom. Mom. Can you imagine her seeing us huddled up backstage together? She would have loved it. It chokes me up. I have so much to learn. Sitting back there with you was very, very humbling. I was just blown away. You always make time to talk to me, always. But today was really incredible. I still can't believe you took the time to discuss the issues with you. Joe Biden then forwarded that email to Hunter Biden, to Beau Biden and to Valerie Biden Owens, who's Joe Biden's sister. Now look, it is weird, Ben, for the sitting Vice President, United States to have. What are we up to? 5, 6 fake and bogus email addresses. Why do you have fake, fake and bogus email addresses? Why do you have burner phones?

Well, I gotta ask you this question because I saw on TV today there was some commentator that said, well look, you don't understand. When you're a government official, if you're an elected official, you have many, have at least a half dozen email accounts. I don't know anyone that's a normal operating procedure.

Nope, nope, that is a very weird thing. I literally do not know anyone in politics or government who has anything like that. You know one of the addresses he used and this is reported the New York Post, Joe Biden wrote to his son Hunter and others close to him using the pseudonym Peter Henderson. Who is Peter Henderson? A fictional Soviet Union era spy in several Tom Clancy novels who infiltrated the US Government. Those messages are contained on Hunter's laptop and show the then Vice President using that name in October 2016 while forwarding a YouTube video to his son Hunter, his brother Jim, his daughter in law Hallie, as well as a sister and political strategist Valerie Biden Owens. Now that is, that's weird. Look, most people in government you'll have an official email and you'll typically have a personal email. And sometimes if you're around long enough, maybe you'll replace one personal email with a second personal email. That much is not weird. But Joe Biden appears to have been using 4, 5, 6 emails all at the same time. And all, all of them on the face of it, are designed to conceal what he was communicating and what he was saying.

I want to move to another issue, Senator, and it's one that is deals with energy independence. It also deals with what we're witnessing now in Iran. The amount of money that Iran is making right now from oil is upwards of. I've been seeing some numbers that are billion dollars a day is what they're selling. These numbers are staggering. There are many that are screaming right now and they're saying hey, this shouldn't be happening. There are sanctions that should just be enforced, not needing to pass new sanctions to stop this. This country that's sponsoring terrorism, especially against, you know, Israel with Hamas, Hezbollah, they've helped ISIS and Al Qaeda. They are openly saying they want death to America and death to Israel and, and to wipe us off the face of the earth. And yet we're not enforcing these, this all at the same time while we are hurting this country from a lack of energy independence, which makes them richer. When we stop doing things here and we go into this green alternative energy, it's just making them richer, which means they can sponsor more terrorist activities around the world. Well, so Iran right now is selling 2 million barrels of oil a day. So they're not making billions per day. Right now today, the price of a barrel of oil is about $82 a barrel. That means Iran is making about $160 million a day from selling oil. And the bulk of that they're selling to Communist China. We assume China is actually paying less than that. So let's say they're making 140 to 150 million dollars a day, although we don't know what price China is paying them 2 million barrels a day. What that has produced for the Ayatollah over the last three years is about $80 billion. That is funding Iran, which is the world's largest state sponsor of terrorism. It is funding Hamas. It is funding the death squads that are murdering Israelis and murdering Americans. It is funding the rockets that are raining down from the sky and murdering Israelis. It is funding the drones that Iran is providing to Russia that Russia is using to attack and kill Ukrainian soldiers. So while Biden is giving billions to Ukraine, he's also giving billions to Iran and funding both sides of the war. Now that, that makes no sense at all. But, but the point you made, and this is something that, that I emphasize in this new book. The new book, as you said, is called how to Defeat Cultural Marxism in America. And the book walks through all of the institutions in our nation that have been seized by the radical left, and it lays out how they were seized why it happens, it tells stories, but it also lays out a strategy to defeat them. And the final chapter is on China and it describes how China is a central nexus that links them all. And one of the points that I make in the book, and this is a point that is rarely understood and it has to do with science and the Green New Deal, which is right now. Today, the United States is the world's leader in oil production and natural gas production. America produces roughly 20% of all the oil and gas produced worldwide. And we are a net energy exporter. We produce more than we consume. So that is incredibly valuable to have energy independence. What do the Democrats want us to do? They want to shift our energy usage entirely to energy produced by wind and solar. And who controls wind and solar? And the answer to that is Communist China. So here are some of the stats. China controls refining capacity for 73% of the world's cobalt, for 40% of the copper, for 59% of the lithium, for 68% of the nickel, and for 83% of rare earth minerals. And every one of those is necessary for wind and solar power. And when it comes to finished products that the Democrats want to produce all of our domestic energy. China is responsible for 80% of global solar panels manufacturing, for 70% of global wind turbine manufacturing, and 77% of global lithium ion battery manufacturing. So every time you hear a Democrat, every time you hear the corporate media say we must move from oil and gas to wind and solar, understand what they're saying? We need to shift our entire economy from an energy source that America controls and that we are dominant globally in. To an energy source that China controls and that they are dominant globally. And, and we should give communist China the power at any moment. They want to cripple our economy and shut down our ability to access energy. That makes no sense. And I gotta say, in, in, in the national energy debates, we have very, very few people are making what I think is this very important point.

But as I said a few moments ago, on top of the homegrown violent extremists and domestic violent extremist threat, we also cannot and do not discount the possibility that Hamas or another foreign terrorist organization may exploit the current conflict to conduct attacks here on our own soil.

I mean, Senator, you hear Christopher Wray saying this. It's something that unfortunately we've talked about so much. You've got an open border. You've got these types of people that get into this country. And the threats are real.

Look, the threats are incredibly real. I've said multiple times, I think the risks, the likelihood of a major terrorist attack on US Soil is higher today than it has been any point since September 11th. And you know, as I hear Chris Wray saying that, listen, as you know, I know Chris Wray quite well. For years he has been annoyingly and counterfactually and bizarrely saying the greatest threat we have is from homegrown terrorists, and they're from white supremacists. They're from Nazis and Klansmen. And listen, Nazis and Klansmen are idiots. They're bigoted morons. They're bad people. No dispute there. But the last I check, we don't have this rising wave of Klansmen like. Like they're not Nazis that are suddenly attacking America. And frankly, the FBI focusing on that over and over again, it fit into the political narrative the left wanted. And it utterly discarded global jihadists who have pledged to murder as many Americans as they can and who are actively trying to do so. And so my reaction, the fact that Chris Wray said there's a real risk right now that Hamas terrorists may, quote, conduct attacks here on our own soil, my reaction is, holy crap, what does he know now that has suddenly forced him to say that publicly? That he's like, oh, this might happen really soon, and I at least want something on the record so that they can't claim I was blindsided by it? It's obvious our southern border is wide open. There's a major risk of terrorists coming across. But the fact that Chris Wray said that right now worries me enormously. I don't know any classified information that he might have that says that they know of Hamas terrorists in the United States, but the fact that he's saying that, I think is very worrying.
