I thought it was very embarrassing for the Democrats what happened the other night. Even CNN fake news said that. They came out and they said it. And worse Thusan CNN is MSDNC, which is the worst. Frankly, what Nicole Wallace said about that young man is disgraceful. She should be forced to resign.

You're listening to the 47 Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
Good Friday morning to you, it's Ben Ferguson. Nice to have you on the 47 Morning Update. And we've got one heck of a show for you today, including this almost a hundred terror linked migran purposely and deliberately released into the United States of America by the Biden administration. It's a shocking story and I'll give you all the details in just a moment. Also, Hunter Biden is saying now he's broke. It only took a couple of weeks after Joe Biden left the White House for Hunter Biden to say, I don't have any money, I'm millions of dollars in debt and I can't even keep a lawsuit, that I sued someone else over my laptop. How bad is it for him economically? I'll explain his sad song story to you in just a second. And finally, Kristi Noem now saying she knows who the internal individuals were in our government that were leaking the location of ICE agents to help illegal immigrants get away. And now they're facing prosecution. It's the 47 Morning Update and it starts right now.
Story number one.
It is some of the most shocking news that we've seen thus far. Finding out exactly how bad it got under Joe Biden's leadership, especially, especially in 2024, when it comes to releasing people that are terrorists or connected to known terrorists deliberately and purposely into the United States of America when we had them caught. President Joe Biden's deputies, we now have learned, have released almost a hundred terror linked migrants into America's communities in 2024. This coming from Tulsi Gabbard, who President Donald Trump named the Director of National Intelligence. She had a press conference in Eagle Pass, Texas, at the southern border with the Vice President by her side. And here is what she had to say about the shocking new news.
Tulsi Gabbard
Trump has been in office. Really, what you're seeing here today, and what you'll continue to see is a unified effort across President Trump's national security team, the Department of Homeland Security, towards our mission, which is to ensure a safe, free and prosperous society for Americans. As Director of National Intelligence, there are a number of areas where we are focused. The President talked about in his speech. Over 21 million people have come across our borders illegally under Joe Biden's administration. There are many of them that we don't know who they are. They have not been vetted. We don't know where they are. I'll give you one quick example of one of the problems that we are getting after from Central Asia. There were over 4,000 people who came across our borders using an ISIS affiliated network. Our National Counterterrorism center went through and identified those individuals. There were hundreds of them who were either known terrorists or associated with known terrorists. That information was provided to the Biden administration. You may remember in some of the news, a little over 100 of those people were arrested in 2020. 4. Of those who were arrested, only 8 were either deported or remained in custody. Only 8. The rest of them were released back into our country. Where are they? What are they doing? What may they be plotting? This is just the beginning. There are many, many areas that we need to stay very focused on. Working with Department of Homeland Security, working with the FBI to ensure that we're keeping the American people safe. Our Counterterrorism center is working on making sure that we have that single source for vetting so that we can figure out who is actually in our country and identify those who pose a threat and get them removed. The President's designation of the cartels as foreign terrorist organizations falls directly into this, especially as we're seeing some of the tactics that these cartels are using reflect some of the tactics that we've seen used by Islamist terrorists in countries that many of us have served in overseas. Our mission is very clear. Our objective is to keep the American people safe. I'm grateful to be a part of this team that President Trump has assembled to accomplish that mission. Thank you.
Ben Ferguson
So let's dive into some of the facts of what she just said. From Central Asia, there were over 4,000 people who came across her border using an ISIS affiliated network. She then said, our National Counterterrorism center went through and identified those individuals. There were hundreds of them who were either known terrorists or directly associated with known terrorists. The information was provided directly to the Biden administration. And what do they do? Nothing. In fact, they said, let them go into the United States of America's interior. Now, most of you right now that are listening to this are probably very angry over the fact that the Biden administration knew they had terrorists that they had caught, and they said, not just let them go. The question you have to ask yourself is, why? Well, partly because they didn't want to have to admit that their open border policy was allowing for known terrorists to come into the United States of America at record numbers. And if they held these terrorists, they were going to have to tell the American people that they had, in fact, caught about 100 terrorists coming across the southern border. Now, there's also a bigger problem, and that is foreign countries allowing the transit of illegal immigrants into America. Well, the President of the United States of America has empowered the Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, to announce a new policy, a policy going after those foreign countries and penalizing them. Any country that allows the transit of illegal immigrants will now be penalized by the United States of America. The moral of the story, Donald Trump is going on offense and exposing exactly what the Biden administration did to put many of our lives at risk. We also know that many of these terrorists are being hunted down right now by ICE agents and our government at all levels. This is exactly why the President said it is time for us to secure the border at all costs. Because, yes, there are some bad hombres who are coming across the border, many of them who are actual terrorists.
Next, story number two.
It is an important story. The story of the Biden crime family. As you know, know, in the final moments of Joe Biden being in office, he pardoned many of his family members and others that were involved in what he believed was probably criminal activity. That's exactly why he gave them a pardon. One of those pardons went to Hunter Biden. And Hunter Biden was selling access to Daddy for decades. Well, Hunter Biden now says he's broke. The sales of his memoir and art have slowed to a trickle and his rental home was impacted, he claims, by the Pacific Palisades fire. Yes, all of this happening within weeks of Daddy leaving the White House. A pardon from his dad spared him from prison, but the former president's son remained saddled with debt and was forced out of his house that he was renting by the fires. That is what he is now whining and complaining about. Biden detailed his grim financial situation in a court filing yesterday saying he has struggled to sell his paintings in recent months. I wonder why, moving only one in the past 14 months compared to 27 paintings in the prior two or three years. These are his words in the court filing. He reported, quote, significant debts and lackluster sales of his memoir, just more than 4,200 copies during a one year period that led up to the trial in Delaware last spring in which he was found guilty of lying about his drug addiction on a federal gun purchase form. Quote, given the positive feedback and reviews of my artwork and memoir, I was expecting to obtain paid speaking engagements and paid appearances, but that has not happened, biden wrote, citing the financial burden of ongoing legal fees. Biden is now asking a federal judge in LA to quote, allow him to drop a lawsuit that he filed in 2023 accusing former Trump White House Aiden of hacking the contents of his laptop, which I guess now they're saying yet again is actually real. Now the Daily Mail is also reporting on this right now and they're saying that he's in serious financial trouble also. Now Hunter Biden's lawyer claims that in a letter to Ziegor's attorney this week who he was suing, right, because he hated him because he's a ex Trump White House staffer. He indicated the former first son is straight up out of cash and can no longer tap his sugar brother, that Hollywood attorney Kevin Morris for funds and is not being bailed out by Democratic donors either. The letter the DailyMail.com has exclusively gotten says Hunter lacks the resources to continue his litigation at this time. A source close to the case also told the DailyMail.com that the pardon felon is planning to quit California, move back to the east coast. The legal letter claimed. Hard up Hunter's financial woes have been exacerbated after the fires in the Pacific Palisades in early January, upended the plaintiff's life by rendering his rental house unlivable for an extended period of time. Now, if you want to know how much the broke man was paying for Ren in Malibu, apparently it was 15, $800 per month. It was a 4 million dollar home, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, the 1950s style with a panoramic view over the Pacific Coast. Sounds like the guy's really broke, right? Well, In September of 2023, Hunter, who's 55, he had no problem suing Ziegler, the 29 year old former Trump staffer and his right wing non profit called Marco Polo in California federal court for alleged computer hacking. Why did he do it? They're the ones that published a 644 page report on his alleged illegal activity based on material from his infamous abandoned laptop. But now apparently Hunter Biden just wants to drop the whole case because he just doesn't have any money. Isn't amazing how quick he goes broke after daddy leaves office. And the gig is just so you know, it's not going to be that easy for Hunter Biden to get out of the case. The furious man that was sued Ziegler told the DailyMail.com that the former president son isn't getting away that easily. Hunter wants to cry uncle. We are opposing that. He said. We want our attorney fees to be paid for Hunter to cease lying about us. And me. I couldn't have said it better myself.
And here is story number three.
Sanctuary city mayors are now being forced to testify on Capitol Hill. These are the same mayors that refuse to hand over individuals that are wanted by ice. Why? Because they're a loving city. A sanctuary city. And they refuse to abide by the law of the land. Well, those sanctuary city mayors were forced to testify and it didn't go very well for them. Take a listen.
Unknown
Would you turn that criminal over to ice?
This happened outside the city of Boston. But I can tell you, in the city, whenever someone commits a crime, whenever there's a criminal warrant, we hold them accountable. If ICE deems that they are dangerous enough to hold, obtain a criminal warrant and the Boston police will enforce it.
Ryan
Will you turn that criminal over to ice?
Unknown
We follow the laws, make sure.
Ben Ferguson
Do you consider yourself a sanctuary city? That's just. We do not. Under that definition. You don't use the definition. You're not a sanctuary. We call ourselves a welcoming city.
Unknown
We're not pulling the curtain back. We have ripped the curtain from the rods. We have revealed to America just how fast we could have secured our border if you had an executive that was willing to enforce the law. So now we're paying attention to our municipalities and every one of them is lawyered up. They've changed their narrative. You'll be held accountable. One of you said you're willing to go to jail. We might give you that opportunity.
Tulsi Gabbard
Mayor yes or no?
Ben Ferguson
They should be deported.
Tulsi Gabbard
Okay.
Unknown
Mayor Any individual that causes harm or no breaks.
Tulsi Gabbard
Okay.

Should be held accountable.
Tulsi Gabbard
This is why you have 6% approval rating, because you suck at answering questions. I do not think you guys are bad people, but I think that you are ideologically misled. Which is why, unfortunately, based on your responses, I'm all going to be criminally referring you to the Department of Justice for investigation.
Ben Ferguson
All of you will be referred for criminal investigation to the Department of Justice. All because these radicals are sitting there in cities refusing to hand over criminals to ice. There is a new whistleblower that has also come forward in Denver. The city of Denver now being forced to release video showing ICE agents chasing down and arresting a suspected major cartel gang member who had just been literally released from jail. Why was he released? Denver refused to hand him over to ICE inside the safety of the facility due to their sanctuary policies. Instead, this criminal was street released and fled upon seeing the ICE agents outside waiting. ICE says he assaulted an agent while being taken into custody. The local Channel 9 news reported that ICE requested a 48 hour heads up on this man's release. He was a high value target, but they received that notification from the Denver jail just 90 minutes before he walked out the front door. Now I says it makes no sense for sanctuary policies to ban the transfer of these hardcore criminals inside the jail where it is safer for everyone, including the individual wanted by ICE. In this case. By the way, six ICE officers had to show up to apprehend the uncuffed gang member after he was released from the Denver jail. Literally walking out the front door. Denver Mike Johnson says he reached out to ICE yesterday and is asking to sit down with him to discuss the quote, best procedures moving forward. In translation this Denver Mayor Johnson wants to discuss the best procedures when he already knows what they are. What would the best procedure be? Stop releasing criminal legal aliens from your jails, especially when you receive an ICE detainer. It's just common sense. There's literally nothing else to discuss. And the question voters should be asking themselves now is what side are the mayors actually on on the side of your safety? Or are they siding with the drug.
