Welcome. It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you. And they're calling it an invasion at the border. Or you could just call it another normal day. But this does seem to be a little bit different with two major headlines that we want to talk with you about, one that says this. Over 2,200 migrants were caught on video illegally crossing the border. Neil, near Eagle Pass, Texas, overnight. Border Patrol sources say migrants poured over the border there in a mass wave of migration. More than 2, 200 migrants captured on video. And there was nothing the Border Patrol could do but watch it happen. Sources provided cell phone video and the recordings of how this started in Mexico across from Eagle Pass, showing a stampede of migrants rushing the river's edge overnight and crossing in a lengthy line in the river from shore to shore. Senator, this is mass crossing. It's happening right next to the port of entry in Eagle Pass, which is the legal way to cross. And they're now saying since it worked, they're hearing that their plans for this to happen yet again. Your reaction?

Well, the border crisis keeps getting worse and worse and worse. And you got to understand, Eagle Pass is a small town. Its population is about 28,000 people. It is being invaded. The mayor of New York city says that 110,000 illegal immigrants in three years is destroying the city. How do you think he will pass with 28,000 people feels? How do you think Del Rio with 30,000 people feels? How do YOU think McAllen with 130,000 people feels? The volume that is coming in. Mayor Adams says that 110,000 illegal aliens, if we don't do something about it, it will utterly destroy massive New York City. We've got little cities in Texas, the southern border. We've had 7.2 million people crossing, and right now, it is escalating. September is projected to be the highest month ever recorded. We're up at just under 10,000 people a day. That's what we're facing right now. And Joe Biden and the Democrats, it's here. No evil, see no evil, speak no evil. It's just damn evil.

Follow the money. That's part of this. And I think we have to now talk about this new strategy of the cartels. This is. I just talked about this. Passing an Eagle Pass while that was happening. There's a video that's gone viral that was shot in Mexico showing a train packed with migrants barreling towards the. The Mech. The. The Mexico US Border being cheered on by people across the border. This Pharaoh Mex train packed with migrants heading towards the southern border. We know this is coming, Senator. We see the passengers, we see them being cheered on by those on the side. This is an invasion. And. And if we know it's going to happen, how the hell is the Department of Homeland Security, the Border Patrol, not going to stop this train? Which, by the way, is getting larger and more people are getting on the train from the videos that we've seen across the border.

Because they want to happen it to happen. That's why they're not stopping it. Joe Biden wants this invasion to occur. Kamala Harris wants this invasion to occur. Alejandro Mayorkas wants this invasion to occur. Every damn Democrat senator and every damn Democrat congressman who rubber stamps what's happening, they want this to occur. It's not that they're not good at their jobs. They don't want to do their jobs. They want the people to come and listen. It is infuriating. You know, we had as a guest on this podcast a number of months ago, Brandon Judd. Brandon Judd is the head of the Border Patrol union, and he's a union leader. Brandon is a good friend. The Border Patrol agents who are risking their lives to defend this nation, they are frustrated at a level I cannot describe. Imagine, Ben, if you did your job every day and you went out there and you're dealing with. You're dealing with vicious human traffickers, drug traffickers. You're dealing with people who are armed, who are dangerous, who are shooting at you or trying to run you off the road. You're risking your life. You catch people, you bring them in, and the idiot politicians, your political leadership above you, releases them, releases them day after day after day. And then you go back the next day and you catch the same people the next day. It is a miracle we even have a single Border Patrol agent that continues to do his or her job. Their morale, it has never been lower. And one of the things Brandon Judd said, and you ought to go back and listen to the podcast. We did a whole podcast interviewing Brandon, Brandon Judd, where he discussed, discussed what's happening on the ground. And one of the things he says is, he says they actually don't need more money to secure the border. They'd like more money. We should have more money. We should have more money for a wall. We should have more money to triple the Border Patrol. We should have more money to buy planes and drones and assets both in the river and on the air. All of that we should have. But the amazing thing is, Brandon said to solve this problem, they don't need an additional dollar what they need is policy. What they need is political leadership that when they catch someone, will send them home. We'll put them on a plane. The cause of this crisis. Listen, if you're down in some impoverished nation and you know, all I need to do is get to America and I can stay there and the Biden administration will put me on a plane or a bus and send me to whatever city I want to live in. I get to stay there. I get to go on government welfare. I get to live in prosperity. You'd come, too. And what happens when these people arrive? Almost all of them have cell phones. They get here, they call home to their friends and family and says, hey, guess what? If you get here, you get to stay. As long as this administration practices catch and release, we're going to go from 7 million to 8 million to 10 million to 15 million to 20 million. And that is what Joe Biden and the Democrats want to tell you about.

There's also something else that's happened here, and I don't understand it. So I need you to explain it. Uh, because if I don't get it, I think there's millions of others that are listening that aren't gonna understand this either. The U.S. customs and Border Protection tweeted out on Monday saying this. Under US Immigration laws, most non citizens coming to our border are not eligible to remain in the United States. Asylum laws do not provide for relief solely for economic reasons or for general violence. Now, they put that out. Then why is it that we have on video Customs and Border Patrol in San Diego, for example, telling a man that he can go anywhere he wants to in the country, he is a free man. He says, can I go to Chicago? And they look at him and they're like, yeah, you can go anywhere you want to go. Then why are they not even doing what their own tweet says they must do, which is secure the border?

Well, what Customs and Border Patrol tweeted out is actually what the law is. That's what the law provides. Asylum. We've long had asylum, but asylum is designed for a credible fear of persecution. It is when you are, for example, a political prisoner, you're fleeing a tyranny, and if you go back to your country, the government will imprison, will torture, will kill you. That's what asylum is designed for. And it's an important part of our immigration system. What is happening, though? And by the way, it has long been the case, as Border Patrol correctly tweeted out, that simply fleeing poverty is not a ground for asylum, that there are billions of people on planet Earth that live in poverty, many of them in abject poverty. And to be clear, there is no nation on Earth that allows more legal immigrants than the United States. We allow over a million people a year to come to America legally. And so when it comes to welcoming people, as the Statute of Liberty, as it says inscribed on the base, give me your poor, your tired, your huddled masses. We do that more than any nation on planet Earth. But there are billions of people living in poverty. And if we simply said everyone who's living in poverty can come to America, we don't have the capacity to absorb billions of people. Particularly when you combine it with a welfare system from the Democrats that they show up here and we give them a government check, we don't have the taxpayers to fund providing a government check to every poor person on planet Earth. Likewise, Border Patrol was correct that simply fleeing violence is not a grounds for asylum. So a number of the people coming will say, for example, well, my country is really violent. There are a lot of criminals. There are a lot of drug dealers. So that's what I'm fleeing. That's not, under US Law, a ground for asylum. It has, has to be official persecution. It has to be. The government is coming after me and will persecute me and lock me up and torture me and kill me. That's that. That's what credible fear means. So you asked how come customs and border patrol can tweet it out, but yet they don't do it.

In fact, let's play it because I want people to hear this. This is a. In San Diego, by the way, as is overrun right now with illegal immigrants, there are buses that they're busing people out of San Diego. This is a lib with liberal leadership, liberal mayor who is doing, by the way, what Mayor Adams has said don't do, which is saying, you know, you can't bust. Remember? I think he didn't he say a man that lost his mind or a crazy man down in Texas that was busted.

I mean, he was talking about Greg Abbott is a good friend of mine and the fact that he's putting thousands of illegal immigrants on buses and sent them to blue states and blue jurisdictions. But, but I'm just kind of offended that apparently I don't qualify as that madman down in Texas.

Hey, careful what you wish for, Senator. It could happen in just a few hours. It could happen. But you look at San Diego, they're now busing. And as this report that I'm going to play for you was happening, there is at least six buses that I can see in the background. There is a illegal immigrant who's broken into the United States of America who's having a conversation in English with a Customs and Border patrol agent. And this is what the Border Patrol says to the man. Listen very carefully. This is from Fox.

Lastly, we'll take you out to San Diego. Take a look at this video. Mass releases of migrants underway there. Several hundred migrants being released by Border Patrol to a city street in San Diego, some of them coming from as far away as China and Pakistan. Keep in Mind, these are not Texas buses. These are not Greg Abbott's buses. This is the Biden admin mass releasing these migrants to city streets. And one migrant had an exchange with a border patrol agent where he asked, hey, am I good to travel to Chicago? And the border patrol agent says, yeah, you're good to go. Take a listen.

You can go wherever you want. You're free. So these buses are coming into San Diego. They're overrunning the city there. And now the city's saying, please leave. You can go wherever the hell you want to go. You're free. Go wherever you want to go. You're free. That is the message. The last thing said to these men who, who are getting off, I refer them as military age men getting off these buses, six of them that I could see. And if you talk to people, by the way, you can see this on Twitter. Over the last four or five days, people are shocked at the number of illegal immigrants center that are in and around the ballpark there in San Diego because that's very close where they're releasing them. And if you go a street up or a street down from the Padres, there are mass encampments now of illegal immigrants that have completely taken over the area. It's not homelessness. These are, these are encampments of illegal immigrants, are being dropped off by the bus loads by the government. And the government's saying, hey, you free? Go where you want to go. You want to go to Chicago, you want to go to New York, you want to stay here, we don't care. Just get off our bus.

Well, and, and you were talking about military age men. Just a couple of months ago, I was down in Brownsville, Texas. Brownsville's right at the southern tip of Texas on the Rio Grande River. And at the time in Brownsville, they were having people cross every day. They were getting every day between 90 and 100. So these were not families. These were predominantly young men, either teenagers or men in their 20s or men in their 30s. And they were just sitting there and they would come across. And everyone who comes or the vast majority who come, they're typically carrying with them a plastic baggie. And in the baggie they have usually some form of identification, typically a birth certificate, a driver's license or a passport. They usually have a cell phone. Almost all of them bring a cell phone with them. And they have a name and address and phone number of someone in the United States. And they go and they find a border patrol agent The Border Patrol agents for most of these don't actually have to catch them. They go find the Border patrol agents. They turn themselves in. When I go out on midnight patrol, when I bring senators down to the southern border and go on midnight patrol with the border Patrol agents, within minutes, you will have groups who find you and turn themselves into you. I've had multiple groups turn themselves into me. And that is just constant. It is a constant stream of all night long. And the Biden administration, the Border Patrol agents, showed me that they now have a new app on their cell phone. And the app is designed to process illegal immigrants faster. So what the app does, and we sat there, they showed us how it worked. You'd have an illegal immigrant, he'd pull out, say, his birth certificate or his passport, and the app would scan the information and it would auto populate the information into their database. And so they'd get your name and home address and age and where you were born and your basic statistics. And then they'd ask, where do you want to go? And they'd say, I want to go to Chicago. I want to go to Boston, I want to go to Des Moines, I want to go to Miami, wherever they want to go. And the Border Patrol agents would say, okay, go sit over there. And there was. When I was there, there were a group of, I don't know, 50 or 100 of them just sitting on the ground. And within a couple of hours, they would move them through and start the process of putting them on a bus or putting them on a plane and sending them everywhere in the country. And they got the processing time down to two minutes. That's how long it took. Scan the information in, okay, sit there, and we'll start moving you forward to get you where you want to go. And you ask, you said, okay, well, how could CBP tweet that out? The answer is it's what US Law is. That leads to the obvious next question. If that's what US Law is, why aren't they doing it? Because Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas are deliberately defying U.S. law. And this is an important thing to understand. This has never, ever happened in our nation's history. Listen, Barack Obama. You're not a fan of Obama. I'm not a fan of Obama. Many things he did were terrible. But on immigration, by and large, he followed the law. Other than with daca, which was a narrow subset of people. On the rest of immigration, he mostly followed the law. And what that meant was, is that under Obama, the Obama administration deported millions of people. In fact, you remember the left wing got very angry with him. They called him the deporter in chief because under Obama, they would. U.S. law provided if you come in and you don't have credible fear, you don't meet the test for asylum. They put you on a plane and they send you back, and that's what stops illegal immigration. Well, what Joe Biden is doing is now they catch you or you turn yourselves into them, they just let you go. They don't care what US Law says. They're not gonna do it. And I gotta tell you, Ben, our constitutional structure was not made to function with a president, with a chief executive that just brazenly ignores the law, just says, I don't care. I won't do it. No, we're letting you go. Tough. That's what's caused this crisis.

Well, and then you add this into this clear change of strategy at the border. And I'm talking about from the cartel's persp. They're now realizing that they can do mass crossings. It's easier on them. It's a hell of a lot more money for them. And if they can throw people on train cars, whether they die or not fall off, they don't give a crap. This is a way to unload as many illegal immigrants as physically possible at one moment. And this is how bad it is. CBP temporarily suspends the port of entry operations as migrants flood the southern border. The suspension of the Bridge of America is known as BOTA or BOTA. Port of entry comes as more than these 2,200 migrants illegally crossed the border earlier this week. I want you to hear what they had to say about this on fox.

I can tell you that early this morning in Eagle Pass, we witnessed one of the largest mass illegal crossings we have ever seen in the last two and a half years of covering our southern border. We'll get right to this video. Take a look. Look at this stunning footage. Border Patrol sources telling us just after midnight, about 2,500 migrants crossed illegally into Eagle Pass. You can see this lengthy line of them stretching from shore to shore in the river. This video perspective coming from the Mexican side of the river and Piedras Negras, one of our contacts over there, shooting this video as they essentially bum rushed Eagle Pass last night. And this happened right next to the port of entry where the Biden administration is telling people to cross legally. They don't care they're crossing illegally because there are little to no fear of consequences. Take a look at this second perspective. This Second piece of video showing what was almost essentially a stampede of people rushing down to the edge of the river just after midnight. You can see some Mexican National Guard soldiers kind of standing around aimlessly, not sure of how to try to stop so many people. But they went rushing into the water and crossed illegally right into Eagle Pass. Over 2,500 of them, according to our sources. Then take a look at this video our drone team shot early this morning after the sun came up and those people had already made it to the US Side of the border. This is what was left over as they were being processed. Masses of single adults, as well as some family units. As these migrants continue to have no fear of consequences for crossing the US Border illegally, they believe if they step foot on US Soil, they will be released into the United States States. And they are not listening to Biden administration messaging that the border is closed and that they should not come to the United States. And as you mentioned, let's just stop.

There and analyze that for a second center. They're not afraid because they know that what's being put out by the administration is a lie. They know once they get here, they get to stay here.

Their friends and family have already come. Their friends and family have already come. They've called on their cell phones and they've said, hey, if you get here, turn yourself in and these guys will let you go. They know that. They know that's the process. They're not afraid. They don't run away. They're not scared. They know. Exactly. But look, it's not just that. It's not just this volume, this mass of people coming. They're also bad guys. They're also criminals. Now, the criminals, the murderers, the gang bangers, the rapists, the child molesters, they tend to run. They don't turn themselves in. But what happens is. So the cartels will send a huge, huge mass of illegal immigrants across one portion of the river that draws all the Border Patrol resources there. While they're doing that a mile up or down the river, they'll send across the murderers, the MS.13, the gang bangers, the really dangerous criminals. They'll send them across. They'll also send the drug mules across. They'll send the fentanyl across. And they use the migrants to distract the Border Patrol so that they can smuggle in massive amounts of fentanyl that are murdering, that are poisoning. Last year, over 100,000Americans died of drug overdoses. That is nearly twice as many as the number of Americans who died in the entire Vietnam War, Vietnam. We lost just over 60,000Americans in the entire war. Last year we lost nearly double that in one year because of the Biden open borders. And it is every day it's getting worse and worse and worse.

There's also a weird aspect of this and it's how the media is being forced now to cover this because there's just too many people that are coming across the border. We're talking about, you know, tens of thousands now, 20,000 plus encounters over the weekend, that jumps to 30,000. We see the stampede of 2,200 people. And even CNN now is having to cover this. This is Ed Lavendera, their CNN senior national correspondent in El Paso. This is what he said reporting on this this morning.

I mean, they're like, yeah, this, this is probably going to keep going. This isn't going to stop anytime soon. This may get out of hand. I mean, that's CNN center saying it now.

Well, that, that's right. But you know, it's striking. You look at the first couple of clips we played. They were from Fox News. Bill Belugian is doing a national service. You want to talk about one reporter who's getting out there with his TV camera and filming? This is what's happening. Remember Karine Jean Pierre? Remember what she said? People are not just walking across the border. It's not happening. Bill Milluchin shows it's happening every day. And by the way, is Karine Jean Pierre come out and said, okay, I lied to you. I'm a serial liar. I just tell absolute flat out lies from the press secretary podium at the White House. No, she doesn't admit that. I'm glad CNN finally acknowledged it. That being said, the volume of coverage on a Fox News compared to a CNN compared to an MSNBC compared to an abc, cbs, NBC, if you watch the corporate media, you by and large don't know this is going on. They'll run a little story. Oh, okay. We had a surge in El Paso, quick little story, but they won't discuss it, they won't cover the news because and this is the Democrat strategy. You know, I told you the story of one of the last times I was down at the border where a reporter asked me said well isn't the policy of the Democrats much more compassionate, much more humane? And I just started laughing and I said, you know who doesn't believe that anymore? The Democrats. Where's Joe Biden? Where's Kamala Harris? Where's any Democrat senators? Where's a Democrat House member? They're not here because if they come, the TV cameras come with them. And if the TV cameras come with them, you cannot see the dead bodies, the children being brutalized, the women being sexually assault, the drug overdoses. You cannot see the mass of humanity suffering and defend it. And so it is. CNN is responsible for this. Abc, msnbc, all of the corporate media is responsible for this because they are complicit in covering up modern day slavery. These cartels are global multi billion dollar criminal enterprises. They engage in murder and torture and forced prostitution and drug smuggling and they have become massively powerful because of Joe Biden and the Democrats. And the media is utterly complicit in saying nothing to see here.

So there was also something else that's happening and the media, you just mentioned that the having to, to deal with seeing these images and seeing thousands of people, you know, bum rush the border and come across a stampede. You can't not see it. It's gone viral too quickly. Being overrun at the border is too much for the media to act like it's not happening. Right. If it's 3, 4, 500, they'll look the other way. This is clearly different when you have actual trains filled with people in them. You look at this and it's shocking. But News nation on Morning in America they had their headline up. It said border report not a border crisis. Okay, Border Report. That's how they downplayed this because they didn't know what to do with it. Listen.

This morning U.S. customs and Border Protection announcing it is temporarily suspending cargo processing at the Bridge of the Americas in El Paso, Texas because you guessed it, that huge serve a surge, that continuous influx of migrants crossing into the country illegally. That means truckers who usually make the crossing, they'll have to find other routes. Officials close closed a pedestrian border crossing in California for the same reason. This problem has no solution in sight.

So it's got no solution site. We've shut down commerce senator, which you've worked on these new bridges that would help again take the strain off of these, of these, these truckers that are trying to do their job who've been shut down. Now basically they can't cross the border while they've shut down this, these checkpoints and, and, and this is all under the headline of border Report.

Well, and listen, legal trade and commerce with Mexico is good. It's good for Texas farmers and ranchers and small businesses and manufacturers. We do roughly $800 billion of trade and commerce with Mexico every year. And so it's an important trading partner to follow the law and do business and buy the livestock and crops that we produce, buy cars and trucks that we manufacture, buy oil and gas and energy that we produce. There's an awful lot that is beneficial to have legal trade and commerce. And the border crisis has gotten so bad that now it's getting harder and harder for legal trade and commerce to come across because Joe Biden and the Democrats have allowed the border to be overrun by cartels. And look, one of the comments that was made on that segment you just played is there's no solution to it. Yes, there is. There is a solution. Joe Biden, when he got came into office, he inherited the lowest rate of illegal immigration in 45 years. We had negotiated the remain in Mexico agreement which provided that people who cross illegally into Mexico have to remain in Mexico while their US Asylum case was proceeding. And it worked. It was tremendously successful. It is Joe Biden and the Democrats who broke this, and they broke it deliberately, and they could fix it tomorrow. So Biden, you know, just went to New York. He didn't mention illegal immigration at all, despite the fact that the mayor says that it's destroying New York City. Biden didn't mention it because he could fix it. And he could fix it by reversing the three political decisions he made at the outset of his presidency. He could resume building the wall. Instead of trying to sell portions of the wall, which is what he's doing right now, he could resume building the wall. He could, number two, end, catch and release so that when they catch people, they actually deport them and send them back to their country. And he could re. Enter, remain in Mexico, which produced tremendous success. And this would. That would fix it overnight. If we started following the law and deporting people, it would do massive, massive progress to fixing this. But Joe Biden and none of the Democrats want to fix it.

Yeah, and even now, and this is new reporting coming from CNN, they're warning now of a third migrant wave. We've already talked about the first two, but here's what they've said in the last 10 or 12 hours.

Officials in El Paso say the Texas city is on the cusp of a third wave of migrants and local shelters are already over capacity. The region has seen a spike in migrants at the Texas Mexico border, averaging about 1200 encounters per day.

Look, she doesn't care. She obviously doesn't care. If she cared, she'd go down there. If she cared, she'd be willing to call out her own party. But politics matters more than actually caring about the people who are dying and being brutalized and suffering. And, you know, it's striking. So Joe Biden went to the border once as president. He went to El Paso. And when he went to El Paso, it was not during a migrant surge. It was at a time when the border was relatively quiet in El Paso. The surge was happening down in the Rio Grande valley, which was 800 miles away. So he deliberately went where the crisis was not acute at that time. And then the public reporting was amazing, which is that Joe Biden went to El Paso and the White House said he did not see a single illegal immigrant. That's amazing. You have to go out of your way not to see a single illegal immigrant. It meant he didn't go to the border and see what was happening there. He meant he didn't go to a, an illegal immigrant detention center, meant he didn't go to a shelter. He didn't want to see a single illegal immigrant that he is responsible for. This is, it is deliberate, willful blindness. And everyone in the corporate media who helps in covering it up, they bear the responsibility. Let me tell you another aspect of this that is horrific, which is what has happened to the cartels that. Now you need to understand these cartels, they are among the most violent, vicious criminals on the face of the planet. According to the New York Times, which is not a right wing publication, to put it mildly, in 2018, the Mexican drug cartels made roughly $500 million from. From human trafficking. $500 million is a lot of money last year. Ben, do you know how much the Mexican drug cartels made from human trafficking last year?

That is a 2,600% increase. Joe Biden and the Democrats have turned these Mexican drug cartels into deca billion dollar global criminal enterprises. And you need to understand these are cartels that decapitate people that, that boil them in oil, that torture them, that kidnap them, that murder them. These are cartels, the human trafficking. They do not view these people as human beings. They don't even view them as cattle. If they were cowboys rustling cattle, they would treat them better than the cartels treat these illegal immigrants. They treat them as property. And part of property is they're perfectly fine with. They're Going to lose some. So, for example, if you have a raft coming across, and let's say you have a raft with a young family and the cartel bringing them across, there's a reason the border patrol agents don't intercept them in the middle of the river. Because if they do, the cartel will flip the raft and throw the entire family into the river, throw little children into the river. They don't care if the kids drown. What happens is the border patrol agents then immediately move into search and rescue. They're trying to save the family. They can be pregnant women, they can be elderly people. They can be little children who are suddenly at risk of drowning. And the cartels get away. And a mile down the river, they're taking fentanyl and other drugs across, and they're taking murderers and gang members across. And so what Joe Biden and the Democrats have done is turn some of the most horribly violent, callous criminals in the world to among the most powerful and richest criminals on the planet. And another consequence this has done is destroyed Mexican civil society. Listen, the nation of Mexico is a wonderful, beautiful nation with a rich, wonderful history. In Texas, Texas and Mexico, we go back hundreds of years. We have a shared culture and a shared history. You go down to South Texas, everyone in South Texas 20 years ago used to routinely cross the border, that if you're in Laredo, you'd cross over to Nueva Laredo right on the other side of the river. You go have dinner there, you have a great Mexican dinner, and then you come back. And that was just part of the life in South Texas. These cartels will kidnap or murder you. That's how bad it is. And it is entirely the Democrats fault. And not a one of them gets questioned by the corporate media about it almost ever.

The President of the United States of America was in New York City. And when he was there, he was at the UN Addressing the un he had meetings with Mayor Adams, the mayor of New York City and even did fundraisers with the mayor of New York City. This year things are a little different. He's not going to sit down and meet with Mayor Adams because Mayor Adams has been critical of the migrant crisis, the illegal immigrant crisis that is, you know, destroying in his words, his city. Despite the UN being just four avenues away from the Roosevelt Hot, which is the migrant intake center here in New York City, the President has no plans to visit or address the migrant crisis here in New York. In fact, he has no plans to meet with Mayor Adams during his three day visit, a departure from last year when the two met and attended fundraisers together. The federal government also making no indication that they intend to increase funding to New York city. FEMA providing $104 million dollars for context, that covers just 13 days of the crisis here. The Biden administration frustrated with Adams response and his inability to stop the crisis, also pointing the finger at Congress to do more.

I mean, it's amazing how your best friend and your in the guy that you're campaigning with and fundraising with a year ago now, you won't even give him the time of day because he won't get in line and say what you're saying. Yet the real coward here center seems to be Adams and every other Democrat, whether it's in San Diego, whether it's on the border or whether it's in New York City who refused to say out loud, President Joe Biden, do your job and close the border. Secure the border. They will not say those words?

Nope, not. None of them will. And they still claim to be sanctuary cities. They say it's destroying their city, but they're still a sanctuary city. You know, the fact that Mayor Adams uses the phrase that madman in Texas, Texas, and blames it all on Greg Adams, on Greg Abbott. Look, from his perspective, he knows it's the Democrats who've caused this, but at this point, his partisan loyalty is just greater. So he's not willing to call out Joe Biden. He's not willing to call out Kamala Harris. He's certainly not willing to call out Chuck Schumer or any of the Senate Democrats or Congressional Democrats. He's not calling out aoc, Although, as we talked about when AOC and Jerry Nadler and other Congressional Democrats recently had a press conference in New York, even New Yorkers were fed up and screaming at them. And yet, at the end of the day, the hypocrisy is, is so massive. But even acknowledging it's a problem is too much for Joe Biden. And so now Mayor Adams is Persona non grata because he acknowledges that it's a problem. You are supposed to utterly ignore it and, and just let people suffer. And it is, you know, I get asked a question over and over again, why would the Democrats do this? And, and I don't know for sure. Listen, I'm not, I'm not a psychiatrist. I'm not Sigmund Freud. So I don't know what's going on in their head. I know, number one, they don't care. And the reason I know they don't care, because if they care, they would do something about it. They would stop the policy decisions that are causing it to happen, that are causing people to be killed, that are causing children to be brutalized, that are causing women to be sexually assaulted. If they cared, they would behave differently tomorrow. And they don't. Biden doesn't. Kamala Harris doesn't. Alejandro Mayorkas doesn't. But the only explanation I can come up with is really twofold. Number one, that, that they've handed the policy agenda over to the real radicals, to the open border nuts on the extreme left of the Democrat Party. And they've done that in almost every single issue. But number two is I think the Democrats rationalize to themselves there's a long term political benefit. They see that. They view every one of the 7.2 million illegal immigrants. They view them as likely future Democrat voters. And their view is, well, if we stay in power, the ends justify the means. If some people have to die for Democrats to stay in power. Well, that's okay with them. And it's look, saying that that sounds horrendously callous and heartless. But I guess, Ben, what I would say is if I'm wrong, if I'm ascribing too callous and heartless a motive, what other explanation is there besides that? Because I don't know of one.

Hi, Martha. Well, these surging border numbers are really put into context when you think about the fact that New York City Mayor Eric Adams said his city can't handle 10,000 migrants per month. Well, they're getting 9,000 a day down here at the southern border. A lot of them crossing right here, here in Eagle Pass. Take a look at this video our fantastic drone team shot showing a mass illegal crossing in the river right behind where I'm standing. You'll see a human chain in the water as they're trying to get across the river. Very dangerous spot. A 10 year old boy drowned in this area last week. The port of entry is right next to these people just a hundred yards away. They don't care though. They want to cross illegally because they feel if they can step foot in the UT United States, they're going to be released into the country. Also want to show you human smuggling pursuit. Take a look at this video. Texas DPS chasing a human smuggler in Kinney County. High speed chase. The driver, an illegal immigrant driving a stolen truck loaded with illegal immigrants. They spike his tires. He goes off road into the brush, loses control. And then you'll see on the thermal camera everybody goes bailing out of that vehicle, running off in all different directions. Texas DPS arrested the driver and six illegal immigrants. Last thing to show you down in the Rio Grande Valley with Texas DPS troopers in the brush as they are arresting illegal immigrants trying to evade capture from border patrol. Several of them were wearing cartel wristbands indicating they had paid a cartel to get across illegally and back out here live. Martha, concerning Border Patrol agents reporting that right here in Eagle Pass they just arrested an illegal immigrant with a murder conviction. Conviction and another illegal immigrant with a conviction for sexual assault of a child. We'll send it back to you.

When we do catch them coming, coming across the border, you and you heard him mention those wristbands. The same wristbands that the man who's in charge of the border said he didn't know what they were when you showed them to him before Congress.
