Welcome. It is verdict with Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you. And we have got a lot to talk about, including Hamas and Hezbollah warnings about crossings at the southern border that would be in the United States of America. Also a big victory over Coca Cola and it has nothing to do with drinking a Coke. And also big checks directly tying now the president United States of America to the Biden crime family. And we're expecting more to come out this week. But first, let's talk about the border center. There is a new warning, a federal warning that Hamas and Hezbollah could be crossing the southern border. Federal officials are warning that members of these terrorist groups of of Hamas and and jihadists and Hezbollah could be crossing through the southern border, according to an internal October 20th memo that's now been obtained exclusively by the. Your reaction to this?

Well, this is a story that broke on Sunday from the Daily Caller. And this is a memo that came from the San Diego Field office Intelligence Division of Customs and Border Patrol. And the memo warns that due to the war between Israel and Hamas, there could be encounters of terror tight individuals who are seeking to travel to or from the Middle east across the southern border. And in particular, they specify Hamas, they specify Palestinian Islamic Jihad, they specify Hezbollah, all of which are designated by the United States as terrorist organizations and all of which have been committing attacks on Israel since the war began on October 7. And here's what the memo says. Quote, San Diego field office intelligence unit assesses that individuals inspired by or reacting to the current Israel Hamas conflict may attempt travel to or from the areas of hostilities in the Middle east via circuitous transit across the southwest border. The memo continues, quote, foreign fighters motivated by ideology or mercenary soldiers of fortune may attempt to obfuscate travel to or from the US or to or from countries in the Middle east through Mexico. And the memo then lists the patches, the insignia of Hamas, of Palestinian Islamic Jihad and of Hezbollah.

You look at this coming from the San Diego field office and you think how is this not something that's being briefed by to everyone, I would assume, like major important announcement. Why wouldn't they want this to go public? Why does it have to come out the way that it is, you would think it would be. This would be a perfect example of, hey, if you see something, say something. We had that ingrained in Americans after 9 11. It obviously helped save lives after 9 11. If you see something, say something. For example, that bomber that we were going to have at Times Square, that worked then. If you see something, say something. And yet, it's like this administration doesn't want to admit there's a problem at the southern border with it being wide open. So let's just downplay it.

Well, this administration consistently hides its own role in making America less safe, making the world less safe. So this administration does everything they can to cover up the fact that they have flowed nearly $100 billion to Iran, which is funding this war in Israel. They do everything they can to. To cover up the fact that they've sent hundreds of millions of dollars to Gaza, which in their own internal assessment, they said was highly likely to go to Hamas for them to carry out terror activity. And, of course, what's their. What's their answer once this war begins? Joe Biden goes on national television and proposes to send hundreds of millions more to Gaza that will end up again in the hands of Hamas terrorists. That's their approach. They likewise accept zero responsibility for the chaos at the southern border, and they do not acknowledge that it makes America less safe. You look at this memo that was sent out on the 20th. It lists several, quote, questions of interest, such as questions related to the individual's personal or familial associations with Hamas, with Hezbollah, with Palestinian Islamic Jihad, or with the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine or other similar groups. Now, as. As the memo is rightly noting, if you're a terrorist crossing the southern border, you want to obscure that fact. You want to hide that fact. Because if you're coming here, there's a very real possibility you're coming here to commit acts of terror. And so I want to underscore something I've said on this podcast previously. I believe we are at a greater risk for a major terrorist attack of the United States today than we have been any time since September 11th. And the Biden administration's policies continue to make that more and more likely each and every day.

Let me ask you the logistics of you being in the Senate, and do you guys get briefed on the regular, or do you have to ask for briefings when it comes to issues like this, or is this something they purposely want to keep members of Congress in the dark on?

Well, we had last week an extensive classified briefing on Israel and on the war that is playing out there. And that featured senior officials from the Department of Defense, from Intelligence, from State, laying out their view in terms of what was happening in that classified briefing. Obviously, I can't discuss the details of what was said, but. But what was said is consistent with what they have been saying publicly over and over again, which is they're trying to downplay Iran's culpability here. The Wall Street Journal has reported that Iran planned this attack, funded this attack, and directed this attack. And the Biden administration is desperate to avoid anyone knowing that, because the obvious conclusion from that is that, well, wait a second, if Iran is the one driving this attack, why is the Biden administration's Iran's principal financier? They don't want that question. So even in these classified briefings, they are spinning like crazy.

You mentioned funding a moment ago, and I do think this ties back to it. You look at Biden's request for Congress. It included 14 billion for Israel and then 60 billion for Ukraine, 10 billion for General humanitarian aid. I'm not really sure what that means. 7 billion for Indo Pacific, 100 million for Gaza, 14 billion to process illegals faster at the border. That doesn't mean we're going to secure the border. It just means we're going to let them come into this country and process them faster. This is what the President said. You have to agree to almost holding the American taxpayers hostage to get the funding that's desperately needed to support Israel, our ally. And all of this other stuff comes in at higher dollar amounts. Ukraine, 60 billion, but just 14 for Israel. Is this dead on arrival in the Senate, or does this have a good chance of moving through his request?

Well, understand what Joe Biden is doing and what Chuck Schumer is doing. They both know that military assistance for Israel has enormous bipartisan support. So they are deliberately trying to hold Israel military assistance hostage to try to pass their other priorities. They know that there are significant concerns in Congress about Ukraine funding, about it going to internal corruption, about it not being well spent, about the administration funding both sides of the war, funding Ukraine on the one hand, and flowing billions of dollars to Iran on the other, when Iran is producing drones that Russia is using to fight the Ukrainian army. And they don't want to try to get the votes through on the merits. They don't want to actually convince Congress about Ukraine funding. So they're trying to tie it to Israel funding to force every member of Congress to say, well, if you want to vote against Israel funding, be My guest. Or else you got to fund everything else we want. And I'll tell you, the most cynical element that they include in this package is what they call border security funding. And the reason that's cynical is because they don't actually propose to do anything to secure the border. They don't actually propose to stop these Hamas or Hezbollah terrorists from coming across the border. What they want instead is additional money to process illegal immigrants more quickly, to put more illegal aliens on buses and planes, and to send them even faster to every city in America. They call that border security. And they say, well, if you want to support Israel, you got a fund exacerbating accelerating the southern border crisis. It is profoundly cynical. It is wrong. What I think we ought to do, Ben, is we ought to vote on a clean military aid package for Israel. If we did that, it would pass with overwhelming bipartisan support. Biden knows that. Schumer knows that. That's why they don't want to do it.

It was about a victory pressuring Coca Cola where they finally deleted language supporting Black Lives Matter. And this was also about dealing with pro Hamas funding and protests that are intertwined here. Talk a little bit about this and how this came about.

Well, I want to say this is another instance of this podcast having a real and positive impact. And I want to give a real shout out to our listeners because your voice can change the behavior of the radical leftists who are destroying this country and it can change the behavior of. Of the big, big business that has sadly been willing to be complicit in this. We did a podcast last week that did a deep dive on how Black Lives Matter supports Hamas. And if you didn't listen to that podcast, I'd urge you to go back and listen to it because it was really important and it's something that the corporate media will not cover. But we walk through all of the giant companies that have given hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars to Black Lives Matter and we explain Black Lives Matter. The phrase is. Is unquestionably true, of course. Black Lives Matter, absolutely, yes. But the institution, the organization Black Lives Matter, Inc. Was founded by explicitly Marxist organizers. Avowed Marxist. It was founded for Marxist purposes and it is blatantly anti Semitic. Black Lives Matter embraces Hamas. It defends Hamas. One of the co founders of Black Lives Matter has explicitly called for the destruction of the state of Israel. They are virulently anti Semitic. And we pointed out on this podcast all of the giant companies that have given checks, including Amazon and Coca Cola and Doordash, Dropbox, Warner Brothers, Microsoft, all of them. We walked through and we gave chapter and verse how each of them was funding this explicitly antisemitic organization. Well, interestingly enough, our episode aired on October 18. The very next day, Coca Cola deleted the language on its own website about supporting Black Lives Matter. And Coca Cola owns Sprite. So Sprite's a company owned by Coke. Here's what the website said the day before the Oct. 18 episode of Verdict. It said, quote, earlier this month, sprite announced a $500,000 contribution to the Black Lives Matter global network in A social post committing action on the fight for racial justice. On June 28, the brand debuted a new TV commercial during the 2020 BET Awards telecast showcasing black America's resilience, excellence, and optimism. The 62nd spot, titled Dreams Realized, emphasizes Sprite's commitment to making young black creators dreams a reality and to inspire the next generation to do more and dream bigger. Well, Ben, the day after our podcast aired, that paragraph miraculously disappeared from Coca Cola's website. They simply deleted it. All the rest of the website is there, but that paragraph. Someone went and said, oh, we got caught. Maybe it's not a good idea to give a half million dollars to a Marxist organization. Which, frankly, they're probably fine with giving to a Marxist organization, but a Marxist organization that is explicitly embracing Hamas and as we detailed again on the podcast, is sending out social media tweets with pictures of the Hamas terrorist paraglider and supporting the mass murder of Israelis. I guess that finally was too much for Coca Cola. So listen, I think listeners of this podcast should take a victory lap that your voice can make a difference. And Coke decided they didn't want to. They couldn't take the heat. And I guess my question is, what about the other companies? Are they still proud of supporting anti Semites, or is it just Coke that can back away from it when they're confronted about it?

Yeah, and this really brings us into another issue that deals very much with the same type of circumstances here. Following the money for the pro Hamas capital protests that were not only backed by democratic extremists, but they have been supported financially by pro Hamas organizations. And we really need to talk about who's funding this insanity. I was in D.C. with you, and all of a sudden, by the time I left, you know, the capital area, you had this. This. You call it an insurrection. It's the favorite word of the media. And no one, of course, is going to get in trouble for this. And the FBI is not going to come knocking on people's doors. They're not going to be demanding bank records or hotel records of who was in town on that day. But they decided that they were going to go all in for the terrorists on Capitol Hill. And this is being funded by organizations and people, and no one seems to be asking the question, hey, where's this money coming from?

Well, unfortunately, big business has been behind much of the radical Marxist movement in this country, especially Black Lives Matter. But you're right, the corporate media has no interest in following the money in terms of the Hamas sympathizers, those who Support terrorism, those who hate Israel instead. Much of the corporate media operates as the propagandist for the Hamas terrorists, including as we discussed at great length, repeating the Hamas false propaganda that Israel had bombed a Palestinian hospital. We now know that was an utter lie, but it didn't stop CNN and the New York Times and much of the corporate media from trumpeting it as loudly as they could.

Yeah, it is really, I think, shocking to see this and if you look at the compare and contrast here to, to, to what happened also with Clarence Thomas. We did a lot about Clarence Thomas on this show and the attacks on him, a character assassination on him. They do. They've done everything to undermine him. And a lot of this money can be connected the same type of donors.

Well, that's exactly right. And also on Sunday, Tablet magazine came out with a story that is entitled Pro Hamas Capital Protest Backed by Democratic Dark Money. And there were about 300 protesters who were arrested in the Capitol on October 18th. And the demonstration, by the way, it featured a speech from Rashida Tlaib repeating the lie that Israel had bombed the hospital in Gaza. We now know that's a lie. It had been reported that it was a lie at the time she said it. And yet she was perfectly happy to stand up and be at an active, an aggressive member of the Hamas propaganda effort. Well, these groups the were organized by an organization called Jewish Voice for Peace and if not now, which is described by the New York Times as quote, both of them as quote, Jewish anti Zionist group. So understand that they're saying they're Jewish but they hate Israel. Anti Zionist means you do not believe Israel should exist. You are opposed to the existence of the state of Israel. That's what these groups mean. But, but to understand these groups, the Jewish Voice for Peace received $340,000 from the Rockefellers Brothers Fund between 2019 and 2023 and 75,000 from the Tides foundation in 2019. And for the much smaller inn, if not now, Those numbers were $160,000 from the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and $45,000 from the Tides Foundation. And the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and the Tides foundation both are funding radical leftist Marxist endeavors and they are explicitly behind the efforts to smear Clarence Thomas. And, and, and if you go back to the Washington examiner, which said as far back as its 2022 funders, the Washington examiner can reveal that the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, which has supported climate groups and said in 2015 it had a, quote, moral obligation to divest from supporting pro fossil fuel groups, gave $50,000 to fix the Court according to tax forms and Fix the Court is of course the left wing shell company that exists to smear Clarence Thomas and to attack the U.S. supreme Court and undermine the rule of law.

Yeah, it is, I think one of those things that's going to have to become more of a focus for conservatives to expose where this money is coming from. And Black Lives Matter is a great example of that. Just going back to what happened. There were so many of those agitators nationwide that were not doing it because they believed it. They were hired and paid for with dark money to show up to their events and rallies and protests, and they were paid to be there. It wasn't organic. It was organized by this dark money behind the scenes. And they're just continuing this model for any extreme issue or social issue or anti Israel issue they can get their hands on. And it's frustrating because the media doesn't want to look into their money either. It's so, it's so dishonest. If you have a massive amount of people randomly show up on a Tuesday in Washington, D.C. why isn't that a reporter doesn't ask the first question, hey, is this authentic or is this a paid propaganda by somebody with dark money? How hard is it to do your job in that scenario? I don't get it.

Yeah. And look, it's not complicated to ask, okay, who paid your travel expenses? Who paid your hotel? Is someone paying you to be here? Are you on? Are you getting a paycheck? The media doesn't care. They don't want to know. They don't ask those questions because they support the agenda of the radical left. This is all intertwined. The Democrat dark money organizations, big business, big media, the Marxist organizations, the anti American organizations, the anti Israel organizations, the anti Semitic organizations, they are all intimately intertwined.

Yeah. It also brings up just a side note here. You and I both saw this and it's like, it's about time the save the world, save the environment. Greta Thunberg, she came out in support of Hamas and now everybody's had to, no pun intended, cool off to Greta for a little bit because she's now out there backing the Palestinians in Gaza and supporting Hamas. And this was the darling of the left who said that we were all going to die and that the biggest threat to her was those that did fossil fuels and those that didn't believe with its extreme green religion. And now all of a sudden she's supporting terrorists really well.

And Greta Thunberg, she tweeted out to the world, quote, the world needs to speak up and call for an immediate ceasefire, justice and freedom for Palestinians and all civilians affected. And she also shared on her Instagram account a post by a German based pro Palestinian account which says a, quote, genocide is happening in Gaza. And yeah, and you got to understand, look, this is who the radical left is. They hate Israel, they embrace antisemitism. Now, interestingly enough, Thunberg's tweet has since been deleted. I just clicked on it a second ago and I come to a post that says this tweet has been deleted. So the pushback, what was enormous, but it is. And in fact, the group that she reposted, Palestine Speaks, explicitly celebrated Hamas's mass murder and its attack on Israel two weeks ago and talked of its, quote, indignation against genocide in Gaza and the repressive state terror of many Western states against anyone who shows acts in solidarity with the Palestinians. And, and listen, if you're a radical environmentalist, you probably believe this nonsense because again, they are fellow travelers. And I will point out that a spokesman for the Israeli army told Politico, quote, whoever identifies with Greta in any way in the future, in my view, is a terror supporter. Because what Greta is doing, that she is now showing solidarity with Gaza while not saying a word about the massacres of Israelis, shows that she is not actually in favor of the Palestinians, but she is sweeping the terror of the Palestinians or Hamas and Islamic Jihad under the table as if it did not exist. Now, Thunberg afterwards realized that, that she was a bit too open about the left's embrace of anti Israel, anti Semitic statements. And so she put out a follow up quote that said, we're of course against any type of discrimination and condemn antisemitism in all forms and shapes. This is non negotiable. You know what she didn't do? She didn't say the claim that Israel is committing a genocide in Gaza is a flat out lie. She didn't say Hamas terrorists are the ones targeting civilians. She didn't say Hamas terrorists murdering children, raping women and young girls is deplorable. She said none of that. She just said, oh, oh no, I'm still anti Israel, but of course anti Semitism is bad.

Want to go back to one of your favorite texts that you've ever gotten to read on verdict and it has exploded this week with the Biden crime family. And I want to make sure we spend some real time on this. I'm going to tell everybody listening right now you're going to want to share this. There is that famous tweet or not tweet I should say WhatsApp message that went viral from Hunter Biden sitting there with his father and it went to Z, that's the Chinese business partner when they demanded their they closed their 10 million dollar deal. Now that that that text and we'll read it in a minute is now Connected to Joe Biden paying nearly $2.75 million in cash for his beach house. Within weeks of Hunter sending the threatening text that Chinese business partner demanding to close the 10 million dollar deal. Now this, they bought this six bedroom beach house in June of 2017 for 2.744 million in cash. The transaction we now learn was within weeks of that questionable text that Hunter sent to that Chinese associate demanding they get their money. And it be tonight when he said, I'm sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Well, you now put that together with some other info that we talked about on this show. And the accounting problems for the present start to really glow in front of you off the page if you're an accountant. What do I mean by that? Well, we're now learning that there were some issues with their taxes and money that's missing. In 2017, the first year Joe Biden was out of office. After 36 years in the Senate and eight more as vice President, the couple declared an income of 11 million and a FIR a further 4.58 million in 2018. Here's the problem. Between 17 and 19, Joe Biden, the first lady reported 16.5 million in gross income on their federal tax returns. That's what was released by the Biden campaign. An analysis published last year shows a 5.2 million dollar discrepancy between his IRS filings and his Office of Government Ethics disclosures for that same time period. That you combine this now and you look at the Office of Government Ethics filing for the same period and Joe only reported 9.6 million income for himself and his wife. Well, here's something else that's interesting. We now have an official check for $200,000 that was written from his brother and his wife to Joe Biden on the same exact day that money was transferred in from a shady business deal. So we now have missing money and a lot of cash going to the President and him paying two plus million dollars in cash for a house and millions missing from his from his filings. Well, if you start adding the money up, you can see where the money went. It may have quite possibly just gone directly to his favorite place to hang out on the weekends at beach house.

More and more news keeps coming out that is damning of Joe Biden and that ties him personally to the corruption of his entire family. His family had a business and the business was selling favors from Joe Biden. And it was a very lucrative business that it was a business that, that produced tens of millions of dollars. We know about the WhatsApp that, that, that Hunter sent. And I'll remind you what it, what it says. I'm going to read from it. Quote, I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand. And now means tonight. And Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father. Now, that was sent on July 30, 2017, the month before June of 2017. It's now being reported that Joe Biden purchased his six bedroom Rehoboth beach beach house for $2,744,001 in cash. Now, I don't know about you, but most people don't have $3 million in cash just laying around. But if you're busy shaking down the Chinese Communists for millions of dollars, and if you're busy shaking down Ukrainian oligarchs for millions of dollars, that has a way of producing millions of dollars of cash laying around. And I'll point out also that we do not know from GPS data whether or not Hunter Biden was in fact sitting next to Joe Biden when he sent that text. We would if the Biden DOJ had allowed the investigators to examine that GPS data. But explicitly, according to the IRS whistleblowers, the Biden DOJ said, no, you are not allowed to check on GPS whether Hunter was telling the truth, whether he's physically sitting next to Joe Biden. Because as we've talked about at great length, it seems there's no higher priority for the Biden DOJ than protecting the Biden White House from any accountability or culpability for his criminal conduct. But we do know that there's a photo of Hunter Biden outside of his father's Delaware home on the exact day that he sent the text to his Chinese business partner. So that certainly suggests there's a lot of smoke there. And the corporate media has no interest in examining the fire that produced that smoke.

I don't know of a single instance where I can say he was, you know, on the record as overstating something and having to walk it back with this investigation. He's very, very methodical, very cool, calm and collected. He has been telegraphing that this is just the tip of the iceberg. And more direct links of cash to the Biden president. The President Biden. Right. Joe Biden from this family business is going to be coming out this week. I think it's going to shock everybody.

Well, we already have a check that Joe Biden's brother, James Biden wrote to Joe, and it is a check for $200,000 from his brother in 2018. And it is the same day that a distressed rural hospital operator wired $200,000 to James Biden and his wife, Sarah Biden, to their bank account. And, and by the way, in their.

Bankruptcy filing, they said they were hiring Biden's for political influence. They were solely hiring them because they thought they could bring an investor in from overseas and, and have political influence over their coming to maybe help them when they were in financial distress. That's in their actual documents from their bankruptcy filing that no one in the media is covering as well.

Well, the Daily Caller has covered it and here's what they said. They said, quote, In 2018, James Biden received $600,000 in loans from AmeriCorps, a financially distressed and failing rural hospital operator. According to bankruptcy court documents, James Biden received those loans, quote, based upon representations that his last name, Biden could open doors and that he could obtain a large investment from the Middle east based on his political connections. Now, you might say, okay, that's James. That's the brother. He's just selling influence and access. Well, except for the fact that he wrote a $200,000 check. And in fact, the Daily Caller continues, quote, On March 1, 2018, AmeriCorps wired a $200,000 loan into James and Sarah Biden's personal bank account, not their business bank account. And then on that very day, James Biden wrote a $200,000 check from the same personal bank account to Joe Biden. So it's very hard for Joe Biden to claim he has nothing to do with it when the check is made out to Joe Biden for that exact amount.
