Good Wednesday morning, Ben Ferguson with you. It's so nice to have you with us on the 47 Morning Update. And here are the big stories we're covering today. First up, Donald Trump and Musk give an update on going all in against government waste with new money they found that is in essence been completely stolen from you, the taxpayer. What's on the list? I have it for you in just a moment. Also, big government secrets to be declassified. And there's a member of Congress that's going to be leading the way on letting you know about what the government has not been telling you or maybe what they've been hiding from you. And finally, Democrats trying to figure out how to stop Donald Trump. Well, now they are leaning on liberal activist judges to enact lawfare to stop Trump at all costs. It's the 47 Morning Update and it starts right now.

Story number one.

Under Joe Biden, FEMA took away money from Americans in need of disaster relief and spent it on five star hotels for illegal immigrants in New York City. What were we told? We were told that FEMA had no money for Americans in East Palestine, Ohio, no money for Americans in western North Carolina after the hurricane and the flooding that came through there in Tennessee. But FEMA had an extra $1 billion to spend on illegals. How is this not criminal is the question that was asked by Elon Musk. Well, the president of the United States and Elon Musk had a press conference in the White House talking about what they have found. A perfect example of this is when Elon Musk said that there is apparently 150-year-old individuals in America who are receiving Social Security benefits. Now if you're 150 years old, I want to meet you and so does Elon.

You know, that's crazy things like just cursory examination of Social Security. And we've got people in there that are 150 years old. Now. Do you know anyone is 150? I don't. Okay. They should be on the Guinness Book of World Records. They're missing out. So, you know, that's a Case where like, I think they're probably dead, it's my guess. Or they should be very famous. One of the two.

They're probably dead or they should be very famous. And I'm sure the President would love to meet the 150 year olds. Notice he didn't say one. It was plural. That have been receiving these checks that your tax dollars have been going to. Now, what are the Democrats doing to try to stop 150 year olds from getting checks from Social Security, which we clearly know they're not alive and these people are long gone, yet somebody's getting this money. It is called pure corruption. Well, President Trump said, guess what? The Democrats aren't trying to help clean up the system at all. In fact, what they're actually trying to do is come after us to stop us from exposing your tax dollars being wasted.

Billions and billions of dollars in waste, fraud and abuse. And I think it's very important. And that's one of the reasons I got elected. I say we're going to do that. Nobody had any idea it was that bad and that corrupt. And it seems hard to believe that judges want to try and stop us from looking for corruption, especially when we found hundreds of millions of dollars worth much more than that in just a short period of time. We want to weed out the corruption. And it seems hard to believe that a judge could say, we don you to do that. So maybe we have to look at the judges because that's very serious. I think it's a very serious violation.

Elon Musk also said that those in our government that are getting rich, maybe they should actually be investigated. What is he referencing? It's odd. He says just how many people have been able to make tens of millions of dollars off of a one hundred and something thousand dollars salary each year. And maybe it's time for us to see if these elected officials are putting themselves ahead of the American people. That could be one big reason why Democrats do not want to be exposed by Elon Musk and Doge.

And also could you mention some of the things that your team has found, some of the crazy numbers, including the woman that walked away with about 30 million. Right.

Well, we do find it sort of rather odd that, you know, there are quite a few people in the bureaucracy who have ostensibly a salary of a few hundred thousand dollars, but somehow to accrue tens of millions of dollars in net worth while they are in that position, which is, you know, what happened at usaid, we're just curious as to where it came from. Maybe they're very good at investing, which case we should take their investment advice, perhaps. But just there seems to be mysteriously, they get wealthy. We don't know why, where does it come from? And I think the reality is that they're getting wealthy at the taxpayer expense. That's the honest truth of it. So, you know, we're looking at, we're.

Looking at what we'll say a handful of people. You go back to the main statement he said there. It's odd that there are people in the bureaucracy, meaning in our US Government with a salary of a few hundred thousand dollars, but somehow a cure, tens of millions in net worth. That is happening all over the place. We know about the corruption with what many would describe as insider trading. How is it that Nancy Pelosi, making $200,000 a year, has become so wealthy, or Mitch McConnell or Chuck Schumer or Elizabeth Warren? That is the question that he is asking and now saying we demand answers. And one other final thing. One of the messages that Elon Musk and Donald Trump wanted to send to the media and also to the American people is that, hey, we're working for you and we're not going to back down because we have this mandate. The American people told us to do this job.

The people voted for major government reform. There should be no doubt about that. That was on the campaign. The President spoke about that at every rally. The people voted for, for major government reform. And that's what people are going to get. They're going to get what they voted for. And that's what democracy is all about.

That's what democracy is all about. Now, the Democrats, and I'll tell you more about this in a moment, are doing everything they can to try to stop this because they cannot stand that they're being exposed with their corruption.

Now, story number two.

Some government secrets like are there aliens? Are a question that many Americans kind of laugh about. Are there UFOs? Right. Wouldn't you love to know? Well, we are now going to get the answers of what the government may have been hiding from the American people. Representative Anna Paulina Luna has announced that she will lead the task force on the declassification of federal secrets. Another promise that Donald Trump said during the campaign. What will be included in these government secrets that you're going to hear about? It's a lot more than just UFOs. Are aliens real? Take a listen.

With a stroke of a pen, he committed to declassifying the files concerning the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. A decision not just monumental, but pivotal. It is with profound honor that I have been entrusted by Speaker Mike Johnson and Chairman James Comer to lead the House Force or the House Oversight Task Force on Declassification of Federal Secrets. Together with the help of the White House, our intelligence allies, the Department of Defense, the Department of Justice, we will be conducting investigations into the following. The assassinations of JFK, RFK and Dr. Martin Luther King. Unidentified aerial phenomena, also known as UAPs and unidentified submerged objects, also known as USOs. The Epstein client list, the origins of COVID 19 and the 911 files. This task force will be a beacon of bipartisanship on the Republican side. Representatives Burchett, Boebert, Burleson, Crane, Gill and Mace will be joining me. Although I'd like to note that I'm expanding this to the entire governing body and will be allowing certain amounts members to wave on. Our first hearing is set for March. The date will be announced soon. And we have. We've already initiated close to a dozen communications with various agencies to include Pam Bondi at the Department of Justice and the Secretary of State. This will no longer be a task force that makes bold promises only to fade into irrelevance or send strongly worded letters. This will be a relentless pursuit of truth and transparency and will not stop until the. Until the American people have the answers they deserve. We will cut through the bureaucracy, challenge the stonewalling and ensure that the American people finally get the truth that they have been denied for too long. If we are to endure and thrive as a nation, we must restore trust. Trust through transparency. The American people must be trusted to think for themselves. To form their own judgments from the truth that they are entitled to know. We've been treated like children for too long and kept in the dark by those we elected to serve us. It is my solemn duty to begin mending this trust to form a new relationship between the government and the governed. Let us embark on this journey together towards a government that does not just serve, but one that enlightens.

It's amazing just how quickly a government can change because of one man being elected to President. And the transparency that they're now promising the American people. On top of protecting your dollars. Now I'll go through that list quickly. The 911 files will be made public. The Jeffrey Epstein files, his clients, they will be made public. The RFK killing, the senator, Robert F. Kennedy's killing, Dr. Martin Luther King's killing, the COVID 19 origins, and even UFOs. What is interesting is how quickly they're moving on this. One of the promises that Representative Anna Paulina Luna said is this is not going to be a press conference and then nothing ever happens. You, the American people, deserve to know what the government's been hiding for you, much of this for decades. So get ready, my friends. Some of this may be really shocking and other parts may be, well, not as exciting as you were hoping for. But at the end of the day, it's all about government transparency with Donald Trump back in the White House.

And lastly, story number three.

If there's one thing that we know right now, it's that Democrats are in disarray. They're in disbelief, they're angry, they're lashing out, and they're upset that what they've been doing and the control they've had in our government and the funneling of money to NGOs and even terrorist organizations is now being exposed. So how can they fight back? Well, apparently they're going back to something they feel has worked in the past. Lawfare, as liberal judges are now making unprecedented moves and efforts to shut down Donald Trump's agenda. It only took them three weeks into President Trump's second term, and the Democratic Party is clearly rudderless. They lack compelling, charismatic leadership. They are rapidly losing ground in the culture war that they dominated for so long. They don't have any favorable issues or narratives that are breaking out into the broader culture consciousness. Their tried and true tactic of public shaming and cancellation, well, hasn't worked. Even though they keep coming after conservatives. We clearly now are living in different times. But there's one element of the activist left that still poses a significant threat to Donald Trump and his agenda and its lawfare. Many of the same elements of our system of justice that were used to harass, to bankrupt and even try to jail President Donald Trump in years past are unfortunately still in place and are now being weaponized against the MAGA movement. Here are several of the activist judges who are trying to take control of the government for the deep state as we speak. A judge by the name of Angel Kelly is a U.S. district Court for the District of Massachusetts nominated by President Joe Biden, who is granted restraining order against the NIH funding cuts. Kelly has a history of judicial activism, and this is hardly a secret. As Senator Elizabeth Warren said in 2021 that Judge Kelly has made it a personal mission to bring about change through her role on the bench. Yes, this is a real statement, a real quote, and it is entirely accurate. This judge does not believe her job is to actually enforce the law, but to actually do radical things to change the country. Another judge, a senior judge by the name of Amy BERMAN Jackson. The U.S. district Court for the District of Columbia nominated by Barack Obama recently made news by temporarily reinstating the fired head of the Office of Special Counsel, a Biden appointee, Judge John McConnell Jr. Of the U.S. district Court for the District of Rhode Island. He is a major Democratic donor and he is attempting to block another spinning freeze from Trump and is even taking the extreme approach of threatening the administration officials with criminal charges if it is not reversed. Yes, this is another judge, an activist judge who is working clearly for the deep state. And finally, another senior judge by the name of Colleen Collar Cottelli is a U.S. district Court for the District of Columbia and a nominee of President Bill Clinton. This judge stood against Trump's efforts to cut government excess by blocking Doge from obtaining access to certain Treasury Department payment records, which handles an estimated 90% of all federal payments. This judge is also known for having sent seven pro life activists to federal prison in a particularly cruel fashion. These are just some of the judges that are coming out of the woodworks to try to stop the agenda of the American people. Remember, it is a mandate from the people that have given Donald Trump the chance to do what he's doing now, and these judges are standing in the way.
