Welcome. It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz. Ben Ferguson with you. And we have got a lot to cover on this episode on top of the fact that there is more breaking news coming out of the Biden crime family. But we have a new FD 1023 form that is alleging that the then Vice President Joe Biden was involved in a $5 million bribery scheme with Burisma Executive. It's now been released by Senator Chuck Grassley. We're going to go through that. Plus we also have some new breaking news that deals with corruption with the President's sister, Valerie Biden. Senator, let's start with this. FD 1023. This comes on the heel of our two part series that we did that went viral last week with James Comer. And thank you for everybody that shared this on social media. It was in the top of the charts, both episodes at the same time in the top 50 on Apple because of great patriots like all of you that are listening that share this on social media. If you missed it, go back and listen to it because it was being downloaded by a lot of people over the weekend as well. People that may not have followed this story from the very beginning. Center and now we have this FD 1023. Explain what this is and why this is so significant that Chuck Grassley has put it out.

Well, let me first underscore what you just said about Thursday and Friday's episodes last week. What we did Thursday and Friday was a two part series where we did an exclusive interview with James Comer, the chairman of the House Oversight Committee. And he came immediately after an entire day of conducting hearings with the two IRS whistleblowers. And he came and sat down with us for an hour and listen anywhere else you get news about what's going on, you get it in a snippet. You get it in a little bit here or there. James goes on all sorts of shows. He goes on things like Hannity. I do Hannity all the time as well. You know, you go on with Sean, you get maybe six or eight minutes. We sat down with James for an hour walking through in detail what are the facts, what are the allegations, what do we know, what are the legal claims? And it is for anyone that really wants to know what's the state of play in the evidence that has amassed against Joe Biden against Hunter Biden, against Merrick Garland. Listen to Thursday and Friday's podcast. That two part series, it was designed to really encapsulate all of it. Today's podcast follows up on that with another major development that occurred late last week, which is late last week Chuck Grassley and Chairman Comer together released the FD 1023. Now we've talked a lot about the FD 1023. That is the report the FBI made when a confidential human source made serious allegations of bribery against Joe Biden from when he was the sitting Vice President of the United States. And you'll recall I asked the Deputy Director of the FBI under oath, do you have the FD 1023? He refused to acknowledge it. I asked, will you give it to Congress? He refused to commit to doing so. Well, Grassley and Comer, they had a copy of it and they essentially said to hell with it, we're putting it out. And they released it. I'm going to encourage everyone go and read it. It's four pages. And, and when you read it, if you're not horrified, if you're not immediately asking why didn't the FBI seriously thoroughly investigate this? If you're not asking why didn't this lead the 6 o'clock news on every station, then you're not paying attention to the document. So I think what, what is valuable for this podcast to do is for us to walk through what the document says. So is the document from the FBI it says unclassified at the top of it, and yet the FBI wanted to keep it secret even though it was Never classified. And FD 1023 as a report from a confidential human source. And it says at the top that it's a telephonic meeting that occurred on June 30, 2020, so before the last election. And it says source reporting the confidential human source reported the following the first meeting with Burisma executives in kyiv, Ukraine in 2015 or 2016. In late 2015 or 2016, during the Obama Biden administration, the confidential human source was first introduced to officials at Ukraine natural gas business Burisma holdings through and something is blocked out Alexander Ostapenko Confidential Human source and Ostapenko traveled to Ukraine and went to Burisma's office that was located 20 minutes away from the city center. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss Burisma's interest in purchasing a US based oil and gas business for purposes of merging it with Burisma. For purposes of conducting an IPO in the U.S. burisma was willing to purchase a U.S. based entity for 20 to 30 million dollars. At this meeting was the confidential human source the confidential human sources business partner. And then there's a little bit redacted Ostapenko Burisma CFO Vadim Por Jarsky a little bit more is blocked out. And then Karina Zlochevsky, who's the daughter of Barisma CEO and founder Mikola's Lo Chevsky and her husband. The conversation was in Russian. During the meeting, Pojarski asked the confidential human source whether the confidential human source was aware of Burisma's board of directors. The confidential human source replied no. And Pojarski advised that the board members included, number one, the former president or prime minister of Poland, and number two, Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden. Pojarski said that Burisma hired the former president or prime minister of Poland to leverage his contacts in Europe for prospective oil and gas deals. And they hired Hunter Biden to quote, protect us through his dad from all kinds of problems. Confidential human source asked why they barista needed to get confidential human sources assistance regarding the purchase merger of a US Based company when Biden was on their board, replied that Hunter Biden was not smart and they wanted to get additional counsel. The group then had a general conversation about whether the purchase merger with a US company would be a good business decision. Okay, that's page one.

That's shocking by the way. Let's just, let's just dissect that for a second, Senator. You, you, you basically have a confidential source saying here they're doing a massive deal. The only thing that would involve the Biden crime family is influence peddling and that's what they're getting paid for here. And you have this confidential source of saying, yeah, this is what they did. This is how it worked. They wanted influence in America. They needed, they need somebody to help them make this happen that had political clout and cover and could make things happen and move things and get things out of the way. And that's what the Bidens were selling.

And let's be clear, it's not what Hunter could do. Go back and recall exactly what this says. They hired Hunter Biden to quote, protect us through his dad. Yeah, from all kinds of problems. That's a quote. That quote, if accurate, is what Hunter was selling is favors from daddy, who was the sitting Vice President of the United States. That is illegal. You are not allowed to sell for profit favors from a sitting government official. All right, so that's page one. But, but, but it actually astonishingly gets worse. So it goes on from there. It says meeting with confidential human source Ostapenko and Nicholas Lo Chesky in Vienna. Vienna, Austria in 2016, approximately one or two months after the aforementioned Burisma meeting in Ukraine, the confidential human source traveled to Vienna, Austria with Ostapenko and met with Nicholas Loki at an outside coffee shop. The trio continue to talk about the feasibility of Burisma acquiring a US based entity, the confidential human source recalled. This meeting took place around the time Joe Biden made a statement, a public statement about former Ukraine Prosecutor General Victor Shokin being corrupt and that he should be fired, slashed, removed from office. The confidential human source told Slow Chesky that due to Shokin's investigation into Burisma, which was made public at this time, it would have a substantial negative effect on Barisma's perspective. IPO in the United States Zlochevsky replied something to the effect of quote, don't worry, Hunter will take care of all of those issues through his dad, end quote. Confidential human source did not ask any further questions about what that specifically meant. The confidential human source asked Lo Chevsky why Burisma would pay 20 to 30 million dollars to buy a US company for IPO purposes when it would be cheaper to just form a new U.S. entity or purchase a corporate shell that was already listed on an exchange. Slochevsky responded that Hunter Biden advised Burisma that it could raise much more capital if Burisma purchased a larger US based business that already had a history in the US oil and gas sector. The confidential human source recalled. Zlochevsky mentioned some US based gas businesses in Texas, the names of which the confidential human source did not recall Slochevsky mentioned. The confidential human source advised Slochevsky it would be problematic to raise capital in the US given Shokin's investigation into Burisma as nobody in the US would invest in a company that was the subject of a criminal investigation. The confidential human source suggested it would be best if Burisma simply litigate the matter in Ukraine and pay some attorney $50,000. Slochevsky said he Burisma would likely lose the trial because he could not show that Burisma was innocent. Slow Kacheski also laughed at the confidential human sources Number of $50,000 not because of the small amount but because the number contained a five and said that quote it cost 5 million to pay one Biden and 5 million to another Biden.

Now I got to stop you there Senator. That what this man is saying is I straight up bribed the then Vice President United States of America with $10 million that went into his family business that doesn't exist without him and his position of power and laughed about the idea of paying $50,000 to a lawyer. But it's normal to pay 10 million to the Biden family members to protect your interests. That is bribery through and through.

Now, to be clear, in Ukraine, and sadly, in many of the former Soviet republics, bribery is a fact of life. It is how businesses behave. They are used to bribing officials. Public officials are on the take. They collect money from companies. That's how oligarchs get rich, is they bribe public officials. The US Vice president, who is right now the sitting president of the United States, is not supposed to be a corrupt Russian or Ukrainian oligarch. Now, going Back to the FD 1023, the confidential human source noted that at this time, it was unclear to the confidential human source whether these alleged payments were already made. The confidential human source told Chesky that any such payments to the Bidens would complicate matters. There's some understatement and Burisma should hire, quote, some normal US Oil and gas advisors because the Bidens have no experience with that business sector. Slochevsky made some comments that although Hunter Biden, quote, was stupid and his lo Chev skis dog was smarter, end quote. Slow. Chesky needed to keep Hunter Biden on the board, quote, so everything will be okay.

So to be clear, they're admitting that Hunter Biden is dumb as a dog and he's just the guy we got to funnel the money through. And it's Joe Biden that keep your eye on the ball here. That's the guy we're really hiring. Hunter Biden is useless. This is how we funnel the money.

Yeah. And let me be clear, Ben. These are allegations. We don't know if this is true. We don't know if the confidential human source is telling the truth. We don't know if Slow Chefs. He said this. I don't know Hunter Biden. I don't know if he's smart or not. I have no idea. Um, I know he went to Yale. I don't know if that is because of daddy or not. Um, I'm simply reading what the FBI form says. The confidential human source says that Zlochesky said it could be false. It could be true. But I'll tell you, every paragraph contains Bob. Bombshells. The next sentence. The confidential human source inquired whether Hunter Biden or Joe Biden told Zlochevsky he should retain Hunter Biden. Zlochevsky replied, they both did. That's a straight up allegation that Joe Biden told this Ukrainian oligarch, hire my son and pay him money. Presumably, if you want favors from me, the vice president. The confidential human source reiterated his opinion that Slow Chesky was making a mistake and that he should fire Hunter Biden and deal with Shokin's investigation directly so that the matter will remain an issue in Ukraine and not turn into some international matter. Slochevsky responded, something to the effect of, don't worry, this thing will go away anyway. The confidential human source replied that notwithstanding Shokin's investigation, it was still a bad decision for burisma to spend 20 to 30 million dollars to buy a US business and that the confidential human source didn't want to be involved with the Biden matter. Slow Chesky responded that he appreciated the confidential human sources advice, but that, quote, it's too late to. To change his decision. The confidential Human source understood this to mean that Zlochevsky had already paid the Bidens, presumably to, quote, deal with Shokin. That's the end of the second meeting.

All right, let me just say this, and I understand you said earlier these are allegations, and that's a fair point. I think it's a great point that we should highlight. But let's look also center at the evidence for a second. We know from suspicious activity reports, yes or no, that $10 million came to the Bidens.

Okay. And we know that the President of the United States of America is on tape saying that he got the prosecutor fired in Ukraine, that that was going to go after the corruption within Burisma. And he bragged about holding up US Dollars, a billion dollars to get him fired. And that worked, correct?

Yes. And to go back to remember the first Trump impeachment, you remember the phrase quid pro quo?

Quid pro quo is a Latin phrase that means this for that. And it's right at the heart of an allegation for bribery. The. This, for that. The. This is some form of official favor. In this instance, there is no disputing that Joe Biden committed the quit, which is that he went to Ukraine, that he threatened to withhold a billion dollars in American military aid unless the Ukrainian president fired Victor Shokin, the same guy that this FD 1023 is talking about. We know that Joe Biden said, fire Shoken or else you're not getting the money. And we know this because Joe Biden has confessed this in an interview with the Atlantic Council on video. You could watch it. You can listen to it. In fact, listen to it right now. So this is. We're going to play you right now. Joe Biden admitting that he, as Vice President of the United States, got Victor Shokin fired. Take a listen.

I was not. I. But it just happened to be. That was the assignment I got. I got all the good ones. And so I got Ukraine. And, and I remember going over convincing our team, our others to convincing us that we should be providing for loan guarantees. And I went over, I guess the 12th, 13th time to Kyiv, and I was supposed to announce that there was another billion dollar loan guarantee. And I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action against the state prosecutor. And they didn't. So they said they had. They were walking out. The press conference said, no. I said, I'm not going to. We're not going to give you the billion dollars. They said, you have no authority. You're not the president. The president said. I said, call him. I said, I'm telling you, you're not getting a billion dollars. I said, you're not getting a billion. I'm going to be leaving here, and I think it was, what, six hours? I looked. I said, I'm leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor's not fired, you're not getting the money. Oh, son of a bitch got fired.

That is an admission the quid occurred. There is zero dispute that Joe Biden directly used his position as vice president to get Victor Shokin fired. The prosecutor who was investigating Barisma. That is undisputed. The only question is, was the quid for the quo, for the $10 million? So if it is the case that the oligarch who owned Burisma paid Joe Biden and Hunter Biden $10 million for that official act, then both are guilty of bribery, a felon, and both should go to jail. The only thing that is in question is did Barisma pay for the quo that Joe Biden indisputably, and that he admits he provided.

Now, you look at this document now and again, if there wasn't so much supporting evidence, you might just say, all right, well, this is just some random person making accusations. But when you piece it all together now, from what we have from suspicious activity reports, what we have from whistleblowers, and what we have from now, the president and his own admission, and now that we know the money came to the bank accounts and then was dispersed to the Biden family, this may be the most damning connections that we've had. Basically putting the entire web together at one moment in time.

So let's keep reading this FBI report. The next section, subsequent telephone calls between confidential human sources. Luchevsky 20162017 telephone call. Shortly after the 2016 US election and during President Trump's transition period, the confidential human source participated in a conference call with Ostapenko and Zlachevsky. The confidential human source inquired whether Slochevsky was happy with the US Election results. Slochevsky replied that he was not happy Trump won the election. The Confidential human source asked Levi whether he was concerned about Burisma's involvement with the Bidens. Slocheski stated that he didn't want to pay the Bidens and he was, quote, pushed to pay them. The confidential human source explained the Russian terms Loski used to explain the payments was polucile, which literally translates to got it or received it, but is also used in Russian criminal slang for being forced or coerced to pay. Slochevsky stated Shokin had already been fired and no investigation was currently going on and that nobody would find out about his financial dealings with the Bidens.

The confidential human source then stated, quote, I hope you have some backup proof for your words, namely that Zlochevsky was, quote, forced to pay the Bidens. Slow Chevsky replied that he has many text messages and quote, recordings that could show that he was forced to make such payments. The confidential human source told Slochevsky he should make certain that he should retain those recordings. Slochevsky asked whether it would make any legal difference whether he voluntarily made such payments or if he was forced to make them. Zochevsky then asked the Confidential human source whether he could provide any assistance in Ukraine with the Poroshenko regime if something were to happen to Zochevsky in the future. The Confidential human source replied that the Confidential Human source didn't want to get involved in any such matters. Note See the previous Confidential Human Source report dated March 1, 2017. We don't have that report wherein the Confidential Human source reported the foregoing and stated the call took place during the week of 2 27, 2017. At that time the Confidential Human store stated that Zlochesky briefly discussed Hunter Biden, but the topic was not relevant to Barisma's interest in acquiring a US based petroleum business for 50 to 100 million dollars. At this time the Confidential Human source also reported aforementioned Vadim Pasharski was assigned by Barisma to manage the acquisition and he was planning to travel to Washington D.C. in March of 2017. Next Section 2019 telephone call after the aforementioned 2016 call, the confidential human source had no interactions with Slochevsky or burisma whatsoever until 2019. In 2019, the confidential human source met with Ostropenko in London to discuss various business matters which had nothing to do with Slochevsky Burisma, the oil and gas industry. The confidential human source noted that his meeting with Ostapenko took place at a, quote, Russian coffee house near Knightsbridge street, located near Harrod's department store and that Ostapenko's fiance lives in London. At some point during the meeting, Ostapenko advised the confidential human source that he was going to call Zochevsky. At this time, the confidential human source understood Zlochevsky was living somewhere in Europe. During the call, Zochevsky asked the confidential human source and or Ostapenko if they had read the recent news reports about the investigations into the Bidens and Burisma. And Slocheski jokingly asked the confidential human source if the confidential human source was an oracle. Due to the confidential human sources prior advice that Slochevsky should not pay the Bidens but instead hire an attorney to litigate the allegations concerning Shokin's investigation. The confidential human source mentions Luchevsky might have difficulty explaining suspicious wire transfers that may evidence any illicit payments to the Bidens. Slow Chesky responded that he did not send any funds directly to the quote big guy. Same phrase used elsewhere.

Parentheses which the confidential human source understood was a reference to Joe Biden. The confidential human source asked Slochevsky how many companies slash bank accounts. Slow Chesky controls. Slow Chesky responded that it would take them investigators 10 years to find the records that is illicit payments to Joe Biden. The confidential human source told Zochef Ski if he ever needed help in the future and wanted somebody in the US Government to speak wanted to speak to somebody in the US Government about the matter. The confidential human source could introduce him to someone.

Now, to be clear, we asked James Comer about that. That quote, right. The 10 years. This was just the arrogance of, of not only the Bidens, but also Burisma. They thought that they had perfected this scheme. And to be clear, Senator, if Joe Biden wouldn't, or Hunter Biden, I should say, wouldn't have left his laptop, we probably wouldn't have known any of this. It was all because he left his laptop. And without that laptop, this scheme would have worked perfectly. This bribery would have worked.

You know, it makes you wonder if Slochevsky's dog was smarter.

Think the dog left a laptop at a repair. At a repair shop with all the incriminating information to be found.

Well, and this brings up the other question, and I want to read between the lines here for a second. There was also one thing that James Comer said to us as we were sitting there last week. And he said, there's more and there's the other brother. And he mentioned the other brother. And he also said there's more money in other places that would be coming out that he believed. And the dollar amount keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger that we think is coming out as well as we find more. I mean is there any reason to believe that this wasn't happening say 10 years ago, 12 years ago, 15 years ago, 20 years ago with the Bidens? Based on what we're witnessing now with.

Criminal conduct, if someone has a pattern, you expect the pattern to repeat it. And actually the next paragraph of the FD 1023 shows that this was a way of doing business. Here's what the next paragraph says regarding the seemingly open and unsolicited admissions by Pojarsky and Zlochevsky about the purpose for their retention of Hunter Biden and the forced payments Lozefski made to the Bidens. The confidential human source explained it is very common for businessmen in post Soviet countries to brag or show off. Additionally is extremely common for businesses in Russia and Ukraine to make bribe payments to various government officials. The confidential human source noted that in corporate budgets for other Russian and Ukrainian businesses which the confidential human source had inspected in the past, the confidential human source observed budget line items in Russian called podmozat which literally translates to quote oil, lubricate or make things run smoothly, end quote, which companies routinely use to account for and anticipated bribe payments as business. Given the pervasive necessity to bribe government officials in Ukraine and Russia, the confidential human source did not perceive Pojarsky or Zlochevsky statements to be unusual, self serving or protectual. Additionally, regarding important business meetings, it is also common in Ukraine or Russia for persons to make covert recordings. However, the confidential human source has only met Zlochesky in person on one occasion, has only spoken to him twice on the telephone. As such, the confidential human source is not able to provide any further opinion as to the veracity of Zevsky aforementioned statements, but it says right after that on June 29, 2020 the confidential human source provided the following supplemental reporting regarding the confidential human sources aforementioned reporting that slow Chesky said, quote, he has many text messages and recordings that shows he was coerced to make such payments. The confidential human source clarified that Zlochevsky said he had a total of 17 recordings involving the Bidens.

Now the coerce and I think this is an important point we have to make. He's saying he recorded these Senator because he was being coerced to make these payments. The only person you could argue that would be able to coerce him to make these payments would actually be the Bidens.

Well he says he has 17 recordings involving the Bidens. He says two of the recordings included Joe Biden and the remaining 15 recordings only included Hunter Biden. The confidential human source reiterated that per Slochevsky, these recordings evidence Lo Chesky was somehow coerced into paying the Bidens to ensure Ukraine Prosecutor General Victor Shokin was fired. Slocheski stated he has two documents which the confidential human source understood to be wire transfer statements, bank records, etc. That evidence some payments to the Bidens were made, presumably in exchange for Shokin's firings.

It makes perfect sense. Look, the only question is, is what this guy is saying credible? We have been told in the past we don't know who this confidential human source is. We've been told in the past that this source is someone the FBI had relied on and found credible previously, that they had. They had experience with a source and that he had been reliable. We don't know the details about that, but. But we also don't know. When I, when I interrogated the Deputy Director of the FBI about this FD 1023, he refused to acknowledge it existed. He refused to give it to the Senate Judiciary Committee. He refused to confirm the 17 voice recordings. He refused to say whether the FBI had the recordings. We don't know. You and I asked James Comer if the FBI had the recordings. He said he thought they didn't because he thought they never bothered to investigate. We have no idea. Because the FBI is so arrogant that their answer is, how dare you ask if we investigated this? They owe the American people more than that. And I got to say, Merrick Garland and Chris Ray and everyone involved in leadership of the DOJ and the FBI ought to be ashamed. They ought to come forward and say, in the face of these allegations, this is grave. This is alleging the sitting President of the United States took a bribe from a foreign national for official favors. The FBI owes the American people complete candor to say, we either investigated or we didn't. Here's what we investigated. Here's what we found. If they found this is false, they need to come forward and explain it. Why is it false? What about it is false? What did they do to determine whether it was true or false? They have not earned the right to simply say trust us. But that's what they're saying.

Apparently the IRS stopped from questioning Joe Biden's sister Valerie Biden Owens because she had intel information and about cash that she received from Hunter Biden. A whistleblower is now claiming this is now another member of the Biden crime family on the take well, that's exactly right.

So. So Valerie Biden Owens is Joe Biden's sister. They are very close. She has run his previous campaign. She is one of his closest advisors. And the news that has just broken is that Biden Owens received a payment via Venmo from the first son from Hunter Biden, according to an interview with IRS whistleblower Joseph Ziegler, who is one of the two IRS whistleblowers who gave testimony to the House. And Ziegler said, so I continually ask, can I go and interview them? And those were always met with no, said Ziegler, who was known as Whistleblower 2 in the ways and Means transcripts. And I think one of them was Valerie Owens that we talked about that I wasn't allowed to go and interview. So yet again, we now have a whistleblower. And remember, Ziegler is a career IRS employee. He is a Democrat. There's no reason to think he has bias against Joe Biden. And he is alleging not only did they handcuff the investigation, not only did they protect Hunter Biden, not only did they prevent any questions about Joe Biden, the big guy, but they wouldn't allow any questions directed to Valerie Owens about the money she received. And every day, the allegations and the evidence of corruption against what is now the entire extended Biden family. I mean, it really is amazing when you're involving your brother, your sister, your kids, your grandkids, your, I mean, your entire extended family is involved in this operation to be on the take from, among others, the Chinese, the Ukrainians, the Romanians. And as we broke news on the two part series last week with James Comer, the Russians as well, the Biden family there is evidence was receiving cash from China, Ukraine, Romania and Russia. You know, to paraphrase, it's good to be a Biden.
