How about something about a comedic tone?
Jack Armstrong
We have a winner. Yes. Listen to Armstrong and Getty on Demand on the iHeartRadio app, Apple, or wherever you get your podcasts. In the fall of 1986, Ronald Reagan found himself at the center of a massive scandal that looked like it might bring down his presidency. It became known as the Iran Contra affair. The things that happened were so bizarre.
Ben Ferguson
And insane, I can't begin to tell you.
Jack Armstrong
Please do. To hear the whole story. Listen to Iran Contra on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Dana Perino
This is the first that we are hearing from President Trump. Yesterday's horrific attack in Boulder, Colorado, will not be tolerated in the United States of America. He came in through Biden's ridiculous open border policy, which has hurt our country so badly. Acts of terrorism will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. My heart goes out to the victims and the great people of border Colorado.

Good Tuesday morning. It's so nice to have you with us on the 47 Morning Update, and we've got some very big news for you. So I'm going to say at the beginning, please make sure that you share this podcast wherever you can. Also hit the subscribe or auto download button so you do not miss an episode. Story number one is going to shock you, and it's one that the media is not wanting you to know about. It is the evidence now that we have that Barack Obama ordered the FBI and the DOD J to not charge Hillary Clinton with any crimes when it came to her email server or massive amounts of classified information that she mishandled. In fact, the Clinton team knew there was no way she'd ever be charged with any crime. And James Comey, the FBI director, was in on it as well. I'll have all those details for you in just a moment. Speaking of the media lying, we also are going to cover what's going on in Colorado and more information about a radical terrorist and his plan to kill Jewish, innocent, elderly people. And finally, one of the biggest frauds in American government history, this time dealing with food stamps, has been uncovered and you'll be angry to find out just how much of your tax money was stolen. It's the 47 Morning Update and it starts right now. There are shocking new allegations that the FBI and the Department of Justice were ordered by Barack Obama not to arrest Hillary Clinton for espionage in violation of 18 U.S. code 793. In fact, Barack Obama effectively served as Hillary Clinton's personal lawyer. And there's a reason why this story, I'm telling you right now, is not going viral. In fact, there's silence in the media on this issue. And that's exactly I want you to share this podcast wherever you can so that we can get these details out. Here's what we know Former FBI lawyer Lisa Page testified before Congress that the DOJ advised the FBI not to pursue charges against Clinton for gross negligence in handling classified information. Page stated that the DOJ considered the term, quote, gross negligent to be constitutionally vague, influencing the decision not to proceed with his specific charge. The FBI director, James Comey, in a 2016 press conference described Clinton's actions as extremely careless, but concluded that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case, recommending that no charges be filed. Why did he say that? Because he was also protecting the Clinton family. President Barack Obama publicly stated that he guaranteed there would be no political influence in the FBI investigation investigation of the Clinton emails emphasizing that evidence, not politics, would dictate the outcome. But behind closed doors, he did the complete opposite of that with the new allegations that are coming forward. In fact, I want you to hear this report from Fox News and Bret.
Ben Ferguson
Baier about what the Obama Justice Department ordered federal lawyers to do and not to do concerning the Hillary Clinton email investigation, chief intelligence correspondent Kathryn Herridge tells.
Jack Armstrong
Us in sworn testimony on Capitol Hill.
Ben Ferguson
One of the insiders told lawmakers what.
Emily Compagno
She was told during closed door testimony last summer. Former FBI lawyer Lisa Page said the Obama administration's Justice Department advised the FBI not to pursue the gross negligence statute for Hillary Clinton in the mishandling of classified information. Former U.S. attorney and House Republican John Radcliffe led the line of questioning about the statute, known as 18 USC 793. Radcliffe, you're making it sound like it was the department that told you you're not going to charge gross negligence because we're the prosecutors, page interrupted. That is correct. Page's testimony appears to conflict with then FBI Director James Comey's recommendation in July 2016 against criminal charges for Clinton.
Jack Armstrong
What I can assure the American people.
Ben Ferguson
Is that this investigation was done honestly, competently and independently.
Emily Compagno
No outside influence of any kind was brought to bear. The Republican House Oversight and Judiciary Committee investigation ended in January. With Democrats now in control. The committee's new ranking Republican made the page transcript public.
Ben Ferguson
The transcript releases show an inherent two tier system. One in which Hillary Clinton gets the treatment that she got. Where they was actually at first concerned that they were going to charge her and then with Loretta lynch in charge before she recused herself, made it very clear that that was not going to happen.
Emily Compagno
The tip off came from a chart drawn up by federal investigators assigned to the Clinton case known as mid year exam. Fox News has confirmed that the chart lists listed possible federal statutes for prosecution. Next to gross negligence was a notation DOJ not willing to charge this only known cases are military cases. When accused lost the information. In response to the page revelations, the President tweeted the transcripts make the Obama Justice Department look exactly like it was a broken and corrupt machine. The page transcript also confirms Fox's earlier reporting. The page testified Russia collusion was still unproven when Special Counsel Robert Mueller was appointed.
Joe Getty
So let's just recap the facts as we know them now. Number one, the FBI and the DOJ were ordered by Barack Obama to not arrest Hillary Clinton. Why? Because they were protecting her at all costs. Number two, James Comey deliberately lied to the American people days before the election in 2016. And yes, he was also protecting the Clinton family at Barack Obama's orders. The CIA, John Radcliffe saying, quote, Lisa Page confirmed to me under oath that the FBI was was ordered by the Obama DOJ not to consider charging Hillary Clinton. In other words, no matter what crime she committed, no matter what she did with her emails, no matter what she did in destroying them, no matter what servers they were on, and no matter how much classified information she had in her possession that she was not supposed to have in a laptop or in emails or on a private server, it didn't matter. The FBI was under Barack Obama's orders, was never going to charge Hillary Clinton with anything. Whether it was gross negligence or the mishandling of classified information. All of this goes back to the single issue. How much were we lied to in this country by a corrupt deep state that was led by Barack Obama? Well, now we know just how bad it actually was. Next story number two. There's one thing that we know for sure. The media lied to us about the Egyptian illegal who lit innocent people on fire in Boulder, Colorado. We also know that the police chief in Boulder, Colorado played politics and didn't want to tell you the truth about this being a terrorist act. Well, that's not all they're covering up and that's part of the reason why we do this show. So you know exactly what is happening in this investigation. One thing is for sure is the Egyptian illegal immigrant who was led into this country during the Biden administration said he wanted to kill all Zionist people and had planned the attack for at least a year. Mohammed Suleiman has just been charged with a federal hate crime. Here is more of what we've learned from my good friends at fox and Kayleigh McEnany.
Ben Ferguson
We have some new details. Federal authorities releasing the charges for the man accused of setting eight people on fire in that targeted terror attack in Boulder, Colorado. Officials say he's now being charged with a hate crime. That's federally. And this is what they found. They found at least 14 unlit Molotov cocktails on his person along with that makeshift flamethrower. The Molotovs comprised of glass, wine, carrot bottles or ball jars containing clear liquid and red rags hanging out of the bottles. He made these himself. In fact, it says that he researched on YouTube how to do this. And later during an interview with the officials, the suspect stated outright and he's talking. He stated he wanted to, quote, kill all Zionist people and wished they were all dead. He also stated that he would do it again. Emily. He also said during this interview he specifically targeted the Zionist group that had gathered in Boulder. He knew they planned to meet that day, Sunday at 1pm he arrived at 12:55 and waited for them.
Dana Perino
I love that. He also said that he's been planning this attack for over a year, but he wanted to wait until his daughter graduated because he gets to make that choice. But what about the choice of the Jewish victims who don't get to make a choice when they are attacked or don't get to make a choice if they die, which by the way, with an attempt to murder, then the hate crime charge brings a life imprisonment sentence, which I hope he gets. This is so foul. And he also said that he learned on YouTube how to make a Molotov cocktail. This is what is being fomented right now, that someone has the audacity, the ability and the actionable information to Molotov cocktail and then flamethrow against peaceful Jewish citizens and gets the luxury of doing so after his daughter graduates, after he drives across the country and builds his Molotov cocktail with gas at the gas station. This is absolutely unacceptable. We know that there are questions surrounding his identity. Given that he's for some reason 21 on his identification, he shouldn't have been in this country. And now people are suffering for it, horrifically, including a Holocaust survivor. As you pointed out earlier, a Holocaust.
Joe Getty
Survivor is one of the victims of this individual. So the question you have to ask yourself is this, why is the media still covering up this story? Why are they not wanting to tell you that the terror suspect said, quote, he would do it again and showed no remorse to those as he was speaking in law enforcement? This also brings up another big story. We also have the largest ICE raid that's just been conducted, resulting in over 1400 illegals being arrested in Massachusetts. And the question is, how many more terrorists are out there that came to this country illegally? Just like Mohamed Solomon, the man who came from Egypt. Well, take a listen to what the ICE director had to say when talking about why they were forced to go into Massachusetts and do a massive cleanup.
Ben Ferguson
In the meantime, in Massachusetts, you had, I think, the largest ever raid, or at least netting of arrests of 1,461 people.
Emily Compagno
That's the largest so far. And those that were arrested, 790 of.
Ben Ferguson
Them had criminal convictions and 277 had what we were just talking about, final.
Emily Compagno
Orders of removal or deportation.
Ben Ferguson
Tell us more.
John Radcliffe
No. And Dana, it was a great operation. And the fact that it was over the course of a month really shows the commitment of the men and women of ICE here in Massachusetts and all over New England. And we took a whole of government approach. We used all of our partners to include diplomatic security, the U.S. marshals Service, ATF, FBI, DEA, to really locate and arrest these criminal aliens. One highlight for this operation is the fact that it was successful because we worked with our joint partners in a sanctuary state like Massachusetts, where it's extremely difficult. Where we had Operation Tidal Wave last month in Florida, there was a week long operation working with our state partners. That's a state that cooperates with us. Here in Massachusetts, we don't have any cooperation from the local departments or from the state, which makes it extremely difficult for ICE to get out there and find these bad guys.
Joe Getty
You think about how many prospective terrorists are among us that came across the border and were given, in essence, the ability to stay here and protection from the Biden Harris regime. When you look at what's happening in Massachusetts, where the state and local authorities are refusing to take out the bad guys, it tells you just how dangerous it is for every American, no matter where you live.
Jack Armstrong
And here is story number three.
Joe Getty
It is A story that is shocking but becoming all too normal. Six people, including a USDA employee have been busted in what is being described as a $66 million food stamp fraud scheme. A USDA employee responsible for identifying SNAP fraud allegedly sold hundreds of EBT numbers, enabling over 36 million in fraudulent snap redemptions at unauthorized stores. Michael Kehoe reportedly orchestrated a network that supplied the approximately 160 unauthorized EBT terminals to stores across the New York area to illegally process more than 30 million in EBT transactions. This is now going down in history as one of the largest food stamp frauds ever. The USDA employee and five others that have been now charged in the multi million dollar food stamp fraud and bribery scheme are being looked at for exactly what they are. Con artists that had access within our government to pull this off. The question now is where else could this be done around the country and how much of your tax dollars are being stolen by fraudulent terminals and fake people and fake food stamps that are actually just going to let people get extremely rich? There is one good thing. It's very clear now that the Trump administration is going all in to find this type of waste, fraud and abuse. And yes, Elon Musk may have moved on from what was always going to be a temporary role with Doge, but it doesn't mean that the work is stopping anytime soon. And this is a perfect example of it.

Time Stamps: [01:33] – [07:03]
The episode opens with a bombshell claim that former President Barack Obama personally directed the FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ) to refrain from prosecuting Hillary Clinton for her handling of classified information and her private email server during her tenure as Secretary of State.
Key Points:
Testimony of Lisa Page: Former FBI lawyer Lisa Page testified before Congress that the DOJ advised the FBI against charging Clinton under the "gross negligence" statute of 18 U.S. Code § 793. Obama’s Public vs. Private Stance: While President Obama publicly assured that there would be no political interference in the investigation, new allegations suggest that he acted contrary to these assurances behind closed doors.
Media Silence: The hosts argue that mainstream media outlets are suppressing this critical information, preventing it from going viral and keeping the American public uninformed.
Fox News Coverage: Ben Ferguson refers listeners to a Fox News report featuring Kathryn Herridge and Bret Baier, highlighting the discrepancy between public statements and private actions taken by the Obama administration ([04:52]).
Notable Quotes:
Analysis: The hosts emphasize the gravity of these allegations, suggesting a deep-seated corruption within the DOJ and FBI during Obama’s presidency. They call for listeners to share the podcast widely to disseminate this information, which they claim is being actively suppressed by the media.
Time Stamps: [07:03] – [13:17]
Ben Ferguson shifts focus to a disturbing terror plot in Boulder, Colorado, highlighting the failure of media and local authorities to adequately report and respond to the incident.
Key Points:
Terrorist’s Profile: Mohammed Suleiman, an Egyptian immigrant, orchestrated an attack targeting Jewish elderly individuals. He was found with multiple Molotov cocktails and a makeshift flamethrower, indicating premeditation and intent to cause mass casualties ([09:22]).
Detailed Planning: Suleiman admitted to planning the attack for over a year, waiting until his daughter graduated to carry out his heinous act ([10:21]).
Federal Charges: He has been federally charged with a hate crime, which could result in life imprisonment due to the severity and targeted nature of his actions ([10:21]).
Media and Law Enforcement: The hosts criticize the media for downplaying the incident and question why local authorities are not transparently addressing the motives and planning behind the attack ([09:22], [11:21]).
ICE Raid in Massachusetts: In connection with immigration issues, the podcast discusses a massive ICE operation in Massachusetts that resulted in the arrest of 1,461 individuals, including 790 with criminal convictions and 277 facing deportation. The lack of cooperation from local authorities in sanctuary states like Massachusetts is highlighted as a significant hurdle in combating illegal immigration and potential terrorism ([12:13] – [13:17]).
Notable Quotes:
Analysis: The discussion underscores the vulnerabilities in the U.S. immigration and law enforcement systems, suggesting that inadequate cooperation from local authorities in sanctuary states facilitates the entry and potential threat of terrorists. The hosts call for greater transparency and aggressive action to prevent such tragedies.
Time Stamps: [13:42] – [15:34]
The final major segment delves into one of the largest food stamp frauds in U.S. history, highlighting significant corruption within the USDA.
Key Points:

Method of Fraud: Kehoe orchestrated the distribution of approximately 160 unauthorized EBT terminals, facilitating illicit transactions and financial gain for the conspirators ([13:42]).
Scale and Impact: Six individuals, including Kehoe, were charged in connection with this multi-million-dollar fraud. The episode raises concerns about how widespread such fraudulent activities might be and the extent to which taxpayer money is being siphoned off ([13:42]).
Government Response: The Trump administration is portrayed as taking a strong stance against waste, fraud, and abuse in government programs, with ongoing efforts to identify and prosecute such conspiracies ([15:34]).
Notable Quotes:
Analysis: The hosts express outrage over the betrayal of public trust by government employees involved in large-scale fraud. They emphasize the necessity of stringent oversight and accountability within government programs to prevent such abuses and protect taxpayer resources.
