I thought it was absolutely disgusting. We saw on the global stage the organizers of the Olympics mocking Christians, mocking the Last Supper, mocking Jesus. It was absolutely disgraceful. We're going to get into that. We're also going to get into the tragic consequences of Joe Biden. And Kamala Harris is turning their backs on Israel. And we saw it with 12 children murdered by Hezbollah in the past couple of days as the enemies of Israel and the enemies of America are emboldened. We also saw at the same time three Palestinian terror suspects caught crossing the border illegally. The enemies of America are on the march because weakness in the White House, weakness from Kamala Harris, weakness from Joe Biden. It has real consequences and it's endangering not just America. It's a danger our allies.

And this was the first Olympics where my, my boys, I felt like were really old enough to get really excited about USA and the Olympics being seven and the twins being five. And the opening ceremonies have always been amazing, whether it's the guy shooting the arrow on fire into that cauldron that caught on fire or, or Muhammad Ali in Atlanta. There's amazing cool aspect of the opening ceremonies. And we watched it and we had to turn it off because it was so vile and grotesque and in your face for the world to see. Mocking Christianity, mocking people of faith and religion, but also just the sexualization of what we watch and witness in the very first moments for billions to see around the world.

Yeah, look, it was nothing short of disgusting. And during Friday's ceremony, there's a moment on the Dabili bridge over the Seine where there's a French DJ and producer named Barbara Bush who is described as a, quote, love activist. And Butch was wearing a blue dress with a silver headdress. And as the camera panned out, Butch is flanked by drag queens on both sides. And it was an obvious recreation of the Last Supper, except Butch was playing the role of Jesus and the drag queens were the apostles. And then in front of Butch, an almost naked man painted in blue rises up, which is meant to be Dionysus, the Greek God of wine making and vegetation and fertility and ecstasy on a dinner plate, surrounded by food. And he sings as the people around him dances. And the scene was really designed, I believe, to show contempt for Jesus, for Christianity, for people of faith. And look, you and I weren't the only people who reacted to that. The French Bishops Conference, which represents the Catholic bishops in France, said in a statement that the scene was a mockery and derision of Christianity and that people of faith were hurt by the outrageousness and provocation of certain scenes. Another bishop, Bishop Robert Barron in Minnesota, said in a video that it mocked, quote, a very central moment in Christianity. And listen, you want to know how bad it is? Let me read you the headline of USA Today this weekend. Quote, paris organizers apologize after critics say Last Supper was mocked. You done something wrong. If you're organizing the Olympics and the first thing you gotta do is apologize to the world because you've been so disrespectful and mocking. And to be clear, this is supposed to be about sports. This is supposed to be about a celebration of amateur athletes competing on behalf of their nations. And instead, this was a moment where the radical left, transgender, lgbt, religion hating, despising organizers. And the guy who was the artistic director of the opening is a guy named Thomas Jolly. And he claimed. Here was his claim. He said, it was not meant to be subversive or shock people or mock people. Instead, Dionysus, quote, makes us aware of the absurdity of violence between human beings. And here's what Jolly explained. Quote, the idea was to have a pagan celebration connected to the gods of Olympics Olympus. Rather, you will never find in me a desire to mock and denigrate anyone. Which is why the organizers of the Olympics are having to apologize for just how disgusting it was.

You look at even the apology, and one of them, one of the papers, I think it was the New York Post, put it this way. It said, the quote coming from the organizers was, quote, looking at the results of the polls that we shared, we believe that this ambition was achieved. If people have taken any offense, we are, of course, really, really sorry. Now the idea that it's on you, like, oh, we're sorry if you're offended, but we didn't offend you. And the only reason why they came out and apologized, because worldwide, we're now hearing advertisers pulled their advertising from the Olympics because they were so offended by what?

[Senator Ted Cruz]

By the way, how badly do you have to screw up to get advertisers to pull their advertising from the Olympics, where you've got billions of people watching across the globe? And here's what the Olympic spokesperson said. Quote, clearly, there was never an intention to show disrespect to any religious group. On the contrary, I think with Thomas Jolly, we really were trying to celebrate community tolerance, because, you know, it really is community tolerance to depict Jesus Christ as a transgender drag queen. I mean, that's who they are. And it is the contempt of the radical left, I think, really shown on a global stage.

This is another one of those examples. And you and I have talked about this a lot, and it's constant. Now, don't believe your lying eyes. Whether it's with Joe Biden and clearly the cognitive decline, whether it's Kamala Harris and them trying to rebrand her as some sort of like moderate instead of a radical liberal extremist. And now they're like, oh, no, no, this wasn't the last of her. Oh, don't believe your lying eyes. Oh, we're not trying to indoctrinate your kids in LBGTQ agenda items. We're just trying to celebrate the Olympics. And yet they continue to, in essence, get away with it because no one's going to get fired there. It's not like they're not going to try to do this again in the future. And then there's this, like, halfway apology, only because it's a monetary issue at the moment.

Ben, let me ask you something. What would have happened if the scene had been identical, except instead of mocking Jesus, they had mocked Muhammad? They'd done the same thing, but they depicted Muhammad and his followers as transgender drag queens?

Yeah, it would have been anarchy. It would have been massive apologies, multiple people being fired.

It would have been more than that. I think if they had done that, there would be acts of violence and people being murdered.

Fair point. That's a fair point. I can't disagree with you.

Christians are not going to engage in murder because of this, but it does tell you that they have contempt for.

You when you see this and you realize just how far we've fallen. I think as a world, I look at it and I'm like, I can't believe I live in a time in this country and in the world where I can't even sit my kids in front of the opening ceremonies to the Olympics anymore and think that's a safe space for them to just watch well and understand.

That means there was no one involved in the organization who stopped and said, wait, do we really want to mock billions of people across the globe? Is that what the Olympics is about? There was no one with any sense of decency or decorum. And, you know, look, I think it really is a sad statement of where the global elites and the radical left are right now.

I want to move to the other news. And this last week, we really saw a very clear signal to Israel from the US Government that you guys are not in good standing with us. We saw Nancy Pelosi go after the Bibi after he gave his address to Congress. You were obviously there saying it was one of the worst speeches she'd ever seen by a foreign head of state that had been asked to come to Congress. And it was basically beyond belief how bad it was and what he had to say. You then even saw Chuck Schumer, who was called out on Face the Nation for not shaking the hand of Bibi. But he was one of the people that invited him.

Listen, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Justin Washington. You were part of the formal bipartisan invitation to have him come to Washington, yet there was video of you not shaking his hand when he was on the floor on Capitol Hill. Why not? Why did you not shake his hand?

[Nancy Pelosi]

Well, look, you know, I went to this speech because the relationship between Israel and America is ironclad. And I wanted to show that. But at the same time, as everyone knows, I have serious disagreements with the way Benjamin Netanyahu has conducted these policies.

Your colleague and friend, former Speaker Nancy Pelosi, tweeted this this week. She said Benjamin Netanyahu's presentation in the House chamber was by far the worst presentation of any foreign dignitary invited and honored with that privilege in American history. Do you agree with her assessment? And do you have any regrets at all about the invitation?

[Nancy Pelosi]

Look, no, as I've said, I wanted to show our ironclad commitment to Israel that transcends any one prime minister or any one president, no matter how much you might disagree with that Prime Minister.

[Ben Ferguson]

You hear that and it's like, are you kidding me? You won't even shake his hand. You have Pelosi double down. And what, what really came out of this visit is the terrorists around the world center. They saw an opportunity in a moment where they're like, whoa, America's really not backing up Israel anymore. We might be able to actually get what we want here, which is to bring them into a full out war and start something. Because that's what terrorists do. Because they realize that right now the leadership in this country has completely abandoned and turned their back on Israel.

Well, to be clear, the leadership in this country means the Democrats in this country, because the elected Democrats are the ones who are actively abandoning Israel. And you look at, look, I was sitting on the floor of the House when Prime Minister Netanyahu gave his speech. I was in the front row. I was standing just mere feet away from Chuck Schumer when Netanyahu walked past him and he turned his back. He refused to shake his hand. It was an obvious snub. Now, Nancy Pelosi denounced it as the worst speech any foreign leader has ever given. Kamala Harris refused to attend. So listen, the Vice President has almost no official responsibilities, but about the only thing the Vice President does is break ties on votes in the Senate and preside over the Senate, which means sitting behind a head of state along with the speaker of the House when he or she addresses a joint session of Congress. Well, Kamala Harris was said, I'm not willing to be there, didn't show up. And then, because I guess someone on her campaign said, well, gosh, this is such an obvious slight to Israel, maybe it's a problem. She agreed to meet with Netanyahu and she met with him after the speech and spent a total of, I think it was 14 seconds with him before they threw the reporters out. So it was literally a photo op. Take a picture of me. Now, reporters, get the hell out because I got nothing to say to this guy. And listen, the combination of Kamala Harris and Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi all pissing all over the elected leader of Israel is not lost by anybody. It's not lost by our enemies. It's not lost by the enemies of Israel. It's not lost by Hamas, it's not lost by Iran. And it sure as hell was not lost by Hezbollah. Because hours after Kamala Harris and Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi publicly and visibly undermined Israel, Hezbollah fired a rocket that hit a soccer field, killing 12 children in Israel. Their actions have consequences. When the enemies of Israel realize, wait, the people in charge of America right now, they are not going to have Israel's back. Well, you know what, there are, tragically, people are dying because of that antipathy to Israel from the leadership of the Democrat Party.

And it's also the signal that we're sending that is, hey, not only are we not backing them publicly, but we're also holding up what Israel needs to defend itself. Congressman McCall said this on Face the Nation about the Biden administration and the weapons shipments that are deliberately being delayed.

I sign off on all four military sales and I sign off on all the ones that have gone to Israel and also to Ukraine and Taiwan. And so the fact is though, that these shipments have been delayed intentionally. Now, the four corners, that being the chair and Reiki member of House Foreign affairs and Senate Relations, we signed off on these weapons and for some reason the administration has withheld those weapons. Reason I think maybe it gives them leverage over Israel and decision making processes. But when I talk to the prime minister in his office, this creates daylight between the United States and Israel. And I think it's very dangerous, especially right now, for us to somehow put daylight between us and our most important US Ally, the democracy in the Middle East.

I mean, we're deliberately holding this up. If you are a terrorist right now and you want to get in an all out war with Israel, which is what terrorists want to do, they want to be in war.

And that's what Hamas is doing and that's what Hezbollah is moving towards doing.

Yeah. So they're getting what they want all because they saw from America's leaders, we are not standing with Israel.

Look, that is clearly right. And the enemies of America and the enemies of Israel are only encouraged. While Prime Minister Netanyahu was speaking on the floor of the House, while Kamala Harris was boycotting that speech, there were radical anti Israel, anti American protesters who took up over Union Station just north of the Capitol, who pulled down the American flag, who burned the American flag, who hoisted up in its place a Palestinian flag, who spray painted and vandalized. Hamas is coming. They were not understand. They're not there talking about two state solution. They're talking about Hamas terrorists are coming to murder you. And you know what? Kamala Harris and the Democrat Party, they want the votes of these radicals. You know what they didn't do? They didn't arrest those guys. I'm telling you right now, Ben, you try that in Texas, they'll throw your ass in jail. But in Washington D.C. it's run by Democrats. And so, and to be clear, it was the Park Service that had jurisdiction. It was the Biden Harris administration that could have arrested them, but they were not willing to because they're looking to Dearborn, Michigan, they're looking to Minnesota. And they want the support of those radicals and understand where Kamala's sympathies lie. I want to go back to an old clip of Kamala Harris speaking out not in defense of Israel, but speaking out explicitly in defense of radical Islamic terrorists. And she wants to engage in a woke politically correct effort to. To expunge those words from the English language. Here, give a listen.

She wants to erase those words. She says being an illegal alien, an illegal alien is not a criminal. Well, no, that is actually an objectively false statement. If you cross into this country illegally, you have broken a criminal law that makes you a criminal. And yet her perspective is not trying to protect us. It is instead, she stands with the illegal immigrants and she stands with the radicals. Over a span of 17 months, Fox 45 researchers found 10% of those sexually.

Digging deeper into this data, Fox 45's Rebecca Pryor joins us live now with more. Rebecca? Yeah, Mary, that 10% is alarming all on it own. But in digging into these cases further, Fox 45 researchers also found that not only do non citizens make up a large percentage of these child sex offense cases, but they're also receiving seemingly low sentences from Baltimore county judges. According to Fox 45 researchers, from the start of last year to May 2024, the Baltimore County State's Attorney's office bringing charges against 99 people for sexually abusing minors, nearly 10% of which federal immigration officials say were living in the country illegally. Despite non citizens only making up about 3% of the total U.S. population. Maryland's ICE director Matthew Elliston.

And yet it didn't take long for him to end up back on the street.

Another great example of Maryland judges giving out awkward sentences.

In this case, a Baltimore county judge suspending all but 18 months of his 25 year sentence. And Fox 45 uncovering at least four other cases just like it. This man accused of sexually abusing a girl between the ages of 8 and 11, also sentenced to 25 years but only 18 months required to be served behind bars. These two men, both accused of molesting two close family members sentenced to just five years probation. And this man accused of repeatedly raping and assaulting a seven year old girl receiving a stat disposition, meaning the case wouldn't go to court at all unless he violates certain conditions. Elliston claiming time and time again the punishments for non citizens in Baltimore county rarely fit the crime.

You know, unfortunately as we've seen, even sex offenses can get pled down to misdemeanors.

Fox 45 attempting to reach two of the judges behind the sentences for comment, but we did not hear back. The Maryland judiciary also claiming they're unable to comment on specific sentences.

I Mean, you hear that, Senator, and it's just disgusting.

But how does that not piss you off?

How does that not look? Democrats run Baltimore, Maryland. They run the city. They run the city council. They run the state, they run the judiciary. And in Baltimore, understand the facts of that news report, 10%, 10% of those charged with child sex offenses are illegal aliens. And what are the left wing judges do? They let them go. And you know what they do when they let them go? Those guys turn around and they assault other kids. This is a pattern that happens over and over and over again. And I gotta say, Kamala Harris, I assume when she listens to that news report, which she's offended about, is, my God, they used the word illegal immigrant. Illegal alien. How could you use those words? No, no, no, don't say that. Do not. How are you not outraged at the children being assaulted? But today's Democrat Party, they're letting this happen day after day after day.

Well, and it's not just these individuals that are coming across the border illegally and then committing terrible crimes against American citizens and taking American citizens lives. We've talked about that a lot on the show and we to do it. But there's also the terrorism aspect of this. The New York Post is now reporting that three Palestinian terror suspects were caught after crossing the border illegally. As overwhelmed agents warn, quote, I probably let terrorists in. So the people that their job is to try to protect us are saying, we're so overrun with illegal immigrants, the reality is, yes, we are probably letting terrorists into this country.

Well, and this is a story that broke this weekend that you didn't learn about on cnn. You didn't learn about it on abc, cbs, NBC. It was the New York Post that broke the story. And let me read you from the story because this is gonna. You wanna talk about the dangers we're facing? Here's what the New York Post reported. Quote, border agents detained three Palestinian migrants who illegally crossed the southern border after they were found to have possible ties to terrorist organizations earlier this month. According to sources, one of the migrants had, quote, salacious photos on their phone, including a picture of a masked man holding an AK47 rifle, federal law enforcement sources say. And by the way, it shows the picture of the masked man. The man is wearing basically a ski mask and holding an AK47. Looks like a very scary terrorist. That's what he's got on his phone. Going back to the article, quote, in addition to the three Palestinians, federal authorities caught one migrant from Turkey who was also suspected of having Ties to terror groups. The migrants were among groups of dozens of migrants who turned themselves into border agents at the San Diego sector, the source said. Sources. An investigation into the migrants is ongoing. The article continues. It's the latest example of potential security threats entering the US Via the southern border, especially at San Diego. Overwhelmed Border Patrol agents tell the Post that they do not have the tools to fully vet the migrants who are coming in from all over the world, particularly into the San Diego area. Mostly, they're only able to use US Terror watch lists and other American resources to help determine which migrants could be a terror threat. Border agents do not have access to terror criminal databases for other countries. And here's a quote from a border agent. Knowing who these guys are, we have like no access to anything international. Like we really don't. And it kind of sucks. And the agent continues to go on, quote, I wanted to get into border patrol and protect from terrorists. And it's like, well, I probably let terrorists in the country. That's what Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are doing.

And yet if you listen to Kamala Harris, here's what she has to say about these issues.

Irresponsible. It's the height of irresponsibility for the commander in chief to suggest that we have to build a wall across our southern border because there are terrorists who are trying to invade the country. It couldn't be farther from the truth.

That's how either ignorant or how much of a pathological liar Kamala Harris is when she was attacking Donald Trump for wanting to build the wall because he said then terrorists were coming across the southern border and the media went nuts, said, no, they're not. And it sure enough became true. You could fact check it. He was telling the truth. And she calls it dangerous to even mention the idea. And now it's happening under the Biden Harris watch on a regular basis.

Well, and you know who has made clear that Kamala was lying when she said that? Actually, the Border Patrol. The same New York Post article continues. However, border agents in the San Diego sector were warned to be on the lookout for individuals tied to Palestinian terror groups after the October 7 Hamas terror attack on Israel. And here's the quote from the Border Patrol quote. San Diego Field office intelligence unit assesses that individuals inspired by or reacting to the current Israel Hamas conflict may attempt to travel to or from the area of hostilities in the Middle east via circuitous transit across the southwest border. Foreign fighters motivated by ideology or mercenary mercenary soldiers of fortune may attempt to obfuscate travel to or from the US to or from countries in the Middle east, through Mexico. And then it in particular adds the insignia. It lists the insignia of Hamas, of Hezbollah, and Palestinian Islamic Jihad. So Kamala Harris is claiming that's not happening, and yet the Border Patrol is very explicit. That's exactly what's happening.

Yeah, it is another national security issue. And this is gonna be one I think has to come up in the. In the presidential debates. It's not just the people that are coming across committing crimes. It is the real threat to terrorism. To the point where the people working under you are now saying, the reality is we're so overrun. I mean, you go back and quote what you just said in the article, the people that are supposed to be doing the job to keep us safe are saying, yes, we are failing because we cannot do our jobs well.

There have been various threats and security incidents, but none have involved a serious attempt on his life that would qualify as an assassination attempt. Now that is utter and complete garbage. And by the way, Fire Chief Corey Comparatori, who was murdered when the assassin shot him after hitting Donald Trump in the ear and coming within a half inch of murdering Donald Trump, that's directly the contrary. And yet Big Tech is literally George Orwell would roll over in his grave at the willingness, the eagerness, the shamefulness of Big Tech to try to erase. And we're not talking ancient history. We're talking history in the last couple of weeks.

Three different stories a day, all going back to that, that same consistent scenario with the left where it's, hey, if we don't admit that it actually happened, if we just don't believe what really happened and we don't report on it, that way somehow we can influence some people to believe that it really didn't happen. And we've seen this on social media. People like, oh, I think he faked it. Oh, I don't think it was real. I mean, even the questions in Congress with like, oh, well, we're not even sure a bullet actually hit Trump and the FBI. To come back out and clarify those remarks, it is total insanity right now in this country and even in Washington, I mean, the FBI director, well, we're not sure if it was shrapnel or maybe it hit something and then they're like, okay, just kidding, we got that wrong. Yes, it was actually a bullet. Bullet.
