Welcome. It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz. Ben Ferguson with you. Senator. Everybody's obsessed with the Olympics right now. America's whooping some tail. That's the fun part. But there's dudes acting like chicks that are beating up women and that has become a very big story as well.
B
Well, you're right, it's huge. You and I are recording this right now. It's 10:35pm Sunday night. It'll come out early Monday morning. As we sit here right now, America is doing a phenomenal job at the Olympics. We're winning a ton of medals. We're domina gymnastics and swimming and track. But maybe the biggest story people are talking about is two different boxers. Two different boxers who say they're women. Two different boxers who have been excluded from international competition for testing positive as men. They are both performing very well and beating up women in images and videos that are shocking. We're going to break that down. We're also going to talk about the stunning news that the Biden Harris administration is engaged in a 180 degree reversal about face and full speed sprint in the opposite direction. On our last pod we highlighted the shocking decision for the Biden Harris administration to give a sweetheart deal to the mastermind of 911 and take the death penalty off the table. That podcast generated a ton of attention, a ton of ton of noise and news. And in the aftermath of it, Biden Harris reversed and they reversed the decision. We're gonna break that down as well. And in the same principle, we must be close to an election because the Biden administration also halted their program that has been flying in over 300,000 illegal immigrants a year directly from foreign countries into the United States. You and I have talked about that a lot on this podcast highlighting the abuses that have come from it. Well, just this week the Biden administration decided they really, really, really want Kamala Harris to win. So they're reversing their policies and desperately hoping nobody will notice.
A

So Senator, it is still just mind blowing to me that we live in a world now in 2024 where if you're a dude beating up chicks, we give you gold medals. Back in the good old days, if you're a dude beating up chicks, we put you in jail. But no, no, now we celebrate you on the international stage because this is Wokeness 101.
B
Well, before we break that down, I just want to take a moment to celebrate the overall results as we sit here Sunday night. The United States is dominating the total medal count. Right behind us is China. We're tied with China for gold medals. We have 19 gold medals. China has 19 gold medals. But where we've really kicked butt is also in the silver and bronze. We have 26 silver medals and 26 bronze medals. China has 15 silver medals and 11 bronze. That means we have a total of 71 medals. China's in second place with 45. In third place is France with 44 medals. In fourth place is Australia with 31 medals. In fifth place is Great Britain with 37 medals. And sixth place is South Korea with 24 medals. And seventh is Japan, also with 24 medals. In eighth is Italy with 22 medals. In ninth is the Netherlands with 15 medals. And in tenth is Germany with 12 medals. So it is our results so far. 71 medals, 19 golds is really, really strong. We've still got more Olympics ahead of us, but it's reason we've seen Simone Biles, who is truly the goat. She is extraordinary. I think that woman genuinely can fly. We've seen the American swimmers just dominating. We've seen. We won the hundred meter sprint. So it's been, it has been a really phenomenal. And boy, the 100 meter was. Talk about a nail biter. That is the closest photo finish I've ever seen in a race. And so there's a lot of reason just to start the day by chanting usa. Usa.
A
Yeah, no doubt about it. It's fun to watch the Olympics because you see athletes and you look at Scotty Scheffler, who's a Texan, and he was crying.
B
Sorry about that. I didn't mean to offend you on leaving golf out. Scotty did phenomenal too.
A
I can't do that, man. You can't do that. The guy wins $30 million this year and, and this event, he wins $0 and he's crying up there as, as he's getting the gold medal and the. And the national anthem is played. And I absolutely love watching the passion. Whether it's that or even when you saw Novak Djokovic win the goal and just fall to his knees crying because he knows at the end of his career he, he's not playing this for the money. And he ran up to the box, he's grabbing his daughter and he's crying. And that's what I love about the Olympics is because it's just so authentic. It's incredible to watch athletes do what they love for their countries.
B
Well, you know, and Ben. I'm still holding out belief that if only Ben Ferguson were playing, we would have 20 golds because we would have won the tennis and you'd have beaten Djokovic and that would be dominating. So I appreciate your being here with verdict instead of taking home the golden.
A
If only I would have just identified as a woman. It could have happened, Senator. I'm just saying it could have happened earlier in my career. Which brings me to the insanity of the boxing.
B
Yeah. Yeah. Okay, so look, what's going on here. So there are two boxers, one name Imin Khalif of Algeria and another named Lynn Yu Ting of Taiwan. Now, according to the New York Times, both of them have always identified as women. So they, they have claimed to be women their entire lives. But both of them in 2023 failed a gender eligibility test at the World Boxing Championships. Now, what the specific test is was unknown. And it's interesting there, there is a back and forth between different associations. So the International Boxing association is who conducts the Women's World's Boxing Championship. And they're the ones that conducted this test. And right now they're fighting back and forth between the International Olympic Committee and the International Boxing association with the IOC attacking the IBA and back and forth. The IBA used to run boxing and apparently it lost that right about five years ago, but over unrelated issues. And again, according to the New York Times, the ioc, the International Olympics Committee, which is in charge of the boxing. Now, how do they figure out who. Who's a dude who's a woman? Well, according to the New York Times, the IOC quote, primarily relies on passports along with other official national documentation and medical clearances to distinguish men's and women's divisions in boxing and many other sports. Some sports have additional requirements. And here's what, what the New York Times explains. Khalifa and Lynn are competing after what, after they were Disqualified from the 2023 Women's Boxing World Championships. At those championships, they failed in what the International Boxes Boxing Association IBA characterized as gender eligibility tests. But written details of those tests have not been officially released. But apparently with the. What the IBA says is that IBA President Umar Kremlevo said that Kalief and Lyn both had X and Y chromosomes. And based on the DNA test, he said it was proven that they have XY chromosomes. And so look, I gotta say, just watching the video, I don't think there's anyone in the world who's watched the video or who's seen the picture that doesn't immediately have a reaction of, wait, why is that guy beating up that woman? And when this really lit up was the opening bout between Khalif and Angela Carini of Italy. And that fight lasted just 46 seconds. And Karif punched Carini in the face. What appeared to be really, really hard. And Carini just gave up. And she forfeited, didn't make it through the first round. She wasn't knocked out. She just stopped. And as Kalief was celebrating the forfeiture, Carini was just crying. She was crying and she said she has videoed saying, not fair and just that image. J.K. rowling tweeted, said this picture sums up. I'm paraphrasing, but sums up the madness we have here. Look, it used to be when a guy beats up a woman, that was called domestic violence. Now, apparently, you're not even allowed to point that out.
A
Yeah, not only are you not allowed to point it out, but I think it's also shocking to see how the media has handled this. I mean, you have a woman who quits her Olympic dream, does a press conference talking about she's fighting for her father, who has passed away and is crying because her dream of being an Olympic champion is ruined because she said she'd never been hit so hard in her entire life. And yet the media just downplays this to act like it's not happening. We must celebrate this, this, you know, LGBTQI plus plus plus agenda that. That if you say that you are a woman, we must accept you as a woman, even if we know that you are a man.
B
Well, and it's, you know, it's sad. Carini. After crying and saying it's not fair, the global backlash was such that Carini a day later apologized and backtracked. And I gotta say, the pressure. I don't know if sponsors pulled out. I don't know what the pressure was that came down on Carini, but it really was. You know, you see this with some regularity when you have, say, a man competing in women's sports and track or swimming, and the biological male prevails. And the women who were facing really unfair, unfair treatment often are afraid to speak out because they get ostracized, they get demonized, they get called a bigot for saying the crazy concept that women's sports should involve women like that There are differences between men and women, and it is striking now where we stand, which is that both of these. These boxers are still in the race. Khalifa's semifinal is Tuesday, and Khalif is guaranteed a medal, guaranteed at least the bronze. We'll see the outcome. Lynn will face Turkey's Ezra Yiddies in the semifinal on Wednesday, and then the final is Saturday. And so you've got of the boxers in semifinals now that the two of them are in different weight classes. But you've got two who've been excluded from international boxing for testing positive, having XY chromosomes and not being women. And yet it looks like at least one, and maybe both, will take home medals as being among the best women in the world.
A
What is it going to take for there to be a real correction here. Does it take women saying we refuse to compete and just give up or forfeit every time they're up against someone claiming to be a woman? That clearly isn't. Is it women walking off the field in colleges where they're being forced to run against men? For example, in track and field where, where men are beating women. You look at Riley Gaines, for example, and you've spent time with her. I talked to her recently. You know, I mean, she's ostracized because she's spoken out so hardcore not, not for anything. But women should only compete with women, that it should not be controversial. And yet look at how they've treated her.
B
Look, they have gone after Riley Gaines, they've demonized her horribly. Riley is a young woman, she's in her early 20s, and yet the media online, she gets violent protesters who threaten her physically, threaten her safety, threaten her life threatening, all because she spoke out and said it is not fair that a biological male was competing and she ended up tying with a biological male. And yet they gave the award to the biological male essentially because of politics. And she's also given really disturbing testimony about how in the locker room the women's swimmers were made to shower with and change with biological males who were fully intact. And by the way, these are college swimmers. So these are 17, 18, 19 year old young women sitting there with naked men with, with, with full equipment right next to them. And I gotta say that that is, it's not fair and it's not right. And it is, it is woke politics run amok. And yet virtually every Democrat, Joe Biden, supports this. Kamala Harris supports this. Just about every Democrat in the Senate supports this. Just about every Democrat in the House supports it. When we force votes on the simple proposition that women should compete in women's sports, the Democrats line up straight party line against it. And it really is. And to be clear, this is not even.
A
What do they say behind closed doors to you?
B
They won't talk about it.
A
What do they say to you when you're in comedian?
B
Look, it is so insane. You know, I had. There's one Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee who, he and I are friends and at a hearing he referred to birthing people and I pulled him aside on the Senate floor. I said, dude, is your base really so whacked out that you're not allowed to say the word moms? And he just looked at me and said, yeah, like they don't, they won't acknowledge the absurdity of it, even in private. And there's a zealotry to it. And I want to be clear, this is not about, you know, this is not about lgbt. This is not about. This is about basic fairness. And by the way, you know what, if a woman wanted to compete against men, great. I don't have a problem with that because there's not a biological advantage. And so, you know, if you, if you have a sport where a woman says, all right, I can compete and beat men, you know, why do you have. And I've asked this at hearings, why is there a wnba? Why does it exist if there's no difference? Why don't you just tell all the women coming out of college, hey, join the NBA. Let's go now. You know what? If one day there's a woman who's good enough to play in the NBA, that'd be awesome because there's not a biological advantage there. And you know, if you saw that, you occasionally see a woman who plays, you know, is a kicker, say, in football, if she's able to do that, great. But it's not fair the other way around, where you have a biological male taking advantage of body mass and strength and lung capacity. Just, just fundamental differences, especially in sports like, like, like swimming or like boxing or powerlifting, where the differentials are massive. They're not even slight. They are massive. If you, if you look at something like, like track, where the time of high school boys track runners beats world class women because just men and women are constructed differently. And if you want to see girls sports, if you want to see women's sports thrive, and I do, as the father of two daughters, I think it's fantastic, then it's unfair to have biological males competing in something like boxing. You know what, we're going to see someone get killed eventually or badly hurt.
A
Yeah, that's my worry. I worry and so, and so many others worry about that, all because of political correctness. And it is ironic, by the way, that every sport, the Olympics is men's or women's, including basketball, including boxing. Yet we're supposed to accept any man that wants to go do this sport with women. Yeah.
B
If there's no difference, why do they.
A
Have any women's sports still embracing this? Right.
B
If there's no difference, why do they have any women's sports?
A
Yeah, it's total insanity. And yet here we are. And it's something we're gonna have to keep fighting on. It's something we're gonna have to keep fighting and keep fighting and keep fighting and never accept this insanity. And it may take a long time to win this battle, by the way.
B
And to be clear, someone who's been heroic on this is Martina Navratilova, who's, you know, one of the best women tennis players ever to play the game. Truly phenomenal. And she said it is wildly unfair that men and women are constructed differently. And then that I'm paraphrasing. But again, what she said is women wouldn't have a chance if they had to compete against men. The Serbs are faster. You would know this better than I do. But look for Navratilova to say that. And to be clear, look, Navratilova is gay. It's not a LGBT issue. It is a physiological difference, and it's a question of fairness.
A
Yeah, great point there. Want to tell you about blackout coffee. The world is a crazy place with a lot of crazy companies that have gone woke. And in the coffee space, my, oh, my. You want to talk about some liberal leaders? There are a bunch of coffee brands that are as woke as they get. In fact, they've been some of the most woke companies at the beginning of this entire world. We're seeing now with. With company ideology going hardcore left. Well, when I wake up every morning to get on the radio at 7am, I got to start my day with a cup of coffee. And I don't want it to be average. I don't want it to be woke. I want a really good cup of coffee. I want a premium cup of coffee. And blackout coffee is where I start my day. Blackout coffee is 100% America and 0% woke. Blackout coffee is 100 committed to conservative values from the sourcing of the beans, the roasting process, customer support, and shipping. They embody true American values, and they accept no compromise on taste or quality. Now, look, I've been drinking blackout coffee for months, and then I get feedback from some of you. Many of you email me weekly. Now, I get these constant emails going, ben, I tried it. You're right, it's great coffee. Whether it's coffee that's just classic coffee or flavored coffee, whatever you like. Check them out. And if you've never tried their French toast coffee, oh, my gosh, I'm a flavored coffee guy. I like having that every once in a while. It's phenomenal. Go out. Go right now to blackoutcoffee.com verdict and use the coupon code verdict. You're going to get serious savings of 20 off your first order. That's blackoutcoffee.com verdict be awake, not woke. That's blackoutcoffee.Com verdict promo code verdict for 20 off your first order center. I want to move to a victory, and I think we should, well, give our listeners a lot of credit for this victory. We do this show to give information and then to get people in the game. And last week, we gave everyone that listens to show the information and then the call to action to get in the game and fight back against giving this plea deal to the 911 terrorists, including the mastermind Klichek Muhammad. We told you who he was. We told you his history. We explained how this deal went down. It was about closing Gitmo and then the media, because of people listening to the show that posted that, that. That podcast all over the country, all over social media, there was like, a massive backlash to the point where the defense secretary had to revoke the plea deal. This is an incredible victory for verdict listeners and for the country, most importantly.
B
Ben, that's absolutely right. And I gotta say this. This is one of those times when I'm really glad we do this podcast. I'm glad you and I take the time, but I'm glad, first, for all of our listeners who put in time, who listen faithfully, who are engaged, this is an example of really, the power of the verdict listeners of y'all engaging. So Friday's pod, our last podcast, the lead story. We spent over half of the podcast focused on this outrageous development that the Biden administration had decided to cut a sweetheart plea deal with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and two other terrorists in Guantanamo and to take the death penalty off the table. And we went through how. Firefighters were outraged. Police officers were outraged. The victims of 911 were outraged. They were blindsided with it. And we explained. We explained how the Biden, Harris White House said we had nothing to do with it. We were completely uninvolved. Uh, Karine Jean Pierre said, oh, we had no role in this. Jake Sullivan, the national Security Advisor, said, we had no role in this. And. And we explained how all of that was a lie, that the reason this had happened was because Joe Biden and Kamala Harris had said as an objective, a political objective that they want to close Guantanamo Bay. They want to close the detention facilities by the end of this year. And to do that, they cut this deal in order to facilitate that political objective. And we unloaded on it. And I gotta say, look, a lot of our podcasts drive news. We see stories and other outlets. We see the White House being questioned about this podcast. When we engage in a topic and that happens because each of you speak up, you engage, you amplify. Look, a big part of the reason you and I do this podcast is to equip our listeners with the facts, with the information, with the knowledge to go and fight to turn things around. Well, after Friday's podcast, y'all were outraged. We were outraged. And, and, and that outrage spread. And then Friday night, an astonishing development happened. So the story broke. It was a Friday night news dump. Late Friday afternoon, the New York Times reported Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin on Friday overruled the overseer of the war court at Guantanamo Bay and revoked a plea agreement reached earlier this week with the accused Mastermind of the 9-11-2001 attacks and two alleged accomplishes accomplices. The overseer, retired Brigadier General Susan Key Escalier, signed a pre trial agreement on Wednesday with Mr. Muhammad, with win Walid Ben Attach and with Mustafa Al Hawi that exchange guilty pleas for sentences of at most life in prison. In taking away the authority, Mr. Austin assumed direct oversight of the case and canceled the agreement, effectively reinstating it as a death penalty case. He left Ms. Escalia in the role of oversight of Guantanamo's other cases. Now, there's a whole lot there, but number one, let's be clear, the White House's claim we had nothing to do about this, we have no influence over that. That was shown to be an utter lie. They could stop it immediately. And then the Biden administration did stop it immediately. Not because they wanted to do the right thing, but because the political pushback, the outrage was so great that they were a little bit like Scooby Doo going and they turned around and ran the other way.
A
This is sad, by the way, that we were so right on this and we said this was solely a political decision.
B
I got a pause. Is that not slightly self parroting? It's sad that we were so right.
A
Yeah, I'm just saying.
B
I'm just saying that's kind of funny.
A
But we said it. We said this was a political decision. And then them reversing it so quickly was proof that it was in fact a political decision. They wanted to close Gitmo. He wanted to be another feather in his hat. Joe Biden, they are planning on doing it. They said this last week from the White House podium. John Kirby said on TV by the end of his term in office. And then there's such backlash. Kamala Harris I think was like, I don't want this around me running for reelection. This is too big of a liability as I'm running for president, I should say, you got to fix this. And then they come in and again, it's exactly what we said they were doing this for political. They didn't care about the victims of 9 11. They didn't care about the loved ones. They didn't care about the men and women that signed up for our country and gave the ultimate sacrifice trying to track down Khalid Sheikh Muhammad. And they didn't care that they were sparing the life of the 911 terrorists. They just said, damn it, it's something we want to put on our list. We're going to do it. And then undoing it so quickly. It's exactly what we said. This was political all along.
B
It was political from the outset. You know, it's interesting the New York Times story that broke this story actually quoted from a number of the victims families that you and I quoted in our Friday podcast. But this time they were celebrating the outcome. So for example, Terry Strada, whose husband Tom Strada, a bond broker, was killed at the World Trade center, said, quote, this is a really welcome development. I'm happy to see the Pentagon getting involved and glad the death penalty is back on the table. Otherwise, how could we be assured some administration would not commute their sentence or swap them in the future? And then another, Kathleen Vigiano, who's a former police officer, whose New York police detective husband Joseph and firefighter brother in law John were both killed at the World Trade center, said, thank God. And she went on to say she had long been eager for September 11 trial to answer questions about, quote, how this was planned and who knew what. And she called the announcement a gift for the family, which was celebrating the 84th birthday of her husband and brother in law's mother, Jeannette Vigiano. It was a great birthday present for her. And I will say it was a great birthday present, not just for the families, but for everyone in America who was outraged by 911 and who wants to see justice and Khalid Sheikh Mohammed face the ultimate penalty. That's the right thing to have happen. And look, I think the listeners of Verdict played a significant role in making that happen.
A
All right. Call me jaded, Senator, you're jaded. I'm worried. This is just a pause until after. Yeah, until after election Day. And if hypothetically Kamala Harris wins, Democrats will probably go right back and undo what they just did after they don't have to worry about it being a political issue months away from a presidential election cycle. Am I too jaded or is that a real possibility as well?
B
Look, it's clearly not jaded. I would put the odds of that at 100.00%. In other words, if, God forbid, Kamala Harris wins, and you and I are both praying that does not happen. But if Kamala Harris wins, I would put the odds at 100% that in the next four years we will see a plea deal with Khalid Sheikh Muhammad. We'll see it early in the administration rather than late. The reason they reversed, I believed, is because we're now less than a hundred days away from Election Day. And they said, oh crap, this is a really bad thing to be doing within three months of the election next year. Look, the only way, if you want to prevent this from happening, the only way to do that is reelect Donald Trump. Donald Trump is not going to do this. He's not going to cut a deal with the 911 mastermind and take the death penalty off the table. But Kamala Harris, I believe, is eager to do so. She just doesn't want to do so right before Election Day.
A
Yeah, great point. It's going to be an issue and I still think it should be brought up what they tried to do with the public backlash. And I hope that Republican candidates all over the country make sure they remind people of what their plan was and how important it is that people stand up for what they believe in. I got to say to Verdict listeners, thank you guys for getting involved in this one, for sharing this podcast on social media like you did, because it clearly went viral and had a major impact, I think, on this reversal of this decision that was significant. And most importantly, this was such an important victory for those that were victims of 9 11, those that signed up to fight for this country that are hurt by these terrorists, and for the family members that, dammit, they deserve closure. And it's been way too long that this guy's been alive and there's no in sight for them, which is also its own form of hell for these individuals that have been affected by 911 so many years ago.
B
Unquestionably. And you know, it's interesting, it was a year ago that we did a story when the first inklings began to break that the Biden Harris administration was thinking of cutting this deal and they sent notifications to the victims families and almost nobody was covering it. We did a podcast about a year ago on it and it was interesting. That podcast also went viral and you saw the Biden Harris administration back off. So this is twice on this topic where I think Verdict listeners have played a real role a year ago in delaying the decision and then just on Friday in reversing the decision because of the enormous backlash that y'all played a.
A
Big role in, the Biden administration has come out and they have freezed these controversial, and I think it's a mild way of putting it, migrant flight program after there were massive fraud revelations that had been exposed. Fox News Bill Malugian did an amazing job on this and we should give him some serious credit. But this is another example of the fraud and abuse and just not having any clue what they're doing. With a wide open border policy, whether it's migrants coming in on planes or coming across the southern border and terrorists coming in with them. Fentanyl coming in with them. The worst criminals in the world getting into this country. And now we find out, oh wait, yet again, they have no idea who's even on the flights they're allowing in.
B
Well, let me agree and disagree. I'm gonna agree, number one, that Bill Melusion has been incredible. He's been the best reporter in the country. Highlight the invasion at our southern border. He's truly been a hero reporting on this. I'm gonna disagree though, when you said that Biden and Harris have no idea what they're doing. I think they know exactly what they're doing. They are presiding over an invasion of our country. Fair point. It's deliberate. The eleven and a half million illegal aliens that have come into this country, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris want them to come in and they are doing this for power. Now, this program, and you and I have talked about this program multiple times on this podcast, was a program where they weren't simply taking people that were apprehended on the southern border and letting them go, although they're doing that by the millions. They were actually flying them from their home countries directly into America. And this program was focused on four countries, Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela. And under this program, up to 30,000 nationals a month. Biden, Harris were flying in from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela. And by the way, we focused on, and I've talked multiple times about, one of those instances involved a Haitian national that flew in under this program from Haiti to Boston. In Boston, they released this illegal immigrant. He turned around and raped a 15 year old girl with severe mental disabilities. He was arrested for raping this 15 year old girl just a couple of weeks ago. He was released from jail on bond. You know how much his bond was? $500. A left wing judge said you rape a disabled girl, a teenager, 500 bucks should cover. Is outrageous. And Understand, this wasn't someone who'd crossed the border and escaped. This is someone that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris said, you know, we need to fly this guy from Haiti to commit these kinds of crimes here. And by the way, another of the countries included in this is Venezuela we have talked about. I believe Maduro in Venezuela is very deliberately, systematically emptying his jails and sending criminals here, sending murderers, sending rapists, sending child molesters, doing it deliberately. And it's reminiscent of what Castro did with the Mario boat lift, where Castro emptied the jails in Cuba and put criminals and emptied the insane asylums and put people with serious mental illness on boats and send them into America. And we saw crime wave result from that. I think Maduro in Venezuela is doing the same thing. And so suddenly this is actually in many ways the same story as the one we talked about a minute ago, the reversal of the 911 plea deal, which is we are less than 100 days from an election. I think the Biden administration realized, hey, wait, people really don't like chaos at our southern border and 11.5 billion people invading this country and they really dislike that we're facilit it actively. And so again on Friday, the news broke. The Department of Homeland Security confirmed that, quote, out of an abundance of caution, it has temporarily paused the issuing of advanced travel authorizations for the program, which allows up to 30,000 nationals from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela to travel into the US Each month and enter legally under the administration's youth use of parole if they meet certain conditions. A congressional source had told Fox News Digital that the pause came in mid July after an internal report unearthed large amounts of fraud. No kidding. In applications for those sponsoring the applicants. DHS said the pause was occurring as it reviewed sponsor applications. The focus is on issues with supporter filings and not with the filings from beneficiaries of the program themselves. Quote, DHS has has review mechanisms in place to detect and prevent fraud and abuse in our immigration processes. DHS takes any abuse of its processes very seriously, a DHS spokesperson said. Where fraud is identified, U.S. iCE will investigate and litigate applicable cases in immigration court to make criminal referrals to the Department of Justice. Quote, out of an abundance of caution, DHS has temporarily paused the issuance of advanced travel authorizations for new beneficiaries while it undertakes a review of supporter applications. DHS will restart application processing as quickly as possible with appropriate safeguards. Now, I want to emphasize one word into what I just read. Temporarily as in temporarily paused. I'm going to make a prediction. If, God forbid, Kamala Harris wins temporarily will end in mid November. They'll probably wait a week after election day and then suddenly the program is back on and we've got another four years of an invasion and we'll see an eleven and a half million people become 20 million or 30 million. Those are the stakes of this election. If these guys win, this temporary pause disappears and they return to the business of invading our nation.

Use the promo code verdict for 20% off your first order. Center. I want to go to strategy for just a second here. It's very weird to see how quickly we're moving on on different issues. You know, Donald Trump gets shot at. Oh, it's old news. A few weeks later, Joe Biden's incompetent and resign. You know, it says I'm not gonna run for reelection. Uh, then we have no, no, no fight at a prime or at a, at a convention. Bam. Kamala Harris gets it out, you know, and it's all settled and done. You move on for that. Then they start saying that JD Vance is weird cause he's a family guy. But you know, hanging out with drag queens and story hour at the White House and men with fake breasts, you know, flashing people at the White House. That's normal apparently, and not weird. You got everything that's happening at The Olympics. And we still have this really big issue, which is a wide open southern border. We still have terrorists that are being caught. We talked about that. We have potential terrorists that are trying to get onto military bases and they're being let go. How do you keep this an election year issue if you're Donald Trump against Kamala Harris specifically on this issue? And going, you guys, like, not only have you created the problem, you are the problem. The media tells us she's not the border czar. We've already proven she was absolutely named the border czar. And the media said it quite a few times. Now they're trying to take that back. So how do you deal with this issue with the American voter where it matters three months out?
B
You focus on substance. You focus on issues. You focus on Kamala's horrible record. You focus on the disaster that it's meant for American families. And you're right, the media is working overtime trying to erase the last four years. The fact that Donald Trump there was an attempted assassination attempt. We've seen big tech, we've seen the media try to completely erase that. Just trying to write it away. On the fact that Kamala Harris was the border czar, they're trying to gaslight and say that's not the truth. On the fact that Kamala Harris for years has called for banning fracking. They're trying to erase that and say that's not the truth. And on open Borders, look, these two decisions, the 911 plea deal and the program flying in over 300,000 illegal immigrants every year, they're trying to reverse that just moments before the election because they really do think the voters are dumb, that they're easily fooled. But, I mean, let's break down some of the details. So this temporary pause in this program was driven by an internal report at the Department of Homeland Security about fraud. And let me break down some of the substance of it, because we're not talking a little fraud. We're talking massive fraud. So the report showed that 100,948 forms were filled out by a total of 3,218 serial sponsors. A serial sponsor is someone whose number appears on 20 or more forms. So you had about 3,000 people that are bringing in more than 100,000 illegal immigrants. Now, here's something that will really blow you away. It found that 24 of the 1,000 most used numbers belong to a dead person. Meanwhile, 100 physical addresses were used between 124 and 739 times on a total of over 19,000 forms. Those addresses included storage units. One sponsor phone number was submitted on over 2,000 forms and there were 2,839 forms with non existent sponsor zip codes. Look, this is rampant fraud and it is rampant fraud designed to create, facilitate and accelerate a criminal invasion of the United States of America. And I'm going to stipulate right now that of those serial sponsors, those 3,218 serial sponsors, all are left wing Democrats. I have no proof of that. I just live in the planet earth. I'm aware of the people who want this country to be invaded and they're committing fraud. And to be clear, the Biden Harris administration doesn't care. They are happy to do this except in the hundred days before an election, the hundred days before an election, they will pretend to give a damn. But it is cynical, to the point. And by the way, have you heard Joe Biden say a word about this?
A
Not a word.
B
Have you heard Kamala Harris say a word about this?
A
Nope.
B
How about even one Democrat senator, one Democrat House member.
A
None of them. They're completely silent like it's not happening.
B
Like that report is stunning and they will not even acknowledge it exists. They just say, oh no, no, we're pausing not happen. Nope, nope, never mind, never mind. We got an election to happen. Never mind at all.
A
