Still was named in honor of Stacy Abrams. Only a few very political people would understand. You're listening to the 47 Morning Update with Ben Ferguson. Good Monday morning, sir. Nice to have you with us on the 47 Morning Update. And we've got one major story for you this morning. Voter fraud. Is it real? Is it actually happening? Why are Democrats saying that if you believe that voter fraud is happening that you're crazy? We have the receipts to prove that voter fraud is a very real thing in this country. And even a whistleblower who's saying you'll be shocked exactly how much voter fraud there could actually be. It's the 47 Morning Update and it starts right now. Voter fraud. It is a question that has been brought up a lot, specifically by President Donald Trump. Democrats will tell you that voter fraud doesn't happen. Voter fraud really doesn't affect any elections and it certainly would have no impact on a presidential election. Now, there are some actual recent voter fraud cases and investigations happening right now in the United States of America, meaning incidents that involved arrests, prosecutions, convictions, official referrals to prosecutors. That is real. It's important to understand that this is not some well, I heard about it scenario. This is actual voter fraud. A perfect example of that is a Michigan petition scandal is continuing to grow even as there are convictions. Two individuals have now been convicted for forging signatures that would be plural in multiple campaigns in the nominating petition category. Undermining the primary ballot process is how it was stated in court. And sentencing is scheduled for March of this year. Move to Connecticut and you had an absentee ballot scheme that has now been uncovered. Two defendants there received suspended sentences and probation for encouraging voters to sign absentee ballot forms improperly and in one case, filling out ballots on behalf of voters in a mayoral primary. That coming from the Connecticut Post. Move to Wisconsin and election irregularities there after the 2024 election. The clerks there have now referred 46 instances of suspected fraud or voting irregularities to prosecutors. These include a small number of possible double votes or improper registrations. That again coming from pbs. Wisconsin. Go to Ohio, where Ohio voter fraud allegations have now been sent all the way to the Department of Justice. The Ohio Secretary of State has now referred. Listen carefully. More than a third thousand alleged voter fraud cases to the U.S. department of justice after local prosecutors did not act on them. Why? Because they were in Democratic areas. Many involved suspected ineligible voting or ballot issues that would mean illegal immigrants. Now, there are numerous local election officials and watchdog groups that have reported or helped uncover individual cases such as people deliberately double voting non citizens being registered to vote and voting mail in ballot tampering. Now these are trends that seem to be getting bigger, not smaller. So what does it actually mean? It means that voter fraud is real and people are trying to cheat. Which brings us to the newest story. Minnesota lawmaker has now uncovered. Listen carefully. Thousands of voters on a roll with missing information. Why would that happen? Kayleigh McEnany at Fox News Channel on her show had this to say about exposing it with that law individual. Let me say that differently with that elected official who is now a whistleblower. Take a listen.
B
Republican Pam Altendorf is sharing her analysis of the active voter list in Hennepin county where she says nearly 3,000 voters have missing information such as names, addresses and birth dates. And she's also uncovering potential duplicate voters with matching names and addresses, but a birth date just a few years apart. Kind of curious. Well, Minnesota State Representative Pam Altendorf joins me now. Pam, tell me what you found on these voter rolls there in Hennepin County. That's just one county in Minnesota. Absolutely.
C
So just to give you a little background, I am the vice chair of the elections committee in the Minnesota state House. And I think it's very public knowledge that the DOJ was looking for voter rolls across the country to help clean up our voter rolls, which should be important to everyone. And Minnesota declined to do that. And after we were being sued, I looked at the state statute. I've been working with some election integrity groups, groups like Minnesota Voters alliance, my own staff and the Minnesota state statutes. Clear is that I have accessibility to this data. So I did a data request to four counties. And kind of the bigger story is that Steve Simon, the secretary of state, is actively working to deny me, sitting state representative on the elections committee, the ability to even see the data rolls to determine if they're clean or not.
B
That's really curious. So why not just give you the voter rolls? I mean, most people, I think if you ask them, they would want sunlight. That is the best disinfectant. You want transparency. And I would just note this. Scott Pressler pointed out to me the 2008 election, he noted on this show there in Minnesota in your state, was decided by 312 votes. That was the Senate race. So this matters.
C
That's right. And we have many races that matter across the state. But after I Did the data request of the four counties, one county did comply. And remember, this is after Steve Simon specifically put out a directive to all 87 counties telling them not to give me the active voter list. And for whatever reason, Hennepin county, the biggest county in Minnesota, population wise, which represents 20% of our population, did send me the, the data. And in that, and again, I'm just looking at a very high level view, there are tons of, there's missing information, there's situations that looks like it might be duplicate voters. There's a lot of voters over 100 years old that were born in 1926 or earlier. The real question is Republicans, anyone who just cares about fair elections, why is there such an effort to block us or any election integrity group to see this information? If, if they're clean, that's great and if not, if Steve Simon is unable or unwilling to clean our voter rolls, then we absolutely have to get federal help because this is disenfranchising every legal voter in Minnesota.
B
Yeah, it seems like something both parties would take interest in doing.
A
Pam Altendorf, by the way, Kayleigh McEnany, dear friend of mine, former White House press secretary and Trump in his first term in office, when she says the last point there, it seems like this is something that both parties should care about. She's making a very clear point there, that there's a reason why both parties don't care about this. And it's clear what that is. Democrats want to be able to cheat. Democrats do not want you to even have to show an ID to vote because it allows for there to be the ability to what? Cheat. When you look at the Democratic Party right now, they are hell bent, I mean, absolutely hell bent on cheating at all costs. They are hell bent on making sure that whatever it takes, whatever they have to do to cheat, they will do it. Whatever they have to do to have an advantage on election day, they will do it. Whatever they have to do to find ballots after the fact, they will do it. So the question that every American should be asking themselves right now after the evidence that I just laid out for you is, is your vote really secure? And the second question that everyone listening right now should be asking themselves is why is the Democratic Party so obsessed with making sure that our elections are not secure? Donald Trump has answered that question, by the way. He's made it clear. Because they want to cheat because they know that when there is a non secure election process, they have the ability to manipulate, to alter and to change the outcomes of elections. And if they can do it. They will do it. Thank you for listening to the 47 Morning Update with Ben Ferguson. Please make sure you hit subscribe wherever you're listening to this podcast right now. Date: February 16, 2026
Host: Ben Ferguson (Premiere Networks)
In this Monday morning episode, Ben Ferguson investigates the reality of voter fraud across the United States, countering claims by Democratic leaders that such fraud is rare or inconsequential. Citing recent high-profile cases from Michigan, Connecticut, Wisconsin, Ohio, and a whistleblower story from Minnesota, Ferguson argues that documented voter irregularities are evidence of significant vulnerabilities in the U.S. election system. The episode features analysis, commentary, and an excerpt from Kayleigh McEnany’s Fox News interview with Minnesota State Representative Pam Altendorf.
Watchdog groups and election officials have uncovered instances of double voting, non-citizen registrations, and ballot tampering.
“Now these are trends that seem to be getting bigger, not smaller.” — Ben Ferguson [03:30]
Ben Ferguson’s episode argues that claims minimizing voter fraud are disproven by current legal cases across multiple states. He presents whistleblower testimony and official data to support the view that election integrity is under threat, specifically pinning blame on Democratic opposition to stricter oversight. Through interviews and personal commentary, Ferguson frames the issue as urgent, systemic, and partisan—reiterating the importance of transparency for public confidence in elections. He closes by urging listeners to question the security of their vote and to remain vigilant to electoral vulnerabilities.
