He knew exactly what that meant. A child knows what that if you're the FBI director and you don't know what that meant, that meant assassination and it says it loud and clear. Now, he wasn't very competent, but he was competent enough to know what that meant. And, and when you add his history to that, if he had a clean history, he doesn't. He's a dirty cop.

You're listening to the 47 Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
Good Monday morning. It's nice to have you with us on the 47 Morning Update. And we've got three blockbuster stories for you. First up, Joe Biden announces the diagnosis of prostate cancer. When did this happen? And was there actually a cover up to conceal it from you, the American voter? We'll have the latest on that in just a second. Up next, the her audio has finally been released and it's more damning than we could have ever imagined as the cognitive decline of the president was on full display. And now we understand why they blocked it from you ever hearing it until now. And finally, the new book that is out is saying that Joe Biden wasn't actually the president of the United States of America. In fact, there's now new accusations that there was five different people that were running the country. We'll have the details on that as well. Now before we get to that, I want to talk to you real quick about the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. Jews, most of us, when we go to bed at night, we don't have to worry about there being an explosion that awakes us in the middle of the evening. We climb into our beds, we turn off the lights and we sleep in relative safety. But the people of Israel are facing non stop threats on seven different fronts. They do have a red alert system to warn of incoming attacks. And last month red Alerts blared nearly 50 times every single day. Something we can't imagine living with. The toll on families and first responders is brutal. And right now, Israel's first responders are facing an urgent need, life saving supplies that are running low. And that's why the work of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is so critical. Your gift of only $150 will help provide first responders with helmets, flat jackets, medical rescue bags and even armored service vehicles to keep people alive. Your gift is urgently needed. And if you want to stand with the people of Israel, you can call 888-488-IFCJ. That's 888-488-4325. Story number one in a shocking statement.
Coming from the Biden family, former President Joe Biden has been diagnosed with prostate cancer that is characterized by a Gleason score of nine. His office revealed in a statement on Sunday in the press release from Biden's personal office, it revealed that while Biden's prostate cancer represents a, quote, more aggressive form of the disease, the former president's cancer appears to be hormone sensitive, saying this last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms. On Friday, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer characterized by a gleason score of 9 grade group 5, which metastasized to the bone. While this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone sensitive, which allows for effective management. The president and his family are reviewing treatment options with his physicians. Now the president's statement is one that has a lot of people talking because traditionally it takes a significant amount of time for this type of cancer to get to this point where it is actually metastasizing to the bone. And many doctors are now asking the question, when did they know this and what were they hiding from the American people? Now, I want to be clear. My thoughts and prayers are with President Joe Biden, as I'm sure yours are as well. But we also know that the same people that are around Joe Biden now were the same ones that lied and covered up his cognitive decline. And the question everyone should be asking is did he really just find out about this or were the people around him making sure the American people didn't know about it from the very beginning? Unfortunately, it is because of their actions on the President's cognitive decline that we have to ask these types of questions. There are also many doctors that are putting out different things on social media about this type of cancer. For example, one doctor online said it this prostate cancer is the easiest cancer to diagnose when it first starts and to watch its progress to bone metastasis. The PSA blood test shows the rate of cancer cell growth for even with the most aggressive form. It is a five to seven year journey without treatment before it becomes metastasized, meaning it would be malpractice for this patient to show up and be first diagnosed with the metastasized disease in May of 2025. It is highly likely we are carrying a diagnosis of prostate cancer throughout his White House tenure and the American people were uninformed. Now, there wouldn't be this type of conversation if it wasn't for the massive cover up of President Joe Biden's cognitive decline, especially in a new book which we'll talk about in a moment, that is saying that Joe Biden's decline was being covered up before he even became President. One thing that is for sure is Donald Trump's words that he used in his post saying, quote, melania and I are saddened to hear about Joe Biden's recent medical diagnosis. We extend our warmest and best wishes to Jill and the family and we wish Joe a fast and successful recovery. I couldn't agree more with President Donald Trump, but this doesn't mean that we cannot ask questions about if this diagnosis has actually been concealed from the American people so the Democrats could try to win the last election. Unfortunately, if you're not happy with this question being asked, it may be because you were helping cover up the cognitive decline of Joe Biden. As I mentioned earlier. Next story number we exclusively now have the prosecutor's audio of the tapes where Joe Biden was being asked questions about classified documents and where they were stored. What it revealed is Even more shocking than I could have imagined. Now we understand exactly why the DOJ and Joe Biden's team wanted to make sure you never heard any of this. Yes, some of the transcripts were released, but it did not put into context just how long some of the stalls and pauses and meandering was during the interview. Axios obtained the audio of Robert Hearst 2023 interview of Joe Biden, which show repeated massive mental lapses as he struggled to remember words and dates amid long, uncomfortable pauses. Biden's White House didn't release it last year, and now we know exactly why. Here is one example of just how bad it was for Joe Biden when he was asked a simple question that he never answered about where he was keeping these documents. And instead the President rambled for more than four minutes. Not only that, his team even said, maybe we should take a break. And Joe Biden didn t seem to get the clue that it was time for him to stop the bleeding.
Interviewer
So during this time, we were living in Chambers Road and there were documents related to the Penn Biden center or the Biden cancer bone shot or your book. Where did you keep papers that related to those things that you were actively working?
Joe Biden
Well, I don't know. This is 2017, 18, that area.
Interviewer
Yes, sir.
Joe Biden
Remember, in this time frame, my son is either been deployed or is dying. And, and so if it was. And by the way, there were still a lot of people at the time when I got out of the Senate that encouraging me to run in this period except the President. I'm not a mean thing to say. I mean, he just thought that she had a better shot of winning the presidency than I did. And so I hadn't, I hadn't. At this point, even though I'm at Penn, I hadn't walked away from the idea that I might run for office again. If I ran again, I'd be running for president. And so what was happening though, Once Bo died? May 30, 2018, was it 2015 he died.
Interviewer
We had much of the month, sir.
Ben Ferguson
But I think that was.
Joe Biden
Yeah, that's right, Mr. President. And what's happened in the meantime is that as. And Trump gets elected in November of 2017. 16. 2016. All right, so.
Interviewer
That'S when you left office. January.
Ben Ferguson
Okay.
Joe Biden
But that's a chunk is sworn in, right? Correct. Yeah, correct. And in 2017, Beau had passed.
Interviewer
And.
Joe Biden
This is personal, the genesis of the book and the title, Promise me Dad was a. I know you're all close with your sons and daughters, but Bo was like my right arm and that was my left. These guys were a year and a day apart and they could finish each other's sentences. Beau I used to go home on the train and the period.
Ben Ferguson
That I.
Joe Biden
Was still in the Senate anyway, there was pressure. Not pressure. Bo knew how much I adored him. And maybe it sounds so everybody knew how close we were. There was not anybody in the world who wondered whether or not. Anyway.
Interviewer
And so I'm wondering if this is a good time to take a break.
Joe Biden
No, let me just keep going to get in touch.
Ben Ferguson
After the her report was released, the White House went into full attack mode. Joe Biden slammed her for asking about when Beau died. The vice president, Kamala Harris, went out and had a press conference slamming anyone that said that there was a cognitive decline of Joe Biden. What we now know is Hur was respectful, kind, and almost clearly felt sorry for the President of the United States of America. And when he said he wasn't going to charge Joe Biden because no jury would find him guilty because of his massive cognitive decline, we now understand he wasn't lying at all. And the big question now is who is actually running the country?
And here is story number three.
The Atlantic has come out with a new article entitled An Autopsy Report on Biden's in Office Decline. The headline reads this way about the new book Original Sin. That book says this five people were running the country and Joe Biden was at best a senior member of the board. Now this new book that has come out, Jake Tapper is one of the authors of it, from CNN is now describing a presidency without a president, where there were five people, none of them actually named in this book, who were running the country and calling all of the shots. We also are now learning that the cognitive decline of the president was massive even before he became President of the United States of America, for example. Three years later on the presidential campaign trail, Biden's struggles became more obvious to those around him. Tapper and Thompson report. In 2020, for example, members of Biden's inner circle gave the candidate a teleprompter with scripted questions for a local news interview. His dwindling communicative and cognitive abilities. Aides were shocked as they said they couldn't rely on Biden to stay on message and he often had a very short attention span. The book's most astounding pre previously unreported story from Biden's 2020 campaign concerns his staff's attempts to create videos of the candidate speaking to voters over zoom. Tapper And Thompson's description of this is worth quoting at length, saying this Biden would sit in a room with several monitors beaming the faces of real Americans in front of him so they could discuss issues of importance. You have to remember this was during the time of COVID The videos came back. Hours of footage. Some on the team couldn't believe their eyes. The videos were horrible. One top Democrat said he couldn't follow the conversation at all. I couldn't believe it, said a second Democrat who hadn't seen Biden in a few years. It was like a different person. It was incredible. This was like watching Grandpa who shouldn't be driving. Yes, they're referring to Joe Biden when he was running for president in 2020. A special team was brought in and told to edit the videos down to make them airable, if only a few minutes worth. They had to get creative. The authors go on to write edited the videos likely appeared fine to viewers, Biden no worse than any other senior on zoom. But two of the Democrats who were involved in the film's production together were dumbfounded, saying, I didn't think he could be president. The second Democrat said after what they'd seen, they couldn't understand how Biden could be capable of doing the job job. And that's not the only thing that apparently is being revealed in this book that comes out on Tuesday. Another example of just how bad things were. Quote In 2022, according to one witness, Biden found himself unable to remember the names of his own national security advisor, Jake Sullivan. Steve, he called him at least twice. Or his communications director, Kate Bedingfield, whom Biden once resorted to calling press. That's not the only thing that we learned from this book in the excerpts, as some high ranking Democrats quoted anonymously in the book put it to Tapper and Thompson after Biden's disastrous debate with Trump last June, they said, just who the hell is running the country? At least one unnamed source close to the Biden administration was willing to provide the authors with an answer. And this is the part that should make every American angry. Five people were running the country, the insider said, seemingly referring to the president's closest advisors. And Joe Biden was at best a senior member of the board. Near the end of the book, Tapper and Thompson offer a glimpse into how powerful Democrats responded, for example, to the grim spectacle of Biden's early summer face off with Trump. The authors described a scene at the home of James Kostos, an ambassador to Spain under Obama, where celebrities and politicians gathered to watch the debate as a dotering Biden tanked on stage in front of some 50 million Americans, the film director and Democratic donor Rob Reiner became scared, then furious, saying, we're going to lose our effing democracy because of you. He screamed, seeming to direct his ear at the closest thing to a Biden official in the room. Who was it? The second gentleman? Doug Inhofe. What Reiner apparently failed to consider but what original sin the book prompts readers to ask is whether America's democracy was already meaningfully diminished. Describing how some in Biden's world justified propping him up for re election in 2024, a longtime aide told Tapper and Thompson, he just had to win. And then he could disappear for four years. He'd only have to show proof of life every once in a while. In other words, before Biden stepped down from the race, the plan for some aid seemed to be the Weekend at Bernie's, a cognitively impaired president in the hopes that upon winning a second term he could be hidden from the public while unelected staff took care of the real business of governing. When you vote for somebody, you're voting for the people around them too. This aid offered as a way of justifying what was by any reasonable metric an effort to undermine democracy and defraud the American people. So yes, the COVID up was massive. Yes, we had someone running the country or a group of people that were elected by no one. And now the question is what is Congress going to do about it and will there be an investigation? We'll keep covering it right here.

Podcast Summary: The 47 Morning Update with Ben Ferguson
Episode: Weekend at Biden’s-Who was Really Running the Country?
Release Date: May 19, 2025
In this compelling episode of The 47 Morning Update, host Ben Ferguson delves into three explosive stories that have sent shockwaves through the political landscape. From unexpected health disclosures to startling revelations about presidential leadership, Ferguson provides unfiltered insights and exclusive information that challenge the status quo. This summary captures the essence of the episode, highlighting key discussions, notable quotes, and significant conclusions.
Timestamp: 04:21 – 09:15
Ben Ferguson opens the episode with a shocking announcement: Former President Joe Biden has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason score of nine. According to a statement released by Biden's office on Sunday, the cancer has metastasized to the bone but remains hormone-sensitive, allowing for effective management.
Ben Ferguson [04:23]: "This represents a more aggressive form of the disease, but the cancer appears to be hormone sensitive, which allows for effective management."
The diagnosis timeline raises red flags among medical professionals. Typically, such an advanced stage would take five to seven years to develop without treatment, leading many to question when this diagnosis was first identified and whether there has been a deliberate effort to conceal it from the American public.
Ben Ferguson [05:00]: "It is highly likely we were carrying a diagnosis of prostate cancer throughout his White House tenure and the American people were uninformed."
Ferguson connects this revelation to ongoing suspicions about the cover-up of Biden’s cognitive decline, suggesting that both health issues may have been deliberately obscured to maintain his political image.
Adding to the controversy, Donald Trump commented on the diagnosis, expressing sympathy while simultaneously casting doubt on the transparency of Biden’s medical revelations.
Ben Ferguson [08:15]: "Donald Trump's words... 'Melania and I are saddened to hear about Joe Biden's recent medical diagnosis. We extend our warmest and best wishes to Jill and the family and we wish Joe a fast and successful recovery.'"
Ferguson emphasizes the need for the American public to question the timing and disclosure of Biden’s health status, especially in light of past actions by those around him.
Timestamp: 09:15 – 14:18
The second major story Ferguson addresses is the release of audio recordings from a 2023 interview with Joe Biden, obtained by Axios. These tapes reveal significant cognitive lapses, including struggles to remember names and dates, accompanied by prolonged pauses and rambling responses.
Ben Ferguson [11:08]: "During this time, we were living in Chambers Road and there were documents related to the Penn Biden center or the Biden cancer bone shot or your book. Where did you keep papers that related to those things that you were actively working?"
In this excerpt, Biden is unable to provide a coherent answer, highlighting his apparent confusion and memory issues. The audio also captures Biden’s awkward attempts to steer the conversation, further showcasing his declining cognitive abilities.
Joe Biden [11:37]: "Don't worry, Mr. President... what's happened in the meantime is that as Trump gets elected..."
Ferguson critiques the White House’s handling of the situation, suggesting that the delayed release of the audio was a deliberate attempt to control the narrative and prevent the public from hearing Biden's cognitive struggles firsthand.
Ben Ferguson [13:40]: "Here is one example of just how bad it was for Joe Biden when he was asked a simple question that he never answered about where he was keeping these documents."
The episode underscores the severity of Biden’s cognitive issues and raises critical questions about his ability to lead effectively.
Timestamp: 14:18 – 20:17
In the third segment, Ferguson discusses a groundbreaking new book titled "Original Sin" by Jake Tapper and Thompson, published by The Atlantic. The book alleges that rather than being the sole leader, five unidentified individuals were effectively running the country, with Joe Biden serving merely as a senior board member.
Ben Ferguson [14:20]: "The headline reads this way about the new book Original Sin. That book says these five people were running the country and Joe Biden was at best a senior member of the board."
Ferguson elaborates on the book's claims, highlighting Biden’s pre-presidential cognitive decline and the disturbing evidence of his diminished capabilities during his 2020 campaign. The authors present instances where Biden struggled to stay on message, required scripted teleprompters, and exhibited noticeable cognitive impairments during public appearances.
Jake Tapper and Thompson [Excerpts]: "Biden would sit in a room with several monitors beaming the faces of real Americans... the videos were horrible."
One particularly damning anecdote involves Biden’s inability to remember the names of key staff members, such as his National Security Advisor and Communications Director, further illustrating his compromised functionality.
Ben Ferguson [19:00]: "Another example of just how bad things were... Biden found himself unable to remember the names of his own national security advisor, Jake Sullivan... communications director, Kate Bedingfield."
The book also reveals internal Democratic strategies aimed at maintaining Biden’s presidency despite these challenges. Described metaphorically as a "Weekend at Bernie's" scenario, some Democrats reportedly planned for Biden to "disappear" for periods while aides managed governance behind the scenes.
Jake Tapper and Thompson [Excerpts]: "He just had to win. And then he could disappear for four years... his closest advisors were effectively undermining democracy."
Ferguson highlights the alarming implications of these revelations, questioning the integrity of American democracy and the accountability of elected officials.
Ben Ferguson wraps up the episode by reflecting on the gravity of these revelations and the pressing need for transparency and accountability in leadership. The combined stories of Biden’s health issues, cognitive decline, and the alleged shadow governance raise critical concerns about the true state of presidential power and the future of American democracy.
Ben Ferguson [20:17]: "Now the question is what is Congress going to do about it and will there be an investigation? We'll keep covering it right here."
Ferguson urges listeners to stay informed and engaged as these issues continue to unfold, promising further coverage and updates in future episodes.
This episode of The 47 Morning Update provides a thorough and provocative exploration of controversial issues surrounding President Joe Biden's health and leadership capabilities. Through detailed analysis, exclusive information, and incisive commentary, Ben Ferguson challenges listeners to question established narratives and seek the truth behind the headlines.
