Guidance for Liquor Licenses During The COVID-19 Crisis

There have been important changes to the state liquor license regulations in New York during the recent COVID-19 crisis. In this episode Jessica Glass, a partner with the law firm of Stenger, Roberts, Davis and Diamond, SRDD Law reviewed those changes and how businesses need to prepare. We discussed how restaurants and bars want to utilize outdoor space and have more contactless space for customers. Jessica covered the information you need to provide to the State Liquor Authority in order to do this. And as we move into more phases in New York, what restaurants and bars will need to do if they want to make that space permanent.
