Confidence in coaching is not about performing. It is about being regulated and trusting yourself, the process, and the client.

When you feel unsure, you start to over talk, over-explain, and fill the silence. Not because you are doing it wrong, but because your nervous system is activated. That is a stress response. And the more you perform, the more disconnected the session becomes. Presence is something you practice. When you slow down, breathe, and allow space, your client can feel you. That is what builds trust.

So notice how you are showing up. Are you performing confidence or practicing presence. Where can you slow down and be more steady. You do not need to be perfect to be a good coach.
