Mike
I drove.
Tyler
No, you did not drive. I drove. No, you did not drive.
Mike
I drove.
Tyler
I saw you in the passenger seat of a vehicle today. Just for the record, I saw beta male Tyler in the passenger seat of a vehicle today with his little beady eyes looking out the window because I was already in the parking lot. And he got busted to the point that he snuck around to the driver's seat afterwards and tried to act like he got out of the driver's seat. So that's how the day started for me.
Mike
My truck's in the shop and there, There we go. And we've got Anthony from Heroic Industries here, one of the counterculture contributors. He puts out a podcast called Heroic the Heroic Nation. Yeah, and then Heroic Industries is your personal training.
Anthony
Yep.
Mike
The apps out.
Tyler
Yep.
Mike
So it'll only take a couple cameras.
Tyler
We're getting some lips out of them.
Mike
Take a couple camera shots of Anthony before you realize that you might want to take him seriously as far as personal training, so.
Tyler
But the Peptides are working.
Mike
But without further ado, we've got Ryan in house in studio, a marine communist and a contributor. And I want to say a friend.
Tyler
Oh, boy.
Mike
I know.
Tyler
You're gonna lose half your following. How dare you?
Mike
I got.
Tyler
Yeah, you bring him in. I guess you would have to consider him a friend because we actually have a group chat with him.
Dominic
Right.
Mike
Yeah, we have a group chat.
Tyler
We have a group chat. Right?
Ryan
Yo, so glad to be here. Thank you, gentlemen, for having me. Friend. I, you know, we can meet each other on that friendship bridge. And I'm so glad to be here. Want to say hi to the comment section and just notice how I'm feeling in this moment. My heart rate is a little accelerated. Wanna slow down?
Mike
Did I throw you off?
Tyler
Is it the comments or us?
Ryan
Oh, this is scary. Every week, really. I never know what to expect. It's also fun though, too.
Tyler
Nick's not hiding around anywhere, so you're good, Daddy. I said to Tyler, I said, we're probably not gonna have an argument this morning because it's just the three of us.
Mike
I do, I do love getting to understand people that I don't understand or people that I don't see eye to eye with as far as culture, government. Well, here's the thing. When it comes to government and deep state, I think we agree on a lot. And I think just really, it's just. What would you say? It's ideology, maybe.
Tyler
And yeah, I mean, yeah, I, I again, we get a little lost on words. And pronouns and some of that stuff. But go ahead.
Ryan
Can I ask you a question? I loved what I heard in the intro about blue collar sort of audience.
Tyler
Right.
Ryan
And so what does that mean? Really? Like, what can you actually. What is your position on unions? Labor unions, that's all.
Mike
That's a tough one, I think. I, I, I'm on the fence. The unions I'm used to are law enforcement unions. And they are very, very different than labor unions, law enforcement unions going out there. I know you don't agree with those. I shouldn't say. I know. I would assume you do not agree with law enforcement use because all they do is get crooked cops hired back on the job. However, there's a lot of. What's it called? They try to get rid of it all the time. Qualified immunity. Yeah. And unions are very important because sometimes cops get. Hugh, there's human error in cop work. And I say this all the time. If I show up, the descriptions goes out, guy with a gun. And I show up and he looks at me and he's scared and he points a gun at me and I kill him because he fits the description. It turns out he was a bystander trying to help and he got in fear for his life. I'm not gonna go to prison for that. That I had the information. I knew at the time. Well, I probably would go to prison, but in my head, depends on what color he is. Yeah, if he's a white dude, we're good. But so what?
Tyler
So labor. Here's my experience with it. We went to a conference in Washington, D.C. we pulled up to the back loading dock and they had a labor union D.C. all the workers, forklift workers, and they basically sat there and stared at us and didn't lift a finger to help until we agreed to pay some ungodly amount of money. It was like, well, if you want the forklift to work, it's like five grand for like the weekend to upload and load your stuff. And then I started talking to the people from the union and like, well, there's Joe. He smokes crack every day. About Wednesday, he'll disappear and he'll smoke crack till Friday. He'll come back and then continue working. And there's nothing we can do because he's part of the union. And then the other members of the union kind of said the same thing. Yeah, we do whatever we want. We're protected. We're making 70 an hour up here in D.C. and it was basically like, there's no way to get rid of Them is what I understood and that's my working knowledge of. I have the same working hours of police unions. But my own real experience with the union was that experience I had in Washington D.C. last year.
Ryan
And I like as a working class person, do you feel better in a job that you have are a member of union?
Tyler
I see. I had no success with the union in law enforcement, so I had no success with you. I can see why it would be beneficial in the example I just gave you, which is their work's guaranteed, they can go on strike, they can barter for higher wages. I do believe the same thing Tyler said that most police union cases are favor bad cops who get their job back because of the laws and the union power. Not always. I mean, but I think more than not, I see a cop get a job back and it's like he probably doesn't deserve it, but the union got his job back. But when it comes to blue collar, what we're looking at is we've had a conversation last night is getting more regular working people into this show. Guys working the oil fields, guys doing just regular jobs out in the factories. Because I've been approached a lot of times in Patreon recently where, where they've said, hey, we're just regular dudes, we're not first responders, we're not cops, we're not military. But you guys are talking the same shop talk. We're talking on the floor of the factory or we're talking on the oil, you know, oil field. So that is an audience we want to bring in because we're trying to be the news for everybody, not just this specific field.
Mike
What do you think about labor unions?
Ryan
Well, I think we give those early labor union organizers a lot of credit for the 40 hour workweek. I think they sold us out. I think we could have done with 32 maybe just to start. But you know, in the absence of labor union organizing and advocacy, there is no sort of leverage for the individual worker. Like hr. Human resources doesn't represent the individual worker. They represent the company and the liability basically protection for the company. So I think labor unions are super important and this is what I'm trying to explore together.
Tyler
Right.
Ryan
Blue collar. Okay, awesome. This implies sort of working class and this is what leftist folks are trying to invite us to be mindful of is class consciousness. And so brilliant. This is something that we can agree on and this is something that we can maybe work toward maybe finding other areas of agreement.
Mike
Yeah, I made, I made a shirt once that said support your Local union. And that's when I realized I had bitten off a little bit more than I could chew because I meant it for law enforcement at the time. And people were walking around and it was either hell yeah, nice shirt. Which you can tell a guy has definitely been a blue collar lower middle class has benefited from a union before. And then there was people posting and commenting saying that I was a communist. And I'm like, for supporting a union, what the hell? They're like, that's tied to communism. And you know, oh. I was like, okay, well I, I, I, I do see how the origins of it have communist feels. But at the end of the day we don't agree with billion dollar corporations treating their employees like right.
Tyler
I don't know, they should be able to. And I don't know if you know this. There is an actual exception to all those federal laws when it comes to work weeks. Law enforcement is removed from those. So I know you're not a huge fan of law enforcement, but we are actually on the scale where the 40 hour work week does not apply to us. And none of those federal laws apply to sheriff's offices or police departments. We're actually allowed to work more at less pay. Unless we can't be, we can't get overtime after 40 hours. We're not bound to it. And I went through, I did this whole deep dive over the weekend because of the way they're screwing up time cards and it's all these rules that apply to everybody else in America. And then it says law enforcement exception. You can work 86 hours in two weeks not be compensated. And if you call out sick or take a vacation day and you had extra hours, the agency has the right to remove those hours and not pay you for them. So there is a little quirkiness in the, in the union and the law when it comes to the 40 hour workweek for law enforcement. That's where I say we get screwed a little bit more. We don't have to talk about anything else in law enforcement, but in that aspect, law enforcement is, money is taken away from them in that area.
Ryan
That's really interesting. And the plight of the underpaid law enforcement officer in the United States is something I'm totally unfamiliar with, particularly in the context of the majority of city budgets go towards law enforcement. It's interesting to hear over time, specifically because I've heard of situations where cops will call out sick, do a private protection job and then work overtime.
Tyler
Well, when I say I'm confusing it and then that's Let me clear that up just a little bit. When you work over, when you work at extra duty, higher detail by a private entity, you're paid specifically by them to you. So if you have 3 million vacation hours and I go, you know, I'm take off Friday and Saturday, the agency is going to pay me for my vacation. But during that vacation, instead of going to the beach, I'm going to go work a construction detail and get paid by fpnl Florida Power and Light to do so. That is one aspect what you're talking. If they're calling out sick and work in agency, they should be arrested. They're committing, they're double dipping and it's. You're starting to see it more. You might have even sent one. I think we're starting to see more and more. Even Jacksonville just had a guy that was like taking off work and was working. He had like 200 hours that he never really worked and he was putting his name down. So. Yes, but when you think overtime. Yeah, but. Yes, but when you hear overtime, don't always assume I'm saying that they're working extra for the agency. A lot of times I'll take a vacation day. It's mine, I earned it. I'm taking the day off. And then let's say that DMV is going to pay me to go sit there for eight hours and get paid separately by them. That's the difference. But I, I get where you're going with the underpaid cop. I'm not, I'm not crying about money, specifically the pay.
Ryan
Thank you.
Tyler
I'm just saying there are issues where law enforcement is treated differently and a regular civilian would get the overtime where a law enforcement officer wouldn't.
Anthony
We also don't have as many rules like as far as, like, like think about.
Tyler
Come on, Lewis. Yeah, come on. You guys saw it real time, didn't you? It snap back in. Good.
Mike
Like, where's that voice coming from?
Tyler
Forgot I was here.
Anthony
No, like DOT regulations, stuff like that. Like we're not. We don't have the same rules as that. Like we can go and work for 48 hours straight with no sleep. Like truckers have to stop and take rest. You know, that's part of the regulations and stuff. We don't have a lot of stuff like that.
Tyler
Which is dangerous. Yes, that's why. Yeah, they have to. Yeah. You get a copy where? In la, I believe in la, out by you. In la, they've waived the rules and they're allowed to work up to like four straight 16 hour shifts because of manpower. So you got cops that are getting three or four hours sleep a night and for. For four days in a row. Just. I cannot. Sitting in that car for one day sucks.
Anthony
It's crazy because you look at like reaction time and studies on that. It's like you're the equivalent of a one like a.
Tyler
You're drunk.
Anthony
Yeah.
Tyler
Yeah. You're drunk.
Mike
Oh yeah.
Tyler
Yeah.
Ryan
And you have a pistol.
Tyler
Yeah, yeah. And a stick and some spray.
Mike
You know, when I'm tired, man, I just want to go oppress. That's like.
Tyler
Yeah, that's usually when I drive down like MLK and start find a tag leg. No, but it is Dana. That part is dangerous. I agree that hours work, but we can go round and round because of manpower and lack of support and cops being targeted in certain parts of the country for just doing their job. That it creates a manpower issue which then leads to the overtime issue which leads to bad decisions and poor brain fog. Maybe to. That causes bad things to happen.
Mike
I mean and to be fair, right my. My last agency I worked at day shift started at 5am 5 in the morning. The union could not change that. That was not. Everybody hated it. So in order to be at work in your zone at 5am you have to leave your house around 4:30, which means you have to be up at 4 and you have to be able to make a call at 505 where you might have to kill somebody. And no one took that into consideration. You know, sleep and rest and it blows my mind. Like morning shifts. It's not, it's not really. I'm not trying to say cops are better, but if you work at an office job, you got to be there at nine. I mean you can have your coffee at nine. You don't have to make any decisions that are going to take away someone's freedoms or their life. So there's a little bit of grace when it comes to like getting to work. You're a little. You're a little tired.
Ryan
And part of that like did. Was there a commute involved in that?
Mike
It depends on where you work. So I. I lived without traffic, 30 minutes away from where I was supposed to be patrolling. And by. It can be considered time theft. It could be depending on who's looking at it and who wants to jam you up. If you're not able to do your job in your zone because you're not there on time. So even though you're in the general area, if a call comes out, that means the taxpayer is Waiting on you to get your ass in gear. And so I just, I feel like, you know, and that, that again, if time theft is a very, very fluid thing, because to me it's double dipping. Like you're talking about a guy getting paid by the taxpayers in the government and then go ahead.
Ryan
Well, there is so much like fraud, waste and abuse by the government, so, you know, by people like becoming millionaires.
Mike
Right.
Ryan
And so there's this idea, you know, what is it? Boss makes a dollar, I make a dime. That's why I shit on company time.
Mike
Yeah.
Ryan
So I'm, you know, all about working class folks clawing back their time however they feel, you know, creatively, that's important. There is this idea of like commuter cops though, that I want to like kind of bring in. Where one idea to sort of reform, you know, is community policing. Whereas a commuter cop doesn't have the same sort of investment in the neighborhood if they're not living there, grocery shopping there, going to church, going to church there. Right. Like not an integrated member of the community and just kind of punch out, go back home. Right. Because I do have to uplift. You know, a lot of communities are over policed, under resourced and surviving engineered inequality.
Mike
Well, I will say this, and I'll let Mike touch on the over police part, but I will say that my. I believe you really can't change a really bad area. Let's use Oakland, for example. We've both talked about how Oakland is a bad area for, for our own argument, right. You said, why don't you go down to Oakland and say that? Implying that there's people there that would do unfavorable things to one another. Right? So Oakland.
Ryan
Let's, let's clarify.
Mike
Let's clarify.
Ryan
If you ran around singing along with songs that included the N word, but if you.
Tyler
Hold on, I gotta get in. You want me to believe that in my pink shorts I'm wearing pink shorts today and my, my war hat. You think if I walk down one of the highest gang ridden areas of Oakland with my current state of skin color, that I would be just one of the guys? You want me to believe that you'd
Ryan
be fine as long as you mind your own business.
Tyler
Why does the stereotypes, all you hear in stereotypes of like black males wearing the wrong colors in that area? Can't walk down that street, I'm told. I see it. You can't. You're either cripple your blood and you can't be one or the other. And if you walk in to a red Hat area. Even as a black male, you're going to be targeted. So how do you want me to believe that as a white male, I could walk through, my hat is half blue, half red down the middle and I'm split. How am I going to fit in just fine when people of their own culture can't fit in?
Ryan
I think you said it when you mentioned the word stereotype. This is the right image that has been projected through all the copaganda. Right. That has led us to believe. And one thing I'll invite you to kind of just remember is that I heard Los Angeles brought up earlier. I'm in San Francisco. We don't have the same sort of red blue gang kind of.
Mike
They just have homeless people fashion.
Tyler
No, I see. I have, there's a, there's a site I follow called Tenderloin Activities. That's a neighborhood over there, right? All he posts is San Francisco and it doesn't look very nice.
Mike
Well, I'd like to.
Tyler
I don't know he's a stereotype in anybody. I just see a lot of crazy things that don't happen in some other places.
Ryan
No, it's curious, you know, I talking about community policing, right. I do community mental health and I live and work on 6th street, which is basically Tenderloin South.
Tyler
Okay.
Ryan
And it's really fascinating in these conditions of sort of late stage capitalism, sunset of the empire. And I'm curious about like poverty porn, right. Where, you know, people are filming, you know, people that are suffering, poor people
Tyler
living on the street. Nobody's gonna watch a video of a bunch of people getting along and hanging around and doing the right thing. Nobody wants to see that. Sad.
Lewis
Like, where are we?
Ryan
Why don't you?
Tyler
That's the Instagram era. Like, like I said, you could get online and talk about the most important thing and how great everything is, and they're gonna be like, yeah, bye. Oh, here's two people fighting. I'm gonna watch that. Like, we're addicted to drama. We're addicted to pain, suffering, fights, watching people get their ass beat. We're addicted to that as a society. And I, and I don't. That's a huge. But I agree with you.
Ryan
I think part of our society is. And then I think it's balanced. And another part of our society is trying to help and trying to like, relieve people's suffering, right. Not make caricatures of them for social media spectacles.
Tyler
I think there's people. I don't care what side or what group they are. I think in general Everywhere there are people who want everything to be okay. Not just left. Right, Whatever. There are people and then there are people on both sides that don't want everybody to be okay.
Ryan
And so bringing it back to the blue collar, right? As blue collar working class folks, we are incredibly more closely connected to our neighbor living on the streets. Right. Suffering from substance use issues than the.
Mike
What?
Ryan
I think we got five or 50. Excuse me, I don't remember the number, but billionaires in San Francisco, you want to talk about tenderloin when we got all this excess, right, that can't exist without this. Yeah, it's directly connected, gentlemen. So this is. Thank you. I love when we agree. This is beautiful.
Tyler
I've always used the example like, unfortunately. And we knock like fast food workers, right? They're the worst. Like you're working McDonald's, who's gonna run? I mean, somebody's got to work there, right? And I always said, like, you can't knock those people because you don't want to do it. I don't want to do it. Right. But somebody does it and. And without it, we don't have it. So you're right. Where is the. The balance is that there's a certain amount of people have so much money, but in order for them to have so much money, there has to be all these people. With zero, there has no. I agree, I agree with that.
Ryan
And so then let's bring it back to the police, right? What is the role of the police? I'm gonna. Because I'm gonna say a lot of folks on the left, right?
Tyler
Yes.
Ryan
Police are working class folks. We are in the same class. However, some say, I won't, I won't, I won't be the one. But I'll say police are class traitors.
Mike
Oh.
Ryan
Because the police serve as that buffer, Right. Between the poor and the wealthy.
Mike
Right.
Ryan
And protect property. That's why we got a San Francisco police officer sitting there on his phone outside the Apple store every day.
Mike
Money, money, money. Well, what I was going to say before you gaslit me and change the subject. You're good. I'm just kidding. When I was talking about the neighborhoods that might be a little bit more unruly or unfavorable to go to. It's gonna take people from within that neighborhood to change it. Right? So if I go and I'm just. I gotta use my words because I know we're kind of rushed for time. That's my fault. But I gotta use my words to get my point. Even though you don't Agree with them. If I'm working in the hood and I'm a 23 year old college student that just got my bachelor's in criminal justice and they throw me in the hood do you think I'm going to do any good in that hood or do you think that someone that grew up in that hood, went to the law enforcement academy, graduated and now works in the zone in the area that he grew up in can do more change? What do you think? Which one do you think is going to do more constructive change?
Ryan
I think we got to be mindful of the hood is really community surviving engineered inequality. Yes. This is so important to remember. Different communities have different access to options and choices and upward social mobility. The prison industrial complex and the military industrial complex intersect in the same low income communities. Those of us that escape the school to prison pipeline by luck or by privilege are often funneled into violent servitude in the military to clamber toward this myth of upward social mobility.
Mike
Somebody once we'd had a super chat. I deal with labor union for my employees. The most useless organization there is. They just want their dues. So that's Jefferson newbies take on it. And I do think anything can get hijacked. Any idea can get hijacked.
Ryan
I didn't be interested in how involved this comrade is in his local union. Was he involved in the bargaining team? Is he involved in committees? What contribution is his comrade making to his local labor union? And there's been so much anti union propaganda. Let's be mindful that technology, all this innovation cannot be confused with liberation. It's going to lead to labor displacement. Right.
Mike
Do you. Do you believe in police unions or only labor unions?
Ryan
I don't believe in the police but
Tyler
I believe I knew that was coming. I mean that was a layup. That was a layup.
Mike
I don't believe.
Tyler
What do you think before you have. You have to go. I don't have to go. What do you think about Governor Newsome? I know he's made a lot of money since he's been in office and he spent a lot of money on the homeless. I think $5 billion.
Mike
Did it get better?
Ryan
Listen, the one time I called 988 was when Governor Brown vetoed a bill that I worked on for two years that passed the House and Senate nearly unanimously and he vetoed it and it broke my heart and I felt like harming myself and I stumped the suicide hotline because I wanted to set myself on fire. It was a political suicide, not a Stress or depression related suicide, please Ryan RIP Aaron Bushnell. And so Governor News we, you know, lobbied again the next year and Governor Newsom signed our bill SB 34, restoring you know, this culture of compassion to California cannabis culture. So I thank him for that. Always will. Anything else Sus? Don't trust them, right?
Mike
Like you don't have anything negative to say about him. You don't like the police, but you just think Newsom is sus. Is it just because you're not allowed to say anything negative about a democratically elected governor?
Ryan
Nah, I don't trust no, I'm not a fan of Democrats, I'm not a Democrat, I'm not a liberal. I'm a leftist, right? I'm a far leftist. So I don't trust Newsom. I don't trust his flip flopping on the Zionist occupation of Palestine that people call Israel, right? I believe Israel is going to go the way of Rhodesia in our lifetimes, God willing. And so that's just a fundamental right. Notice that, notice that flip flop. Newsom panders towards developers. Newsom is shown for photo ops displacing homeless folks from like under bridges. Like really bro, you're gonna roll up your sleeves and do this? The Epstein files exist and this is your priority, right? Like all my 2A Alpha bros, right? Epstein files exist. Tyrannical government exists and y' all like
Tyler
that.
Mike
I think a lot of the two way the two a Boogaloo bros would love to raid Epsteed Island. We every, I, I think that's something that could bring this country together is the fact that we've got no answers from that.
Anthony
Why do you think it's so dark? Like nobody's answering any questions on it? Because they don't want.
Tyler
Because they're all on the list and
Mike
they don't want the unity.
Tyler
Don't want the unity.
Anthony
They don't want people.
Tyler
One thing people are going to get together about the two things, right? Gambling and children being harmed. Everybody's going to agree that children do not need to be harmed. And I don't care if you're a redneck living in Alabama in the woods or you're a high rise communist in the west coast. Everybody's gonna greet children shouldn't be harmed
Ryan
and gambling would be reduced with reduced social stratification, right? Us working and poor folks think we can get rich with a lottery ticket, right? Or my statistics professor said the lottery is for people that don't understand statistics and desperate poor people, right? I know people that have gotten on the bus That'll take them to the reservation to. With $10 in their pocket like their last.
Tyler
Yeah. Thinking they're gonna come back with the jackpot.
Ryan
You feel me? And so this is part of being poor and working class.
Mike
Right? Is this.
Ryan
We'll get. This is where bitcoin came from, right, Epstein? Bitcoin. So, so glad we had this conversation. I look forward to chatting again next week.
Mike
Hey, next week I want to pick your brain on Indian reservations. All right. Think about that.
Ryan
Let's. God willing, let's do it. I hope I can do my best with that. Thank you for the heads up. So I have some Ryan's research.
Mike
Ryan a. A Marine Communist with compassionateveterans.org no matter what your take is on life, I think we all agree that veterans need help and. Right. Ryan is a key component in that. So please go to compassionate veterans.org you're helping veterans no matter what your ideology is. Thank you, Ryan, so much.
Ryan
Right on, gentlemen.
Mike
Peace. Thank you. Somebody asked who's muscle beach guy in the back. So let's go back. Put the camera on Anthony. This is Anthony with Heroic Nation podcast or Heroic Industries. Personal training, fitness, stuff like that if you want. I mean I can literally see your muscle tears through your skin, so it looks good if you want that. Anthony is a full time law enforcement officer, SWAT operator and a guru when it comes to fitness and health. And he loves it. And I, trust me when I say he loves it. You gotta. Anthony's the type of guy that you got to tell him to charge for it because he just wants to get
Anthony
it off for free most of the time.
Tyler
Yeah.
Mike
So yeah, he's. He's in town visiting us, but we've got. I think he's gonna have a conniption. But we got G Money over here looking down the whole time as the Marine communists spoke. G Money. How you doing, bud?
Lewis
Yeah, I was throwing the up in my trash can listening to that nonsense. The out of here, dude. Come on, man. And is he gay? There's nothing wrong with gay people, dude. But his mannerisms just scream on the I'm gay, dude. Fake curated nonsense. The out of here. Cops are. Cops are class traders. First off, cops are middle class. They're not poor. So how are they trading from being a poor dumb dude? There you go.
Mike
Right?
Lewis
No, they're not rich either. They're middle class. Stupid take, dude.
Tyler
Probably middle of lower. Yeah, they're on the lower side of middle class.
Mike
Yeah, and I don't middle class, dude.
Lewis
They're not poor. Stop it.
Tyler
No, they're not poor.
Mike
We're an extension of our population, man. Like, we're elected essentially by the. The sheriff. Like, if you would elect a sheriff or you would elect a mayor who appoints a chief, we're all extensions of what the public elected. We are representation of the people. People like Ryan, I think, think we're. We're boot. We're soldiers, we're boots for the government. We're just not.
Anthony
But it's. It's funny. He's okay with it when it's on the one side, but when it's on the other side, it's not okay.
Lewis
Yeah, you know, exactly. Anthony. What's up, brother?
Tyler
The other. The other thing is, obviously nobody likes to be told what to do at all. And cops are always going to be hated. I don't care if you like cops. The second a cop pulls you over
Mike
speeding,
Tyler
stupid cop wrote me. Like, it doesn't matter how pro police
Mike
you are, or the rich white lady that called the chief a million times about her stop sign and speeder, and then she or her son gets caught. Oh, dude, it's hell. You know who I know?
Tyler
I'm above you, you. Everybody wants rules until the rules apply to them. And then it's like, oh, never mind. I didn't want that.
Mike
I don't support the police anymore.
Tyler
Yeah, what's up, G Money? How's the. How's the celebrity status, man? Mr. Tiger King?
Lewis
Yeah, dude,
Tyler
I'm still. I'm still fanboying over that, man.
Mike
Boying over that.
Tyler
That's cool, dude.
Mike
He sent me the audio clip of the. You're watching the anti hero broadcast. He's like, dude, I can't get over. He just said that.
Tyler
That's great.
Lewis
Yeah, it's good stuff, man. Yeah. I'll tell you what, He's a gentleman. He's a nice guy. He's getting railroaded. I don't understand how a conviction which is all centered on one guy's testimony, which is pretty much where that conviction came from. The guy under affidavit. Affidavit, sworn affidavit under oath, swearing he committed perjury. The $3,000 he was allegedly paid to do that hit on Carol Baskin. Carol Baskin. He said he stole the money and he quit voluntarily and left and went to work with Jeff Lowe, who's a felon already, Notorious scam artist. It's really up, dude. This is what the feds do. There's a small branch of them that are just like the mafia. They'll lean on you. I watch them cops over who are completely innocent because they're going after a target cop and they'll lean on these guys. I'm not gonna mention any names or departments, but they want it. We'll say cop A, right? Cop A was wanted for doing something. Cop B had nothing to do with anything whatsoever. Complete nothing, dude. Right. And they leaned on cop B so hard that they end up locking him up and perp walking him out of his house at 5am because he wouldn't swear to his statement that they gave him the say and swear to. And he stood his ground. He ended up winning, you know, getting charges dismissed. But they'll. Dude, they're dirty, man. It's what they do. So I, I understand. Like if you watch the Merlino podcast, he goes through it how, how they get. They give these mobsters carte blanche as long as they're testifying against the target guy that the feds want. These. These mobsters can go out and murder, rape, steal, sell drugs and they have a license to do it. It's sickening. Dude, no one's here to watch the watchers.
Tyler
Well, here and here. I'm going to transition because I want you on for this. The disgusting verdict that came out of New York yesterday. This is Jonathan Diller. He was killed last 2024. They got a call for a suspicious person, armed. The suspect exited the vehicle and shot him point blank range in those right underneath his vest. And he died. The verdict came back in yesterday's trial and the suspect was found not guilty of first degree murder. He's found guilty of a lesser charge of manslaughter.
Mike
So they're. They're. This is what kills me is they're acknowledging that he killed him.
Tyler
Yeah. And I'm gonna read you the definition of first.
Mike
Like they're not.
Tyler
It'd be different.
Lewis
Read what manslaughter is.
Tyler
Here's a. I don't have manslaughter up. If you want to pull it up. I pulled up first murder. First degree murder in the state of New York is a person guilty of first commuter when they intentionally cause the death of another person in one or more aggravated factors. Factor number one is killing a police officer. So this guy killed a police officer point blank range. Not accident, not anything else. Shot him directly under the vest point blank when he got out of the vehicle. And in the United States of America, we can have a person found not guilty of the very charge that was created for just that specific incident. So unfortunate incident that you imagine the family. I know there's not much left to hang on to other than justice for the person that killed your loved one. And to, to hear the words not guilty of first degree murder when somebody shot a police officer point black range for just doing his job is disgusting. And that shows the direction of New York, the city, the people up in New York. And it's a, it's a disaster that a family has to. Now imagine, regardless of what happens to
Mike
this guy, can you imagine losing your husband or your father? And it's been this long and you go to the court for four, the only thing that you can.
Tyler
Only thing left.
Mike
You got life insurance, right? Cool. That's probably right.
Tyler
It's got college paid for.
Mike
But the one thing that you want most is seeing your husband or father's killer incarcerated for murder. And they let, they give them a man.
Tyler
They downgraded to man.
Mike
The thing is, I'm telling you, like, if everybody can wrap their head around this real quick, they are acknowledging the fact that he killed that officer. What they're. It would be different if it was a hung jury and it was not guilty. It's different. It's up, but it's different. There's some like, hey, there just wasn't enough to say this guy did it beyond a reasonable doubt. Right. That's, that's part of court. We can all have our opinions, but the fact that they're acknowledging that he killed him and then. But they're saying. But we're only going to call it manslaughter over murder.
Tyler
Yes.
Lewis
Yeah, manslaughter. Manslaughter. You know, I'll read the definition. But the easiest way to understand manslaughter is without, without intent, you know, more of an accident. So if you, if you were driving a car, you're looking at your phone and you ran someone over and killed him, you could be charged with manslaughter. You didn't go out that day to intend it to kill someone. You didn't do it at that moment. You know, you didn't have any, any forethought or planning about it. It was an accident that happened because you were. Yeah. Negligent malfeasance. You know what? Not so the definition is manslaughter is the unlawful killing of a human being without malice or, or forethought, premeditation or intent to kill. So this guy shot a cop, he had malice and absolute intent to kill. You don't.
Tyler
20 previous convictions.
Lewis
Yeah. You don't see somebody without the intent to cause serious bodily harm. Not to mention you Know the way the statutes read across the country, if you commit an act of violence on a cop, it's an automatic felony. If you kill a cop, it's an automatic murder one.
Tyler
Yeah. First three months in this case, the gentleman, you know, the piece of. They were actually staking out a T Mobile store to rob it. No, he wasn't. So there's. They're like. They were surveilling the car. They got a call and they said that, hey, the passenger got in the car with a gun. This guy partnered another person walked up, he started to remove the guy from the car. And talk about premeditated. He even goes point blank below the vest to intentionally make sure that vest is missed kills this guy. What's that?
Lewis
Was it up close?
Tyler
Yeah, it was right as he was opening the door, he shot him in with the right.
Lewis
Oh, so he put it right against him.
Tyler
It was a. It was like almost a contact shot. I don't know what it could be. I don't know what is the judge's fault.
Lewis
So a lot of blame would land on the judge.
Tyler
They tried to say the defense was an unintentional discharge.
Anthony
That's psychotic.
Tyler
I didn't mean to pull the trigger with my finger on it. I did with the gun in my hands.
Anthony
Even though you were pointing it.
Tyler
Yeah. So they went with no evidence that he intended to shoot him.
Mike
Oh, yeah.
Tyler
Well, to be fair, the female cops
Mike
do it with their tasers.
Tyler
Oh, well, that.
Lewis
I mean, I'd like to know, you
Tyler
know, like to me, premeditated is having a gun, being going out to do a robbery. 20 previous convictions of crimes. And when the cop gets you out, your hand is on, near, around or any way touching the gun at that point, you have made a decision that you. That you are you. You chose that.
Mike
So they said the partner that was with that cop that got shot grabbed the suspect's hand.
Tyler
She caused the gun. Oh, she.
Mike
But she denies that.
Anthony
Sounds like a lot of smoke.
Tyler
She. Yeah, but again, but let a cop accidentally shoot somebody in that same scenario. And off you go, buddy. The feds so sick ruling that city is in big trouble. I feel for the nypd, it was the first line of duty shooting death since 2022. So they had gone quite a while.
Mike
22 is quite a while.
Tyler
Yeah. 22 to 24. Two years or some change. They had gone without losing an officer. And then this poor guy.
Mike
What part of New York?
Tyler
I was in Queens, I believe.
Mike
Oh, so it's nypd?
Tyler
Oh, yeah, it was nypd. Okay.
Lewis
I'd like to know. I'd like to know the judge's disposition or political leanings because he obviously didn't do a good job of charging the. The jury and breaking down what the charges are.
Anthony
And the prosecutor like that prosecutor like the fact that the prosecutor was just like, yeah, well, we're gonna let this happen.
Lewis
Yeah.
Tyler
You know?
Mike
Yeah, yeah. No. Even if it's not guilty people that, that movie Law abiding said citizen says it perfectly. You work hard as a district attorney and it gets dropped, but you give it your best. I can live with that. But when you start making negotiations with criminals to. To get a win for yourself, I think that's where the last look the
Tyler
whole thing, like arguing the fact that the guy with the gun getting ready to do a robbery is in any way not intentionally responsible for the cup. You could have stayed in bed. You could have went to the park. You could have done a million other things that day, but you chose to grab a gun, go do a robbery. And then we got caught. You got out with the gun in your hand, Will. Or whether somebody grabbed it or not.
Mike
What were you doing to with that gun? Like, like Anthony said to scare them.
Tyler
Right. That would be the only other. Pulled it out and it was pointed at the cop. It was ready to fire because your finger was on the trigger. But you didn't mean it. You didn't mean it. And again, I look at. Even if she does try to grab the gun, you chose to put yourself in all those scenarios you're guilty of. First to be murder. Your decisions premeditated led to the death of a police officer. You suck. That's my take.
Mike
Anybody else here in an echo? No.
Lewis
Yeah, I was just texting Mike that you have a really bad echo when you talk.
Ryan
Mike.
Mike
I don't think it's a tv. When I turn. Let me, let me.
Lewis
If you have something else on with your sound, it's going to echo.
Tyler
Check, check, check. Better? No. You don't want to participate. Is it better?
Mike
I can't hear you. Check one, two. I, I, I. Yeah, I feel.
Lewis
Yeah, you're not echoing.
Mike
Yeah, no, it was Mike, but now Mike's not echoing anymore.
Tyler
All right, we're back.
Mike
We're back.
Lewis
Yeah. You brought up Law abiding Citizen. I'm actually.
Mike
I love that movie.
Lewis
I'm in it. I star in it. I was co. Staring.
Mike
No, you're not.
Lewis
Yes, I am. Where I got called to be an extra and they said, just bring a white T shirt and black shoes. So I go down there. I'm still a cop at the time, and it's actually right across the street from my house in Holmesburg Prison. And you know what? I end up being a cop that gave me my entire Philly police uniform.
Mike
So you wore a Hollywood one?
Lewis
No, I wore a one that they gave me, but it's the same thing. And then I'm standing there and this, like, PA comes up to me. She goes, cops don't stand like that, honey. This is what they do. I said, okay, thanks.
Mike
You're right. Wait, so what scene were you.
Lewis
So you remember where he blows up the cars in the parking lot?
Mike
Yep.
Lewis
I'm in the crime scene after that, talking to a detective in the background. You see me walk to the patrol car and get in.
Mike
Get out of here. He's a movie star. Nikki G. Money is a movie star.
Anthony
Dude, I can't believe they typecast you like that. That's right.
Tyler
You make role at the end. G Money, like, extra.
Lewis
I didn't make the credits.
Mike
If we watch it, could we find you in point?
Lewis
Yes, yes.
Mike
Movie star.
Lewis
Also in that new. That new TV show just came out with that flaming liberal. The guy who plays the Hawk, The Incredible Hawk.
Mike
Oh, Mark Ruffalo.
Lewis
Oh, yeah, yeah. Mia Mark Ruffalo. Whatever TV show he just made that just came out on hbo, I'm in that, too.
Tyler
Our boy Frank Rigo from Miami Dade, Spot the Commander, he's in two movies down there. Like in an escort scene. He was telling me other day. Yeah, that's cool. They did the same thing. Like, they said that they're like, hey, we need a couple cops to do this. So your movie star, that should go right on the top of your resume, man.
Lewis
Right? I'm in another movie. I can't remember.
Tyler
Greatest. The second greatest American behind Huck Finn. Barbell.
Lewis
Yeah, He kind of ruined that whole hall of Fame thing.
Tyler
Yeah, he took the whole award and just. That's it.
Mike
Yeah.
Tyler
You can start a new one. Jv. No, you should start another one. The second best American Award, everybody.
Lewis
Normal Americans.
Mike
Did we ever give up on that 24 hour driving race thing that we're
Tyler
gonna do next year?
Mike
Yeah.
Tyler
No, it's associated with some guy.
Mike
We were gonna sign up for a race where you pay 500 for. It's a lemon.
Tyler
Lemon. Lemons.
Mike
Lemon lemons, something like that. And we were gonna. You pay 500, the car can only cost 500. And you race it for 24 hours and you have a crew and like.
Lewis
Like Cannonball Run.
Tyler
It's in a Track and it's like three eight hour days remembers they weren't going to help us out.
Mike
We've got like people offering.
Tyler
Just so you guys know, Tyler just downgraded you guys to the 99 cent.
Mike
I said the 99.
Tyler
No, you did not.
Mike
The 90.
Tyler
You 99 centers, man. You ain't even a dollar.
Mike
They're on the dollar menu.
Tyler
Yeah, I.
Mike
She's not laughing.
Tyler
No, no, she's not even listening. Thank God.
Mike
Something about a dollar maybe. Yeah, we're gonna get a 500 lemon and get a team together and race it in like northern Florida or something. You race for 24 hours, you switch out drivers and it just sounds like a lot of fun. Would you do it with us, Nick?
Lewis
Yeah, I'll do that.
Tyler
All right. Team coming. Hey, you know what I was thinking, I'll say it right on the air. You're. Oh, Bronson does his name Branson Bronson. Yeah. He's got enough connections, you've got enough connections up there that you should be getting him in on the south thing.
Lewis
I would run that by him eventually.
Tyler
So last night Dominic right at the end of our show. And I'll let Dominic talk when he comes on. He's got some new thing. I'll let him talk about when he comes on, what he's doing with that new committee he's got. But for you, I was thinking on the way here like maybe packet get some, some people up there and his next court dates in June and he goes to trial and allegedly in September. But such a stupid case. I didn't know if maybe Pat would be able to pull some strings up that way.
Lewis
I already sent it to him. He's been checking it out.
Tyler
Good.
Mike
Yo Nick, are you good, are you good with coming back on around 12:30 and let's talk. We got to talk about this. The, the moon orbit.
Tyler
Yeah.
Mike
This shuttle that's up there and then we'll obviously we'll go into the moon landing and how none of this is real, but. Okay.
Lewis
Yeah, dude, I, I like listen, just quick hit on that. Elon Musk was on the record first saying that you need 15 to 16 refuel tankers to make it there. But then he downgraded that to 4 to 5. So how the are we making it up there? And I'm reading some that they're using like orbital slingshots around the moon and, and just they don't need as much energy because they're only 6, 000 miles away. Yeah, yeah. It's like crazy dude. So.
Mike
Yeah.
Lewis
Yeah. And they don't have to land so they can get away without doing it, without all that refueling.
Mike
This would all be great when we actually talk about it.
Tyler
Yeah. There's a topic coming up, 12:30 real quick.
Mike
I want to say everything about it right now.
Lewis
That's it.
Tyler
All right.
Lewis
I won't be back.
Mike
All right, well, we got a couple minutes before we go on commercial break. But I wanted to kind of like Anthony, you know, kind of came all the way here.
Tyler
Yeah, pump it up, man. Pump your stuff. Pump your socials. Tell everybody why you want to help law enforcement officers get in better shape. Give us the, give us the rundown.
Anthony
Yeah. So, you know, I've been in law enforcement for 18 years now and I've done like, I want to say, like almost everything you can do on the job at least once. But in addition to that, you know, I've. I ran a CrossFit gym, an affiliate, for almost a decade as like a, like a part time job. Right. So I did both and then sold that a couple years ago. But the whole reason I started it was because there's, there's such a gap to close in in terms of health and fitness and, and also just strength and conditioning for law enforcement, for the job. And I come from a background of like, you know, college sports and, and coaching. My dad was coach and I played football in college, that kind of stuff. And it's like there are so many athletic based things that are, that are so closely related to this job that we just don't even view ourselves as athletes. And it's like if we just change that little mindset. And it's like, well, you, you're on a job that you have to take a fitness test for. Granted, the bar is very low, but there is still a test. If I want to be an accountant, there's no test for my physical skills to get in, you know, so like, you have to take that and say, well, I have to, I have to be some type of an athlete in order to do this job. Therefore, if I, if I make that connection and like, it makes training make a lot more sense.
Tyler
And you've had some injuries in your life, right?
Anthony
I've had a shitload of injuries.
Tyler
Tell me about those, dude.
Mike
He's like, rub up.
Tyler
I'm going somewhere with this. Hold on. Tell me about those.
Anthony
Yeah. So I've been torn apart and put back together probably 16 different times. I found out when I was like in my mid-30s, I started having some hip issues and I get X rayed Ortho tells me, like, hey, man, you
Mike
look like you're in your early 30s. I found out back in the day in my mid-30s.
Anthony
Like, yeah, well, you know, like, dude, you got no joint space in your hips. You're gonna need both replaced. And it was, like, such a shot. I was like, dude, I'm an athlete. I'm a. Like a competitive crossfitter at the time, a jiu jitsu, you know, SWAT guy. Like, what the am I gonna do? You know? So it took about four, five years, and both my hips fell apart. I hadn't replaced one at a time. I've had a couple elbow scopes, knee scopes, two discs in my neck replaced. That was a full.
Tyler
No, no. You got all the excuses in the world to go it. I'm just. I'm just gonna lay up, take it easy. And obviously you're not well.
Mike
Yeah.
Anthony
And it. You know, it's really kind of like. Like everybody's got something they struggle with. And you see, especially on social media, like, big transformations, right? Like dudes losing a bunch of weight or people coming back from being really obese. It's like, well, I don't have that story, but especially in law enforcement, like, you can say the same thing, I guess, about fire. But this job will break you at some point. Like, it'll break you in some way, like, physically through getting. Getting fat, right? Getting a bunch of weight. For me, it wasn't that. It was just like, joint by joint. Like, my body's falling apart. Some of it due to genetics and some of it due to just me beating the. The out of myself over the years. But. But, yeah. So, like, your options are roll over and die or figure it the out.
Tyler
People will look at you and be like, oh, he's got it easy just based on your. Because you're muscular. Oh, you must have. He's genetically fine. He's got it easy. They don't realize you're pieced back together.
Anthony
Some things are easy, and some things are very hard, you know? And that's for everybody. Everybody carries their own cross.
Mike
Is waking up in the morning hard? Is that just me? Like, do you really feel like you have no oil and anything in your body? Like, oh, my God.
Tyler
The other thing I wanted to point out is there's not a real hip on the couch. Yeah, everybody's had a. Everybody's had on the couch has had both their hips replaced. So. Yeah.
Mike
What's. I mean, looking at it, big picture, too. I'm a big advocate of being optimal as a Male.
Tyler
Except for that Thursday night video, Shut the Up.
Mike
That was lighting and angles. Okay. Anyways, but I don't think you have to be like, could do you have to be a cop to use anything of what you're talking about. If you wanted to be a dad that's in shape, a coach. Like, I got. I gotta coach these kids. I want to look like at least like I know what I'm doing. I think it's important for everybody to. To be optimal. And I feel like you get in a routine, I'm victim of it, where you just. You do the same thing over and over and over again. You're like, that's good. At least I'm doing that. And I've called you many times. Hey, dude, I haven't asked somebody this in like 15 years, but how. How do I do this?
Anthony
Yeah, well, and. And what I really like about getting back to, like, on the back end of, like, you know, I started my gym to coach cops.
Tyler
And.
Anthony
And really I wanted to run that for my department. They didn't want that. So I was like, it, I'll just start my own gym. And like, selling my. Selling that and then being able to start this online stuff, it provides me a way to get back to those, like, kind of roots. But what I've learned is that, you know, as. As cops, we don't need a ton of, like, fancy. You know what I mean? Like, you need the basics, you need the fundamentals. And really that's like, that's what everybody needs. And it's just how you apply those fundamentals, like, to your specific life.
Mike
And can. For the. Can they get the app through your website or do they have to do that? Is that. Is that a mobile thing?
Anthony
So you can get it through my Instagram. There's a link on my Instagram. Or you can just go to app. Heroic industries hq.com.
Tyler
you're not gonna remember all that.
Mike
Heroic Industries.
Anthony
Took me a second to remember, too.
Mike
H Q. Not cute. I can't spell. Oh, this site doesn't exist. App.
Anthony
It does too.
Mike
I probably spelled it. Give me two seconds.
Tyler
Which one?
Mike
Okay, it doesn't exist.
Tyler
I'm.
Mike
Oh, that's because I put aoo, not app.
Tyler
That'll do it.
Mike
Jawline. What's that?
Tyler
It's getting rough in there.
Anthony
And I. I also. I also made a discount code for anybody listening Anti Hero 26. And that'll get you your first month for free.
Tyler
Beautiful. Look at that. All you sloppy bastards in the chat that need to get fit. There's no excuse. First month is on the house.
Anthony
Or if you're not sloppy and usually.
Tyler
Yeah, you want to be jacked with two fake hips and you want to do CrossFit. If you don't want to look like Tyler on Thursday nights, join this app.
Mike
Can we talk about that? What? First off, APP. Heroic Industries AQ.com does not work, apparently. APP Heroic Industries HQ.com.
Tyler
hold on. He's gonna find it for us and send it to you.
Mike
You look it up.
Tyler
Yeah, I'm not trying to spell that. That's way too much work. Just text it to me and I can put it in. I can put. I can bring it up.
Mike
But yeah. So we talked about that video already.
Tyler
Oh, okay.
Mike
It was. I've tell you what it was.
Tyler
Yeah, you're lactose intolerant.
Lewis
Yes.
Tyler
For me, I guess. Text it to copvil.ogmail.com.
Mike
dude, now you got to remember that
Tyler
the name of my site that everybody knows. Cobbillogmail.com. it'll come right to my laptop here.
Mike
Hey, look what Lewis did to you. Mike.
Tyler
He did what?
Mike
Lewis put the camera back at Mike before that. What? He's got that light switch in there.
Tyler
Yep.
Mike
Now you're off to the right.
Tyler
Oh, Lewis.
Mike
I gotta take the heat off me. Lewis.
Tyler
Sorry. It's all right.
Mike
I'm all zoomed in. Perfect. Right in the middle.
Tyler
Yeah, you got thousand $2000 camera too. I'm over here on a Polaroid. Somebody can send it to me.
Mike
I can't find it.
Tyler
I just text it to Copville. OGDell.com. it'll come on my laptop. Then I can bring it up. There you go. Beautiful. Maybe still not here. You texted it?
Anthony
I emailed it.
Tyler
Oh, text it. It'll come right here. I got it. I got a Mac.
Mike
Not so easy as a guy.
Tyler
If everybody followed by its talk to Tyler, we would be there.
Mike
All right.
Tyler
Dad, I'm hungry. Scent beer comes. Let's go.
Mike
Maybe.
Tyler

Rockefeller and the Carnegie foundation, re engineered medical education from a holistic whole body approach, which appropriately treated the body as an interconnected system, to a compartmentalized approach.
Ryan
Under the guise of specialized medicine, they
Mike
shut down or consolidated medical schools, marginalized naturopathic, homeopathic and chiropractic medicine, replacing them
Ryan
with symptom management and synthetic drugs.
Mike
Allopathy is a marketing strategy rooted in

fear and manipulated science.
Mike
This philosophy carried into veterinary medicine resulting in over vaccination, unnecessary surgeries, and manufactured
Anthony
food, just like they did for people.
Mike
They call it care, but it's predatory
Tyler
and based on profitability.
Mike
The truth, toxicity, compromised immunity, immunity and chronic inflammation.
Tyler
They're not fate, they're engineered.
Mike
And so is your power to undo them. We built three targeted formulas to return the body to homeostasis for pets and
Tyler
people to detox, defend and restore.
Mike
We are the correction to decades of corruption.
Tyler
We are vengeance.
Mike
Foreign.

Lewis
I'm trying to fix it for you.
Tyler
Go ahead, Dominic. Welcome. Welcome to our well oiled machine.
Dominic
Yeah, well oiled. It's almost like those Roman gladiator films I'm watching you guys fanboy the out of Anthony over in the studio. I think you guys got a. A crush on him. You ever see that Looks maxing you.
Tyler
You would get the same treatment. I've known him because I've known him, interacted with him, had him on a podcast. He's part of our network and I've never met him. And the amazing business partner, co co host of the show didn't tell me he was coming today. So I was.
Mike
I forgot.
Tyler
I was super extra surprised to see him.
Dominic
I'm just talking about the fact that he's a Roman Greek God. Chisel.
Tyler
I am excited that I'm taller than him though. I'm excited that I'm taller than him.
Dominic
I hate, I hate how in shape he is.
Tyler
It's disgusting. Tell us. We ended last night and I know you reached out to Sal. Can you tell me what you're doing with that whole program?
Dominic
Yeah.
Tyler
What your new venture is? Please.
Dominic
It's putting the money where our mouth is and putting an action behind our. And I got tired of the comment section so last night I wanted to see what. What kind of weight can can we as people mouths on the Internet do. So I, I put together a panel to see who would be interested in not only reviewing a case. We're looking at the Joseph Magnano case out of Hartford, Connecticut where it was a lawful shooting but political pressure got him fired. He was an at will Employee who was like a day passes probation but then again 2. He was 18 months versus 12. I don't know legality of that but that was the point since we don't know what we can do. And I like what his union is doing but at the same time I don't have faith in unions. I think unions do a lot of show. They take dues and that's it. And they, they hit a wall. Well, I wondered what we could do. So we had about 95, 96 guys who replied and 30 show up last night which I was surprised as with. And it, it turned from a non stop review because you know how as cops we all want to go. Well I would have done this one, this we actually got on track and it's okay. We need to find the Republican candidate who's running against this mayor. We need to find the current Republican representative in this town. We need to find out what the policies were. We need to contact if it was Taser International and get a, get a statement from them. We actually formed a. The first steps of a plan of action to taking a national position of putting pressure where it's due. Almost akin to what the, the social activists like an Al Sharpton do so but the opposite, the opposite and to be honest a lot more formatted because right now what do we have, we have social justice and they, they, I, they, they go with the identity right? Gay, black female, whatever. That's great. We're going for policy law, you know and we know it's an uphill battle but that's the whole point is what can we do collectively to come together and say all right, you're good at this, you're good at this, you're good at this. Well instead of just going the comment section going yeah, that was a lawful shoot that guy. Now what are we going to do about it? So last time you have that.
Tyler
Is that video on your page, Dominic?
Dominic
Oh, that was a private zoom last
Tyler
night on the video of the shooting. Do you know?
Dominic
Yeah, that's on YouTube. The short is on my Instagram from Toronto.
Mike
I'm looking for it.
Tyler
Hold on. There's so many pictures of females that are 411. I'm gonna have to weed through them.
Dominic
How's Anthony? Are you.
Mike
He, he took off. He had to leave. That son of a. I think he's about 510 probably.
Tyler
I'm not gonna lie.
Dominic
Dude, you tell me that he isn't like the ex. If that showed up on, on a call you would have been like oh, I'm Awesome. Great.
Mike
If it was short sleep, no problems here.
Dominic
I'm like. I'm like gay boy. And out. That guy's a handsome man.
Tyler
It's disgusting.
Mike
Yeah. And the crazy is the age.
Dominic
One more time.
Tyler
What's. What's his name again? The cop?
Dominic
Anthony.
Tyler
Oh, no.
Dominic
Joseph Magnano. Do you want me to send me to the.
Tyler
The link. Yeah, I got it. I have in a second.
Dominic
Yeah.
Tyler
Joseph Malado.
Mike
But yeah, Anthony. Well, Tiger King's real name is Joe.
Dominic
Joe. Exotic.
Mike
No, Malindano.
Tyler
Joe Maldonado.
Mike
Joe Maldonado. And this guy's name is what?
Dominic
Joe. Joe Magdano.
Tyler
Okay, here we go.
Mike
I got it.
Tyler
So for those wondering. Hold on.
Mike
Share screen.
Tyler
Oh, I gotta stop sharing the other one I'm having to produce.
Dominic
You're right to watch Antihero broadcast live.
Mike
Thanks.
Tyler
That's what Lewis needs to start doing.
Mike
Hey, watch. I just got a picture of Lewis on his phone.
Tyler
I saw you taking it.
Mike
Lewis got caught.
Tyler
He was like, all right, here is the video I'm talking about right here.
Dominic
I actually fault these three officers for not containing this better. Yeah, I fault these three officers for not covering him better. I fault three officers. This one, the middle holstered his firearm, which put himself in danger. And then these other officers would have to engage this officer from the beginning all the way at the. The furthest from the screen. He showed his lack of.
Mike
What happened.
Tyler
I stopped it. That wasn't him really talking.
Mike
No, I know.
Tyler
Yeah, yeah.
Mike
What's the issue with that shoot?
Tyler
Political.
Dominic
It was political. Is Al Sharpton went to the department the day. But like the day of. And they terminated of it. So it was a mental health.
Tyler
If you watch do nothing stand there. One had a ponytail. I noticed do nothing. This guy shows up and he's like, we're not. What are we gonna stand here all day with a guy with a machete? Like, dude, you got to drop it. And then he starts advancing on him and he does what he should have done, which is shooting.
Mike
Holy cow.
Dominic
Well, then we had a lot of issues with it. If you watch the video it made and the full police body camera is available on police1.com and I actually did breakdown cop talk live, but the officers from the beginning demonstrated poor training. And so what we talked about last night is when we have evidence like this. All right, what do we do? Aside from just breaking it down? Well, now I need the names of all three officers who were. Who were on scene. I need all of their training records. I need to find out if officer A showed up on scene. And you can look, literally watch him fumble. He's got two weapons in each hand, one weapon in each hand. And he's got. He goes from right hand to pistol, puts his pistol in his left hand and then goes to Taser and then switches him up. Now, I want his training records. Who signed off on him. And then the other one who showed up on scene completely gets out of the car. You know, the suspect advances towards him. There's no pistol drawing. At one point, he puts a pistol back in his holster. Who signed off in his training. So. And then again, the mayor claims he has no faith in Magnano to do the job. And now my department was. Remember, I come from a small agency. We all had Tasers. You watch on scene. The Taser was deployed three times. Ineffective. The cop even goes, doesn't. It's in a. Ineffective. And every other cop on the scene goes, who's got. You got a Taser?
Tyler
You got a Taser?
Dominic
If that's.
Mike
Yeah, they're all trying to get Tasers.
Tyler
Well, that's the, the problem again, let's try. Let's try to. The fifth or sixth time is probably going to work, right?
Mike
Who.
Dominic
What's the policy? Who set this man up for failure? And if the, if this is my view is if one officer is going to be fired, I got, I got two different routes I want to take on this. I want to make such a noise that people like Grady Judd, who I can't stand, he should be speaking up. Why is he not using the weight of his word to advocate for this? Because this is going to be one of, I don't know how many cops across the nation are going to face this. Number two, maybe we need an audit. We now need an audit into Hartford, Connecticut police. If the mayor says one cop did not do the job that he believes he can do and the others are blatantly acting an error on duty, then the entire department needs to be maybe shut down and have our leaders, our
Mike
police leaders there that. Remember when George Floyd happened and every single police leader across the nation went and gave their opinion how awful it was. What about giving your opinion on when a cop is fried even in another state and saying, this is wrong and we would never do this.
Tyler
Exactly. The point I made last night was that it shouldn't matter what state you're standing in when it's this obvious because we have the Miami female shoots a guy in the back. Nothing. Right here it is on video standing in another area where it's more left Climate. The person's got a goddamn machete, you cat. There's no, there's not even a question of what should happen, but one gets fired and then another one. The rest affidavit is written to cook up the whole incident and the news covers it in the wrong way to make it sound better and everything's going to end up being fine. And here's a guy who does exactly what he was supposed to and he gets fired. And you're right, all the police, all these, Grady Judge, shoot him graveyard dead. Shoot him a billion times. He should get involved. He has enough power and enough influence that he should use it for something positive than corny bobblehead commercials at his desk in the morning and coffee with Grady. Get involved. Get on Fox News. He's been there before. He should get on Fox News and be going crazy about this.
Dominic
Well, if he's not, we will. That's the point. So last time I agree with you was quite. There's, there's five now, five cases that I actually believe in that I want to do something over. And it's not just defending cops. Like, a lot of people are going to have a problem with this. And I told you on your show yesterday, you know, I will go to bat for this cop and I will, I will put every weight of the word, every, all my weight behind my words. But it's also getting rid of the ones that shouldn't be on. Like, yeah, I worked with Ben Crump's office to get him to represent the family of the Harris county deputy who was charged in the shooting and killing of Lavender Swanson. So it's about getting rid of the bad cops. So when it comes down to having someone like Magnano, who not one cop in America should disagree with what he did, then we can defend him a hundred times easier.
Tyler
It's just weeding out credibility thing. You can't say, get them done, shoot them all and then have this guy. You have to be able to go, well, that cop definitely did that wrong. We should, that guy should be in trouble or he should be paid the consequences for a horrible shooting. Or the female you're talking about in Houston. But you're right. You can't just pick and choose. You have to be across the board. And by you doing what you're doing, I, that's where I, I, you know, I know the intentions are good because everybody calls you a cop hater. You hate cops. But here you are forming a committee to help cops unjustly fired or charged. But it, what that Comes with is you also being just as vigilant against cops who make horrible mistakes or do something malicious, that they should also be charged and that. That's the real way to be is not just turn a blind eye to one or the other, but say, hey, I, I sorry, I. I'm pro cop, but this one is terrible. But this one is horrible for the cops. So I'm gonna form a committee. That's what you don't get credit for.
Dominic
I appreciate that's. That's the point of the Constitution. Supporting that and supporting the profession.
Mike
And anybody that doesn't support the cops are geeks.
Tyler
Oh, God.
Dominic
Ah, don't say that. Don't say that. Don't say that. One geek.
Ryan
Jesus.
Mike
Triggering.
Tyler
Yes. What do you mean, geek?
Dominic
I challenge you to a fight. Tyler, let me give you props for a second. Funny. Your audience, we talk a lot about loyalty.
Tyler
Huge.
Dominic
And Mike's always blowing me, which is great. I don't give enough credit as it will either. My ego took over over the weekend and got me in some. And Tyler, without skipping a beat, you know, I to him about something in private and without skipping a beat, Tyler says, what do you need? And I was like, mother damn. So, man, thank you for that. That's. That's loyalty. I appreciate that.
Mike
Yeah, man, I like, I. I'd rather go down in the trenches with people I trust and love than, you know, stand over.
Tyler
Yeah, big dog.
Mike
Stand over on the side and just watch things happen. Like, yeah, it's not set up for anything. Like.
Tyler
And I was talking to Dominic last night about. It was when all that unfolded over the weekend. I'm on a cruise and I wasn't excited. I know both people involved, and I'm like, oh, oh, this isn't. This isn't going well just for me in general. But I got people calling the message to me saying, I need to. I need to turn on Dominic. You need to hold it. And I'm like, oh, God, you guys lost your mind? Like, this dude has been in the trenches with me. This is a loyal dude. I may not agree with everything he says and does, but I don't question whether some. I have to worry about Domino. Yeah. What I need to do. I got tagged and all this stuff, and I'm like, know what I'm getting? I got nasty with a couple people, and it got ugly in the dms. But it's like, nope. Like, he. If I think he's wrong, he's wrong. He thinks I'm wrong, I'm wrong. That. That's that's besides the point of loyalty. There's no, there's no road outside the loyalty. I don't.
Dominic
People love. They just love to see the, the online. So people are looking inside division so
Tyler
that all of a sudden I'm, I
Dominic
am, I am smart enough now to know and it's taken a long time time to where you have. You have a loyal friend and somebody says something. I'm smart enough not to knee jerk reaction where like somebody sent me like the other day when you, when you put up the thing about the disagreement with the, the, the power lifter.
Tyler
Some.
Dominic
I had a couple dukes is disagreeing with you. And I went, awesome.
Mike
I.
Dominic
And I, I think I shared it, right? I. I replied to one of them. I go, I go, that's odd because I agree with them and it's.
Mike
What. What the what what?
Dominic
So it's like, I know now that the, you know, like years ago I would have been this. Because that's what everybody wants. So.
Tyler
Yeah.
Mike
Well. And the part you can tell everybody. I. I don't want to say everybody. I know you've been doing broadcasting for quite a while, but I'm pretty new to it. Mike's new to it. A lot of people are. And then people that aren't in the entertainment sphere aren't really don't even. Aren't even privy to this. But the, the amount of good that could be done for awareness or let's just say I have an issue with Mike. I've never met Mike a day in my life. Michael's halfway around the country and man, at first we're really talking this dude, I heard he did this. I already did this. And then I reach out to Mike and go, hey, I got an idea. Let's raise an awareness for a thing and let's full on go do this huge thing, this huge event or this online thing where everybody wins. The problem is a lot of people can't put their pride aside and go, yeah, that's actually really smart.
Lewis
Nope.
Mike
Like, so.
Tyler
No, yeah, I mean, like I said. And, and it just. I'm not gonna. It would take away from our mission to agree or to not talk about our disagreements. It would make no sense for the point of what we're trying to do, which is generate conversation, have multiple views and get people from. All the people think, yep, Mike's right. All the people think, nope. Dominic's right. Well, let's. If we get together and talk about it, all those people are coming into the conversation and that gives us an opportunity.
Dominic
I Think it actually holds on a higher position. You get to double down on it. Because I. This is sounds. This sounds. I don't know if this makes sense because I know I'm in a safe space to hardcore go at it and disagree. I don't ever have to waver on my opinion and then not stand by what I believe in so I can come in and go, no, I disagree with this. Disagree with this. And the, the way I say something in this group will not diminish what I'm saying. Therefore. So if I trip on it, put a little sensationalist spin on it, you know, all that. It doesn't take away from what I'm trying to say. Therefore I don't go. Mike comes up and goes, you know, I disagree with you about that. I go, yeah, well, you know what?
Tyler
You're right.
Dominic
And all of a sudden it's like, oh, you don't believe in your convictions. So I think when you have a group like this, it actually affords you a chance to double and down in your. In your convictions and test them whether or not you believe in them.
Mike
Yeah, that's true.
Tyler
Yeah.
Mike
What do they stand on it?
Tyler
Yeah. Stand on 10 toes, stand on business. So, yeah, you have to. And that's what. And that was one of the things I said was to the people that were coming at me, I'm like, do you not realize that like, Dominic and I completely disagree on a lot of things? Like the traffic ticket ripping the lady out of the car. Like, we disagree on the. That application. The goon life versus the spit shine boots. Like, like we disagree on all that, but we don't. Doesn't cause us to be enemies. It causes us to generate conversation about each other's side and lets both of those sides hear. Well, that's what Dominic thinks. That's what Mike thinks.
Mike
Well, okay, maybe I think something.
Tyler
Yeah, yeah, like maybe I should think something about it. And that's the other argument we're talking about is getting these people to stop DMing us and getting involved in their own convictions to get them to get their own opinion out. But instead of hiding behind us, get out and talk about it.
Dominic
That's the easiest way to shut me up. People have not figured that out for every hater. I have, and I have a ton out there publicly. I would have no power whatsoever if you guys just stepped up and said your own. Yeah, you guys are making me more and more loud because you refuse to say, simple as that.
Tyler
And that's, that's a, that's a Character thing. A lot of people are. They want to have an opinion in silence and not get out and say it.
Mike
And I, I never that I really underestimate that. The fact that a lot of people do, do not want to call in or be on a video or be on, or talk on Instagram for whether it be professional reasons or to be honest with you, I think a lot of people are scared of it. Like, I'm gonna go on there, I'm gonna give my opinion on Instagram. I'm gonna get attacked from every angle known. Like everything. Your family fat. You're stupid, you're dumb, you're a wash up, you're. You're a quitter. Like all this.
Tyler
I equate it to criminals. When you start to bury somebody in an interview, they're like, that's it, I'm done. Like, I can't, I can't keep up with this anymore. I've, I've lied too many times. If you get somebody who's not confident in their, in their mission or they're not confident in what they're trying to say, they just want to say it because it sounds cool. And you start to have a real debate with them, they're only going to be able to stick to it so long before they, they fold. And a lot of people know they will fold because they just want to be heard. They don't really want to say anything. They just want to kind of go with the float. Like the class, you know, if the class clown says something jumps in.
Dominic
But stupid.
Tyler
Nobody wants to stand on that little island by themselves and say, I don't care what everybody says. This is my, this is what I'm saying. And I will stand here and debate it with you. That's what we don't have.
Mike
I think Instagram should have a feature where if you go to respond to anything that's less than three seconds sentences, it just auto populates to. I'm a. If you don't type three sentences worth like the amount of characters. Because I'm sick of them. Sick of. This is a dumbass take.
Tyler
Really?
Mike
You have this guy back on like all of our guests. Like you can't give anything of merit. No argument. No. Or just look at it and go, I disagree. And go about your life.
Tyler
Yeah, yeah.
Mike
I can get behind that.
Tyler
Yeah, yeah. Do you ever see her responses?
Mike
No.
Dominic
She always off camera.
Tyler
What the hell? Lewis is not doing his job. What was that?
Mike
What was that?
Tyler
Oh, oh, I was white.
Dominic
Oh, right.
Tyler
Yeah, she's here.
Mike
What the blocking Mike's camera.
Dominic
They only had her for half a second.
Tyler
Okay, now you can talk. Go ahead, tell them about your responses.
Mike
I already did.
Dominic
Yeah, she's the worst. No, I'm not gonna let her talk. She's the worst. You ever sit there and want to see the angriest who comes at you with facts. And in a comment section, it's like, I had. Didn't I just DM you a couple days ago going, just like you were gonna kill yourself in the comment section. She is meant to 10 years ago. And I'm like, loving every second.
Tyler
Well, it doesn't help that I'm out of work and I have nothing else to do because I'm on a similar. Let me tell you how I know. I made a slick comment years before we were together on Instagram, basically talking about her. But I did it in a. In a coded way. And I remember. I'll never forget it. I was watching the football game and I got a response. It said, who. Who's the person you're talking about? It was from her. And I was like, just, you know, people. And she's like, no, but who specifically are you talking about? And I'm like, people. And I'm like, I'm trying to watch a football game. Like, I knew that she knew that I knew. And I was like, she was not going to have a seven. Yeah, we were gonna have a whole. Yes. And I. I dodged it enough times that she finally gave up because I was. I did not want to have the conversation, and I wanted to take a shot of her without being called out about it. So it was. I laugh about it.
Mike
What's really good is people will accuse me of being, like, emotional or worked up. And what they don't understand is the endorphin release that I get from doing that. So it's a feel good. It's actually warm and fuzzy feeling.
Dominic
I get it, like, raised up, reading your comments. I feel my raised in my chest and I get my blood pressure up because it's like I'm living vicariously through your posting.
Tyler
Yeah. They'll say, she's like. She'll show me. She's like, look at this guy. He says, I'm triggered. And then she'll be sitting on the couch, relaxed, with the dogs around, just going, watch this response. It's very calm, very calculated, very factual. But it's not. She's not never, ever once been like, this guy's got me rattled.
Mike
Watch this.
Tyler
Moab. Yeah, it'll be. Always be. And, like, they'll Dodge it. And she'll go right back. You just dodge everything I said. Let me repeat it again and get it.
Mike
My favorite is when you call out men simping for other men. That is my. My absolute favorite. Because when I say it or Mike said that, it's an insult. Like, oh, you just sim. That's what somebody would say. Like, if I'm backing up my boy, are you simping for him? But when a female goes, listen, dude, just FYI, you are simping for other men. Like, right. It's like you got a little something. It hurts a little more. Yeah.
Tyler
Well, the problem is too, is it the persistence of not allowing the. The joke or the weasel out. You're not getting it from her. You are going to. If you said something, you are going to explain it or you're going to discuss it. And then everybody does what I did, which is like, oh, I'm trying to watch football. She's like, nah, dog, we're get to this.
Mike
In the emotional thing, they always go back to, you're being emotional, you're being this and you're being that, which always happens at work. Also, if I'm backing someone into a corner with logic, then they start to deflect on, well, what I'm. Let me attack something about her demeanor or the way she's talking. You're mean. What the does that have to do with what we're talking about?
Tyler
What does that have to do with anything?
Mike
So I make people stand. Like you're talking about standing behind what you say. If you're going to say it, you're going to stand behind it or you're going to concede that you were wrong. One or the other is going to happen. Or you just disappear like a. I wish you.
Dominic
I wish you would do more content vocal.
Tyler
We're working on it.
Dominic
That needs to happen.
Tyler
Because I'm not a studio in my house. If you guys didn't know that your
Dominic
is lost in the comment section. It's like, I read the comment section and I. I like, okay. They make me feel angry. I like the comments. It always translates into, this is controversy.
Tyler
This needs to be content.
Mike
Yeah.
Tyler
And it's important. I think it's important. That's why I always say it's me
Mike
and Dom think alike.
Tyler
The conversation is everything.
Mike
Everything's good. I would. I look at people talking. I'm like, that's good content right there. Like, also, you're a human being. Hi, by the way, my name's Tyler.
Tyler
Can I take your troubles and make it into content? I told her. She talks about. I'm like, if you would just start a show. I'm like, we could. I could retire again. Yeah. Like, I wouldn't even have to do anything anymore. Like, it. It would be gold. But it's an honest take, though. And it's. It's, you know, for. You know, for a female in that. In that field, it. I've always got to see, like, the example of, like, what it should look like. So when these girls are like, I'm sufficient. I'm 4, 11, and I do nothing. And I've no. I'm like, bro, you guys are nuts. Like, I see the sacrifice and the hard work, and I go, you guys aren't even. Most men aren't touching their level of sacrifice and hard work, let alone female. So it's a. It's a fun ride.
Mike
They're all putting pineapples in the car.
Tyler
I don't know why. I don't know why. If you do, my guys are cruise
Mike
people to your pineapple.
Tyler
Because if you knew my wife, you would understand that a woman. A radar goes off. If a woman gets within 100 yards of me. There's zero percent. I mean, it's a cool joke, but I will assure you, I'm one of
Mike
the most territorial people on the planet. Yeah. Freeze frame. Who's that? Yeah, I was on a train. That's somebody 100 yards behind me.
Tyler
I was in deep with the Patreon the other night. Like, 11:30 at night. Rare on my phone. Who's so important over there? I'm like, your happiness is over here on your phone over there. I'm like, I'm engaged with Patreon. Huh?
Mike
Engaged with Patreon. I'm with the 99% babe.
Tyler
99 cent. But no. No pineapples in my life.
Mike
Did you at least get the 99 cent menu last night?
Tyler
Yeah, I put it higher than that. I'd put it higher than that.
Mike
A dollar.
Tyler
N. Yeah, we were at.
Mike
You, like the dollar tree, but nothing's ever a dollar anymore.
Tyler
It was like. What was that other place? Five below? It was like a five below.
Mike
All right, we gotta bring G money on. Dom. Thanks so much for coming on, as always.
Dominic
Money. I was a movie star before. He was. I was in Divergent.
Mike
You were in Divergent?
Tyler
Yeah.
Mike
What's Divergent?
Tyler
I have no idea.
Mike
The movie.
Lewis
It's a porno.
Tyler
It's a Bordeaux.
Dominic
I was in Boss with Kelsey Grammer. I played a cop, and then I was in a Divergent. Those are my two credits. But I was.
Tyler
That comes with working those small town agencies out there. Agency. Right.
Dominic
It was a friend who was done on movie set designs. I can get you in as an extra. You work 23 hours in a day sitting around for 22 hours of them and it's freezing. You're in a non OSHA approved abandoned Chicago building where you're standing on the second story and the railing gives four feet of give in it all to go cut and you get 175 for that day.
Tyler
Sounds fun.
Lewis
Were you on Frasier?
Dominic
No, I was at a boss with Kelsey Grammer.
Lewis
Okay, that's it.
Mike
All right.
Tyler
Dominic, we appreciate it, man. Thank you.
Mike
So much better, bud.
Tyler
Who's producing?
Mike
I didn't touch it. I. I was doing it earlier. Lewis was like, what do you.
Tyler
I got to the point where he got on his phone. He was.
Mike
So Tuesdays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Friday, Fridays, I produce and Mike produces. Like we self produce in. In studio days is when we need. We need Lewis bad. But sometimes I'm so used to producing those days that I start clicking things and Lewis is like, what? And then Lewis will click it.
Tyler
But I'm like, you want to do it or do I do. I know I see him. I'm going to make an air assault shirt. I'm putting it down right now.
Mike
An air assault.
Tyler
Oh, yeah. And Ja, if you don't buy one, it's gonna be cool.
Mike
Dude, he's cheating. Buy one. You better buy one.
Lewis
You need a tier three shirt too.
Mike
Yeah, tier three.
Tyler
Okay.
Mike
John's gonna ask you to send him a shirt for his birthday. It was my birthday.
Tyler
He's used up all his money on his thumbs in the chats every day. I'm making an aerosol shirt. Custom Cotville aerosol shirt. You better be buying it.
Mike
Yeah. So we got to talk about this.
Tyler
Oh, our big trick. Back to the moon.
Mike
First off, let's talk about it. Who knows most about this? There's literally like birds chirping.
Tyler
What. What we're doing.
Mike
Who knows the second most about the.
Tyler
What we're doing? We launched. We're going to orbit. Artemis 2 launched with a couple people on board. They're going to use gravity and. And slingshot.
Mike
Do you believe they really launched?
Tyler
Yes.
Mike
Okay, so there's no questioning that that might be.
Tyler
Well, a. A rocket launched with you because the
Mike
Challenger did the same thing.
Tyler
They said the people got out.
Mike
Yeah.
Tyler
And that all those people are still alive.
Mike
Yeah. And they had to give them new aliases.
Tyler
Yeah. And they look exactly the same.
Lewis
They didn't even give them new aliases. They kept the same name online.
Tyler
Dude that went around asking people.
Mike
No, but who brought it up in ours? Was it Nick?
Lewis
I did. Yeah. Yeah.
Dominic
And then we found the videos where
Tyler
they go up to professors. They got the same name and everything, dude.
Lewis
So they look the one guy had a sleepy eye and the, you know, the guy that's not him had a sleepy eye like dude. It's just, it's crazy dude. Same name
Tyler
today. Today. But yeah. So we were slingshotting out of Earth. Aren't we going. I think they went around the earth once too to get.
Lewis
Yeah, no. So days one and two were orbiting Earth doing all their checks to make sure that the ship was shipworthy, I guess you could say. And then days 3, 4 and 5 will be in the, the darkness of space traveling to the moon using minimal after thrusters to keep them on course with the correct trajectory so they don't waste fuel. And then days five and six they'll be orbiting the moon going around about 6,000 miles away from the surface and then using the, the slingshot effect of the moon and propelling back towards Earth again using minimal fuel, which is what they're saying. And then they'll, they'll do maybe I think one earth rotation where. One earth orbit and splash down, you know where they want to. Which whatever. Dude, it's.
Tyler
I love how the news keeps saying we're, it's history. We're going yes, yes, weird words.
Lewis
The first time ever we're making history. Trump said it too.
Tyler
Yeah. What does he talk about? I thought we landed on the thing a couple times.
Lewis
Yeah. And we're. It's going to be 6000 miles away from the Earth, from the surface of the moon.
Mike
That's insanity. Me first off, the argument that we got rid of the technology to do. We were on who we were on a show. I forget we do so many broadcasts now. We already talked about.
Lewis
We didn't get rid of it, we lost it.
Mike
Well it's like saying like oh, I trashed my whole phone because I don't want to go through it. Like I just like yeah, like you're lying. We threw away all the equipment so you couldn't question this.
Tyler
Like some, some of the things that really get me are like the batteries, like battery life back then was non existent. And they're, they're saying they had battery power in that brazen heat and environment up there that were able to withstand all that and drove dune buggies around for days at a Time.
Mike
Yeah.
Lewis
Like they put that dune buggy at.
Tyler
That's what I'm saying.
Mike
Because they're saying the capsule was like
Tyler
the size of this little thing landed on the. You know.
Mike
Yeah, that is true. Where did they get the dune buggy?
Lewis
They said it fit in the. In the. In the capsule, which is because it was pretty damn big.
Mike
Are they trying to say that they landed on the mood and like tailgated for a while, like slept?
Tyler
Pretty much. They were there like three or four days.
Lewis
Yeah. If you look at the dune buggy. Yeah. You remember the old like 80s, the 60s beach chairs that had like that synthetic cloth that was crisscross and you sat like.
Mike
Yeah, yeah.
Dominic
Burn the.
Tyler
Out of you when you sat back down.
Lewis
Yeah. That's what the chair is, dude. On the. On the rover. It's a beach chair.
Tyler
It is.
Mike
Look at it.
Tyler
It wouldn't melt, right?
Lewis
Nope, nope. And then you got tinfoil loosely wrapped around the. Around the module that landed on the moon. Dude, you need to play the. I'm looking it up. You need to play them leaving the moon.
Mike
Oh, we play that all the time. That's our favorite video.
Tyler
On the moon, on the surface. And a plastic beach chairs up there. A dune buggy chair.
Lewis
Yeah.
Tyler
Batteries didn't malfunction. None of the coding on wire like all that stuff was.
Mike
And you're doing all of this new technology, new advancements, unseen everything, and you're doing it without flaw on 250 degree surface.
Tyler
Yeah. Without ever being there.
Mike
Yeah, yeah. Even if they were there.
Tyler
Yeah. But I'm saying, I'm saying, did they go in the 250 degree chamber and test it all?
Mike
Here's the thing. We go to the moon, right. We take that very seriously. Everything's mathematic. Everything went according to plan. We go and we take 25 Navy Seals to kill Osam Bin Laden. The biggest military operation probably that we know of. And immediately one of the helicopters crashes, fails. Like there's. And that's when perfect weather. There's no way that we're going to the moon in 1960, whatever. And have. And not having one failure of any
Lewis
technology in this iPhone than there was going to the moon.
Tyler
Or technology in your Nintendo than there was going to the moon.
Lewis
And we lost. We lost the knowledge and the, you know, the institutional know how. How to get back to the moon. And we can't do it again. It'd be too expensive to replicate it the out of here. It's the greatest. The greatest accomplishment man has ever done. And we're Just gonna lose the information to it, Accidentally delete it.
Mike
What is their argument? Why did they. Why did they say too expensive?
Lewis
Too expensive. The Cold war started raging and. And they. They started putting resources into the Cold war, and. And, you know, the moon exploration wasn't as important anymore is one of their explanations. And the videos that we watch aren't the actual videos. It's. It's like it's supposed to be recordings of recordings of a recording. So they lost all the initial footage and tapes and everything. So what we're watching is just recordings of recordings.
Mike
No way.
Lewis
Yep. We're not even watching. Yeah, look it up. They were not even watching the original. It's such a farce. And then you ever look at the. That they try to put out on TV of his. Of the first spacewalk, and I think they walked it back because it's so ridiculous, dude. I mean, I could probably do a better setup in my living room and make it look more. More believable. Terrible.
Mike
What is it?
Lewis
They do like the first. First televised spacewalk. Let's see if I can pull it up. Dude, it's so me and Loose will
Mike
just chill while they all pull it up. I'll pull it up. No, I'll pull it.
Tyler
I don't know what he's gonna do with it.
Mike
What? You look. Oh, yeah, you can watch it. Are you on your phone, Nick, or a desktop or laptop?
Lewis
Both. I got my laptop. My phone's here.
Mike
Yeah, you're playing with your phones. They're definitely not on your phone. I don't know if maybe you had two phones.
Lewis
Ah, I found it. I'll send it to you.
Tyler
I got it. The islands off the coast of California.
Mike
Well, we're watching a recording of a recording when we do that.
Lewis
Yeah, exactly. Right.
Tyler
Is he holding it up? Oh, my God. Yeah, the lights all reflect.
Ryan
You can't see anything.
Tyler
Mike's gonna pull it up.
Lewis
It's. It's. Dude, it's comical, man. And people bought that back then. Like, you gotta remember.
Tyler
Yeah.
Lewis
You ever hear the Wells?
Mike
Yeah. That's what we were talking about now. Because we don't believe anything that the government tells us anymore because of the culture back then. If it came on the 7 o' clock news. It was scripture. It happened.
Lewis
Yep.
Mike
And that went on the 70s, 80s, and 90s. And now we have this boom of information.
Lewis
That's not it.
Tyler
This is the first moon. I believe this. Look at this. This is pretty good stuff. Neil and Buzz, the President of the United States is in his office now. And would like to say a few words to you over. Good call up on the moon. That would be an honor, President. This is Houston out. Hello, Neil and Buzz. I'm talking to you by telephone from the Global Watch
Lewis
Instant.
Tyler
I can't watch.
Mike
I am talking to you using a telephone.
Tyler
FYI.
Mike
Was wondering. I was using a telephone.
Tyler
I can't watch stuff.
Lewis
Dude, play the clip I sent you. Tyler.
Mike
10 seconds. Dude, you said it to my phone. You instead of emailing it to me, text it to me. So you added a couple steps.
Tyler
If you text it to me, I would be able to put it right up.
Lewis
Just so you know, I did text it to you.
Tyler
Mike Copville, OG at Gill.
Mike
Og that's what.
Tyler
He comes right to my laptop, do what I say and everything will go smoothly. He gave up. He just wait for you.
Mike
All right.
Tyler
All right.
Mike
All right.
Tyler
That's just me on a telephone.
Mike
We are on a telephone. Just FYI.
Tyler
Call LA to New York. But we're gonna.
Lewis
I'm on the cell phone 200 and
Tyler
what, 80000 miles away.
Dominic
Stop it.
Lewis
Yep. Instant. And it's instant connection too.
Mike
Stop.
Lewis
Jesus Christ.
Mike
Dude.
Lewis
Not this one. The last text I sent. But this is the.
Tyler
This is it. This is it coming back.
Lewis
Tell me that ain't on a rope out of here.
Tyler
Look at that thing, man.
Mike
The camera.
Tyler
Yeah. Perfect timing. The delay from space to Earth. 30 seconds. And H dot looks good.
Lewis
Orbit. And I know the moons isn't. Isn't as. As tough as Earth, but come on, dude. A couple fireworks go off and that's fucking fireworks.
Tyler
Somebody threw Confetti Pro.
Lewis
Yeah, dude, it looks like it's a model string and someone's got a pull just lifting it up.
Tyler
Nah, dog. That thing's got enough fuel to get back to Earth. Yeah. 280000 miles. Dude, no.
Mike
What do you send it on a Google Drive? All right.
Tyler
Wait.
Mike
Why are we.
Tyler
What are we doing?
Mike
What's wrong?
Tyler
Julius is having a mouth.
Mike
You.
Tyler
You were sharing your Gmail.
Mike
Yeah, I know. I needed. I need it up there because he sent it in the G drive.
Tyler
That was a good catch, Lewis. In case there was something in there that nobody should see. Leak.
Mike
Yeah, you don't want to put us on the screen when we're talking.
Tyler
No, I mean like leaking your info. Yeah, yeah. So this is like a antivirus right now he doesn't want you. Lewis is a singer. I heard.
Mike
Hold on. Wait. Let's finish this.
Tyler
Lewis would have had it up there like 10 minutes ago.
Lewis
Yeah, Lewis just text Me your email so I can start sending you. There it is.
Tyler
I get doxed.
Lewis
That's the first televised spacewalk. Look at this nonsense.
Tyler
But that's a video recreation, I'm told.
Lewis
Well, yeah, that's what they told afterwards.
Mike
Because it looks so bad. They realized.
Lewis
Yeah.
Tyler
They put this out and then said. No, no, no, no. That was in the studio. Yeah, we showed you what it would look like.
Mike
Yeah. Oh, we forgot to put the disclaimer recreation.
Lewis
Yeah, that's exactly what happened. Look at that.
Mike
They're trying. So they tried selling this as somebody in space.
Tyler
And then when they got called out after, like, no, no, no. That was. That was what it would have looked like.
Lewis
Like a dem. Yep. A demonstration.
Mike
That's bad, dude.
Tyler
That's bad. Look at that. That looks like Epcot. And when you're a kid. Yeah, like, bad Epcot ride.
Lewis
That's a school project.
Tyler
Yeah, that's bad. Real bad.
Mike
But I mean. Yeah, no, I don't know. Yeah. Did you clear it with Lewis? Maybe he doesn't want to market it.
Tyler
Oh, I'm sorry. I saw it posted. Yeah.
Mike
Lewis, do you have a song coming out?
Lewis
Come on, man.
Tyler
Oh, yeah, I'm still working on it. Okay.
Mike
Okay.
Tyler
But you posted about it.
Mike
Yes. All right. Destiny, what kind of music is it?
Tyler
It's like a mix of pop and rock.
Mike
Are you singing or just doing music?
Tyler
Both.
Mike
Oh, wow. Okay.
Lewis
You got a sample?
Mike
No, I'm not giving you guys a sample because no matter how good it is, these guys are gonna.
Lewis
I'm not gonna.
Mike
Lewis is such a nice, good person. And these savages are gonna.
Tyler
I'll get it for you.
Mike
Could make the best award winning song, Lewis. And all these people would on it as a joke because you have any other music?
Tyler
Totally aware of it. I don't think Lewis understands how mean people are.
Mike
I'm totally aware of it.
Tyler
Yes. He's talking to you, Lewis. Nick is. Wait, Nick asked you a question.
Lewis
Do you have any other songs out?
Tyler
Not, like, officially.
Lewis
Oh, where do you. What's it on YouTube or some. Or SoundCloud.
Tyler
They're on YouTube.
Mike
Dude. How crazy would it be if Lewis was a SoundCloud rapper?
Tyler
What if Lewis Sound Club, but then I deleted it. Did you have a mixtape you handed out to people?
Mike
No.
Tyler
You just made your music.
Mike
And what would Lewis's rap name be?
Tyler
It's something Spanish. Whatever interesting is in Spanish. Put an L in front of it.
Mike
Let's. What, Nick, what would you. What rap would you give? What rap name would you give Lewis?
Lewis
Dude, Fiesta siesta.
Dominic
Exclamation points.
Mike
Like this?
Lewis
Yeah. Yes.
Mike
Are they already roasting you?
Tyler
Yes.
Mike
Yeah. See that? You didn't even. You didn't give them anything, and they're already roasting you. What's the name?
Tyler
Autismic. Oh, my God, dude. Interestante.
Mike
How do you say interesting in Spanish?
Tyler
He doesn't know. I have to look it up. He doesn't speak Spanish.
Mike
Oh, you're not Spanish. You're only Puerto Rican.
Tyler
Yeah, because he doesn't speak it.
Mike
Yeah, he's. That's. That's racist.
Tyler
I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one, though.
Lewis
Interestianto.
Tyler
Hold on. Wait. I'm playing it. Yeah.
Lewis
Really? Yeah, I got it. Right.
Tyler
Okay. No, you put a T in there. It's E I, N T E R E S A N T E. Interestante. Sounds like your shirt guy.
Mike
He's Indian, bro.
Tyler
That's what it is.
Mike
You really raised it.
Tyler
No, I'm not.
Mike
He got brown skin. He talked different than me.
Tyler
What accent is that?
Mike
White?
Tyler
No, that wasn't white. That was real dark. No, it was mlk. Dude, what are you talking about?
Mike
I really wanted to tell Waka Flocka that I sing all the words.
Tyler
Yeah.
Lewis
What's the deal with that? With the Waka Flocka thing?
Tyler
Deleted it. He commented on our Chicago reel with all the military age males on the corner.
Dominic
Yeah.
Tyler
And then he said it was our people that oppressed them that caused that. And then when we clapped back and pinned it, he deleted it. Oh, dude.
Mike
I'm gonna take Jaws idea a little bit. We'll call it Rubik's, but with two X's.
Tyler
Oh, yeah.
Mike
Yeah, dude, that's your name. Louis Rubik's, but with two X's.
Tyler
Are you. Yep.
Mike
How about three xx? By the way, this song.
Ryan
Yeah.
Mike
You are a braver man than me.
Tyler
This song was inspired by the. There's a Netflix show called you.
Lewis
Oh, yeah.
Tyler
Basically portrays a serial killer in a perspective way you guys keep around with.
Lewis
Dude, wow.
Tyler
I'm doxing every address of the. Your IP address and your address. I'm giving it to Louis. If you talk to.
Lewis
That's a great song, Louis. I love it.
Tyler
That.
Mike
That was. That's why I was surprised it was you. Can you play it again?
Tyler
Do you want it through the stream through Nick, or just bring it up here?
Mike
Bring it up here. Do we have the technology? We can go to the mood. Can we play your.
Tyler
It's on YouTube.
Mike
Oh, it's on YouTube?
Tyler
Yeah. Okay.
Lewis
All right.
Mike
Nick has it to his Ear.
Tyler
Typical old white man dude.
Mike
Oh, you bring it up. All right, you know what to search for. Well, have to show. This is positive note. Lewis never gets any public.
Tyler
Is he gonna copyright our show? Is he gonna fire?
Mike
I'm not.
Tyler
I'm not popular enough to be. You can file it, though, is what I'm saying. Do you want.
Mike
Do you want followers? Because you got an arubic cube channel, and then you got a music channel.
Tyler
Yeah.
Mike
Whoa. Okay.
Tyler
And the gaming channel.
Mike
And a gaming channel.
Tyler
He's got 99 problems, bro.
Mike
Why don't you get with counterculture gaming, dude, they would.
Lewis
And dead hookers under the basement floor.
Tyler
Josh. Josh should not be allowed anywhere near.
Mike
I really like. It's about serial killers.
Dominic
It's.
Tyler
It's a story of where I killed two podcast hosts.
Mike
All right, let's go. All right, one sec.
Lewis
It's a good song, dude. Good job.
Mike
I'm gonna share this one.
Tyler
Whatever you want.
Mike
You share whatever one you want.
Tyler
It's your world.
Lewis
Yes. Share your ban.
Tyler
How am I stuck?
Lewis
Stuck on level one?
Tyler
I tried and tried again But I
Lewis
can't level up how do I learn?
Tyler
My mind just cannot get it But
Lewis
I need to know Watching people go fast bits of question how do they get so good? Oh, I need to know oh, my God,
Tyler
I love it, dude. It sound like the Filipino doing the cruise ship singing. This is great, dude. This is great. You should be on a cruise ship. Lois, I'm gonna take you with me.
Lewis
You'll get laid. Play these for the.
Tyler
Stop it.
Mike
Stop it.
Lewis
You'll get mad. In nine years, and I got so far.
Tyler
I can solve this Rubik's Cube in just five seconds, but the world record
Mike
is two seconds short.
Tyler
I think I reached my limit, my human limit. But no, there is always a way.
Lewis
I can find a way to get faster.
Tyler
There is always a way. One more song, Louis, before we go,
Lewis
I gotta. I got a song on Sounds.
Mike
Do you have any other songs on there?
Tyler
Yeah, look. One more. What's your next favorite? It was like, 20, 30 seconds of the next favorite.
Lewis
Dude, I got a song on SoundCloud.
Tyler
I'm addicted now.
Mike
Nick, you have a song?
Lewis
I do.
Tyler
I'm gonna make one. This is amazing.
Lewis
There's mine.
Tyler
That's not you.
Anthony
Let's.
Tyler
I produced it, okay?
Mike
I watched it.
Tyler
All right, one more. Come on. Don't think about it too much.
Mike
This is.
Tyler
You got. Sometimes you got to send that dm. Sometimes, Louis, you end up married to a beautiful woman. You just got to send it. Sometimes both end this is the old version of it. Two stick.
Mike
Aim high.
Lewis
No one said it would be easy.
Mike
Did you? Now, do you use a software to create the music or do you.
Tyler
I use two of them.
Mike
Yeah. Because it's. AI is now very friendly to musicians because you don't have to learn how to play the piano. Do you play the piano?
Tyler
Yes.
Mike
Okay.
Tyler
Is the COVID No, it's not. It's original.
Mike
Wow, this look really good.
Lewis
That's good, dude.
Mike
Anthony's in town.
Tyler
Lewis is a musician. I find out everything last minute.
Mike
Yeah, Gator, we're doing nice. Doing it tonight.
Tyler
Doing it tonight.
Mike
We weren't going to do it and then we immediately folded.
Dominic
Music off Digital generator.
Tyler
You play. You play the piano in this. If you want the music. I. I make the arms, record it in a loop. And you dance.
Lewis
Good stuff, lois. Really good. Man.
Anthony
Generation.
Tyler
This episode is brought to you by. All right, music.
Mike
Louis Rotas Martinez, Destiny.
Lewis
Okay, bye.
Mike
Oh, okay, bye. I think Nick had enough of your music. That's the same. Oh, this is remastered.
Tyler
Yeah. Well, keep it playing, Louis.
Mike
I love that piano.
Tyler
We. This is amazing.
Lewis
I will rise because I believe.
Mike
Damn.
Tyler
This is like. This sounds like the end of like a really good Netflix series. Like your. The show's wrapped up. You're happy. Very good, Louis. Very good. I'll buy into your business. Yeah, we're gonna have a. We're on a meeting after this. So nobody else gets his music.
Mike
All right, guys, that's it for the anti hair broadcast. Do it in tomorrow. Oh, tonight.
Lewis
Tonight.
Mike
Good night shift. 8pm 8pm Counterculture 8 network.
Tyler
I'm gonna make sure JoJo's on camera tonight. We'll get her there. Gator. Gator coming. Did he say he's coming?
Mike
I don't know.
Tyler
Gator's welcome. CC's welcome. The crew welcome.
Mike

Episode Title: “ARTEMIS II To Orbit the MOON – But We Still Can’t Land On It...”
Date: April 2, 2026
Hosts: Tyler, Mike
Notable Guests: Anthony (Heroic Industries), Ryan (“Marine Communist,” compassionateveterans.org), Lewis (“G Money”), Dominic
This episode of The Antihero Broadcast is a wide-ranging, no-holds-barred roundtable blending blue-collar talk, policing, union debates, lunar conspiracies, listener banter, and a showcase of homemade music. The hosts and guests take on everything from Artemis II’s “historic” moon mission, the politics of labor and police unions, a controversial NYPD verdict, and the perennial moon landing conspiracy. The show bounces between serious analysis, sarcastic humor, personal anecdotes, and wild tangents—reflecting its ethos as a voice for veterans, first responders, and working-class Americans.
(05:29 – 10:53)
Ryan sparks a debate by asking about the show’s “blue collar” branding and their stance on labor unions, pushing for “class consciousness” and suggesting common ground between left and right.
Mike & Tyler share firsthand, mostly negative, experiences with police and labor unions (e.g., job protection for problematic employees, extortionate fees at union-controlled facilities).
Ryan contends early labor wins (like 40-hour workweek) are a “sellout,” but unions remain crucial as “HR doesn’t represent workers… HR protects the company.”
“Labor unions are super important… in the absence of… organizing, there is no leverage for the individual worker.”
– Ryan (09:07)
Disagreement exists about police unions:
– Ryan: “I don’t believe in the police.” (26:40)
– Mike: “I do see how origins of [unions] have communist feels, but at the end of the day we don’t want billion-dollar corporations treating their employees like sh*t.” (10:08)
– Tyler and Mike see law enforcement’s exceptions to labor laws as a raw deal, with discussion on overtime loopholes and hazardous, badly regulated hours for cops.
The panel discusses law enforcement working conditions and hypocrisy in public attitudes toward police (“everyone likes cops until the rules apply to them” – 33:51).
(17:31 – 25:04)
Ryan critiques “commuter cops” for being disconnected from communities they police. He ties policing to enforcing inequality:
“Police serve as that buffer, right? Between the poor and the wealthy and protect property.”
– Ryan (23:53)
Mike/Anthony counter that real change in “bad areas” happens when law enforcement comes from those communities themselves, not outsiders.
Ryan reframes “the hood” as “communities surviving engineered inequality.” He links the school-to-prison pipeline with military recruitment and the struggle for upward mobility.
(36:08 – 43:04)
“... to hear the words not guilty of first-degree murder when somebody shot a police officer point-blank range is disgusting. And that shows the direction of New York.” – Tyler (37:47)
(89:13 – 101:39)
“That looks like Epcot… a bad Epcot ride.” – Tyler (101:22)
(Throughout, esp. 31:09, 45:03, 66:32 onward)
“Everybody’s got something they struggle with … Your options are roll over and die or figure it the f*ck out.” – Anthony (51:56)
(109:03 – End)
On Law Enforcement Work Hours:
“We can go work for 48 hours straight with no sleep. Truckers have to stop and take rest… We don’t have rules like that.”
– Anthony (14:06)
On Unions:
“Labor unions are super important and this is what I’m trying to explore together... this is something that we can agree on...”
– Ryan (09:47)
On US Class Structure:
“Blue collar… we are incredibly more closely connected to our neighbor living on the streets… than the [billionaire class].”
– Ryan (22:22)
On Moon Missions:
“We lost the knowledge and institutional know-how… Greatest accomplishment man has ever done, and we’re just gonna lose the information?... It’s a farce.”
– Lewis (94:29)
On Online Disagreements & Loyalty:
“If I think he’s wrong, he’s wrong... That’s beside the point of loyalty.”
– Tyler (74:34)
“It affords you a chance to double down on your convictions and test them.”
– Dominic (78:11)
