Yes. The biggest thing I thought that I saw internationally that kind of affects everything. As a Los Angeles politician that was designated a spy by the feds. Arcadia is a small city outside of Los Angeles. Is the mayor just resigned for being popped by the feds. So we're going to look into this a little bit, which is huge because I have quite I have a lot of questions about this, so first off, here it is. Arcadia made a charge with acting as an agent of the Chinese government. The former mayor of Arcadia was expected to plead guilty after being charged with acting as an illegal agent for the People's Republic of China, said by the Justice Department. Aline Wang, who was who was elected to the Arcadia city council in November 2022, reached a plea deal with the feds after she was accused of doing the bidding of the Chinese government. Wang, 58, as well as yawning Mike Son of Chino Hills, allegedly worked in the direction of the People's Republic of China and operated a U S News center, a website proposed to be a source for the local Chinese American community. Between the late 2020 and and through 2022, the DOJ said Wang and sun received directives from Chinese officials to post content that's favorable to the Chinese government, spread propaganda on behalf of the People's Republic of China. It's deeply concerning that someone who previously received and executed directives from the PRC government officials who is now in a position of public trust, but particularly so because the relationship with the foreign government had never been disclosed. In one incident, the pair received a an essay draft from the Chinese official via the web chat encrypted messaging app being given a directive to push back against the LA Times article about I'm not even going to try Xing Zhang the Uyghur heartland of China. Within minutes, Wang and Son published the article on their website claiming that there was no forced labor including comp producing in Xinjiang. Is that what it's called?

According to the doj, Wang resigned from City Council and vacated the position as part of a plea agreement. Wang admitted to working for the Chinese government on U S soil and not notifying the U S government. Wang's lawyer blah blah blah. Wang Son Wang's co conspirator, sir is serving four years in federal prison after pleading guilty in October 25to acting as an illegal agent in the foreign government. Wang was expected to plead guilty coming weeks after making her first court appearance on Monday. She could serve a statutory maximum sentence of 10 years in federal prison. Chinese residents make up a big portion of Arcadia, so there's a lot to take away from that mainly. First off, who do you think popped her? What agency do you think it was? Because I don't believe the FBI is that good at their job.

Thank you, David. We do have a update for you now. Appleton police just releasing the video of a recent use of force incident. You can see here four different angles of this incident where officers punched a woman during her arrest. Now it appears officers are trying to break up a fight between two people. That's when the officer strikes one of them. In the view on your upper right, it appears multiple officers are still breaking the two up after the woman was struck. That woman says she was assaulted on May 3 and claims she suffered injuries, including a concussion after the officer struck her. Now, Police Chief Todd Olson telling Police Assistant Chief Todd Olson saying the department's internal review found the officer's actions were, quote, measured and necessary. End quote. The police department says it is releasing these body cam and traffic videos so that the community can see. Like one time we were fighting on drugs and I mount. We could not get this guy. He was superhuman strength. Would have been a great video that every police agency or every police channel would love to break down. And I mounted him and got really hot, rode really high. And I started punching him in the face to the point where he was falling asleep. I was hitting him that hard. And I got pulled off of him. And then he came to before they could get him cuffed and started fighting again. But I could hear him going. But I was punching him so hard.

Let's le. Let's. So the person in the clip claiming to be the woman said she was assaulted and suffered injuries. The department said. Focus. There's another word. Get. Write this one down. Focused strikes like that one. Focus. Strikes are approved. Tactic under Wisconsin's DAAT system to control actively resisting or assaultive subjects. And the officers followed post incident protocols, including offering medical evaluation and completing required reports. So that's a good. I'm good with it. So we're gonna. We got a new term for the 99 that is focus. Focus. Focused strikes.

That's right up there with distractionary blows. Same thing, just different wording. I have a problem with it.

I don't have a problem with it either. I just do think you need to make sure it's not. My, My opinion about punching is it's kind of a nerdy one in the sense that you need to be really, really careful if you're going to be punching people under duress without proper training. Because you're punching the hardest part of the human body, which is the skull, and your knuckles will break before that skull breaks. So.

Yes, yes. So there's, there's that argument. And I, I had a buddy of mine that punched a guy a bunch of times and broke his hand and another guy, I know a couple that have done that. So is it the best option? No, but punching for, for, I believe the punch in the one we're talking about with the girl where the guy punches the girl in the face in the, in the room, I believe that was more like a pissed off, divvying out punishment. In this case, it's quick, rapidly evolving. You're trying to get her head free, whatever. Maybe she bit her. Like I said, I don't, I don't know all the facts, but in that situation, it's a little different. When you have to quickly get somebody into custody, the force is a little. You can use more force in those. Environment dictates that I got to get this guy or this person in custody. With a crowd, I can't sit here and fight them, risk my back being turned to the people. You got to get it over with quicker. You can't just kill them. So I'm not saying just shoot them, but you can use some more tactics like punching or maybe a body slam or something quick and effective to go, hey, you want me to sing and dance around with this guy and try to escort them to the ground gently and all that, or I had to get this over with. This person's acting like a. I body slammed him, cuffed him and got him out of there because my safety and everybody else like, it changes with that chaotic environment. So I don't have a problem with it. And they didn't either. So I'm glad.

A San Diego. Nope. A San Diego police officer, John Jason Constanza earned $285,000 in overtime pay last year. 144 more than his salary over the course of the past five years. Through December 2021 to December of 2025, Castana Constanza took home $1.28 million in overtime pay alone, more than any other city employee. According to public records. Officer Bueno, very good for him. Took home $209,000 in overtime pay in 2025 and since 2021 has earned $949,000 in overtime. Officer Rocha Roa took home more than $209,000 in overtime and over $882,000 since 2021. Police part records show the three police officers and two sergeants made over $200,000 in overtime pay in 2025. On top of their salaries and benefits, another 35 police officers collected over $100,000 in pay. Overall, the city in 2025 paid $47.7 million in overtime to. To its police force. But the actual total represents 1.3 million reduction from police overtime payouts in 2024. So they, they actually paid more in 2024 than last year. But I'm not saying it's fraud. I'm not saying it's. But there's your overtime stats for it just played on the screen. I don't know how to get back.

This is the overtime in San Diego. Yeah. For over five years. 33, 39, 45, 49, $47 million. So you make the call. You know, we had the Story last week where in New Orleans police officer worked 363 days of the year and nobody knew anything about it. And that's just, that's significant.

They probably make 200 grand a year out there, base salary. I would up close. So we made 100. So at 100, if I cut it all in half, I don't. There's no way I can see myself making. If he made 200 last year, I don't think I could make a hundred. The most I've made in overtime in a year is probably close to 30.

Like, I remember working two straight. Two straight weeks. Two straight. No, I remember working like 21 days in a row. Like 21 days in a row. Football games at night, churches on Saturday and Sunday or, or details, Parks, gun Show. Just 21 straight days of like, I cannot put this earpiece in my ear another day before I could blow my brains out. And like, I mean, I don't know how you get to that number of hours and money. I mean, I don't know what their overtime rate is. Maybe they're making a buck 20, buck 50 an hour for like side gigs and all that. Football games. I don't know what they're working.

Well, remember, when I say overtime, so they start at around 71. When I say overtime, you got to remember they have football games, baseball teams. You could be working every day like you work in a big city like that with sports teams. I'm not saying they're actually working 16 hour days at the station. They could be working eight hours and then go work football, baseball, whatever, whatever they have. But I know like Miami, down in Miami, their overtime rate for like bars and gigs they work down there is like a buck fifty an hour. Dude, they're making a ton of money and that's paid by the vendors. So it's maybe not coming out of the city budget. But the way they made it sound like that article is deceiving. It doesn't say how they made it. Okay, like if you, if you smoke the, the local businesses for. You work every day. I mean, I don't, I don't. What's the problem? Everybody else gets the opportunity. But if you're claiming to be at work enough to make 200 grand in overtime, you probably never went home. I don't know how you went home.

A disabled veteran and her amputee husband were stand stranded on a dark highway in the early morning of April 27 after getting pulled over.

The U.S. deborah Sims, retired U. S. Army veteran, former law enforcement professional and her husband Bobby Sim, 75, is a below the knee amputee and has not walked in two years. They were driving home on Highway 196 around 2:37am When Officer Todd parameter stopped the vehicle. He told the couple that database showed the vehicle had no active insurance coverage. Deborah Sims says immediately attempted to show the officer her proof of ussa. Even better, she has USAA both on her phone and through her vehicle registration. But the officer refused to review either. He just left us out there on the side of the road like we were a bag of trash. After issuing a citation, he called for a tow truck and instructed the couple to exit the vehicle. She says that the office she was told her and her husband had. He had not walked in two years and only had one leg. He. He helped Bobby get out of the car so it's not like he didn't know and told my husband who hadn't walked in two years. He only has one leg and he's missing toes on the other. So he cannot walk and I'm definitely not going to be able to push him out of here. The officer then drove away, leaving the couple on the side of the road at approximately 3am they said the temperature was around 54 degrees and neither was dressed for the cold. Having returned from a weekend trip in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, when Deborah Sims asked how they would get home, he said call somebody or catch an Uber. USA confirmed the couple's insurance was indeed active at the time of the traffic stop. Georgia Post said the officer standings are looking into it and they will release more information on the incident. Have discretion in many circumstances, agency policies generally dictate appropriate officer conduct. Ethical conduct includes exercising due regard for well being of those interacting with officers and compassionate when handling circumcised circumcises. You like that? Circumcised circumcision. What you do there is you should let them go and then you could follow up and then if you call the USAA and confirm they lied to you, then you get a warrant for no insurance. And you could do that other old

I could see not taking the paper because you could have a paper that's says you have insurance from five months ago and it's expired. But in today's world of insurance, you can look up.

If I got pulled over right now most if I didn't have the usa so insurance is bad, but there's tons of things where I'd be like, hold on, I gotta text my wife. Like, send me the screenshot of this. We just gotta, you know.

And yeah, well, I have State Farm and I easily can just pull the insurance card up on my phone. It's pretty much 20, 26. Everybody has an app on their phone. Maybe 75 you don't. But they said they did. So if you also say USAA and again it's not. You know what it's. At the end of the day, it's their responsibility to carry insurance. Now he. I'm being a hero. I want to make sure no unregistered via or uninsured vehicle goes down. I I get that but when you can look it up on the. On the app and go yep, it shows active just as good as your database. Right. And I know how many. How many. I don't know how you. But I used to set my LPR when I was a. I used to watch flock. I would set it for no insurance and no and suspended driver's license. I cannot tell you how many times that the state made the error by suspending somebody's license for no insurance when it was something stupid like they sold a vehicle or they.

Well, here's what very, very common is that I would pull over people whose insurance who license was suspended. You can tell after you've been doing it for a while. You can tell who doesn't know and who does. Just buy this by just by going, did you know your license is suspended one minute?

Within, yeah, seconds, they go. Their reaction tells you they know or not. And when they don't really know, you can usually go, you do you live at this address? And like, no, I live in another address. Which it is on them to change their address with the DMV when you so it. So when the DMV sends you a letter saying your license is about to be suspended, it is on the driver to update it. So they don't really, as far as the eyes of the law go, they don't get a pass. But when you in Florida, if you get another insurance, like let's say I have USA right now. And I'm like, oh, Progressive has a better deal. And I go, and I get Progressive it. Progressive says they promise they will tell USAA you're with them now if they fail to do so and you don't notify usaa, USAA goes, well, Tyler dropped us. And according to us, Tyler doesn't have insurance anymore. And they report you to the dmv and your DMV will send you a letter saying you're about to be suspended. But if you don't get that letter, they'll suspend your driver's license.

Another common one is older people especially will sell a car and they'll throw the tag on their, on their garage. If you don't take that tag back to DMV and go, I don't have this car anymore. They're going to go, oh, oh, Tyler canceled his insurance on his, his vehicle and it's been more than 30 days. His license is suspended because there's a car out there now that he's drive in that doesn't have insurance on it. So you have to go surrender your tag. So I can't tell you how many old people. I'm like, hey, did you sell a car recently? Yeah, I sold my car to my granddaughter last week and she put a new tag on it. Where's your tag? Oh, I threw it in the garage. You have to turn it in. And it's like, oh, I didn't know that. Well, yeah.

And those people go, hold on, hold on, babe. Remember that tag that's in the garage? And you can hear on the other line the woman's screaming at him, I told you to take.

Oh, yeah. He's trying to like, yeah, my license is suspended. Oh my God. And it's like,

yeah, people that I can't defend that cop at all. I just can't.

No, you just gotta have common sense, and you gotta, like, old. There's not even a suspended license, dude. Like, the same scenario. Let's say their license is suspended. I'm gonna put them in the car, and I'm gonna take them home. Or I'm gonna be like, hey, how far is your house? Yeah, three miles. Drive your car home. If I see you driving again, you're going to jail.

Here's the one we don't. We don't talk about a lot in the state of Florida. I'm assuming it's kind of like that in every other state. If your driver's license is suspended and you knowingly keep that driver's license, that's illegal. So what we're obligated to do as law enforcement officers is not aid and abed you in make committing a crime. So if you give us a driver's license, you're like, hey, this is my driver's license. And I go, oh, it's suspended. I'm supposed to keep that. Technically cut it up. But if you're. If you're trying to get your life situated and you just got pulled over driving suspended, and I can tell that you are going to work, you know, I can look things up saying you are paying, things you can articulate to me without me having to dig how you're getting it squared away. I'm gonna go take your driver's license now. Yeah, like, I would just be like, you know, hey, you're not supposed to have this. Another thing, too, is they wanted us to take tags off of cars.

They're suspended. And I just would never do that either. I, I. And we saw. We actually watched a video, I think, where somebody was like, it was. It was the chick that acted a fool. So. But in the same sense, she. The one point she had before she was pulled out and arrested was, so what, you're just gonna tell me to drive down the road with no license plate? I mean, yeah. Or you sit here.

I arrested. I remember getting in trouble. Like, I got yelled at, and then I cleared it up. I had a lady that was like, it sounds bad. So when I say start this story, it Sounds bad. She was almost 80 and I rested her. She was at Dillard, she was completely healthy, could run, sing and dance. She was a very savvy, like 78 year old lady. She was in Dillard's and stole all kinds of put in her purse. They walked up to her and said, ma', am, we saw you steal like everything. Go put it back. She's like, oh, sorry. She goes, puts it back, stays in the store and steals everything again and then leaves. And I get there, they call and I get there. He has like $3,000 in cash in her purse and all this. And I'm like, you're going to jail. She's like, oh, an nt. I'm like, no. I'm like, you got caught stealing. I got the whole video you got cost you on an hour ago. They let you put it all back. You went back and did it again. So I arrested. I remember when the booking, when the report came through, my sergeant called me screaming at me and I'm like, nah, dog. Like, this is what happened. Then he saw it and he's like, oh, okay. He's like, I see what you did. I'm like, yeah. I'm like that old bat. Like, you know, you don't get to do that twice. Like, what am I going to give her an nta? She comes back an hour later, does again. Like, there has to be some consequences to this. So it's like. But I have the most sympathy for like people with suspended licenses that are trying to work hard. Same thing. Hey man, I'm supposed to take you. It's actually a crime like you said, to pass your license off when it's suspended separately from driving. If you just hand it to me on a, on a walking encounter, you hand me a suspended driver's license and I'm like, hey, you're suspended. They're like, yeah, no, that's a crime in itself. Just displaying it. So it's like, but to leave somebody on the side of the road stranded and that's. Dude.
