Oh handgun. Okay. I'm like a 50 cal rifle with a suppressor on it.
Host 1
I mean, maybe you can. I don't know how effective it would be, but I'm sure in theory you could put a suppressor on it if you so chose to.
Host 2
All right, makes sense. Makes sense.
Host 1
I'm not a gun guy. Never claim to be. Yeah, yeah. It's also, it's also that time of year in Florida where I'm gonna start wearing cut off shirts. And I have positioned this laptop screen to be at the level where my nipples usually would be hanging out. And I don't have to worry about that anymore. So you guys will not have to see my nipples.
Host 2
I'm gonna get little nipple stickers for the back of your computer and just put them lined up for the actual computer. Blurred. Like blurred nipple stickers?
Host 1
Yeah, yeah. Or like the X's that girls wear on their nipples. Yeah, they're called pasties.
Host 2
Yeah, pasties. Or, or just straight up electrical tape if you're into that kind of punishment. What's up, everybody? What's up everybody in the chat saying hello. Thanks for the warm welcome by the 99. For those of you that are watching it or listening to it, the episode with Mike, our. Our missing compadre that is not here. The episode on Donut Shop dropped this morning. So once you're. Once we're done with this episode today, if you haven't, go, go check it out.
Host 1
You got a new mic?
Host 2
Yeah, I did. And it has a little pop filter. This is a. It's a pod mic. Usb C or usb. So that way it has a usb and then I even wire my Dominic Izzo style earphones now into it. So it's. I'm. I'm leveling up, bro. Leveling up.
Host 1
Interesting. I see Nick the gun guy in here and he has actually put us in touch or is going to put us in touch with that dude that was lifting the weights in the boat. Yeah, Fireworks and chugging beer. Nick's gonna, Nick's gonna call Nick for Nick G Money is gonna call Nick the gun guy and get them all squared away.
Host 2
Yeah, the videos, the videos. Like, like Covid. Old, I think, but still.
Host 1
It's still, it's still awesome. That'll be. That'll be awesome in 40 years.
Host 2
Yeah, no, no, it's a, it's a.
Host 1
We'll be like. That's what men were like in 2021.
Host 2
Yeah. Mixed with the, the, you know, gentlemen, start your engines. You know, like, you know, the. From the NASCAR race and stuff. So.
Host 1
And if today is obviously patreon Tuesday. The first hour will be available on all platforms. The second hour is only available on Patreon, which we have some fun stuff in store for y' all for that second hour. But if you haven't, go subscribe to our Patreon. All paying tiers get to watch patreon Tuesdays. The second hour. There's 5, 10, 25 tiers. The 25 tier being the OG Council who we consult with for the benefit of the show.
Host 2
I also got a video that Brady P. Cut up for me, let her cut up last night and sent me earlier on Discord. So I still hang out in there. If anybody, if anybody doesn't know about Discard Discord, you can go to the Discord and join up. And it's a. It's another place to chat if you're gaming.
Host 1
Many people my age are saying, what is a Discord?
Host 2
Discord is a. Like a gaming chat. So these guys that are. That are playing games and stuff, video games, are streaming it into the Discord. I don't know a whole lot about that. I just use it for chats and saying, what's up? So it's a. It's another way to DM with people. So.
Host 1
And I am wearing a curve bill hat for the first time in a while. But the reason why I haven't is because mine is disgusting. I went and picked it up the other day and I was like, what the. It looks like I had mowed the lawn in it for three years. So I have to go to the back and grab me a new one. Your flat for the next show.
Host 2
Huh? Your flat, Bill, that you've been wearing.
Host 1
No, this one. Look. It's disgusting.
Host 2
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Host 1
Gross.
Host 2
Why is it so dirty?
Host 1
I don't know. I don't do anything like that. I don't. I have. I have lawn mowing clothes that I mow the lawn and like, when I sweat, I have hats for working out that just are that are dirty. Like, this will now become a workout hat. But yeah, speaking of merchandise, the anti hero broadcast store now has a new shirt. And it's reference kind of what we talked about yesterday. Officer Nicholas o' Malley with Boston Police Department is being hung up on manslaughter charges for what seems to be a good shooting. Could you call it questionable shooting, maybe, but manslaughter shooting, not so much. So we had these shirts made o' Malley strong, kind of playing off the old Boston Strong T shirts they made back in the day. If you buy one of these from the anti hero Broad. And it's like 23 bucks, dude. All proceeds are going to go to his GoFundMe for this shirt. So anybody that buys an O' Malley Strong shirt, all proceeds at the end of every month, we will calculate it and we will donate to his GoFundMe. So cool. Go to the antiherobroadcast.com and then go to the shop tab, I think what it is. Shop and then. And you can find this o' Malley Strong T shirt there. To support Nicholas o' Malley in his fight against Soros. Planted district attorneys in Boston.
Host 2
Yeah, for sure, for sure. Job brought up, do you. Don't. You don't have Lewis mow your lawn?
Host 1
I can't afford it, dude. Lewis, he's pricey.
Host 2
You pay Lewis enough?
Host 1
I pay a guy named Edwin. He runs a company full of, I'm sure, documented Americans. They. They mow the front and the side of my yard.
Host 2
Yeah.
Host 1
And. And my backyard is completely gated off, and there's not enough space for them to get. I have a pool in the middle of my backyard. Right. So, like, for half the backyard, they can't get their big lawnmower over there. And they only work with those giant sitting ones that are, like, right. Eight feet wide. So I have to cut my own backyard, so. Yeah, well, I mean, you don't have
Host 2
a ton of grass in the backyard anyways, so it's a. It's a few passes with the push, I'm sure.
Host 1
Yeah. And.
Host 2
And you're done. Yeah. My. My lawn guys had to. They had to come in through the side gate when we were building that garage that's in the back. So they couldn't come in because there wasn't a gate. So they had to bring. There's like a skinnier push lawnmower that you could fit through the actual, you know, normal size of a side gate or, you know, like a. A man gate person gate.
Host 1
When you pay undocumented Americans to mow your lawn, it's. It's wildly cheaper than paying an actual documented American.
Host 2
Oh, man. Support. Support the. Support. The people over here support everybody.
Host 1
Yeah, we support everybody. Especially when they're mowing my lawns. I support them.
Host 2
Yeah. You know, doing work. Doing. Doing work that a lot of people don't always want to do.
Host 1
So today's episode, for the first hour, we are going to cover a couple things I gotta. You know, but the big one being Justin Timberlake's arrest. Not me.
Host 2
Not me. Let's just clarify, guys. Not this me.
Host 1
Donut shop arrest. Justin Timberlake's DUI arrest, that actually happened in 2024.
Host 2
Right.
Host 1
The reason why it's just now coming out is his legal team tried fighting the release of the body cam video, I'm assuming because he's a celebrity, so. And I might break this one. I don't know. I'm covering for Mike on Wednesday for Cop Open Hot mic. What's it called?
Host 2
Hot mic with him and Dominic.
Host 1
Hot topic.
Host 2
Hot topic. Yeah, there you go. Sorry. Hot mic. I like hot mic. That's his only fans channel.
Host 1
Hot mic
Host 2
in the dollar menu.
Host 1
But. But what? I'm covering for him with Izzo on Wednesday. So I might go into this again or we might do the o' Malley shooting. This just with the o' Malley thing, there's not. There's nothing out there yet. There's no body worn camera. They're not releasing it anytime soon. They know how detrimental it is one way or the other. So that has no plans of coming out anytime soon. But old jt. Yep. Bringing sexy back.
Host 2
He. He struggle.
Host 1
He.
Host 2
He really struggles in this. In this clip that I see you got set up.
Officer
He.
Host 2
He struggles because it's. It's almost like he wants to let the. He want. He doesn't want to say, do you know who I am? But he wants to go like. And like, lean down in the window. Because you got to understand as an officer standing there at somebody's window, there's. Sometimes they're shaded. You can't always see into the car, the person's face. But he wants to say, does this face not mean anything to you?
Host 1
No.
Host 2
How old are you? So, you know, I'm on a world tour.
Host 1
He's like, the cops. Like, a world tour.
Host 2
What does that mean? And so he's kind of like. And so like, for me, you know, even like, my wife asked me a question last night. She's like. She's like asking me about something. What is that? And I really. I said, on your computer, there's a calendar app. In that calendar app, you know, so like, almost sarcastically or being a dick.
Host 1
I was gonna say, you down to her?
Host 2
No app. No, no, I didn't talk to her like that. But I. But the point was, is I wanted to. I wanted to start from scratch. Computer, calendar app. I added you to an event to tell you that I'm doing something or whatever. You accepted it, you know, that kind of stuff. So it's like this guy, you know, he's. He's questioning, is the cop gonna be a super dick? Should I be an you know, so I don't know.
Host 1
So what we'll do is we'll watch this and we will kind of break it down as we go, maybe pause it, talk over it so we don't get kicked from YouTube.
Officer
You're veering off to the left and then you're not stopping at the stop signs. Yeah, sorry about that.
Host 1
Is this your vehicle?
Officer
Whose vehicle is it? Yeah, it's just a rental. It's a rental. Okay. Do you have a. Any registration with it? Do you know if they can put
Host 1
in the glove box Automatic drugs in the car? It's a rental. Past midnight.
Officer
How long you renting it for? Just for a couple days. What do you visit in? Yeah, I'm on tour. What are you doing? I'm on a world tour. A what?
Host 2
A world tour.
Host 1
Doing trolls. Like.
Host 2
Like Trolls the World Tour?
Host 1
Is that what he said?
Host 2
No, no, no, that's what he should have said because, you know, like, trolls. Like. Because I'm sure this guy. If you didn't know who Justin Timberlake was, he probably knows what trolls is.
Host 1
Like, the.
Host 2
The cartoon.
Host 1
They go on tour, like Disney on Ice type thing.
Host 2
Well, no, that was. I think that was the name of the movie. Like Trolls the World Tour. You know, I could be making up. I usually do that.
Officer
Hard to explain.
Host 1
Right there. Yeah, that's really bad. I've never written a DUI in my life. Never charged anybody the dui.
Officer
But.
Host 2
But we've been drunk.
Host 1
Yes.
Host 2
So I can tell you, as someone who's been drunk before, that the. The manner in which he's speaking.
Host 1
I'm asking you who you are.
Host 2
This is my first time in this body. I've taken it over
Officer
World tour. I'm Justin Timberlake.
Host 1
I'm Justin Timberlake.
Host 2
Bringing sexy back.
Officer
What's.
Host 2
What's your name?
Officer
Justin Timberlake. You are Justin Timberlake. Yeah.
Host 1
You are Justin Timberlake. Are you sure you're Justin Timberlake?
Host 2
But. But. Okay, so from a law enforcement perspective, you know, you pull over a mentally ill person and somebody says, I am Donald Trump or whatever, and we get people from time to time that will say something off the wall that they are, yeah, I'm Alec Baldwin, you know, and it's like, no, you're not. Like, you know, but I'm Donald Trump. I can. I can. I'm gonna give him credit for. For clarifying he hasn't seen this individual's driver's license. Prove it. That you're Justin Timberlake.
Host 1
I.
Host 2
It's. And it's just funny because, like, when I'D get coffee in the morning. The. The. The ladies at the coffee shop, the one would always be like, Justin Bieber. And I'm like, no, no, no. I'm older than that. Justin Timberlake, please. So now it's, you know, now it's. Now it's shameful, but whatever. I'm not mad at them.
Host 1
All right, here we go.
Officer
And then when we do this, just like you're doing right now. Arms his feet together on spread aside. You're doing it.
Host 1
He looks drunk. A lot of guys don't. Don't pass sobriety test, but they don't look drunk either. Yeah, looks drunk.
Host 2
And the Florida. The Florida license plate also gives it away. You're definitely.
Officer
Where was this?
Host 1
Where was this?
Host 2
It was in New York, but he says it's a rental, so they could have a rental from anywhere, you know? Gotcha.
Officer
Explain it before we continue. Okay. Obviously we're side feed together. And then you're gonna keep your head straight. And just keep your head straight. Only follows your eyes. Okay? Okay. You understand that?
Host 1
All right?
Officer
Yes, sir.
Host 1
Head move. Okay. Okay.
Officer
So left foot on the line. Left foot on the line first. And then you're going to put your right foot in front of your left. Stay just like that. Okay. You're going to be heel to toe. Like this. Heel to toe. You're gonna have your right foot in
Host 1
front of you at this point, too. People that are doing these are like, I'm doing great. I'm doing okay. I'm okay. Like, yeah, I've.
Host 2
I've done this in front of my friends. But. But here's the thing. I would believe that he's a pretty coordinated individual because he's done dance routines with the boy band, he's done all this other stuff. You guys keep tripping me out because you keep saying Justin in the chat, and I keep looking over thinking that you might be talking about me, but you're talking about that guy. But. But it, you know, I would think that he's got some coordination. He's got control over his motor skills in his body. So, I mean, if we're in court and I'm trying to be a prosecutor on it.
Host 1
Oh, yeah, like your. Your. Your faculties are usually on par, Mr. Timberlake.
Host 2
Yeah.
Host 1
Based on these videos in exhibit A. Exhibit A.
Host 2
If we watch like six Sundays, it's gonna be me.
Officer
Yeah. Okay, so we're gonna put our left foot on the line first. Put your right foot in front of your left, heel to toe, and you can stay just like that. Okay? Okay. Okay, so it's gonna be a series of small. Of nine Kilto steps. I will demonstrate this like you're doing right now. Like this. 1, 2, 3, all the way up to 9, followed by a series of small steps around 1, 2, 3, allthe way up to 9, back. This is going to be heel to toe. So you're going to be clicking your heels as you're going. Arm is by your side. I'm just. I'm just following.
Host 1
Okay. I quit, bro.
Host 2
I can't.
Host 1
Not easier drunk than this. Yeah.
Host 2
I can't not watch, like, the. Like, an officer or anybody demonstrate this, like, even in real life. Like when I've been on scenes without thinking of the Reno 911 skit, where they're like, step bump, bump, step bump. And they're, like, telling him to do a dance routine, and the guy does, like, an actual dance routine. Like, it's freaking hilarious. But. But, yeah, Justin's. Justin's giving up on this one.
Host 1
I'm just trying to drive.
Host 2
Just can. I can.
Host 1
I was fine with that, man. I was doing fine.
Host 2
Yeah.
Officer
My friends, back to my house.
Host 1
I'm not, like.
Officer
I'm not doing anything. I'm just. Okay, back to my house. Will you do this? Do this test? Sure. And then. And then just walk. I'm sorry.
Host 1
Here.
Officer
Ready?
Host 1
Ready.
Officer
I'm a little nervous right there.
Host 1
Right there, though. As soon as I saw that, I was like, oh, that's not good. Because the defense. A defense attorney is going to go, whoa. How many people are giving him commands now? Who's running this DUI test? You never, ever, ever, ever do that as a secondary officer during DUI tests.
Host 2
Yeah. Your job is there for scene security to make sure you guys don't get run over. Keep your eyes out for other cars, body cam footage. Yeah. Make sure this guy doesn't take off running, you know?
Host 1
Right foot in front, you're gonna look down.
Officer
Ready?
Host 1
One, two.
Officer
Okay. Three, four.
Host 1
Like that.
Officer
Okay, hang on.
Host 1
Let him tell you when to go. Let me tell you where to go. He's gonna tell me to start. Okay. Sorry. No, you're good.
Officer
Don't worry about it. Sorry.
Host 1
No, I want to make sure. We want to make sure you're this right.
Officer
Right foot in front of your left. Is this my line? Perfect line you make. That's the line you're gonna walk. 1, 1,000, 2, 1,000, 3, 1,000, 4, 1,000. Remember, just. Just continue.
Host 1
Are our loud radios in certain states? Is there a case law saying loud radios are distracting or has that not been a thing yet. Do you know?
Host 2
I don't know. It's a good question. I mean, I can look it up.
Officer
Yep. Okay.
Host 1
Right, gotcha.
Officer
Sorry. 1 1,000, 200,000, 3 1,000, 400,000. 5 1,000. You want me to keep going? Yep.
Host 2
Yeah.
Host 1
Do you want me to like, keep going
Officer
until I tell you Stop?
Host 1
Yep. Okay.
Officer
One one thousand, two a thousand, three one thousand. All right, that's all good. All right.
Host 1
By the way, these are like.
Officer
These are like really hard tests. So the way this device works, you just put your lips over it and you blow up, blow into it like
Host 1
you're blowing a balloon really hard.
Officer
Yeah. Okay. All right. All right. At this point, based upon the observations, go under the rest for suspicion. Driving all intoxicated. That's what I do. Just turn around.
Host 1
Come on, man.
Officer
Like, I'm just following my friends home.
Host 1
Like, he sounds extra toasty right now.
Host 2
Yeah, it's. I mean, and the thing is, is with this guy, you know, like in court, you're like, Look, I've seen 10 movies with him. And his speech cadence is that of an average human being in here or currently, he's speaking in a slow cadence, a slurred manner where he's stretching his words and stuff like that. So. And. And if you're in the state of Florida, I'm sure New York is just as bad, if not worse, by refusing the breathalyzer, which I. I mean, he should have refused if he's gonna. He probably had some thought and said, I'm refusing the breath.
Host 1
You gotta refuse everything at some point.
Host 2
You should have refused everything just for your legal defense. But in Florida, you're going to lose your license for a year. Year just by doing that. So.
Host 1
Well, in Florida, they can't. They don't. These field surprise or the field breathalyzers. Oh, lots of states they're admissible as evidence for probable cause. Yeah, they don't hold the same weight as the calculated dialed in machine at the station, but they are used for probable cause as just as the actual field sobriety test would be. So yeah, it's it that he. If he's gonna deny them all, he needs to. He's gonna deny one, he's got to deny them all. And I'm sure every state, Most states have the. The rule where if you. Because the driver. Your driver's license is a privilege, not a right. So. Right. Most states have the rule where. Okay, well, you're not going to submit to a breathalyzer or field sobriety test, then you will Be subject to losing your license.
Host 2
Thanks, James, for the 4.99 Super Chat. Yeah, I think he says the cop would probably have the song playing in his head. Cry Me a River. When Timberlake started whining, I'm sure the quote, cry me a river came up somewhere. Hopefully off of body cam. That was one of those tactical debriefs where they turn off body cam and go around a corner and they make a couple jokes and then they walk away or. And then walk back into the room. I'm sure it existed. So. But thanks for the super chat.
Host 1
Cry river ho.
Host 2
But, you know, and then. And then also, you know, we. We get to kind of talking about the topic a little bit. I don't know if I'm rushing it, but Ace later said it amazes me when people with money and accessibility that they drive themselves drunk. You can't fix stupid. And. And you're totally right. It's. You know, in today's day and age. All he claims was that he drank one martini out at dinner, which. Yeah, for sure. I. I'll admit I've driven home on a. On a beer or two beers or like a drink at. At dinner. And yes, there are sometimes not martini drunk.
Host 1
And I. I think a lot of people forget that this is probably a DUI cop. If he's. If he's gonna write. Here's the thing. If he's gonna write Justin Timberlake for a dui, if he's gonna arrest him, he's a DUI cop. Right?
Host 2
That's.
Host 1
I think that's safe to say. That's his. That's his thing. Ain't nobody. His own mom's gonna get a DUI if he pulls her over. Yeah, I mean, that's a good point, though.
Host 2
There's. Yeah, I mean, there's definitely. That's one thing we don't see. Who did the traffic stop? You know, the. The road guy may have seen the traffic stop and the. And the bumping over the lines or the braille driving or something like that. And then, you know, when they get them off to the side of the road, you know, hey, how's it going? I got a backup coming. Let's just wait till the backup comes and they start their conversation and stuff like that, and the backup comes, because that's how I do it. I. I know for a fact that it was over 20 years ago when I was on field training, was the last time I went down to the dui, you know, the drunk tank, as a cop and helped out with a dui Otherwise I didn't do them. When I was on the road, when I was working midnights and stuff, we had guys on our squad or guys on the platoon that loved them, that, that felt a higher calling to them. And those were the guys that we called in because realistically, just as a cop, there's, there's a lot of paperwork, there's a lot of work, which you'll probably see in this video later. You know, them sitting in the station doing all the work. There's a lot of work. And in the state of Florida, for the most part, it's a misdemeanor. I'm justifying it, but, you know, it's a, it's a lot of paperwork. Takes you off the road, it takes you out of service, that kind of thing. So. But there's guys that are really proficient at it and that are fast at it. And we had guys back in my day where they were, they, they would do almost like. I don't know if I could say this, but competitions to see how many they could do in a night, you know, get. Get down, processed back, find another one down, process back, you know, and they were back and forth, you know, and sometimes they'd knock out three or four in a shift.
Host 1
Yeah, that's. Those are the, the guys that are doing it pretty efficiently at that point, right?
Host 2
Yeah, yeah. That they just know the jargon, know the, the language that they got to use. And then. And they've done enough DL suppression hearings and court cases regarding the DUIs that. That they know exactly what's right.
Officer
All right, just turn around for me, please.
Host 1
Yep, just, just turn around for me. Thank you.
Officer
I'll take you right on. Nine seven headquarters 132 and 192.
Host 1
At this point, I know my hair sucks, but like I usually. So at this point, he's coming because she is. Cannot believe that he's going away for dui. Like, she's just like, that's like, what?
Host 2
Yeah, we've all had those friends show up or those people. Not necessarily because they're famous, but just. That's my son. Like I had an arrest not long ago that was like, you know, he's my. Oh, do you know this officer? That's my brother. And I, and I go, yeah, your brother in law, if he still worked with us, would have arrested this guy too. So I'm just telling you for. It was a domestic. So I was like, there's nothing we can do about it. I was like, get out of my face with us.
Host 1
Okay.
Officer
No he's not.
Host 1
Yes.
Officer
He.
Host 1
No, he's being arrested for.
Officer
Stop it. Dwi. Yes.
Host 1
No way.
Officer
Don't say it. Yes. Come down with us.
Host 1
Okay, so you look.
Host 2
You're okay to drive, Okay? I don't see any.
Host 1
Your eyes look perfectly fine. Your speech isn't slurred.
Officer
Seen Justin? Yeah.
Host 1
Stop it.
Officer
Yes.
Host 1
Why? He's driving drunk.
Officer
Okay.
Host 1
All right.
Officer
Just take a seat. Right now. He's under arrest. Under arrest for. John. Stop it.
Host 1
Stop it.
Officer
Justin. Can you help me, please? Can we do anything? Can you please stop it?
Host 1
I'll do anything. Can you please stop it?
Host 2
Well, well, well, that.
Host 1
And that.
Host 2
That.
Host 1
That right there. That. That p. That. The sense of power that people have. I'm not. I'm not saying JT actually even utilized any of his fame to try to get out of this, but that lev. Like, this lady's, like, secondhand level of like, dude, you can't do. Like, you. You like.
Host 2
Yeah.
Host 1
How can you do this? Like.
Host 2
Well, he's really gonna do that.
Host 1
Because I'm gonna give my opinion on this when we're done reading this, and I think it's going to surprise you guys, but for the sake of argument, yeah, it's going to. He. He's subject to just, like everybody. What everybody else is subject to.
Officer
No, it's. I mean, it is what it is at this point. Okay, well, you can't, like, put him in jail. He's gonna be helped for the night. I can't take him home. He's arranged for the morning.
Host 1
There has to be a moment of talking. No, Please help me.
Officer
Not anymore.
Host 1
Hold on.
Officer
Okay?
Host 1
Hold on. One last. One last ditch effort.
Host 2
Oh, yeah, they're gonna get Baker acted in a second, okay? I have his phone.
Officer
Yeah.
Host 1
Yep.
Officer
Can you guys please just do me a favor?
Host 1
Because you loved Bye Bye Bye. Or like, sexy bag. Like, do me one favor. Let me ask. Because she's assuming. Because you love the product that JT put out, right? You did. Like, ma', am. I. That's not my. That's not my cup of tea. More of a Slayer fan, but, you know, I can respect it.
Host 2
Tyler's like, do you see the tattoos on this neck? Does it look like I like sexy back?
Officer
I'll let you walk up, please.
Host 1
Okay, so my partner here.
Officer
I don't know the details. Obviously, it wasn't one to stop to.
Host 1
My partner here observed you. Some kind of traffic violation, started a
Officer
traffic stop, believe death, impairment.
Host 1
Did a series of routine tests on you.
Officer
Right field sobriety tests.
Host 1
Okay.
Officer
You perform poorly on Those.
Host 1
Okay.
Officer
Based off of his observations, you are intoxicated. Okay.
Host 1
So you were under arrest for dwi.
Officer
Okay. Okay.
Host 1
Awesome. Laura asks me if you understand what was just read. I don't understand why some of it's blurred out and some of it isn't.
Host 2
I think because there's an opportunity to see personal information on the paper that he's signing. So there's probably like, you know, Social Security number or something like that.
Officer
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I hear you. Perfect. And I'm gonna. What I'm gonna do. I'm gonna reread this again. We're gonna go through the rest of it, but at this. No, no, I got you. I got you. At this point, it asked for initials. If you don't want initial, you're not required to. You can't be forced to. And then I'll read, right? I will read the rest of it.
Host 1
Okay.
Officer
Will you initial or. No, no. Okay. No, I'll read the rest of it twice.
Host 1
Like, you can't quit now. You already started the process or refuse
Officer
to the chemical test. No, I. I'm not doing the chemical test. Like, guys, I don't mean no harm. Like, I understand we believe you to be under the influence of alcohol and operating in motor vehicle. Right. Okay. But I don't mean harm. I didn't say you did.
Host 1
Right. Everyone makes a mistake or two in their life.
Officer
Right? You had too much to drink. You drove the car. All right, okay.
Host 1
It's whatever. You know,
Officer
I'm not here to just. We got a job today. Yes, sir.
Host 1
Can you imagine Justin if it went out at two in the morning to night shift? Like, dude, do you know who Justin has in the DUI center right now? Yeah, like, who? Dude, he's got Justin Timberlake in the dui.
Host 2
I would have. You would have totally seen my head, like, in the little glass of the door going,
Host 1
jt, jt, look over here. Over here.
Host 2
Ridiculous. Dude. I. Yeah, yeah. They. They were asking, you know, how many. Six. Jedi probably deals with, like, what it's like with LA, you know, with. Oh, yeah, DUIs, you know, that kind of stuff. It's. It's. It's. They probably have a whole unit that just throws a tarp over it and just goes, nothing to see here, folks. Nothing to see here. No, not. Not talking.
Host 1
No, it's true. I mean, you have. You. When you especially. I mean, it's one thing to get a onesie and a twosie and you're in your beat or your city where it's like, holy, a famous Person just got in trouble. But when your entire area is predominantly really, really rich people or, like, a lot of celebrity status people, you kind of have to have, like, a game plan for that. Like, what are we gonna do?
Host 2
Because think about it, like, with the way that we see these, like, paparazzi shows and TMZ stuff, with the way that they run around, like, those guys have, like, freaking community WhatsApp chat groups that are just like, hey, Justin Timberlake's over here on a traffic stop. Yeah, I just saw him get out of a car. And then there's 50 dudes with freaking flash cameras going off, trying to. Trying to, you know, get pictures of you getting a dui.
Host 1
I appreciate your understanding, by the way.
Officer
I appreciate that you're doing that.
Host 1
I appreciate that.
Officer
Thank you.
Host 1
I don't really know what that was. I think he was trying to say something nice. I appreciate that you're doing that as well.
Host 2
Yeah. Thank you for doing your job.
Host 1
That's what he says. He eventually does say that.
Officer
What's the. What was the traffic violation I missed? I observed you just.
Host 1
Just so I. Just so I know.
Officer
For future reference, I observed you found the.
Host 1
Look at this dork. Look at this dork.
Host 2
Almost the doppelganger. Like, the guy could play a. He could be, like, the stunt double for Justin Timberlake.
Host 1
He has no soul. That's why he's writing Justin Timberlake a deal.
Officer
Stop at the stop sign, and then while you're driving. You failed to keep right on numerous occasions. So you're very. Wait. Start over. Sorry.
Host 1
So long as I'm drunk, I don't know if. You know.
Host 2
Already established.
Host 1
You know what? Here's the thing. Here's what needed. Any celebrity that does this, you're not gonna beat it. Just make good PR out of it at this point, right? If Justin Timberlake just started saying really funny things.
Host 2
Yeah.
Host 1
It might almost benefit him because this is coming out regardless. Like I said, I know his team tried to. To fight it being released, but you can't.
Host 2
And the people that are gonna hate you are gonna hate you anyways. You know, those. The. The Mothers Against Drunk Driving, all that stuff, they're gonna already slam you whether you're funny or not. You own up to it. That's what my wife was saying. She goes. She goes, God, I hope I can't wait for snl. Like, I really hope SNL does something. And I said to her, I go, justin's one of the smoking jacket guys. That's like, plus five appearances on snl. Like, he Comes out, like, when they get this, like, group of post. Yeah. The five Club or whatever. He's like, at, like six or seven, and he used to do all kinds of hilarious skits, you know, where he's doing the promo guy out in front of a milkshake shop or something like that and does all those. All those promos. So she's like, God, I hope they do something. And I'm like, it's risky because this is like one of your friends, like, here, here.
Host 1
How do they not. How. How about they start it, they cover it, and then he comes in as a cameo in his own skit.
Host 2
Yeah, yeah.
Host 1
And acts like the cop.
Host 2
Yes, yes, yes. Yeah. One of the other guys from the show is the drunk person and he's the cop. And then just spins around and maybe does a public service announcement for it because he's.
Officer
He.
Host 2
He's had to do public service announcements for it.
Officer
Yeah.
Host 2
And it is. It is a sensitive topic that you should be honest about.
Host 1
Yes, people do.
Host 2
Don't be drunk driving. But we're also going to laugh about this. Yeah, we're gonna laugh at me kind of thing.
Host 1
Yeah, I agree. You'd be a good PR manager, Justin.
Host 2
Yeah, maybe. Yeah, I. I should have done PR in my career. At some point.
Officer
You failed to stop at the stop sign. And then while you're operating the motor vehicle, you failed to keep right on your side of the roadway, and you continuously moved off and veered to the left of the roadway. Okay, well, I was just following.
Host 1
Look at that soulless ginger just staring at him.
Officer
Okay, yeah, I. I understand, but we are. We are where we are right now. Okay.
Host 2
Classic cop line. We are where we are.
Host 1
Yeah, we are. Just sit tight, bud. We are where we are right now.
Host 2
It's like, I'll be right. I'll be back in a minute.
Host 1
I don't want to say that because,
Officer
I mean, would you be interested. So for missing DWI, I'm not the culpable names Mr. Timberlake, but.
Host 1
Which is the situation that we're in, unfortunately.
Officer
Okay. I'm trying my best to treat you like anybody else. Okay.
Host 1
I appreciate your cooperation. I don't think that's something a millionaire celebrity wants to hear. I'm doing my best to treat you like everybody else.
Host 2
Yeah. Can you just go back to treating me like a millionaire?
Host 1
That would be. That would be more favorable for me.
Host 2
Yeah. I appreciate it.
Officer
Most people, a lot of people don't. Don't cooperate like. Like this. So it goes a long way in my book.
Host 1
I Appreciate it. Happy to answer anything I have.
Officer
Is this the normal process?
Host 1
Yeah. Yes. Everything is pretty standard.
Officer
Nothing out of the ordinary. We do this for everyone that gets arrested for dwi.
Host 1
He's still processing that sentence.
Host 2
Cranky. Oh, I've been there. Drunk.
Host 1
What did you just say to me? To my face?
Host 2
Yeah, this is going to be me Thursday night during night shift, looking at Tyler.
Host 1
Two of those with your glass of whiskey.
Host 2
Just. Just say that again.
Officer
Tyler, do you think specifically about it you are wondering or just. No, No, I just wondered, like.
Host 1
Like, you really tough people up.
Officer
Yeah.
Host 1
Yeah.
Officer
I mean, you're in our custody. We have to make sure that you. That people who we block up here don't leave. You know, you can't leave. We gotta process everything like that.
Host 1
Your safety, our safety, things like that. He is doing a terrible job at explaining. Yes, you are a prisoner. You're handcuffed. Jt. Like, I'm a firm believer, the quickest week. The quicker we get this done, the quicker those cuffs come off. You like them off or you like this cup? You know you want them up. Okay, let's just get this done. Don't ask me any questions.
Host 2
If you're feeling tired, go ahead and put your head down and just take a nap.
Host 1
For your safety. For our safety. Like this guy.
Host 2
That's the biggest thing. Like, with DUIs it was. Or drunk people, it was always like, dude, you want to go to sleep? Like, I'm sure you're tired. Like, yeah, take a nap, man. Like, you're sitting in a chair. The chair moves. Like, lean down, put your head down. Take a nap, bro. It's gonna. You're gonna feel better when you wa. Wake up, I'm sure. And we will hopefully be done. The other thing is, I. I bet you this cop's thinking in his head, all this body cam is going to end up on TMZ at some point.
Host 1
Yeah.
Host 2
And some on a podcast are going to be breaking me down. Everything I say. So he's like, extra nervous because he's never been on tv. Well, you're on TV now, bro.
Officer
It's a standard protocol.
Host 1
I appreciate you boys for doing your job, man. There you go.
Officer
Appreciate you understand that we got to do everything.
Host 1
I appreciate you appreciating me.
Host 2
No, I appreciate you.
Host 1
I appreciate you more, jt.
Officer
Thank you, boys for doing your job. I had one martini and I follow my friends home. I appreciate you boys for doing your job.
Host 1
There you go. He had to get it out there. He knew at some point tonight he had to Say that like you have. You have to say that. Celebrity Status 101. He's like, Damn, I need. I. What would my PR manager be saying right now? Right now? What would he be telling me?
Officer
Just look it over real quick before you. Before he's done.
Host 1
That's not really fair though. You want someone to look over something when you're calling them drunk. Yeah, yeah, look over real quick like I would. That's when I would be like, well, you just said I was drunk and you want me to look over paperwork. White.
Host 2
I'm just kidding. Did you catch that?
Host 1
I don't know what he meant by that.
Host 2
He's talking about the. He's talking about his. His race. So he looks up to him and goes, white. And he's like, just kidding. He's busting his balls.
Officer
So you're being helped.
Host 1
This one, it gets worse. Like really.
Officer
And then in the morning is the uranium. So in the morning, usually around 9:30, all night, it might not be this one. You might be over at the other one and they actually have blankets for you. Wow, man. And again, like I said, you can
Host 1
make a phone call if you would like, attorney and things like that. You're allowed to call right now if
Officer
you wish, or you can call later. Yeah. Any point you want to make a phone call, let us know. Yeah, you are entitled to have phone calls.
Host 1
He's like, who do I call first?
Host 2
He's like, first. Just like all of our wives. He's like, my wife is gonna kick my ass.
Host 1
Oh yeah.
Host 2
But yeah, up here. Just like what you were saying. Watch. What the Watch. Well, podcast said. Honest question, how can you be incapable of driving due to under the influence of alcohol, but of sound mind to sign consent forms simultaneous spontaneously? So, yeah, it's like exactly what Tyler was saying. And then. What's up? Brand Black, 47, Big Bubba and Chill. Gonna love them some JT. Oh, man. No, they. They probably have. I mean, it's not a. It's not LA or something like that. They may be used to having stars in a jail, but I know they do it with officers. Yeah, they're not even with. Even an officer's not suicidal. They'll put them on suicide watch and you see them on the news in South Florida in Those like that are for suicidal people. But like, I'm going to give you insight. They put them in there because they don't want to put them in Gen pop. So they're not putting JT and gen pop.
Host 1
No. What. What's going to happen is I Mean, I don't know, New York process. But he's gonna go see a magistrate because Florida does it really efficiently, but a lot of states don't do it like that. He's gonna have to see a magistrate, the cops gonna have to present his probable cause for GWI arrest and then he's probably going to get released on his own recognizance. Somebody's going to come pick him up. There's no point in keeping somebody for a non violent crime with no criminal record in jail to hear to, for it to, to go to a bond
Host 2
hearing when he's on a world war.
Host 1
Yeah, it's like. But they're gonna take that and consider it. The judges are gonna be like, jt, you're on tour.
Host 2
Yeah, you gotta go, bro. Three nights later he was in concert, he did his concert and he kind of just like alluded to it like, hey, I had a rough week. I think you guys know, you know, but I love you guys kind of thing like that kind of stuff, you know, you know, but. But yeah, you, you wanted to rap about at first or you were gonna, you said at the end of that video you were gonna give some, give some personal thoughts.
Host 1
Yes. So we've talked about this before with Tyree Kill. I'm a firm believer. Why the would you write Justin Timberlake a dui? What good is that gonna do for you? What good is that gonna do for law enforcement in general? You know, you get an advocate like JT out there, he's never gonna publicly go out and say, hey, support the cops. Right? It's just not a good. Like no celebrity is probably ever gonna do that, but behind closed doors, you know, or just an overall support, that's like one piece in the game of rewriting the public trust in. And it's a big voice, you know, obviously you can't let everybody go for dui, but someone of that caliber has a lot more. What do you call that? Like reach.
Host 2
Reach. Reach. Yeah.
Host 1
And they can say, hey, I had a great experience in law enforcement. I don't believe, like, how many do cops let go every night for DUI because they don't want to do it. It's the end of shift, they got a ride. Law enforcement in general lets police go or less, please, lets DUIs go every night. I don't know if that's a shocker to anybody. I've done it a million times.
Host 2
Like, have you done it on body cam?
Host 1
Yes. Yeah, they can't. You can't test somebody's. I mean, I've done it once where I was like, maybe I shouldn't have done that. But, yeah, they have to crash. And then.
Host 2
Because that's part of my. Part of my argument to that is that, you know, in the day of body cam now, there's a lot less leniency that officers have or a lot less discretion on some of these things, like dui, you know, this guy spills out the door of the driver's seat onto the ground. And not.
Host 1
I mean, but you're not a doctor. You're not a dui. You're not a drug recognition expert. How do you know?
Host 2
I mean, I definitely am not Dre, But. But yeah, I mean, that. That is. That is true. You know, these guys, you know, their agency could be in a zero tolerance type mentality.
Host 1
They.
Host 2
They could probably. They maybe have a lot of problems with it. Drunk celebrities in. In Long island, driving around. Who knows? But. But I think with. With body cams and stuff, I think there's a lot less ability to provide leniency in some of that stuff, especially when it is Justin Timberlake, you know, when somebody goes, oh, let's pull the. The body cam video. But then again, I mean, I'm arguing against myself now. The body cam video, if it's just in the window, it's just kind of like, all right, he didn't know how to explain to an idiot what a world tour was.
Host 1
Yeah.
Host 2
You know, and.
Host 1
And he's got a driver that they. They determined on scene that she doesn't seem impaired. Bada bing, bada boom. I mean, and it's the cops in the comments that are like, no one gets different treatment. Everyone gets fair treatment. How could we live in a society? And it's like, I get really insecure vibes from those guys that are like, I'm out here risking my life, and you guys are worshiping celebrities. Like, dude, at the end of the day, bro, you're a cop. You chose to be a cop. You know, it's not about status for you. It shouldn't be about status for you. And he's a celebrity. Like, you're not. And you, as a cop, do we not expect to get that little thing we like to call professional courtesy? Right. Not being cop. But, you know, and cops would. They're gonna say, like, oh, I would never drive drunk. Well, okay, that's fine. But when you're speeding, do you want to be treated a little differently because you're a cop, brother?
Host 2
Yeah. Do you hand over your police ID with your driver's license? And your registration to any time you get pulled over, whether it's, you know, a DUI checkpoint or. Or just fa, you know, the highway patrol looking for seat belts underneath an overpass, you know. You know you're gonna hand your police ID over because you're looking for some sort of a. Like you said, professional courtesy and, you know, and into that small town, like you said, there could have been a quid pro quo to it. Just to where, like, listen, man, like, you're not. You're not reckless. You're not. You're not speeding. You drifted over the line, you know, one time, and you rolled through a stop sign. Like, let's. Let's park this car right here in this parking lot and. And get it going. I gotta. I got a story about when I was on the road and. And one of our DUI super pulled some guy. No, he pulled a woman over. So she happened to be a. A dancer from a club. And it was. We were right in front of a home Depot, and a gentleman pulled in to the parking lot right after her. And he had been following her home. And so the guy came up to me because I was the backup. And he's like, hey, man, any chance that you can, uh, let her go? I can drive.
Host 1
I'm.
Host 2
I'm good. You can test me, do all this stuff, you know, and just leave the car here. And I was kind of like. I went over to the guy or my. My other officer, and I was like, like, bro, God, can we. Can we chill, man? Like, kind of stepping on this guy. I think he's going home to do some work. You know, we're blocking, bro. Like, can, like, the guy. The ride is here and it's installed. Like we're not having to call a cab or anything like that. And he's like, no way. Oh, I'm doing. And so he was. He was down to do it. And the other problem was in her duffel bag was probably over a thousand dollars in singles. So that had to be. Let's call a supervisor out here. We gotta count every sing. Yeah, she was going to custody, and that had to go into her property.
Host 1
It's not evident. It's not. They're not taking it from her. It's just hers, and they have to count it.
Host 2
So we got it. And that was back before we had the machines at the jail that you inserted the money that really gets lost. But yeah, so I was like, if
Host 1
it works, if it's working, if it's
Host 2
working, you know what I'm talking About. So, So I, I looked at it. I'm like, bro, we could save a lot of a headache.
Host 1
Take.
Host 2
She didn't hit anybody. She just probably did the same sort of thing, like, weaved a bit and pulled over. She hasn't given you any problems. And he's like, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope. And I was like, all right. I advocated as much as I could. I'm here to back you up. Let's do our job.
Host 1
Like, I also have a story. I pulled over once. This was years ago. I was in a slower area. I just gotten out of, like, the main hood. I had enough seniority. I, I got out of, like, the hood hood, where you're like, five reports a night type thing. And I saw a challenger go by me. And so I get behind it. I don't, I don't. I didn't have any PC yet. I was just behind it. And it's. And the tag was a North Carolina tag, and it was over six months expired, right? So I've conducted traffic stop. And same thing with this. You know, he's. He seemed very sleepy. Maybe. Maybe he's sleepy. Maybe he's having a medical condition. But he goes, hey. I was like, man, so what are you doing? He's like, man, my registration. I'm not good at sounding sleepy. But you said it in a sleepy tone. He was like, man, I, I, I was just in Europe for a couple months for work. I was like, oh, man, what do you do? He's like, that's why my tags hasn't been renewed. I go, okay. Like, I just got back. I'm like, what do you do? And he's like, I, I'm. I'm a wrestler. And I go, oh, okay, like, like an Olympic wrestler dude. Never crossed my mind. And I was a WWE fan all my life. He goes, like, for, like, wwe. And I go, oh. I was like, what's your name? He goes, well, my stage name is. Oh, what's his name? His stage name changed. It was Dash Wilder. And I go, not a. I, I don't. No. Been a while. Like, are you, like, nxt, like, the Farm Club? He goes, no, we're a Monday Night Raw. Like, we're a tag team, and I have champions. I'm like, okay. And it turns out it was this gentleman right here. He has since left WWE and went to AEW and goes by the name Cash Wheeler. Yeah, Cash Wheeler. At the time, seemed very sleepy behind the wheel. And so, you know, I was like, hey, man, I'm not gonna write you a Ticket or anything. And he was like, I live, like, right there, right? I'm not a cop. It. I don't care anymore. I'll let him go. You know, he was, like, right around the corner from his house, and lots of wrestlers were moving to Florida because there's no pro. There's no state tax. And so he was like, man, dude, he's like, I will be in Daytona beach for a live event. I can get you and your. You and your son tickets. I'm like, bro, we already. Me and my son already got tickets to that. Like, I was taking my son already.
Host 2
Yeah.
Host 1
I was like. He was like, dude, I'll get you backstage, bro. I'm gonna get you backstage. I was like, for real? My son would love that. That. He's like, yeah, man, just call me. He gave me. I still have his number, and, oh,
Host 2
let's get him on the show.
Host 1
I call him and he goes, hey, man, I'm sorry. I can't do it. Oh, man, it was so embarrassing. I was so. I was kind of mad at him, dude. I was like, you're gonna do me dirty like that. Like, I told my son we were gonna go backstage at wwe.
Host 2
Yeah.
Host 1
And then he stiffed me. He kind of. Once you sober up, you kind of lose that. That appreciation of not going to jail.
Host 2
He was very sleepy. Yeah, he's like. He's like, prove it.
Host 1
He had woken up a little bit.
Host 2
So, yeah, he took. He drank some coffee when he got home, and then, you know, coffee clears the mind.
Host 1
I got a couple Instagram videos. Insta.
Host 2
Let me. I'm gonna do something right here. I. I took the liberties. I want to show this to everybody. Donutshoppodcast.com for all things donut shop. Podcast fast. I made a little banner for us.
Host 1
Whoa. Again. I was logging in.
Host 2
Look at that. I made. Look at that.
Host 1
Good. Anytime that you are hosting anything with us, you need to make sure we put that up.
Host 2
Yeah. Th. Thursday, when I'm there, I might even drop a little discount code on it.
Host 1
You need to drop anti hera 15 for 15% off, dude.
Host 2
Yeah, I'm. I just. I was rushing. I was literally making this, like, five minutes before all the things.
Host 1
Dsp.
Host 2
Yeah. So, yeah, buddies, if you want, I got links to all the video. Or I got links to the videos, current videos, all the stuff. These hats, these shirts.
Host 1
What videos?
Host 2
My. My podcast, the video podcast. Link to YouTube, link to all the audio platforms, all that stuff.
Host 1
All right, let's see. I got a couple more videos. Oh, man. We're not gonna have enough time. We'll run through them real quick. First off, yeah, but I want. I want people to be. This isn't really like Patreon. Check this guy out. Okay, let me see your driver's license. I have a mental health issue you, sir. And you're gonna make it a lot worse, I swear to God. Oh, my God. Really? Are you. Are you gonna do this? Get out of the car.
Officer
License right here.
Host 1
Let me see it. Okay.
Officer
You just don't care about humans. That's the problem with you.
Host 2
I'm not the one that was out kicking.
Officer
You don't care about me, sir, here's
Host 1
where I give modern day law enforcement a lot of credit. I would have told, and I'm telling you. That's why I wasn't going to last in the job. I would have told this guy, absolutely. I do not care about you. I'm here investigating a crime. I do not care about you whatsoever. You have that absolutely factually correct.
Officer
He honked at me five times because he's. Guess what?
Host 1
In his nice pickup truck. And he's just annoyed that I didn't go right away. There was no reason he needed to honk. And I'm flipping out right now trying to just get home. That's all.
Officer
Okay, I'm home now, and I'm gonna take my medicine. I just picked up.
Host 1
Are you gonna listen to me or not? You're lucky you didn't get shot today. You understand that? Oklahoma probably wouldn't have said that, but
Host 2
I think what he's talking about is. I guess I'm assuming from the. The guy. The way this guy's talking is that homeboy behind him honked the horn because he was around on his phone or something like that. So he got pissed off because he's already on a nervous break, jumped out of the car and decided to kick that guy's truck a few times.
Host 1
Yeah.
Host 2
And then that's why the cops were called, like, yo, some mental patient is kicking my truck. I. I got a concealed weapons permit. I'm gonna shoot him if he keeps trying to attack my car. And. And here we are. So otherwise, I'm making up a good story.
Host 1
No, that's true. And lots of cops do do that. They explain like, hey, you could have really been in. You could have been in a lot of danger. But. And I see state, yes, someone's gonna shoot me. Have you not watched the news? Have you not seen how many stabbings and shootings we've had lately? Because I feel like you're kind of demonizing the victim of, like, you know, like, oh, the cops, like, telling him, like, dude, this guy could have shot you. And this guy is like, wow. Over kicking his truck. And, you know, I don't know. That's just.
Host 2
Yeah. Patronizing.
Host 1
So explain to me where this all started. I can't. How come? So I'm just having a hard time understanding how good when somebody looks at you that you jump out of the car. Explosives disorder.
Officer
And I can't help it.
Host 1
Okay, should you be driving a car then, if you can't? Why do you think I'm here?
Host 2
Trying to go inside.
Host 1
Get out and put your hands behind your back. No. Yes. No, you're not doing this, Officer. You can't do this. I don't trust. Right now. Get out and put your hands. No, you're not.
Officer
Help me. Help me.
Host 1
My roommate's here. 450. I'm gonna start me another unit. Look, put your hands.
Host 2
Turn around.
Host 1
Put your hands. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. Back.
Officer
Turn around and put your hands behind your back.
Host 1
Put your hands behind your back. Oh, look at that nut bag, dude. Oh, man. Now it's time to get that.
Host 2
Distractionary blows
Officer
run over police officer.
Host 1
I'm cooperating. Chargers are pulling up at your face. Cooperating.
Officer
Stop moving or I'm going to tase you. Do you understand? Yes.
Host 2
Right in the dick.
Officer
You guys, I'm home.
Host 1
I don't care.
Officer
I'm home and you guys are doing
Host 1
this to me problem.
Officer
Taking advantage of me. I'm not doing anything.
Host 1
Just get to my doctor's office.
Host 2
I like, bro, there's just.
Host 1
Just there.
Host 2
I mean, this goes with. I don't think. I don't think you guys broke it down on a show. The. The one. The black lady that got pulled over, that the cops ripped out of the car and stuff like that. It's just some of this stuff.
Host 1
We did two of them, actually, because they were almost identical. We did it at night shift.
Host 2
Oh, okay.
Host 1
The black woman with the blonde hair wig.
Host 2
Yeah. The one that threw the ticket back out the window and stuff like that and refused.
Host 1
But I'm pretty sure Mike played it.
Host 2
Yeah, it's like, guys, he's just. There's no need to be extra. You don't have to have some of these conversations with these people. This guy, like, for me, I. I might have just gone. Do you have any intentions of hurting yourself today, sir? And he would have been like, no, why would I do that? And he'd do that, and then I'd Go. All right, cool. Have a good day. You're parked in your driveway. Bye.
Host 1
Like, because at the end of the day, if. If there's no damage done to the car. Yeah, it depends on the state. But do you have a crime?
Host 2
Yeah, Disorder, disturbance, or.
Host 1
I mean, those are. Those are hard to. Those are super hard to get. Like, you have. You have to get witness statements of people that were victimized by the yelling.
Host 2
Yeah, you have civil traffic infraction at best. Maybe it's like, look, the. The guy who called probably wants to remain anonymous. So he. And he's already.
Host 1
Yeah, he's gone. He's not trying to go to court. He's not trying to be a victim on paper.
Host 2
So it's like, what are you doing, guys? Like, just. Just you're. He's antagonizing him. And yes, I definitely felt that way some days where I was froggy and I wanted to push somebody's buttons because I knew they were a mental, crazy person. I want to keep calling or start calling them a 20, but people don't necessarily know what the code is. But, like, so, yeah, you want to push buttons sometimes because, you know you can. But is it necessary sometimes? No. Most times, no. Just let that guy freaking go about his business, especially if his roommate's there. It's like, hey, if you guys need anything, just give us a call. Like, you know, and he may lose his later on and we'll be back there. And it's like, yo, I know this. I know who this guy is. He's losing his. Like, we're gonna Baker act him, you know?
Host 1
But, yeah, I don't know. Sometimes you just do it for the love of the game, man.
Host 2
Yeah. Yep. You just want to fight today. That's what I'm saying. Someday I wanted to push somebody's buttons because it's like, yo, I feel like getting in a fight today. Let's, let's. Let's say a couple of the right things and it'll cue this guy up, and I know I can get him to boil over.
Host 1
All right, guys. Well, that is it for the first hour of Patreon Tuesday amongst all platforms. The second hour will be in approximately five to 10 minutes, depending how fast I can get it up and running. Link set links ready to go. Links up in Patreon. If you haven't joined Patreon, go join the five dollar tier if you want, and then you can watch, you know, at least watch Patreon Tuesdays. We'll talk about some other things. I don't know what Justin's holding up. It looks like a little action figure.
Host 2
That's Mike when he goes to jail. Oh, I don't know.
Host 1
But we will see you guys. If you guys don't join us for the second hour on Patreon Tuesday, we will see you tomorrow for Wednesday friends Day at 11:00am Eastern Standard Time.
Host 2
And if Tyler doesn't text me at 8 o' clock tonight to ask me to help with that, then I'll see you on Thursday in studio. Guys,
Host 1
Sa. Team for life.
This episode is devoted to breaking down the recently released bodycam footage of Justin Timberlake’s 2024 DUI arrest, analyzing the police encounter from both public and law enforcement perspectives, and exploring the broader context of how celebrities are—and perhaps should be—treated by police. The hosts, both with backgrounds and affinity for first responder communities, also share insights into DUI enforcement, the challenges of discretion versus department policy, and pepper in blue-collar banter and gallows humor for their audience of veterans, first responders, and blue-collar Americans.
The “Do You Know Who I Am?” Vibe:
“He doesn’t want to say, ‘Do you know who I am?’ but...does this face not mean anything to you?”
— Host 2, [11:25]
Host Legal/Policing Take:
“I’ve never written a DUI in my life. Never charged anybody the DUI. But we’ve been drunk.”
— Host 1, [14:18]
On Officer Neutrality:
“I’m trying my best to treat you like anybody else.”
— Officer, [37:51]
“I don’t think that’s something a millionaire celebrity wants to hear. ‘I’m doing my best to treat you like everybody else.’”
— Host 1, [37:57]
On Discretion & Fairness:
“Law enforcement in general lets...DUIs go every night. I don’t know if that’s a shocker to anybody. I’ve done it a million times.”
— Host 1, [45:30]
On Professional Courtesy:
“Do you hand over your police ID...because you’re looking for some sort of professional courtesy?”
— Host 2, [48:21]
PR Potential:
“If Justin Timberlake just started saying really funny things, it might almost benefit him because this is coming out regardless…”
— Host 1, [35:03]
The hosts are irreverent, direct, and experiential. Their tone combines cop-shop gallows humor, blue-collar relatability, and “behind the badge” frankness. They challenge assumptions about policing and celebrity treatment while remaining skeptical of both “everyone is equal” and “celebrity wrangling” narratives.
The first hour ends on some additional policing video breakdowns and listener Q&A, before reminding listeners to join Patreon for the uncensored, members-only second hour. The takeaways: no one is above the law, but perhaps “the law” is less uniform than official narratives suggest. Celebrities, police, and regular folks all navigate a system where reality—and fairness—are messy, imperfect, and sometimes, just funny.
