No artificial sweeteners, no flavors or colors, no growth hormones. So this is the protein if you want to take care of your body. This isn't the tub of GNC protein. I should probably stop saying that so they don't sue us. But this is not a cheap tub of protein. This is premier protein for your body.
Tyler
And you know, you know where that matters. It matters in those little areas. Doing carnivore and then sticking with really good protein. You can tell when you put something that's putting something in your body that sucks. Like my stomach immediately hurts. Like it's little things, but that kind of protein right there, that quality, it makes everything that much better.

Tyler
about, we have to do the giveaway today. Don't let me forget what.
Mike
Yeah, yeah, we'll do it.
Tyler
We'll do it.
Mike
Yeah.
Tyler
After the break. We'll hit the break after the break. Giveaway, Patreon. Well, Patreon app and the two channels, antihero and counterculture.
Mike
Oh, man, there's so much to cover. I think the first one we'll do is the July 4th. Newport beach in California. So, you know, we Woke up on July 4th on Saturday, we were having coffee and my wife's like, man, she's showing me videos. She's from that area and she's like, this is what it's all about. And it was all a bunch of patriots in America having fun. No violence, no nothing. Eight hours later, complete pandemonium in Newport. In Newport beach, the. The teens took over. But the interesting thing, enough, and I'm dead serious. This is. I. I really think it's interesting is that we've been blaming teen takeovers on a lot of demographics. Mainly one. You know, it is. It is what it is. They're always there. But if you look out here in nice, nice person California.
Tyler
Is there such thing as nice person California?
Mike
That part, that Huntington, all that, that area, Newport beach, like, that actually is really, really nice. And they're conservative there. All right, but we'll do right,
Clint
Since
Tyler
I brought the horses in.
Sponsor Voice
Yep.
Tyler
Okay.
Mike
So this is. This is the teen takeover on the beach. When it started, I mean, but dude, dude, these cops aren't around. Look at this.
Tyler
Welcome to the police state. You cannot enjoy time on the beach.
Mike
Look at all them horses on the beach. I've never seen Jamaica. Well, there's a lot more white people in this one. I want to show another video that's going to recap the night. Lots of white.
Tyler
Look at the trash everywhere, dude.
Mike
All that from one guy. Out in the street.
Tyler
Hispanic and white. Oh, look at that. This is America, right? It's a nice area. Looks nice.
Mike
So some could look at that and be like, that's not that bad. Nothing's burning. It's fireworks, throwing some cones, taking over a beach. But I just was playing it fair on both sides, Mike. I saw lots of demographics on that one.
Sponsor Voice
Yeah, that's.
Tyler
And that's. I mean, I think we're losing.
Mike
It's testament to police, I will say,
Tyler
this Instagram and controversy and all that.
Clint
They.
Tyler
They throw demographics on purpose. The right always shows blacks and Hispanics. The black side only shows white. But this is. This is going on everywhere. And this is. You're right. This is a problem with parenting. This is a problem with where our country is headed.
Clint
It's. It's.
Tyler
What is that? Does it didn't even look fun?
Mike
No.
Tyler
Like when we were kids, we went to the beach, we went and hung out. We actually just sat there and chilled. We bench pressed, you know, bench press. We, you know, it's a different world and it's like throwing fireworks around and like people street. This doesn't make sense.
Mike
No, I mean, I don't know, but
Tyler
that's lack of police. You know, we talk about over policing, but this is. This is a lack of parenting and lack of policing. This shouldn't happen.
Mike
I. Well, I love the police response. They weren't, you know, you get that. The reason why sometimes in bigger liberal cities, it's way more violent and things burn. People get shot Right. That was actually nothing compared to Orlando. New York City, like liberal cities is because the cops, their hands are tied. These guys were out before dusk. Like let's go some people up, you know, and their little riot gear and their, their police horses.
Tyler
I wasn't very tier one of those kids. No, that's not, that's not a good idea. I mean it's supposed to be so. And again you're celebrating, you're celebrating something so important like the 250 years of our country, the 4th of July, independence. And then you're displaying the problem almost if there is in quotation marks. The problem with so much freedom is that we've swung so far that you can get away with like putting everyone in danger to throw fireworks and cones.
Mike
What would your dad have done to you if you got caught out there? Like your little bike picture with our mom was worse.
Tyler
My mom was worse. But yeah, like just. I'll never. I ran away once. I'll tell the story very much I did. I ran away at seven. I thought about the other day. I said to my wife, I was like, damn, I'm such a piece of. For running away. 17 before cell phones, obviously. Back in the horse carriage days of my youth, I left my. I had a little Suzuki Samurai. Left it at the beach. The radio is running because it was powered separately from the battery. I went, got in the car, we came here, came all the way to Orlando and I stopped at the last. Me and a bunch of kids came to Orlando and I stopped at the last bank atmosphere and withdrew like the 350 I had in my bank account. So that's all my parents knew. Jeep at the beach. Money out of the bank gone. No cell phones, no checking in with nobody, Nothing, Nothing. And I came over here and I actually got detained on Disney property. All I want to do is come hang out. I went to like Fort Wilderness. It was just hanging around, didn't do anything stupid like this. But I'll never forget. I got. Finally got picked up. They brought me to some little place and my parents had to come get me. And I'll never forget getting in the car even at 17, get in the car, just shutting the door and then like sitting there and they didn't say a word from the whole hour and 45 minutes back. I'm just like sitting in the back seat of the car, like hit a tree. Something happened.
Clint
Please.
Tyler
Because I just knew. They didn't say a word to me. I got in the back seat, sat down and I just sat there for an hour 40. And it was. It was horrible when I go home at 17. So yeah, it was obviously different times and handled much differently and it. It's one of those things, man. Like we think about policing like you talk about old Big sergeant, all the old school. The way it was handled was it. We thought it was bad but was. It was the price of what we're dealing with now. Sometimes I look that ass whip them was worth it.
Mike
Sometimes I think are we just old now?
Clint
Yeah, we are.
Mike
Look at those kids out there. Not respecting.
Tyler
That's crazy though. I would never. Come on.
Mike
No, dude. I would have gotten killed. My parents would have killed me.
Tyler
Yeah. Because. Well not. It's on video too but that just shows that. That. How did that many kids get to that position or point without any supervision anyway? Like probably hours from home. Nobody cares where they're at because we have these apps and all these tracking things that makes people think that it's safer because you can actually see where somebody is. But yeah, it's unfortunate that that is now considered fun and destruction and police encounters that. Think about it, that horse actually kicks some kid in the head now the cops are dealing with that.
Clint
Yeah.
Mike
Nobody.
Clint
All that
Tyler
that that comes with it is. It's unfortunate.
Mike
All right. Yeah, we'll. What we're gonna jump to next has been brought up in the comments. There was not. It was enough. What?
Tyler
Which one?
Mike
The officer down.
Tyler
Oh, I thought you're going with the females.
Wyatt
Sorry.
Tyler
Okay. All right, go ahead.
Mike
Suspect killed himself eventually. Also killed his wife x and her 13 year old daughter. All right, I've got. Nope, not that. Well, maybe I don't have it. I thought I had it. Give us a second.
Tyler
I got it.
Mike
You got it?
Tyler
Hold on. I was looking at this morning.
Mike
I thought I sent it. I thought we had.
Tyler
I don't have the picture. I don't believe.
Mike
Yeah, no, there's Instagram.
Tyler
Okay.
Mike
Huh. No
Tyler
reading it though. Police officer and three others did North Northeast Ohio home A police officer was killed and three others were dead including the gunman after shooting Sunday night at Wayne county home. Two police officers were wounded in the incident which occurred about 9:30pm In Rittman, which is a suburb of Cleveland, about 45 minutes outside Wayne County Sheriff Tom Bounder said in the meeting with reporters and officers were called to the home after receiving disturbance call and shots that have been fired. Officers responding to area immediately started taking filer fire and at this point in time we lost one officer in line of duty and two others have been injured. A Canine with the sheriff's office was also wounded. He said the suspect was later found dead in the home with two victims. No information was leased on the victim or the suspect. I saw the officer's last name. I believe it's R I E S was his last name.
Mike
Yeah. So prayers go out. We'll probably be able to cover it better tomorrow, the next day when there's more information on it. I saw it this morning, but I don't even. I didn't even have his name.
Tyler
Police Sergeant Scott Rice. I don't think that's how you said I want to. R I e s a 10 year veteran, department was killed in the line of duty during a deadly shooting on the night of July 5th in Wayne County. So anybody knows anybody up there that needs any help can get us in touch with any gofundmes or anybody who would we can donate to, please. Yeah, do that for us and we'll make sure we send it all out there.
Mike
Samuel Ting says, have you guys spoken about the corrupt American Fork Police Department and the Lego scandal? I'm not gonna lie. I've been sent the Lego scandal a couple times and it's. I know nothing about it. I thought it was old news. If you can Samuel Ting, send us something about this Lego thing again and we'll cover it. I will do my due diligence and cover it to the best of my abilities, which is not good. Yeah, I love listening to you up reading too.
Tyler
It's funny.
Mike
You want to start hitting these videos? Yeah. Let's hear it for female cops.
Tyler
I will say this. Which one are you gonna show first?
Mike
Fireworks.
Tyler
All right. Fireworks is bad. The other one's not so bad, I don't think.
Mike
I just don't understand. First off, if I'm wrong, if somebody knows what happened, I. I want to say this. Was it during the Newport incident? No, this is Milwaukee. Okay. She treats it like indirect fire coming from her. And so a firework went up and came down and exploded about 12ft away from her. And she looked like she took like a mortar round. So let's watch this. Oh, not that one. Oh, Gonna need that disability.
Wyatt
Holy.
Mike
Maybe. They weren't that bad. I was launching mortars off all Saturday night,
Tyler
so. So obviously she got walked away. Let's put start with that. She got up and left.
Mike
Well, there's another video of her. I think Brendan sent them all to me. The. The backup cop runs back to her and as soon as he checks on her, she goes, I'm okay. Got up and walked away.
Tyler
She got up. So let's start with that before I go into my.
Mike
Yeah, she's good.
Tyler
Okay.
Mike
Yeah. Yeah, we want to make that clear.
Tyler
Yeah. That was a. I commented on that actual video there and said that that flop would make LeBron James proud. Like that was a. I mean, startled. Yeah. Could it have gone in her eyes? Could have done. But then she gets up and walks away. Like. And I on the one that Brennan from BJJ Cops collab me on, that's got a bazillion views. Like360,000 views. I put like a soccer player taking a dive and that comments got like a thousand. Like, like that's what it looked like. Look like a soccer player that gets. Barely touched it. Could it startle you?
Clint
Yes.
Tyler
Should you hit the ground? I don't know.
Mike
Here's what I'm saying. If it started her and she ran and took cover like an idiot behind a car, totally fine with that. That's what I would have done. I'm not gonna lie. If a firework. Now she saw the firework come at her. She saw it.
Tyler
She made a little.
Mike
So she knows the blow ups coming. But you know, I get it. If it goes off next to you or around in your area and you take cover because you're like, what the hell is that? Even though it's the 4th of July and there's fireworks going off everywhere. That's better than the LeBron James flop.
Tyler
Yeah.
Mike
I.
Tyler
You know what?
Mike
And.
Tyler
And I know we're dunking on females in these next two videos. The next one other video, I don't think she did a terrible job. Yeah. But this one, if this was a male, it'd be worse. We would be really screaming. This dude would be toast. So it's like one of those things where you're like, it's easy. The female cop angle is easy. It always is going to be something funny.
Mike
Always going to provide.
Reporter
It is.
Tyler
But if it was a dude, it would. He would. It would be way worse. Yeah. This one, I mean, but it goes. What does it show? It shows the same behavior as the. The California video. We got fireworks just being launched all over. Dude, somebody's gonna die.
Mike
No, they're not.
Tyler
Yes, they are.
Mike
You sound old.
Tyler
Someone's gonna die. Fireworks just being. I mean I remember when they got the sign and you couldn't even shoot the.
Mike
The.
Tyler
What is that little thing you hold?
Mike
Bottle.
Tyler
You the cop. You were scared to do that when you're a kid. Like they would come beat the snot out of you for that now.
Mike
Florida's a different place now. It's like World War III out in Florida, in Jersey.
Tyler
My dad used to go get the good ones, and we would launch. Like, we would launch it.
Mike
But you launch them and you kind of get out of there. You don't hang around because they're eventually going to find you and go, what the hell is this?
Tyler
But now you got fireworks just flying through parking lots, dude. And you know, it could have landed on her, poked her eye out. Could have poked her eye out, dude. I mean, that was a hell of a dive, I'll give you that.
Clint
That was.
Tyler
Did it, did the trick.
Mike
Let's go to the other video.
Tyler
So I made him this one too,
Mike
and I saw it.
Tyler
I'll tell you what, the meme says I wasn't really on this female, but I'm saying my point to this, my meme said those Get Ready with Me videos were not doing anybody any justice or something that effect, you know, I keep saying that females are being targeted by other female influencers, that this is a cool job to get pretty and get makeup on. And this would be one of those instances where your body spray, makeup, lip gloss doesn't really help out. And she's getting whooped. Yeah, literally.
Mike
Now, are you saying that because it's three, four people, this could happen to anybody.
Tyler
Yeah, but watch the re. Watch the recovery taser. Now she's on her back. Watch this.
Clint
Boom.
Tyler
But here sprung in action. Look at that, man. Look at that.
Mike
You're giving her credit for rolling.
Tyler
After the male officer took control of the suspect and put him on his stomach and held him down, the female got back in.
Mike
My issue is the fact that she was laying there with her back to this real name.
Tyler
He could have done a rear. Yeah, yeah, I'm. I'm being a little comedic, okay. Like, once the situation got fully under control by a male, she was fine. She jumped back in like the fight was over. I mean, a lot of people will say this famous line, well, at least she was in the fight, bro. I. I guess, right? You know, guy gets knocked out in the first round in a boxing match. At least he was in the fight, right? He was there. So, yeah, this isn't a good showing for many reasons. Again, it goes back to the firework, out of control beach take takeovers. These teen takeovers are becoming more dangerous than, like, bank robberies.
Mike
They're becoming dangerous because someone's gonna get shot. If I. I'm not gonna lie, dude. If I walked up on scene and a Fellow officer, male or female, was getting dragged like that. Like they're, they fell in a zoo enclosure, right? And then I start getting attacked. I'm probably going to. I'm not gonna lie, dude. If I start getting overpowered, and now I lost my partner and I'm getting overpowered, I think. Oh, whoops. So hold on. I think I'm gonna start blasting people.
Tyler
Dude, if that.
Mike
Dude.
Tyler
Well, you can almost make. Well, I don't know what the swinging thing was. I don't know what she was hitting her with. There was a female hitting her with something. If that's a stick, you're already close.
Mike
I don't care. No, I'm pretty close. I don't need a weapon. Dude, if like I said.
Tyler
Yeah. You're being overpowered by multiple people.
Mike
Yeah, dude, it's, it's. I mean, it sucks, but sometimes.
Tyler
Well, then you got that kid. If that kid sinks in that rear naked you, that's a contact shot.
Mike
Yeah.
Tyler
Like he sings in a chokehold on your fellow, your, your partner, you gotta, you gotta put it to his dome,
Mike
which is crazy, right? Because that's not a, that's not something that could end your life. It could incapacitate her, though.
Tyler
Continued. Could end your life. You know, you go up a minute,
Mike
you think that, you think that.
Tyler
I'm just saying.
Mike
Do you think a cop would be okay in that situation?
Tyler
If somebody grabs you on the throne, starts talking, choking you, you can kill him or, I'm sorry, you can shoot them. You're not supposed to try to kill
Mike
right in the head. Don't kill him though.
Tyler
Well, in that case, where, where's the bot? Where's the shot go? The bad guy's on the bottom with you.
Mike
Go to her head.
Tyler
So that, that unfortunately for the. The person, the, the citizen partaking in a peaceful party is now subject to deadly force because of their actions. But you're right. When does this become, how do I say it? Mass pepper spray tasing pepper ball.
Mike
It.
Tyler
Like it started with the what, five, six, eight, seven years ago? We saw the water pistol takeovers and cops getting blasted with water. That's a tough one to argue. You're really in danger. It's. It's a crime. It's battery. It's a crime. But it's like you're not danger. Yeah, yeah, but now you got people whooping you with sticks, choking you, taking you to the ground, dragging you. You could almost make the case. Like you said. At what point do you put your gun out and just start firing like this goes the complete. Like Dominic's argument over here about cops being crazy with guns and shooting people that. But now this goes on the other side of, like, how many cops get stomped, beat, hit, maybe incapacitated. Do we.
Wyatt
Wait.
Tyler
The one gets incapacitated and killed or injured? Because remember, it's not just death, it's death or great bodily harm.
Mike
Yeah.
Tyler
You're swinging a stick at me.
Mike
You know that mother of the first kid that's killed in the street takeover is going to come out. My boy was just out there having a good time. That's what she's gonna say. She's gonna blame society and the cops for your son being dead. And we're sitting here saying that we. Obviously, nobody wants that to happen, but these teen takeovers are going to get so out of control that someone's going to die.
Tyler
There they are. There you are.
Mike
I don't think anybody's gonna die from fireworks, but I think they're gonna die.
Tyler
And like you said, if he pulls his gun out and starts blasting and an innocent kid goes down, technically the aggressor that's beating the cop with a stick would be the reason that happened. Yeah, but think about the level of. So let's take. Dominic's an easy one because he doesn't get his feelings hurt. Dominic is one of the hardest, most scrutinizing people on cups for placement of shots, when to use force, how much force is there? And he's really, you know, he has a whole audience on Cop Talk Live that kind of dunks on cops. Doesn't like cops and doesn't like the way we use force. But now I want you to take this scenario, and I'm sure he was a good shoot. Good shoot, probably. But now you take the scenario where I go, I have to pull my gun out and start shooting these people because I'm getting overtaken. It's like, oh, it's just a bunch of teen. It doesn't matter. Doesn't matter.
Clint
You.
Tyler
You got. You beat me with a stick. You're dragging me across the ground.
Mike
Well, here's the thing. You're. You're. Let's say you're in one of those scuffles, right? Have you ever been in, like, that? Cop or no cop, and you get. You get caught with one, and it is like, where am I?
Tyler
Yeah.
Mike
And now you're in a group, you're seeing complete white. Your ears might be ringing. You might be kind of like the stars. You're gonna pull that out and pull it to your hip. And be like, the next that grabs me, I'm gonna have to kill them because I can't see. That's how.
Tyler
Or you have. You also. Here, here's a cool thing about being a cop. You also have the responsibility of weapons and, and retention of all your equipment. So now you got like, if you let somebody take your gun or take your. You're going to be a there, you're going to get disciplined like you, you can't win in these situations.
Mike
Do you think they still teach in the academy that if somebody takes your less than lethal tools that you can use lethal force on them?
Tyler
I don't know where they're going with that. We've seen a couple cases go.
Mike
We were in. They sell us to it. But then it was the infamous Wendy's Parking Lot 1 in Atlanta where the guy was running away from the cops, but he pointed out a tape, pointed, and they killed him. And they were like, yo, this is scripture and policy. If somebody points one of my tools at me that can incapacitate me, they could kill me so I can use.
Tyler
Well, there was the Walmart video not too long ago with the female that got her taser taken and they killed him. There was the one up in Ohio where they had a hung jury and they didn't retry where he mounted the. He was on the guy's back. The guy had the taser and he pop shotted the guy in the head and killed him. Yeah, there's been several with less lethal taken. I don't think any of the cops have been been convicted. They've been charged. Like I said. Most notably the one in Ohio where he was. They just hung jury and they didn't retry it. Then there was the Wendy's. There was one in Walmart recently. I mean that the problem is in that, in that moment of scuffle, you gotta. Are you. You expect a cop to remember, oh, I fired both probes or I didn't. Or if it's a taser 10 that I fire all 10. Because in one of them I think both cartridges are.
Mike
So it's not. You can't use.
Tyler
All you can do is drive stock.
Mike
But a taser 10's got 10 shots. How are you supposed to keep track of that?
Tyler
That's what I'm saying. So taser 10. But then it's. Is it. That's where I go as much as I, you know, try to be fair, criticize law enforcement when it's needed and stick up at the same time. Is it the cop's responsibility to try to remember or know what level what, what status that tasers in.
Mike
I've been in some crazy debates in this room which leads me to believe that somebody would sit here. Multiple people. It's not one person in particular. And tell me, yes, it is on the cop to know your equipment. It's on the cop to know the taser. Just like it's on the cop to pretty much be a pre graduate for case law. Like, dude, like the amount of stuff you have to know the basic, it's
Tyler
just like to quote the great Ronnie Coleman, just the basics. You got, you got to know the basic stuff.
Mike
Constitution.
Tyler
Yeah, the basics. But when you get into these high 10 situations, that's where you have to side with the cop. You can't just take all of them and go. All the cops are always bad. You're right. What happens in this situation? Somebody starts pulling on a gun, somebody starts punching her. And you shoot a 12 year old kid that's involved in this chaos. And it's like you don't want to be that guy. And it's tough to go home be like, yeah, I shot a 12 year old bro. Like it just, it's terrible. It's terrible that I guess it's terrible that we have to be put in this situation as cops and that our country is to the point where there is a term called a teen takeover which break those words down. Takeover is the key word in that that means you're taking over, you're becoming in charge, you're facilitating the activities, you're. You're attempting overcome something. So when you call it a teen takeover as the, as the cops or the government, you have to stop society from being taken over.
Mike
Sheriff Dilks, I'm glad I have you here. Sure. So you get intel, right? Every agency's got guys open source intel. Hey Sheriff, it looks like whatever place in this city is going to have a teen takeover, most the teens are not going to be from this area. They've been promoting this on social media for weeks. We're gonna put out our do not come here and do this messages but obviously we have to prep for it. And then what would you do logistically to prep? Because you got a worry it might not even happen. You're you Sheriff Chitwood from Volusia puts out things like we're telling you do not come here. We are gonna you up.
Tyler
It's gonna be. So if I was gonna be Mike, if it was my area we're smaller so we have like very limited like Beach. If you're going to the beach, there's like three bridges. So I can kind of monitor those three bridges for activity and then adjust accordingly. But I. You'd have to activate some type of field force unit and be ready.
Mike
You got this any. Or did they have one auxiliary? Right?
Tyler
No, they had. Well, yeah, it's a volunteer. It's cops volunteering to be on that unit. So it's not like we have our own unit.
Mike
But.
Tyler
Yeah, yeah, yeah. You would have to get. Activate that and then monitor because you still have to respect the constitution. So you can't just turn into Russia and like, close access to the, you know, the whole world and be like, all right, we heard this might happen.
Wyatt
We're gonna restrict all the money.
Tyler
Yeah, Nobody.
Mike
Nobody gets that fun ice cream.
Tyler
No kids, no cotton candy.
Mike
So you have a police presence. Like, what do you think? Details are a good thing.
Tyler
Yeah, I would. Heavy police presence. I would coordinate with surrounding agency and say, hey, St. Lucie, Big Wayne up in Brevard, Timu Wayne, Ivy or Timu,
Mike
get along with him if you have.
Tyler
I don't know. So I would ask them like, hey, he probably wouldn't cooperate because he hasn't in the past with our county. But I would say, hey, we're, you know, reach out to some surrounding agencies. Be like, hey, you know, we got this intel, we would help you. You come help us. You know, that's where you got to spend some overtime money. But you have to have a budget balance good enough to be able to afford to pay that overtime. And if you don't, you're putting your county in danger by not properly bouncing a budget. But yeah, you definitely got to take it serious. And police presence, zero tolerant immediately. Zero tolerance. Anybody runs off the mouth, there's any public disorderly disorder, there's any afraid you got to reach in the statue book and start hauling people off. Yeah, immediately.
Mike
And I don't. And I'm the. Here's the thing. Anybody that's a fun loving American going to the beach loves seeing massive police presence. I love seeing every time I go anywhere with my family, I love seeing cops with rifles out. I'm like. Because a lot of places and a lot of politicians, a lot of sheriffs or mayors or chiefs of police or even Disney and theme parks. Heavy security and police presence means there's a threat. So they like people to live in a bubble where like, oh, Disney, nothing will happen at Disney. They literally make their cops hide because they want them there for the inevitable, but they don't Want Disney patrons thinking could something bad happen here? So I love seeing that there's dudes out there. Their sole focus is out there to stop.
Tyler
Yeah, that's the important like I'm joking but not like that's the importance of a, A good well founded budget and, and manpower. Because when those incidents happen you don't want to be the, the I don't want to use that word because that
Clint
was a bad incident.
Tyler
But you don't want to be the, the agency that's all over the news for complete failure because you're like hey, oh it was short staff. You know how to know. That's your problem.
Mike
What are the, the business owners too man, Those small business owners in there now that now they have to suffer. They have everything broken and looted and it's like your responsibility to protect them and you did it.
Tyler
And here's the problem with business owners. Because of politics business owners are. Their hands are tied on support. They can't support the non incumbent. So they got to stick up for this guy. They may be not like and then he ends up screwing them in the long run. And then there's still fear because it's like do I criticize the sitting, sitting sheriff?
Mike
Like so they gotta wait till somebody's re elected in order to show.
Tyler
Yeah, yeah. I believe like small business owners will tell me like hey man, I got your back. But I can't say it.
Mike
Well look how if you don't think they're corrupt and even the city level. So we had our friend come on here who was. He talked about Orlando a lot and he blew my mind. Now we're outside of Orlando. But he was like listen dude, the city of Orlando is building up the area around the stadium. That's going to be their new place where they push tourism. They could give a about downtown now they're like, they literally are waiting for it to fall and become complete ghetto. They don't want to support those businesses, they don't help those businesses. And so that's all corrupt politics right there dude. Like hey, we're taking a 10 year plan. We're going to make this place around the stadium the new place. So we're just going to let this fall and everybody that wants to be do business in there, they probably, they're
Tyler
gonna, they're renovating it, right? They want to try to get. I think they're trying to get a pro sports team in there too. So it's. That's, that's like I said that becomes important now on that mass level that is tough to combat that level of corruption and politics on. When you get the size of Orlando and you get an Orange county and you start getting into bigger places, that's where it's like, there's really not too much you can do. But that's why I keep looking at where I'm from.
Mike
Law enforcement.
Reporter
Yeah.
Tyler
There's just what can you do?
Clint
You can't.
Tyler
I mean, there's too much money involved and too much power. But when you get into somewhere like I'm at, which is a fraction of that size, it's like, can we still save it and show that things can be saved? So that spreads throughout other places. And that's, that's why it's really important to me. Because you can't, you can't let that happen. You can't abandon your business owners in an entire downtown area that was thriving. And now, like he was saying, people are pissing out in the front door. Nobody wants to come in your business.
Mike
And they all have to pay this weird thing that is they have to pay an extra fee so they can have guaranteed police officers down in the downtown. And then the police officers don't show up because it's not off duty. On top of that, if they wanted a dedicated officer, they have to go pay cops 100 bucks an hour. Right. So that's on top of it. But they have to pay almost like a HOA style fee where it's like, hey, we need to police this area more for you guys, the business owners. So we need you guys all to get together and then pay this fee. And then they don't even bring in.
Tyler
It's like the, it's like paying the mafia. But they don't, they don't provide any job, they don't provide any security.
Mike
Yeah, let's go ahead and hit the next topic. Obviously, this is an ongoing thing between Russia and Ukraine. 100. No, I'm in the right. Yep, got it. All right.
Tyler
It's another one.
Mike
Last night, dude. Last night.
Tyler
So I saw how much trouble Russia was having with gas. Really like miles of cars trying to get gas because Ukraine keeps bombing their oil refineries and their oil reserves. So.
Mike
So because of that, Russia is now justifying targeting civilians. So over the night, 12 people died in Kiev. Russia Attack on Kiev kills at least 12 exposing winding gap in Ukraine Air defenses waved of missiles and drones at Kiev early Monday killing at least 12 people. This was obviously last night in an attack that exposed widening gaps in Ukraine's Air defense authority says all, all the ballistic Missiles launched by Russia struck their targets, underscoring Keeves need for more Patriot interceptor missiles, a point Ukrainian President Zelensky will likely reiterate at the NATO summit in Turkey this week. The attack came hours after Zelensky warned that a huge scale attack was imminent. An additional 60 people were wounded, according to Dzelinsky, as emergency workers combed through the rubble looking for survivals as a residential high rises in two locations to suffered direct hits. I mean, days earlier, a Russian strike killed 31 people in Kiev, the deadliest in the capital. This year that we covered that one. Russia's Defense Ministry said bombardment that was retaliation for Ukraine's recent long range strikes which have caused several fuel shortages and pressured President Vladimir Putin. Ukraine hit three Russian oil refineries in an oil terminal in the Baltic Sea, Ukraine's military and security services said Monday, according to the Reuters news agency. More than four years after Moscow launched its full scale invasion of its neighbor Ukraine, advances in drone technology have given it an edge in recent months. Analysts and Western officials say strikes on supply routes behind the front lines have stripped Russian of enemy momentum. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Oh, and Wyatt wants to come on. So explain to us, while I send this link to Wyatt, what is going on. When you talked about the fuel shortages,
Tyler
I just, obviously I still don't understand this war. I don't understand the point of just destroying. Like, like you said, Russia wants this, so they're just destroying it. Eventually it's going to be completely gone. And it just, there's, I don't understand the end game of this entire process. And obviously I wasn't alive for Vietnam and everybody said that was like a long, pointless war. I, I don't understand. You're, you're destroying each other's resources. Innocent people are the only ones suffering. It's, it doesn't make sense. It just doesn't make sense.
Mike
Well, so I put the clip out this morning of Wyatt when he said, listen, Trump's trying to do it. Zelensky's like, hey, I'm willing to play ball. And Putin's like, dude, you, what you can't do is you can't stop an ideology. Much like, like we used to say about Islamic terrorism. Like if they're, if they're bred at 6 years old to hate and to be a terrorist, you're not going to change the mind. And Putin has this thing where Russia has been and Russia is, that's all motherland and so he's gonna take it.
Tyler
Not only that, it's just they've Hurled too many bombs at each other. Like, at this point you're just gonna concede, like, okay, you've killed X amount of people. You both have to just turn and go, nobody wants to concede. Like, you were right, I was right, you're wrong, we're wrong, whatever it is. And now it's just, to me, it's just pointless. And now the numbers are start. You're starting to see the numbers increase of, of the amount of civilians killed, 31, 12. I think the week before the 31, there was another 12. Like, it's just increased. Now they're hitting high rise buildings.
Mike
It's.
Sponsor Voice
It's just.
Mike
That's crazy to me.
Reporter
Yeah.
Tyler
What is the point at this point? What is the point? I mean, let's kick and say, well, we're just hitting oil, so you don't have the numbers, but when people can't work and people can't feed themselves and people can't do normal stuff, that, that's
Mike
the bird version of war. So, like, for instance, Zelinsky knows what he's doing. The military in Ukraine know what they're doing when they're hitting. They're going to shut down their economy and they're going to make life hard in Russia. And if your economy sucks, you have to make war. You have to. The key to war is losing the enemy, losing support from within. So if the people all of a sudden are like, dude, this is really affecting us, we don't want it. That is key also. What's it called when you starve someone out? What's that called? Called? It's, It's a tactic. It's very common. You just starve them out. War of attrition.
Tyler
Yeah, but the problem with Putin is Putin, Putin doesn't care. You can't be a Russian and go to him and go, hey, we don't like this anymore. So who's not going to suffer? Is Putin, his people around him? They're going to be okay, right? They got bunkers, they got ways to wait this out. If he was gonna, if once I, if he was going to concede at some point, I think it would, it would have been done. I think at this point, he can't. In his mind, like you said, that's all ours. That they're wrong for being here at all. Let the people line up. What are they going to do? Knock on his door and be like, hey, sir, we're done. We don't want to, we don't want you at war with Ukraine where he can't they're not gonna do it. The Russians beat the snot of their people. So at this point, it's just. It's a. It's a. Whose balls are a bigger game, I think. And only people suffering are going to be innocent people. Innocent Russian people that don't, you know, just want to go to work in Ukraine.
Clint
High, right.
Tyler
Imagine being in a high rise in a. You know, it's like, that's everyday life. I just don't see what. I don't know. You're fighting for land that was developed, and in the process of trying to reclaim it, you're just destroying everything.
Mike
It goes back to what you said probably six months ago when you said, what is the point of rubble if
Tyler
you're going to do the here? Because you said something over land. You said, you said something a minute ago, which was, you know, the, the slow back. The United States proved if you really want a war of attrition, you want to end it quick, it's possible. You just kill 250, 000 people in two days.
Mike
I mean, do they have nukes over there?
Tyler
Of course they got something like that,
Mike
but they're probably too close. They're neighbors. So you.
Tyler
I mean, yeah, but I mean, I'm. It just. I'm not. And again, I'm not advocating for violence.
Mike
Eli, find out if Ukraine has nuclear weapons.
Tyler
They both do, I'm pretty sure.
Mike
But do you?
Tyler
I would think so, but I'm pretty sure. I'm just saying we, we both.
Mike
Ukraine and Russia, when we wanted to,
Tyler
you know, hey, Japan, we're not playing. And then, oh, yeah, we sent him a notice. We sent him another notice, like, hey, it's gonna be bad. And then it was really bad. And then we did it again two days later, and it was bad again. It was like. They were like, okay, never mind.
Mike
Yeah, so nuclear weapons. All right, so only Russia possesses nuclear weapons. And I believe, I would imagine if it's a war for land, they don't want it to be a toxic.
Tyler
What are they doing now?
Mike
I mean, they're turning into rubble, but you launch a nuclear weapon, it's uninhabitable for a significant amount of time.
Tyler
When.
Mike
Yeah, it's like, it's like buying land, but you don't have enough money to build a house.
Tyler
You want to hang the metal on the wall. I mean, I'm sure that would start. I mean, I don't know. China's friends with Russia. We're Ukraine. I don't know. Again, this is just me talking out loud. As a. I don't advocate for any violence, but if your point is to win, that's one way to win.
Mike
All right, yeah, we're gonna take a commercial break right now because when we come back, we're gonna have Wyatt on. He's gonna be from the front lines again. And we will discuss this a little bit further before we move into the other videos that we have.

Over a century ago, in 1910, the Flexner Report, funded by John D. Rockefeller and the Carnegie foundation, re engineered medical education from a holistic whole body approach, which appropriately treated the body as an interconnected system, to a compartmentalized approach. Under the guise of specialized medicine, they shut down or consolidated medical schools. Martin marginalized naturopathic, homeopathic and chiropractic medicine, replacing them with symptom management and synthetic drugs. Allopathy is a marketing strategy rooted in fear and manipulated science. This philosophy carried into veterinary medicine resulting in over vaccination, unnecessary surgeries and manufactured food, just like they did for people. They call it care, but it's predatory and based on profitability. The truth. Truth, Toxicity, compromised immunity and chronic inflammation. They're not fate, they're engineered. And so is your power to undo them. We built three targeted formulas to return the body to homeostasis for pets and people to detox, defend and restore. We are the correction to decades of corruption. We are vengeance.

All right, we're bringing Wyatt back on. We're going back to Russia, Ukraine. Oh, there he is.
Wyatt
Hey, what's up Sheriff And Shylock, how you doing?
Mike
What's up man? What's your, what's your take on this whole Ukraine bombing oil refineries and not targeting civilians directly. And then Russia saying, all right, you want. You know, we're just literally going to target civilians at this point.
Wyatt
Oh, they've been doing that since day one. It's really not a surprise to me.
Mike
Really.
Wyatt
It's actually become kind of a joke. It's really dark joke. But when there's expectation of a huge air raid. Okay, who are we de Nazifying today? The kids or the. Or the. The patients. Stay away from hospitals and schools.
Mike
Is right. I mean, it's just Russia. Is that. Is it in their culture to target civilians? I've never known a country to really do that.
Tyler
It's.
Wyatt
I don't even. I can't even say that they're deliberately targeting civilians to be malicious. From the air raid perspective, the Russian ground forces, those are the atrocities. That's the atrocity machine right there. But for the air raids, if you zoom out and look at a big picture from an aerial campaign standpoint, this war has the soldier to civilian casualty has been very somewhat humane. But it is interesting how 95 of their strikes are on something civilian.
Mike
Well, I think it's definitely looks like they're target civilians. If you hit a high rise, was that. Are they going to try and say that was accidental?
Wyatt
What they usually do is say it was that it was a military target. Usually when they hit something, they say, oh, it was a secret NATO base, or it was secretly a weapons plant. It was a munitions factory when it was a hardware store or a hospital.
Mike
Like, are they just like, oh, our bad.
Wyatt
Not even our bad. It's. You shouldn't have been in front of the weapon. For. You guys had some questions. I was catching up on episodes last night. You pointed out that 17 deaths was actually considered a pretty high number for an airstrike. And it is because it was a collapse. The building took a direct hit from a missile, which doesn't usually happen. And it was the collapse that caused most of those fatalities.
Mike
Wow. How many? How many Russian. I see. So I put you in a reel this morning on Instagram.
Wyatt
Okay. Oh, God, that's never good.
Mike
And you were taking incoming from people in the. In the. Oh, well, not. Not too many people, actually. Most people were actually talking about the subject at hand rather than being pieces of. But somebody said that Russia is losing a severe amount of troops every month. That's an alarming rate. What. Is that true? Like, how many. How many troops do Russia lose on average a month?
Wyatt
Okay, I'm glad you brought that up. Because last time we discussed it, my Internet kept cutting out. Every time I tried to speak, I told Mike that the official numbers that Ukraine releases, I don't believe them. But I have spoken with some people on the intel side who deal with that. And so just the rule of thumb that I have is take the high number, the one that we had then was 40,000 per month. One third of that is absolutely 100 dead. A second third of it is either dead or too up to ever return to battle. And then that last third is kind of a wild card. Sometimes they're guessing, they strike something and nobody came out for a day or two, so they just write them off as dead. But it is definitely five figures per month.
Reporter
Holy.
Mike
How? How? I just don't understand. Like, this is not being covered at all.
Tyler
I.
Mike
If you had me guess, why, I would have guessed per month, maybe 30 on each side. Like, just. But it's. It's clearly. Is this all indirect usually?
Wyatt
It used to. Well, the majority of it is still indirect. I know people have lost their focus on artillery and mortars because those don't have cameras strapped onto them like drones do. The commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces here in Ukraine, he's. He claims that 90. It was. I want to say 90 of all the Russian casualties are caused by drones. I kind of doubt that number just because I've seen it. There is still a lot of artillery and mortars in play, especially mortars.
Mike
Like, when I say, I do 90 of the work on this broadcast, Mike goes, I beg to differ. So I understand. It makes you look like, hey, I do all the work. But then somebody's gonna say, no, I don't.
Wyatt
Well, Mike did a PayPal. He gave you a fake system to play with, so you think you're working. It's what PayPal did to Elon Musk.
Mike
Yeah. Yeah.
Tyler
Tyler's like one of those drones that's got the wires hanging from. And I'm like, precision airstrike up top. I'm like,
Wyatt
oh, you're saying that Tyler doesn't lose focus? That's what the wire ones do. They don't lose focus.
Tyler
Those videos are terrifying to me. I watched one yesterday, and the poor guy's rolling around a field, and they're chasing them, and they're look like they're taunting them. Like, they're backing up and he's rolling, and they're up, down, back, and I'm just like, you know, it's inevitable, right? You're gonna get blown up. I just. That's gotta be That's a shitty way to go, man. Those are pretty gut wrenching videos.
Wyatt
You want to hear a up story?
Clint
Sure.
Tyler
Love them.
Wyatt
I was in one of those videos. I was a driver going in and out of. Going in and out of Taretsk. Something hit my driver's door, right. I don't know what happened. Door is scuffed up. We got hit, but it didn't blow up. Like three days later, Russia put out a video of that drone. And the caption claimed it killed all. It killed all of us.
Tyler
I saw, I saw a video the other day where the drone lodged in the hole to the bunker. It didn't blow up. So yeah, dude, decide inside decided to free the drone from there. And then it did blow up. When he jostled it to pull it off of the entrance to the pole, off it went. And that was the last thing he ever did. So those things is. Those things are terrible.
Mike
That whole. I mean, I mean, is there any muzzle to muzzle fighting? Is there any like still trench warfare going on? Is there any battlefields? Like what like. Or is it, I mean, anything like that?
Wyatt
Short answer, yes. And even here it doesn't really get covered much because it's, it's not on camera, it's not quite as readily available. Everyone's focused on the drones. Like I said earlier, a lot of people have forgotten that you're gonna you that there's artillery still in play when that was the number one thing back at the start of the war.
Mike
Okay. There's a lot of still urban combat and all those Stalingrad looking blown out cities.
Wyatt
Well, once the Russian ground forces arrive, yeah. It all turns to rubble. So it usually starts out with urban fighting and then everybody gets dug in and it comes down to artillery and drones just trying to dislodge everyone. Now something Mike.
Tyler
Go ahead.
Wyatt
Something Mike had asked on the previous episode. Why doesn't Russia just use the giant missiles and level a city block? Do I call him Eli or do I call him Lewis Jr? If you can try to Google or Reshnik ballistic missile. Just to give everyone at home a visual context, those big ass missiles were meant to carry nukes. When you take the nuke off of it, it's actually very ineffective and it has a very high price tag. Off the top of my head, I want to say Russia has had three semi successful uses of these missiles and about eight or nine that just dropped in a field, fell apart old pieces of crap with a $50 million price tag.
Mike
Wait, so why doesn't. Why wouldn't Russia ever use nuclear weapons against Ukraine? Is it obvious that they're just too close in proximity?
Wyatt
Well, I think the issue with nukes is if you use a nuke, you're automatically the bad guy.
Mike
Okay.
Wyatt
Especially with. It's like, Russia is not the good guy in this situation. Already they resorted to using a nuke. They're admitting that. Yeah, one of those. Using those. It's horribly uneconomical to use those for conventional warfare. Last night, there were 71 missile launches against Kiev, or not just Kiev, but against the country. Most of them went to Kiev. You wound up making the news pretty good because they hit some sort of arms depot or manufacturing plant. The videos were actually pretty wild. Of the secondary explosions done with cruise missiles. Whereas the ballistics. You don't get the. The bang for your buck when you take the nuke off the end of it.
Mike
Imagine. All right, those are the only questions I had. I mean, obviously I even think Putin's crazy ass understands the ramifications of using a nuclear weapons. I mean, somebody starts lobbing those, dude, the whole world's got a problem. So I'm sure he doesn't want to be the bad guy to the entire world. He just wants his land back.
Clint
There he is.
Wyatt
It wasn't his land to begin with.
Mike
Is that his argument is that it belongs to Russia? I'm assuming it's more an ideological argument than anything.
Wyatt
Even if you go back to the Tucker Carlson interview with Putin and he asked him, well, Putin, why did you do it? And it turned into a meme because Putin gave him like a 20 minute long history lesson, which really came down to historic claims to the land going back to the Kievan Rus, you know, the Vikings of old. But what was that name again, given Rus? Ukraine predates Russia. Okay, so it wasn't. He does want the land. That's been stated several times. He just. It just wasn't his to begin with. And then you get into the what year are we starting this? And what year do we start the clock of who it belonged to? And that's where you get murky.
Mike
One thing I did want to say before we, before you go is that I've been seeing a lot you. And another big meme page came on and, you know, he covered his face for obvious reasons. Any reason why he covers somebody's face? And they get called out a lot. So I started going to. Looking at the pages. Mike, you'll love this. At the people who were giving you and this meme page a bunch of grief. Fake their faceless meme pages. They're faceless pages with no identity to them. So I started commenting. I'm like, so getting on a podcast or a broadcast and talking is bad, but talking on the Internet is good. Like, that's acceptable. Because everybody's so used to being cowards that when somebody actually takes the next step, talks is informative, gives opinions that could end up, you know, like, your. Your danger is probably a little bit at more risk, but the guy on the mean page, dude, he's at risk of lawsuits. He's at risk of harassment. Like, all we do on the. On Instagram is talk, right? That's what everybody does. I call people fat all the time. So, like, why does somebody have to subject themselves to that if none of the rest of the Internet. Every Instagram I see is faceless. There's no identity tied to it. So. And then. But you're held to a different standard if you come out abroad. It just. It blows my mind. Dude,
Wyatt
that reminds me, because the last time I was on, we were in a hurry. You guys had a great guest, the Secret Service guy. That was a great week. You guys were on fire. So it's a big wit. I meant to crack a drink, you know. Welcome to the gang. Hope to see more of you. That guy. That guy was a riot.
Mike
Yeah, he was pretty funny.
Clint
Good as far as masks go.
Wyatt
Well, for those of us that fought in 22, we've got bounties on us.
Mike
Yeah. Yeah.
Tyler
How much?
Wyatt
Yeah, I. Well, I don't know if anyone's ever collected. Back then it was 10,000, which is kind of insulting.
Mike
10,000 Ukrainian dollars, American dollars.
Tyler
That's not enough. You can hit that. You can hit a raw flush and get that. That ain't worth it.
Wyatt
And hell, I got two friends in Russian prison despite never having been to Russia before. So there's some dangers involved.
Mike
How'd they go? How they end up in Russian prison if they've never been to Russia? How'd they even get a captured to go to prison there?
Wyatt
One of them got catfished into going to Turkey.
Mike
Got snatched up by a chick. By a fake chick?
Wyatt
Yeah, by a chick.
Mike
Oh, so Russia's using Tinder to get dudes.
Tyler
That'll do it.
Mike
That's not funny. I'm sorry. That's not funny. I just. It's 2026. Nothing surprises me anymore. Yeah, Joe paid $5 in the 2,000 meters to end. I can't read that. Andria documentary. And accurate. Is that an accurate representation of the war or propaganda?
Wyatt
I have not Watched it. I, I, I have really tried to avoid a lot of the documentary stuff for reasons that I think you can understand. It's like, I don't, I don't want to watch it if I don't have to.
Mike
Okay. All right, man.
Wyatt
Well, now, there is also a movie just came out again, I haven't watched it, but the Ukrainian company did the act of valor thing where they made a movie featuring real soldiers called Kill House, and it features Ukrainian army, SBU, and intelligence doing, like, actual warfare stuff filmed in you partially in Ukraine.
Mike
So you can check that out. That's out now.
Wyatt
Yes.
Mike
All right, cool, man. Thanks for stopping by.
Clint
Appreciate it, bro.
Mike
Stay safe. Wyatt. Reach out to us whenever.
Wyatt
I do have something for the sheriff in waiting.
Tyler
The sheriff, sir.
Wyatt
If, if I have drawn down on somebody and they're unarmed, but they advance upon me or attempt to circle around me, they are not unarmed. They are attempting to arm themselves with my weapon. They get slotted.
Clint
Okay.
Mike
Somebody said real quick from Facebook, Terrace says, I think this is a perfect venue to ask this question. What would the U. S. Do if Russia's GR you ran even one spy base out of Mexico or Canada? I think I know the answer. This would have been grounds for immediate invasion of Mexico. How do I know? Well, look at what we did to Venezuela. For a lot lesser sins now, we ran 8 CI. They sound pretty pro Russian. Not gonna lie.
Wyatt
The US wouldn't do anything about it.
Mike
I don't think we would either, at all. I think we would do. We would invade countries for way other re like tons more different reasons. But the safety of the American people, I don't think is one of
Sponsor Voice
the.
Mike
But all right, man, be safe. And holler at us next week, all right?
Wyatt
Stay dangerous, don't pay taxes.
Mike
Oh, he hates it when I say stay safe.
Tyler
Yeah, he says, stay dangerous and don't pay taxes.
Clint
Something.
Wyatt
Hold on.
Mike
You got something good?
Tyler
You do the giveaway?
Mike
Well, Nick, G Money asked me g money at 1234. Now, mind you, these are our great friends that know we run a broadcast. We show prep, and we, you know, he asked me at 12:34 if he wants me to come on around 1:10. So I was in the middle of doing, like, three things. I totally forgot to hit him back. So I just said, hey, man, you want to come on in a little bit and we'll see where he's at? So there's not one Ted can't do it.
Tyler
But 110.
Mike
110.
Tyler
That's what it's been like three weeks since he offered to come on, too.
Mike
Well, he did one of those things where want me to hop on? Like, it's. I need people on the network to be a little bit more clear on if who wants what more like, do you want to come on? Because when I need somebody, I ask, like, if I need a political opinion, I'll ask, can you come on G Money? Or I'll ask Peach, can you come on and talk about these tactics? But, like, when people are like, yo, you want me on? Like, I need you to be like, I want to come on. So I can be like, okay, let me get you on. Because the short answer is, I get it. I don't need you.
Tyler
What was I looking at?
Mike
Hold on. I'm also autistic. Probably a couple.
Tyler
Probably a couple more things too, but.
Mike
You want me to pull something up?
Clint
No.
Tyler
Yeah, you want to. Let's see what I got.
Mike
I'm prepared.
Tyler
All right. Do you want me to Come on. I got one. Let's go. Share screen. This is gonna blow your mind. You're not gonna believe that.
Clint
This.
Tyler
Hit it for me. Driver dies after flipping car on I75 ramp during Georgia State Patrol pursuit. I believe that you believe that. What kind of car
Clint
is it?
Mike
Is it stereotypical?
Tyler
Yeah. Nissan Osborne Chrysler 300. Ah, that would be second one. A a Georgia State Patrol Post 47 in Forest park attempted to stop a Chrysler 300 traveling southbound on I75 near Jonesboro Road around 6:45am Sunday. The driver refused to pull over in a reckless manner. Crossing into Hendry County. The fling motorist exited the interstate onto Eagles Landing Parkway. What a. What a place to exit. Drove across the intersection and tried to jump back on southbound entrance ramp. While accelerating on the ramp, the driver lost control of the car, slammed at the guardrail on the right shoulder. The vehicle was careened into the Gore area of the ramp, smashed into a traffic. That's very descriptive news article. Smashed into a traffic signal and turned over following the roller. The driver was ejected from the vehicle. Additional troopers rush to the scene and attempted life saving.
Mike
I like how they emphasized the rollover, which was. Had nothing to do with anybody dying. Yes, it was the multiple collisions and the ejections.
Tyler
But they're like, pretty funny that the dude lost control. That eagle pass like he's flying like an eagle. And then off he went. He rolled over. So investigators have also not confirmed the initial reason for the troopers attempted to stop. It could be anything from. From a tag, light seat belt all the way up to mass murder. If you Run from the Georgia State Patrol. God country and the Georgia State Patrol, man, they don't. They don't fool around.
Mike
What somebody said in a comment when we were talking to that comedian. Somebody said God's special children, like, they're ordained to do the Lord's work.
Tyler
I mean, they don't play. Man, you gotta know, you get behind that car, it just. The car looks cool too. Even I'm driving down the interstate, I see a Georgia State Patrol, and I'm
Mike
like, yeah, they look authority.
Tyler
I'm like, jesus. Peach on the side. Yeah, that Pete. It's like, dude. And they'll chase. They'll chase you till you fly like an eagle. And that's. They chalk it up to your fault. Chrysler 300. They didn't release any of the information on the driver either, but it doesn't say.
Mike
All right, I got one for you.
Tyler
I got one for you.
Mike
Where's Clint, man? We haven't ended the show with Clint in a long time.
Tyler
I got one for you.
Mike
Mondays are his best day. So, Clint, if you want to come on and tell us the story by
Tyler
all, we'll give you G money spot.
Mike
We will close the show out with you. That's the thing, too. I'm trying to do as. I'm really trying to get like a I hate anti hero line because my go to anybody that wants to critique us or talk or call us stupid. I go, I ain't calling. And it is always dead at the end of the line once I say that. But. I love a but, Sharon. You know, obviously we. We gotta talk to you and make sure you're not gonna say some wild. But you know, if you want to critique us or. And they're obviously not listening right now. They probably don't listen ever to the show, but they comment on anti air. So I'm trying to get something Tier zero tactics.
Tyler
You got one? All right, I got one after you.
Mike
All right.
Tyler
I'm real prepared today. All right.
Mike
You guys ready for this? Yeah. Watch the kick. This dodges.
Tyler
Oh, you can. Damn. Damn, that Florida. That's gotta be Florida.
Mike
Ninja kicked that guy. You think he meant again? He was going in for the tackle and just ducked like a millisecond, Maybe for 4th July, like something kind of funny. Not on their beach, baby. You think he'll get charged for that roundhouse? Damn, he's wearing like Beetlejuice paint.
Tyler
That guy can fight, though. The one on the right, the cop, he's staying heavy and he's. All wind up and punch. Let's Just say one more time right there the beginning watch the second guy in to give him a little sauce on the side. Running punch. I still instruct the subject in his face. My momentum carried me into him, my
Mike
fist into his mouth. Yeah, that'll happen. All right. What do you have? I got Flagler County.
Tyler
Okay, Flagler county deputy. Let me see if I can how I do this. It's my first day here. Share screen. I want your take on this. This, you know excited.
Mike
Last time you had, you did this. We got into a full blown.
Tyler
No, we ain't got none of that. Flagler County Deputy. Flagler county deputy resigned after an internal affairs investigation found that he violated agency weapons policy during an off duty shooting that sent a bullet grazing an 11 year old boy. Deputy Former deputy Brian Jackson submitted his resignation after flag sheriff's office determined he violated the policy. The agency had submitted charges of the state attorney's office alleging culpable negligence. But I believe they declined. Would you do this? Jackson was firing at a makeshift berm on a neighboring lot when a stray bullet grazing 11 year old nearby. The agency reviewed including a recreation, a recreation of the incident and a forensic firearm analysis by an FBO expert after criminal. After concluding they basically said no, no charges. But what they got him for was like firing his weapon with out duty ammo and. And it was. His daughter works there too. So it was his daughter's gun.
Mike
Yeah, agency gun by the way, his daughter's gun.
Tyler
His daughter works there and they're. They're shooting an agency gun and he
Mike
shot his daughter's agency.
Tyler
He shot his daughter's agent gun into a makeshift berm near your house.
Mike
So they charged him with no negligence or anything like that. But they hit him with the whole policy.
Tyler
They hit him with the violation of policy. Only the state attorney's office declined to prosecute it.
Mike
But he. Well, that's good.
Tyler
And she resigned and he resigned.
Clint
So.
Mike
Why would you resign?
Tyler
Well, he was going to get dinged for the. They were going to probably fire him for the agency violation of the weapons policy and then his daughter let her dad shoot the gun. Which even. It's your dad. I think you have a. I'm sure there are policies like nobody else handles your firearm. It's yours.
Mike
Who cares.
Tyler
I just look at it like I don't know. In my head I see like.
Mike
Hey wait, wait, wait. Was he, was he. Was he resigning and going on vacation and then he found out later that he was under investigation?
Tyler
No, they had to do criminal first. If you're Going to be charged.
Mike
Did they tell him that he was.
Tyler
Yeah, they got to tell. They have to tell him.
Mike
No, they don't.
Tyler
They, he. They initiated an IA and I'm telling you from it. Okay, but I'm saying they initiated the IA and then Paul and told him, stop, we're not doing this anymore.
Mike
He knew.
Tyler
They're saying, hey, it's going to the state for charges. The state declined charges. They came back to the IA and then he resigned. But I just read that and I wasn't there. But I just look at like, you know, is it worth shooting a gun in a makeshift lot that. That to the point it could graze an 11 year old. I mean it just like go to the range.
Mike
Take the.
Tyler
That's where I look at it and go, was it really law enforcement? Like were I, where was I training? Maybe. I don't know. I don't know. I'm just saying, was he really training? Were they just pew pewing. What were they doing that? You know, if you're really training, take it serious. Go to a range.
Mike
Those are the things you can't do as a copy. You can't graze an 11 year old kid with ammo. It does. No, I mean, even if it was his gun and.
Tyler
Yeah. Because I don't know what they would reach for then I know I saw it was this one or another one
Mike
I saw or even a personal gun. Dude, there's things as a cop, you're like, dude, you can't do that. Like he can't make makeshift berm. I don't care. Like, listen, dude, if he was just shooting into a berm and they found out and they're like, what the hell is this? And he's like, I'll do what I want. But like when an 11 year old kid gets grace, like that's when it's like, dude, what the.
Tyler
Yeah,
Mike
what else you got, Clint? You gotta call in earlier 1150 unless I tell you otherwise.
Tyler
You're not gonna believe this one.
Mike
No. Clint calls in via phone.
Tyler
You're not gonna believe this one. Put it up. Florida women faces felony charges Brevard County. Wayne Ivy. A Florida woman attempted to enter the jail with an extra and received an extra felon. When a body scanner uncover cocaine where it shouldn't be.
Mike
In her. In her.
Tyler
She said there was an excuse, though it was found in her lower body area.
Mike
Yes, that's still.
Tyler
Deputies reportedly escorted her to a private room and a search where we reportedly said shield her buttocks with her hand. And then they found 3.8 grams of cocaine. She said someone must have put it there during an intimate encounter and she didn't know about it. That was her actual statement. So I've. I've heard a lot of stories like these aren't my pants.
Mike
Yeah.
Reporter
Yeah.
Tyler
During a sexual encounter.
Mike
My butt.
Tyler
Somebody stuffed 3.8 grams of cocaine in one of her places. Not sure which one. And she. She didn't know was there the whole way to the jail. Even when she got in the jail, she forgot that the person put it there. Didn't realize.
Mike
Right. Prove it, dude.
Tyler
3.8 grams prove possession. 3.8 grams is a good, good chunk to like, just.
Mike
I don't think you could get any more possessive of narcotics than that. Yeah.
Tyler
Inside you pretty close. Yeah, it's pretty. It's pretty possessed.
Reporter
The next.
Mike
I. Dude know what I saw. But do you remember when people used to hide. We used to have this thing where, you know, lots of sergeants were very proactive in checking babies and that.
Tyler
Oh, yeah.
Mike
That is a very, very touchy subject. As a cop with kids, you don't want to be the guy who pulls over a car, has a probable cause, do a search, and is searching a baby without good reason. But that's what pieces of used to do, man. They used to hide drugs in their baby's diapers. Exposing little, little babies to the. That could kill them just to get out of going to jail. And we would. I had. I mean, he's a piece of. But we had one sergeant that used to make us do that all the time.
Tyler
I got one. I got one more for you. I've been meaning to show you this one later.
Mike
Says 3.8.
Tyler
He's on his way to Ohio. I was wondering if he's on his bike or if he was. He was on his bike. If he was on his bike. If he was on his bike.
Mike
What if he was on.
Tyler
You're on the screen for the last 10 minutes. I was just waiting. He was gonna realize it was me. So this one. This one is interesting because the chief came out right out of the rip and said that the deputy did nothing
Wyatt
wrong on this one.
Tyler
I just want. You guys are the officer for Mansfield's
Clint
police chief after an officer punches a
Tyler
668 year old man repeatedly during a traffic stop. We already showed you body cam video of that incident. Now 19, investigator Mike Mason presses the chief on why he accepted the officer's report without first reviewing that video.
Reporter
Mansfield police officer Joshua Adamescu pulled over this truck on May 20th around 1:30am he said the driver, Dreama Henderson was blocking the intersection.
Wyatt
Okay, you stopped on the stop bar.
Mike
Okay.
Reporter
Calvin Caldwell was in the passenger seat. Fifteen minutes later he was in an ambulance.
Tyler
This dude could have killed me, man.
Reporter
The 68 year old claims Adam Esq punched him repeatedly for no reason. But the officer reported that Caldwell punched him first. Bombin had to say about it.
Tyler
That was the reason I reviewed that video and I do that for integrity, obviously to I let my supervisors do their job.
Reporter
But I had seen the video and I walked him through what was on it. He hands his ID over.
Clint
He says I'll hold it like that,
Reporter
like he's not going to give it to him. The officer and the officer snatches it out of his hand. Calvin snatched it right back out of his hand.
Tyler
He, I mean clearly on the video
Reporter
goes after Calvin and starts trying to pull him out of the car, out
Mike
of the truck like this.
Reporter
The driver, Dreama Henderson, remembers it well.
Clint
He was shaking him so hard.
Mike
Yeah. So let's talk. We only know, but it's probably for most states. I don't think if somebody presents an ID to you, I don't, I've never had that happen, but I don't think I would snatch it from them. I'd say. So you don't want to provide me your id. You're saying that you have an ID and you're not going to provide it to me and then go from there.
Tyler
Remember And I don't have all the particulars but remember the passenger does not have to produce id.
Mike
Right. Unless they're involved in a violation, seatbelt, something.
Tyler
So unless he's that.
Mike
But that's our state. State is this.
Tyler
I'm not sure what this is.
Mike
No, that's a Supreme Court ruling.
Tyler
Well, yeah, they can like there used to be they could just get out and run away. Like they back that one down a little bit. But you have to be committing. You have to have is was or about to of the crime. So you have to have a Terry
Mike
stop and something that goes for the whole country.
Reporter
Yeah.
Tyler
So if he's just sitting there and, and this is where obviously there's some bickering. I don't know what leads up to it. But unless he's committed a violation, he technically doesn't have to give his ID up and then you're right.
Clint
Out of respect.
Tyler
And black dude, older black dude, younger white dude you got. There are some demographics there.
Mike
What you talking about, Will?
Tyler
But I'm saying you snatch something from an older dude like that, one of the mold heads in the hood, they're gonna snatch it back. That's what I'm saying. So did he have. My questions would be, did he have the right to make him produce the id? Did he have the right to take the id? And then he says in his report that the guy punched him first. That's the punch is grabbing the ID back. That's pretty petty. It's pretty petty how bad he ended up.
Mike
It's a little pop. It's a little pissed off. Police keep rolling. I can't do it. That was me.
Clint
I got it. The whole truck was shaking. He just started wailing on him. He was punching him in the face with closed fist. Punching
Reporter
face and head.
Tyler
I told him, like, get off of him.
Clint
Why are you on him like that? He didn't do anything to you.
Reporter
The chief defended the officer's account, saying Caldwell punched Adam Rescue first.
Tyler
Mr. Caldwell did strike Officer Adamescu in the face.
Mike
But Caldwell, he didn't do that.
Reporter
Even without reviewing the video, the chief accepted the officer's report.
Tyler
Police report said that he was struck in the face. Okay, so this guy.
Clint
That's factual.
Tyler
Let me pause this. The reason I even brought this up
Mike
is this a civilian.
Tyler
That's the chief of police.
Mike
Oh, that's the chief. Okay.
Tyler
Hey.
Mike
He's letting the supervisors do the job, man.
Tyler
This was brought to my attention for that reason. It was like a political. Like, hey, what would you do? Like this. This is a good one to go over there is having your guys back imperative that in when officers act correctly, you have to stick up for them. You don't target them because you don't like them or they didn't vote for you or their husband's running for sheriff. You don't target people for those reasons. You do. You have to have their back. You also have to discipline them properly as well. So if you're gonna. I cannot imagine sitting on the news to review or doing a news interview and not have seen the video. You seeing it doesn't change what the internal affairs investigation is going to determine. And it gives you more information. This guy, to me, looks like your typical my guy can do not. My guy can do no wrong.
Mike
Well, here's the thing, and I know this is going to surprise a lot of you guys. There's watching your having your guys back. There's ugly uses of forces, then there's protecting the public from somebody who maybe is a predator, a member of. First off, as sheriff or as a cop, you are there to protect the public even when they are Being detained or possibly charged with a crime, their safety is number one for you. And if you have a cop that cannot, apparently, in a report, articulate striking someone 18 times, that, to me, is. Dude, I. Unless something comes out that, like, you forgot, like, he pulled a knife on you, like, I can't have this. That's a member of the public.
Tyler
That's where trans. That's where. Here's where. That's where leadership, real leadership and transparency and being able to be uncomfortable and go, hey, I watched this one. It's. It's not great. Like, Right. You have to say you again. I hate going back to mine, but if you watch my video that got me demoted, it's garbage. It's garbage. And you know there's another one going on that's garbage. But when you see something like this, I'm not saying you have the cops wrong. I'm not saying he's wrong. I don't have enough information to know. Maybe the guy. Maybe there was something that happened and they're just showing the. They're doing the trick with the part of the video. What we've seen, though, it doesn't look right. And I would have to ask that officer, did you have a right? I need to read his report. Did he have a right to detain him? Did he have a right to get his id? Then I would say, I know this dude's pissing you off. It's 1am you're going back and forth. Did you really need to snatch his id? Because the first aggressive movement is the snatching of the id. Does it make it illegal?
Clint
No.
Tyler
Does it make it a use of force?
Mike
No.
Tyler
You can snatch somebody's ID if you need it. He snatches it back, and then.
Mike
I don't even know that dude.
Tyler
If somebody pulled something, you can snatch it. If you have a legal reason to take it, you could be like, well, I was being quick. I didn't want him to grab my hand. You can make up a reason. Is it professional? I'll leave that to.
Sponsor Voice
Here's.
Mike
Here's what I want to push back a little bit on. And so maybe you. Maybe this is what you meant. There's been sheriffs that I've worked for that have come out and said those exact things. They said, this one looked really bad. I want them to go. This one looks really bad. And I don't. I want them to stand on ten toes and go. It's not that. If they're gonna say that, they've already publicly demonized that officer. That officer now is enemy number one to the public. That chief or sheriff just stepped back and let him go. So I would stand on 10 toes.
Tyler
Answer it, though. It looks bad. Doesn't mean it's bad. That's what I was going.
Mike
Why I say that?
Tyler
Because you think it looks bad. The public's going, look at the reporter's saying it looks bad. But so I can say to him, it looks bad. To the untrained, it looks bad to you, but I have to see more.
Mike
I just.
Tyler
Does it look good? I mean, honestly, does it look good?
Mike
No, but as a sheriff, I think you need, like you said, you need to be. You need to look at this video and go, statistically speaking, I am not going to receive any more information that that's warranted. So it looks bad and this guy's probably.
Tyler
But, but, yeah, okay, but I'm saying when I say it looks bad, doesn't mean it's wrong where I'm going with it.
Mike
Let me ask you this. I'm tell you what I mean. Proper use of force within all policy breaks a window, rips the screaming lady out, puts her in jail, puts her in custody and takes her to jail. Although looks bad, did nothing wrong, I don't agree with telling the public, well, I know that looked bad. This looks awful.
Tyler
I would. Yes, but I would, for the purposes of the show, what I would creatively speak, that I would say, not everybody trains our way. Nobody's. You know, we have procedures. Not everything in policing is always going to look great. It's not always going to look like you would want it to look. It's not. This isn't. This isn't the Pink Pony Club or any of those things. Law enforcement is an ugly job, but I have to review each incident. But this guy, to not watch it at all and just say, well, my officer wrote it down that way and I'm taking his word for it. It sounds like he's going the other direction with it. Like, well, he said the guy punched him first. So I'm going to take his word for it. Well, that's like saying we're gonna help. We're not. We're gonna, we have all this evidence of a trial. We're not going to watch the video.
Mike
Video.
Tyler
Hey, the bad guy said he didn't do anything wrong. The cops, that he did. We're just gonna go with their words. You guys decide if you believe them instead of going, hey, we got it on video. Now let's watch the video. So to say it, this is, to me, is The. The opposite of the good old boys where they go, my guy can do no wrong. You know, we do everything right.
Mike
I think it's a very, very, very slippery slope to go out there and tell the public, this looks bad.
Tyler
Here's the other.
Mike
Because if it looks bad and that cop did absolutely nothing wrong. And as a cop.
Tyler
But I would follow up. I would follow up with that, though.
Mike
You would say.
Tyler
I would say. I think we're on the same page. I would say my point would be this. Law enforcement doesn't always look good. So that good. So to your regular people, this looks bad, but this is what use of force looks like when it's justified. It's not always pretty. That's what I would say. The counter to this is, what I'm dealing with right now, is we have a sheriff that comes out and says, we had a shooting June 15 of last year, 16, 17, somewhere in the middle of June last year. Immediately on the news. It was great. The guys did everything perfect. There's nothing else that could have been done. It was awesome. I already seen the video. You guys will see it this week or by next week soon. It's been a year and a month. We ain't seen the video yet.
Mike
Are you talking about these.
Tyler
This is a real incident. So we have not seen that video yet. So the opposite of public trust is you don't be a coward and go, oh, this is bad. My guys are horrible. I'm not looking like that. But you also can't go out and say, everything's great, trust me, and then not produce it. Now, this kid, this is like the middle of both. He has the video, he doesn't watch it, and he says, I'm just going to take my officer's word for it. So in the name of transparency, I go back to Jacksonville. Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. waters comes out and says, hey, we responded to a domestic. Blah, blah, blah.
Mike
Shots fired.
Tyler
Dude's dead. The four officers involved are, this guy. This guy. Within two or three months, we'll have an entire breakdown ready for you. And that takes. That would be a better answer for this guy. Hey, we're going to do a breakdown for. On this video. It's going to be recent public, and I'm going to give a full statement. I don't know why he's on. He looks like he's dodging something.
Mike
Right? Just overly confident for somebody that's never seen a video.
Wyatt
Correct.
Mike
That's.
Tyler
I guess that's what I'm trying to say. You have to. Either guys Say, hey, it may look bad to you, but we're still investigating. We're going to get to the bottom of it. And police work doesn't look nice. It's not a nice job. Or you say, hey, these are the officers involved. I will have a full. Our agency will release a full breakdown of the video and for transparency. And that's the bottom line. So that's what I'm getting at, is these guys that are sometimes cowards or scared or maybe not in a job they belong in. Like, the sheriff says things like every. My guys did nothing wrong because he doesn't want any problems. Right. He don't want any problems and have to answer to anything.
Clint
Yeah.
Tyler
So when he says everything was perfect, no one believes everything was perfect because nothing ever goes perfect. Perfect. The perfect play in football doesn't go perfect.
Wyatt
Yeah.
Tyler
So it's like, release it. So that's what I'm saying. I would not want to sit in front of a reporter. And I wouldn't want to have you ask me questions about a video you're watching and then be like, this is what happened. And then, are you sure? Dilks, Give me an answer. Well, I haven't seen it. Well, I don't care. I saw it. It's fine.
Clint
All right?
Tyler
I'm it. Tyler said it's fine. Then I watch and go, oh, God. Like how we disagreed on the shooting.
Mike
Major Hoover said it's fine.
Sponsor Voice
Yeah.
Wyatt
Like it.
Tyler
Like the parking lot. Imagine if you were my major and you told me the parking lot. One that we completely disagreed about, and you told me it was good, and you're like, hey, this lady was fine. She didn't. I watch and go. Now I don't agree. And now we have a problem. I'm not saying who's right or wrong. And ultimately. But I wouldn't want to just take your word. Like, I want to see it, too. That's why I don't understand. In the name of transparency, I didn't watch it. No, dumbass. Watch it and be like, oh, no.
Mike
That's in the name of dodging things politically correct.
Tyler
And he's a chief, so he's appointed by, you know, somebody. So if you would keep watching, I don't know what else.
Mike
According to your office, keep watch. Go ahead.
Tyler
And my officers don't lie. That's factual. Okay, now there's a next statement. We all lie. Every single one of us tells a lie. Okay, so he doubled down on the stupidity. Every single human sitting here breathing on earth, lies all the time. Whether it's a little fabrication. The fish got a little bigger. Whether it's. I don't know how. I don't know how big booty Latina ended up on my Instagram feed. Whatever. Whatever it is, we all tell some type of lie to say, my officers don't lie. It's cool to back them up, but we all lie. That's like saying we don't sin.
Mike
Yeah.
Sponsor Voice
I mean, you can.
Mike
You can say something more general, like, I trust all my officers, so I'm going to look into this. But, like, I trust them.
Tyler
Yeah, but you just watched the video.
Mike
Yeah.
Tyler
And he said that the guy punched him first and he didn't do anything wrong. And then he said, but my officers.
Mike
Here's the other thing, dude. You put. You put a politician out there or even. Even a good leader, a good cop leader or a politician that wants to save his career. Either one of those two men, Mike. Because they're going to be two types. There's going to be the guy that's leading by the front that looks out for his guys that you don't want to make look like a buffoon. And then there's the political guy that's worried about his career, who you also don't want to make look like a buffoon. That chief is gonna. This dude for putting.
Reporter
Tell me where he strikes the officer, because I can't say. I can't see that.
Wyatt
Yeah.
Tyler
I have not reviewed the video.
Reporter
Despite the chief's claim that Caldwell struck the officer, Caldwell wasn't arrested and charged with a crime. I wanted to know why. Why wouldn't they arrest him and charge him?
Wyatt
Yeah.
Mike
You got to take him to jail
Tyler
if you can do that dude for that. Felonious assault.
Sponsor Voice
Yeah.
Tyler
It's custom that we send those over and we try not to convolute the jail. Bring it.
Clint
Bring me.
Mike
Bring me big.
Tyler
It's bring me big.
Mike
Yeah.
Tyler
Your officer got punched in the face to the point he needed to wreck some dude's skull with punches. And you're not taking the guy to jail for felony battery on a law enforcement officer, because that's what it is. Yeah. It's common. We don't make felony arrests when.
Mike
When the salt our cops.
Tyler
This dude is dancing like Shakira. Shakira. He's shaking his hips. He's doing everything but answering the questions.
Mike
You.
Tyler
That is the most ridiculous. Talk about liar. This dude's nuts.
Mike
Yeah.
Tyler
We don't normally convolute to jail with people who.
Mike
Yeah.
Tyler
Punch cops.
Mike
Yeah. We don't like to Put them.
Tyler
No, we don't do that. When we break their orbital sockets and beat the out of them. But we just let them go.
Mike
We dust them off wild.
Reporter
You just don't want to send him to jail that night.
Wyatt
Yeah.
Reporter
Okay, so the department.
Tyler
Does that look like a confident answer from a dude? Yeah, babe, how did you. You didn't like this picture? No, no, no, no. My phone fell on my nose when I fell asleep.
Reporter
First felony charges to the prosecutor. Instead of making arrest on scene, the prosecutor told us they referred the case to the city lottery. More aggressive, handles misdemeanor winners. The law director says there are currently no charges pending against Caldwell. Meanwhile, he's hired an attorney and plans to sue the department.
Tyler
Unfortunately, uses a force are a common
Reporter
thing in law enforcement.
Tyler
It's not something that we want, but
Reporter
Caldwell says the officer's force.
Tyler
Look at again. Look it again. This guy gets out of the car. Look how he gets taken to the ground. Not something that we want, but Caldwell
Reporter
says the officer's first force was more than excessive.
Tyler
This is brutal, crude, and unusual punishment.
Mike
Man, he pun.
Tyler
Look this here, you'll see the swelling. It's all swollen up like that. It was that big.
Reporter
Bman says the department's use of force is still ongoing, and he blames Caldwell for what happened.
Mike
So you can't be the cop. Hold on, hold on, hold on. I didn't know that this is how it ended. You cannot be the cop who punches someone in the head 17 times and then they get out on their own, right? Like, what was all that for? You just did all of that for nothing.
Tyler
You got in the car with him, beat the brakes off, and then he
Mike
gets out on his own, you put
Tyler
a taser on him, get him, and then tackle him again. The point where you got him at taser, you should be hands on your head, walk backwards.
Mike
So I'd be like, strikes.
Tyler
Well, actually, it is a felony.
Mike
Stop.
Tyler
Because he committed a felony. At that point, he's punched you, so it's a felony. You should order him back, hands behind. Whatever you're gonna do. Get on your knee all disaster.
Mike
Listen, dude, I'm all about it. If you want to get somebody out of the car, that's fine, but you can't hit somebody 18 times and then go, all right, we'll get out because.
Tyler
And then tackle them. What was the point?
Mike
Yeah, pause, get out.
Tyler
And then we're gonna resume because I'm hitting my elbows on the doorframe. So it's a. It's a confined space, so.
Clint
Wow.
Tyler
All right, let's keep rolling. We got a couple. Well, should have probably just sat in the passenger seat, and the officer probably wouldn't have asked for his identification.
Reporter
So you don't think that officer Adam Escue escalated the situation?
Tyler
According to the police report, Mr. Caldwell is the one that started the initial contact with the officer.
Clint
Things like this shouldn't get escalated to
Tyler
somebody getting beat on.
Reporter
Adam is still on patrol. The police chief says he declined our request for a comment. Meanwhile, we found this is not the first time he's been accused of using excessive force. We'll have more on that in our next report.
Tyler
That part I don't really care about because each use of force is in. It's of its own.
Mike
Yeah.
Tyler
Unless you have, like a history of that. Maybe. Well, but to say I've been. I have one use of force conviction in my entire life, and it was the one I got to.
Mike
I have a couple.
Tyler
I've never been founded, though. Yeah, I've never been. My only founded complaint, other than tick tock and some traffic crashes in my career, was the one. I got the money.
Mike
My only founded one was saying on Patreon and uniform, and they played that on the tv. I was like, yeah, you got me on that one. They can't argue that. And then also, I told my first agency during a hurricane, maybe it was. No, it was my first. A lady's fence got blown down, and a little old lady, like, called us, and she's like, my neighbor, like, tiny. My neighbor's screaming at me. We go there, and it's like the. The fence was down in the yard, and she's like, her fence is in my yard. I'm like, ma', am, it's a hurricane. She's like 80 years old. It was like two days ago. What do you want her to do? She's like, get. Get her. And I'm like. And I. I said something like, you're acting like a child. And then I. I took the little old lady and said, me and my buddies will help you get the fence up so she'll leave you alone. And we. And then instead of going, hey, Tyler used his brain. Got some guys, because we were double. We were like running 24. And they lifted the fence and put it in the old lady's yard. So the neighbor. I got written up for telling the neighbor that she was acting like a child.
Tyler
Yeah. That I know somebody else that's in something like that.
Mike
That's what I learned what sustained meant.
Clint
And.
Tyler
And, you know, they tell us we're like, sometimes we're, you know, we're school resource. We're supposed to help people. You know, we're example to kids. When you tell somebody to grow up, that sometimes they need to hear that, right? Grow up. Like, woman, stop being stupid. It's a hurricane. Like, people need to hear that. You don't need to beat them up and hit him with 27 punches and not take them to jail. But sometimes you need to look at somebody as a cop and go, you're acting like a complete. They need to hear that sometimes, like, literally, like, you have an old lady next door that fences down and you're calling the police, acting like this, and they need to be told what they are. I think that's. That's not.
Mike
Sometimes I like to play union rep and, and think, like, I look at this video, I was like, how would I defend this video? I'm a union rep. Right?
Tyler
That one's tough.
Mike
Very rarely are there.
Tyler
Like, that one's tough. That one stuff. I mean, I need more. Maybe. You know what? Maybe I'll. I'll do the homework. I'll see if I can get the full video from the agency. And we can see. Because one of the interesting things the chief said was Caldwell said it just sat there and, like, kept his mouth shut and not said anything enough. He's disputing to stop. I guess at some point he could be disruptive enough to, like, resist whatever their version of it is, disorderly, resist or obstruction. But then you would take him to jail, right? There's not. I can't think of a scenario on God's earth that that dude leaves the scene like that bleeding and doesn't go to jail. That's the most.
Mike
You can't.
Tyler
It's impossible.
Mike
Here's the thing. I'll let you know a little secret. If you tune somebody up even before people are going if you deserved it, if they deserved it or not, or if you were in the right, rule number uno is you take them to jail because the. Any use of force is unwarranted. If you didn't have the.
Tyler
The reason to use it, I don't know how the chief can sit there I. The part. It's almost like the chief needs to be investigated. I don't know how you could dance around that question like you didn't. Your officer got punched to the point where he closed the guy's eye.
Mike
You want to see another? Oh, well, all right. So here's the Ohio. Here's a clip I saw this morning. I couldn't find it. But I found it.
Reporter
Officers responded to the area and immediately started taking fire.
Tyler
At this point in time we have lost an officer in a line of
Reporter
duty and two other ones have been injured. And then also a canine.
Tyler
A dog from our from the Wayne County Sheriff's Office was also injured. Suspect is his deceased along with two other victims.
Reporter
And right now the investigation is being
Tyler
held by the Bureau of Criminal Investigations. Officers responded to the area.
Mike
I mean can you imagine the origin of the crime? Two innocence people are dead and then that's not even your guys like. Yeah, it's just.
Tyler
Here we go. I'll read this real quick. Says Sergeant Scott Rise was shot and killed responding a call near 90 Chippewa Trail in Rittman at approximately 9:30pm Call shots fired. Officers from the Rittman Police Department, Medina Sheriff's Office and Wayne County Sheriff's Office arrived at the scene where they were immediately fired upon. Sergeant Ris and four Medina County Sheriff's officers were struck. Sergeant Rise succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Two deputies were transported to local hospital in stable condition. Two others were treated at the scene in Wayne County Sheriff's Office. Canine who was not shot during. Who was shot during the incident remains in serious condition at the local animal hospital. The suspect founds dead. Sergeant Rise served with the Ritman Police Department for 10 years and had previously served as a deputy sheriff for the Wayne County Sheriff's Office and as an officer for the Sugar Grove Police Department in Fairfield County. So tenure.
Mike
Yeah. Like 30 years law enforcement experience. I think so Sad man. Prayers with his family. Prayers for him.
Tyler
And just think there's a situation where someone else's domestic issue. You're just doing your job, man. You got nothing to do with it. You didn't pull them over, you didn't stop them. You didn't suspect him of doing anything. You're just driving around. You get that call and just show up and you get ambushed.
Mike
Dude.
Tyler
There's no way. What do you do? That's a situation right there where it's. You know, because we. There's some stuff. That one will come out at some point when I can about somebody saying that there's nothing else that could be done on a call. There are calls like this where unfortunately that first two guys that have to go up to a door there's emergency. Yeah. You can't really.
Mike
Yeah.
Tyler
What are you gonna do? Just like you get, you know, you get shot on a traffic stop, walk up the car and there's nothing immediately. There's just that's something where you go. We really can't do anything about that. There's a lot of calls where we can learn from them.
Mike
But the 911 call probably was urgent. It probably was a code 3 call. It probably was. There's injured people, and you can't use all the tactics in the world while there's innocence behind a door. And that's just the unfortunate part of the job. Want to see firefighter?
Tyler
Sure.
Mike
Apparently, this is Orlando. I do not know how true that is, but it's a funny video nonetheless. You got it up? All right,
Tyler
we got a fire. I saw it. We find a little. Oh, let the car h. The crazy man. The fire right here, man.
Mike
What the hell? Y' all doing it, man,
Tyler
how that heavy. On fully. Then he got a thousand round.
Mike
He's playing his ass.
Tyler
Atlanta Fire Department suck. Oh, God.
Mike
I would like for a firefighter to weigh in on what is actually happening.
Tyler
Yeah.
Mike
Is it that hard to control?
Tyler
It looks like it. Those commentary makes it the. It's amazing.
Mike
Yeah, it's amazing. You know what? I don't like seeing it, but at least it's not the cops. Fire. Getting a little bit of.
Tyler
A Little bit of a little taste.
Mike
Yeah. A little taste of what we go through another video. This is Orange county, my brother. Some of them. All right. Now, look at that shot he has to take. I'm gonna start it from the beginning right here. His partners.
Tyler
Oh, man.
Mike
They end up in the bathroom.
Sponsor Voice
That's how.
Wyatt
Shots fired.
Tyler
Shots fired. You're okay, B.
Mike
You okay? So look at the shot that he has to take while his buddy is. We do that all the time. We split the door like that. You don't think anybody's coming out with a knife like that.
Reporter
That's how.
Tyler
That's how close quarters.
Mike
But his buddy's right behind it. Now, does he have a knife?
Tyler
Yeah.
Mike
Oh, no. He's dead. Dead quick. He must have hit some kind of, like, central nervous system or something. The bad guy. All right. I think that's all my videos. Did you got any?
Tyler
Now that caught me up. That I was. That one we just watched that we. The black dude in the cop that. I've been holding that one for like a week. That was like a week I've been waiting.
Mike
Oh, really?
Tyler
That's just one we kept not getting to. It's been sitting in my YouTube at the top. So that's.
Clint
That's.
Tyler
That's about it, dude.
Mike
All right.
Tyler
You want to knock these giveaways out?
Mike
Let's do the giveaways let's do Clint. Let's wrap this up.

Tyler

Mike

Tyler
And then we need. I need the list from Jay for the members because he's not watching. He's sleeping, probably. Let me try to find it. Dude, he sent me. It's like an Excel Sheet. I saw it at one point, but he sends me 3, 000 pictures of burkas with Cobbville written on them.
Mike

Tyler
He likes AI.

Well, we can just do that one tomorrow.

Tyler
Where the did that go?
Mike
You know what? Let me, Let me do this before Clint calls in. Tactical redaction is such a good guy. He said he wants his to go to somebody else.
Tyler
All right, so hold on, Clint, hold
Mike
on, hold on, Clint.
Tyler
One sec, one second. All right, so it was between 1 and 26.
Mike
Yep. Well, 6. It went from 5 to 6.
Tyler
Jay. I don't think Jay's gonna want it.
Mike
All right, let's do it again.
Tyler
Good. Hit it again.
Mike
21. Me. I won
Tyler
six Jedi.
Mike
All right,
Tyler
he got. He's on the list a lot because he's, he's.
Mike
He. He definitely won again.
Tyler
All right, so we got Everybody. Donut shop, Joshua, 6, and we'll do the app tomorrow. Clint, you're live.
Clint
Hey, what's going on, guys?
Mike
Can you hear me?
Clint
Good.
Tyler
We got you, man.
Mike
What's going on, guys?
Clint
Okay, so I kind of got. I got two real short things.
Tyler
Why you sound like that? You sound like that chief that said that his officer didn't do anything wrong.
Mike
The sergeant major that's like, hey, we'll be out of here quick.
Clint
Matter of fact, my first story is kind of about officer that might have been up to something. All right, so. So locally we have a wrestling academy in town and my little grandson goes to it, and my best friend's son, he's a like a local legend wrestler. And his best friend had just graduated from high school and he was going to go to college on a wrestling scholarship. And in between going, he got a little part time job working at a. A steakhouse over here. And anyway, so this boy's come to my house and swam a couple times, so I know him pretty good. He looks, he's a. He's got a wrestler's physique in his face, just beat all the hell. And he's got cauliflower ear and he's only 18. Well, he was driving to work on a back road and two sheriff's deputies were coming the other way and they were both going 88 miles an hour. And the car in front of the 18 year old slammed on brakes and pulled off to the side of the road and the 18 year old went to. Was going to rear end that car so he swerved around it and he hit the sheriff's deputy head on.
Tyler
Oh boy.
Clint
He was, he was going like 50 and they were going 88 and hit him straight on and they went off into a cornfield or a field or whatever. And the way the newspaper wrote it up was that the. The cop car caught on fire and the other cop got out of his car and ran and drug his partner out of the car and saved him, save his life. And then the people were saying that the other car was on fire with the boy in it. So they ran over there and drug him out of the car. And they said both went to the hospital with non. Non, non serious casualties.
Tyler
Non life threatening injuries.
Clint
Yes. Not non life threatening.
Tyler
I've given that statement a few times.
Clint
O so then when we found out that the little, the young boy, his name's Joe Joe broke his back in two spots, he broke his legs in three spots and he got his ear cut off, completely off. And that was non, non life threatening injuries.
Mike
Yeah.
Clint
And when they, when they. In the whole town, the whole area is in an uproar and even the, even the other sheriffs that live around here, like what in the hell were they doing? Why were they going to ask it, you know, or whatever. It had to be serious. So it was all over Facebook and, and the county came out and said that they were going 88 miles an hour from the country. They were driving 15 miles into the city because there was an 8 year old boy walking across the road. And that was the reason for two, two Sheriff's deputies going 88 miles an hour 15 minutes outside of town. They were trying to get into the town.
Tyler
Yeah.
Clint
Because somebody had spotted an eight year old boy walking in the street. And like my grandson's eight and he walks around the street all the time. He goes with mailbox. He rides a bike down the.
Tyler
That's a weird number too that for somebody to call in that they know exactly the age of the child too, which seems strange.
Clint
Well, to me, to me, to me in half the town, it sounds like they looked at the records and said what can we blame this?
Tyler
Yeah, that sounds. Yeah, they might do that. I can see that.
Clint
And so the whole town's in the uproar and they're excused. And I, and I told my wife, I said well Tyler says the only thing he would haul asshole was anything involving a child. And if a partner's in trouble or Chipotle. Right. Or. Or it's time to get on. Yeah, I know, but, but that's my, I mean, and I mean, and you know what? They gave Joe a damn seatbelt ticket. They gave Joe a seatbelt ticket when they broke his back and his legs.
Tyler
Yeah, that's not good.
Clint
I'm trying to take the custom out of my, my routine.
Tyler
Don't give up. Just go ahead, send it.
Clint
Cut his, cut his ear off. Cut his ear off. And they, they were doing a fundraiser to send my, my buddy's son to Missouri for a wrestling tournament. And Joe was there in a freaking wheelchair, man. It's like, I hope, I hope that cop, I hope he's telling the truth because I don't think he's going to be able to see sleep very good for the rest of his life. I would, I wouldn't be able to if I almost killed a young boy. And I mean, I mean that, it's like that, that dude's never going to get in the military if you wanted to.
Tyler
No.
Clint
Well, anyways, that's a bad one. But here's, here's, here's, one that's, here's one that's not really. I'm not going to tell you this hilarious, but it's shocking. All right, so when the last year or two I was getting out of army, I don't, I don't like to say where I was at anymore because I get attacked. I get attacked online because they say I can only talk about one unit. So I don't even like to say that that unit or that base anymore. So I was getting out of the army. In the last two years I worked at division headquarters and I had went to Battle Staff and Battle Staff is one of those schools that people actually avoid it because the fail rate is so high and nobody wants to fail as a senior NCO. So it's where they make NCOs where you can work in a battle, talk and track stuff and write reports and do all that stuff. Stuff. And so it's really like officer work. And so they really generally only send the smart dudes to it. So I was working up at Division, I was a division battle nca. So it's like stadium seating in college but with computers, like 200 computers. And it's a skip, so you gotta have a security clearance to get in. It's got all the screens, you know, like 20 foot ceilings, 20 foot, 30 foot screens with Predator feeds and everything overseas and every operation. And so I was in there and I would work a 24 hour shift and I could take no naps. But one of my duties was they had the FOD officer and the fought nco and they would come in and get a brief from me and then they would go out and ride around division and do all these little checks and check here and check there and make sure this is right. And they would come back. I would already be gone by the time they got back. And my replacement would have come in because I would get off at 6 and they would get off at 9. So these, this major in this store enforcement class came in and they had never done five before. And they were asking me like, you know, how is it?
Wyatt
And whatever.
Clint
I was like, hey, it's not that big a deal. You can, you can even catch a cat nap. You're in your own car. I recommend riding in one car or you can even split up and knock it out the ass. But you got plenty of, plenty of downtime. Don't go home, but stay on post. And you give them a little walkie talkie and they run around, they check the, the different important things and they, they do randomly select like staff duties and CQs and just pop in and just walk in. So I, I gave them this briefing and they were like, well, what can we expect? And I said, Well, I said, 99 of the time you're gonna go on this duty. It's gonna be the easiest duty you've ever pulled. You can't believe that the army's paying you money to be doing this. I said, but there's a 1% chance. I said, have you ever seen the movie Super Bad? And they're like, yeah. I said, you might be in Super Bad tonight, you just don't know. And they're like, oh, okay, okay. So they, they head out and they called in a couple times and I, you know, I left at 6 in the morning, morning and I was gone. So then I had a day or two day off. So I worked 77, 24 hour shifts in seven months. So I was kind of like brain dead half the time. So I come in like a day or two later and I'm replacing my buddy. He's like, hey man, you remember that the Thought Officer and, and NCO that, that we had that, that time the last time you're on duty. I was like, yeah, I went to, I went to Jump Master with one of those dudes. I know him pretty good. He was like, dude, check this out. So he pulls up this typed up narrative from under the keyboard of the desk, right? And it says that they were on the. They're doing their regular patrols and they're checking the rig side and the heavy drop and, you know, everything and the museum and the. The Iron Mike statue and everything. The gate. The gate guards and all that. And they said they. They randomly selected their own unit, which was, I think field or two. And they were going by there to check on the staff duty, and they came in through a side door and they were walking and there was something on the floors that was sticky. So every time they would step, their boots would, you know, peel up. And so they decided that they were going to find the. The staff duty and tell the runners so they could come mop this up. They didn't know what it was, but. Okay, so they went looking and so they're trying to find the staff duty. Now this is all typed up. This is all typed up.
Mike
Now let me go backwards real quick. Go ahead.
Tyler
Okay, it's all typed in.
Mike
Report.
Clint
What's he saying?
Tyler
He's talking. Go ahead.
Clint
Oh, okay. So. So they're walking up to this. The CQ desk, and. And this is what they hear. That they're hearing a noise, a repetitive noise. I can't even remember how they described was like a. A throatal throttle noise or something like that. And they walked up to the staff duty desk. So the major and the sergeant first class walked up to the desk and they didn't see nobody.
Tyler
Hold on, Pause, pause.
Clint
How.
Mike
How graphic is this going to be?
Tyler
This can be very graphic. No, no, no.
Clint
So they walk up and there is a female soldier laying on her back on the staff duty desk with her head hanging off the desk.
Tyler
Yeah.
Clint
And there's a staff sergeant above her.
Mike
Huh?
Clint
Doing what you would assume. And then another E3 runner was sitting in a chair watching. And so I read the report. It was signed by the major and the star first class. But I was in charge of the division, sirs, and it never came to division as a serious incident. They totally. They totally swept that.
Tyler
Yeah, they swallowed that one. Didn't let them get in trouble.
Clint
And. And they said that they were standing there and nobody knew that they were there. And the major was like,
Tyler
how long did he watch?
Clint
Oh, for a second.
Tyler
Okay.
Clint
But that. Yeah, that's it.
Mike
All right, thanks.
Tyler
Yeah, that's. That's definitely. I've seen that. I've seen that acted out with bad acting. I've seen that.
Clint
I've seen.
Tyler
I've seen that scene before, but it was really bad acting, so appreciate it, brother. You be safe.
Clint
All right. All right.
Mike
All right, guys, tonight it is Monday. We've got.
Tyler
He could have described it to sound like when you drink your alcohol on night.
Mike
Yeah. Or you could have shortened up the
Tyler
story by like eight minutes.
Mike
Yeah. Tonight, five o', clock, Counterculture Network. We got Shot Timer Live with Nick P. And Efren. And then after that, we got Counterculture Inc. Sports at 7.
Tyler
Yeah, we have a 7 Gap tomorrow night.
Mike
Yeah.
Tyler
No, no, no show tomorrow night if anybody wants to do a show. And then 1pm tomorrow.
Mike
1pm we'll see you tomorrow, guys. Jv team for life.

The hosts mix first-hand professional experience with bro-style banter and a focus on real-world consequences for law enforcement.
