And she kind of stumbled upon that probably.

You've never seen that. Oh, God. All right, I'll try and find it. Nope. Let's kick it off. So here in central Florida, near Us. There was a sheriff at Volusia county and somebody asked me on Patreon how it is to work for Volusia because I worked for them for 2016-2019. And I think I told him, it's gotten better. You know, Cat, they don't. They're definitely not cowboys. You're not pursuing anybody. They're very, very, very strict body cam policies, so you can't get caught up and not having your body cam rolling like ever

before. We watch it. Here's my take. We all make mistakes, right? Cops make mistakes. There's something.

There's a mistake of the mind and mistake of the heart. What's the.

[Mike]

Probably the. I would think, well, yeah, mistake of the mind. I don't know.

Like there's a difference between a mistake as in like I drove too fast and then there's a mistake as in like I looked up stolen that or

I looked up where my zone partner was and harassed her when he drove over there. Like there's some ones that. There's some that. Yeah, my bad. Six times, you know, so there's some that you would not. It's Volusia too. It's some that you. There's some that you. Yeah, there's like mistake. Like dancing with a chain around my neck to a tick tock was a mistake.

Like I.

It was, I was. You know, you can post it a thousand times. It was stupid. I'm able to look at you and go, hey, that was really dumb. But you can look at me and go, yeah, that was dumb. But if I told you I put the chain on and then I sexually harass multiple women, you probably like the tick tock. I get the tick tock. But what about the rest of it? Like you kind of.

One's a character flaw.

Yeah.

There's one that's completely. Makes you psychopath. And there's another that there's mistakes. So I look at like driving for. How many times have we. Probably all speed every day, right? You get in the car, you're driving, you're looking out the window. Now if you're DUI and. Or if you're really doing something crazy. Yes, there's. There's some times where driving can turn into some type of criminal negligence and all that. But what I was going with this is we make mistakes. And in the cop car, you know, this is a cop car video we're going to watch. There's 9 million things going on.

Same agency as the other type of mistake we're talking about where you get drunk at a bar you kiss a woman and then you try to fight her husband and you get choked out. Like, I'm sure that guy would try and say, oh, that was a mistake on my part.

[Mike]

I just had a bad day.

[Jay]

That's a. That's an issue that let's.

[Mike]

That's a good point. Because if you look at the Poirier incident, that's very similar. Poirier pushed it, but he didn't go far enough to, like, assault anybody. He said, you know, he was out of line.

[Jay]

Right.

[Mike]

But there's different levels to that as well. Had Dustin Poirier punch the cop, punch the lady, push him. Then you can go like, hey, man, you got drunk, but you weren't able to reel it back in or you lost complete control. The guy in the video we watched the other day lost complete control. He assaulted. I believe it was in the sexually assaulted area of, like, rubbing her arm and pushing her that her husband got upset. That goes past. He got drunk at a bar and fell down.

Right.

[Mike]

Or you got drunk and yelled at somebody and then you went home and you're like, yeah, I made a mistake. Very similar. But when I was going, this is a cop car video. We already have a billion things going on. Should you be texting and driving? No, we shouldn't. Should you be on your computer and driving? No, you shouldn't. Should you be doing a lot of those things? No, you shouldn't. But there are mistakes that you can get another chance, and there's mistakes where I don't think you do get another chance. And I think what you're going to see is I'm not sticking up for just. We'll watch it first. This is the share. There's a video last week where a deputy drives pretty wild off a ramp into a pond. Canine. He's a canine deputy. He's a SWAT guy.

We're going to hear. And did they release his name?

[Mike]

I don't know. But this is the sheriff's response to that video. Acting like. And you caused $73,000 worth of damage. Acting like, well, now you're going to see mine. So, you know, there's an investigation going on. I can tell you that he's going to be removed from his special duties. For starters, he won't be on a member of SWAT team. He won't be a member of the K9 team. And then he's looking at some other penalties that are going to go on there as well. Penalties?

[Jay]

Why the would you want to work for a place that's gonna crucify you for one mistake like that.

[Mike]

And here that is if there were more mistakes and he had progressive discipline. That's different. This dude made a mistake that anyone. How many crashes every day.

[Jay]

I passed drive 12 hours a day, almost every day.

[Mike]

So to immediately just fry him and then use ass. Like, you know, imagine if you got. You get. You're like, they're body cam. Guys matter. If you're on body cam going, hey, dude. To a civilian, hey, you drove like an ass. I'm getting ready to penalize you. Your ass is mine. Like, you said that to a civilian. They'd be like, oh my God. But I hate that I agree with somebody in this one. But Chitwood's a dude.

He is. And that was one of the. When he came in in 2016, he would do this. He would throw people under the bus. He would throw all of it. He would. I mean, yeah, dude. To get on there and call one of your deputies and ass. Dude, you don't have to talk to Fox if you don't want to. You can say there wasn't. There was a crash, it went viral. There's nothing to it.

[Mike]

Here's. Here's the thing. What Even prison, jail, all of those things. Punishment is supposed to be corrective behavior, right? That's why you don't commit one crime and you go to prison the rest of your life. The reason you commit. You commit a crime, we're supposed to put you in jail. You're going to learn what makes. So you get. I can. From experience with Tick tock. What happens when you get in this kind of incident. You're already today's world. You're all over the news. Yeah, everyone you know knows it's you. The, the social, mental, everything's coming at you. What worked to me, if I'm. If I'm in charge of. If I was ever in charge, you call this guy and be like, sit down. Like, hey, man, the Ia like, I'm not worried about that. Tell me what happened. I want to know the truth. I was on my phone. Okay, you're on your phone.

All right.

Happens, right? You don't just get to walk out free, but there's a way to correct that behavior that this guy would probably never get on his ph and probably correct it with some discipline or some navigation. But to come on and call him an ass twice or ass. Take away swat, take away canine.

You're also that dog probably now you're gonna give him a new handler halfway through his career.

[Mike]

And this is again, I don't know anything about the guy. I'm just talking general terms. That now creates a disgruntled deputy the rest of his career.

A hundred percent disgruntled.

Worst public service. Not. Not. And again, this isn't a character thing. This is a character issue. You have to deal with a character issue and you're gone. Right. No. No questions about it. But when you make a mistake that every single day, Volusia probably works. A hundred, 200 crashes a day, probably 50, 80, 100 probably crashes. It happens all day.

Yeah.

Yes, we held to a higher standard. Yes, we have to be better.

But we also drive 12 hours and

we also make mistakes. Like, this isn't like tuning somebody up, firing around, doing something. That's character. Stealing money. Yeah. It's not that. This is a guy driving down the road and it's not the guy in the bar that unfortunately, you have an alcohol problem. You decide to get drunk. You decide to assault old. Two old people. That's. I can't help you there. Right? I can't help you. Like you made the decision to wake up that day, get in the car, go drink alcohol, and then assault people. I can't help you today. You got a guy driving, he makes a huge mistake. Huge mistake. $73,000 worth of damage. That's fine. The car's ruined. It's a car, right? There's. There's got to be some corrective issues.

Well, here. How hard is it like this. I'm the sheriff. Hey, man, sit down. What happened? I was on my phone, I was on the computer, whatever. Like. All right, here's the thing. I would offer you. I. I'm not a dictator, dude, I'm a dick, but I'm not a dictator. I gotta, I gotta give you something. I can't take your car away. I can't take.

We gotta get out of the pond first and then I'm gonna take it.

Now you're all over the news, the tv, and in my opinion, I would question every arrest you ever made and every contact you've ever had. If you don't even understand the basics of. Of the Constitution, how can you dive into a statute book? So that's. That's where I see a huge problem. Yeah, you just.

I knew the law before going into it. So when the guy got me and recorded me at the tax collector's office, they got nothing. Because I knew the law and I navigated it.

O C C H I C O N E Piece of garbage. He's now 79 years old. He should have been killed already. He was sentenced to die in March. They let him stay. He was a police officer who killed and drowned an 11 year old girl. They found her fingerprints on his patrol car hood and about a mile away from where he worked. He lost his appeal in the supreme court and is now sent to be set to be sent to see his maker. July 28, 2026. Everything's been exhausted. So that's a win. That guy, I've been following that story for a long time. He's a piece of garbage and he deserves to die. So he will, he will see his person here soon. How many people we've executed this year in Florida we're doing, we're on, we're on peace.

But what he's at the point now where he can't be appealed, right?

No, that was it. They, they, he tried a last minute DNA Hail Mary and I think you

know that the, the actually isn't it keeping people on death row more expensive than keeping people incarcerated?

It's, it's all about death row inmates and they live a really good prison life because they're on death row so they have to go with other death row inmates. And guess what? People on death row don't really with each other because they're on death row. So they go, they get great meals, great living and then they live for like 20 years. And then what they get lethal injection where they pass out. I think it's about as humane as putting out a dog.

He beat an 11 year old girl

humane to get a last meal. He's gonna get his meatballs up. We had another good case in Vera I like to talk about because I worked with a detective, Kelsey Zork, did an amazing job. She ended up leaving, going to D A but she worked a case with a George Frank Bolas Jr. Monster and he over years he molested his two grandchildren. And I was involved in the search one I'll never forget going to that house pre body camera and hearing what he did. And I Had to like search bedrooms and all that stuff. And then knowing that his wife had actually witnessed the abuse, didn't report it and refused to cooperate with authorities and she skated on this. But somebody tried to kill him. Actually he got shot while he was out on bond. Yeah, he got shot in the. It grazed his head. I think.

They never, they never found that.

We never, we never found the suspect. That one got away.

But that was a good, horrible. One of the most horrific cases I was involved in. You know, I did. That was part of the search warrant in the initial entry on the house. And I said yesterday on the post that he's not going to make it long when he gets into prison. He find that people find out what he did to his two granddaughters, that he is not going to make it long. And you know, we don't have to worry about giving him a last meal. Somebody's going to give him a last meal.

Yeah. And I know that now the death penalty's on the table for those capital sexual batteries, which it should be.

South Carolina just brought it back and there's another state.

I think some places, yeah, they get a choice. Like you said, it can't be. It can't be inhumane.

I mean I watched one the other day on. Oh God. It was in India, bro. They beat the brakes off. They killed him right on the spot. He got caught like sexually assaulting a young girl. And he didn't make it to court. He didn't make it administrative. Yeah. He didn't make it even to the police station. And you know that's. If it's wrong, it's a lie. You gotta. Obviously that's why there is a justice system that's kind of insane. But in other countries they don't even make it to the police station.

Yeah. But then guess what? Nobody around with that crime anymore.

Yeah, I mean that's unfortunately in our

system you want to make pedophiles stay in their pedophile chambers and never come out amongst society is beat the out of them in the streets.

Yeah, I think that I. I honestly think the pedophile crimes are worse than murder because there are some. Like we just talked about earlier when. Say it again. Beat a dead horse. Murder could be like. Like the guy text on his phone. You just get an argument with somebody and something happens where they do something. It's triggered. It's a immediate response to something. It's horrible. Don't. I'm not downplaying murder, but it's not. But when you. When you're a predator of a child, it takes that.

Most murders are. Are in my eyes, victimless crimes. They were there for some kind of illegal activity together, so they're not as innocent as a child.

Speaking of murder, I worked a case years ago, and the guy, the suspect reached out to me the other day. He was involved in a. Thanked me. He was. He was. Four dudes got together and we're gonna rob a drug dealer. This guy was a drug dealer. There's no stand your ground when you're committing a felony. So he brings the weed to the scene and they start to curb stomp him. He shoots and kills one of them. The actual.

He can't use stand your ground because he was committing a felony.

But the three others get charged with the more heinous second degree murder because they conspired to commit robbery. And in the commission, their buddy got killed. This guy defended himself and gets third degree. He did his time. He reached out and he said, I appreciate the way you handled the case, the way you were humane when you questioned me. And, you know, I remember the things you said to me. He's like, I've completed my sentence. I'm out. I have a wife, a kid. And you know, that's where I get like, that guy's a murderer. But he's not gonna go. He's not like, gonna go kill anybody else. Like, he doesn't have drugs anymore. That's a situational thing. That, yes, illegal. Yes, he deserves to be punished, but that's not like stalking women or. Or pedophilia or like crimes against innocent people that are calculated and planned out. You cannot fix people that have that mental issue. They're broken Instagram.

You can bring that up, Eli, is that a Melbourne, Florida, after her son was allegedly assaulted by Melbourne police.

Yeah, the 15 year old's elbow was fractured, fractured when he was tackled and then handcuffed. As Fox 35's Esther Bauer explains, it was all a case. Mistaken identity. The child who was taken down by Melbourne police officers was actually working with the missing child's mother to try and find her missing son. And the child had also just spoken with Melbourne police officers a few minutes before he is taken down. Right over here on Lake Washington. The family's attorney Says he was trying to be a helper, but ended up hurt and traumatized.

That's how a Melbourne police officer approached a police officers thought was a run.

Is there any crime?

No, there's a missing child. And this kid is out actively looking for his friend. And talk to his mother. Has already talked to police once and they mistake him for something.

What does it matter? Why would you talk to. Even if it was the missing kids, why would you say, I'm gonna tase

you and then here's what I want. When you get ready, I want you to watch the right arm. Here's what a lot of people don't forget is that joints can only move certain places. And we hear, stop resisting. He's not, he's resisting. He won't give me his arm. You can't bend certain things certain ways. And, and I know you know like a crime center I've been involved in where sometimes if you're watching body camera live, you can actually tell the officers if they don't train jiu jitsu or train, you know, those takedowns, hey, don't do that, do this. But if you're not trained at all, you're going to see that sometimes things don't bend a certain way. But yes, to answer your question, this kid is. They're just looking for a missing kid.

So even if it was the missing kids, guys, you don't threaten to tase a missing child.

But could you argue though that no. I mean, maybe some people just kind of look the same.

Yeah, but this guy, like I said, this is a complete disaster. The suspect, I think the description was shorts and a dark shirt or something. It was completely opposite twisties. But look at the guy.

Backpack, white shirt. No, they don't look the same.

No, black shirt and shorts. Oh, it was completely different, George.

Struggling with mental health. It was absolutely horrific. That's Angela Hansen and she's Judah's mom. She says her 15 year old's elbow was fractured during the takedown and her son was never who police were looking for. That should have never ever have happened. My son should never. He should not have a broken elbow.

This mistake should have never happened to you. The mistake is harder for this mom to understand because on body cam you can see some of the responding officers talking to Judah and the missing child's mom just before he's tackled.

[Jay]

And all of the officers saw him, even asked who he was.

[Reporter]

Melbourne police say Judah was tackled because officers observed teenage male running and gave verbal commands to stop. They pursued the male on foot, stopping him a short distance outside the complex. Officers then determined this individual was not the teen they were originally searching for, but another juvenile who had also left the apartment. Dan Faraday is a civil rights lawyer who's now representing civil rights.

[Jay]

Much smaller child they were looking for. And he had already presented himself conflict to the. The poor mother in front of the police. Had they, you know, looked him over even for a second would have known this was not.

[Reporter]

Verity says the officer should not have been so aggressive to start with because Judah was never a threat.

[Jay]

He completely complied.

[Mike]

He covered him with his backpack.

[Jay]

I mean, I got it. If you just shot somebody in a foot pursuit and you're like, they dropped a gun and you're handcuffing them with the backpack on to get them handcuffed.

This is a missing. There should be. No. If he. If the kid takes. You want to know what I would do? Make me bigger, Eli.

The officers quickly realized this wasn't the missing kid. But Judah's mom says he's still traumatized by the takedown. He feels scared of the police. It is. It's been very taxing on our family, and it's been a real punch in the gut. Now the family is demanding change to prevent another incident like this. Complete overhaul at the Melbourne in training. Melbourne police tell Fox the department is conducting a full review of this incident in accordance with ST policy.

And they probably.

They're demanding change and $750,000 more.

But the. The even worse part is, like I said, once he's on the ground, this kid. What does he weigh? 90 pounds. Like you should. One person should be able to manhandle that kid, get past all that. The Bad takedown, the screaming, the cussing. It's a missing juvenile. When he's on the ground, they literally, you can see his elbow go, like completely the wrong way because his shoulders already cocked a certain way. He can't do what they want him to do, so they just grab his arm and break his elbow.

I mean, he was resisting.

No one cares about that. Every kid that goes missing usually comes back within what, five to eight hours. Like, they're not, they're. They're not missing. They're. They're runaways and they're found again and then they run away again in the next day. So a missing child is again, like, it's not really the most.

And so obviously the, the country was outraged and she put on. On X that I think they should burn them or something. Something. Obviously she was. And then she deleted it after four hours, so it wasn't even up there for long. And she got Put in prison for about, I think it was like 32 months or something like that.

And she can't even go to America. So she was going to come to America to kind of speak on, on like our, on our behalf, on how the actual country is. But they wouldn't let her in because she'd been put into jail. So they wouldn't give her a visa.

So without you getting arrested, do you think the allowed influx of immigrants is to make sure the government currently placed continues to get the support they need to continue to be in charge and continue to suppress the people?

Yeah, and I think, I mean the influx of immigrants has only really massively increased in our country anywhere over the last kind of 10 to 15 to 20 years. I mean this has gone back say 30 to 50 years. So it, I mean I think it's all intentional. There is, there's a, there's a society that they went through on the Joe Rogan show. It's called the Fabian Society and it controls, it's a, it's a society that secretly controls labor, government that's in power and their actual motto is a wolf in sheep's clothing. So they're doing it to your face and they're telling you that we're a wolf in sheep's clothing. And they covered up the grooming gangs.

I think it's a smart, when I say smart, obviously it's completely inhumane but it's, it's a smart practice. Kind of what I think you're seeing here is at the point like I guess it was bad, you said 30 years ago there wasn't illegal immigration. At some point the citizens start to go, you know what, we're done, we're going to be done with this. We're going to start doing xyz. Then you allow the immigration, illegal immigration of violent people to come in the country that distracts everybody from the real problem, creates a new problem. But then the government allows them people in. So those people then vote for the same government. And now it's continued control. There's no way around it. I mean they unleashed the. They've already happened. I Guess right. We're seeing English people getting murdered by Muslims and beheaded. Nobody's doing anything.

Then there were the, the people from like the Gurkhas came over, they fought with us. So we've always embraced their culture. There has always been racism. And I'm not saying it's okay, but the, the people that have come over have integrated and actually contributed to the society. And I mean these, these people that are coming over, they don't have any respect for. I mean you can see. I mean, I mean, I'll give you some more, more facts. I mean it was 147 UK locations listed and the government says it was concentrated to only a few places. I mean the girls were. Were abused by dogs and filmed. So they've had to crowdfund it. So he's actually crowdfunded 600,000 pounds, which is probably about 800 to $900,000. And it's actually led by Sammy Woodhouse, who's a survivor and has a child by one of her rapists. And I mean going on for 30 to 50 years.

That's exactly what I was going to say. And, and I think the reason why Britain's been a bit quiet on the Epstein files is because of stuff like this. Like we can't shout about Epstein when we've got all of this dirty laundry, can we? It's the BBC as well that they've been very quiet.

Have white people been involved in this? White politicians or is this clearly.

Yeah, yeah, all of like white politicians. Because they want the Muslim vote. I mean, the Muslim vote is concentrated in cities now. So you stay in power by having the cities. So if you control the cities, you control the country. That's. I mean they treat they, they treated the victims like prostitutes and they're, they're vulnerable girls. So they're gonna do crazy. They're Girls that don't have any parents, they're runaways. And these men come over to our country and I mean, and then just take advantage of our kids and then we let them. And I mean, it's both a jar. You have, you have this guy that was a leader. He came over to the country in 1971 and he was the ringleader of these grooming gangs. And we can't physically deport him because he arrived here before 1975. And so like, even though he was a ringleader and raped so many, he's out on license now in the uk. I mean, you had court transcripts disappear. So what the state and so what people were doing, they weren't recording the ethnicity of the perpetrators. So the people that were abusing. So then you can't say it's a Muslim problem, can you? Because it's. They, they don't know who the perpetrator was. They didn't write it down. Like court transcripts disappear. The BBC, I mean, the BBC has been in loads of scandals. I mean, there's Jimmy Savile who is a horrific pedophile that visited children's schools in the UK and just raped little boys. And the BBC covered it up. He worked for the BBC. So we've got a, an institution that's historical with scandals, but yeah, nobody wants to do anything about it.
