I talk about why I choose to celebrate myself (instead of waiting for someone else to do it), and why aging is something to be proud of. I also explore what changed when I stopped chasing approval and started trusting myself instead.

This is a reminder that I don’t have to prove myself to anyone, and neither do you. We get to choose who and what we bring into our lives. We get to choose our mindset. And we get to decide that every challenge we’ve faced has prepared us for what’s next.
