If you haven't really followed the Rittenhouse trial, here is a good review of what it's all about.

I have always said this case was a travesty because it would never stand on appeal and was nothing but a waste of time and politically motivated.

By refusing to recognize the exceptional, are we encouraging mediocrity?

Isn't it time we talk about it?

Are choosing to collect unemployment rather than work?

Where do we go from here now that this trial is over?

It's all about causation now.

Police witnesses, very convincingly, demonstrate Chauvin violated policy policy. More interesting, I talk about the elements of each crime for which Chauvin is charged.
