Abdul Rahman El Sayed has been announced as the winner of the Democratic Senate primary in Michigan. He won by a very slim margin, some 22,000 votes, 23,000 votes in Michigan over Haley Stevens out of 1.5 million votes cast or so. So very, very narrow race. Not a gigantic surprise actually would have been a shocker if Stevenson been able to pull it out. Most of the polls leading up to this primary had him ahead by double digits in some cases. Also worth noting that back in 2016, Bernie Sanders defeated Hillary Clinton in the Michigan Democratic primary, again by a very, very slim margin. Mallory McMorrow, who is sort of the spoiler here, she earned some 61,000 votes. If those votes had moved over to Stevens, then presumably Stevens would have won. What does this really say? Well, it means that the Democratic Party certainly does not have an aversion to radical Islam. They certainly don't have an aversion to Democratic Socialists of America. They certainly have no aversion to the insane in their own party. And whatever aversion they had there quickly getting over Haley Stevens put out a concession in which she endorsed El Sayed. So it was bad that he was you Know, kind of pro terrorism and pro socialism when she was running against him. But now that he's running against Mike Rogers, well, it's time for her to jump right in the backseat of the car. She put out a statement saying he is a doctor, a community health official, a Rhodes scholar and a dedicated Michigander. I am proud to offer my support as he takes on Mike Rogers in the general election. Michigan, I love you. I cannot thank you enough for the opportunity to serve and have had the opportunity to run for office in this moment. Just pathetic. Just pathetic. Truly. Now, again, the demographic breakdowns here are kind of interesting. Abdul Rahman Al Said, I'm saying his full name here because apparently if you don't say his full name, you're a racist. But also if you do say his full name, you're a racist. So I'm just trying to cover my bases here. In any case, El Sayed won the highest income county in Michigan, so rich white people and Muslims voted for him disproportionately. It turns out that poor black people tended to vote it for Haley Stevens. She did better in the lowest income county, Lake County, Wayne county was fairly evenly split because it contains both Detroit, which is extremely heavily black, and Dearborn, which is extremely heavily Muslim. Now President Trump for his part, is kind of excited that El Sayed is the nominee. It means Republicans have a better shot of winning the Senate seat right now, according to the Kalshee Markets. And Cal, she's a sponsor the Michigan Senate winner. Overall, Rogers is skyrocketing in the odds because El Sayed is a very, very vulnerable candidate, obviously. He almost lost to Haley Stevens who is no great shakes. And now he's running against a Republican in a state that Donald Trump won and he is running on the platform of what if Hezbollah and Hamas were basically okay and Israel was the real problem. And also Hasan Piker is my best friend and that dude thinks 911 is okay and all the rest of it. President Trump put out a statement, quote, great news for the Republican Party. El said, a communist loser who hates Jews in Israel, fair so far, is the projected winner in his race with the socialist. As usual, the polls were way off on this one. She was not expected to do nearly as well as she did. Now the Democrats crazy policies were will only get worse. Now El Sayed immediately, immediately swiveled into an attack on everybody who did not vote for him, calling them Islamophobic or something. Here is his statement. He's somehow more angry after winning than he was when he had not yet won.

So what if we can say it? And also, Abdul El Sayed is a pretty Islamic name. I don't think that the addition of Rahman to Abdul makes it more or less Islamic. Okay, but again, this is the whole. Anybody who opposes me is a racist, so get ready for a few months of this. In his victory speech, everyone understands that El Sayed pretty much despises the American system. So he is doing the old line that Obama used to do. If you love America, you want to change it. If you love America, you want to destroy everything about it and make it a different America, which is the same thing that you say about your spouse, right? If you love your spouse, what you would really love is to substitute everything about her to love your children is to want to change every single thing about them because they suck. Well, this is what he says about America. America sucks. And he's gonna will America to be better by presumably allying us with communists and people who love radical Islam.

I got to go to amazing public schools. I got to go to an incredible public university. I got my medical education paid for by the NIH. And at the same time, growing up just 15 minutes away from me, children whose families had been here far longer than mine, who never got those same opportunities. America can do glorious things. But to love America isn't just to dress up in some colors and pretend that everything's fine. To love America is to will America to do the hard work of being better. If you love America, you want America to be America for all of her kids.

Well, I mean, I would like America to be America for all of her children. I would like it not to be, say, the Middle east for all of her kids. And I say that advisedly, considering this is a man who literally said about an attack on a preschool by a radical Muslim that hurt people. Hurt people. By the way, he did have statements about this. He actually came out and he said, don't worry, I'm going to defend Jews in Michigan. I mean, like, I don't believe you. I don't believe you. I don't believe you. Because literally, when Jews were attacked in Michigan, you then made excuses for it because Israel killed a member of Hezbollah in Lebanon. So, yeah. Hasan Piker, of course, is Abdul El Sayed, spirit animal. He says that everyone who'd not vote for El Sayed is. Well, is something you won't believe. You'll believe it. Here we go.

Okay, so I love this. Now he's talking about who's more likely to win. Well, Haley Stevens was doing much better in the polls against Mike Rogers. I also love how dare you say that El Sayed was pro terrorism. Says Hasan Piker, who is literally pro terrorism, who has endorsed Hamas and Hezbollah and pretty much every other terrorist group on planet Earth. Well, Bernie Sanders, who's the intellectual godfather of whatever godforsaken movement this is, he was asked specifically about the fact that El Sayed and Hassan pike are our buddy buddy. And he said, well, you know, I don't necessarily agree with all the terrorism, but at the same time, aren't we all part of the same family? Piker has said America deserved 9 11.

No, I am not. I think that's a dumb statement. On the other hand, he has a whole lot of followers and there's a lot of things that he's saying that are making sense to a lot of people. I think, you know, we have to get above cancel culture. You know, when you're doing radio, whatever they do podcasts three hours a day, you say dumb things. I suspect if you go back over your career, there may be one or two things that you said that you may have regretted. But I think what we have got to do is look at the totality of where people are coming from and go forward.

So that would be him just excusing it, right? I mean, no litmus tests in the Democratic Party about whether America deserved 9 11. You know, I'm sure you also said things like America deserved 911 when you were young. I didn't. And nobody I know did. Actually, nobody know. But again, you can see the Democratic Party making terms with the Bernie Sanders hostage taking wing of the party. David Axelrod. Oh my God, what a pathetic, what a pathetic human he is. He goes on CNN and proceeds to say, you know what? This is really bad. As a Jew, okay, listen, David Axelrod, you don't get to. As a Jew, anybody. You don't. I'm sorry. All these people who born into a Jewish family and their association with Judaism is that their parents once lit Shabbat candles, but they have never done so, and they eat not kosher and they don't keep Shabbat and they don't do anything Jewish at all, except occasionally say, as a Jew, just to rip on other Jews. Shut up, man.

Like, you don't get to speak for the Jews. You don't. You have no connection at all, at all, like, at all with anything remotely Jewish. And so here he is talking about how actually the real problem in this election cycle is that there were too many American Jews who were opposed to El Sayed. He called this foreign influence in an election. It was not. It was not. This is an overt lie. So David Axelrod is ripping on aipac, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. Okay? AIPAC is American Jews and some Christians who are in favor of the America Israel relationship. Zero Israeli money is allowed to flow into aipac. It is not directed by the state of Israel. So I guess the idea now is that if you're a Jewish who likes Israel, then it's a foreign influence operation. I mean, my goodness, just pathetic stuff here from David Axelrod. But again, gotta keep the uniparty of Democratic socialists, Communists, radical Muslims and traditional Democrats alive.

We've talked about this before, and I speak as, you know, as the son of a Jewish refugee. So issues of antisemitism are very personal to me. I think that what you see in Michigan is a interest group spending $30 million. She's got $64 million in television spending, and they're responsible for at least half of that. And one of the issues, as Kristen mentioned, that people are grappling with is the power of money in our politics, the influence that interest groups have. And I think it's a legitimate, It's a legitimate question. Should essentially an agent of any foreign government, whether it's Israel or any other, be able to spend? Or is it healthy for them to spend $30 million in a race like this to influence the outcome of that race? I think that's. That's a legitimate issue.

Van Jones, being the voice of reason on this CNN panel, he was like, maybe the reason that a lot of American Jews were uncomfortable with El Sayed is because all he does is side with terrorists.

Maybe it's that, why is AIPAC Going after this guy, that would be the question. They're spending what you said, $30 million. That's a lot of money. Is it because he's a Muslim guy? Is it because he's a hateful guy? It turns out his position is for a full military embargo of the state of Israel. Now hold on a second. A full military embargo? Now listen, if he says he wants to condition aid, that's reasonable, defensible. Most Democrats feel that way at this point. After Gaza, if he says no subsidies, that's defensible. He says we can't even sell weapons to Israel, even if they're defensive. So if this guy. So why is APLAX so mad? This guy is saying that the United States government can't even sell defensive weapons to Israel, which would make Israel completely defenseless. Now that would be a reason for a group of people who cares about Israelis to say this is not our guy.

So I mean, obviously that's true. Obviously that's true. I mean, frankly, I'm a little surprised that more Americans, and I hope that lots of Americans will give to Mike Rogers. Americans should be a little bit concerned. I understand why Americans wouldn't want to give to, you know, Haley Stevens, cuz they don't wanna see her actually be the senator. But now you've got a clear Republican versus Democrat divide in Michigan. And the Democrats decided to go with the pro terrorism, pro Communism guy. So maybe it turns out that most Americans should be disturbed about the idea of a radical Muslim in the United States Senate promoting anti American trash. Maybe we should be a little bit disturbed about all of that. Actually. The Democrats, by the way, are not. The Democrats, in fact, are so scared of alienating their radical Islamic base at this point that the Senate Democrats on the Judiciary Committee committee announced that they were going to boycott a Senate hearing on the Muslim Brotherhood. I kid you not. There's going to be a hearing on the Muslim Brotherhood, which is a terrorist group. A terrorist group. It is a terrorist group which has pretty significant links, as it turns out, with many quote, unquote mainstream Muslim organizations like the Council on American Islamic Relations. These Democrats, Senators Sheldon Whitehouse, Richard Blumenthal, Maisie Hirono Alex Padilla and Peter Welch dismissed the hearing and said they would not go. Democrats have no intention of indulging this political creep show. Again, it's a hearing about the Muslim Brotherhood. It is not about Muslims generally. It is not about your local mosque. It is about the Muslim Brotherhood. And the Democrats are like, nope, we can't do that hearing, it'd be too insulting. We know what you're doing. We can see all of it. We can see all of it. The new Democratic coalition, the red Green coalition, the communists and the Islamists, they ride again. This is the new face of the Democratic Party, guys. This is what you've got. You know, and if Democrats had any stones at all, of course they would follow the lead of John Fetterman. They will not. Here is Senator John Fetterman saying, I'm not interested in coming together with people who think that America deserve 9 11.
