Type number one Ned Flanders, the hyper religious archaic traditionalist with a few strangely gay vibes. Type number 2? A character straight out of Starship Troopers. A militant, hyper nationalist authoritarian who probably wants to rape home invaders. You know, James Talarico is type number one. Or maybe Graham Platner as type number two. For a long time, the left has not been able to answer the question what is a woman? It now turns out they also cannot answer the question what is a man? Get to the left's fraudulent picture of masculinity plus the reactionary rights own ugly picture of what men ought to be, and we'll get to President Trump at the Knicks game, where, believe it or not, he may have just saved America. This is the Ben Shapiro Show. All righty. So one of the most amusing aspects of the 2024 election was the Democratic Party's realization that it had lost men. That men were increasingly trending toward the political right. And there's a reason for that. Men are not really fond of a party that calls them toxic and sees them as at best superfluous or treats them as dumb hicks or as rapey bros, or as Bible thumping elders from the Handmaid's Tale. Men aren't fond of a party that says that women can be men, that men can be women, and that the world would be better off without men in positions of power. The left pretty much openly campaigned against men and then they lost and so now they're trying to win men back over. The problem is the left has alienated men for so long, they don't even know how to talk to men anymore. They don't know men, they don't know what men act like, how men behave, what men are interested in. To the left, men are sort of a foreign population and the left treats them that way. And this is why leftists, you keep hearing them ask this ridiculous question, where is the left wing Joe Rogan? Where is he? And the answer is obvious. It's Joe Rogan. Joe is not a right winger, like at all. He voted for Bernie Sanders. He humors conspiracy nuts and socialists. He's not socially conservative, he's not economically conservative, he's not a foreign policy hawk. Joe would vote Democrat in pretty much any election in which Democrats weren't totally crazy and didn't demonstrate their hatred and alienation of men. But that is way too much for the left. So instead they are trotting out Jennifer Welch, a screechy left wing lady, as the answer to Joe Rogan. Or maybe Hasan Piker, a, a commie who wears Cartier and pearl necklaces and loves terrorists and foreign dictatorships. Or maybe the bros from Podsave America. Men are now foreigners in the land of the left. When the left thinks of men, they think of stereotypes. And when they appeal to men, they try to play on those stereotypes. And this is why you get the bizarre contrast between James Talarico and Graham Platner. So James Talarico is stereotype number one, Ned Flanders, Ultraman. So the left has been sort of off put by the fact that they ran this guy who claims to thump the Bible but also doesn't believe in anything remotely biblical like that basically biblical values are passe. And so he takes a bunch of radical left wing values and then reads them into the vaguest statements from the Bible. And they're surprised that the right doesn't love this and that the right is kind of annoyed by James Talarico's ridiculous cosplay as biblical man because the guy says that God has no gender or is gender free or is or Is or is trans. Or he talks about trans kids, or he talks about how his campaign is vegan. And then men go, oh, no, this. No, this is not it, my dudes. And so now basically Talarigo, who is the Senate Democratic candidate in Texas, where Democrats are going to waste an awful lot of money trying to defeat Ken Paxton and they're going to lose anyway. Well, now they're trying to trans tall Rico's positions. So remember, Talarico is incredibly far left. Incredibly far left. So here he was with a person named Dan Cogdell recently explaining this is Ken Paxton's defense lawyer lying about his view on transing the kids. I hear consistent tropes about you being way too liberal for Texas, that you're pro sex surgery for minors, and on and on, on and on. How do you respond to that?

You will also recall that James Tallarico voted against SB14 in 2023 that banned gender affirming care, which would be, you know, like puberty blockers, hormone therapies, butchering the children for kids under 18 years old. He also voted against HB25 in 2021 that required K12 students at public schools to compete exclusively on these sports teams, you know, where they have their biological sex. So, like boys with boys, girls with girls. He voted against that. His church funds abortions and transgender summer camps. This is what he is doing. He's now trying to trans his own politics. James Talarico, here he was with Dan Cogdell lying about his views on border security as well.

I called out Joe Biden for failing to secure our southern border, and I got a lot of heat in my own party for doing that. But I remember talking with my colleagues in the legislature who represent border communities, and they told me about the utter chaos caused by President Biden's policies and. And the Democratic Party, we're the ones that should be about making government work for people. And our immigration system is a prime example of government not working for people. And so I'm a border security Democrat. I believe we've got to have a sane, orderly process to ensure that we know who's coming into our country. And I'm all for welcoming immigrants who want to work hard and live the American dream, who want to make us richer and stronger, as immigrants have always done. But I also think we have to keep out folks who mean to do us harm. And public safety is the most important thing the government does. More important than public education, more important than public health. Nothing matters if we're not keeping people safe.

My family is from the border. My mom grew up in Laredo, Texas. I feel like Texans understand this issue of immigration more so than people in other states, because we live with it, both the benefits and the challenges. So what I've said is that our southern border should be like our front porch. There should be a giant welcome mat out front and a lock on the door.

Yes. He was so tough on border security that in 2021, he voted against House Bill 9, which appropriated $1.8 billion for border security operations. And then in 2023, he also voted against SB4, which authorized Texas law enforcement to arrest and detain illegal immigrants. He also says that he's a Second Amendment defender. Again. He's transing his entire politics right now. He is pretending to be a thing that he is not. He's trying to run as a moderate Republican, which of course, he is not. He's a very, very far left Democrat.

I am a believer in the Second Amendment. I don't pick and choose between the Bill of Rights. I believe in the Second Amendment just as much as I believe in the first. We have a right to bear arms, to protect ourselves, our families. We have a right to own weapons, for sport or for hunting. But like any freedom in the Bill of Rights, it's not absolute.

Okay, in 2021, he voted against HB 1927, that's a constitutional carry bill that allowed Texans 21 plus to carry handguns without obtaining a state permit. Again, constitutional carry. And now Talarico's pretending that he wants to protect oil and gas jobs, which no, he absolutely does not.

We have to protect good paying oil and gas jobs. You know, I've had family members who have worked in the oil and gas industry. I went to Texas public schools funded by Texas Oil and Gas. So I owe a lot to the industry. And I know that some of these jobs keep whole families afloat. And so I want to protect our status as an energy leader here in Texas.

In 2023, this, this guy voted against HB 1500, which was an energy bill that would overhaul the Texas electrical grid and restrict renewable energy expansion. So again, he's a down the line Democrat and now he's trying to flip himself into a Republican. But the key to understand about James Talarico is why Democrats were so high on this guy in the first place. Why did they think that this was the guy? And the answer was the affect. They think the Republicans in Texas are basically Bible thumpers who look like they come straight out of Howdy Doody. And if they just cosplay is that thing, if they pretend to be that thing, then Republicans will be happy. And that's really, really silly because again, manliness, in the sort of traditional conservative way of thinking about manliness, is about fulfilling the duties of men. That is what manliness is. I say the left doesn't understand manliness. We'll get to the right's misunderstanding of manliness, the reactionary rights misunderstanding. But there is a traditional definition of masculinity, and that traditional definition is fulfilling the duties of men. So what are the things that men ought to do? Well, they ought to get married to a woman and they ought to protect that woman. And then they ought to protect the children that they have and bring up with that woman. And that means not only physical defense, it also means protecting and providing for that family. And it means they ought to do their duty in the community to defend their community and build the social fabric of that community. These are the things that men traditionally do. And a man is defined by the things that he does. But according to the left, which doesn't believe any of those things, they don't believe it is the duty of a man to get married. They don't believe it's the duty of a man to, to create children and bring those children up. They do not believe it's the job of a man to build the social fabric of his community. These are all duties. And the left traditionally does not believe in social duties. They believe in quote unquote right, which means liberation from duties in their view. But they do not believe in duties. And so what they do is they sort of wear the mask of masculinity. They're happy with the guy who thumps the Bible so long as he doesn't read any of the parts, namely 95% of it, that talks about human responsibilities. They like the, the a little bit where it talks about being nice to the stranger, but they, they don't care about the rest of the Bible at all. In fact, they don't like the rest of the Bible at all. And so what they do is they grab the trappings of masculinity and then they're surprised when the right doesn't respond to those trappings. Because we can see that you are pretending. We can see that it's a Halloween costume and it all comes off as fake. From James Talarico. When James Talarico is trotting around the landscape a couple of years ago wearing a mask and explaining that his campaign is now vegan and this is the moral standard. And then he flips and he's eating ribs but with a napkin. We can all see the costume. We can all see it. And again, this is only happening because the left does not understand what traditional masculinity looks like. In just a second we'll get to Democrats other stereotype. They have the Bible thumping Ned Flanders type. The other stereotype is manly men who may in fact want to rape home invaders and all the rest. First, let's talk about American military men and women. We are not all that consistent in America when it comes to supporting our veterans. After all, the applause end a lot of patriotic displays in this country. And then there is stereotype number two that the left believes about men, which is they are toxic Starship Trooper dudes that basically what men are is rough and tumble. Yeah, they talk of the grand platinum, you know, that certain mill. They don't never shave and look, look kind of messy and treat women like trash. And that's, that's, that's what, that's what the right things men are is like a Graham planner. So again they have two pictures what men look like. One is Ned Flanders and the other is Starship Troopers. And neither one is what men look like in the traditional conservative viewpoint because the trappings aren't what matters. It's the duties that matter. So traditional conservative man can look like a lawyer who works at the office but provides for his family and his kids and is a ranking member of the church and gives charity and does all those things. Or a traditional man can look like a member of the military who is out defending the country and comes home to his wife and his kids and works a blue collar job. It can be, it can run the gamut. As long as you fulfill the basic duties of a man, you are a man. But the left doesn't believe in those duties. So instead, again, they come up with the aesthetics. And so they look at Graham Platner and they say this is what a man looks like. A man looks like this toxic dude. And again, Graham Platner is ridiculous figure. This is the Senate main candidate. They only come in two flavors for the Democrats. The toxic male like Graham Platner or the quasi effeminate bible thumper Talarico. And again, every day worse stuff comes out about Graham Platner, the Senate main candidate. It turns out that one of the apps that he was on, called Kik, it was one of the top 10 apps used by teens in America. According to Search Logistics, one third of American teens use Kik. According to Mark Thiessen, writing in the Washington Post In 2023, the National center on Sexual Exploitation set up a fake teen account on Kik for a girl named Jenny and reported that within hours she was contacted not by one, not two, but dozens of adult men who knew the user was purportedly a minor, but still sends her pornography and graphic messages demanding she send nude images of herself and his KICK account. Platner's Kick account was still active as of just yesterday. But again, the idea for the left is what if we grab the costume of masculinity and then we pour a bunch of socialist nonsense into it? So there is a socialist duo that helped groom Platner into a working class candidate. Now the it is so obviously a costume for him, it's ridiculous. Again, the man went to private school when he was growing up, his parents bought a house for him, he runs an oyster farm that basically solely supplies his mom's restaurant, and they had to somehow turn this guy into blue collar hero of the day. So who did that? Precisely who you would think. According to the New York Post, Yale Law School grad Daniel Moraf and his fiance Leanne Fan, an academic with stints at Harvard and the proudly radical University of California, Berkeley, are the under the radar team who shaped Platner's candidacy. They had originally met while working for Bernie Sanders in 2020. They are hardcore members of the Democratic Socialists of America. They had previously behind been behind candidates like Dan Osborne running for Senate in Nebraska and Summer Leah, Pennsylvania, who is part of the squad. Moraf's ideas were hatched in 2017. He pens a now deleted essay in the progressive magazine in these Times titled Want to Elect run them in Democratic primaries. And they knew full well about exactly who Graham Platner was. This is why they picked him. Because these people who have no relationship with traditional masculinity, I mean you can watch the tape and see it. These folks who have no relationship with traditional masculinity looked at him and they saw the cosplay.

Wow. I mean, these two. These two people should probably tell you about what Trump fans are looking for in masculinity. Those two, Captain Effeminate McVocal Fry and the woman next to him wearing the baggy sweatshirt and the glasses. They should tell you about what. What manly men are looking for. Platner's mask is falling away. Day by day, it turns out he's just a nut. The main wire is now reporting that Platner registered his oyster business online domain nine months after he registered his Senate domain. Speaker he ramped up his entire shtick here in order to run Graham. Platner says this is false and defamatory. I would have thought Fox News learned their lesson after paying Dominion $787.5 million. He's saying that in response to a Mainwire reporter saying that the oyster business was totally fake. Now, I don't know whether the oyster business was fake or not. I have no clue. But it appears that Graham for Senate was registered as a website in April 2023, and nine months later, his oyster company, farm domain joaquin.com was registered, which doesn't sound like the livest business in the entire world. Meanwhile, Genevieve McDonald, who was a campaign manager for Platner, explains why she dropped out of representing him. Quote, I became Graham Platner's political director in August 2025 as he launched a bid for the Democratic Senate primary in Maine. I quit the campaign in October, disturbed by what I learned about the candidate and concerned about his potential impact on the Democratic Party's prospects in my home state. She says, when I raised concerns to anyone in the campaign, Platner would call me and convince me that everything was fine and his intentions were noble. When his Reddit comments in 2013 downplaying sexual assault were revealed by the Post on October 17, I submitted my resignation and made it public. I would no longer validate Platner. The campaign offered me $15,000 to sign a nondisclosure agreement, I refused. Platner's campaign attacked me instead of confronting his shortcomings. Over the past eight months, women have come to me with their own disturbing stories about Platner Now Democrats, of course, are coming out and endorsing him. Still Bernie Sanders, who himself was a derelict, I mean, in his personal life. You want to talk about men who are not traditionally male Bernie Sanders, go read about his younger life where he basically abandoned a child he sired. He talks about the VA care that he got in the VA for ptsd, which went a long way to giving him the strength that he has right now. Well, I mean, that means it's totally okay according to Bernie Sanders because again, Bernie Sanders has no standards. Well, you know, if you want to make that case, then probably you should eliminate the people in your party who are fans of sexual abuse and pedophilia. You might want to do that.

It is trickle down sexual predation from Donald Trump all the way down to people in Congress, all the way down to his voters. So every time you see a MAGA Republican tell you they're about law and order and they're pro family, it is a God lie. The Republican Party doesn't give a about families. They do not give a about children. They do not give a about life. Their policies always lead to death. And now we have a Republican Party that is a pedophile and enabler movement.

So this is the psychotic, the ambulatory psychotic the Democrats have put forth as the answer to Joe Rogan. Now what's amazing about this is what she says about men there, what she's saying that, that it, she says it bleeds all the way down to the voters. So she thinks that Trump voters are in fact sexual abusers who don't care about family and who like pedophilia. That is what she's saying about the not, not just Trump, which of course is a lie. But she's also saying about Trump voters all the way down. So this is why Democrats look at Trump voters. They go, who could we get to appeal to those voters? Maybe. What if we got our own guy who has sexual abuse problems, but he talks like this and he doesn't shave and also he pretends that he's a manly, manly man. What if we do that and the picture of masculinity for Democrats is completely stereotypical because they have no idea of what masculinity ought to look like. That is the entire game here. That is the entire shtick. Now, wearing masculinity around as a costume unfortunately is not relegated to the left because this is what happens. If you you didn't like the traditional Republican party, wait until you get to the post traditional Republican party. It turns out it's got some problems. You didn't like traditional morality, wait until you get to post traditional morality. See, when you do away with the definition of manliness as a series of duties, duties to wife, duties to children, duties to community, duties to state and country, when you do away with all of those matrices for what it means to be a man, what you end up with is a bunch of costumes. In just a second we'll get to the reactionary rights idea of what masculinity is. Apparently it involves walking around bare chested and having women pose for pornography and such. So Andrew Tate is back in the news today because there is an extraordinary piece over at New Yorker magazine by Heidi Blake, a very long investigative piece about Andrew Tate's extraordinary abuse of women. Tremendous abuse of women, well documented abuse of women. And it is sickening and it is gross and it was well accepted and treated by people on the right. Why? Because when you don't think of masculinity as the duty to go find a woman and marry her and have children with her and take care of those children and lead a traditionally moral life, what you end up with is the cosplay of masculinity. Great big muscles and sports cars and beautiful women who don't give a damn about you, but who are there for the clout and maybe for the money because you're their pimp. That's what you end up with. The question is not why people like Andrew Tate exist. We know why they take advantage of opportunity. The question is why there were so many people on the right who were taken in and continue to be taken in by people like Andrew Tate, who is a scumbag. Andrew Tate is a grifter. Andrew Tate takes money from ignorant people and he abuses human beings and somehow he is treated with a level of respect. And the only reason I can explain this is a post traditionally moral right, and it turns out that you ditch traditional morality and some pretty terrible downstream effects occur. So if the stereotype on the left is that men are either James Talarico or Graham Platner, the stereotype on the reactionary right, people who are not ensconced in traditional morality, is that manhood is really working out. Shirtless in your made over warehouse in Romania while being surrounded by women who don't give a damn about you and pose in pornography, that that's what masculinity really looks like. And traditional morality was a good thing. You're gonna miss it when it's gone. So according to Heidi Blake, the Tate moved to Romania from the UK in 2015 after three British women accused Tate of rape and strangulation. She writes, court records show that local police sat on at least Two reports indicating that the Tates were coercing Romanian women into sex work. Andrew openly discussed bribing law enforcement officials in war room chats and bragged on social media about his connections. Everyone wants to be friends with the pimp, he wrote in a since deleted tweet. Now again, why is Andrew Tate relevant? Well, he is one of the most watched people on planet Earth, as he will tell you himself. Now, for those who listen to the show who are unaware of Tate's social media presence, it's enormous and it's been enormous for years. And he's been promoted by some of the top people in right wing politics. He is also, as stated, one of the worst people in public life. According to the article, Tate's representatives claims he hadn't really meant what he'd said online about sexually exploiting women. He had simply been playing a character for entertainment. He would have sex with women on webcam for a price. One of the webcam girls, the article calls her Maya Navarro, alleged the tape. Tate raped her multiple times and strangled her. And also another woman multiple times. Another woman, who the article calls Hannah Price, showed UK police a series of messages from Tate discussing the alleged assault. I love raping you, he had written to her. Monsters are monsters. Tate is literally on tape whipping one woman who ended up as a procurer for him, sort of like Ghislaine Maxwell for Jeffrey Epstein. He is whipping her on belt as she lies in the fetal position on tape sobbing. And he says, bitch, look at the camera. This is what happens when you don't effing listen. Tate said that the belt video was made in 2012 when he had begun a relationship with her. That year she turned 15. 15. Tate is preaching to young men who are not being given a dose of traditional masculinity, expectations and duties in the world. And you can see where he got it. Tate got it from his dad, Emery, who is a philanderer, an abuser and a drunk. Tate points out that his dad basically abandoned him. He says, you're a better role model to your son if you barely see him and live life on your terms. Andrew later wrote, a dad is a superhero, not a full time carer. Doesn't sit and become a bitch like the woman wants. Tate says that both he and his brother Tristan have double digit children. He says, I'm the big gorilla. I take the fertile females and I impregnate them. Some of the moms were moved to their own apartments where they kept working on camera. By working on camera, we mean posing nude for other men. The brothers sometimes visited, and Andrew has described meeting out harsh discipline. My kids obey me like effing soldiers, he said. On his orders, his five year old son would sit for hours in silence. Doesn't effing move, doesn't say an effing word, because he's scared for his effing life. Now, how does he make his money? He makes his money by getting losers who have not been given any sort of guidance by their parents or by their communities to pay him money to promote his crap. Tate presided over an online network called the War Room, in which, for a fee of about $8,000 a year, he promised to free the modern man from socially induced incarceration. Members learned how to recruit women into sexual slavery in a series of tutorials Tate called his pimping hose degree. He had used One woman named Yasmina Penkov is a teaching case reporting on her subjugation over the secure messaging app Telegram. He said, I've done this with over 100 girls. I almost sound evil, but I'm not. I'm a shepherd leading the sheep. He had also created a nonsense enterprise called Hustlers University that basically you paid him in order for him to allow you to clip his stuff and attract new subscribers is basically a pyramid scheme. He brought women into webcam modeling, which is to say pornography, and he would sleep with them. In order to get them to do this, he would personally again have sex with women on webcam for a price. Tate has claimed that in his first first month with Proskova, that is the woman who he is on camera hitting with a belt when she was 15, he made more than $100,000. And the brothers bought an Aston Martin at the peak of the webcam business. According to the brothers, they had 75 women working for them, and Andrew said that more than 30 women had his name tattooed on their skin. Each brother had a personal harem. Tate called the women his wives and ordered them to address him as king. Okay, now the question here is not why Andrew Tate did what he did there. There have been horrible men for all of human history. The question is why he is rich and why he is famous and more importantly, why he is so well accepted on parts of the right, the fringy parts of the right. According to the New Yorker, Rick Grenell, who's President Trump's presidential envoy, worked in order to free them so they could travel. Grinnell met at Mar? A Lago with Romanian politician and Victor Ponta, who later told the Times they discussed the Tate's case. Grinnell has denied aiding the Tates or speaking about their case, though he has publicly affirmed, I support the Tate brothers. Based on what? Naturally, Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens have been huge supporters of Andrew Tate. Carlson released a documentary recently called the End of Men about the decline of masculinity. He has spent hours of airtime proclaiming Tate's innocence. The same is true of Candace Owens, who went to Romania to interview him and hugged him and said he was innocent and falsified all the accusations against him. J.D. vance followed the brothers on X. Donald Trump selected one of their lawyers, Paul Ingracia, to serve as the White House liaison to the Department of Justice. And Gracia had previously tweeted that Tate was, quote, the embodiment of the ancient ideal of excellence, which is why he had been targeted by, quote, the satanic elite that attempt to systematically program and oppress all men. And of course, we talked about it at the time. The President's lawyer, Alina Haba, appeared on a podcast with Tate and said she was a big fan and said that he. She had his back. She later walked that back. The question is why? Why? And the answer is, when you get beyond traditional morality, you end up with just the cosplay of morality. You end up with the cosplay of masculinity. You end up with the picture on the left again of Talarico, the Ned Flanders or Starship Troopers, Graham Platner, or you end up with this bizarre, pyramid scheming pornographer, sort of Hugh Hefnerization, but with some MMA overtones. And that's supposed to be masculinity, but it turns out that masculinity is again, about performance of duty in the world. Performance of duty. That is what masculinity always was. And if you don't do those things, you are not masculine. You are something else. But you are not masculine, because righteousness is a masculine quality. It is a thing that you must pursue. And when you rob men of their initiative, when you rob men of their roles and you rob them of their duties, they end up cosplaying manhood. The New York Times has a fascinating piece today talking about why birth rates are declining in the west. And it surveys a couple of new papers and the answer is basically iPhone pornography. That is the real answer. It's social media and iPhone pornography. That is what happened. According to the New York Times, two new papers, one published Monday, the other in May, are the first academic endeavors that test whether the smartphone was a cause. Proving phones caused the decline is a tricky endeavor. There were a number of major events in those years, including the Great Recession. Isolating smartphone use is difficult. One theory that an economist at Middlebury College named Myers said is young people began to socialize more on their phones and less in person. Consequently, they were less likely to have sex and become pregnant. Professor Meyers said iPhones may also have made pornography more accessible, which led young people to substitute it for sex. Or young people may have used them to obtain better information on avoiding pregnancy, including contraception and abortion. The answer is the former. Young people are having far less sex these days, and the reason is the availability of pornography that is on their phone at all times. The average age of first use of pornography in the United States for boys, and it is boys is barely pubescent. It is. It is extraordinarily young. And so what we have done is we have emptied out social standards, we have emptied out responsibilities, and we have given access to hacking your dopamine centers to kids and a society. We pretended all of that was fine. Now, some of us have been warning for literally decades that when you abandon traditional standards of morality and you do the live and let live, what does it matter if kids watch pornography? What does it matter if we obliterate the traditional masculine duties? What if? What does it matter? Some of us have been saying for literally decades that this would destroy the society. So in 2005, I was 21 years old, I brought out a book called Porn Generation How Social Liberalism is Corrupting Our future. And it was widely mocked at the time and derided because I was promoting traditional societal moral standards, including things like virginity until marriage. Because the idea was don't watch pornography, don't be taken in by a bunch of elite cultural standards that degrade the essence of what it means to be a productive human being and instead live a traditionally bound life and you will be happier and society will be better. And this was mocked at the time, widely derided. Why was I even saying Cato instituted a whole thing? Why am I even saying that pornography would be bad? It might be good, actually, it might. What would be the problem? Here's what I was writing at 21 quote. As societal standards and traditional values have declined, the crassest elements of sexual deviancy and pornography have taken over the public square. It is the youngest generations who have paid the price. Never in our country's history has a generation been so empowered, so wealthy, so privileged, and yet so empty. The old faith in traditional morality was too bourgeois, archaic, sexist and closed minded for this brave new world. Our new God is tolerance of all behavior. Our new credo, live and let live. But the live and let live societal model is a recipe for societal disaster. The myopic question posed by advocates of the new tolerant morality is how does this immoral behavior hurt you? But the overwhelming truth is that these are not individual acts, but inherently social acts with social consequences. If millions of people accept the deviance as normal that reshapes society in vastly destructive ways. Moral self destruction may seem to have no consequences for an individual, but the destruction of societal standards has always had consequences. Again, this is me writing at 21 quote. If you build the world to your own specifications and everyone else does as well, social contact becomes nearly impossible. Love. The attempt to reach out to another person, to bring that person into your world, requires a faith to which the jaded can never aspire. It is becoming rarer and rarer to find true romantics again. All of this was foreseeable, you know. All this was foreseen thousands of years ago. If you read the warnings of the Bible about what happens if you vitiate traditional moral standards. It ain't grape, it ain't great. And so what have we been left with in the sphere of men? Why do we have a crisis of masculinity and by the way, a crisis of femininity? Because masculinity and femininity are in fact gender roles. And gender roles are good. They are a good thing. Men have duties in the world, and women also have duties in the world. It is good for a woman to get married. It is good for a woman to bear children. It is good for a woman to raise her children. It is good for a woman to nurture and care for people. It is good for a woman to build social fabric. Again, none of that says a woman can't get a job. She can do that. That's great. Again, my wife's a doctor with going on five children, and we've been married for almost 20 years. That is a good thing. Those are good things. Those are happy things. They make for a better society. And the symptoms of an unhappy society are written all over our politics and our culture. When you have a reactionary right embracing disgusting, disgusting evil of Andrew Tate and his imitators and his publicizers and the people who defend him. And when you have a left that similarly believes that's what men are and then tries to channel that toward candidates, again, one of the things that you will notice is the number of these people who, number one, are unhappy. The answer is extraordinarily high. And number two, the number of these figures are leading traditional lives. And the answer is virtually none. Virtually none. And there's a reason for that. Because again, when the society declares war on men, it is not just that they are declaring war on the traditional sort of trappings of masculinity. And you can't fix that war by putting the. The trappings back. When you. When you obliterate the duties, when you obliterate what it means to be a man or what it means to be a woman, that is very, very difficult to rebuild. And the only way to rebuild that is ground up. The only way to rebuild that is by re inculcating the idea that virtue matters and that duty matters and that roles matter. You want to raise your kids, right? Raise them with the idea they have duties in the world and things to do. And yes, those things are, in fact, connected to their gender because boys and girls are different. That is how you have happy boys and happy girls and happy men and happy women going forward. Okay. My son was very happy. I've been talking about him all week long, about who he's rooting for. Of course, he's a Wemby fan, and he goes to school with a bunch of Knicks fans. That's really my stake in this thing is that my son is happier when the. When the Knicks lose in this particular series. But apparently the Knicks fans were unhappy, and so they decided to riot in New York City, which, you know, again, do I find this particularly not. Not so much. Here they had themselves an evening. Here's what it looked like. Oh, things are going well. Apparently spurs fans were being. Were being attacked, taunting the cops. That's what, that's what Knicks fans do. This is why they have to lose. I'm sorry. It's not our fault. You guys brought this on yourselves. Your fan base is the one attacking cops. That would be you guys. Now, listen, I'll admit I have some sympathy for the Knicks players because it's not their fault. It's not Jalen Brunson's fault. The Knicks fans are jackasses. They're attacking trees now. What did that tree ever do to them? I don't understand. Why are they upset with the tree? Knicks fans also, you know, the site of Spike Lee next to Timothy Chalamet, next to. I still think the Knicks are and should be favored in this, the Knicks are playing some good ball. The ball movement is tremendous. Cat played pretty badly last night and the calls did not go the Knicks way. But this series gets very, very fun if the, if the spurs win the next game, the series gets super fun. And game four will be a rock fight anyway, away from basketball and to other absurdity. California voting, a complete absurdity, as we discussed yesterday on the program. And I'm not claiming that the votes that are being tabulated are fraudulent. I am saying that ballot harvesting in California is a disaster area. And the fact that you have people who literally go house to house to every Democratic registered voter or go to homeless shelters and pick up votes from there is a problem. Here's Speaker Mike Johnson saying substantially the same thing. They are counting votes weeks after the election. We have entire nations with huge populations like India that can count their votes in 24 to 40. Are you saying it's rigged like the President? I'm not saying it's rigged. I'm saying it stinks to high heaven. And everybody knows that. Well, I mean, it is definitely a thing that has all of my California friends very, very upset. Bill Asali, who is a district attorney for the Central District of California, he is asking for witnesses or information on voter fraud in California. Again, you're not gonna. It's gonna be very difficult to find voter fraud. The problem is the procedure. It's legal. It's not voter fraud. It's just legal. It's legalized ballot harvesting that provides the opportunity to find people who are not with it or who normally wouldn't vote or who don't care. And you go to them and there's no limit. Because in California, it's the most populous state, we all know that, and they actually have signature verification.
