month plan required $15 per month equivalent taxes and fees Extra initial plan term only greater than 50gb. Me slow when network is busy. See Terms Yesterday ex comedian Jon Stewart looked into the camera and told you not to worry about the Democratic Socialists of America. He said they're just a bunch of enthusiastic kids who are just, you know, gung ho about affordability. Sure, those cute little squirts get a little over agitated. They start jabbering about communist revolution from time to time. But they're really just naive, smart, energetic youngins who are concerned about affordability. He is lying to you. The Democratic Socialists of America are winning because they are promoting actual evil, not in spite of it. Because of it. The support for 9 11, the hatred of free markets, the love of China and the Palestinians. This is who they are. That is their pitch. The affordability stuff, that's just cover so that useful idiots like Jon Stewart can pretend that they are not revolutionaries determined to tear down America and the West. The evil is the actual product. It's the whole thing. The new Democratic Party is being built around it. It is the jet fuel. It is the nuclear reactor of the left wing machine. And it's being driven by a very hardcore of very specific people. Americans with lots of education and no money, overeducated brokies. People who believe that they are owed everything and have earned nothing. We'll get into all the details, plus what Republicans can do about it. The Trump administration pushing Saudi nuclearization and the latest in Iran. This is the Ben Shapiro Show Foreign. Stewart. You remember him. He's that 63 year old ex comedian who still masquerades. A cool hip 40 year old who makes funny faces at the camera. Well, anyway, Jon Stewart did a rather fascinating interview insisting that the Democratic Socialists of America aren't actually the evil communists they pretend to be. No, says Jon Stewart, these are just good hearted people who don't actually mean what they say. They're not popular because they're evil. They're popular because they Just have so much energy around affordability.
Political Commentator 1
We're in that same bull place now where all these new ideas, suddenly the Democrats are these democratic socialists, they're crazy. And you're like, well, but that generally their crazy ideas aren't where the energy is. The energy isn't around like we shouldn't have prisons or borders. The energy is around a belief that their economic populism. And when you call it socialism, I think it's a misnomer. Like in the same way that if you call Social Security socialism, that's kind of a misnomer.
Ben Shapiro
Okay, wrong. As we'll explain in a moment. Just totally wrong. Now, Stewart isn't the only liberal who's been doing this sort of pretzel routine, pretzeling himself into weird contortions in order to avoid the reality, which is that the Democratic socialists of America are actually evil communists who are using the affordability schmear in order to hide their actual agenda. Barack Obama did this with Stephen Colbert, you'll recall, just a few weeks ago,
Political Commentator 2
you look at somebody like Mondavi who I think is an extraordinary talent. He wants people to be able to afford housing in New York. Well, you know, I would assume liberals in New York want the same thing. And so I don't worry as much about some of these issues within the Democratic Party. What I'm more interested in for Democrats is do you know how to just talk to regular people? Like we're not in a college seminar. Right. You know, can you talk plain English to folks about.
Ben Shapiro
I think that's one of the powers that Mamdani has.
Political Commentator 2
That's correct.
Ben Shapiro
Is that he also. Not only does he talk like a normal person, but he lives a normal life. But he also, he names what is obviously wrong.
Political Commentator 2
Yes.
Ben Shapiro
And he goes, we should change that thing.
Political Commentator 2
That doesn't make any sense and not have a bunch of gobbledygook around it.
Ben Shapiro
Okay, understand the traditional Democrats, they must say this. They must say this. They have to. Because if they don't say this, they're endorsing the evil of the people they're actually endorsing.
Interviewer/Guest
Right.
Ben Shapiro
Zorma Dani doesn't talk like a regular person. He talks like a dude who just emerged from a Bowdoin seminar on the Middle east, which is what he is. Zormadani is not a man of the people. He is a. An over educated broki who ended up as mayor of New York after a totally unsuccessful rapping career. But the traditional libs, they have to pretend this is all some sort of big joke. A giant radical cosplay. The real Zoram Dani isn't radical. He's just overenthusiastic. Hasan Piker isn't an anti American piece of trash. He's just overzealous. Because if the traditional Democrats admit the opposite, that the Democratic socialists of America are actually evil and now they're just passengers on that bus, that they are now fellow travelers with the evil, that gets really awkward. Remember, Jon Stewart has a lot of things I despise Jon Stewart as a personality. I think Jon Stewart has has more to do with the devolution of political talk in America than nearly any figure in American history. I truly believe that Jon Stewart's reduction of political thought in America to funny faces and clips as opposed to, you know, explication of actual issues is one of the things that broke American political commentary. But you can't say that Jon Stewart sort of hates America in the same way that Cesar Mandani does. Remember, it was Jon Stewart who has spent an enormous amount of his career talking about 911 first responders and trying to get additional benefits for them.
Political Commentator 1
And I am awfully tired of hearing that. It's a 911 New York issue. Al Qaeda didn't shout death to Tribeca. They attacked America. And these men and women and their response to it is what brought our country back. It's what gave a reeling nation a solid foundation to stand back upon, to remind us of why this country is great, of why this country is worth fighting for. And you are ignoring them.
Ben Shapiro
Okay, so again, this was a big cause for Stewart. And I didn't like even how he approached this cause in terms of federalism. But that was a cause of his. So how exactly does he make common cause with people like, for example, Zaramdani or Hassan Piker, A man who says that America deserved 9 11. This was Hasan Piker in August 2019. So insane.
Hasan Piker
America deserved 9 11.
Ben Shapiro
Dude, I'm saying it. OK? And this is the same guy who again, hasn't changed his opinions on On Monday, he literally hung a picture of 9 11, a newspaper from 9 12, 2001 in his studio and bragged about it. Not because it commemorated the tragedy of 9 11. Again, he says America deserved it. He's sitting there with Cuban and Chinese flags in the background. Here he is explaining on Monday.
Hasan Piker
Also, you might have noticed something, some changes behind me. I finally framed the Cutie Cinderella newspaper from 9 11, the morning of 9 12.
Ben Shapiro
The newspaper right there,
Hasan Piker
the newspaper that covered 9 11. It's now officially sitting behind me. And I moved the North Korean poster up in place of the fan art.
Ben Shapiro
So again, how do traditional Democrats deal with this? With the fact that they have a coalition that is now being led by people who truly despise America? How does Jon Stewart, who stood up for American first responders on 9 11, deal with the fact that Hasan Piker is now a leader of his movement, A man who says America deserved 911 and has an actual newspaper from 912 sitting behind him? So the only way for Jon Stewart and people like him to live with the obvious conflicts with the cognitive dissonance is to pretend that Hasan Piker is cosplaying. He doesn't mean it. And Zaramzani doesn't mean any of this, but they all do. Because here's the thing. These are not blue collar people who are upset about their economic circumstances and just turning to economic populism. That is a lie. That is not what they are. In fact, the proletariat in the United States have never been the seedbed of socialist revolution ever, ever, ever. By the way. They've never been the seedbed of revolution literally anywhere. The people who always lead the socialist revolution are radicals, overeducated radicals, people who generally spring from the upper middle class. And in America, there are people who are overeducated in hatred for America. So I have stats to prove this. Coming up, we're going to get into some stats about the DSA that kind of tell you who they are and what they do. But the stats don't tell you everything. See, when you're a parent, you stop thinking in terms of odds and stats. You start thinking in terms of absolute responsibility. Most days are going to be fine, but your job as a parent is to make sure that nothing happens on any day. And it's one of the reasons we are excited to partner with SimpliSafe. Get 50% off your new system at SimpliSafe.com Shapiro so Nate Silver at 5:38 recently did a study of some stats from the Cooperative Election Study. This study surveyed some 400,000 voters from 2015 to 2016 through 2025 and I want to go through them because they're really interesting. So here is one chart. It shows how income and education affect presidential voting the group of people who are by far the most likely to vote Democrat from 2016 to 2024 are people who were highly educated. Brokies. If you were making 30 to 60 thousand dollars a year and you're a post grad in terms of your education 70% Rate of voting for the Democratic presidential candidate. The group of people who are the least likely to vote Democrat or people with a high school degree or less who made a lot of money. Which again makes perfect sense. The people who are the most educated, who believe that they are owed the most by the system but earn the least, vote Democrat the most. The people who didn't go to college who believe that they are owed nothing and then do really well. Those people vote Republican, Nate Silver points out. Based on this grid, what is the most Democratic voting group in America? It's voters with postgraduate degrees, but lower to middle household incomes of 30 to 60 grand per year. This is also very much the sweet spot for the DSA. In the group's most recent member survey in 2021, 80% of members age 25 or older had bachelor's degrees, but 45% had household incomes below 60 grand per year. By contrast, who are the most Republican voters in the country is not necessarily voters with a lot of economic anxiety. Rather, it's the precise opposite corner from the DSA high earners who didn't attend college. Derek Thompson of the Atlantic pointed out on X According to the DSA's own surveys, the share of members who are millennials rose from 7% in 2013 to 60% in 2021. If you include old Gen Z and young Gen x, I'll bet 80% of the DSA is between 18 and 45. DSA is extremely millennial. Ish. Many things happening here, but one thing is that the Great Recession made self described socialists out of A lot of millennials. So who are you talking about here? The high education, low income people. That's the group. The high education, low income people are the people leading the revolution. Another chart from Silver talks about relative levels of liberalism. 21% of people who are post grad and make between 30 and 60 grand a year identify as very, very liberal. You know who doesn't identify as very liberal along any spectrum? People with a high school degree or less. It doesn't matter how poor they are, by the way. It does not matter how poor they are. You can be poor and not college educated and you still do not identify as very liberal. The revolution is always led by over educated brokies. This has always been true. Always. It was true of Hitler, it was true of Lenin, it was true of Mao. It is true of all the revolutionaries. The philosopher Eric Hoffer broke down potential revolutionaries into a few groups. I talk about this in my book Lions and Scavengers. First, the vengeful people who believe they were unfairly deprived of success and who have a lot of free time. If you're a working poor person, you do not have time for the revolution. You have to be a person who has a lot of free time and you believe that you are deprived of success. Think care of, like Bernie Sanders. People who are alienated. This is people like Zormandani. People who are members of a partially assimilated group feel that they're stuck between two worlds. There's a historian named Mary Matassian who explains that intellectuals in colonialized countries are usually a particularly good breeding ground for dissatisfied revolutionaries. She says, quote, the intellectual may resent the west, but since he is already at least partly Westernized, to reject the west completely would be to deny part of himself. He feels that something must be done and done fast. The assaulted intellectual works hard to make invidious comparisons between his own nation and the West. Think here again of people like Zaran Mamdani or Ilhan Omar. Then there are the unappreciated. These are the pseudo intellectual, the artistically unsuccessful, the people who believe their talents are unappreciated by their supposed inferiors. And these are the people who got a postgrad degree in lesbian dance theory at the university and thought they were going to make $300,000 a year by lecturing people on culture and now make $30,000 a year. And finally there are the board. These are people who actually are not part of the struggle. They don't have families, they're just engaged from the larger community. And they have a lot of time on their hands. These would be like university students who joined the revolution. Now, understand this coalition of scavengers, these people, the high education, low income group, these people are not upset because people cannot afford things. That's a lever for power. It always is a lever for power. Always. If the economy is bad and Democrats are in charge, Republicans run on affordability. And if the economy is bad and Republicans are in charge, Democrats run on affordability. Donald Trump ran on affordability in 2024, and Democrats ran on affordability in 2020. What's going on right now is that the people who have years of education and useless idiocy have turned their seething resentment into a movement. They have decided that they have been deprived by society. And now that resentment means that 911 was not bad and that Mabie was good. Now listen, for some of these people, maybe it's not totally their fault. It is true that we have been sold in the United States a really, really big lie for generations that the best way to get ahead, or maybe the only way to get ahead is to go to college. That's a category error. The best way to get ahead is to cultivate a skill set and then make intelligent decisions about the life in front of you. But we've been told that college is kind of the shortcut. So I mean, like literally down to board games that you play when you're a kid. So I play the game of life with my kids. And in the game of life, there are two paths. One is the college path and one is the not college path. The not college path is shorter. You get to the end of the game faster. But at the same time, the college path gives you access to a bunch of jobs you wouldn't have had if you went the high school path. And so you choose the college path. So everyone was told go to college since basically World War II. And universities who suddenly had a gigantic influx of people coming into college, many of them unqualified to be in college, decided to provide an unending supply of useless degrees. So our university system, which used to produce good employees and innovators, now just produces what you would think. It churns out degrees because that's what people want. They want the degree because they think the degree means money, but it doesn't mean money very often. It just means debt. So now you are churning out dispossessed college graduates convinced not that their college screwed them out of hundreds of thousands of dollars, but that the system, capitalism screwed them, that America, large scale, screwed them as Nate Silver says, I'm reminded here of Peter Turchin's elite overproduction hypothesis. It basically argues that America is producing too many college graduates relative to the number of high prestige, well paying jobs available to them. People who wind up in this situation often carry heavy student loan burdens or other sorts of debt. Even if their material situation is objectively just fine, it's rarely great. They're gloomy about their own financial prospects and they feel aggrieved about the state of the country. Their class status is ambiguous, privileged in some senses, but they're part of the have nots in other meaningful ways. And this is right. This is right over educated people who live unhappy lives. And they manifest this as, as a sort of revolutionary cosplay. There's some fascinating clips that come out from Caleb Hammer's show. Caleb Hammer is a sort of financial advisor online. His show is really entertaining. Here he was taking on a self described socialist who calls herself Doomsday, who cut off her parents because they quote unquote, chose fascism.
Doomsday (Socialist Guest)
A weird fake name chosen for me. But your parents named you that?
Doomsday's Chosen Family Member
My chosen family did.
Ryan Reynolds
It's cool.
Doomsday (Socialist Guest)
How did you choose to be a family?
Doomsday's Chosen Family Member
Well, in the queer community. Yeah. You don't always get to maintain your most close relatives, your blood relatives. So, like you, did they dismiss you? No. No.
Doomsday (Socialist Guest)
Sounds like you maintain them.
Doomsday's Chosen Family Member
I do not speak with my parents.
Doomsday (Socialist Guest)
You chose. They did not choose.
Doomsday's Chosen Family Member
Their decisions have made our relationship what it is today.
Doomsday (Socialist Guest)
What did they choose?
Doomsday's Chosen Family Member
They chose extremism over their child.
Doomsday (Socialist Guest)
Okay, says the blue hair. Got it. Okay. Which usually qualifies towards more extreme people. Usually. What's their extremism?
Doomsday's Chosen Family Member
Their extremes are just not very minority inclusive. Despite what they might say, their actions say otherwise.
Doomsday (Socialist Guest)
What's their actions that are so extreme they kill minorities?
Doomsday's Chosen Family Member
They're not helping them.
Doomsday (Socialist Guest)
Not helping's extreme. Wait, what's. What's helping?
Doomsday's Chosen Family Member
We've had extended conversations about what politics looks like in the world. And when they discuss it, the things that they say or choose not to say are pretty detrimental.
Ben Shapiro
Okay, so again, this is the type that college is churning out. This lady, by the way, did go to college, but then dropped out. She was in college for a couple of years. Did not finish her degree, apparently. And she had invested in a joint business that yielded no returns. She's had legal trouble. This is the seed bed for the revolution. Right? This is what it is. All right, coming up. So how is the DSA selecting their candidates? I mean, again, they're selecting their candidates. Among the biggest losers In America, that is not really even an exaggeration. We'll get to that in just a moment. First, when I talk about deals on this show, I'm usually not a person who's like you need to buy right now. This deal is unbeatable. This because it's easy to exaggerate that sort of stuff. But I'm just going to tell you Peer Talk right now is running an actual unbeatable deal. Like it's an actually amazing deal. That's PureTalk.com shapiro go check them out. You're not going to find a better deal anytime soon. Puretalk.com Shapiro so what does this mean for Democratic candidates? Well, one indicator that the revolutionaries are in charge is is that you have to prove that you are a good destroyer of the system, that you are one of the governing class. To be a member of the new Democratic governing class you have to be over educated and you have to be a brokey. It is the only way to prove that you have skin in the game against the system. This is a problem for some of the Democratic candidates right now. If you're aspiring for office then you need to be highly educated, poor and preferably have some sort of third world background. That is the thing you're looking for to be part of the revolution. So for example, it's fascinating. Look at Abdul El Sayed. Abdul El Sayed fills some of these categories, right? His family came to the United States from a third world country. He hates America so he's got some of this down. He is over educated but. But despite the fact that he is jihadi friendly again, that's a benefit. He does have nice watches. That's the thing that's hurting him right now is the nice watch among Democratic voters. The big problem for him is he might be too rich. Bernie Sanders's biggest flaw for these people is that he has a lake house. Not that he is a communist jackass who's been a complete leech for like, that's the draw. The draw is the communist jackass who's been a leech. Being not wealthy is the pitch, by the way. It's not even being blue collar. It's not even blue collar solidarity. Abdul Al Syed is not somebody who's laying brick. Bernie Sanders is not a pipe fitter.
Zoran Mamdani
Right.
Ben Shapiro
It's not about being blue collar. It's about being left behind by the system, especially for people who grew up rich and privileged. So if you grew up rich or privileged like Zoran Mamdani, or middle class, top rock, middle class, like a AOC and then claim that you were dispossessed, this is skin in the game. This, by the way, is why Ro Khanna is an awkward fit. He's way too rich. JB Pritzker, awkward fit, way too rich. It's why Gavin Newsom is trying to cosplay. As a kid who grew up in poverty rather than rich, it's always been sort of a weird political oddity. And none of our candidates used to do this. If you go back to the 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, even 70s, it wasn't a thing. The candidates would go around talking about how they grew up poor and are still poor. But now that's a thing. So Zoramdani is a. Is a great example of this class. Right. Zormandani's educational background is elite. He was totally useless his entire life. He is currently not rich. And he's supposedly a third world victim of America, despite the fact that his family are some of the greatest beneficiaries of America ever. So he's got all the elements you'd want from a revolutionary. The thing driving the dsa, the thing that Stewart and Obama refused to acknowledge because if they acknowledge it, they have to recognize that they are in the passenger seat on the revolutionary, in the revolutionary car that is headed for the cliff. The thing that drives the DSA is absolute utter hatred of America combined with a belief that success itself is evidence of evil. This is why Zormandani spends an enormous amount of time talking about the Middle East. It's why he spends an enormous amount of effort targeting, say, Ken Griffin. It's why he Spends an enormous amount of time targeting specific landlords with Dark Knight Rises type administrative courts. He's not focused on affordability. What does Benjamin Netanyahu have to do with affordability? Affordability is not the thing. Tearing down the system is the thing. To Zorn Mandani's supporters, to his voters, the energy is not about him saying affordability. Elise Slotkin over in Michigan talks about affordability. Have you heard of her? The answer is no. In fact, most Democrats have talked routinely my entire life about two Americas. John Edwards used to do this. That's nothing new. The thing that is new is the hatred of the system. It is the equation of success with evil. And it is the identification with foreign Third Worldist ideologies that despise the West. Which is why again yesterday, Zormadani. So he, he had. It's all a cosplay for Zoran Mamdani when it comes to actual exercise of power. Zormadani never had the authority as mayor of New York to arrest Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel traveling to the un. He never had the authority to do this, never had the legal authority. Mamdani kept saying it. So yesterday he had to come out and say that he doesn't have the legal authority. But he did get to say mean things about Netanyahu, which is the thing you want from the New York mayor commenting on Middle Eastern policy.
Zoran Mamdani
As I've said, I agree with the ICC that Benjamin Netanyahu should be arrested and tried for his crimes as I do for anyone else charged by the icc. My administration has reviewed every avenue available under applicable law to determine whether New York City could execute the International Criminal Court's arrest warrant if Benjamin Netanyahu came here. It is clear that we do not have the independent legal authority to enforce this warrant. The federal government, however, does. And I call on them to join the ICC and execute this warrant. And I want to be equal.
Ben Shapiro
He's calling on things.
Zoran Mamdani
Benjamin Netanyahu is not welcome in New York City, nor is any other war criminal at large.
Ben Shapiro
Well, I mean, I noticed that you are not threatening to arrest any of the other people who are actually undercharged by the icc. There's only one. Okay, here's the thing. Mamdani's political theater around Netanyahu is about the love of loserdom. That is what it is. The reason that the DSA and the far left have decided to use the Palestinians as a moral litmus test is because if you can take the most self created losing group on planet Earth, the Palestinians, who have now turned down a wide variety of peace offers over the course of literally decades, voted consistently for terrorists, openly rooted the genocide of the Jews, openly support violence against civilians, and are thus unsuccessful. Okay, that's the actual story there. And if you somehow turn them into victims, if you, if you somehow invert this, that's putting true ideological skin in the game, man. If you can somehow turn Israel defending itself against genocidal Hamas terrorists into the bad guys, if you can somehow say that Israel was pursuing a genocide while going house to house in Gaza, minimizing civilian casualties, and meanwhile Palestinian civilians who were very involved in 107 are suddenly the innocent victims of all this. And not the innocent victims of Hamas using them as actual human shields, but the innocent victims of Israel. You're inverting reality in revolutionary ways. And that's the pitch. That's the actual pitch. Not affordability. Not affordability. Jon Stewart is lying to you. Barack Obama is lying to you. They are not receiving enthusiasm because they say affordability over and over and over. Okay, but here's the thing. The DSA has a problem. If the DSA is chiefly over educated, largely white people who don't earn a lot of money, if that is sort of the core group, there are just not that many over educated, poor people in America, There just aren't. That is not a great seed bed. So that means that the DSA has a racial problem. The DSA has a real class problem. It turns out that a lot of people who say, went to high school and do not like socialism, those people aren't going to be fond of the dsa. So now the DSA is swiveling directly into old style racial pandering. So Abdul El Sayed, who is really suffering in his primary against Haley Stevens in Michigan because black voters don't like him, he's putting out tweets like, quote, black women have to work an extra seven months to earn what white men earn in a year. Equal work deserves equal pay. As I'm just going to point out that that is not true. The only way that you can make that statistic plausibly true is if you just take in aggregate black female wages and white male wages, but that you have to ignore number of hours worked, you'd have to ignore type of job, you'd have to ignore education level, you'd have to ignore time in the workforce, you'd have to ignore all the other confounding factors in order to get to that dumb statistic. But the reason El Sayed is doing that is because El Sayed is really, really lagging among black voters. She is losing black voters 67 to 21. And there's a problem for the DSA. James Talarico is experiencing something very similar. His radical brand of liberalism is not appealing to black people. So Talarico is trying to cosplay now as like a traditional Texan. You know, he's the kind of guy who rides a horse. He likes trucks. I have not seen anything so unconvincing since Michael Dukakis wrote A Tank.
Hasan Piker
Across Texas, people are waking up before the sun, working hard, stretching every dollar. I was born to one of those people. A single mom, guided by faith, who did whatever it took to provide for me as a teacher. I saw families doing everything right and still falling behind in the state House. I brought both parties together to lower drug costs and cut property taxes. I'm James Talarico, and I approve this message because I'll take on corruption and make this economy work for working people again.
Ben Shapiro
Okay, there. There's only one problem with all this. No one believes this. And black voters, by the way, not in love with James Talarico. Which is why, presumably, a black lady was screaming at Talarico at a town hall that black people don't trust him. I mean, I wonder why.
Interviewer/Guest
Stay here.
Ben Shapiro
You answer our questions or you suffer the consequences.
Hasan Piker
I'm happy. I'm happy to engaged. We'll come to here in just a second. I appreciate you being here and I appreciate you traveling in.
Ben Shapiro
And I appreciate you for my people, not for you.
Pete Hegseth
Wonderful.
Hasan Piker
That's wonderful. I think that's wonderful. And
Doomsday (Socialist Guest)
it's all right.
Mike Johnson
It's all right.
Doomsday's Chosen Family Member
It's all right.
Doomsday (Socialist Guest)
This is.
Hasan Piker
This is what this conversation's supposed to be about.
Ben Shapiro
So what does Talarico have to do? Talarico then has to start with the pandering, The Kamala Harris type pandering. Here we go with James Talarico talking about how the police are bad.
Hasan Piker
Law enforcement is here to serve us. It is here to protect us. And too often we see law enforcement weaponized against black and brown communities in this state. We have a deeply broken justice system. We have a deeply broken approach to policing.
Ben Shapiro
So again, the dsa, the far left of the Democratic Party, has a problem. They have a problem. It is a very, very real problem. And that problem is not going away anytime soon. Now, again, doesn't mean that black voters are going to start turning toward the Republicans. It does mean that in a contest between non DSA candidates and DSA candidates and say, presidential primaries, it's going to be a problem. Jasmine Crockett, by the way, wildly overperformed in her Texas Senate primary against James Talarico. Here's Jasmine Crockett doing her thing at a. At a House committee hearing on the Smithsonian and its racial bias. Here she was suggesting that this was actually a Republican White Pride rally.

Welcome to the Republicans White Pride rally disguised as a congressional hearing. Yeah, yeah. Okay. But bottom line is this. The dsa, again, represents a core that is now driving the Democratic Party. It's not going to be particularly popular, but if they can smear enough affordability over everything, then they think they can get away with it. And Republicans are trying to figure out exactly how to counter that. So the number one thing that Republicans are doing is they are taking this argument at face value, which I think is a mistake. They're. They're apparently of the belief that in order to counter the dsa, they have to focus specifically and solely on affordability. That's. That's not really true. That's not really true. Yes, of course people are worried about how much things cost. That is always true. Forever and always. It always will be. But if you think that affordability is the thing that is driving Republicans down right now. No. What is going to allow Republicans to come back is not really discussions of affordability. It is making sure that people understand the evil of the opposition. So Speaker Mike Johnson yesterday, he was talking about the war in Iran, and he says that we need to wrap up the war in Iran. By the way, I agree that we need to wrap up the war in Iran. We need to wrap it up in a good way by defeating and destroying the Iranian capacity over the Strait of Hormuz and ending their nuclear program. That's what we need to do. And we should have done that fast. We should have done it hard. We should not be doing this kind of graduated, graduated escalation routine. As I talked about yesterday on the show, it's a dumb move, okay? But Speaker Johnson wants this to wrap up because he would like for gas prices to go down before the midterms.
Mike Johnson
Look, I think it's important for all of our international partners, is my personal view, to have a role in this. I mean, we've got all of our allied nations through NATO, we've got the Arab countries over there, the Gulf states that are in closest proximity to Iran. Iran is now fired on all of its neighbors, and they're turning everybody in the world into an enemy. And I think this is an important moment of history for all of the world community to decide how they want to handle this. It shouldn't just be America's obligation. My view is that everybody needs to play a role. So we'll see how that develops. I think we have to allow the space to do that. And I know that this administration is working around the clock to resolve that in a way so they don't suffer any more troop losses. This is a great tragedy. It shouldn't happen. But it is a very important, important, very important objective that I believe we've achieved to ensure that the largest sponsor of state of terrorism does not have a nuclear weapon. That would be a disaster for everybody. And everybody around the world understands that. Now we got to wrap it up.
Ben Shapiro
Okay, so we got to wrap it up is the thing people are glomming onto. Now, again, I agree we need to wrap it up. And I'll talk in a little bit about how we ought to go about wrapping it up. But I think that Republicans should be pretty clear about something. And when it comes to the generic congressional vote, Republicans have had a problem since Liberation Day. You want to talk about affordability, it really started with Liberation Day in the tariffs. Since literally that day, Republicans have been trailing in the real clear politics generic congressional average every day since Liberation Day, every single day. And the margin of Republican defeat here, of potential Republican defeat, has been essentially the same since January. So nothing has actually changed due to the Iran war. And now would changing the affordability concerns change that math somewhat? Probably. But if you wish to defeat the DSA long term, if you wish to defeat the DSA long term, then you need to do something else, and that is not just make things slightly more affordable. You need to actively make the case as to why the DSA is wrong. You have to make the case, in other words, for free market capitalism, this is what the Republican Party has to do going forward. So when people say affordability, let's talk about affordability for a second in a real way. When people say affordability, as I've said before, they just mean things cost too much for me. I'm not making enough money. I've yet to meet anyone on planet Earth who believes that things don't cost too much money and they're making enough money. That's true for pretty much everybody. Obviously, it's more true objectively for some than for others. However, when it comes to affordability, the problem for Republicans, and this is what I see for Republicans going forward, is they keep trying to outbid Democrats on government interventionism and in the economy that the DSA will say affordability and then propose nationalization, and the right will say, no, no, no, our response is just partial nationalization. Okay, let's be clear. When it comes to affordability, there are basically four issues that affordability means. There are four issues affordability means, and Republicans need to take on them all. This is where the, the momentum for the Democrats is coming from on the affordability issue. One, uncertainty. Americans feel genuinely uncertain about the economy, and a large chunk of that is about AI. That uncertainty tends to lead to a form of economic revanchism, kind of a general societal call to halt economic progress and innovation, and instead aims to kind of stop things dead where they are and then redistribute. So if the gop, if Republicans, if free market conservatives, wish to overcome that uncertainty, we have to argue, number one, that of course, all economics is uncertain, but AI is a transitional moment, will radically drive down costs on the other end, that you will, in fact, either retain your job or your job will become easier or you will get a new job pretty quickly. Americans are worried about this across the board. By the way, the polls show that 47% of Republicans are concerned about someone in their household losing a job to AI. 61% of Democrats are. 70% of Americans believe AI is going to decrease job opportunities overall. And then when you tie that to the apocalyptic rhetoric of AI founders and creators who are simultaneously saying that AI is going to destroy the world, and also we need to pour more money into AI. Americans feel under threat. Republicans need to explain AI. They do. Second, confusion. You have uncertainty, and then you have confusion. Americans do not understand how wealth creation and free markets work. And conservatives have spent almost zero time for the past several decades explaining this sort of stuff. They have treated the markets as though the markets are sort of mean and nasty and cold. This goes all the way back to George W. Bush's compassionate conservatism. We don't need Medicare for all. We need Econ 101 for all. You know, you have to make an affirmative case if you're going to be like President Trump and cite the stock market. You have to explain to people why the stock market matters to them. What does Wall street actually do for America? The answer, by the way, is that Wall street invests in every single major business that makes your life better. Wall street provides the pool of liquidity that probably keeps you employed and keeps your 401k moving up. Wall street is the pool of capital that allows for growth and allows us to weed out the companies that are underperforming. Now the supposed illegitimacy of malefactors of great wealth, which is what FDR called it. This has been a populist hobby horse for generations. And while finance and tech continue to grow by leaps and bounds, it's likely to get worse unless people explain how econ works. Okay, third, corruption. A lot of Americans believe that the system is corrupt. They are put off by blatant corruption. And we actually have to make the case that corruption is bad on the right. Yes, all corruption. Left and right. It's all bad. Because here's what the left does. They say the corruption is happening because of capitalism. But capitalism is not in favor of corruption. Capitalism is about an equally applicable set of private property rules that anyone can play by. If you are getting a special benefit from the government, that is not capitalism. That is cronyism. That is corporatism, in some cases economic fascism. If the government is taking stakes in various businesses, that is not capitalism. That is a form of government interventionism. Mercantilist trade policy where you carve out your friends or corporate stakeholding in private companies or your friends, or cronyistic corruption where friends and family members get the nice sack of cash. That sort of stuff undermines free markets. And it leads the public to conflate those perversion of the free markets with the free markets themselves. This is what happened, by the way, in 2007, 2008, you like the Obama era. The reason that happened is because in the late 1990s, there was a rewrite of government rules with regard to mortgages. And the government started subsidizing subprime mortgages at exorbitant rates. And a bunch of companies took the cash and started subsidizing those subprime mortgages. And when it all went hell in a handbasket, it wasn't the government that got blamed, it was private industry that got blamed. And you ended up with tremendous government regulation under Obama ism. Corruption needs to be fought by people who care about free markets. And finally, of course, envy. So envy might be the only area where actual affordability matters. Like the prices of things matter. Uncertainty will never go away. Confusion is an endemic problem. Corruption will only go away when there's less government involvement in the economy. Envy, that's. That's a normal human thing. Everyone has some level of envy, you know, wanting what your neighbor has. And the rise of social media is creating an unending source of jealousy, right? Because you see somebody who has no job vacationing in the Maldives and you're like, why can't I do that? As well. But, you know, as your lifestyle gets better, you have less pure material envy.
Ryan Reynolds
So.
Ben Shapiro
So in that area, obviously affordability matters. But here is the thing. If Republicans wish to win long term, so we don't just bounce between parties. If Republicans wish to win long term, it's got to be more than inflation dropping or your lifestyle improving. Right? It's got to be an actual understanding of how the economy works, an actual belief in honesty in the markets, an actual recognition that innovation is good. These are cases that Republicans need to take up again. Okay? Speaking of affordability, you heard the speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, talk about how the Iran war needs to end. He's really talking about gas prices. Well, it turns out the only stable path to affordability on energy supply is going to come when Iran is defeated. That's it. If you cut a crappy deal with Qatar that allows them to control the strait indefinitely, they can just ramp up that pressure right around election time. They can jack us around. This has been true for literally decades. This is not unique to Iran. OPEC did this to the United States and drove a decade of inflation because of this sort of stuff. Also, we should not start handing out goodies to unstable Islamic monarchies. So the big news in the Middle east yesterday is that President Trump approved a landmark nuclear deal with Saudi Arabia. According to the Wall Street Journal, the deal will provide the country with a civilian nuclear program and potentially open the door to uranium enrichment in the kingdom's territory. According to administration officials, the new deal would last for 30 years. It's estimated to be worth tens of billions of dollars. It's designed to give American companies a central role in developing Saudi Arabia's nuclear infrastructure and shutting out foreign competitors. A key provision would have American companies build a uranium enrichment facility in Saudi Arabia If a joint U.S. saudi study determines such a step would be warranted. Now, I assume that that joint study will never assume that that step would be warranted long term. That would give the US Influence over Saudi nuclear policy and a way to prevent it from being misused for military purposes, according to the Trump administration. But let us be clear what is happening right now. The Trump argument here is that the Saudis need a nuclear program. Let's be clear. The Saudis don't need a nuclear program, okay? They have lots and lots of oil. The Saudis want a nuclear program because they would like to develop a nuke. And the Trump argument is that if we don't give the Saudis nukes, then Russia or China will. The reason the Saudis are Turning to us right now is because they used to have basically a joint nuclear program with Pakistan. Pakistan has been triangulating between Saudi and Iran, our good allies, the Pakistanis, who are great, great buddies with the Iranians. So the Saudis are now turning to us and saying, can you fill in this nuclear gap? And if you don't, maybe we'll go to China. And now there are a bunch of problems here. There are a bunch of problems here. One, the Saudi monarchy is stable for the moment. One thing that you may notice about the Middle east, it is not the most stable place. And the Saudis are basically propped up by American support on both the military and the intelligence level. If the Saudi monarchy were to fall and the Muslim Brotherhood were to take over and they were to have nuclear weapons, then you would have a nuclear weapon armed state in the Middle east run by the Muslim Brotherhood. That would be really, really bad. Second, if we were actually going to do this, the United States has unbelievable leverage over the Saudis. They require our protection. It is our weaponry that we supply them with. It is our pilots who are flying the sorties from Saudi air bases. I know that we're concerned China is going to come in and fill the gap. They can't do that overnight. And if we're going to actually do something like move them toward nuclear development, why in the world would we not use our leverage to shove them into the Abraham Accords? We did this with the uae. Not only that, we had what was called the gold standard with the uae, which assured that the UAE wouldn't develop nuclear weapons. Why are we just giving them things for free? Why are we giving them things? In fact, what it seems like right now is that we are contributing to an arms race in the Middle East. We're giving F35s to the Turks who subsidize and sponsor Hamas, who are in fact an Islamist regime, occupying regime in Cyprus, by the way. Now apparently we want to give nukes to the Saudis. The Saudis were telling us five seconds ago to negotiate with Iran and that they don't want us to open up the straight and we can't use our own military bases to do that. Why are we doing any of that? Why are we doing any of that? Well, the answer is this all goes back to the original sin of not finishing the Iranian threat. If the Iranian threat were not there on the horizon, Saudi would not be seeking nukes and we would have no excuse to sell F35s to Turkey. That is the reason here. And so the Saudis are Looking at American policy, and I understand what the Saudis are doing and the Turks are doing. They're looking at American policy in the Middle East. They're figuring that we are a pretty unstable ally when it comes to who we support and who we don't. Joe Biden hated the Saudis. Trump loves the Saudis and all the rest. And so they're figuring we need nukes of our own. Okay, but can I tell you what's a bad idea? A gigantic arms race in the most volatile region on planet Earth where pretty much all the regimes are propped up by foreign powers. The regime in Egypt is supported by the United States military. We provide massive military aid to Egypt. And we know that if it weren't for that mean. Egypt was run by the Muslim Brotherhood relatively recently. You recall during the Arab Spring, Saudi is constantly fighting off threats to the regime. Jordan is propped up by Israel. Syria is run by Turkey. Iran is propped up by China. It's all a bunch of outside powers that are. That are involved here. Having all these tenuous regimes with nuclear weapons aimed at each other seems like a recipe for disaster. Okay, so what happens next? Well, it's unclear whether Congress can stop all of this. By the way, they should. Congress should not vote to grant the Saudis nuclear capacity without any sort of give by the Saudis. What do we get in return? Seriously, what do we get in return? What we should do is just finish up the threat. We should tell the Saudis we're using our military bases in Saudi to do whatever the hell we want. There are military bases. You know, instead of us giving you a nuke, how about we actually work to alleviate the threat of Iran entirely. Blow up Pickaxe Mountain, which is the giant nuclear facility the Iranians have built beneath the mountain. President Trump is talking pretty openly about that. As well he should. President Trump said yesterday that we will be hitting Pickaxe, Pickaxe Mountain pretty soon.
Military Expert/Analyst
It doesn't mean anything unless they have the material. You're talking about the centrifuges. It doesn't mean anything unless they have the material they don't have. We follow the material. That's where the action is. And we'll be hitting that area very probably pretty soon. And there's not, not a thing they can do about it. You know, normally I wouldn't say that. And if I thought they could do something about it, I would never say that, but we'll be hitting that area pretty soon and very heavily.
Ben Shapiro
Now, again, the relatively confused strategy being trotted out by the administration with Regard to Iran, where we kind of want to play hokey pokey with them, we're half in, we're half out. We're going to do a few strikes here, a few strikes there. President Trump put out a statement this morning in which he said that for every piece of ordinance fired at a ship in the Strait of Hormuz, we would take out a bridge or power plant. I mean, how about if a, if any ordinance is fired at a ship in the Strait of Hormuz, we take out all of that, all of it, because then they're not a threat anymore. Why are we, why are we playing this tit for tat game in an attempt to ratchet up pressure? That is not going to work. That is not going to work. I mean, I've said this a thousand times. It's dumb to play the graduated escalation game with a regime that doesn't care about its own people, is willing to undergo tremendous amounts of suffering, and is not subject to the threat of regime change. Now, again, it, I'm unclear on whether the Trump administration is ready to just walk away. Again, there are a wide variety of options here. Walking away is actually a sort of middle option. It's not great, but it's not the worst option. The worst option was the MoU terms that would have fed Iran cash while walking away. That was the worst option. But President Trump says that Iran has been largely destroyed in terms of its nuclear program. This is probably true.
Military Expert/Analyst
So if we left right now, it would take Iran 20, 25 years to rebuild. Okay. And we're not finished at all. But if we left right now, it would take them a long time, years, years to rebuild. But we're not leaving right now.
Ben Shapiro
Okay, so we're not leaving right now. You know, again, I think that's right. But we need to actually finish the job. Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana yesterday had Secretary of War Pete Hegseth in front of him and asked him about tolls and pickaxe mountains. Just asking, what is the actual status? Again, the lack of, the lack of proper communication of goals here is a problem. But we're down to it.
Pete Hegseth
We need some hard answers and some straight talk.
Ben Shapiro
What will happen, Pete?
Pete Hegseth
Senator, I would agree with the chairman, but the likely outcome is they would try to impose their will on the waterways in ways that the world would not like. Call it a toll, call it a fee, call it an exchange, call it control. They would do something that they would try to hold it at issue.
Military Expert/Analyst
Yes, sir.
Ben Shapiro
Would they try to commence development again of a Nuclear warhead.
Pete Hegseth
Part of the reason President Trump had to have the courage to do what he did after Midnight Hammer is that they didn't give up their ambitions, even though their nuclear sites had been obliterated. So this is a regime hell bent on nuclear ambitions. And President Trump is straight.
Ben Shapiro
We need straight answers. Do we have the ability to destroy whatever is underneath Pickaxe Mountain?
Pete Hegseth
A lot of, Senator, a lot of our capabilities are classified. But if anybody in the world can reach anything on this, on God's given, God's green earth, it's the United States military.
Ben Shapiro
Again, if you want to win, then you actually have to win. And there's no substitute for winning. If you win, if you open up the straight. If the Iranians don't have the ability to export oil, then we don't need to give the Saudis nuclear development. We don't have to worry about gas prices either. Right. These are things that can be accomplished. All they require is the will. We do have the capacity. We also, by the way, do need to fill back in our arsenal. I will never understand, never, why under any administration, a defense authorization meant to restock our military is denied. It makes no sense to me. Right now. Democrats are trying to hold off on restocking the American military. That's insane. That's crazy. I don't care what you believe about the war in Iran. Leaving our troops without the weaponry that they need for any potential conflict is nut job stuff. It's nutty. I disagreed with Barack Obama's intervention in Libya. If he had come to Congress and said, we need to restock our Patriots, I wouldn't have been like, well, you know, I hate what's happening in Libya. Let's go without Patriots. That's ridiculous. This is a point that Pete Hexeth made yesterday. He called the $1.5 trillion budget for the military a generational investment. Yeah, we need to do those things. These are things we need to do.
Pete Hegseth
So you're looking at a lot of negligence and a lot of deferred maintenance that this department is having to catch up on. And so that's why I call this a generational investment. It truly is. This is $1.5 trillion budget with this supplemental being part of it is how we catch up and get ahead and ensure in the process, we're putting soldiers and sailors and airmen, First Marines, first guardians that their pay increases, that the end strength increase increases that have gone up because recruiting is at historic levels are fully funded. So rather than trying to play catch up and make sure we're not losing training. We should be ahead of that curve. And that's where we think 1.5 trillion can get us.
Ben Shapiro
And the Secretary of War, Hegseth went on to point out to the Democratic senators they were perfectly happy to send supplemental funding to Ukraine, but are not willing to fund the United States military directly.
Pete Hegseth
I would argue providing for American men and women, as opposed to Ukrainian men and women is a higher priority for the United States Senate. So five supplementals that went to Ukraine, as good as that cause may be, why is that righteous to do, but funding troops in harm's way right now, given the threat and what they're undertaking, this is a partisan exercise. It's hypocrisy.
Ben Shapiro
Well, he is certainly correct about all of that already. Meanwhile, in big election integrity news, and this really is a big thing. Yesterday, Governor Mikey Sherrill of New Jersey admitted that a DMV software error had led to the registration of 6,600 non citizens as voters. Remember, we were told that this couldn't happen. Really? That it didn't happen. Okay. But it wasn't just that a lot of people were registered. About 400 people who were illegally registered actually voted over the course of June 2023 to June 2024. Cheryl put out a statement, quote, last week I learned a serious software error in New Jersey's motor vehicle system led to the registration of roughly 600 people who indicated they were not U.S. citizens between June 2023 and June 2024, almost three years prior to my taking office. These individuals answered no when asked on a keypad whether they were a US Citizen when applying for driver's licenses and identification cards. But. But through no fault of their own, the system registered them anyway. This happened under the previous administration, and upon learning this information, I immediately ordered my chief counsel to launch an investigation to get to the bottom of what occurred. I also ordered the removal of any residents from our voter rolls who were erroneously added between June 2023 and June 2024. The new MVC administrator I appointed has begun the process of replacing the vendor responsible for administering the system. Our preliminary analysis shows fewer than 400 individuals who are newly registered for the first time because of the error voted. That's fewer than 400. 400 is kind of a lot. That's kind of a lot. There are elections, local elections, that are decided by a few dozen votes. And that's actually a lot of people who are voting illegally. Now. Is it hundreds of thousands? Is it margin of error for a presidential no. Is it a serious problem?
Doomsday's Chosen Family Member
Yeah.
Ben Shapiro
Of Course, she says they were registered as Democrats, Republicans, and unaffiliated voters and were scattered across the state. So, first of all, I would love to know what the registration was truly like. That'd be very interesting. She's got that information. What percentage were Democrats, what percent Republicans, and what were unaffiliated? She says, I want to underscore how seriously I take this matter. As a military veteran who swore an oath to defend our Constitution, and as a former federal prosecutor, I believe the integrity of our elections is fundamental to our democracy. I'm appalled by the reckless failures that allowed this to happen and the lack of transparency shown by those in charge at the time. Okay, so the administration, naturally, was livid over this and pointing out, guys, this is the reason you need to pass the SAVE Act. Cheryl was then asked about this, and then she used this as an opportunity to attack Trump. Which is. Which is pretty astonishing. Like, how about just take the hit, lady?
Interviewer/Guest
Let me be clear. Donald Trump has zero credibility on the issue of election integrity. For the past 10 years, he's cried wolf and peddled bizarre conspiracy theories about fraud with no evidence. I saw the consequences of Trump's lies. On January 6th, I was in the Capitol when he and his followers tried to steal the election and put the lives of hundreds of members of our law enforcement at risk.
Ben Shapiro
I mean, this is really astonishing stuff. So you're going to January 6th to fight off the charge that we need to pass the SAVE Act? Really? What does one have to do with the other? Now, one thing that I have to say, I'm a little bit perturbed by. So President Trump gave a speech last week in which he delivered a bunch of news about Chinese election meddling. And one of the things I pointed out is it's not enough to just say, pass the SAVE Act. We really need to crack down on China. China is a nefarious foreign power. They're actively attempting to undermine our. Our electoral system and. And our political body, body, politicians. President Trump was asked about this yesterday, and he basically dismissed it, which I found kind of astonishing. I'm not sure why he's doing that. Are you planning on putting any pressure or consequences on China for what you
Interviewer/Guest
announced about them meddling in the 2020 election?
Military Expert/Analyst
Well, we're going to talk to him about it. It took place a long time ago. I think China is maybe a little bit different today than it was then. But look, they're. They do things, and we do things to them. I'll be honest, if we do things to them, too, it's not a one way street, but we'll be talking to them. Yeah,
Ben Shapiro
I don't know why we would do that. You know, this is one of my problems. If you're going to make a primetime address that lays out a major problem with a geopolitical enemy of the United States, there better be some pretty heavy follow on action. It can't just be pass the SAVE act, yell at the wind. It's got to be an actual, actual thing. And the SAVE act is appropriate. Last week, the Department of Homeland Security Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen sent letters to California, New Jersey, Nevada and Pennsylvania. He sent them to secretaries of State warning about tens of thousands of non citizens who are illegally registered on the state's voter rolls. Now he had suggested 35,000 non citizens registered to vote in New Jersey. It turns out apparently it was at least 6,600. He suggested there were over 190,000 non citizens registered to vote in California. Now, even if, as it turns out, those numbers are off by an order of magnitude, those are still big numbers. And every vote that is diluted by a fake vote is a vote that is not counted properly. So the SAVE act remains a vital thing to pass for sure. And meanwhile, speaking of Republican senators, Republican senators are now pushing Todd Blanche, the potential Attorney General. He's the acting Attorney General. He hasn't been approved yet by the Senate. According to the Daily Wire and Mary Margaret Olihan reporting, a group of Republican lawmakers are urging acting Attorney General Todd Blanche to bring long awaited clarity to the gruesome deaths of five preemie sized babies recovered from a Washington, D.C. abortion clinic in 2022. Utah Senator Mike Lee, Congressman Chris Smith of New Jersey and 50 other lawmakers are calling on Attorney General Blanche to comprehensively investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of five preborn children whose remains were recovered by the Metropolitan Police department in in 2022 after alleged abortions operated by the late term abortionist Dr. Chasari Santangelo. A bunch of senators all serve on the Senate Judiciary Committee. Blanch will need to do something. Now Mary Margaret Ohan is confirming that the DOJ will cooperate with Congress. She says the DOJ is gathering and reviewing documents regarding the DC5. Those would be the bodies, the the rock remains of the five preborn infants. They're in the process of finalizing that production and handing it over to Congress. Abortion up till birth has been the actual law of the land in D.C. for 50 years. The question is essentially whether it violated federal law for abortionists to either allow babies to die after they were born or killed them after they were born. That's really the question here. But here is the abortionist at issue, talking about how he allows babies to die.
Abortionist
Pregnancy, that's 23, 24 weeks. If you're, you know, extra. If you. If you do everything possible to help it survive, you know, there's a. Maybe a 20 to 30% chance that it would survive. If you don't do anything, then, you know, the chances are much, much less.
Ben Shapiro
Because I'm just, like, so scared of,
Interviewer/Guest
like, having to be stuck with response,
Ben Shapiro
you know, like, would you make you. But would you make sure that it.
Doomsday's Chosen Family Member
Like.
Ben Shapiro
Yeah, it doesn't.
Abortionist
You know, there's things you do. Obviously, you're here for a certain procedure, and if your. Your pregnancy were. Let's say you went into labor, the membranes ruptured, and you delivered before we got to the termination part of the procedure here, you know, then we would do things. We would. We would not help her. Let's say we wouldn't intubate.
Ben Shapiro
Okay. So if the baby was accidentally born, they would just allow the baby to die. So the question is whether this amounts to criminal activity. The DOJ is investigating, as well it should. All righty. Coming up, we will get into
Abortionist
some
Ben Shapiro
tape of a trans student who is, I don't know, not making the case that sanity and transgender identity are aligned, shall we say? It's. It's a. It's a pretty wild video. Episode Title: Are We About To See A Massive GOP Comeback?!
Host: Ben Shapiro (The Daily Wire)
Date: July 22, 2026
In this episode, Ben Shapiro scrutinizes recent claims by prominent liberals—specifically Jon Stewart and Barack Obama—about the nature and rise of Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) and their influence on the Democratic Party. Shapiro dismantles the assertion that the DSA is merely focused on "affordability," arguing instead that the movement is driven by over-educated, disaffected individuals who harbor deep resentment against American values and capitalism. The episode also covers the obstacles facing both parties: the left’s challenges with class and racial alignment, and the right's dilemma over responding to voters’ economic anxieties.
