We're going to have to put that one up on social media. We're going to have to get that one up on social. Thank you, Jerry. Needed the laugh. Been rolling and traveling once again today. We have a brand new studio here that we are just getting buckling sort of the screws on nuts and bolts. And so forgive us, ladies and gentlemen today as we sort of do a bit of a truncated show as we build out and expand and advance as our movement marches forward. A thrilling Friday. It's April 24, 2026. Free for all. Friday is today. We are going to talk about the Virginia Supreme Court decision. Not the Supreme Court decision, a district court decision to strike down the rigged election in Virginia. We're going to talk about how that entire process is unconstitutional with the former Attorney general of Virginia. His name is Ken Cuccinelli. He'll be joining the show. He's been fighting this in court. We're going to talk about why it is absolutely critical everything that we have been working on on this program in order to expose the great replacement theory, in order to expose what Democrats have in mind for you and why Republicans have to fight back and why this is a civilizational battle. Trump calls 2020 presidential election to be permanently wiped from the books. If Southern Poverty Law center convicted of fraud, they most likely will be convicted of fraud. Go read the indictment. Southern Property Law center was paying for the very hate that they claimed to be fighting. It's not going to work out well for them. We were on Fox News last night going score shirts against some of the corporations that funded the show. Southern Property Law center was like Jesse Smollett with corporate sponsors. This is what it was. And it's critical that we push the Trump administration to strip their tax exempt status. This is how you actually eliminate them being able to get any donations, them being able to fund their hate and their psyops against us and our movement. Charlie Kirk was placed on their hate map and four months later he was gunned down. Don't tell me there's not a connection. Don't tell me there's not culpability. So, ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Friday. We all made it. Let's rock and roll and have a great one. Okay, so we haven't gotten a chance because we were in Texas and we were doing an interview with Tom Holman. Made quite a bit of news actually. Very interesting. A lot of these clips have gone quite viral. Alx I don't know if we want to do a little bit of a rundown but I do want to sort of off the top talk through what is happening in the country and why it is critical for us to fight back. Virginia didn't vote necessarily for a referendum. They didn't vote in the way that you would assume that a state would be able to pass a referendum and then rig their electoral votes. You can see right here, ladies and gentlemen, Virginia is very much by every definition a purple state. And alx I need the directionality arrows map if you got that please send. Virginia is a state that is purple at best. Just had a Republican governor, very popular Republican governor and as you can see here, the vast majority of the state voted against the no mandate. Is this the, is this the directionality? Which one? Right there. Here we go. Thank you. This is from the New York Times. Here we go. And then Alex, we have the breakdown of the mail in ballots. Look at this. This is all, this is the state and the directionality of the, of the margins. Right. So the orange arrow is voting against redistricting and the blue arrows are voting against in favor of rigging the state's constitutionally drawn districts. Which, by the way, are pretty fair. I mean, to be honest, here's what Virginia's electoral map looked like. I think that you could argue this is a. This is a relatively fair map. No goofy looking squiggly lines. Here is what it looked like after. This is what Democrats claim one, Right. As you can see up here. What the hell is this exactly? What is this? What's happening right there? This looks like Joe Biden got a hold of Hunter Biden's crack cocaine stash and then uses auto pen to draw districts himself while in the back of a very, very bumpy ride in an unmarked van. This is, of course, hideous when you ever see lines like this. This is exactly what Illinois looks like. It's precise. What it means is they are rigging the game. And what they're rigging the game with is this area of Alexandria. These are all the people that were fired by Doge and they're pissed. And they've taken this tight little concentrated area of Democrat votes, they've expanded it throughout the state. And it's something that they've not just done in Virginia, they've done all throughout the East Coast. They've just now extended it to Virginia. Look at this. These are the percentages of Republicans in each New England state. Case you're wondering, if this is, you know, why is it, why are Republicans so upset about Virginia? Well, because it's just one in a very long series of gerrymandering thefts of House seats in every single state. This is why Indiana is so cucked. So Indiana wouldn't redistrict out two Democrat seats. A ruby red, bright red state like Indiana gives Democrats two seats in the House of Representatives. Look at what, look at, look at New England. Here you have 27 different congressional seats. Zero Republicans. Even though 40% of New England is Republicans. Zero Republicans. Alx lives right there. Alx could run. Alx could run for Congress, but he'd be screwed because of the state of Massachusetts, because of all of the gerrymandering that happens in New England. New England has now just extended this straight into Virginia. They claim they're for fair elections. This is what fairness looks like. And by the way, the margins here, I just still can't get over it. Kamala won by four points. This redistricting, one by one point, with the vast majority of the state voting against it. And now the new congressional seats will be 90% Democrats and 9% Republicans. The data breakdown is pretty. Yeah, this is exactly right. Here's. This is what, this is what Indiana Looks like. Look at this. Indiana Republicans cucked. Indiana Republicans couldn't even do this. This is why we lose. This is why we lose. Alex, get me the map of all the criminal. Give me the map of all the criminal aliens moving to America. That map that went so viral yesterday. It's important to understand how did this happen and why we have to fight back with so much force. Because what's happening here, as you can see, and this is the most damning map I would argue, is that 51% of those in Virginia are voting to strip away the rights of 49%. That's how you get civil wars. This is how you get the destruction of a body politic. They're eliminating the civil rights of representation, fair representation from 49%. It's enraging, it's immoral. And it's happening because of mail in ballots and criminal invaders. You want to know why Democrats want to do this to your country? Every dot, by the way, represents 100,000 foreign invaders and where they are from. You want to know why Democrats want to do this? The reason why Democrats want open borders is because of the Virginia election. The data in the Virginia election is pretty obvious. People who were white in Virginia, people who were rural in Virginia, from red counties in Virginia, people who were Native Americans, as we call them on this channel, in rural Virginia, or in just all of Virginia, right? In, in, in. In the vast majority of Virginia that isn't urbanized, which is most of the state, they overwhelmingly voted against gerrymandering. The only reason why this abomination won was because of mail in ballots. Mail in ballots that are prima facie unable to be tracked, unable to be validated, unable to be certified. Nobody knows who is voting. There are no systems to ensure that those votes are secure. And any foreign invader, and there are many of them in Virginia, can just go pick one up and vote. That's just a matter of fact. We found that out time and time again. We've covered this extensively on the channel. Anybody who has hands can reach into a mailbox, grab the mail in ballot and then deliver it and vote. This has been caught on camera. This has been adjudicated in court. It really doesn't matter. There are no systems to protect against it. Once that ballot is removed and put through the processor, it doesn't matter who voted. And we found out that foreign communists were voting in our election in states like Michigan. We've of course seen that there are a bunch of people registered to a porta potty in California and they all get ballots. That Porta Potty gets a stack of ballots dropped off and delivered to it. I wonder what happens next. What happens next is probably a van comes and picks them up and some criminal alien goes, fills them out and then they all vote. This is why Democrats do this to your nation. They do this to your nation in order to rig elections. It has nothing to do with the betterment of the people here, creating a more cohesive, prosperous, cleaner future for your children. It has everything to do with short term power to make sure that they can fundamentally destroy our nation. Seize power and take it away from you. Is in the exact process that he used in Virginia. This does, this looks like a democratic process to you? What if you looked at this map and you were to say what, what arrow direction is democracy? Well, you'd say orange because that's. The vast majority of the state wanted to vote against redistricting. Redistricting. But those little blue areas now control the state. Those three blue arrows now control the state. Why? Well, because of mail in ballots and foreign invaders. The more foreign invaders that you can pack into your state, the census will count them. You'll get electoral, you'll get new electoral votes and you'll also get, if you get, if you have unlimited mail in ballots, then every one of them will get a vote. And that's just the way it is. And that's how it broke down in Virginia. Lucky for us, we have president who has called this out and a court that is now declaring this election illegal. Let's go ahead and read the top line here. I'm very excited to talk with Ken Cucinelli about this. Virginia court declares states redistricting move was unconstitutional in legal win for Republicans. Republicans are chairing a circuit court victory in Virginia that showed Democrat redistricting efforts in Virginia not quite over yet. Despite referendum to accept a new map drawn by Democrats getting approved by voters on Tuesday. Not really by voters, but getting approved by illegal criminal aliens, the vast majority of which commit murder in Northern Virginia. Like something like 87% of the murders in Fairfax County, Virginia is by illegal aliens. This, this is what Tom Holman demonstrated when he, when we were interviewing him. Like the, the, the purpose of them being here is to murder, rape and torture the native populations of this country. Democrats want that to happen. They want that problem to happen. They want us to be scared. They want your children to be killed. They want it. They're. They're actively engaging in the activities that facilitate it and the rigging of your election. Why? And because a fearful population cries out for help. They create the problem and they have the solution. This is exactly what's going on with the splc, by the way. Virginia court blocked Jack her Virginia Circuit Court Jack Hurley judge ruled Wednesday, one day after the Democrat redistricting referendum passed, that all votes for or against the proposed redistricting amendment were unconstitutional, citing rules that imposed certain requirements that the referendum did not meet. There are a handful of cases making their way through the Virginia court system challenging various aspects of the referendum, including one Hurley ruled on Wednesday, the Tazewell Circuit Court ruled the referendum unconstitutional. The judge entered an injunction blocking the certification of the election and denied the motion to stay pending appeal. The final order will be entered and drafted and it will be immediately appealed. Former Virginia Republican Ken Cucinelli, who's joining our show in just one second, stated shortly after the ruling came down, Virginia Attorney General Jay Jones, Democrat who beat GOP incumbent who also wants to murder Republican children, remember, indicated his office would immediately file an appeal. Cuccinelli, who heads the American Principles Project election Transparency Initiative, indicated Wednesday that there are four constitutional challenges the referendum making their way through the courts, three of which the challenges are to the amendment process itself. Okay, so that's a great ruling. It looks like we don't have rulings on the others. Ken Cuccinelli will be joining our program shortly. President Trump is calling this a rigged election as well. Here we go.
Interviewer
The Department of Elections earlier today and asked them if they had seen any evidence of election tampering, of fraudulent mail ballots being cast in the Tuesday election or if there was any evidence of non citizens voting in that election election. Why did you say that that election was rigged?
Donald Trump
Well, you have mail in ballots and they found a lot of them. At the end of the day, all
Interviewer
of a sudden they have received no credible information related.
Donald Trump
Well, I know you'd say that no matter what. You know, you've been saying that for years and now they're finding out that the 2020 election was totally rigged. And when you look at what just excuse me, how do you defend what just happened where your southern law, whatever it is, has given money to kkk. They're supposed to protect people and they're paying all these people crooked as can be millions of dollars, millions of dollars going all to all these people that they're supposed to be protecting from, but they're actually supporting them because they want to have companies that they can protect and because they want to rig elections. That was all a rigged election. All of the things with Charlottesville, all of the Stuff that they did. And you won't bring that up, but you'll bring up some nonsense. Let me tell you, the election we were winning all day long, it's a totally horrible situation. Hopefully the courts will overturn it. What they did in Virginia, you have a grossly incompetent governor, yet a very good governor did a good job. You know, all those companies that want to move into Virginia now, they want to move out and go to a different location. So that's my opinion. I believe it was a rigged election. Virginia is known for it. It was a rigged election. They had a lot of ballots, mail in ballots. Anytime you have mail in ballots, anytime you have mail in ballots, you have cheating. Did you have something?
Benny Johnson
Yes. Ladies and gentlemen, President Trump also on Truth Social, calling it a rigged election. I just want to break a little bit of news because I've been working the phones this morning and talking with state, let's just call them very powerful state elected officials in the state of Florida. This map, my screen, please. This map is what is being proposed in the state of Florida. And I have very strong confirmations from some of the top law enforcement and judicial experts in the state that Florida is going to go full bore. Pedal to the metal on redrawing the maps. And they have good reason. Unlike Virginia, which has lost population, Florida has actually gained 2 million citizens residents over the last few years since the last map was drawn. And so by every conceivable measure, Florida has a right to redraw their maps. Given the explosive population growth, they have a really good case in the court in order to do this. They would have really good standing in order to do this. And I've been told that a plus 4 or plus 5, 5 map is absolutely on the table. And that would completely, of course, eliminate what Virginia just did in the abomination, potentially measuring and balancing it out. You're looking at a very bright looking map right here. Ron DeSantis sounding off on this. And then we're going to get to Ken Cuccinelli in just one second. Okay, so Florida redistricting, what's going on?
News Reporter
Leader Hakeem Jeffries talking an awful lot. He and his fellow Democrats warning that the effort ongoing in Florida, you know, to gain seats by redistricting, well, he says that could backfire and maybe, just maybe even create more seats for Democrats nationwide. Now, as you know, House margins remain razor thin. But with just six months until the midterms, Republicans think they can pick up as many as three more seats in the Sunshine State alone. And While Jeffries is warning Florida leaders to quote f around and find out. Florida's GOP governor offered this retort.
Podcast Host
There's nothing that could be better for
Benny Johnson
Republicans in Florida than to see Jeffries. Hakeem Jeffries everywhere around this state, voters
Ken Cuccinelli
will not like what they see.
News Reporter
Ah, he makes a good point. Meantime, the Supreme Court in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is set to hear oral arguments on Monday on that state's recent referendum. If successful, it would give Democrats four additional seats going up from a 6 to 5 edge in Virginia to a 10 to 1 margin. And so it should come as no surprise trace that other states are now said to be considering mid census redrawn congressional maps, which means we are nowhere near out of the woods, at least not yet.
Benny Johnson
So if the Supreme Court strikes down Article 2 of the Voter Rights act, you're going to really see something happen in the South. You could potentially get a net plus 12 seats for Republicans if they're able to get rid of gerrymandering based on skin color, which is a natural thing that's happening right now because of fairness. It's just like the splc. They literally are creating the hate that they say that they want to fight. They're creating the racism that they say they want to fight. Somebody who's been fighting and fought the good fight in the state of Virginia is Ken Cuccinelli is the former Attorney General. He's the one battling this in court. And it is our honor to bring him on the program live right now. Ken, welcome to the program. Thank you so much for being here. I'd love to get a status update on these court battles. Some people are saying that there's, they're unwinnable for Republicans. You know the landscape, the legal landscape of Virginia better than almost anyone right now. So please, the floor is yours.
Ken Cuccinelli
Yeah, Benny. Actually, the other side has the steep hill to climb here. On the legal front. They squeaked by outspending our side three or four to one on the referendum vote Tuesday. I think they were counting on 10 or 15 point win so that they could turn around and try to bully our our Supreme Court. And when there's numerous constitutional problems and when we say constitutional, we're talking about the state constitution. The Supreme Court of Virginia Scova will decide this, not scotus. This isn't going to be a federal decision. The Supreme Court of Virginia took briefing yesterday on two of the constitutional challenges. They're hearing oral argument on Monday on those two. And news literally just in the last few minutes, the case from Southwest Virginia. That was decided earlier this week that the current attorney General said he was going to appeal. The plaintiffs have asked the Supreme Court of Virginia to take that up and they have agreed to skip the Court of appeals, which is a packed court by Democrats, by the way. But this was all ultimately Pam, Chris

going to be decided by the Supreme Court of Virginia anyway. And so we'll see a briefing schedule for that second case come sometime soon. But I'm not sure it's going to go quite as fast because all of the violations the Democrat General assembly did here, they just trampled the state constitutional requirements for passing a constitutional amendment. And then they expected to get passed and say, hey, come on man, we won. Let it stand. No legal argument. And the legal arguments they're making are such long stretches. They've been made in other places in the country. They've never won. These arguments have never prevailed anywhere in the country. And now they're going to try them in Virginia and they're not going to have any better luck here. I know people look at the makeup of courts. I will say our court has been blissfully less political than say Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Montana. But it does have four Republican appointees and three Democrat appointees. Right now the General assembly does the appointing and with this radical General assembly, those Republicans, I'm sure know they're not getting reappointed. So I don't think that's a factor. And I think this will be decided straight up on the law. And Benny, I wouldn't be surprised to see a 70 ruling against this referendum. That's just how brazen the General assembly was in trampling the Constitutional Wow. For amending the Constitution.
Benny Johnson
So you are predicting a straight sweep, a wipeout in the Supreme Court of this election.
Ken Cuccinelli
Yeah, as I said, I think it could get to seven. I I if I were a betting man, I'd bet with heavy odds that the referendum is nullified because of the violations of the Constitution. I'll give you just one Example, please. Like most states, Virginia requires the General assembly to pass the proposed amendment on both sides of a state election. Well, as everybody in America knows, we had an election last year. That's where Abigail Spanberger got elected governor. The House of Delegates was also up. The Democrats last time they had full control gave us 45 day elections. So voting started it last year on September 19th. Well, the general assembly didn't pass their proposed amendment until Halloween after over a million people had voted in the 2025 election. And that's the election they want to treat as the intervening election required under our state constitution. So very brazen, equally Brazen on the second passage, then 90 days have to go by before you can submit to the voters. That's the language of our constitution. The proposed amendment, well, it was 90 days from second passage on January 16, April 21, but it was not 90 days till voting began on March 6 with their 45 day election. A lot of people go to law school to avoid doing math, but even a lawyer can figure out that less than two months is less than 90 days. And the judge in southwest Virginia that ruled earlier this week and enjoined the certification of the referendum did it on that second basis. So they have a lot of pro. There are many other legal arguments and the other side has lost them all, every single one so far. And, and they have to win them all to hold on to the referendum. Win? Our side only needs to win one. And the simple reason is it doesn't matter how many times you violate a constitution, Benny. What matters is do you violate the Constitution? And they did it so many different ways that they now have to work their way out of the mess they created. And I think, as I said at the beginning, I think they expected a big margin to be able to kind of lean on the court publicly. And they didn't get their big margin. They squeaked by while outspending us by three or four to one.
Benny Johnson
Yes, outspending with dark money, clearly. Money that came from outside.
Ken Cuccinelli
Dark money they hate, right?
Benny Johnson
Yes, that's exactly right. And then using the. It's the, the map is one of the most obscene things that I've ever.
Ken Cuccinelli
That is the fourth constitutional challenge. We do have a compactness requirement in our state constitution. And if this map doesn't violate it, no map violates it. But we won't get to that issue until the Supreme Court decides all of the referendum issues.
Benny Johnson
So. Okay, so that, that was my next follow up question, Mr. Attorney General. So there are four challenges that are
Ken Cuccinelli
being brought right or Constitutional challenges and a number of statutory challenges. For example, a lot of people listening to you and me, I'm sure saw the incredibly biased ballot language.
Douglas Mackey
Yes.
Benny Johnson
In terms of fairness.
Ken Cuccinelli
Restore fairness. One of the rulings of the court this week in southwest Virginia was that that was misleading, that it was fraudulent language. We in Virginia have a, what's called a plain English rule. Other states have a neutrality rule. You have to have neutral language. We don't have a neutrality rule. But he held it violated the plain English rule and was so misleading that it violated plain English. And I agree with him. But I think the court is likely to decide this on one of the constitutional issues because they're so powerful and so brazen.
Benny Johnson
Should the, I mean, I'm reading the question right now. Should the, should we adopt a new congressional districts to restore fairness in the upcoming elections? What a question. I mean, this is like, it was, like it was directly written by Barack Obama. Like, it feels like, it feels like an ad. This doesn't feel like a fair. I mean, honestly, this. Mr. Attorney General, this feels like pablum from a mayor.
Ken Cuccinelli
Yeah, right. Yes.
Benny Johnson
Like, how did this ever get on the damn ballot?
Ken Cuccinelli
Well, because the General assembly wrote it themselves and we have a very radical left wing General assembly and they don't care about the rules. You know, we've got people like Senator Louise Lucas who don't think the rules apply to them because they never have. Well, constitutions do. And they're about to get bit in the butt, I think probably by around mid May. And we're going to end up with the exact map we have today that was drawn by a bipartisan redistricting commission. It's six, five, Democrat, Republican today, which has been the general trend of our voting. It's about as close to the average voting in Virginia as any map in the country. So, you know, obviously I'd love to see Republicans hold the House, but in Virginia, we've got this bipartisan redistricting commission that I worked for 15 years to get and it won by a 2 to 1 margin in the 2020 presidential election. Our highest turnout election perhaps ever. And that was the view of Virginians. And the leftists in the General assembly threw that in the trash and trampled the state constitution on their way to doing it.
Benny Johnson
It's completely sickening. I really do pray that you are victorious here. And I think that there's not a lot of time. Time and what, six months?
Ken Cuccinelli
Well, that's right. And part of what November election? Assembly.
Benny Johnson
It's my, it's my Question for you. Yeah, like why? Like why they're. They're blasting this thing through. What you elucidated for us is that they broke all these rules by going so quickly because they're so desperate and
Ken Cuccinelli
like a wound, turn it around. They broke all the rules because they're so desperate. And you know, they literally. You may not remember, but there are news stories in October about the General assembly waiting for Eric Holder's check to clear. Before they would go down this path, they wanted to get whatever money for their elections last year. Look, if you traced it all the way back, this was probably a quid pro quo for 2025 election money to do this. But the election was six weeks on by the time they did it and they didn't care about the rules. And, and, and now those rules are going to get enforced against them. And my prediction. Oh, by the way, the part of the reason for the timing. We usually have primaries in June as part of this whole effort. And of course Abigail Spanberger participated in it lock, stock and barrel. They move the primaries to August, but with their 45 day election, that still means voting starts in early July.
Benny Johnson
So there's no time.
Ken Cuccinelli
So there's no time. Yes. This has to go lightly.
Benny Johnson
That's against them. From a legal perspective, that's very bad for them who are having to try and fight these challenges and get the courts to move, that's very much in favor. The timeline cuts against the Democrats here, correct?
Ken Cuccinelli
Well, it definitely does in, in part. First of all, because they trampled the constitutional timeline and so now they're on this speedy track with the court and they're under the gun. I mean, these are very difficult positions to defend. I mean, look, I'm a lawyer. I can come up with some creative way to argue for anything. Right, but, but if you put me in a tenuous position on issue one and then issue two and then issue three, you know, the odds just stack against you pretty heavily. The likely outcome here is the court will rule against them that the 2025 election did not count as an intervening election or that they were not in a proper special session when they did first passage. Those are chronologically the first two constitutional problems. And once the Supreme Court rules that there's been one constitutional violation, whatever that is, I think they will stand pat because there's no appeal from the Supreme Court of Virginia. They'll say we don't need to rule on the rest because this is unconstitutional. The degree to which it is unconstitutional is irrelevant. It's unconstitutional. That's What I think we're going to see probably in mid May.
Benny Johnson
Wow. Very quickly, Mr. Attorney General, what does it say about the state of Virginia, which is again, a consistently purple state? It has been my entire life. The Democrats, Republicans there, they've treated each other respectfully. The governorship has sort of flopped back and forth. It's always been pretty peaceful. It's always been pretty gentlemanly. We just had a very popular Republican governor, in fact, in Virginia, Glenn Youngkin. I, I think he was one of the most popular politicians in the country by rating and score. And he had a trifecta there in the state.
Laura Ingraham
No.
Ken Cuccinelli
Oh, you mean the, the sweep. Yes.
Benny Johnson
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Ken Cuccinelli
Normally trifecta in Virginia means House, Senate and governorship. He had attorney general the whole time, so.
Benny Johnson
So he has ag. And he had his lieutenant governor, I guess is right. I guess all I'm trying to say is that Virginia is very much a consistently Purple State. This 51 to 49 disenfranchisement, the stripping of the civil rights of 49% of the population. It seems utterly immoral. It seems very, very dangerous. Seems like you're careening to someplace very dark there. I mean, that's like how civil wars start, right? Like you, well, you, you take, you take like barely a razor thin, you know, minority of the population that's still millions of people, and you strip them of their representation and their rights. And it just seems perilous. Perhaps you could just speak to the greater.
Ken Cuccinelli
You mean like Bolsheviks did dimension vics in the early 1900s. Yes, yeah, exactly. And unfortunately, the, the right really hasn't moved much in Virginia, just like the rest of America. But the left in Virginia has gone full tyrannical communist. And I don't believe a lot of my Democrat neighbors who've just been voting Democrat their whole lives quite realize just how radical they're getting here. I mean, they're voting for the Viet Cong, right? And that's what they're getting. And we're seeing it in this kind of behavior. They just trample the law and they expect to bully the courts and, and they expect everybody to roll over for it. Well, obviously a lot of us aren't rolling over for it, but, but I will say this about Virginia, that's unique about the whole country. We used to be a red state, and the reason we're not a red state anymore is Washington, D.C. and that is a bipartisan failure. Republicans and Democrats have spent like drunken sailors. And as John McCain said, at least drunken sailors were spending their own money. That is not True. In Washington. And that massive growth of government lands in Northern Virginia. And we import big government people from Illinois and California and Massachusetts to run that big government and to make money off it. And they vote big government. And the Northern Virginia where all, if you look at the maps that have been proposed here by the Democrats, they all trail up to Northern Virginia. That's where they pull their left wing votes to win all these districts in the Shenandoah Valley and down in central Virginia and all the way down into Tidewater. And yeah, there's the red circle that all of those come into Fairfax county, where I grew up, which used to be Republican. And the reason it's not Republican is because we don't have a balanced budget requirement for our federal government. And because that has gotten so enormous and spilled over into Maryland was already gone. We didn't really lose Maryland, but we lost Virginia and are in the process of losing Virginia because of the growth of the federal government.
Benny Johnson
And really quickly, do you think that the Republicans, I mean, you're in a really bad political spot here because Democrats just showed their hand. They showed what they're willing to do to 49% of the population in Virginia. And that's a pretty strong motivator for Republican voters. I mean, you've just, you've just infuriated 49%. And everybody saw the mail in ballot numbers. Everybody's well aware that criminal aliens could be voting. They're the ones who commit all the murders in Fairfax county, for instance, 87% of the murders. So it's like that. You know, I think that you're. So if you lose this, then you're in a really bad position in Virginia. You could lose some Democrat congressional seats just out of rage filled protest votes from Republicans. Do you agree?
Ken Cuccinelli
If they show up enough and you know that's always, that's always the issue. Right. I mean, Glenn Youngkin swept. We had a Republican sweep. That was the only time that happened since I ran for Attorney General in 09, when we also swept note, I won right after Obama was elected. Youngkin won right after Biden was elected. That is a pattern of Virginia politics. And one of the things that Donald Trump does well, he does many things well, but one of them, unfortunately is motivate our opponents. And boy, this whole campaign was run as a TDS effort and that was effective for them. They needed to outspend us by a lot because they're doing terrible things. And everyone in Virginia knows that. Even the people voting. Yes. Knew, knew that. So we're in a Pickle here. I think the Supreme Court's going to bail us out this year, but we have longer term problems. Those problems are going to keep getting worse until we get a balanced budget requirement at the federal level and we can start draining this swamp.
Benny Johnson
Ladies and gentlemen, a man who we're very, very glad continues to fight for Virginia and somebody that. Well, I gotta tell you, I really hope that you run for governor again, Ken. He is currently the senior fellow, the center for Renewing America, of course, the former Attorney General and he's fighting the good fight. You should follow him here on x. He's got 40,000 subscribers. Fight with the people who are fighting for us.
Douglas Mackey
God.
Benny Johnson
Godspeed, Ken.
Ken Cuccinelli
Yeah, please jump on there. I've been reporting on this on, on Twitter all along and we'll keep doing that. So thanks for having me. Have a great weekend.
Benny Johnson
Godspeed. Ladies and gentlemen, Douglas Mackey will be on in just one moment. In order to talk about the SPLC now. No one better. And understanding that and freedom of speech, we believe that you should be able to speak freely. It is why we partner with Patriot Mobile. Patriot Mobile is the only conservative wireless provider. They allow us to speak freely. We started a partnership with him way back when everyone was getting banished and censored on the Internet. And it seems like that might be happening all over again. Some very dangerous trends that we've been monitoring as of late. It's very disturbing. I'm not sure I'm ready to like completely go score shirts on it, but oh boy. If you could check my chats. I'm pretty upset about what I believe Big Tech is doing right now to attempt to rig the election once again against Trump and conservatives. So the, you know, all the old dirty tricks, they're still there in the bag. They're going to be used. Make sure that you are fighting the good fight with Patriot Mobile again. The only Christian conservative wireless provider that believes in free speech is against deplatforming. Go to patriot mobile.com Benny call 972 Patriot. Call 972 Patriot and use the promo code Benny for a free month of service. That's patriotmobile.com Benny call 972 Patriot to make the switch today. Okay. Trump calls for the 2020 presidential election to be permanently wiped from the books if Southern Poverty Law center convicted of fraud. The Southern Poverty Law center is the greatest hate hoax industrial complex that we have ever seen in your lifetime or mine. They were taking millions and millions of dollars, donor dollars and funding organizations like the Aryan Nation, the kkk, Unite the Right rally. And then they were doing this in order to. For Democrats to have narratives like Joe Biden. I ran because I saw Charlottesville. Charlottesville in Virginia should ask Ken Cuccinelli about that. The goal of this, of course, is to set a narrative. Now it is time for us to punch back. We did so last night on Fox News. Here's what I told Laura Ingredient.
Laura Ingraham
Now, the SPLC called our next guest a hard right commentator. You got off easy. Benny Johnson, host of the Benny Show. Benny, look, either the SPLC never learned its lesson or it wants to just keep inciting this hate, this violence. Watching Charlie there in that clip just brings it all home. You know, we can kind of. You can't laugh this off from the Family Research Council to what happened to him. Come on,
Benny Johnson
Laura.
Guest Commentator
This is just an absolutely remarkable and breathtaking scam. So on one hand they are funding the demand, and the demand is to fight racism. They're funding the kkk, the Aryan Nation and the Unite the Right rally. And then on the other hand, they're getting donations, they're creating the supply, they're getting the donations to fight that hate. So they control both sides of the supply chain. This is industrial scale hate crime hoaxing. This is like Jesse Smollett with corporate sponsors. And Laura, I want to read some of those corporate sponsors for you on your program. According to the New York Post, JP Morgan Chase, the largest bank on earth, was a sponsor of the kkk. And these hate crime hoaxes, along with Apple's CEO, Tim Cook, Open Air, MGM Resorts and Chick Fil A. So with your spicy chicken, you may have been funding a lit tiki torch. Did anybody know that at Chick Fil A they should be ashamed of themselves, as are all of the donors to the splc, because what they were truly funding was industrial scale hate crime hoaxing that made this country worth. Because there's a supply and demand problem with hate crimes because we actually do live in an incredible, remarkable nation where we have Christian values and we tend to just peacefully live, you know, by
Benny Johnson
like according to those Christian values.
Guest Commentator
And so I want to call for
Benny Johnson
something, Laura, and I think it's really critically important.
Guest Commentator
It's one thing to do the charges and the indictments. What the Trump administration must truly do to shut this down, this corporate scale fraud down is to eliminate the tax exempt status.
Benny Johnson
If you got rid of the tax exempt status of this organization, nobody would ever donate. The only reason anybody ever donates these things, not because they believe in them, they want a tax write off the Tax exempt status makes it easy for these corporations to say, hey, listen, we're just getting a write off here. We're just squaring our books. We have to do charitable donations. Southern Poverty Law Center. Didn't they have something to do with Martin Luther King or whatever? Okay, what? You know, they're fighting hatred, right? So let's just like give them a couple million bucks and this is how it works. So you have to eliminate the tax exempt status. You should do that for Planned Parenthood as well. I mean, this is how you get rid of Planned Parenthood. And by the way, Planned Parenthood is shutting down clinics all across the country partly because of Preborn, ladies and gentlemen, who we are so very proud to partner with. Preborn is one of the single greatest organizations on earth. I gotta tell you, I refuse to be silent on the issue of life. I have four kids. I want many more. I'll take as many as God will give me because every child is a gift. I'm reading through the gospels. I'm a simple Christian. I just read my Bible, open it up, read it, believe it. And Christ talking in Matthew chapter 8 about not harming children, about how you have to be a child to enter the kingdom of heaven, how you have to let the children come to me. This is like the way you should live life. The mutilization of children, the murder of children. It's such an unspeakable evil. Ladies and gentlemen, Preborn helps expectant mothers who may be in crisis get free ultrasounds at Preborn Network Clinic. A woman is welcomed with compassion and given a free ultrasound. She sees the life growing inside of her, often for the very first time. And at that sacred moment, fear gives way to clarity. Just $28 provides one ultrasound. 140 sponsors five ultrasounds for mothers in crisis. Every dollar helps save unborn babies. So share the hope of the gospel today. To donate, dial £250 and say the word BABY. That's £250. Say the word BABY or visit preborn.comBenny preborn.comBenny Ladies and gentlemen, my next guest is Douglas Mackey, a man who was indicted and they tried to put him in in jail for the rest of his life for making a meme. The SPLPC was part of this process. And he joins us now to comment on the current news about the SPLC and their hate crime hoaxes, which of course were leveled against him. Douglas Mackey live now. Hey, how's it going, bro?
Douglas Mackey
I hey, great to be here.
Benny Johnson
Obviously, massive fan for quite a while. And Sorry. Went a little long with the current ag. With the former AG of Virginia. Man, that guy. I, I really don't like what happened in Virginia, but I did you kind of see rolling totalitarianism across the country and nobody experienced that like you did. And the SPLC had a part in it.
Douglas Mackey
Right.
Benny Johnson
You made a meme, and then the Biden administration want to put you in jail for the rest of your life because you made a meme. Exactly. How did the SPLC interplay with that?
Douglas Mackey
So everybody knows that the Biden DOJ came after me for posting funny memes that were completely innocent, saying that Hillary Clinton supporters could text their vote. But what most people don't know is that the SPLC played a role in my trial and even trying to interfere with the trial. Yeah, there's the. The meme with the. In the upper right hand corner, the government exhibit number on it, which is kind of a nice souvenir. So what happened when I was going on trial in March of 2023 for posting two of these memes is that the SPLC actually came after my attorney and the expert witness in my case and tried to intimidate both of them and smear them in the press. Two characters named Luke o' Brien and Michael Edison Hayden. So what they did was we had an expert witness lined up, George Hawley, who is a very mainstream, respectable scholar from the University of Alabama. He's had his publications in, I believe Cambridge and Columbia have published his work. Very reasonable guy. Not some kind of right wing extremist. And he happened to be the TPUSA campus advisor. More on that in a minute. Hawley was going to testify at my trial that the election means that I posted were indicative of trolling and not actually an attempt to trick Democrat Hillary Clinton supporters out of going to the polls. So what they did was they smeared this guy Hawley based on the fact that he had corresponded in emails with somebody from vdare. Not only that, they tried to smear him by the fact that he was the TPUSA campus advisor. If I could read you this one quote that they sent to him, I shouldn't say they. Luke o' Brien sent to him, which is. TPUSA has engaged for years in a range of far right activism, including anti LGBTQ plus efforts and anti Democratic organizing that contributed to the Jan6 attack on the US Capitol. The organization has numerous links to white nationalism. Do you have any comment? And then he said, does the University of Alabama know that you are doing this, that you're corresponding with these people? So ultimately what happened is the expert witness, George Holly, backed out of this case. They also tried to portray my attorney who was just a regular, very well respected in the New York area criminal defense attorney. They tried to smear him as some kind of far right movement lawyer because he was taking my case. And now the funny thing is that this kind of ended badly for these two individuals, Luke o' Brien and Michael Edison Hayden. What happened was this story was baseless. And so when my attorney got wind of it, they had clear lock send a email to SBLC saying, look, if you run this baseless story, we're going to come after you for a massive legal liability. The only reason I know this is because Mr. Hayden published it in this book. And the aftermath of this is that SPLC pulled the baseless story and didn't run it. And this ended up with Michael Hayden on the floor of his shower at his house, having a panic attack, passing out or something bizarre. He eventually had to leave the splc. And Luke o', Brien, who is a freelancer, he was angling for a full time role at the sblc, actually had to. He was never offered a role at the SPLC after this. So this ended badly for them. As, as your readers, your viewers probably know, I won the case against the federal government, but in a way, I guess we won it against the SPLC too. So I was very heartened by this indictment that came down from President Trump and Todd Blanche. And on day one, President Trump signed an executive order ordering the DOJ to end the weaponization government and investigate the weaponization of government. So I think that we're seeing the fruits of that play out. I would caution the black pillars to take heart. Here we are seeing that things are coming down the pike. When Biden was in office, I was being prosecuted federally. They tried to throw me in prison. And now we're starting to see little things trickle out. The fruits of some of these investigations that take months or years to fully develop.
Benny Johnson
Doug, how much time were you facing in prison?
Douglas Mackey
So I was sentenced to seven months in federal prison by a judge in
Benny Johnson
Brooklyn, New York, for me, for, for, for a meme, for an obvious parody meme, by the way, which, which has been redone countless times by leftists, right?
Douglas Mackey
Yes, absolutely. A famous comedian by the name of Christina Wong made the same joke. And people have made this joke for. Yes, Years, decades. Oh, Democrats vote on Wednesday, Republicans vote on Tuesday. This kind of joke.
Benny Johnson
Yeah. Could you zoom out? Because I know you got very granular there as to how the SPLC Attacked Specifically you could you zoom out the to the ecosystem of the splc. They put Charlie Kirk on a hate map. Four months later Charlie Kirk is murdered. Charlie Kirk went on one of his last times on national TV live in person with Laura Ingraham talking about the SPLC and how dangerous it is to conflate TPOSA with the kkk. Little did I think Charlie even know at the time that they were funding both sides of that. Could you talk about the ecosystem of how the SPLC operated and how good it is that the Trump administration is exposing that, shutting it down?
Douglas Mackey
Absolutely, yeah. This goes back years. The SPLC I believe played a role in a gentleman shooting up Focus on the family 10 years ago or so
Benny Johnson
when Family Research Council.
Douglas Mackey
Exactly, the Family Research Council. They put a bullseye on them because they were anti abortion. So just for being pro life the SPLC is going to call you a right wing extremist. And I think that what their specialty is and was for all these years is taking the basically normal people like George Hawley or the Family Research Council and then putting them up next to these clan mask wearing people or people running around the country with swastikas. Well, it comes to find out these more extreme organizations, the leaders of these very small organizations were being funded by the splc. So then you get these images of these individuals going around the country. Well where do they get the money? They're not made of money. They're not, they don't have lucrative careers but apparently they have enough money to fly around the country and wave swastika flags or put a clan mask on. It's a form of LARPing. I mean these are kind of like old defunct organizations. And so then they take these people and they put them up next to President Trump or yourself or Charlie Kirk and say this is what we're fighting for, send us your money. And then of course we know what they're doing. So they have, they used to have this intelligence wing which got shut down obviously because of probably these investigations where you know, they would go around paying people to do all the stuff and then things like this would happen. Charlottesville, going back a few years where a number of right wing protesters who were among them were mixed in some of these not neo Nazis or KKK members but a lot some of these people were just regular people trying to protest as statue. They corralled them into the town square and then they corralled antifa in to try to create this riot situation. A lot of people think that they were trying to have blood spilled there so that they could, you know, portray this as extremism gone wrong and Trump is ruining America. And fortunately that didn't end up happening. Besides one individual who sadly lost her life because he, an individual, hit her with his car. And then it's, it's contested whether he was just trying to escape or whether he made a mistake or whether he purposely mowed her down. That's sort of immaterial. But this is what the SPLC does, which is profit off of rancor and division by causing rancor and division.
Benny Johnson
What, what do you think about Patriot Front? Like what I, first off, I can't wait to see what names are properly exposed. I would really like to see the names who are getting paid by the SPLC in order to do this. They're paying hundreds of thousands, if not million. They paid total, in totality, millions upon millions of dollars to right wing influencer class individuals that knew exactly what they were doing here. They knew exactly what they were doing, Benedict. You know, they were assisting the SPLC in creating these narratives against their own side. It's totally evil. I hope those people are exposed. What about Patriot Front? Like, what's going on with that organization? Do you know anything about them?
Douglas Mackey
So I don't know anything specific about Patriot Front. I would caution anybody about these kind of organizations because, you know, they get you to put these costumes on and march down the street and then people say, oh, look at these people, look what they're doing. I don't know that that's effective politics, first of all. Second of all, we've seen a pattern now of groups like the national alliance and the kkk, but also a group that maybe looks a little bit less radical like the Patriot Front, where they actually pay off the leaders to sort of corral these people and leak their, their data. They, they, they, you know, they get you to sign up and they have a member list and then they sell that member list to the splc. So I would caution anybody against this sort of organization. It's just not a great thing. I would also say that, you know, we've seen where they had a former police intelligence police officers infiltrate these organizations and make their way up to the very, almost the very top. And they're, they're on the payroll of the splc. So anytime you're doing something like this, the Patriot. I don't know who's in the Patriot Front. I don't know if they're getting paid or not. But I would just caution people to be be aware of this.
Benny Johnson
Like it just has to be. It's just this organization that we've been calling out for such a long time. And I don't really know. I'd really like to find out certainly in this next, in this Trump administration, like, what is going on there with the box trucks, the outfits, the marches, the lack of anybody ever scrutinizing them. Every single time they need something, you know, they get, they get a giant truck that pulls up, they all pile into the back of it.
Guest Commentator
It's unmarked.
Benny Johnson
It doesn't have a license plate. Zooms off over the hills and we never hear again. It just, it's, it's just reeks of an op, man. Now that we're finding out about all this. Yeah. Now that we're finding out about this, like the, the, the great age of disclosure, hopefully is upon us. Let's do January 6th next. I'm very, very glad that you brought a sort of uplifting message. The Trump for what the Trump administration is doing on this front. Douglas, we've been such a massive fan of yours and your fight and you fought back boldly and you didn't CR or bend the knee or sob to these goblins. And we will, to your great and eternal honor forever. We will respect that. We hope you join the show again sometime soon. And everybody follow Doug Mackey. He has great memes. I endorse. I endorse Doug Mackey's memes. He has nearly 100,000 subscribers here on Axe Fight with the people who are fighting for us. And Doug has a great sense of humor about it all. So God bless you, man.
Douglas Mackey
Thank you, Betty. Really appreciate the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen, Advantage Gold, a long time partner of the program. Your golden era can be here today. You know what I'm going to say about gas prices, home prices and grocery prices, that they are all too high, that the markets are all over the place. I want there to be peace and I have like a wonderful thing to leave you with here. But first, ladies and gentlemen, January gold smashed through. $5,000 an ounce. It's an all time high. It pulled back and now people on Wall street are calling this dip the buy of the decade. Central banks are buying, billionaires are buying. Are you in? Make sure that you are. Ladies and gentlemen, my friends at Advantage Gold can set you up. You'll discover an IRS approved loophole to move your 401k or IRA into physical gold and silver. Tax free, penalty free, at no cost, no obligation. The dip isn't waiting. Text Benny to 85545 right now text Benny to 85545 right now. My friends at Advantage Gold will take care of you. Very good chance of peace. Trump extends Israel, Lebanon cease fire three weeks as the Iranian negotiators head to Islamabad today. So that means that there's going to be peace talks today and we're going to get a very, hopefully this weekend there'll be some major advancement made on this front. Obviously, last Friday there were the big announcements that President that the Strait of Hormuz was open and that President Trump had locked in a generational peace deal that fell to pieces. Tends to happen, frankly. There's a lot of space and a lot of time and a lot of distance and a lot of obviously complex and countervailing forces in that part of the world. But President Trump, I think doing his best efforts here to muscle this over the finish line. And we'll pray for that this weekend. We'll pray for peace. We're heading up to the, up to New York right after this. Mondami's New York. I'm giving a speech for the Republican Women of New York Club. And so that's what we'll be doing this evening. And so, ladies and gentlemen, that will be our show for the day with one, one more prediction, a tough one right here. The reason why we want to keep fighting. What is the balance of power in the 2026 midterms? Democrats sweep Republican Senate, Democrat House at 38%. Democrat sweep is is up at 51%. Woof. Republican sweep 13% Democrat Senate, Republican House. That's probably not very likely anyway. Our hopes is not in the balance of power here on this mortal plane. Our hopes are in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. That is how we march through the day. Fear not, it says our Lord. He says it 365 different times in the Bible. So that's one per day. In case you're wondering something you should do every single day, fear not, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you. I will uphold you with my righteous hand. From Isaiah 41. Yes. We are not here to praise men as gods. There are no men who are gods. There's only one man who is God, is the Son of God. Name is Jesus Christ. Everyone will let you down. Everyone will fall short. And it is our faith in Christ alone that keeps us upright and it keeps us marching onto victory. That is our faith and our hope that we hold absolutely supreme. We hope that you have a great weekend, a blessed weekend. In this, the greatest country on earth. Wish me luck. Pray for me in Mandami's New York. We'll keep it tight, ladies and gentlemen. And we hope that you have a wonderful, wonderful weekend. Godspeed. See ya.
We are rich. We are rich. We hate everything except money. Except money. Check out my bling.
Douglas Mackey
Yeah.
Benny Johnson
Bling, bling. Caviar, hot dogs tonight, boys. I just bought my mom a new car. Yeah, new car we hate. Am I right, boys?
Ken Cuccinelli
Yeah.
Benny Johnson
Feel the power of the bling.
Douglas Mackey
We hate everybody.

You see all these things and you wonder what in the world is going on. Was it this way five years ago? 10 years ago, 20 years ago? Do we have the will or not? But we are Americans and I believe we absolutely do have the will. I do this show for you and when you're not interested in anymore, I

Host: Benny Johnson
Guests: Ken Cuccinelli (former Virginia Attorney General), Douglas Mackey
This episode centers on breaking news about a Virginia court decision blocking a Democrat-led redistricting referendum, which host Benny Johnson frames as an unconstitutional scheme to rig elections. Johnson discusses the implications of this ruling with former Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, explores Florida’s aggressive GOP redistricting plans, and delves into allegations of election manipulation involving the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). The show features commentary from Donald Trump, as well as a segment with Douglas Mackey about free speech and SPLC’s controversial activities.
Background: A Virginia circuit court ruled that a recent Democrat-driven redistricting referendum was unconstitutional, eliciting celebration in Republican circles.
Host’s Framing: Johnson describes this as a battle for “civilizational survival" against Democratic manipulation, citing “mail-in ballots” and “foreign invaders” as the tools for alleged election rigging.
Election Data: Johnson presents maps and statistics, arguing the majority of Virginians opposed the redistricting but were overruled by dense, Democrat-leaning urban areas.
Impact: Johnson and Cuccinelli claim that the redistricting process disenfranchised 49% of Virginians, which Johnson equates to “stripping civil rights” and a path to civil unrest.
“51% of those in Virginia are voting to strip away the rights of 49%. That’s how you get civil wars.” — Benny Johnson (14:55)
Breaking News: Johnson shares insider conversations with Florida officials, reporting that Florida plans to aggressively redraw its congressional maps, potentially adding 4–5 more GOP seats due to rapid population growth.
"Florida is going to go full bore, pedal to the metal on redrawing the maps... a plus 4 or plus 5 map is absolutely on the table." — Benny Johnson (18:13)
Democrat Response: House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries warns the Florida GOP this could “backfire,” to which the show responds with skepticism and confidence in Republican gains.
Legal Process: Cuccinelli describes multiple constitutional and statutory challenges pending in Virginia courts. He is optimistic the state Supreme Court will nullify the referendum due to clear constitutional violations (e.g., improper passage timelines, misleading ballot language).
“They did it so many different ways that they now have to work their way out of the mess they created… If I were a betting man, I’d bet with heavy odds that the referendum is nullified.” — Ken Cuccinelli (25:31)
Ballot Language: Cuccinelli and Johnson criticize the referendum question as “directly written by Barack Obama,” arguing it is fraudulent and misleading.
“Should we adopt a new congressional district to restore fairness... this feels like an ad. This doesn’t feel like a fair... I mean, honestly, this… Mr. Attorney General, this feels like pablum from a mayor.” — Benny Johnson (29:37)
Broader Impact: Cuccinelli warns that the legal fight in Virginia reflects a national trend of leftward political movement, particularly due to federal government expansion in Northern Virginia.
“The right hasn’t really moved much in Virginia… But the left in Virginia has gone full tyrannical communist.” — Ken Cuccinelli (35:56)
Johnson repeatedly alleges that mail-in ballots are inherently insecure and are exploited by “foreign invaders” to sway elections.
“The only reason why this abomination won was because of mail in ballots. Mail in ballots that are prima facie unable to be tracked, unable to be validated...” — Benny Johnson (15:22)
Trump reiterates claims of widespread electoral fraud associated with mail-in ballots and calls the Virginia election "rigged."
“Anytime you have mail in ballots, anytime you have mail in ballots, you have cheating.” — Donald Trump (16:56)
Allegations: Johnson accuses SPLC of orchestrating “industrial-scale hate crime hoaxing” — allegedly funding both hate groups and fighting them to bilk donors and shape political narratives.
Tax-Exempt Status: Johnson urges that the Trump administration revoke SPLC’s tax-exempt status to cripple its funding base.
“If you got rid of the tax exempt status of this organization, nobody would ever donate… The only reason anybody ever donates is not because they believe in them, they want a tax write off.” — Benny Johnson (44:56)
Johnson and commentator Laura Ingraham link SPLC’s labeling of individuals and groups to real-world violence.
“They put Charlie Kirk on a hate map and four months later he was gunned down… Don’t tell me there’s not a connection.” — Benny Johnson (01:05)
Personal Experience: Mackey describes how SPLC allegedly attempted to intimidate his attorney and expert witnesses during his meme-related prosecution, linking their tactics to broader efforts to silence conservative speech.
SPLC Tactics: Mackey and Johnson suggest SPLC “fabricates” extremism by funding fringe groups, then using their existence to attack mainstream conservatives and incite donor panic.
“They control both sides of the supply chain. This is industrial scale hate crime hoaxing. This is like Jesse Smollett with corporate sponsors.” — Benny Johnson (43:13)
Advice for Listeners: Mackey urges caution around ambiguous or performative “right-wing” groups, noting a history of such organizations being infiltrated or manipulated for narrative purposes.
Election Predictions: Johnson shares polling that forecasts a strong possibility of Democratic victories in both House and Senate, but encourages hope and activism among conservatives, emphasizing faith as the ultimate source of confidence.
“Our hopes is not in the balance of power here on this mortal plane. Our hopes are in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.” — Benny Johnson (62:33)
On Virginia Redistricting:
“51% of those in Virginia are voting to strip away the rights of 49%. That’s how you get civil wars.” — Benny Johnson (14:55)
On Mail-in Ballots:
“The only reason why this abomination won was because of mail in ballots… there are no systems to ensure that those votes are secure.” — Benny Johnson (15:22)
Donald Trump on Election Integrity:
“Anytime you have mail in ballots, anytime you have mail in ballots, you have cheating.” — Donald Trump (16:56)
On Florida Redistricting:
“Florida is going to go full bore, pedal to the metal on redrawing the maps... a plus 4 or plus 5 map is absolutely on the table.” — Benny Johnson (18:13)
On SPLC:
“This is industrial scale hate crime hoaxing. This is like Jesse Smollett with corporate sponsors.” — Benny Johnson (43:13)
“If you got rid of the tax exempt status of this organization, nobody would ever donate.” — Benny Johnson (44:56)
Ken Cuccinelli on Virginia Courts:

This episode of The Benny Show delivers an impassioned, partisan analysis of recent election developments, with heavy criticism of Democratic redistricting strategies and allegations of coordinated election manipulation involving mail-in ballots and activist organizations like the SPLC. Through interviews with Ken Cuccinelli and Douglas Mackey, the episode underscores ongoing legal and cultural battles around election law, free speech, and the integrity of American democracy from a right-wing populist perspective. The show combines legal arguments, political strategy, and calls for both activism and faith in the face of what the host sees as existential threats to the country.
