K is coming for us. You must have throw your pot the kid. It's too risky. We don't have any time. Remember your training. We did it, Eric. We did it. We sure did. This is incredible. Can you tell that Jerry's back in the saddle? I mean, could you tell? Klein and I are like raging about Jerry, like sitting here as we're watching the cold, like, well, hot damn. Even in the world of AI slop, that is a masterpiece. That ain't slop, ladies and gentlemen. That is a Michelin star three course dish with primo silver. It's beautiful. Eric Swalwell farts in order to get. In order to get rid of the fence. I don't know. I. Klein is quickly turning this into the Benny Hen show. You ever see, seen that from like the 1950s where there literally was like rubber chickens and fart noises and stuff like this?

Why not?

Why not?

Bring it back? Okay. All the society is playing the oldies. Donald Trump's building skyscrapers again. We'll get to that. On today's show. Eric Swalwell banging Chinese sp and apparently we're gonna learn so very much. Isn't it amazing? Isn't it amazing, Klein? They don't want. They don't want to release these files. Why not? Hold up. I thought we were all about, like, releasing the files. I thought we were for transparency here. Wait up, hold up, wait a minute. Take a step back. I thought this was all about releasing the files. I thought libs and democrats constantly calling our president a pedophile in even though all of the available evidence shows the opposite. And I don't care if I'm the only guy saying that because I'm the only guy that doesn't like the cheap click. The person who actually read through literally everything, me and Asmongold, like, that's it. Like, we actually read the files and they like, if you don't like what it says, Then maybe you need to check yourself. And if you're the one saying. And demanding that Trump release everything, which I think they have, I don't know. Als will you check? I think they're holding on to some Epstein files, but whatever, like, and I don't want them to. And we've been demanding transparency the entire time. And we've ripped through the files and we've done a billion headlines on them. But you can't have it both ways. They released Trump's tax returns. They released the Epstein files. They've released literally every photo, every single thing they possibly could. They thought they got Trump. It was him with, like, some sun lotion, cabana girls. He was a model. They, they, the Democrats blacked their faces out. It was a publicly available photograph. It, it was with a suntan company. Donald Trump. Look at him. Yeah. Now they're screaming that we're going to release the Swalwell files. And the reason why they're screaming that is because Eric Swalwell allegedly is a traitor to our nation. We'll get into all of that today. We've been making a few phone calls here. Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Eric Swalwell escalates war with FBI chief Cash Patel over Fang. Bang, bang, bang, bang, bang. Trump humiliates Obama with library. And we're going to get to the bottom of these UFOs. First thing we're going to do is we're going to travel over to NASA today and we're going to be doing an interview with the administrator of NASA. And we're freaking thrilled about it. Do we have the graphic? Can we put up the promo graphic? If not, it's pinned to the top of my Twitter page. You can just find it, like twin pin to twin to the top of the Twitter page. And I'm going to man, misgender Twitter. Look at that pin to the top of my X page. We're heading over to NASA directly after the show. We're going to watch the Artemis launch, which is going to be amazing. And we're going to bring you an interview with the head of NASA. It's going to be a exciting and wild couple of days. I get ready to lock in. This one's for America. Time to, like, feel the power and the weight of being an American again. That means doing great, bold and dangerous things, like sending a crew of five out beyond the moon to the deepest in space any human being has ever traveled, prepping us for a moon base by 2028. Yes, it's happening. Your space age Books, the science fiction books you used to read as a kid. That's happening. Real life, real time. It's going to be amazing. Jared Isaacman will be joining us later today and we'll have that interview up blazingly fast as we wait for the blaze, the Artemis to rocket a moment in history. We're so excited. The re launching of the American space age. Making our species multi planetary touching the face of God as it were. So we're excited about it. Ladies and gentlemen, Matt Gates will join the show to talk to us about UFOs, what's actually happening here. Interesting little show. We thought why not have our friend back on. My name is Benny Johnson and this is the Benny Show. Okay, ladies and gentlemen, it's gonna be a lot of, gonna be, gonna be a bit of a golden era when you see the, the flame taking off from the rocket. There's your golden era. Here's your golden note to remind yourself to go buy gold. Advantage gold. There's a lot of crazy stuff happening in the world right now. Don't need to get into it but like maybe it's best to diversify just a bit. Just a hair, just a smidge. It's a good idea. It's worked out great for me obviously. Like don't take investment advice from a guy like me. Don't take tax advice. You'll go to prison if you take my tax advice. Okay, like there's a, there's a, there's a reason you have to like have professionals do these things. But take this sound advice like gold is worth more and gold is a better asset than ever. When the world is changing and the world is going to change over the next couple of years, it's going to change drastically. America's going to be pushing that change. You should be in front of that train getting on gold today. Tax advantage gold. Benny to 85545 right now. Text Benny to 85545 right now. You'll instantly get your free gold investment kit. Don't wait while the gold rally keeps breaking records. Text Benny to 85545 right now. Okay. Eric Swalwell banged a Chinese spy. How do you know that? Benny? You're such a right wing lover. You're such a, you're such a con. You're such a magatard. Well, okay, you like, you like liberal media? You like Axios? Here we go. Suspected Chinese spy targets California politicians. This from Axios. In the year 2020, this suspected Chinese spy, his name's Fang Fang. Fang Fang took a huge liking To Eric Swalwell. You can read it in Weep Libs. This is what the left wing media has reported on and has confirmed that Swalwell loved himself some Mugu Gaipan and got deep in to the Panda Express here and went hard, okay, into the general TSO's. And what do you get out of it? Well, some big fat checks from the Communist Party of China. Read the article. They detail everything. Fat checks donated from Fang Fang. Fang Fang placed so staff in Eric Swalwell's office. Fang Fang was obsessed with Eric Swalwell's staff, or so he thought. Eric Swalwell rocking a solid, like probably a solid like three or, you know, and when you're an Eric, when you look like Eric Swalwell, when you rip ass on national television, which. Which he did, by the way. I mean, I think, like, it's funny because you forget that these kind of things happened in real life. Eric Swalwell literally did this in election. And the complaint that I've heard from, like, if you can't control your flatulence like that, and if you just look like you've been like a meat puppet, right? And you know, like you've been hit in the head. Head with a meat tenderizer a couple times and like this hot Asian, like rich lady that's young, younger than you, takes a huge liking to you. It's a spy. All right? It's a spy. If any. Like, if any. If the. The. If the barista at Starbucks like writes my name with a little heart, then I'm like, it's a spy. It's a spy. Get away. I gotta get out of that Starbucks. Gotta go. Gotta go. You gotta be smart, man. This is the show that brought you Tim Burchett saying that, like the deep state will put you naked in a hotel room and you'll wake up booze, pills, naked women all around you, and then your career's over, man. Look what they did to Lindsey Graham. Lindsey Graham's walking around Disneyland with a bubble wand. That's how compromised that guy is. Be smart. Like, like, she's not in. Okay, bro? She's not into you. So stupid. That's so funny. It's for real. Lindsey Graham literally won her the. The government shut down. They can't pass the save act. Lindsey Graham is now calling for literal World War 3. There's no number of people that he doesn't wish to have die, you know, in the sand pits of the Middle East. And here he is, the perfect iconoclast photo of our leadership standing with a bubble wand at Disney. He's a 70 year old, single, unmarried, childless man wobbling around Disney with a bubble wand. This is your American leadership class, ladies and gentlemen. Eric Swalwell. Perfect fit for this. The reason why this is important is that he's running for governor of California. And odds are he's going to be the Democrat nominee. As far as I can see. And there's a lot of polls out there, he's like polling the best that there is for the Democrats in California. It is a absolute cluster F. If Kamala Harris had run, and it pains me to say so, but if Kamala Harris had run, then she would have gotten this. Kamala Harris didn't run. And so Eric Swalwell is now set to become the governor, or at the very least, the Democrat governor. Thank you, Klein, man, you're killing it. You're killing it today, dude. You're just killing it today, bro. But yeah, this is like, this is kind of stable. Am I wrong, Klein? This is like kind of stable. These are like kind of the numbers Steve Hilton was on banging on about how he's got 20% now. We love Steve, we love Sheriff Bianco, and Swalwell, you know, sort of like, sort of like dragging up a humiliating Democrat bench. But it's California, right? This is what it is. He's probably going to be the nominee. Yo, so it's. Yeah, okay, so like, oh, do we have a polymarket? Is that swallow right there in the blue? Yeah. I mean, here's what. This is what the betting odds look like. So it looks like Swalwell is going to get it. So this is like a critically important question. You know, when you have California that already has, like plenty of Chinese in it and plenty of Chinese influence. When, remember Gavin Newsom cleaned up San Francisco, got rid of all the homeless people, it was spotless. Decline is a choice. As soon as Xi Jinping, his real master, came to town, California already has a problem with Chinese compromise. It's obviously one of the closest states to China. You know, it's on. It's on the seaboard, right? Pacific seaboard. And you're going to put a guy who's compromised by the Chinese Communist Party in charge of that state? Hell no. It's time for everybody to learn what there is to learn about Eric Swalwell. Back to the left wing media article. Here's the Axios article. It details in a demonstrable and empirical fashion how Eric Swalwell was totally and completely compromised by this Chinese spy. How she placed staff Inside of his office. So she placed spies in his congressional office. You know, there's classified material there. There's classified information. They were effectively using him as a cutout. And then when she was made a mark, when they found out that she was doing an influence operation here, and by the way, she was banging a bunch of other politicians. It wasn't just Swalwell. Swalwell was Eskimo in it with, like, a ton of other sloppy Democrat politicians from all over the country. She was getting around, right? The FBI put a mark on her, brought in Swalwell, said, yo, this is a Chinese spy. Well, allegedly, According to our friend Shawn Davis, Swalwell helped her escape. You know, it's a funny little thing that we've been noticing and don't pretend to be high iq, okay? We didn't go to the Ivy Leagues. We barely got into state college. Right? I went to community college. I was raised in a soybean field in cornfield in Iowa. Hog farms was where I got most of my learning. And so, again, I'm never gonna, like, pull some type of card on you that I'm extremely smart, but we got pattern recognition down. It's the one thing that, like, people from the real world get. Like, people from the road. You want to know why conspiracy theorists are, like, why they're so popular among normies, among normal. Among us. Like, the normal people, like, sit there and talk at diners and, like, gas stations is because, like, we're good at pattern recognition. We can actually see this again and again. It's rerun. This is a rerun. It's a rerun. It's a rerun. You know, it's kind of amazing that the Chinese national that voted illegally in this country was also able to be exfiltrated. Even though we had confiscated his passport and his visa, they were still able to get him out of the country. The Chinese were able to extract their op. And that's exactly what happened with Fang Fang. Fang Fang fled. But how did Fang Fang know about this? Many people say that it was Eric Swalwell who may well have tipped her off. Oh, baby. Okay, let's talk real fast about what could possibly be, well, happening here. Who knows what's inside of this FBI file? It's been locked and sealed and, you know, put into the darkest bowels and basement of the FBI. There are a few people who've been briefed this. Kevin McCarthy is one of them. Now, I'm playing a dangerous game here, because I want to bring on Matt Gates here in Just a moment. And him and Kevin McCarthy don't quite get along, but Kevin McCarthy's from California. Kevin McCarthy was Speaker of the House. And Kevin McCarthy was briefed on Matt Gaetz and what was actually inside of that file. Ladies and gentlemen, Kevin McCarthy said something really remarkable. Most people don't remember it, where he told the press in a fit of pique about what was actually inside that file with Eric Swalwell. Oh, baby, let him cook. Here we go.
E
And if you want to talk about Swalwell, let's talk about Swalwell, because you have not had the briefing that I had. I had the briefing, and Nancy Pelosi had the briefing from the FBI. The FBI never came before this Congress to tell the leadership of this Congress that Eric Swalwell had a problem with a Chinese spy until he served on Intel. So it wasn't just us who were concerned about it. The FBI was concerned about putting a member of Congress on the Intel Committee that has the rights to see things that others don't because of his knowledge and relationship with a Chinese spy.
B
Ladies and gentlemen, things have gotten bad for the Democrat Party. If they were able to kneecap Swalwell here, then you're almost definitely going to get a Republican governor from California. He's going to be amazing. The people who work with Eric Swalwell, who know Eric Swalwell, have been shouting this from the rooftops. You know, Kevin McCarthy. They're like, quite furious that Eric Swalwell is serving on the Intel Committee when he's been compromised by China, when he may well have actually helped the Chinese spy escape. Is that what they're going to show? Are they going to show treasonous activity? You know, they covered off the Bidens. I mean, listen, like, was that any worse? That was also equally treasonous activity. Listen to Lauren Boebert. Boy, here we go. Playing the oldies. I love this one, though. Lauren Boebert. Go in, girl. Go. Go.
F
Policies are so pathetic and have done so poorly that the left has nothing else to do but troll the Internet looking for ways to get offended and then try to target members and strip them of their committees. This is a dumb waste of the House's time. But. But since the speaker has designated the floor to discuss members inappropriate actions, shall we? The Jihad Squad member from Minnesota has paid her husband, and not her brother husband, the other one, over a million dollars in campaign funds. This member is allowed on the Foreign Affairs Committee. While praising terrorists, a Democrat chairwoman incited further violence in the streets outside of a courthouse. And then the Cherry on top. My colleague and three month presidential candidate from California who is on the intelligence committee slept with Fang Fang, a Chinese spy. Let me say that again. A member of Congress who receives classified was sleeping with the enemy. This is unacceptable. And this would never expire.
B
Gentlemen from Florida living with the enemy. Come on. Get him, Lauren. Go get him. Eric Swalwell is now really angry. He's suing the FBI over them allegedly releasing this information. You know, it's amazing. This is the same guy who's been going down to the well of the house, banging his fist on the table, crying, screaming, rending his garments, saying release.
C
Release them.
B
Okay, fine. Do, do release them. But you can't have it both ways, brah. Can't have it both ways, broski. Eric Swalwell has issued a cease and desist letter. He wants to sue the FBI. Oh my. Over Cash Patel threats to release the investigative files about suspected Chinese spy who infiltrates his office. In the letter, Swalwell, who consider who is considered the Democrat frontrunner in the race for California governor, demanded the FBI agree within three days not to release the files and that by doing so may result in legal action. According to the Washington Post, Swalwell held a press conference on Monday insisting the case is closed and accused Patel of being a temporary employee engaged in horrendous abuse of power and digging up the investigation files about him and. And the Fang Fang. Bang bang. Suspected Chinese Communist Party asset who cultivated ties with Eric Swalwell. Fang Fang, also known as Fang Fang, was a student at the California State University East Bay, who began schmoozing Swalwell at events. Axios reported that she was shoving donations and maybe other things into and out of his office. Trump officials ordered the FBI to compile records of the decades old investigation in Swalwell's ties to Fang Fang and reportedly left the US in 2015 after worming her way into Swalwell's orbit and carrying a romantic sexual relationship on with two Midwestern mayors. So the attorney said that it was a smear attempt to undermine his governor's run. Isn't that amazing how this works out? Isn't that incredible? That's a smear attempt. Can you play the fart video one more time? And then we gotta get to Matt Gates. Play a fart video one more time
C
to help him cheat an election.
B
And the complaint that I. Okay, so everybody pays attention to the fart there, which we, you know, obviously you should, but like, have you ever paid attention to what he's actually saying here? So Eric Swalwell's upset about somebody mirroring him releasing files in order to damage him. And he's sitting there, right there before he rips ass. Dude, don't ever eat the chipotle cholula sauce. Like before going on msnbc. He's sitting there saying, Donald Trump helped demanded Ukraine help him cheat an election. Then he farts. This is like, this is the guy who's concerned now about people smearing him. Oh, this is rich. This is rich, man. Okay. Well, it's been. It's been a long time with Chinese spies.
G
And contrary to popular opinion, there are moments when he's not doing that.
B
Been a while since we played this clip. I just. I just have to bring back the Spy who Shagged Me segments. Okay, this is peak television, please. And then we're going to spies.
G
And contrary to popular opinion, there are moments when he's not doing that or coming in last place in presidential primaries. Eric Swalwell is still a sitting member of Congress from California. Amazing. He also sees himself as a hero who's going to bring justice for the January 6th insurrection. He's got a plan for that. He's investigating his own colleagues. We learned yesterday that Eric Swalwell has hired private investigators to find Congressman of Alabama claims Brooks is avoiding a lawsuit filed. Brooks accountable for the insurrection.
B
So Eric Swalwell hired private investigators.
G
Call his old girlfriend, Fang Fang. She's good at finding people in power. Eric Swallow call Fengfeng.
B
Wait a second. Eric Swalwell used congressional funds to hire a private investigator to go after other members of Congress. He constantly smeared Donald Trump and constantly lied about Donald Trump and the Russians and the Ukrainians on live TV with and without farts. And he's on the intel committee and he's sleeping with Chinese spy. Now he's upset that people are calling him out on it. Congrats. They're going to expose him. You played yourself. Congratulations. You played yourself. Ladies and gentlemen, somebody, somebody who played quite a fiddle in Congress and left it a blaze of glory, and we kind of miss him, quite frankly. In Congress is the great Matt Gates. Matt Gaetz now has a hit show on one American news network. And he knows so many of these little details, and now I think he's kind of at liberty to talk about all of it. And so Matt Gates joins us live right now. Matt, what's up, dude? I'm sorry. I played the Kevin McCarthy clip. I didn't mean to trigger you, bro.
C
I am more triggered by your deeply unfair treatment of Eric Swalwell.
B
Okay.
C
I think. I think you missed some real context in this. In this story. Benny Eric Swalwell was not a member of Congress when he met Fang Fang. He was on the Dublin City Council. So, like, when you're in Congress, you get defensive briefings. They tell you at orientation, if some chick way out of your league starts, starts, like, smiling at you and offering what you would never otherwise be offered, then you maybe need to have your guard up. But when you're on the freaking Dublin City Council, you're supposed to be looking for a Chinese spy showing up offering booty and cash. Like, when I was in the Florida legislature, if some smoking hot chick had shown up offering to, like, hang out with me and give me money, I probably would have indulged that. I probably would not have had the ability to be like, no, Fang Fang. Stay away with all of your hotness and money, while I sit here with the grave secrets of which potholes get filled in the city of Dublin, you know, So I give a little grace to Swalwell on the Fang Fang thing. More. More than most.
B
Okay, so when did Swalwell enter Congress? Because this Axios article says that she placed members, staff members, recommended one intern.
C
She recommended one intern. And, you know, I just think that that is far different than her becoming the HR operation. Look at that time. Once Walwell gets into Congress, he owns his conduct.
B
Okay, so he's elect. Tired of partisan noise.
C
America's more divided than ever. But independent Americans is adding light to contrast all that heat.
B
Independent Americans Daily News with Army veteran Paul Rykoff.
C
Pressing issues of the day with leaders who are shaping what America will be in the future. We're going to bring the righteous media five eyes. Independence, integrity, information, inspiration and impact.
B
Join the movement. Independent Americans from Believe, follow and listen on your favorite platform. Did in 2012. Yeah, so? So if he's elected in 2012 and she flees the country in 2015, I mean, there's at least a couple of years of comp, you know, potential compromise there.
C
Yeah, but I think that he had already kind of, like, moved on from this, from the Fang Fang experience. So.
B
So then why is he fighting the release of the file? Like, that's what I don't understand.
C
Like, let's talk about that. You and I are both people who've been investigated by and cleared by the Biden Justice Department. Pretty rare to have that type of a discussion with someone is the new frontiers of accountability that we're supposed to stand for. Going and finding old investigative files and releasing them where people have no due process because that what we're for now because let me walk you through what that looks like. Okay. You and I get investigated again by like President AOC or it's absolutely going
B
to happen, by the way, like it's obvious. It's absolutely going to happen. Yeah.
C
Special prosecution or Jamie Raskin. And then of course, because we don't commit crimes, they won't charge us with any crimes. But then later they'll be like, oh well, we're going to release that, you know, Matt Gaetz is a predator or Benny Johnson is a Russian agent. And you and I don't get to confront witnesses, we don't get to put on evidence. But just with the imprimatur of a government release, have the opportunity to smear people. Call me old fashioned, but I actually believe in the portions of the Fifth Amendment that say you get to confront your accuser. And, and only by preserving those things do we, do we ever get the vindication that you and I have been able to enjoy when actually cleared by not doing stuff. And so I am not part of this like newfangled Republican effort that says that the way to deal with accountability is some bitch ass release of evidence that never resulted in a charge.
B
I mean, the reason that I wanted you on the show because I wanted to talk about UFOs because it's like there does seem to be so much evidence that is withheld. And I know that there are members of Congress that constantly come on and tell me that they're like, that this would change the world, quite frankly, if we knew what they knew. And so it gets like, it gets to a boiling point, I guess. Matt. Right. Like it gets to a boiling point where it does seem like there's different rules and that these are the games that are constantly played against the right. These are games that are constantly played against Trump. These are games that are constantly played with the Epstein files, which completely exonerate. Which completely exonerate. You know, it's like exonerates Trump. Trust me man, it, trust me man,
C
isn't the lesson that it does, like if they had never charged Trump with a crime, it would have been a harder path for us actually. But the fact that they went there, right, so why not, I mean, again, to expose how corrupt they were. So I don't think again, I wanted
B
all the evidence released, but. Yes, but if there's nothing there, I
C
am of the view that the due process matters. So it is different when you're talking about government information that the government keeps because they believe that their processing skills are superior than Whether or not you're talking about whether people have committed crimes. Now, on the UFO issue, I do believe that we have a dogged group like Burleson and Luna and Burchett who are on this stuff and who do know where the information is that we've got to get released. And the leadership has to give them subpoena power and they have to get subpoena power to be able to get evidence in a secure compartmentalized information facility and then work to get it declassified. I think the most important information will be the biologics that are not human that have been discovered. And like, even some of the briefings that aren't classified just. Just need to be out in the public. I mean, I had someone come and brief me who was in a military uniform, worked for the United States army, that was briefing me on the locations of hybrid breeding programs where captured aliens were breeding with humans to create some hybrid race that could engage in intergalactic communication. An actual uniform member of the United States Army. Brief me on that.
B
So many follow up questions there and I still want to argue with you so much about Swalwell. But now I have. Now I just had. Now I'm like a dog, you know, with a bone. I gotta go. Okay, here we go. So. So this week, last Friday, the Vice President sits across from me and goes, it's all demons. Like, it's probably demons. And he goes thermonuclear viral for that. We have so many clips of it. Like it would take the rest of the show to just, to.
C
No, I saw great. It was a great show.
B
Like everybody writes it up and like, and everybody has a take on it. So few people have like actually been uniquely interested in it and have actually done due diligence and like, sorry for the, you know, the side quest with Swalwell. I still want to talk about that, but. But I wanted to have you talk like in. Maybe in the, in the spirit of full disclosure for the good of the American people, we. Which I would argue should happen, whether It's Swalwell or UFOs or Epstein, quite frankly, or by the way, Russiagate, which, when you release all of the information, whether it's my Russia gate that's going
C
to result in a prosecution, the Russia Gate stuff is going to get charged by the grand jury that is impaneled in the Southern district of Florida right now. That's the big. That's the big Rico charge that we've all been waiting for. And the tell is the jurisdiction, the fact that they're doing this outside of Washington D.C. it shows that the raid on Mar A Lago is going to be viewed by the DOJ as a predicate criminal act as part of the COVID up of Russiagate, which creates venue in the Southern District of Florida.
B
You know, I just, I just want to like say that the, the, the opinion of this show, this chat and typically of this channel is full transparency, full disclosure and the people who, the people who are trying to block that are obviously.
C
But do you not accept any limiting principle on that, Benny? I mean, when you were being investigated for being a Russian agent, right prior to the Biden Justice Department coming out and saying you were the victim, not a criminal, right, you were the victim of a Russian influence campaign before that. How cool would it have been if they're just in the interest of transparency, the fact that Benny Johnson was being investigated along with Tim Pool for being a Russian agent. They could have tried to de platform and smear you.
B
Oh, they tried. Oh, they tried. I mean this is like, this is how I like, I completely justice. This is how I completely under. I mean this is how I completely understand that game. I like have never felt more like I understood what Trump was going through like then in that moment.
C
But you got like the Department of Justice doesn't exist to vindicate people, they exist to charge people with crimes, right? You, you get this glorious vindication out of the mouth of your enemy, Merrick Garland, right? And, and so like, which I still can't believe. It's so like how that is.
B
It still doesn't feel real, Matt. I mean it still does. It does. Like it doesn't the whole thing, but I still believe. I still don't think, I still don't think. I mean, I got to be perfectly honest with you. I still have no idea if we even know the truth, right, about, about any of that. Like, I, I still am like really convinced that there was some type of USAID or some type of like greater overall entrapment operation there that, that went south. But, but anyway, I just like, listen man, I just don't try. I just ultimately I just don't, you know, I fundamentally, I fundamentally don't trust and that our federal government has been forthright with us. And I would like, I feel like the easy like, like it might not be perfect, but light is the best disinfectant. And I'm actually really glad that there was a lot of these. Like, I don't think we've had all of them, but a lot of these Epstein files have been released the vice president looks me in the eyeball and goes, yes. Like. Like Barack Obama says, yes, UFOs are real. They're not at Area 51.
D
They.
B
The Vice president looks me in the eyeballs and goes, they're demons. And Trump says, we got to disclose everything. And now you're on my show saying, wait a second, they're non human biologics. And people from the army have told me where there's breeding programs between humans and aliens. I say, what now?
C
Yeah. No, look, I think that on those matters where our security and the focus of our government needs to be sharpened for the American people, I've always been in the interest of disclosure, but I think that you and I are in a unique position to sympathize with those who have been under investigation but not yet cleared. And if the new guiding light of conservatism and of our movement is just release shit whenever you have it at any point in time, you and I both know that a future Attorney General, Jamie Raskin, a future special prosecutor, Adam Schiff. What do these start? Investigations of people that will never result in any criminal charge or any conviction, but then they'll surreptitiously leak out of context information. And we have to be resilient against that, against that mechanism. I think.
B
Wouldn't this be files that were corroborated during Barack Obama, Eric Holder, you know, Department of Justice.
C
Like, how did you argue, by the way? Corroborated Only determined in a adversarial proceeding. What in the world does corroborated mean to you, Benny Johnson, that Holder said it was okay? We have no three courts in this country to resolve these disputes. And we put witnesses on the stand and we swear them in and we ask them tough questions. And any determination that has been made outside of that process, from my standpoint, is legal. Bullshit.
B
Okay, we can, we can agree to disagree on this, but I still think that they should have absolutely no problem releasing the original investigation into Fang Fang. I don't think that should be a problem.
C
And you want to know who Eric Swalwell was banging when he was in the city council in Dublin, California.
B
I think that the voters of California. California is like the, like the fourth largest economy in the world. I think that it's critically important to know if somebody is compromised by a Chinese spy and if they help them escape and commit trigger. Yeah, I think that's important.
C
Yeah. No, that's a separate crime. Right.
B
Like, I think that's important. And by the way, if you don't mind. Hold on, Matt. Hold on, Matt. Hold on, Matt. It's my show. Let me finish. If. If, like, if that didn't happen, then who the hell cares? And if it's a boring file, then of course, but, like, these are critical questions, and you should actually, like, you should actually be totally in favor of the exoneration. Here you have the speaker of the House saying that the FBI is briefing him, that the. That Eric Swalwell should not be serving on the Intel Committee, that there. There is compromise there, and that people should be wary of this, and so the state of California should be wary of this. I think the state of California. Don't you live there right now? Like, hasn't the state been through enough? Don't they deserve to know? Even if there's some type of. Some scintilla of wrongdoing there, that. That they should know? You should ask for full exoneration. I think that it's critically important.
C
Okay, well, to be clear about the speaker of the House that you put on, he left Eric Swalwell on the Judiciary Committee that has oversight of the FBI. So it was kind of performance there to take him off intel and leave him on Judiciary. It shows that the game you were watching there wasn't really the game being played. And also, when it comes to, like, saving California by icing out Swalwell, from a pure math standpoint, you're just wrong about that, Benny, because the way to get a Republican governor of California is to keep Swalwell in the race, Soaking up about 10 to 13% of the vote. Katie Porter soaks up about 10 to 13%. Javier Becerra soaks up about that much. And then maybe you squeeze Bianco and Hilton into the general election through the crazy jungle primary they have. The worst thing that could happen for California Republicans would be an Eric Swalwell withdrawal from the race because that would ensure a Democrat in the general election. That is not something assured right now with him still in the contest.
B
Hey, listen, man. You know, I hate to say it, but, like, you know, I'm just here pushing for full transparency. I feel like the exoneration could potentially come through the release of files like this. But either way, I'm, you know, like, I feel like maybe you could be doing Derek's wall a huge service. I'm not trying to do that, but releasing, like, releasing the file. Like, for instance, here's a good. Here's a great example. Like, I like, Russiagate was a smear. It was my Russiagate or Trump's Russia gate, or it was a smear. And the release of everything exonerated President Trump. The same thing with the Epstein files. The release of everything has exonerated President Trump. There has been nothing criminal or damning about that. And I feel like that's a good thing. It's been a kind of painful process. It's messy, it's ugly. Politics is ugly. And I just feel like, for the betterment of the country, that it is, like, good to just be out with this kind of stuff.
C
And again, it was out, Benny.
B
You know, I'm aware, and I don't want to go around and round in circles. Like, I respect your opinion.
C
Remember the curated leaks, though. It's really.
B
I know Eric Swalwell was part of pushing all of them. I'm not trying to, like, you know, again, again, like, it was ugly, it was hideous, it was evil, it was wrong, you know, and, and, and so I'm just saying that on the basis of my instinct, I'm going to say, like, the full disclosure of everything tends to exonerate innocent people. And while the process sucks, like, this is kind of the game you sign up for when you get to this level in politics. And so this is just the, the, the way the world works. Now, I do want to talk about UFOs. I mean, I, you know, I think that you and I can politely agree to disagree on this or see how it plays out. You know, I don't know. But I would like to talk about UFOs, because that's something that made it an enormous amount of news this past week. Can we shift gears happily? All right. I mean, do you. Okay, so I, I want to, like, I want to, like, reset here and say that Matt Gaetz, based on my personal knowledge of a number of members of Congress, like, recollections, stories about, like, and testimonies about you and how hard you went at this issue when you were in Congress. I think you are the forefather, the actual forefather of UFO investigations, true UFO investigations in Congress. You're the person who first put your neck out there, first began talking about this, first held hearings, and first started talking to whistleblowers. Am I correct in that assessment?
C
You know, I think there's. There are a lot of folks who've been looking into it. I would put Tim Burchett, Anna Paulina Luna and Eric Burleson also at the tip of the spear. But that was the core group.
B
Yeah, okay, but you were the leader of that group. You even did fight tours. Is that correct? You even went to potential UFO locations,
C
places where we had got, where whistleblowers had told us that there were anomalies in what they had captured, both in photos and in radar sequences. It's important to note that, you know, not everything pilots see is with their own eyes. Oftentimes they're observing instruments. And so we would go and observe where, where those radars showed signatures and sequences and movements that were not consistent with existing technology. We had, we observed photos of, of some bizarre stuff and then we talked to pilots who, who shared their own encounters of, of what they had observed and where they had observed it. And you know, it's, it's, it's clearly a problem. And I think that I, you know, you mentioned Kevin McCarthy. I remember one conversation I was in with Kevin McCarthy about the UFOs and he turned to me and said, Matt, I don't. This was before we had a more caustic relationship. He said, matt, I don't believe that UFOs are out there because if anyone really knew they were out there, there would be a special interest lobbying group around getting money to solve the problem and I would definitely know about that. He said that was not even a hint of irony. And I believe that. I don't think he was lying to me at all. I think that like if UFOs were out there, Kevin McCarthy definitely would have been searching for a way to monetize that for donations.
B
Okay. You know, I really like, I hope you get back in the game one of these days, Gates. Like, because you're just, you're so good at like the weave. It's, it's, it's perfect.
C
I learned from the best on the weave.
B
Yeah, that's right. Your vet, your vengefulness against Kevin McCarthy needs to be studied, honestly. Okay, so like I love it. So can we like, can we just go back to square one, which is non human biologics, interracial alien mating. What the f. Is going. Look, wait a second. You had whistleblowers tell you this kind of thing? Can you please.
C
Yeah, I had a, I had a guy who was, who was uniform, he was a senior enlisted with the United States army came into my office at Crest in Crestview, Florida in a non classified setting. I had members of my staff there and what they explained is that the military ran a very secret program where aliens that were living were enforced breeding programs with humans that had been abducted from war zones and from even the caravans of migrants. Now again, I didn't verify this, but what the whistleblower was telling me is that there were like between six and 12 locations around the country where this happened. And what he wanted was a group members of Congress to all show up at the same time at all of these different locations so that any of those activities could, could not be moved. And of course it's a physical impossibility to get members of Congress to simultaneously show up at like eight locations at one time. And so that never occurred.
B
What do you mean non human biologics like this?
C
Well, that was the testimony of, of David Grush before the, the House Oversight Committee, which, which I joined. And the, the testimony was that in crashes of craft that had been recovered by the CIA and through a special program program that the CIA had for crash recovery, that it wasn't just, you know, the, the hard materials, it was also biologics, but that they couldn't identify a human source of those biologics.
B
So I mean, did you ever show up to any of these sites? Did you ever show up to any of these UFO sites?
C
I did not show up to any of these sites.
B
Secret military bases. Do you ever go to like any of these secret military bases?
C
No, I did not. I, you know, there were a number of questions about, you know, whether or not this person was, was credible, could we get access to the sites, but it never ended up occurring. Maybe we should have done it, but it was one of the strangest briefings I ever received. I turned to my general counsel at the time, was like, what was that? And you know, my general counsel's like, ah, must have just been some military guy who lost his mind and made a PowerPoint deck. You know, there was, there were questions about credibility. Okay, so, but not like there was no reason, like we didn't have an actual reason to believe the guy wasn't credible other than the fact he was saying things that at the time struck us as wild.
B
And what about now?
C
I mean, you know, we know more now and I think that. I don't, I'm not saying I believe that there are hybrid breeding programs, but I do believe that there has been crash recovery and I do believe that we have that information. I mean, right, right now. Benny. Shit. I mean, we see all these scientists disappearing. What is more dangerous to have on your LinkedIn right now? IRGC General or UFO scientists like you're, you could go missing at any time with those on your, on your LinkedIn bio right now.
B
How would you, I mean, like, did you see anything while you were in Congress, while you had a classified clearance? I don't know exactly what level you had.
C
I think the Thing that I could talk about is my reaction to some of the radar sequences. Like, the actual. What I observed was classified. But I could tell you, just as my reaction to that observation is that when you see radar of multiple vessels or craft merging into one vessel and then being able to merve out of that and into that repeatedly, that is not a technology that we possess or that any of our adversaries possess. But there are. I believe that when you see that type of thing on radar, you start to wonder where that comes from.
B
We have that footage from a Reaper drone that shows a Hellfire missile hitting this object and it breaking into multiple pieces, and then it reconsolidating team is grabbing it right now. Like, have you seen this? Like, I'm not. I don't think you were serving Congress exactly at the time of this briefing.
C
No, no, no, I, I know, I know the video you're talking about, what
B
the hell was that?
C
I don't know, but I, I'm not. I wasn't surprised by it based on the ability to merv into one and merv out and merv back in, that I'd seen in other radar sequences.
B
So you've. So you've seen sequences that look like that resemble this. I mean, we're putting the footage up right now from Annapolina Luna. So you've seen, you. So you've seen radar sequences that, that show objects reconfiguring live in air.
C
Yeah. And this, you know.
B
Yes, I have, because that's what happens here. It breaks into, like, four different pieces and then it forms back together. Crazy.
D
Yeah,
C
Imagine that, but in formation, where the individual pieces are clearly not just moving out of concert with one another. Imagine a world in which you saw like a. Almost like a flight formation and then all merging into one and then going right back into that formation to be a little distinct from this, but just as rare.
B
Okay, so there's classified stuff that you've seen that you can't talk about. What if that was declassified? Trump says he's going to declassify it. What if that was declassified? What would happen with the American public?
C
I don't think I've seen probably some of the most interesting stuff to declassify. Again, I think that if the things I've seen were declassified, the public's questions would be around how this technology exists that can do some of these things. And if we don't have it, and if we don't believe anyone else on Earth has it, you know, where do we think it came from? I Think those would be the questions.
B
So it's like, it's like space age technology that. That like, would break our brains.
C
It would not be anything that you know exists on Earth.
B
And you've seen that in classified settings.
C
I've seen things in classified settings that are not explainable with the technology we know is available. And I'm pretty well versed in that. I was on the Armed Services Committee for eight years. I sat on the Emerging Threats subcommittee that oversaw everything going on in cyberspace, had access to DARPA and the projects they were working on, had special compartmentalized clearance that is above the clearance of, of. Of just, you know, a regular congressional briefing. And so I even got to see things that other members of Congress didn't get to see that weren't on the Armed Services Committee.
B
Wow.
C
Would.
B
Do you believe that the American military is using that technology? Studying or using or trying to develop that?
C
I followed closely the commentary of people who discussed the reverse engineering theories that as we acquired technology that we were not familiar with, we transmitted that technology to Lockheed Martin so that they could reverse engineer some of the plasma propulsion concepts that we'd observed and perhaps even some. Some of the stealth concepts. That's been chronicled in a number of books and I study that literature and I'm, you know, I. When you look at the fusion of the defense contractors with the actual military, it is very believable to me that this would be something that would be existing as much in the defense contractor space as in the actual military space.
B
So you believe that the US Military has taken advantage of like, other, like alien technology?
C
Potentially, yeah. I believe that the United States military has benefited from the acquisition of technology and the reverse engineering of that technology. Do, do I know its origin from Aliens are out of space. I just know it's not something that is indigenous to our own defense ecosystem.
B
You're a guy who like, obviously makes a lot of decisions based on your gut. Yeah, yeah, you built an entire, you know, you built your entire political brand sort of on gut instinct. And so what is your gut instinct here? Based on what? You know, and you know so much more than the average American. I mean, you just, you've seen so much more than the average American.
C
Tim Burchett has a really well developed theory that, that aliens from outer space have bases that are underwater on Earth that they utilize for resources during transit, and that they've concluded that like, direct confrontation or interaction with humans carries risk. And so they utilize Earth as sort of a resource stop off. And occasionally, you know, we get these interactions that aren't planned. That's Burchett's theory. I don't have a basis to critique that theory. And he explains it better than I do.
B
Goodness. Okay. We'll have to ask him about that next time he's on. That's wild. Matt. I.
C
So are we gonna have to just, like, team up with the Iranians to fight the aliens anyway?
B
Dude, you know, it's crazy. You know, we've had.
C
Maybe they could send a drone.
B
We have the. We've had the particle accelerator people on, right? Like, we've had some of the flux people on, you know, the wormhole theorists and talking to us about this. And it seems, you know, that sort of technology seems to match or align with at least, like, kind of what you're describing. I don't pretend to be the expert. I'm just here to be curious and ask. But. But, you know, at some point, you. You have to, like, go ahead and read like you read. So you say you're a fan of reading, and it's the last thing I'll bring up. Dr. Crastios. Alex, I don't know if we have this in the script. Let me know. Dr. Krastios, last question. He's the, you know, science and technology guy that Trump appointed to be in charge, and he, you know, in sort of his opening salvo, he writes about how America has the technology to completely destroy time and space. White House says it has the tech that can manipulate time and space and make distance pointless effectively. Like, it's like what you would describe a flux capacitor as.
C
Right?
B
Like what you'd describe like as. Yeah, you know, like. Like. And I thought. I thought, whoa. At the same day, Donald Trump's in the Oval Office saying that they have weapons that nobody even understands and nobody can. Nobody can even describe. Right. Our technologies permit us to manipulate time and space and leave distance annihilated, cause things to grow and improve productivity. What is that, Matt? What does that mean?
C
That's obviously mission accomplished in the Iran war. We no longer have to worry about getting vessels through the Straits of Hormuz because we could just manipulate time and space and teleport them from the Persian Gulf into the Indian Ocean or something. Yes, that's that. That means we don't have to spend another trillion dollars and spill the blood of more Americans. Like ushering China and Europe's liquefied natural gas through the Straits of Hormuz. Yes, that's what I think it means.
B
Okay, What would be your advice when it comes to the release of these, you know, the UFO files. Final question. Because, like, that's clearly something that, like, people are buzzing a bit about starting to see some like, maybe disappearing over.
C
You know, I mean, I think that as these lawmakers, I mean, what if what we're seeing here, Benny, is that as these lawmakers are getting closer to the authorities to put this all out, people are disappearing who might have, like, I don't, I don't know that we can view the path toward transparency and the progress made as entirely independent from these people just being disappeared who are around the mission. So that's kind of scary and awful to think about. But I do think we're on the march toward it. I think there has to be. Immediately we have to start thinking about, like, putting people in witness protection if they've been around these missions, because it's the, the coincidences are starting to stack up and they may just be coincidences, but I, I would start with protecting your evidence. And that evidence comes in two forms, documents and testimony. So protect the evidence, protect the people. And then ultimately you need kind of a church style commission. And, and you got to get past the, the slow walk of usual congressional oversight. This has to be accelerated. And I'm glad there are people trying to get us the truth, but they face serious headwinds.
B
This is exactly what Matt's talking about right here. The number of scientists who've studied this, you know, been part of the skunk works program or been part of the UFO technology program, they're just going poof. They're, they're disappearing. Burchett talked about this last week. Yeah, he was on the show.
C
Yeah, it's like, it's like Bibi said they were two weeks away from developing a nuclear weapon or something.
B
I mean, you think that these people are like, legit? Do you believe that they're legitimately disappearing?
C
Congress, you've seen, I've talked to a number of homicide detectives and other law enforcement professionals who say that these are exactly the type of fact patterns where you have common work, common employment, where you would have a central node of these investigations and you would be looking at them and trying to see what commonalities exist. What, you know, even the lack of evidence. Right. Even, even the manner in which some of these crimes, like almost in an, in an unworldly and mysterious way, have no physical evidence. It is concerning, and I think it needs to be investigated as, as one fact pattern and at least determine whether or not that's what we're watching and
B
put them in witness protection.
C
Yeah, I would have witness protection for key witnesses right now. And Congress has the ability to get that done in concert with the Department of Justice. And I also think that you've got to get the subpoena power, man. You got to get the subpoena power and the skiffs. And Speaker Johnson knows that he's typically been a pro transparency guy and I think that there's no reason for him to delay in giving that authority that people trying to get us the truth.
B
Well, the, the king of pro transparency on all matters, Matt Gaetz. Thank you very much, Matt.
C
I always love which of our clips is going to go viral, but we always seem to have. Every time I come on your show it's like I, I have to plan for like messages from all my friends for the next several weeks because we
B
say something that last, last time you said that Epstein was absolutely working for like the Israelis. So like, you know.
C
Oh yeah, I really went out on a limb there predicting the future.
B
I mean you just predicted the future. That's just it, you know, like that's why people love it.
C
That's why. And I just, I watch the Benny Johnson show so that I can learn the future.
B
Oh, okay.
E
All right.
B
Well, thanks for being part of it everybody. Follow Matt Gase. Got millions and millions of followers here. 3.5 million on X alone. Follow his show as well. One America News Matt still can't believe this cover image ain't AI but it's not. It's just Matt Gate looking like Neo inside of the terrorist penitentiary. Thank you Matt. That's awesome, man.
C
Good seeing you, buddy.
B
See you, bro. Today we travel like right away right now across the state for our sit down interview with the NASA administrator. We'll be taking Patriot Mobile along with us and I encourage you ladies and gentlemen to sign up for the only conservative Christian wireless provider in the world. They have a premium service even in Cape Canaveral. Pretty remote location honestly. Go to patriotmobile.com Benny call 972patriot and use a promo code Benny for a free month of service. That's patriotmobile.com Benny972 Patriot we'll be using our Patriot mobile devices today, ladies and gentlemen. Don't you worry. We'll be heading over to the other side of the state where Trump is going to be dropping his brand new skyscraper. Here's the tease. Just absolutely incredible. 50 story skyscraper presidential library inside complete with an Air Force One. Just wild. The difference between this and Barack Obama's presidential library sort of like shows you the Ethos of the man, Donald Trump building magisterial carving, the skyline pointing upwards, showing Americans what we can do if we are committed to a vision, if we believe in American exceptionalism and might and grit and build. And it's beautiful. It proves that Donald Trump is going to make Miami his home office. That's clearly a Trump office up there. There's also a full and total replica of the White House inside, along with a large event space and so on. It's going to be epic. They were able to fit, just to show you the size of this thing, they were able to fit a Boeing 757 inside of the lobby. Wild. The Air Force One there. So goodness gracious, I look forward to seeing that. Eric Trump gave us a little sneak preview when we were with Eric a couple of months ago. And I was like, geez, the skyscraper. This is going to be mogging Barack Obama's library. The difference, ladies and gentlemen, of course, the architectural difference. Donald Trump is building what he wanted to build on ground zero. If you're, if you know the Trump lore, you'll know that Donald Trump wanted to build a massive twin tower. Like two twin towers. Ground zero wasn't able to get it done. I think they went with a lesser design. Nonetheless. Donald Trump's building his own freedom Tower. Barack Obama's embracing brutalism and hideous, ugly, windowless oppression, which is what he represents. That there is literal architect style of the Nazi party. It's also the architect style of the Soviets. Cement blocks, no windows, hovering, oppressive monuments that are intended to destroy your soul and spirit. So, ladies and gentlemen, the differences couldn't be more stark. Make sure that you are obviously seizing your American dream with American financing. American financing can help you get out of high interest credit card debt and help you get that done today. 20% credit card debt is like a survival tax. You can barely pay any bills. I want you to be liberated from that. Live a life of liberty. It takes just 10 minutes to find out how much you could save. No upfront fees, no obligation to talk about, and no obligation to talk to a salary based mortgage consultant. If you start today, you could delay two mortgage payments. Go to American Financing American's home for home loans. 885-281-219. That's 888-528-1219americanfinancing.net Benny all right, ladies and gentlemen, we've got to scoot. We'll see what happens next in the great wide world. But we'll be part of this massive Americana space launch from the Coast. We will also be bringing our snacks with us. We have a long drive ahead of us. Three hours to the other side of the state. I brought my masa chips. I'll let you know that masa chips are the snack of the Johnson household. Masa chips are the snack that my children ate last night when we had taco night at the house. Masa chips, ladies and gentlemen, will fuel and power our trip across the state. We don't have any time to stop for lunch, so Klein, I hope you're ready for that. I have some beef jerky. Masa chips are good for you. Masa chips are made with three all natural ingredients, Corn salt and beef tallow. Go give masa chips a try today. Go to masachips.com Benny use code BENNY for 25% off your first order. Masachips.com Benny use the code BENNY for 25 percent off your first order or you can get them at Sprouts Market. Okay, Poly market, ladies and gentlemen. Let's see. How long will DHS shutdown last?
C
Hmm?
B
Yeah, I think, I think, I think we. I think we already know the answer to that. It should not be lasting long. Please, I pray. And when we pray, ladies and gentlemen, we pray our verse of the day. John 13:34. I give you a new commandment. Love one another as I have loved you so that you should also love one another. Make sure, ladies and gentlemen, that you're doing like your level headed best. It's a brutal life out there. It's tough, it's intense. Obviously it's. You know, no one can be perfect. But if you embrace the gifts that God has given you, if you live a life of gratitude, if you charge forward and knowing that the Lord has brought you a very, very long way and they're still farther to go, being appreciative of that. Love one another. Love your country, love your community. Love your nation. Love one another. We're gonna go and love ourselves in Artemis 2 rocket launch. And we'll see you online for this, hopefully Internet breaking interview in just a few short hours. God bless all of you. It's your boy, Benny. March with us onto victory. See ya, Kasha. Patui is coming for us. You must throw your fart. I can't.

It's too risky.

Title: FBI Releasing Eric Swalwell Files EXPOSING 'Treasonous' Relationship with Chinese Spy Fang Fang!
Host: Benny Johnson
Air Date: March 31, 2026
Featured Guest: Matt Gaetz
In this episode, Benny Johnson dives into explosive allegations involving Congressman Eric Swalwell's relationship with an alleged Chinese spy, "Fang Fang," and the ongoing controversy surrounding FBI investigative files tied to the case. The show explores the potential implications for Swalwell’s California gubernatorial run and examines issues of transparency, security, and political double standards. Benny is joined by former Congressman Matt Gaetz to dissect the story and discuss broader concerns about government secrecy, the release of investigative files, and even UFO disclosure efforts.
“If you want to talk about Swalwell, let’s talk about Swalwell, because you have not had the briefing that I had. ... The FBI was concerned about putting a member of Congress on the Intel Committee that has the rights to see things that others don’t because of his knowledge and relationship with a Chinese spy.”

The Benny Show leverages sensational news about Eric Swalwell and Fang Fang as a crucible for larger debates on political transparency, due process, and national security. The episode’s second half pivots dramatically to UFO disclosure, with Matt Gaetz sharing wild and provocative congressional briefings. The flow is a heady mix of mockery, political outrage, and genuine conspiracy speculation—delivered in Benny’s signature irreverent, combative, and sometimes bawdy style.
