Ladies and gentlemen, we're going to be traveling to Texas later today. It's going to be a exciting day. We have America first policy institute. We're going to be hosting a rodeo in Texas later. I don't know, am I like a rodeo guy? I mean, I don't really, I don't own a pair of cowboy boots. That's. That, that's not really the country that I come from. So maybe, apparently I'm going to get a cowboy hat tonight and we look forward to seeing you there in Dallas Fort Worth, if you're there. The Cowtown Coliseum is where we're going to be. It's going to be a rocking good time. We're excited for it and we are uplifted by the current news cycle. It is a particularly enjoyable news cycle and this is what brings us to our first white pill of the day. Let's go. We ratioed Barack Obama. That's the, that, that's, that's, that's what it is. We, we ratioed Barack Obama. There is. I don't know, I don't know if it's exactly like a ratio, but Barack Obama complained yesterday that he can't be racist anymore. And that's what the Supreme Court ruled. We covered this live on the program. The Supreme Court says you're not allowed to be a dirty racist and draw your congressional district based on how many black people are there. And this seems like. Wait a second. We were doing what? Yeah, that's exactly what Democrats have been doing. They've been doing it across the country. There are many dozens of districts that have been drawn based on section 2 of the Voter Rights Act. Some of them in Pennsylvania, some of them in Washington state, some of them in Colorado, some of them in Texas that have been drawn based on lawsuits from people saying, oh, you're going to disenfranchise this section 8 person here who's never even voted. Right. They've created congressional ghettos. And that's exactly what Barack Obama's doing. He complained about it. Must be exhausting, by the way, because last week Barack Obama was hyping an abomination of a map to Virginia that looks like you grabbed a meth head off the street, gave him Parkinson's disease and ALS and Lou Gehrig's, put him in the back of a shopping cart, rolled him down a mountainside, and told him to draw a congressional district. And that's what Barack Obama create. Give me those. Give me those districts, by the way. I don't think I have them loaded up. Give me those congressional districts. So Barack Obama was hyping last week the single worst gerrymander in the history of America. I think that what they did to Virginia was because Virginia has so few seats, was arguably worse than what's happened in California. Virginia has, I think, 10 seats. Right. They were the most even, actually the most evenly allocated congressional seats. And Barack Obama came in with his communists and with George Soros money. 97% of the dollars, dark money spent in Virginia came from outside of the state. And they went in there to rig it. And of course they rig it with mail in ballots from foreign criminals. And Barack Obama was hyping, boom, clap, cheerleading that all weekend. And now suddenly Barack Obama's against Jerry. It's must be exhausting. At the very least, you and I have a compatible, comprehensive, defendable worldview. Like we have a conscience that, that that's applicable in this situation. It's pretty obvious. We think that all men are created equal, kind of like how the Constitution says. And we don't think that you should draw boundaries and Guide congressional ghettos based on people's skin color. And that's what Barack Obama wanted to do. That's why the ruling yesterday 6, 3 in the Supreme Court was so important. Here we get that Virginia map. Look at this thing. Look at this thing. Geez. So this is what. This is what Barack Obama is what Barack Obama wanted to go. I got it. Here's what he did. So this is Barack Obama. So this was Virginia. Pretty tight. In fact, according to nonpartisan congressional raiders that do the. That run the data on this kind of stuff. This was the best drawn, fairest maps in the country. They said in Virginia. And Democrats went and did this to it, doing these squirrely little tentacle lines all the way up here to all the people who were fired by Doge, all of the wine moms and SSRI bureaucrats that all the Dr. Foushee scientists. And so every single district now carves way up there in order to get the embittered left wing SSRI got their ass fired by Doge communist vote. And then they wrecked Virginia. So this was what Barack Obama was bragging about doing just last week. And now he's crying about partizanship. What a jackal, this guy. Can he go like, I just can't you go away? But like, how long have you lived? I'm nearly 40 have. I've lived through a lot of presidencies. I've never seen a president stick around like a maligned tumor, like Barack Obama. What is he still doing this for? We all know what he's doing it for. These people, they have no lives outside of power. Communism is their religion. They don't believe in God. They believe that God is the government, believe that they are God. If you want to create congressional ghettos using black people as pawns to rig power for more race communism, if white people did this, you'd burn all the cities down. It's wrong, it's illegal, it's unconstitutional. In a republic, we have a rule of law, not rule of race. Boom. At 47,000 likes on this, 4,000 reposts Barack Obama. It's not exactly a ratio, but it's good enough for me. I think it's the most. The most smoked comment of Barack Obama yesterday. And that makes us happy. The ruling yesterday, of course, was to get rid of a cancer like this. It's a better representation, ladies and gentlemen, is right here. This was the district in Louisiana that Democrat that Democrats forced through lawsuits to buy to.
Senator Ron Johnson
To.
Benny Johnson
To force through lawsuits the Republicans in Louisiana to create. Is there any explanation for this, it looks literally like a bacterial virus. There is no explanation for this. I have great thanks for our Supreme Court and you should, too. Without President Trump, we wouldn't have the Supreme Court. We wouldn't have this ruling. Now the south has the potential to add a net 27 seats to Republicans. Florida went ahead and got busy and started doing exactly that. Just yesterday, the Florida maps were passed. Looks more like this. Now. That added a positive.4 seats for Republicans passed the House and the senate. And Ron DeSantis set to sign it in today. So this is why. This is your historic white pill. This is why we're leading the show with this story today. We are winning on all fronts at the moment. It just goes to show the demoralization op that we did not fall for. Thank you. On here. Is not reflective of political reality. In fact, it is an inverse barometer. Democrats decided to shriek and scream and cry about it. You can see here. This is what they did in the Florida State House because they are theater kids. They're not serious. They had to get. They have to get bullhorns. Expect more of this. This is what's going to happen all across the country as you realize that, like the Democrat Party isn't a real party. It is a party that the last real Democrat election was in 1984 when they just won Minnesota and they realized that they'd lost the white working class forever. That's when Democrats decided to pivot and bring in infinity, theater kids and criminal aliens to make up their entire base of support. It's been a humiliation practice for Democrats. Nothing better, though, than what happened with Hakeem Jeffries yesterday. In this poorly lit mewling cry fest inside of the House, here's Hakeem Jeffries.
Senator Ron Johnson
Action is gone. Diversity is gone. At a point where affirmative action is gone, diversity is gone. Equity, gone. Inclusion, gone. Racial tolerance, gone. The Voting Rights act, largely gone. But guess what, extremists. We're still here and we're not going anywhere. And we believe in this country. Not a perfect country.
Benny Johnson
Diversity is gone. Says the first black minority leader of the House, standing on a stage with the most black members of Congress we've ever had in history. Diversity is gone, he says we demand to be taken seriously. Association of the Wizards. Whatever the arrested Development meme is, we demand to be taken seriously. Here it is. So things are moving very, very quickly, ladies and gentlemen. Major news out of the Senate this morning. And we'll have Senator Ron Johnson joining us in just one second. Alx, let me know that everything is Set and ready to go. Yeah, it's gonna be you. Sorry, bud. Yep, it's gonna be you. Major news out of the main Senate race this morning. Janet Mills, she's the governor remain she dropped out of the Senate race. She had a decent chance of winning. And now the main senator race has swung to the right. The person who now will be in charge of the holding up the Democrat banner in the Senate is a guy named Graham Planter. Graham Planter's claim to fame is that his Nazi tattoo has been covered up. Maine senator candidate Planter says tattoo Nazi symbol has been covered. So they're, they're, they're sending their best. Graham Planter also according to the Senate Republicans has a exciting Internet history of comments. They just released this ad. I want to get Senator Ron Johnson who's ready to join us in just one moment. Response to this the dramatic reading of Graham Platner's Reddit comments.
Graham Platner (dramatic reading)
Holy. How about people just take some responsibility for themselves and not get so up they wind up having sex with someone they don't mean to rape is a real thing.
Benny Johnson
This is the Democrats.
Graham Platner (dramatic reading)
You're so worried about it to buy Kevlar underwear. You think you might not get blacked out up around people you aren't comfortable with. Why don't black people tip? I work as a bartender and it always amazes me how solid this stereotype is. Living in white rural America, I'm afraid to tell you, they actually are. I got older and became a communist. Still got the guns though. I don't trust the fascists to act politely. I did used to love America, or at least the idea of it. These days I'm pretty disgusted by it all. Feel free to back it up with facts. Facts. This was the gayest, not in a fun way thing I've ever seen.
Benny Johnson
This has been a dramatic reading of Graham. So joining us live right now, somebody who, well, if Democrats vote for Graham Platner would have to share an office with or at least a building, is Senator Ron Johnson, who also has some major breaking news this morning on Dr. Fauci and the COVID cover up. Please welcome back to the program the esteemed senator from Wisconsin, Ron Johnson. Senator, thank you so much for being here. Good morning.
Senator Ron Johnson
I got a feeling that Susan Collins is pretty happy this morning. Although you know, I would be highly concerned that guy gets elected to the Senate. I mean, they elected Adam Schiff.
Benny Johnson
That's right.
Senator Ron Johnson
Democrats will do some pretty outlandish things nowadays. The radical left is a pretty powerful group.
Benny Johnson
Yes, that's right. Okay, so just your quick take on this. Obviously, this man is unhinged. He said very disparaging things about gay people, black people, all people. He has a Nazi tattoo. He's a communist. Yeah. I'm waiting for Barack Obama to disavow him. Right. Like, wouldn't this.
Jack Posobiec
This would.
Benny Johnson
This would be the way to go. Right. If you're against violence, you'll disavow Jay Jones, who says he wants to kill Republican children. As the Virginia Attorney General, you'll obviously disavow the Nazi communist guy who hates black people. Right. Who's running for Senate as a Democrat in Maine.
Show Announcer / Performer
Right.
Senator Ron Johnson
I know Maine's a beautiful state. I think the people in Maine are reasonably moderate. I mean, evidence the fact that they elect Republicans and Democrats. And regardless who they elect, they're generally moderate members. I've got to believe the people in Maine would reject somebody like this if they fully understand who he is and what his record is. And my guess is Susan Collins and the NRC will put a few dollars behind making sure that folks in Maine know who this fellow is.
Benny Johnson
Yeah. Okay, so real quickly, the voting, the Voter Rights act ruling yesterday, obviously that was the. Of the entire day. Everybody melting down, Chuck Schumer melting down, losing their minds. Your take on this, Senator? We think it's a joyous thing that you can no longer be racist in drawing congressional districts, that what you're making is a congressional ghetto. By doing that, you shouldn't be able to do that. It's illegal. It's unconstitutional. That's what the court ruled. The best way to stop being racist is to stop doing racist things. Right.
Senator Ron Johnson
Well, again, I don't always agree with Chief Justice Roberts, but that was his quote. If you want to stop discriminating discrimination by racial on a basis of race, stop discriminating on the basis of race. I mean, that's pretty much his quote. It's just true. So stop doing it. So I think this is a very good sign. It was a correct decision. Our Constitution basically let states run their elections. They let states, the state legislature, figure out how to apportion the districts based on the census. You know, the census apportions the, you know, how many seats they get. Then the states take it from there and figure out when you draw your districts. And that's going to be a political process. There's no doubt about it. What the Supreme Court has just said is, okay, fine, it's a political process, but you can't make those decisions based on race. You know, do it based on whether The Republicans, Democrats, you know, you can do it on a partisan basis. You just can't do it on race. So it's certainly not the end of the world. It's in the right direction. It's returning some constitutional protections for everybody else.
Benny Johnson
So constitutional protections for us during COVID was that at the very least, we thought our medical professionals and those who were making the big decisions would certainly not have created the COVID virus, loosed it on us, used bioweapons, 9, 11 Patriot act funds in order to create these viruses illegally offshores. But then at the very least, if they were doing all that, Senator, they'd keep the evidence and not destroy it. And that's what we found now in the Dr. Fauci scientist indictment and arrest earlier this week. Dr. David Morens, can you please fill us in on that? Your office, of course, is critical in the understanding of this because you have been the tip of the spear. And I think you have new reporting out just this morning, running on this, correct?
Senator Ron Johnson
Well, first of all, I got to give a huge shout out to my staff who, you know, years ago with our investigation, we weren't getting any documents from the Biden administration. None. But, you know, we requested documents from some of the universities, like UNC Chapel Hills and other universities. This, this one came out of the University of Texas. We got a document production, about 115,000 pages in response to our oversight request. And my staff picked the needle out of the haystack. Out of the 115,000 pages, they found that email, David Morens. I mean, we didn't know anything about David Morens. You know, how they found it, it's remarkable. But that was the email where he was bragging. The fact that he had this, his foia, his FOIA lady had taught him how to make emails disappear. And if you're going to send anything sensitive, send it to my Gmail now. But less than direct violation of the federal records law, you know, basically saying he knows how he's destroying federal records, he's avoiding it. So again, we of course, turn that over to the inspector general under the Biden administration. They did nothing. That inspector general's office took President Trump to come in, kind of overhaul that the inspector general's office. And finally we have an inspector general who pursued that, and we've got the indictment against David Morens, which is again, probably just the tip of the iceberg. I think the new news you're talking about is the report we released in conjunction with our hearing yesterday, where, by the way, within that report we see further evidence of FDA officials knowing full well that they're covering something up. So let's not, let's talk about this offline. This isn't the kind of information we should be putting in email. So we see that same type of evasion, that same kind of COVID up. But the big news from our hearing and our report is that on March 1st of 2021, not even three months into the emergency use authorization, Peter Marks, the head of cber, was given a briefing by Anna Schwarzman. She was the expert in FDA working with the inventor of the mathematical algorithm that analyzed Vayer's data. They came to Peter Marks, gave him a briefing, said that the current algorithm, because of the uniqueness of having two injections that were very similar and the explosion in Bayer's reports was hiding, was masking adverse events and safety signals. And so they come up with a state of the ART system that 26 days later they presented the results showing there was 49 cases of extreme masking, 25 safety signals being revealed once they unmasked them, including sudden cardiac death, different types of strokes, pulmonary infarction, Bell's palsy, and Peter Marks and the top officials of FDA completely ignored it. They shunted her off to the side, they told her to cease and desist. So again, this is March of 2021. They knew that they were going to mask the safety signals using the current analytics. And by the way, Benny, I didn't need a mathematical model. I showed a chart that, you know, going back to 1990, you know, a couple hundred deaths a year being reported to VAERS associated with vaccines. 2021, 21,000 deaths. It's like, hey, oh Houston, we got a problem here. I, I didn't need, I did not need a mathematical model. But that is a, they hid behind that algorithm. So that then Peter Marks in just in talking to the injection injured, who they were treating, who they diagnosed with being injection injured, continued to say, well we're not denying that there's injuries, but we're just not seeing safety signals. I mean, and I had a video, video clip of him saying that through December 22, we're just not seeing safety signals. When he knew full well that the system they were using to try and find safety signals were going to hide safety signals. I mean, this is sick, it is evil what he did. Let me finish, I'm. Please, sorry.
Benny Johnson
No, please.
Senator Ron Johnson
2021 was also the first time NIH started treating the injection injured people like Brianne Dressen. So they were treating these people, they had about 23 people the NIH was treating successfully, not fully curing them, but giving them real help. But the nih, the people there told these people, stay silent, don't tell anybody. We're going to do this study, we're going to publish results, we'll acknowledge your injection injuries. But right now, stay silent. And of course, those individuals who are just thankful because no, they couldn't get treated on the outside, no Was acknowledging these injection injuries, they were so thankful, they stayed silent. Do you think FDA ever published that study? Do you think FDA ever acknowledged the injection injuries? The answer to that is no. Here we are in 20, they still have not done so. So, I mean, this is just sick. What Peter Marks top officials, the FDA did, covering this up. How would you like to be somebody, what, 24%, something like that? 25% of Americans, according to Erasmus and survey, believe they know somebody who might have died from the COVID injection. How would you like to be a family member of somebody who got the injection and died that day or within one and two days? There are 39,000 deaths right now reported on VAERS associated with the COVID injection. Worldwide, 39,024% of those deaths occurred either on the day of injection or within one or two days. Now, again, I know VAERS doesn't prove causation, but I tell you what, if that was my loved one who I was begging, you know, please don't get that these things are experimental and they got it anyway and they died that day or got sick and died a day or two later, I'd be pretty certain that that perfectly healthy person who was listening to Fauci and the others saying it was safe and effective and you got to do this, or this is a pandemic of the unvaxed. Do your part. If that. If my loved one went in there, got an injection, died within two days, I would be pretty darn sure that it was caused by the COVID injection. And by the way, the FDA officials had to be sure as well.
Benny Johnson
Eddie does hit close home. I bet you do know somebody, Senator, because you speak like so. You work at your work. Your team is working like absolute animals on getting to the bottom of this and nobody else's is. And it does deserve a major compliment and a huge hat tip. And this is where we're constantly promoting the Senator because he had. He is deploying his team to actually do this. Every senator could do it. It's only Senator Johnson who's actually putting the legwork and the muscle and the shoulder work into breaking down this door. My wife's beloved grandfather. Somebody who was probably the closest, that closest individual in her family. The connection between granddaughter and grandfather is really strong with her. She grew up on a farm. He got the COVID injection and got turbo cancer almost immediately. And died. Yeah, like, quickly afterwards after leading a life where he spent zero days in the hospital. I mean, he was like, very, very healthy. He's an old farmer. Right. And those guys are sturdy. And just that happened. And it was immediate. And it's, it's, it's, it's made my blood boil ever since. And I think so. You're exactly right. So many, so many Americans have stories like that. Everybody watching right now has a story like that.
Senator Ron Johnson
There were children. The, the fda, a memo released by Vinay Prasad, and we're still not getting the documents from McCary. And I'm going to be probably having to subpoena those things.
Benny Johnson
Interesting.
Senator Ron Johnson
They looked at 96 autopsies of children, by the way, autopsies were during COVID They were, they were. People were discouraged from doing autopsies. You couldn't get them. But there were 96 on children. FDA looked at these, and Tracy Beth Hogue analyzed these, and again, they, without a doubt, basically they're saying 10 of these children died from the COVID injection. And these children probably had like a zero percent chance of being harmed by just getting Covid. So we know children, and we saw the sports figures fallen on the field to play newscasters. I mean, we came up with a whole new acronym, sads. Sudden Adult Death Syndrome. And people. Oh, what, what's happening? This is so weird. You know, here in 2021, all of a sudden, these, these people are just dying. You know, athletes in the prime of their, their life, the prime of their career, they're just falling down dead or they're falling unconscious. And our federal health officials were completely flummoxed, totally baffled by it. Something. This was weird. Hey, we'll give it an acronym. We'll call it Sudden Death Syndrome, and just say, well, we just don't know what it is. So, no, they obviously knew. And the reason I'm so passionate right now is now I have documented evidence. I've always known it. I've always suspected it. Now I have documented evidence that they knew, they knew this and they covered it up. It is outrageous. And again, I don't know what criminal codes or what laws they broke, but again, how many people died that didn't have to die? And if I were one of those family members of a dead, or if I was one of those people permanently disabled. And I knew that these officials, I'd want their names and I'd want some kind of criminal accountability for the people who covered this up and led me down the primrose path to take these injections and it killed a loved one or permanently disabled me.
Benny Johnson
You know, it's very interesting what you said about Marty Makary. He's been on the show half dozen times. I guarantee you, Senator, the next time he's on the show, I will press him on this and get him on the record as to why he's not complying with your subpoena. You do have an active subpoena for the FDA for McCarry.
Senator Ron Johnson
I wrote a letter December 15th. He responded to maybe 25% of my questions. All blather, but he didn't give us our documents. I mean, I want to see those autopsies. I want to see all the communication in terms of the, you know, hey,
Jack Posobiec
I'm Chris Van Vliet.
Benny Johnson
Go behind the scenes and beyond the headlines with the biggest names in pro wrestling and beyond. You could pop up in WWE tomorrow. Would Saraya be there or would Paige be there?

Senator Ron Johnson
I want all the information like, like I got here from Bobby Kennedy, the 11 million pages. I mean, this, this is not easy to find this evidence. Okay, but no, if you have him on, ask him. Have you read Senator Johnson's report on what happened starting on March 21st within the FDA with Peter Marks? How they were told that their analytics system was going to hide the masking or hide these safety signals. Have you talked to those individuals, by the way? We're trying to schedule individuals, schedule interviews with those people who are still working with the fda. And we're, we'll start interviewing these people. I mean, my investigation now has only just begun. We've been investigating this for years, but the Biden administration completely ignored us, didn't give us any information. Bobby Kennedy, it's because his commitment to radical transparency that we finally have the evidence. But again, how much has been destroyed? David Morris is not the only guy that I'm sure knew how to destroy evidence, to make emails disappear. The problem with old Dr. Moran's is it's hard to make emails disappear because you send emails to like, universities that people like me and my staff request the same information, and we get those emails. So it's hard. In today's modern technology, it's kind of hard to make things totally disappear.
Benny Johnson
Senator, your, your colleague Rand Paul is on the show constantly talking about his criminal referrals for Dr. Foushee himself. Many people viewing the statute of limitations on those winding down. What should happen to Dr. Fauci, who quite clearly and obviously lied to the United States Senate about the origins of COVID 19?
Senator Ron Johnson
Well, first of all, unfortunately, President Biden pardoned him, so legally he's probably off the hook. But again, what he did needs to be fully exposed. I mean, I think we all know it. I mean, just, just listen to the conversation, the email exchange around January 30 or February 1, whatever, 2020, when the people, the experts that he was consulting in terms of the origin of this thing, they all thought it was man made. But then talking to Fauci and Francis Collins and within a couple days, oh, no, that's a conspiracy theory. You know, this was, you know, sprang from a bat. So, no, one of the reasons I haven't really taken up that investigation is my guess is the evidence that has been destroyed. And I've known, I think, since very early on when I heard about the Fear and Cleavage site. This, this was man made. I, I have no doubt that this sprang from Ralph Barrick, through Peter Dasick, through the Wuhan lab. I mean, it's, it's, it's not even an interesting question from my standpoint, because I'm, I'm like 100% certain this was man made and it all sprung from Anthony Fauci's grants.
Benny Johnson
And what about state charges? We had Steve Hilton on yesterday saying that, well, you know, your, your federal pardon doesn't apply at all to state charges. Every single state. I, I live in Florida, for instance, like there was an enormous number of people, old people that were this in Florida. Would you be in favor of state charges against.
Senator Ron Johnson
No, I want absolutely, I mean, any, any kind of crimes that he can be convicted of. I would be absolutely supportive of, of State DAs going after him on those things. I want accountability, no doubt about it. I'm not a lawyer, you know, I, I don't have the capability of prosecuting. All I can do is investigate and expose, and I concentrate on that.
Benny Johnson
And in the conclusion of your search for truth with the fda, what do you think is going to happen? Would you be in, are you in favor of criminal charges? Have you ever seen, is there any body of law that would show how that would happen or perhaps like removing the protections for vaccine companies? Right. Like, where do you want this conclusion? Where do you want this investigation to go?
Senator Ron Johnson
For sure, we need to remove the liability for Pfizer and Moderna and AstraZeneca. You know, two of the people in my first a hearing or public event on vaccine injuries were participating in the trials. Brian dressing with AstraZeneca. Matty with the Pfizer childhood studies, they've been completely abandoned. I mean, Bree Dressen has got hundreds of thousands of dollars of legal bills. I think AstraZeneca sent her like a check for 1300 bucks or something like that. Said, well, this covers it. Maddie Daguerre, even though she was still wheelchair bound, has to have a feeding tube. Pfizer reported that to the FDA that Mattie Daguerre had stomachache. So these companies, I think, should be criminally liable. They should be civilly liable. I think the officials that hid this kept telling people these were safe and effective. They should be held civilly liable as well to the people who are injured by it. No, I think we're a long way from really getting the legal process to run its course and true accountability. Again, we're just getting the documents now. That's because the Biden administration completely stonewalled us.
Benny Johnson
Well, Senator, we're eternally thankful for you and for your fight on this. In conclusion here, obviously this is something that is bubbling up and causing a lot of anger on the right and on the base. It seems like leadership in the Republican Party has just dropped the Save America act like a hot potato and isn't going to be moving forward. Is actually barking at senators like yourself to stop talking about it. What's actually going on there, Senator?
Senator Ron Johnson
Well, you know, it's, it's, I've been, the reason I've been supportive of ending the filibuster is I don't, first of all, can't imagine the Senate being more broken. We've, we pretty well eviscerated the, the filibuster anyway. We, we don't, there's no 60 vote threshold on any nominees anymore. You were pushing reconciliation beyond the bounds, I think, of what it was designed for. So it's, you know, everybody said, well, it's a slippery slope, but we were almost at the bottom of the Hill in terms of that slippery slope. So rip the band aid off. Democrats will do it. So, you know, from my standpoint, that's what I would do. Again, if we were certain Democrats would preserve the filibuster, we'd be for that as well. So that if we're in the minority, we can stop their awful socialist legislation that will destroy this country. I am like 100, maybe 110, certain that the minute Democrats have the capability, they will end the filibuster, turn this into a one party nation. And I've told my colleagues their game plan. It's obvious, right? Reasonably open the border, flood millions of people in here, put them in sanctuary cities, plus up the census, get more members of Congress, make sure that we don't do anything to fix our elections. You know, all controls off of elections gone. Turn DC Turn Puerto Rico into states, pack the Supreme Court. That's what they're going to do.
Benny Johnson
Do you think
Senator Ron Johnson
a party that opened up America to millions of unvetted illegal immigrants, a lot of them criminals, sex and human traffickers, you think they're going to balk at any of the filibuster to get what they want, to turn this country into one party nation? No, the radical left, which is the Democrat Party, they are at war with Republicans and I have colleagues who just aren't admitting that they don't want to believe it. They've got good relationships with their buddies on the appropriation committees as they pass these bipartisan bills that we can't afford. So they're just simply not looking at the big picture here. This is not the Democrat party of jfk. This is the Democrat Party that is, that is run by radical leftists who are basically anarchists. That again, the radical left, Communism, socialism destroys cultures, it destroys nations. That's the path that Democrats want to put America on.
Benny Johnson
So Senator, in all due respect, you're filibustering like, like. So John Thune has just dropped it. John Thune's dropped it. So John Thunes just said we're not going to do it.
Senator Ron Johnson
Well, again, John Thune doesn't have the votes. I mean, we have too many Republican senators who will not vote and the filibuster right now. But to give you some hope, Benny, we didn't have enough votes to end the filibuster on nominations until the Democrats were so obnoxiously obstructionist last year where it was obvious Trump could not fill his administration. He wasn't even going to get 500 nominees confirmed when on average in the first Congress, the president gets about 1100. So all of a sudden we had all 53 Republican senators voting to end the filibuster on those nominations. Is it possible now, we just had the White House Correspondent Dinner. Maybe reporters will start putting pressure on Democrats to do some of these things. I doubt it. But again, my belief is there's so much pressure from our Republican base, I. Again, I'm not caving to pressure. I think this is what we ought to do. Maybe some of those reluctant senators will actually do what their constituents want them to do. Like, let's get something done. Pass Save America, act fully secure our border. Pass bills that make us more. More prosperous. We can't. We can't do that. Democrats. Because Democrats want chaos.
Benny Johnson
We'll see if these Supreme Court wins. These new congressional maps. Some of these major moves and shifts in the direction of a GE GOP midterm hold will perhaps stiffen the spine of some of these senators. We hope so. We could hope for 50 senators just like Ron Johnson. Everybody. Follow the great Ron Johnson and support his staff and pray for his staff who are doing just God's work, truly in investigating one of the most evil crimes against humanity, the COVID Origins crimes. Godspeed, Senator. Thank you.
Senator Ron Johnson
Same to you. Take care.
Benny Johnson

Here we go. Savannah Hernandez is locked and loaded, ready to go. Again, we apologize for some of the technical difficulties. Let's head on over and speak with Savannah, who has some massive news today as we talk about some wins at the doj. Savannah, who was savagely attacked, and I want to play you some of this footage right now. Savannah was attacked by banshees, by animals, in Minneapolis St. Paul, and they spit on her, pushed her, behaved like something you would see in Hotel Rwanda, Third World. These people are demonic and there's no other word for it. And they can't mask their anger and they take it out on our side. And we're seeing the scourges of this across the land. And that is why it is so critical and so important for our DOJ to come slamming down on this behavior, which they did yesterday. Oh, it's hard to watch. We love Savannah. We've known Savannah for ages. We support her work and we're proud to have her joining the show right now. Please welcome Savannah Hernandez, fresh off of DOJ indictments for though these libtards and Reddit brain rotters who attacked her. Savannah Hernandez joins us live. Savannah, welcome back to the program. I am so thrilled to see the DOJ's actions yesterday, and I'm so sorry that you had to go through that. But par for the course for you, this certainly isn't the first time the left has attacked you. It's just the first time that the federal government has acted on your behalf to protect you, and it's a wonderful thing to see.
Savannah Hernandez
Yeah, Benny, I mean, honestly, this is the first time that I've actually seen the FBI utilized to help the American people. So I never thought I would say it in my life, but thank you to the FBI. I'm incredibly grateful to them because under this administration, the organization is actually being utilized to bring justice against violent criminals in this country. Now, yesterday, yesterday the DOJ brought indictments against all three of the people who attacked me. Chris Page and Diana Ashrushko. I was out in front of the Whipple ICE facility in Minneapolis, which has been a huge point of contention. And I made a point not to interview anybody there because I knew the left wing. They get very easily agitated and they will use any excuse to violently attack you. So I made a point not to interview anybody, but it didn't matter. This violent family came up to Me. And it was actually William Scott Kelly, who was already arrested for storming a church in Minneapolis, leaving children crying and screaming after they shut down their church service. It was that man who initially came up to me and identified me and started screaming at me. Then the mob formed and Diana and Chris had body checked me and shoved me multiple times. Prior to this clip that you just played, even, you know, playing the assault initially even happening, they were already blowing whistles in my ear. They were already body checking me. Chris had already come up behind me and very threateningly screamed in my ear. And I was not doing anything to this family. You know, multiple times I just told them like, hey, back up and calm down. I'm not here to even interview anybody. And at that point, because they were surrounding me, I tried to be a good journalist and just say, okay, well utilize my platform. Why is this important to you? It didn't matter. This family became extremely violent and this is the direct result of the left wing being radicalized and being allowed to violently attack people for almost the last decade at this point. So the fact that the DOJ and the FBI came in and they slammed down the hammer was incredible to see and I'm extremely grateful for it. Especially since hennepin county came out with their own charges and you guessed it, Diana and Paige were in this very clip slamming me to the ground and tackling me multiple times. When are not being charged by the hennepin county D. A they are simply charging Chris with a misdemeanor assault charge.
Benny Johnson
So the local county is barely touching these people and protecting them. They're protecting the left wing terrorists who attacked an innocent woman and journalist on the street.
Savannah Hernandez
Basically, Benny. I mean, I'm not the first journalist who's been attacked covering the whipple ice facility. And I mean, I hope I'm the last. And it's is taking the federal government coming in and actually stopping these left wing jurisdictions. Because what's been happening for a long time is in these liberal jurisdictions, the county DA, the district court judges just look the other way. When violent crimes are committed even further. Let's say something goes to trial, the entire jury is extremely liberal. So quite frankly, in many of these places you don't have a justice system at all. So this has been happening for a long time. And like I said, first time in my political career that I've actually seen the FBI be responsive to this type of very violent crime and I'm extremely grateful for it.
Benny Johnson
So what is going to happen next? Have you been in contact with the
Savannah Hernandez
feds I have been, I have been in contact with multiple officials and they have basically just walked me through the process of what will be happening next. Of course there's going to be, you know, multiple smaller trials as we move forward, but we're really hoping to see justice served and this case seen all the way through.
Senator Ron Johnson
Through.
Benny Johnson
So what could happen potentially? What would be the charges leading to jail time, prison time? What, what, what are the summary of the charges?
Savannah Hernandez
So the charges are basically assault charges against all three and then against Paige and Chris themselves. You also have basically, they obstructed my First Amendment right, so they obstructed my civil rights. So they're also being faced with that charge. I'm not super familiar with the legal jargon, so I can't give you the exact title off the top of my head, but those are the charges that they're facing. And yes, I'm hoping that there will be prison time tied to this again, Benny. You know, I'm waiting to see how it plays out and I do hope that justice is served to the full extent of the law in this.
Benny Johnson
A lot of journalists were mewling and crying on air about an attack on the press over the weekend with the President's assassination, the assassination attempt, and they claim to be victims. I find it remarkable that none of these journalists ever back you up when you have photographic 4K evidence of being attacked viciously in the street. None of that ever exists of any left wing journalist at like let's say a MAGA rally. Yet you have, I don't know, Savannah, it makes me really sad, but like you have maybe, maybe a dozen, maybe a half dozen documented cases of somebody viciously attacking you, spitting on you, trying to hit you, throwing something at you. Am I correct there?
Savannah Hernandez
Yes, Benny, this is not the first time I've been this viciously mobbed and assaulted. And again, I hope it is finally the last, at least under this administration. I think it will be because the FBI is setting a very strong precedent here. But again, you know, regarding what you just said about the media and them not caring about First Amendment rights or, you know, journalists as a whole at all who are actually telling the truth, CBS actually went and interviewed some of the protesters who alleged that they were rescuing me. And keep in mind, these protesters were surrounding me and calling me profanities and telling me that I needed to leave the property. I was on a public sidewalk. That's who they chose to interview. They didn't even reach out to me directly. They reached out to these protesters who were Mobbing me and screaming at me as the arbiters of truth in this situation.
Benny Johnson
So what is your message to other young journalists? Because most people would see this and say, why would I ever want anybody to walk into this profession? It's a. It's like a death sentence. And over a long enough period of time, that's what they want to do to all of us. Savannah.
Savannah Hernandez
Yeah, Benny. Honest to God, I mean, the first week after this happened, I ended up just having to cancel all my media hits because from a mental perspective, I. I was in that mind space and in that headspace of is this even worth it? Because I'm putting my life on the line at this point. And I would say that dying for the United States of America and dying for our rights is our duty and what we are here to do. And I'm willing to do that. So to anybody who is willing or wanting to be in this profession, understand that it is dangerous. But the truth is dangerous. But it's worth it.
Benny Johnson
So what happens next, Savannah? Is this going to deter you? Are you going to stop doing what you do?
Savannah Hernandez
Nope, it definitely won't, Benny. Again, I have a full day of media lined up and I'm going to keep pushing forward and I'm going to make sure that the full force of the law is utilized against these people and multiple, multiple ways. So stay tuned for that, Benny. We have a lot coming and I'm very excited to make sure that justice is served in this case. They pushed the wrong person.
Benny Johnson
Really? That's very interesting. Okay, I gotta ask a follow up on that one, Savannah, before I let you go. So we've obviously seen that this, these kind of cases can also be brought civilly. And there are, of course, you're not allowed to do this. Right.
Jack Posobiec
You're.
Benny Johnson
Again, let's look at the scenario. You're simply a independent journalist, young female standing alone, surrounded by a bunch of left wingers, and they savagely beat you to the ground. That's of course not legal. And there are a ton of remedies for that, some of them civil remedies. Are you saying that you're going to bring civil cases against these agitators and terrorists?
Savannah Hernandez
We'll just have to wait and see, Benny. We'll just have to wait and see.
Benny Johnson
You learn from the best. There. That's a good trump line, Savannah. Thank you. Okay, you learn. You learn from the best, Savannah. Everybody needs to follow her on social media. If you don't already, you know that she's a favorite of the show. She was also at President Trump's roundtable. We didn't even get to talk about this. You were at President Trump's antifa violence roundtable, right?
Savannah Hernandez
I was, Benny. I was and I unfortunately have to go. I am so sorry. But yes, I was at the antifa roundtable. This is why this is such an important issue to me. So yes, go follow me on my social media account. I will be updating you guys on everything. And again, thank you so much, Benny. I really appreciate you.
Benny Johnson
Nearly a million followers. Fight with the people who are fighting for us and for truth. Godspeed, Savannah.
Savannah Hernandez
Thanks, Benny.
Benny Johnson

This a r m r a.combenny and get feeling better today. Ladies and gentlemen, somebody who's going to certainly need as much fortification as he possibly can get is James Comey. James Comey is the top line lead of the show. We were too excited about our historic white pill to get to this, but what we've learned over the last 24 hours is that it wasn't just the seashells that got James Comey in trouble, indicted and arrested. It was actually some of the subtext behind these seashells. Somebody who's been studying this for quite a while and who knows the ins and outs, who actually, and I can't believe I can even say this about one of my friends, read James Comey's book that he was hyping and promoting at the time is the great journalist and somebody who's been OG hardcore MAGA since, I don't know, 2015, perhaps even before MAGA was first initiated on the golden elevator as the great Jack Posobic. Jack joins us live right now. Jack, welcome back to the program. We have something that is very curious here with the James Comey indictment, it's of course under seal, so we don't know exactly what was presented to the grand jury. But you have a suspicion that it's not just James Comey and a Borat speedo arranging seashells while listening to Taylor Swift.
Jack Posobiec
Well, that's exactly right. And Vinny, I have to, you know, thank you and, and the audience here for when you played that clip of Attorney General Blanche yesterday being asked about me, of all things, and a post that I had made years and years ago in the context of Joe BIDEN Needing the 25th Amendment, as I'm pretty sure we were all saying, including Kamala Harris, is what I've been reporting at the time behind the scenes that Attorney General Blanche pointed out. He said, no, we don't make indictments based off of just speech alone. We don't make indictments just based off an Instagram image of seashells. We do investigations. They take a full year. The grand jury interviews people, we look at evidence, and that is what an indictment is based on. So you start with something and then you investigate and then you get to the point where the grand jury felt it was appropriate to make an indictment in this case. Now, as we've looked forward further, one of the things that we popped out and shout out to the great Viva Fry, because he was the first one to put this together last year. And then I went back and actually looked at what he was talking about, to your point, about this book. So you have to realize there was a trilogy of, of Instagram posts that he had made that day. One was him reading a book, then the seashells, then a link to purchase the book and a description of the book. And it may surprise many people who are listening only to the mainstream media or the CBS of the world, who, by the way, still haven't invited me on. And even though they're happy to call for me to be indicted, they won't even ask me if I'd like to respond in any way. Well, it turns out that the subject matter of the novel was political assassinations. And not only that, Benny, but when I went in deeper in the book, I found out that specifically it was about dog whistles calling for political assassinations. So using coded text, coded language, coded phrases to call for these assassinations. And the villain in this novel is kind of basically Alex Jones. It's basically a write up of Alex Jones. And the main character, who is totally not a female, James Comey, is this hero New York prosecutor who's the only one who can come his Daughter today.
Benny Johnson
Oh, Maureen Comey. Oh, God.
Jack Posobiec
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Is the only one who can come in and save the world from the evil Alex Jones, who, again, is using secret codes to call upon his followers to conduct political assassinations. And again, this is the plot of James Come. I'm not saying this. This is the plot of James Comey's book, is the actual plot of FDR Drive, if you read it, which I unfortunately have. It was awful, actually. Absolutely awful. But what's. What's more sinister than anything else is keep in mind that this came out right around the same time when these stories were being written about that. That TV show the Savant, by Jessica Chastain that they were putting together, which also had a similar plot line. Now, they had to pull that after the assassination of Charlie Kirk. And many people had suspected that. That it had a very similar plot line to the James Comey book, and that's why it had to be pulled. I think there were some rumors of, you know, advanced copies and screeners kind of floating around that sort of purported to this. So the real question is, number one, of course, who was pushing this narrative in media? Which is a broader question that I want to get into. But the deeper question here is that means that James Comey knew exactly what he was talking about. And there are going to be text messages and email emails and interviews and witnesses, all to the point of underlying and examining. He had intent, he had strategy, he had purpose. And the piece that everybody was missing in the indictment was the asset forfeiture. Why would there be asset forfeiture involved in an indictment like this? You ask? Especially to all the people who say, oh, well, we don't know, you know, what evidence there is. Well, here's a clue, and it's a big blinking signpost. Asset forfeiture means you made money, you received proceeds from an offense, proceeds from a crime. This is, of course, illegal. Under federal law, you cannot commit a crime and then make money from your criminal behavior. I've written books. I've never committed crimes in the promotion of my books, but it seems that the Department of Justice and this grand jury is saying this guy did something for money. There is motive here, and that's where I believe that it all comes together, that this was a scheme to conduct this incitement in order to get the headlines and then play victim and then sell copies of his book, which he did on Stephen Colbert and others. He knew what he was doing from the very start. And I know that you've made the point as well. He clearly lied about this over and over and over. And the question is, did he lie to it, about it to federal agents?
Benny Johnson
Yes. We just found the shells. No, you didn't, bro. You didn't just find the shells. You weren't walking on the beach with your wife. You were sitting there hyping your book. You put the shells together clearly as a promo. And it would be pretty easy, I guess, if you wanted to go around and lie about it, for a federal agents to say, here's all your DNA on a shell. Right. Like you clearly, if you. You did this. I mean, if they were. They were really on it. Jack.
Jack Posobiec
I will admit that I went a little. I want a little Zapruder film with this. Because if you actually look in the first picture of him sitting on the beach, he's surrounded by seashells.
Benny Johnson
And so I was like, hey, Alex, do we have that? Do we have. Do we have the old seashells?
Jack Posobiec
Are those still up on Instagram shells at the second.
Benny Johnson
You know what I'm saying? Hey, Alex, will you grab that on Instagram? Like, do you think. Can you see if we can get that?
Jack Posobiec
It's clearly the same beach.
Benny Johnson
It's clearly.
Jack Posobiec
If it's not those shells, it's like shells that were right there obviously.
Benny Johnson
James Comey's Instagram. Let's go see if. What if. If he's wiped all of this be from one year ago or if those photos of him on the beach hyping and hawking his garbage book, if those still exist. Because if they do, it'll be okay. Well, here we go. Here's a screenshot of what James Comey's Instagram looked like at the time. So here it is to back up what Jack is talking about trilogy of posts. So here's James Comey with the exact same seashells right next to him. See, I guess I'm right there.
Jack Posobiec
They're right there.
Benny Johnson
There they are.
Jack Posobiec
Where did the shells have come from?
Benny Johnson
This is full de Bruder. You're exactly right, Jack. Dude. Yeah. Those are the same shells.
Jack Posobiec
It's literally the same shells.
Benny Johnson
So James Comey is on Stephen Colbert's show, blaming all this on his wife, saying that he and his wife were just taking a leisurely stroll down the beach and they. They saw this. And his. Even his explanation makes no sense. On Stephen Kobe. Not even Stephen Colbert was buying it. Obviously somebody left their address. Oh, wait, that. This is something from my childhood when we'd 86 a place. Let's get out of this pop stand. Like all. All of it was silly. Stephen Colbert tried to back him up, but it didn't make any sense. Yeah. Either. Make a joke. So this is. They probably launched this. How Shakespearean, Jack, that they would do this? Because this is exactly the perjury trap that James Comey sprung for General Flynn, isn't it?
Jack Posobiec
And it certainly is in the early days of the White House administration and so the Trump's first administration. And so this is why it's. In some ways, it's a sort of poetic justice for James Comey to be facing this because he himself set the perjury trap for General Flynn. But what's, I think, even more damning for him is going to be the fact that clearly this was all planned out. And clearly, again, if you look at the plot of the book, it's a book about a guy using dog whistles to call for political assassinations. And the idea that he himself would write a book about that but then suddenly have no idea what they are in reality just doesn't pass the smell test. Because, in fact, sir, not only are you aware of these things, you literally wrote the book about these things.
Benny Johnson
It's right here.
Jack Posobiec
You're promoting it. We have all the evidence we need with 400, 500 pages of evidence, whatever it is. So this idea that. Because I saw some people running around saying, oh, we can't prove intent. We can't prove intent. It's right there. It's right there. It's so obvious. And. And by the way, in cases around the country, every single day, intent is proven over and over and over. And so even for people who say, oh, well, you know, there are, you know, the restaurants say 86, and, like, Green Day has a song called 86 from, you know, from the 90s. And it's actually a pretty good song. Give them credit. It's. It's. It was before they went, like, totally crazy and lost their minds. I got to be fair, Benny. I got to be fair. But full.
Benny Johnson
Full Subaru Lesbians.
Jack Posobiec
Yeah, yeah, yeah. It was before. Before they bought the Subarus. You know what I'm saying? And his hair was, like, kind of close to the original color, whatever that was. The mascara wasn't completely out yet. I don't know. But the. The idea is that he clearly meant it in this vein because he was writing and selling and marketing a book about it. It's very clear as day. And that's. And to me, my. And to my mind, that's why the grand jury. Keep in mind a grand jury is already a group of People who come together and look at evidence and decide whether or not charges should be filed. And even in just, again, being fair in the interest of that, there have been other times where grand juries have refused to go and file charges on Comey because they thought, you know, it was either political or they were just too political. A D.C. grand jury, et cetera. So this time around, they said, no, this is an incitement to violence.
Benny Johnson
Is my final question for you, Jack, because I think it was a critical one. He didn't do this on Martha's Vineyard. He did this in Republican area of North Carolina, and that's where he's charged. And so how is this going to shake out?
Jack Posobiec
Well, the way it's going to shake out is that he's going to have to. Now he'll. He'll initially file for. For the charges to be dismissed. He'll say, you haven't proven probable cause, you don't have enough evidence. And at which point they'll have to have the preliminary hearing, which is similar to what we're seeing happen with Tyler Robinson. The preliminary hearing actually hasn't occurred yet. That'll be happening here in about two, two and a half weeks. And so that's when the evidence actually is revealed. And that's the point that I'm hoping in both of these cases that we as the public, and of course we as American citizens, get to see everything unveiled for the full public, for the light of day unsealed. It's not every piece of it that you're going to get. They usually save more for trial. But at some point we are going to see video, we're going to see. And in James Comey case, we're going to see emails, we're going to see text messages, we're going to see. Did he have conversations with his book publisher and his marketing agents about this, you know, guerrilla marketing, viral outrage campaign to get it out? Because, look, I've marketed books. You know, we did AI songs and videos and we held events. We went down to Mar a Lago and did a whole thing. Actually, the SPLC wrote us up. So I have to thank the SPLC for helping me make the New York Times list by going after my book so hard that. That it made everyone want to buy it. But, you know, you know what I didn't do, Benny, is I didn't threaten to kill the President of the United States. I just, you know, it didn't. Didn't seem like a good. In fact, I don't even remember anyone suggesting that
Benny Johnson
Alex knows what I'm going to call for here. I'm going to call for the photo of Jack staring down the face of the. The antifa. The helmeted antifa gimp that wanted to kill him and was threatening to kill him in a mob. I personally witnessed this, and I think this is probably a good way to close on this subject matter because assassination culture is of course, normalized on the left. They don't get any hit back. Nobody ever gets punished for this. Jimmy Kimmel keeps his job. He can make whatever jokes he wants to about Charlie and his death and his grieving widow. None of these people are ever punished. And that is why I'm going to. I'm going to cheerlead this to wherever it goes, because here's the photo and I was standing just to the right of this. And this was a mob that was trying to kill Jack. And it was Jack versus probably 70 people at least, frothing at the mouth Antifa, BLM, defund the police activists. And that changed. It changed me forever, actually. Witnessing this is when I went home and told my wife, we're leaving. We're leaving D.C. because it'll be our child or us next. And these people have gone. They've gone over a cliff. They're going to kill us. They're going to kill us. Even down here in Florida, there are multiple people that have been charged and are waiting in federal prison right now for trials for trying to kill my family, Jack. So this is like a normal thing that people deal with. Someone has to be punished for it. Savannah Hernandez is obviously going to be bringing charges. This is like, great to see that happening with Savannah. What, what, what happens next? Does this just. Does this just accelerate exponentially to, you know, open hot war or does something, does something chill out here?
Jack Posobiec
You know, it's really interesting, Benny.
Benny Johnson
There's.
Jack Posobiec
There's a clip of an interview that we did actually, when I was, When I was promoting On Humans, the Communism book. And it was a clip with Charlie that I just keep going back to where he asked me this really poignant question. And you know, in. In the now, you know, a year and a half or so since then, it's taken on a life of its own. He said, jack, how big was the Russian empire? I said, well, I mean, it's Russia, Charlie. It's like 100 million people. It's. It's huge, right? You know, it's giant empire. He goes, okay, because this is Charlie. It's his. He's very quantitative. And he goes, okay, and how many Bolsheviks were there. And I said, I don't know. At one point, probably about a thousand in the whole country. And he says, well, how could a country that large succumb to a group that small? How could they do it? How could they take over the entire Russian empire? And I said, charlie, people didn't take it seriously. They didn't take it seriously. And now here we are a year and a half later, and people still aren't taking it seriously. Benny. They're not taking seriously the threat that if someone is willing to use or a group of people is willing to throw off all shackles of morality and humanity and to use the most brutal, vindictive, and bloodthirsty tactics imaginable. The Mangiones, the Tyler Robinson, the Cole, Thomas Allens. They're not going to stop. They are not going to stop until they're stopped.

We're incredibly thankful for the doj. It seems to have gotten supercharged under Todd Blanchard the last couple weeks. Or maybe Todd Blanche is just like, yes, like, finishing the work and doing it quickly, right, to move on. But either way, we're thankful for the results. And the only way that you can possibly have a result here is to charge the SPLC is to charge the people who are writing seashell notes of assassination or attacking Savannah that that's the only way that it'll stick. Or to go after the fraudsters and put them all in jail and to, like, frog march them and show people. You can't do that. You have to show people. There has to be a gear that grinds against this. Otherwise we'll just. We'll all be dead. Right?
Jack Posobiec
It's a law of the universe. For every action, there needs to be an equal and opposite reaction. It's a law of physics.
Benny Johnson
The equal and opposite reaction happening to James Comey right now. And the man who's been investigating it and literally wrote the book on it is Jack Posobiek. Please go ahead and follow Jack here. Of course, he has millions and millions of subscribers. And Jack has a show available on Human Events and on RAV every single day on also a. A proud, proud, proud, turning, turning pointer with me. And so thank you, Jack, for being in the fight.
Jack Posobiec
Thank you. And I. I wore my Benny Johnson uniform today, so, you know, I wanted to be in solidarity here.
Benny Johnson
I. I noticed we're slow. We're slow. Our backgrounds and everything is. We're slowly blending together. If only I just got to grow the beard, you know?
Jack Posobiec
Exactly.
Benny Johnson
Yeah, yeah.
Jack Posobiec
Or I got a shave. Maybe I will see.
Benny Johnson
Thank You, Jack. Godspeed.
Jack Posobiec
See you, man. God bless you.

Ladies and gentlemen, we had a stacked show. We got to catch a flight. We got to get to Texas. In Texas, we're going to be meeting with Patriot Mobile, our dear friends who's actually a sponsor of tonight's massive event. Patriot Mobile, of course, will be traveling with us in our back pocket, as it always does, to celebrate America's 250th birthday. How much changing your cell phone service provider? There's all these dirty communists that run these big tech companies. Patriot Mobile is the only Christian conservative wireless provider. For more than 12 years, they've stood with Americans who believe in freedom and that freedom is worth defending. Their premium priority Access to all three major US telephone networks gets you 100% US based customer support. Makes it super easy to switch over today. Go to patriotmobile.com Benny call 972 Patriot and use the promo code Benny for a free month of service. That's patriotmobile.com Benny call 972 Patriot to make the switch today. Ladies and gentlemen, we have unfortunately very little time left for us, for us to hop on over to the airport. And so we jump on over to our checking of the polls today with James Comey. What will happen to James Comey? Will James Comey be in jail by June 30? Okay, even I don't even. I think that's a little aggressive. James Comey in jail by June 30th. I don't think they'll even have a trial, honestly, by then, but nonetheless popped up between 24%. I listen. A boy can dream. A boy can dream. Would it be a golden era if this happened? Yes, it would. Of course this would be. I mean, honestly, it's felt a little more golden than most recently and we're thankful for that. We're excited by the changes in the district maps here in Florida. Extrapolate that out to the Voter Rights act getting recalibrated because they didn't really got anything, they just recalibrated it. Said you can't be racist when you draw districts. Now multiple southern states are saying we're going to pause our primaries and our caucuses and we're going to redraw our districts to be fair districts in this country again, it could net Republicans plus 27 seats. It could lead if Republicans control D.C. in this election through 2030, through that census. That's going to be, as we have shown you time and time again, another 25. Net 25 flip from Democrat to Republican. We just saw A massive change in the main Senate race. That's one that Democrats had to win in order to take back the Senate. Now that plan is crumbling. Libtards are crying and screaming at the top of their lungs all across social media. James Comey is indicted. I don't know about him being in jail by the 30th, but who knows? And Dr. Fauci's team's getting indicted. It's a wonderful thing. The SPLC is been exposed and indicted as a hate hoax group. Cassidy Hutchison J6 liar is under investigation. Fannie Willis is under investigation. ActBlue is under investigation. You've had some major wins from the FBI in the arrest of the Savannah Hernandez attackers. That just happened yesterday. And so you know, stiff upper lip it the black like the people who doom, the people who blackmail the people that like turned on our movement as soon as things got tough. You should despise them. You should despise those people. I despise them. Democrats will stab you in the face. We know exactly what Democrats are going to do. We know what the game is. They don't have anything to offer the American people. The only way that they can keep power is by rigging the system. Lawsuits, drawing lines that are congressional ghettos and then bringing in people to fill those ghettos from third world hellholes that do not assimilate to America, that create ghettoized UN refugee camp no go zones all throughout our country. And those no go zones attack Savannah Hernandez. That's how you get attacks like that. That's Democrat power. They can't argue because none of their worldviews are consistent. None of it is ideologically consistent at all. They can't argue their way into or out of any position. They just have to rig the system for power. We can defeat that. And we are and we firmly believe, ladies and gentlemen, that God is on our side in that we do in our heart of hearts. And so it is something that we are really, really glad that we didn't crash out. Really glad. I mean I'm not trying to brag here but there was a massive op that just ran is collapsing now in real time. But there was a massive op that was run against our movement over the last two months that was intended to destroy maga. And now things are looking better than perhaps they've looked in a very, very long time. Better than they've looked since Charlie's death. I can say that was a low point for me for sure. And so it's on the up and up and you're at the Right page. And you're at the right place. In order to capture that energy, ladies and gentlemen, can we still have a golden era? No. I know that you can invest in gold, my friends, at Advantage Gold. Advantage Gold is keeping its customers locked in to its golden era. That's because gold hit a record high of $5,600 an ounce. It's dipped back because a lot of things have. And now is an excellent time to buy, ladies and gentlemen. Not financial advice. But I can tell you that something that I've been practicing personally. Central banks are buying, billionaires are buying. That's just the reality. Are you in? Are you still sitting in a money market fund that's losing to inflation with every single year? That's just the way that it goes. This is why I trust Advantage Gold, America's top rated precious metals company. And right now, you should, too. All you have to do is text Benny to 85545 today. Text B E N N Y to 85545 today, and you'll get an Advantage Gold investment kit sent right to your door. Investing in physical gold and silver tax free, penalty free with your IRA or 401. No cost, no obligation. All right, ladies and gentlemen, we are off to the Lone Star State today with a verse of the day from Timothy 1:7. For the Spirit of God. For the spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love, and self discipline. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, there's been some changes to the show. It has been rowdy and raucous. A lot of it is something that has been brought about by forces that are outside of our control. Some of the platforms that we broadcast on and things like that. We don't like some of the changes. We fight against them. We're doing a lot of fighting behind the scenes and a lot of fighting in front of the scenes. We thank you for fighting with us. Okay? Remember, the spirit of God and that power that it gives you, the power that raised Christ from the dead lives within you and your soul. You are a soul. You are a soul from heaven. Not. Not just flesh and blood, okay? This is just temporary, so make sure that you're marching on to the assured victory. No matter what happens with us. It's your boy, Benny. See ya.

In this episode, The Benny Show capitalizes on a conservative “momentum shift,” celebrating Supreme Court and DOJ moves as existential victories in the campaign against the “deep state” and leftist overreach. With a mix of stinging commentary, personal stories, and in-depth interviews, Benny and his guests argue the redistricting ruling will usher in a lasting Republican majority, James Comey’s indictment is an overdue comeuppance, and the COVID cover-up is unraveling thanks to persistent investigation. Journalist Savannah Hernandez’s account of winning DOJ protection after assault is held up as a sea change in federal law enforcement.
Throughout, Benny maintains a defiant tone, urging listeners not to fall for “demoralization ops,” predicting more indictments, and ending on a call for courage and faith.
